The motive of the diploma thesis is the redesign of the original project documentation of an block of flats into an information model for administration and maintenance. The first part deals with modeling the building according to the drawing part of the documentation in the Autodesk Revit. The second is about the outputs of the information model and its use in building management. It also includes an evaluation of the effectiveness of redesign in relation to the detail of the model and its link to the original drawing documentation.

The main topic of this thesis is the detailed design of new building in a secluded state administration buildings with a flat roof single shell. The building has two floors and no basement. Structural system used is brick. Vertical structures are made of Porotherm system and horizontal structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The load is transferred to the monolithic strip foundation.

The thesis describes a design of the office building of Wanemi a.s. company in Zábřeh na Moravě. The company intends to build an ecological paper mill in the city. The office building is located at the „green“ entrance zone of the manufacturing facility. The building is designed in accordance with the requirements of energy–efficient buildings and the philosophy of the company – People and nature. The „green“ entrance zone that includes a placement of individual objects (office building, presentation pavilion, info center) has been solved as a pre-diploma thesis.

Annotation:
This thesis describes design and implementation of effective memory management for multi-threaded applications. At first, the virtual memory possibilities are described, which can be found in the latest operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows and Linux. Afterwards the most frequently used algorithms for memory management are explained. Consequently, their features are used properly for a new memory manager. Final design includes particular tools for application debugging and profiling. At the end of the thesis a series of tests and evaluation of achieved results were done.

Anotace práce v anglickém jazyce The aim of the work is to describe and explain the concept of Facility management as a complex of service activities in the management of assets. Furthermore, i want to see how it is applied in the administration of the assets of FM Technical University in Brno. thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which is contained in the first chapter, and part practical, which i paid in the second chapter. While ensuring the handouts for the practical part of the thesis i used the option of personal visits to each of the faculties. Here i carried out in the form of dotazníkovou and personal interview research on responsible management personnel of buildings – internal facility managers. The result of the activities are an indication of how the management of support activities at individual faculties, what is the distribution of own and external activities. At the conclusion of their work i want to do an evaluation approach of the individual faculties on matters of management and try on the recommendation of the possible changes.

The diploma thesis on „Optimizing of shopping center energy demands“ deals with the reduce of the energy demand of the shopping center. This thesis focuses on prices, quality & risks of the Facility management. In the theoretical part there are explained points referring to the Facility management, it’s contributions, ways of securing them, important fields and it’s targets. Also individual levels of cooperation and the job description of the management. There is also a mention of an important standardization, of which the Facility management couldn’t function without. Also the example of service contract and lastly, a very important chapter is dedicated to the quality of work provision and Facility management services. The practical part of this thesis is the case study based on a questionnaire of how to support services of the two different subjects, hotels and construction companies. The case study also describes the cost of these services, ways of controlling the quality provided and contracts with appointed workers. The result of this thesis is a detailed description of potential risks which can appear in the individual type of services. There is a suggested optimization for all the risks mentioned.

Diploma project develops the intention to build up an ecological project based on renewable resources utilization of energy and materials recycling in Zábřeh. The study is engaged in possible area extension and tries to divide it into functional zones, when zone of main production remains the same (already elaborated project) and the zone of extension where there is settled production storages, alt.production hall extension. Third zone, so-called green zone, is developed in more detail. The green zone is a belt of plot separating the production area from second-class road nr.315, and also creates entrance gateway and lungz of the whole area. The green belt is conceived as a sojourn park with water elements(biotopes, lake, water basin), which is intersected by wooden footbridge, that connects object of multifunction pavilion and office building and ends at articifial island, or more precisely as a torso in the lake waters, symbolizing the science, which´s end is far away for human beings. The footbridge is also an axis between planned science-technological centres for the direct processing of waste materials. Administration building and pavilion are conceived as a „second nature“, purely human artifact, whih is also clearly expressed in „non-natural“ materials used. Their concept tries to saturate client´s requests and use the renewable resources of energy with observance of building biology principles (author´s request) at the same time.

Internal environment is an environment in which we spend most of our time. That is the reason why it has a significant impact on our physical health and mental wellbeing. Yet, there are a number of factors that may pose health risks; and that is why this issue should not be underestimated. The objective of the diploma thesis at hand is to assess the results as they were recorded in a targeted public health supervision focused on the guality of internal environment. The said state supervision was imposed by the Chief Public Health Officer of the Czech Republic of 14th March 2007 on Regional Hygiene Authorities including Prague Hygiene Authority, directors of Regional Hygiene Authorities, and directors of health institutions. Based on the reports on measurements of selected quality indicators in the internal environment of the Ice Arena in České Budějovice and their outcomes regarding the quality of the internal environment, the author expects to come to a conclusion which would confirm that measures taken due to the public health supervision have been sufficient in terms of efficiency. The given objective has been confirmed in the chapter ?Outcomes?. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis observes findings dealing with atmosphere in general, internal environment, and state public health supervision. The research part of the thesis was completed employing a qualitative research. Methods employed in data collection were observation and documents analysis. The data collection was carried out by secondary data analysis. All data were gained, firstly, from the results of the measurements carried out by the Hygiene Authorities of the Health Institution after these had been assessed (in 2007 under the auspices of the Health Institute based in České Budějovice, and in 2011 under the auspices of the Health Institute based in Plzeň), and, secondly, studiyng in detail related file documents provided by the Regional Hygiene Authority of the Region of South Bohemia based in České Budějovice. Unfortunately, there are no papers or books available on the topic to compare the thesis with. This thesis may be utilized by professionals at the Regional Hygiene Authority of the Region of South Bohemia based in České Budějovice during further research, and even by general public when providing information on the quality of internal environment of this important sport facility.
