Background: Globally, the prevalence of hypertension in the world is (22 percent) of the total world population, in Indonesia, it is (34.11 percent), in Lampung Province is (15.10 percent), in Pringsewu Regency is (12.22 percent) and in the community health center technical implementing unit Gadingrejo (11.3 percent). A national action plan states that one of the strategies for controlling the non-communicable disease is through strengthening early detection and the active participation of the community through Integrated Healthcare Services for Non-Communicable DiseasesPurpose: To analyze of Integrated Healthcare Services for Non-Communicable Diseases using the Anderson and Newman theoretical approach.Method: The type of research used is using quantitative methods, and uses cross-sectional methods. The population of all target communities of Integrated Healthcare Services for Non-Communicable Diseases was productive age >15-59 years in the working area of community health center technical implementing unit Gadingrejo in 2022 amounted to 1,938 people with a sample of 268. Multivariate analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis.Results: Finding a relationship between perceptions of integrated healthcare services for non-communicable diseases on family support (path coefficient -0.596 t statistic 2.898), perceptions of healthy behavior on perceptions of family support (path coefficient 0.582 t statistics 3.270), perceptions of integrated coaching post services on perceptions of health and illness (path coefficient 0.723 t statistic 6.174), perception of integrated coaching post service on integrated noncommunicable disease development post utilization (path coefficient 1.002 t statistic 11,654), perception of healthy behavior towards integrated non-communicable disease development post utilization (path coefficient -0.258 t statistic 3.226). There is no effect of the perception of healthy behavior on the perception of health and illness (path coefficient -0.028 t statistic 0.230), or the perception of family support on the perception of health and illness (path coefficient -0.045 t statistic 0.670). Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that health education will increase through visual, audio, and audiovisual media regarding the concept of health and illness, and healthy behavior in an effort to prevent hypertension and promote the benefits of integrated coaching posts to the community.Conclusion: The results of the test on the parameter coefficients between respondents’ perceptions have a significant effect on the Integrated Healthcare Services for Non-Communicable Diseases using the Anderson and Newman theoretical approach.Keywords: Utilization; Services; Integrated Healthcare Services for Non-Communicable DiseasesPendahuluan: Prevalensi hipertensi dunia secara global sebesar (22 persen) dari total penduduk dunia, di Indonesia sebesar (34,11 persen), di Propinsi Lampung sebesar (15,10 persen), di Kabupaten Pringsewu (12,22 persen) dan di UPT Puskesmas Gadingrejo (11,3 persen). Rencana Aksi Nasional P2PTM menyebutkan bahwa salah satu strategi penanggulangan PTM adalah melalui penguatan deteksi dini dan peran serta aktif masyarakat melalui posbindu PTM.Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan layanan pos pembinaan terpadu penyakit tidak menular dengan pendekatan teori Andersen dan Newman.Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode cross sectional. Populasi seluruh masyarakat sasaran posbindu PTM usia produktif ≥ 15-59 tahun di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Gadingrejo tahun 2022 berjumlah 1.938 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 268. Teknik analisis multivariat menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).Hasil: Didapatkan hubungan persepsi pelayanan posbindu terhadap persepsi dukungan keluarga (path coefficient -0,596 t statistik 2,898), persepsi perilaku sehat terhadap persepsi dukungan keluarga (path coefficient 0,582 t statistik 3,270), persepsi pelayanan posbindu terhadap persepsi sehat sakit (path coefficient 0,723 t statistik 6,174), persepsi pelayanan posbindu terhadap pemanfaatan posbindu PTM (path coefficient 1,002 t statistik 11,654), persepsi perilaku sehat terhadap pemanfaatan posbindu PTM (path coefficient -0,258 t statistik 3,226). Tidak ada pengaruh persepsi perilaku sehat terhadap persepsi sehat sakit (path coefficient -0,028 t statistik 0,230), persepsi dukungan keluarga terhadap persepsi sehat sakit (path coefficient -0,045 t statistik 0,670). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di harapkan peningkatan edukasi kesehatan melalui media visual, audio, audiovisual mengenai konsep sehat dan sakit, perilaku sehat dalam upaya pencegahan hipertensi, mempromosikan manfaat posbindu pada masyarakat.Simpulan: Hasil uji terhadap koefisien parameter antara persepsi pemanfaatan layanan posbindu berpengaruh dengan Pos Pembinaan Terpadu Penyakit Tidak Menular (Posbindu PTM) dengan pendekatan teori Andersen dan Newman.

The article studies agro-ecological activity, which combines goals of agricultural production with maximum regard to environment protection and rational nature use. The relative system of statistic indices gives an opportunity to trace the process and key results of this integrated work within the frames of sustainable development. Methodology of shaping statistic indices provided in the article is based on international classifications used in the field of environment protection. They include international classification worked out by the Eurostat in collaboration with the UN European Commission and OESR and by the Food and Agricultural Organization of the UN (FAO) in the field of nature protection, nature preservation and using land resources. The authors in view of complex analytical and informational approach put forward indices connected with registration and statistical description of the role of agriculture and rural territories in bio-diversity preservation, greenhouse gas emissions caused by agricultural production and rural territories functioning, ecological services and raw material utilization for bio-fuel output. The research findings include the development of the index system, which could improve the quality of statistic control over standing and progress of agro-ecology carried out by national statistic services of CIS memberstates. The obtained agro-ecological indices are harmonized with basic principles of developing environmental statistics in the context of sustainable development.

The advanced countries, including the United States of America, Japan, the United Kingdom, etc., struggle to secure mineral resources for their development of economy and industry themselves. We, the Republic of Korea need to respond to come up with an effective counterplan for the resource supply and demand accordingly. The Korea Institute of Geological Resources (KIGAM) is a state-designated approval statistic institution and has been building the mineral commodity statistic data of the minerals, officially defined by the mining act of the Korean government since 1986. The statistical data of mineral commodity consist of the sales volume, distribution, and production of mines, and the labor conditions for operation, etc., based on the type of ore and the production of the region, month and mine. KIGAM published the various statistical data containing the production, import, export of the mineral commodity in various forms, including annual and monthly reports and by English. This mineral commodity/mining statistics data can be viewed and downloaded from Korean Statistical Information Services(mici.kigam.re.kr), (www.kosis.kr) by Statistic Korea, Mineral Resources Statistics Portal and also bigdata environment-platform(www.bigdata-envirnment.kr).

From a point in time where the human race declared itself the master of the universe to this point in time where it is facing an existential threat from the contagion- Covid 19 pandemic has exposed the vulnerability of the human race to a wipeout. The disruption of physical, mental, social, emotional and financial health and health systems is unprecedented. Study the impact of Covid 19 on continuity of essential health services in various health care institutions in district Amritsar, Punjab.: Online survey was conducted through google forms using questionnaire adapted from the World Health Organization-Pulse Survey on Continuity of Essential Health Services during Covid 19 pandemic. Respondents were personnel working at public and Ayushman Bharat empaneled private health care institutions. Response rate was 60% (55 out of 92 health care institutions personnel responded) A highly significant difference was observed between the public and the private health care sector in provision of antenatal care (Mann Whitney U statistic= 78.00, p=.004) and imaging and radio diagnosing services (Mann Whitney U statistic= 48.00, p=.000) while a significant difference was observed in provision of service of institutional delivery (Mann Whitney U statistic= 112.00, p=.046). All the other essential health services were similarly affected in the public and private health sector institutes. Financial difficulties faced during the lockdown was the single most common reason stated for disruption of essential health services. There was a significant difference in level of satisfaction experienced by health care personnel from public and private sector (Mann Whitney U statistic= 94.00, p=.02). Thematic analysis of the data on improving preparedness to minimize disruption in essential health services yielded the themes pertaining to creating a robust public health care infrastructure including use of e-health technology in the district and recruitment of adequate health care man power according to set norms.

The purpose of the article is to create a cloud LMS (Learning Management System) analysis and visualization of statistics. The research methodology is cloud information processing technologies. The novelty of the research is the implementation of a new training course on the use of modern means of data visualization in the form of cloud LMS. Conclusions. The material presented in the article gives a clear example of cloud technology usage in distance education. The materials of the training course “Information and Analytical Programs and Services” are implemented in the form of a cloud LMS based on the Google Classroom platform using a modern structure of material presentation.

Background: The quality of a hospital as an institution that produces healthcare technology products depends on the quality of medical services and nursing services provided to patients.Purpose: To find out the nurse's performance model for improving the quality of nursing services for health insurance (BPJS participants) Method: The study is a descriptive-analytic study that used a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique of the study was consecutive sampling and the sample of the study is inpatients in Karawang Regional General Hospital that used health insurance (BPJS participants) a total of 335 respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS).Results: There is a significant effect of nurses’ performance against improving the quality of nursing service with a path coefficient of 0.233 and a T-statistic of 2,342. Psychological factors with indicators of perception, role, personality, motivation, and job satisfaction have a positive effect on performance with a path coefficient of 0,536 and T-statistic is 4,983, and a significant α=5%. The value of the T-Statistic is above the critical value (1,96).Conclusion: The psychological factor of a nurse in providing nursing services significant correlation value of nurses’ performance. Keywords: Performance; Nursing services; Quality; Health insurance (BPJS participants)Pendahuluan: Kualitas suatu rumah sakit sebagai institusi yang menghasilkan produk teknologi jasa kesehatan sudah tentu tergantung pada kualitas pelayanan medis dan pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien.Tujuan: Mengetahui model kinerja perawat pelaksana terhadap peningkatan mutu pelayanan keperawatan pada pasien BPJS di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Karawang.Metode: Deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional dan Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah consecutive sampling. Sample penelitian ini adalah pasien Rawat Inap di RSUD Karawang dengan jaminan kesehatan BPJS sebanyak 335 responden. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan PLS.Hasil: Ada pengaruh yang signifikan kinerja perawat terhadap peningkatan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dengan nilai path coefficient 0,233 dan T- statistic 2,342. Faktpr psikologi dengan indicator persepsi,peran,kepribadian,motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dengan nilai path coefficient 0,536 n nilai T-Statistic sebesar 4,983 dan signifikan pada α=5%. Nilai T-Statistic tersebut berada di atas nilai kritis (1,96).Simpulan: Semakin baik factor psikologi seorang perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan maka semakin baik nilai kinerja perawat. Serta semakin baik kinerja perawat maka semakin baik mutu pelayanan di RSUD Karawang.

We apply APLE statistic to explore spatial autocorrelation of Russian regional inflationary processes. APLE is discussed to be the fine alternative to Moran’s I. To conduct this study we modify statistics of spatial dependence for panel data structure. We use time series of Russian regional CPIs (i.e. quantitative measure of inflation) of food, non-food, services baskets. We find evidence to confirm the hypothesis of the existence of spatial autocorrelation of regional inflationary processes on the horizon of our study.

Anti-Corruption Behaviour Survey is a national programme that measures individual Indonesians' anti-corruption knowledge, attitudes and experiences. The Survey also assesses the nationwide implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy for the Prevention and Eradication of Corruption (STRANAS-PPK) to establish a culture of zero tolerance for corruption in the country. A key activity in support of this assessment is to set the baselines for the STRANAS-PPK anti-corruption strategies.This study is aimed to analyze the mainly determined the anti-corruption behavior on Batam Central Bureau of Statistic (BPS). This research used descriptive statistical analysis method. Data collected in this research use interview technique, observation, and questioner. This sample of this research has been taken from government institution/ Regional Work Unit (SKPD)/ Research and Education Institution : National and International/ Mass Media/ Banking/ Private.The result of the analysis indicates that Batam Central Bureau of Statistic (BPS) is relatively high compared with the average score of hope, The low average score of expectation shows that anti-corruption conditions in Batam Central Bureau of Statistic (BPS) services are clean enough

This paper aims to produce an experimental economic statistic for the tourist accommodation services for Belo Horizonte under a flexible geography perspective. The starting point is the definition of economic activities in the tourist accommodation concept. The methodology adopted is up-down divided into four steps including filtering processes to accompany the definition, discounts related to obtaining information only for the tourists and procedures for adjustments to the statistics always being compared to the official disclosures and respecting the sum of regions. This analysis revealed an erratic behaviour of the number of establishments in Belo Horizonte across the years and half of the workforce is concentrated in micro and small enterprises. The data from the perspective of the flexible geography allowed to verify where the almost R$ 86 million indicated by the value added of the tourist accommodations were located in 2015. Collecting reference statistics is an important facet of academic librarianship. Having accurate, shareable data about the services a library provides is key to understanding the needs of users and highlighting the importance of the library within the overall institution. While many libraries collect reference statistics on paper, gathering this data using an electronic statistics system is an efficient and customizable way to track and analyze reference service trends. By detailing Neumann University Library and Harrell Health Sciences Library’s experiences with two different but equally effective systems, this article will explore the complexities of implementing, customizing, and analyzing the data from an electronic reference statistics system. The authors also discuss challenges encountered and offer recommendations and best practices for others wishing to explore electronic reference statistic collection.

The survey data were obtained from 100 respondents of mobile banking (m-baking) users by using a purposive sampling method. Although private health services have been common, it is known that healthis a global public good, and it is related with global public expenditures.Recent studies shoved that productivity in health services is a main domainof government, nongovernmental organizations, and public sector. Thus,increase in productivity of health services provides efficient use of publicgoods. Moreover, public health services and productivity in health sector is apart of macroeconomic level. In this research, it is aimed to evaluate effects ofmacroeconomic indicators in health productivity. In the research, datacollected from Turkey Statistics Institute (TUIK) for 2001-2016 were used toenlighten macroeconomic indicators and health productivity outcomes.According to results of the study, health expenditures and % in GDP rates arecauses for fertility rate (p<0.05). Moreover, health expenditures also causesfor number of health organizations and number of birth (p<0.05). Number ofbirth causes price level indices (p<0.05). All these causality results show thattheir correlations are positive, since both F statistic level and dataobservations support positive correlations.Key words: Health, macroeconomic, productivity

This article aims to describe the development in the field of taxi services after legislative and technological changes. Nowadays, passengers can use digital applications from foreign providers in this area. These apps have significantly changed the way of transportation ordering. The mentioned changes subsequently provoked a reaction from the government and a legislation change. In this article, the authors processed statistics in issued concessions, the number of taxi vehicles and the number of technical and emission inspections of taxi vehicles. This statistic shows that the change in market access conditions has significantly increased interest in operating a taxi service. The article also contains an overview of controversial marketing and financial measures by the digital platform Bolt. Authors also discussed the possibility of electromobility introduction in field of taxi services.

The classification of geographical information services is very important to the effective management and sharing of geographical spatial information, especially in a web-based GIS system. However, most current classification criteria focus on an abstract level. Discussions on the detailed services classification are still insufficient. This paper proposes a new thought of constructing these diverse services using the Formal Concept Analysis (FCA). After briefly discussing the current services classification systems and basic knowledge of FCA, the paper takes vector data spatial statistic analysis as an example to perform the classification with the method of FCA. The resultant categories prove to be acceptable and practical.

Annotation:
The study investigated effect of government recurrent expenditure on economic prosperity in Nigeria. The specific objectives of the study were to examine effect of administration expenditure, economic services expenditure, and social and community services (which are proxies for government recurrent expenditure) on gross national product (proxied by economic prosperity) in Nigeria. The study adopted ex-post facto research design and secondary data were extracted from the CBN Statistical Bulletin for the period 1981 – 2022. The multiple regression was used for the test of hypotheses. Findings showed that, recurrent expenditure on administration (GREA) have a statistically non-significant positive effect on Gross National Product (GNP) in Nigeria with a t-statistic of -0.710148 and p-value of 0.4821. On the other hand, recurrent expenditure on economic services (GREES) has a statistically significant positive effect on GNP in Nigeria with a t-statistic of 2.106309 and p-value of 0.0420. In line with recurrent expenditure on administration, recurrent expenditure on social and community services (GRESCS) have a statistically non-significant positive effect on GNP in Nigeria with a t-statistic of 1.835944 and p-value of 0.0744. This implies that only recurrent expenditure on economic services can be used to predict economic prosperity in Nigeria. The study recommended that administrative efficiency should be improved through the reduction of unnecessary costs and streamlining of processes, supported by regular performance evaluations and the adoption of modern technology. Secondly, investments should prioritize critical infrastructure projects like transportation, energy, and telecommunications, aiming to stimulate economic growth and job creation. Lastly, targeted social programs are encouraged to address specific challenges such as poverty reduction, healthcare access, and education, ensuring adequate funding and effective reach to beneficiaries, while also investing in healthcare infrastructure and supporting community development projects that reduce inequality and promote social stability, resulting in long-term benefits for citizens' well-being.

Context Previous research from a sample of US secondary schools (n = 10 553) indicated that 67% of schools had access to an athletic trainer (AT; 35% full time [FT], 30% part time [PT], and 2% per diem). However, the population-based statistic in all secondary schools with athletic programs (n = approximately 20 000) is yet to be determined. Objective To determine the level of AT services and employment status in US secondary schools with athletics by National Athletic Trainers' Association district. Design Cross-sectional study. Setting Public and private secondary schools with athletics. Patients or Other Participants Data from all 20 272 US public and private secondary schools were obtained. Main Outcome Measure(s) Data were collected from September 2015 to April 2018 by phone or e-mail communication with school administrators or ATs and by online surveys of secondary school ATs. Employment categories were school district, school district with teaching, medical or university facility, and independent contractor. Data are presented as total number and percentage of ATs. Descriptive statistics were calculated for FT, PT, and no AT services data for public, private, public + private, and employment type by state and by National Athletic Trainers' Association district. Results Of the 20 272 secondary schools, 66% (n = 13 473) had access to AT services, while 34% (n = 6799) had no access. Of those schools with AT services, 53% (n = 7119) received FT services, while 47% (n = 6354) received PT services. Public schools (n = 16 076) received 37%, 32%, and 31%, whereas private schools (n = 4196) received 27%, 28%, and 45%, for FT, PT, and no AT services, respectively. Most of the Athletic Training Locations and Services Survey participants (n = 6754, 57%) were employed by a medical or university facility, followed by a school district, school district with teaching, and independent contractor. Combined, 38% of AT employment was via the school district. Conclusions The percentages of US schools with AT access and FT and PT services were similar to those noted in previous research. One-third of secondary schools had no access to AT services. The majority of AT employment was via medical or university facilities. These data depict the largest and most updated representation of AT services in secondary schools.

Background: In this era of a rapidly advancing technological landscape, the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) has increased the awareness of health services on the importance of the roles of workers in utilising information technology. Objective: To analyse the factors influencing behavioural intention in the EMR system by adding the work engagement factor as an exogenous variable based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) theoretical framework. Method: This cross-sectional study enrolled a sample of 195 participants from a population of 390 medical students. Data analysis used structural models with multivariate structural equation modelling. Results: Facilitating conditions (t-statistic=3.154; p=0.0001), performance expectancy (t-statistic=2.983, p=0.003), and work engagement (t-statistic=4.998, p=0.0001) had an effect on the behavioural intention, while effort expectancy (t-statistic=0.779, p=0.436) and social influence (t-statistic=0.266, p=0.790) did not affect the behavioural intention. Conclusion: Performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, and work engagement could affect behavioural intention by R²=74%. Work engagement had the strongest effect among other exogenous variables.

The concerns arise from issues observed on the physical infrastructure platform currently deployed within the organisation. It is therefore proposed to investigate the attitude and perceptions of users working in Stats-SA on cloud computing and their willingness to migrate from physical infrastructure to cloud. The issue of user behavior during the transition from traditional IT services to cloud services has been addressed in a lot of studies, but the perceptions of employees at Stats-SA have never been investigated. The study expounds on the technology acceptance model by incorporating factors such as availability, accessibility, security and reliability by investigating the perception of end-users. The investigation took the mixed research approach. A questionnaire was developed using three technology acceptance instruments: perceived ease of use, usefulness and attitude to measure the end-user’s intention to move to the cloud.

This study empirically investigated public expenditure and economic development of Nigeria. To achieve this objective, relevant data used spanning from 1981-2021 were sourced from Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Statistical Bulletin for the period under review. Descriptive statistics, Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF) Unit root test, Granger causality and Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression were the analytical tools for this study. Real Gross Domestic Product (RGDP) was used as the dependent variable while capital expenditure on administration, capital expenditure on economic services, capital expenditure on Social and Community Services, capital expenditure on Transfers, recurrent expenditure on administration, recurrent expenditure on economic services, recurrent expenditure on Social and Community Services, and recurrent expenditure on Transfers as the independent variables. Based on the analysis, the F-statistic of the regression output stood at 56.23992, this implies that the regression plane is statistically significant. Also, the Prob.(F-Statistic) 0.000000 is less than the 0.05 level of significance implies that there is a statistical significant relationship between the variables. R2 = 0.933599 implies that about 93.36% of the total variation in the model specified was accounted for by the independent variables. RGDP and RES are platykurtic, CSCS, RA, and RSCS are mesokurtic, and CA, CES, CSCS, CT, and RT are leptokurtic, according to the descriptive analysis, which also showed that all the variables were normally distributed; All of the variables were stationary and significant at their respective values. RGDP granger caused CA, CES, CSCS, CT, RES, RSCS, and RT, so it is unidirectional causality, however RGDP granger cause RA while RA granger cause RGDP, therefore there is bi-directional causality between the two. There is the existence of a long-run relationship between the variables as the result the Johansen co-integration test indicates six co-integration equation. Therefore, public expenditure has significant impact on economic development of Nigeria. In conclusion, public expenditure (capital and recurrent) is an important determinants of economic growth and development in Nigeria. The study recommended that Government spending if properly managed will raise the nation’s production capacity and employment, which in turn increase economic growth in Nigeria, also government should increase its expenditure on rural development, roads, water and electrification in order to accelerate the level of productivity, increase income and raise the standard of living of poor citizens in Nigeria Keywords: Real Gross Domestic Product, Administration, Economic Services, Total Social and Community Services and Total Transfers expenditures.

This research method is quantitative research with smartPLS analysis tool. The population in this study is MSMEs in DKI Jakarta. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique, which amounted to 100 samples of MSMEs. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that the Digital Payment System variable had a t-statistic effect on Financial Literacy of 4.174. The Digital Payment System variable has a t-statistical effect on Financial Inclusion of 4,345. The Digital Payment System variable has a t-statistical effect on Financial Inclusion through Financial Literacy of 2.075. Financial Literacy variable has a t-statistic effect on Financial Inclusion of 3,103. The conclusion of this study is that the fintech digital payment system has a positive and significant effect on MSME sharia financial literacy and inclusion in DKI Jakarta, both direct, indirect and total effects. Suggestions for financial institutions are expected to improve Islamic Fintech financial services. MSMEs are expected to improve their capabilities and skills in digitizing financial services. For further researchers, other research can be carried out with a wider scope of research objects and variables. The relevance of issues of network positioning in general, and methods of assessing accuracy in particular, is due to the fact that technologies for location estimation by means of infrastructure of deployed and projected mobile radio communication networks have received a new impetus for development. This is due to a number of objective factors in recent years, which are the result of ongoing evolution at the next stage of the transition to 5G networks. If in the networks of previous generations 2G-4G geolocation was an optional service, which developed mainly according to the requirements of emergency services and law enforcement, as well as in scenarios when signals from global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) were unavailable, then for a promising 5G digital ecosystem, network positioning can rightfully be stated as a separate area of research and development. The arguments for this statement are at least two circumstances. First, in recent years, a wide range of geoinformation services has been developed, which are impossible and / or inappropriate to solve exclusively by GNSS systems. It is also indicative that in the latest specifications of the 3GPP partner project, among others, there were explicit requirements for the accuracy and availability of network positioning services, as well as a description of all possible geolocation scenarios with an accuracy of one meter. Secondly, the analysis of foreign sources in recent years has shown that the so-called concept of communication organization based on LAC (Location Aware Communication) positioning data has been developed, according to which location awareness can be used at different levels of the OSI model for improving the efficiency of building and operating radio stations as part of ultra-dense 5G radio access networks. In this paper, positioning scenarios in 5G networks are systematized, as well as probabilistic models and methods for assessing the accuracy of geolocation in relation to the problems of location estimation in 5G networks. In the first part of this paper, scenarios of network positioning for the 5G ecosystem are presented, in particular: specifics of organizing radio communications based on location data are presented; the development trends of positioning technologies in 5G networks are formulated; analyzes 3GPP requirements for positioning in 5G networks. In the second part of this work, the results of the development and software implementation of tools for probabilistic assessment and visualization of positioning accuracy along the scattering ellipse are presented.

The quality of public services is the most important thing to know whether they are successful in fulfilling services. The quality of service reflects the quality of the bureaucracy. The objectives of the study include identifying weaknesses or shortcomings of public service delivery and measuring the tendency of public satisfaction level with public services. Using a survey method with 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses a descriptive statistic. An approach to dynamic workflow management and optimisation using near-realtime performance data is presented. Strategies are discussed for choosing an optimal service (based on user-specified criteria) from several semantically equivalent Web services. Such an approach may involve finding "similar" services, by first pruning the set of discovered services based on service metadata, and subsequently selecting an optimal service based on performance data. The current implementation of the prototype workflow framework is described, and demonstrated with a simple workflow. Performance results are presented that show the performance benefits of dynamic service selection. A statistical analysis based on the first order statistic is used to investigate the likely improvement in service response time arising from dynamic service selection.

The purpose of this research is to measure the readiness of implementing the INLIS Lite system at the UIN SUSKA Riau library. The method used to measure implementation readiness is the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) method. The results of the research that has been done can be concluded that there are 3 variables that influence the level of readiness for implementing the INLIS Lite system, namely the Optimismvariable which has a t-statistic value of 9.961, Innovativeness which has a t-statistic value of 2.544, and Discomfort which has a t-statistic value of 2.260. Insecurity is the only variable that does not affect the level of readiness

Leeds occupational therapy section formally adopted a priority system for referrals in 1989. Written priority guidelines defined three levels of priority: immediate need (P1), urgent need (P2) and non-urgent (P3). Senior occupational therapists assign priority to referrals which they subsequently allocate to field workers. P1 and P2 referrals are visited by occupational therapists and P3 referrals by occupational therapy assistants. This study attempted to discover if the priority assigned by the senior occupational therapists was accurate. The senior occupational therapists were asked to allocate a number of referrals from each priority level to the occupational therapists without indicating what priority they considered the referral to be. The occupational therapists were asked to visit the client and record the priority of the case on the basis of their home assessment, using the written guidelines. The priorities assigned were compared and agreement was measured by use of the kappa statistic. The senior occupational therapists allocated 264 study referrals. Occupational therapist information was gathered on 216 of these. The occupational therapists and senior occupational therapists agreed on 64.4% of the P1s, 40.3% of the P2s and 47.4% of the P3s. The kappa statistics indicate that the level of agreement was poor to fair. Further information should be gathered on those referrals considered to be either P2 or P3 by the senior occupational therapists to allow more accurate prioritisation.

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of banking e-services quality on satisfaction of Islamic Saving and Credit Cooperatives. At present the banking sector is in a global business that prioritizes electronic services based on advances in information technology. The type of research methodology is field research and uses quantitative analysis based on primary data from 229 respondents total in Central Java Province. The results of testing the data using PLS Version 3.0, show that banking e-services quality has an effect on satisfaction of Islamic Saving and Credit Cooperatives. This is indicated by the magnitude of the e-services quality path coefficient on satisfaction and its significant is 0.461 to alpha 0.05, and t-value of the statistic is 7.754 * greater more than the t table is 1.65. this is indicates that e-services quality has a positive effect to satisfaction.

In this study, the implementation evaluation concept used is a concept derived from George C. Edwards' implementation model. While the concept of service used comes from Kotler. This research uses quantitative and exploratory research methods. The sample of this study amounted to 32 people based on the degree of error 5%. The test statistic used is the Kendal Tau correlation test, which is a non-parametric statistic used to obtain the strength of the relationship from the same population. The Variable Implementation of the Covid-19 Medical Rapid Handling and Public Health Policy was carried out well at the Bengkulu City Hospital. Cumulatively, the majority of respondents feel the results of relatively high satisfaction with public services in the health sector at the Bengkulu City Hospital, which means that the services provided at the Bengkulu City Hospital are of high value or satisfy the community. The implementation of the Covid-19 Rapid Medical and Public Health Handling Policy has an effect on public services at the Bengkulu City Hospital. This can be proven also by the tabulation calculation which states that the value of z count < z table with dk as much as 5%. That is 0.462 < 0.3264 which means that reject Ho and accept Ha. The implementation of the Covid-19 Rapid Medical and Public Health Handling Policy with Public Services at the Bengkulu City Hospital needs to be optimized again, by socializing this regulation and applying rewards and punishments to Bengkulu City RSHD officers who excel and who violate.

From 1804 and the liberation from the foreign rule, Serbia tried to build a state of the European type. These efforts are indicated by the creation of numerous institutions which include statistics, too. Statistics offers testimonies about states and societies, representing them to the domestic and world public. It does so by collecting data about the territory and population, economy and culture of a country. The collected data are processed and published. Thus the politicians, scientists, businessmen and broad public acquire insights useful for the implementation of their activities and for a better understanding of the environment in which they work. Even before The First Serbian Uprising there were state institutions in the territory of the then Serbia. For the needs of that administration certain counts were made. But it was the work of foreign empires. Only the statistics created for the needs of Serbia?s own Principality, later Kingdom belongs to the history of Serbian statehood. That is why the national uprising begun in 1804 marks its justified historical start, and World War II was a logical moment for the end of this review. Understanding the development of the statistic service requires at least two types of information. First, it is useful to bear in mind those factors of social development which imposed the need for statistics in Serbia. The second set of remarks is related to the fact that Serbia at the time took the example of the statistical services in the more developed part of the world. Remarks about the stimuli from these two sources given in this text are only a reminder of the obligation to carry out still unfinished essential studies of the past. There were statistic reaserches in Serbia even before the foundation of the statistics service. Everything done in this area before 1862 belongs to the pioneering attempts, to the preparatory period, to prehistory. However, precisely these first endeavours clearly reveal governmental reasons for which statistics was created. That is why the statistics endeavours even before the establishment of the state statistics service also deserve attention.

The purpose of this study was to examine whether African Americans, European Americans, and other races and ethnicities with disabilities differed in perceived job placement efficacy of vocational rehabilitation (VR) services in the United States. Binary logistic regression was employed to predict how African Americans, European Americans, and other races and ethnicities would view VR services in assisting them to get Jobs. The test statistic revealed that race/ethnicity and perceived VR service efficacy among VR customers were not statistically significant. However, as the number (answering yes on the NIHS) of African Americans, European Americans, and other races and ethnicities increased, they perceived that the VR services they received did not assist them in getting a Job. Future research considerations for VR administrators and counselors are discussed.

This research aims to test the influence of Third-party Funds (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) on the Profitability (ROA) at Conventional Commercial Banks Books 3 which are listed on Financial Services Authority (OJK) 2014-2018 period. This research is using the purposive sampling technique to collect data population from financial reports Conventional Commercial Banks Books 3 which are listed on OJK 2014-2018 period with the number of samples used were 16 banks. The data were analyzed using panel data regression using the fixed effect model. Hypothesis testing uses F-test statistic, coefficient of determination test (), and t-test statistic. The results showed that simultaneously of the five independent variables studied, significant impact on ROA. And partially of the five independent variables studied, there are two independent variables that negative and significant influence on ROA namely BOPO and NPL. While three independent variables do not positive and do not significantly affect ROA namely DPK, CAR, and LDR. The Contribution of all independent variables is 89,7125% and the rest of the value 10,2875% can be explained by another variable outside this research model.

The increasing enthusiasm of government agencies to implement e-government can be seen as the government’s commitment to anticipating the current development of science and technology (Gupta, Singh, & Bhaskar, 2018; Wang, Wang, & Liu, 2016). The present study was designed to investigate the information technology culture of public organizations in the context of public services in the Magelang City Government, Indonesia, and identify the driving and inhibiting factors of e-government based public services in the city. A mixed method with a sequential explanatory design was employed in the study. Data were garnered through questionnaire surveys, documentation, observation, and interviews. A descriptive statistic was used for the quantitative data analysis, while for the qualitative data analysis, a thematic process was conducted. Findings from the study suggest that the information technology culture in the city’s governance is mainly influenced by five factors: technocratic utopianism, anarchy, feudalism, dictatorship, and federalism. The findings are crucial as they contribute to the discovery of the root cause of the problem that the implementation of e-government based public services in Indonesia is not yet optimal.

This study examines the impact of Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, and Performance Expectancy on Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior in Generation Z in order to explore the impact of the live broadcast technique. A descriptive-quantitative approach (questionnaire) was employed in this study to gather information from 370 respondents who actively utilized streaming services and made purchases. This study uses the proposed framework adapted by UTAUT 2. The results of the analysis show that Hedonic Motivation has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest because the T-Statistic value = 2.264 and P-Value = 0.024 are valid numbers, while Price Value with Behavioral Intention has a T-Statistic value = 17.783 and P-Value = 0.000 indicates a positive and significant effect. Performance Expectancy with Behavioral Intention has a T-Statistic value = 3.461 and P-Value = 0.001 which shows a significant effect but with a negative correlation, so it does not fulfill the hypothesis on this research. And the relationship between Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior has a T-Statistic value = 15,284 and P-Value = 0.000 indicating a significant influence and a positive correlation. The study concluded that Price Value and Hedonic Motivation influenced consumers’ desire to use the live streaming feature.

Various studies have been conducted to measure the level of service provided by an institution or service, including hospitals, in order to determine the level of customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to assess the role of the quality of services offered by a hospital in predicting customer satisfaction. This study was conducted at Bunda Purwokerto Hospital. The participants consisted of 380 samples. Hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS method yielded an R-square value of 0.413 for the customer satisfaction variable. The results of H1 revealed a favourable influence on the satisfaction of outpatient patients at Bunda Purwokerto Hospital. The original sample produced a coefficient of 0.130, a t statistic of 2.163 (> 1.96), and a p-value of 0.031 (< 0.05). The relationship between trust and job performance was deemed positive and significant, as evidenced by the t-statistic exceeding 1.96. This study confirms that an improvement in the quality of healthcare services shapes patient satisfaction and loyalty. Aspects encompassing healthcare service quality, such as the physical environment, customer-oriented atmosphere, responsiveness, effective communication, privacy maintenance, and safety, demonstrate a positive correlation with patient loyalty towards the hospital’s image.

Health system data incompletely capture the social risk factors for drug overdose. This study aimed to improve the accuracy of a machine-learning algorithm to predict opioid overdose risk by integrating human services and criminal justice data with health claims data to capture the social determinants of overdose risk. This prognostic study included Medicaid beneficiaries (n = 237,259) in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania enrolled between 2015 and 2018, randomly divided into training, testing, and validation samples. We measured 290 potential predictors (239 derived from Medicaid claims data) in 30-day periods, beginning with the first observed Medicaid enrollment date during the study period. Using a gradient boosting machine, we predicted a composite outcome (i.e., fatal or nonfatal opioid overdose constructed using medical examiner and claims data) in the subsequent month. We compared prediction performance between a Medicaid claims only model to one integrating human services and criminal justice data with Medicaid claims (i.e., integrated model) using several metrics (e.g., C-statistic, number needed to evaluate [NNE] to identify one overdose). Beneficiaries were stratified into risk-score decile subgroups. The samples (training = 79,087, testing = 79,086, validation = 79,086) had similar characteristics (age = 38±18 years, female = 56%, white = 48%, having at least one overdose = 1.7% during study period). Using the validation sample, the integrated model slightly improved on the Medicaid claims only model (C-statistic = 0.885; 95%CI = 0.877–0.892 vs. C-statistic = 0.871; 95%CI = 0.863–0.878), with small corresponding improvements in the NNE and positive predictive value. Nine of the top 30 most important predictors in the integrated model were human services and criminal justice variables. Using the integrated model, approximately 70% of individuals with overdoses were members of the top risk decile (overdose rates in the subsequent month = 47/10,000 beneficiaries). Few individuals in the bottom 9 deciles had overdose episodes (0-12/10,000). Machine-learning algorithms integrating claims and social service and criminal justice data modestly improved opioid overdose prediction among Medicaid beneficiaries for a large U.S. county heavily affected by the opioid crisis.

Improving the level of public sports services enhances citizens’ physical fitness by implementing the national fitness program. A systematic and scientific efficiency evaluation is a prerequisite for optimizing and improving the level of public sports services in China. Based on data of the Chinese Statistic Yearbook, this study adopted the three-stage data envelopment analysis (DEA) model to measure and analyze the efficiency of public sports services in 31 provinces in China in 2016. To analyze the efficiency of public sports services, technical efficiency was decomposed into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. Simultaneously, environmental variables were added to improve accuracy. The results showed that scale efficiency was overestimated, and external technical efficiency was underestimated, before the elimination of external factors and environmental variables. Environmental factors significantly impacted the efficiency of public sports services. Regional gross domestic product (GDP) had a potentially positive impact, while population size partially restricted public sports service efficiency. After eliminating the impact of environmental and random factors, the comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency, and scale efficiency of public sports services all showed improvement in varying degrees. The results provide beneficial insights for the formulation of rational improvement policies for public sports services.

Health services is most closely related to when someone needs health services and how far the effectiveness of these services. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence clients in utilizing outpatient services at Klabang Community Health Center, Bondowoso District. Quantitative research design with a Cross. With a sample of 245 respondents taken with accidental sampling technique. The tool used was a questionnaire, which then carried out a bivariate and multivariate analysis to determine the factors that influence the client in the use of outpatient services at the Klabang Community Health Center in Bondowoso district. The results of the statistic test found that service facilities, nurse or midwife services, service fees, doctor services, ease of information and health insurance regulation systems significantly affected the utilization of outpatient services. Community perceptions of good service from the community health center give a deep impression and cause motivation to be able to take advantage of the health services provided. If the public knows that service delivery is by what is expected, trust and satisfaction will increase. The Public Health Center as one type of first-level health service facility has an important role in the national health system, specifically the health efforts subsystem.

Over the last two decades, the regulators of the financial services sector in Saudi Arabia have aimed to develop a level of fair competition in the provision of banking services across the country. This paper utilizes non-structural approaches, the H-statistic developed by, and the Granger causality test. The second approach involves determining the Granger-based causal relationship between banks’ cost efficiency and competition via data envelope analysis (DEA) using the generalized method of moments (GMM) panel. The study’s data were drawn from 11 traditional banks in Saudi Arabia, covering the period from 2015 to 2021 (yearly data). The results of the non-structural approach, i.e., the H-statistic, demonstrate that the average fund rate had a positive effect on competition; however, the physical capital price index, the index of leverage, and the credit risk negatively affect the total revenue. Furthermore, a positive H-statistic value reflects the positive causality between competition and cost efficiency (higher efficiency results in a higher level of competition). The DEA results indicate that competition in the year 2021 was influenced by the competition level of the previous year (2020); moreover, the relationship between the previous year’s cost efficiency Granger value, the greater availability, and the lower prices of banking products had a significant influence on the competition in the years under consideration (since a positive significant result from the test is available), which reflects the higher level of market structure and the greater availability and lower prices of banking products. Cost efficiency in the year 2021 was also positively influenced by the cost efficiency level of the previous year (2020), with competition forcing efficiency via the cutting of costs.

Aims: The mobile and internet revolution has influenced creation and delivery of financial services leading to more innovative ways of linking customers and partners. Electronic Banking (e-banking) has opened up a new channel of banking resulting in new capabilities for banks as intermediaries. The research questions that the study sought to answer include, the role of mobile banking on the financial performance in Kenyan commercial banks, the effect of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) on the financial performance of Kenyan commercial banks. Study Design: The research adopted descriptive design with quantitative data approaches. Place and Duration of Study: The target population was made up of 24 Kenyan Commercial Banks in the North Coast region of Kenya with a total of 240 employees. These banks are top tier lead brands listed in the stock exchange in the banking sector in Kenya between December 2022 and July 2023. Methodology: Strata of top management (section heads), middle managers (branch managers and super agents) and operational employees (lower cadre employees & credit officers) provided 72 respondents. Both secondary and primary data sources were used with the self-administered questionnaires containing both open and closed ended questions. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple regression on a model of Y = 1.518+ 0.438 X1 + 0.136 X2 + ε. Results: The correlation of the independent variables and the dependent variable was high and positive at 0.697 and 0.573 for mobile banking and Electronic Funds Transfer on financial performance respectively. The value of the adjusted R squared was found to be 0.654. The value of F-statistic was found to be 44.919 and it p-value 0.000. The regression coefficient of mobile banking was found to be 0.438 with a t-statistic value of 6.126. The regression coefficient of EFT was found to be 0.136 with a t-statistic value of 6.182. Conclusion: There is a strong relationship between mobile banking, EFT and financial performance of commercial banks in Kenya. M-banking has significantly reduced operational costs while EFT has increased the number of daily transactions. The study established that the popularity of m-banking has is due to the intensity of technology penetration of mobile phones to bank customers which has resulted in the number of customers registering for m-banking services to increase in the last five years. Commercial banks have also experienced increased ROA and growth in market share with adoption of e-banking.

Improved quality of services was needed to provide patient satisfaction. Quality of nursing care consists of five dimensions these are responsiveness, assurance, tangibles, emphaty, and reliability. The aimed of this study was determined the relationship of nursing care quality with patient satisfaction level in hospital. The type of this research was non-experiment research and used cross sectional design. This research used purposive sampling technique, with the total sample were 98 patients in Hospital. The data was collected using questionnaire and analyzed using pearson product moment test. The average quality of nursing services was at score 77.36, with the standard deviation at 8.91. The average patient satisfaction was at score 101.59, with the standard deviation at the score of 11.60. The result of Pearson Product Moment statistic test showed that there was a significant and positive correlation between the quality of nursing services with the level of patient satisfaction with the strong relationship correlation proved with p-value = 0,000 and r-value= 0,592. It showed that increasing the quality of nursing services given to the patient can increased the level of patient satisfaction.

Coastal wetlands have been heavily exploited in the world. Valuation of ecosystem services help to provide the necessary improvements in coastal policy and management to monitor the driving forces of ecological changes in wetland ecosystems. In this study, the monetary values of wetland ecosystem services (WES) in the northeastern part of Vietnam were evaluated based on the integration of different quantitative methods, including interview, remote sensing, ecological modeling, statistic, and cost-benefit analyses. Particularly, seven wetland ecosystems and eleven services obtained from them were identified. As a result, the annual net WES value is evaluated at more than 390 million USD. The intensive and industrial aquaculture ecosystems in the northeastern part represent the highest economic value with more than 2100 USD/ha/year. A “planning” scenario was formulated to predict WES for the next ten years based on policy changes published by local managers. The framework developed here can serve as a decision support tool for environmental and economic managers in wetlands planning.

Abstract The growing number of studies stresses the importance of social investment at an early age by showing that social investment at this period has the highest returns in human capital. The main instrument of social investment at an early age is high quality early childhood education and care services. The aim of the research was to identify whether the first signs of social investment return could be observed in Latvia, since statistic data showed that there was an expansion of early childhood education and care services over the last decades, especially for children until obligatory pre-school age. Research results showed that positive connection could be observed between pre-school attendance rate and fertility rate, female and overall employment rate, average earning, etc. However, no connection could be observed when it came to education outcomes in the short term. The author recommends conducting more research regarding service quality and investment return in the future.

In this study the authors used SPSS version 19 o'clock as a tool to test the normality of data, the classical assumption test, descriptive statistics, t test analysis and test F and test the coefficient of determination with a significance level of 5% (0.05. Which is an indicator of independently variable in this study is a Product, Service and Service Quality Bank Syariah while a dependent variable is Customer Satisfaction Bank Syariah Mandiri in Jakarta. The results of the t test performed on variables Products and Services Bank Syariah Mandiri showed an influence on Customer Satisfaction of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Jakarta where the obtained value of t > t table as well as the value of each probability signifikanya showed less than (<0,05). At present the development of the use of social media in Indonesia is very rapid, in Indonesia there are a variety of regional languages, one of which is the Sundanese language, where some people especially those living in West Java use Sundanese language to express comments, opinions, suggestions, criticisms and others in social media. This information can be used as valuable data for individuals or organizations in decision making. The huge amount of data makes it impossible for humans to read and analyze it manually. Sentiment analysis is the process of classifying opinions, analyzing, understanding, evaluating, emotions and attitudes towards a particular entity such as individuals, organizations, products or services, topics, events, in order to obtain information. The purpose of this research is the Naїve Bayes Classifier (NBC) classification algorithm and Feature Chi Squared Statistics selection method can be used in Sundanese-language tweets sentiment analysis on Twitter social media into positive, negative and neutral categories. Chi Square Statistic feature test results can reduce irrelevant features in the Naïve Bayes Classifier classification process on Sundanese-language tweets with an accuracy of 78.48%.
