The purpose of the new building is the construction of sports and relaxation center in Jihlava in the Vysocina. The building will serve as a sports and leisure center also contains the 1st floor squash courts, relaxation area with jacuzzi, sauna and massage. In the 2nd floor will be located with aerobic fitness, office manager, a children's playground and a bar with seating. The building consists of two floors and a basement. External walls are lined with masonry elements of Heluz Family tl. 300 mm 3 square inches with excellent thermal insulation properties, the internal load-bearing walls of thick STI Heluz system. 300mm. The building can escape three unprotected pathways into the open towards the northwest and south. The building is situated in a slightly sloping terrain. From the main road to get to the building access road to the 1st floor. The overall height of the first floor is 4.00 m, the second floor is 4m and also underground floor is 3.40 m The building consists of three wings in the longitudinal structural system. The building has three floors: a basement and two floors. The roof is flat, single-layer, above the squash courts is inclined with an inclination of 6 degrees. The ground plan is mass divided into 3 wings on 1st floor with main entrance and staircase connecting all the floors in the middle of disposition. Ground object is longitudinally divided into differently sized parts of the corridor, which on each side of the staircase joining the center of the building. Check the plot is solved its own parking with direct entrance from the road.

This master´s thesis elaborates a project documentation of sports rehabilitation center in Brno–Bystrc. The building object is four-storeyed and a partial basement. On the basement floor there is a pool with sauna, gym and fitness with support to assist for all activities offered. On the ground floor there is an entrance, reception for accommodation, restaurant and kitchen for the restaurant. The 2nd overground floors is determined by the rehabilitation clinic. On the grand and overground floor are designed sanitary appliances for the restaurant and patient surgeries. There are projected 9 apartments for weekend accommodation. Apartments allow access to the terrace. Foundations are made strip foundations. The building object is bricked and insulated with ventilated facades. This Master´s Thesis deals with design and execution of project documentation for building of sport and wellness center. The site is situated in the outskirts of Vsetín in Zlín region. The structural system of the building is walled with porotherm blocks. Ceilings are made up of ceiling panels spiroll. Roof is mainly flat, pitched roof is only designed above squash courts. The buildings’ shape is composed of three blocks which together form a functional complex. The sport center offers these kinds of activities: spinning bike rides, exercising, weight lifting, group training and squash. The final thesis is focused on the design and elaboration of the project documentation of the sports and relaxation center. The proposed building is located in the south-eastern part of the town of Hradec Králové, in a location supposed for buildings and areas of sports and relaxation use. It is a three-storey building with a flat roof and partial basement. The construction system is wall-mounted with a combination of skeleton. The building is based on plain concrete and reinforced concrete foundation footing. The peripheral, supporting and partition walls are designed from ceramic blocks POROTHERM. The inner load-bearing elements consist mainly of reinforced concrete columns. The ceiling structure is designed from reinforced concrete slabs supported locally. The perimeter walls of the first overground floor and part of the perimeter walls of the basement are insulated by an external contact thermal insulation system. The thermal insulation of the perimeter walls of the second floor is designed by means of a ventilated facade with facade tiles except the squash courts and the relaxation area. The building is functionally divided into three main parts, where the central part forms an entrance hall with comunication spaces of all floors. In this part a basement with technical facilities is designed. The right part of the ground floor consists of a restaurant with a bowling alley and a kitchen with storage and hygienic facilities. As part of this section, a gym and exercise rooms for fitness exercises, spinning and TRX are designed on the second floor. The left part consists of two squash courts with the appropriate facilities and massage areas. There is also a relaxing facilities with a north-facing terrace on the second floor. There are also dressing rooms and hygienic facilities. The designed object is accessible for disabled people. There is a parking lot for 40 cars, 3 motorcycles, one bus and three barracks for cars.

The topic of the diploma thesis was to design an architectural study of a ski hotel in Králíky. The proposed building is located close to the existing urban development south of the city and in the southwestern part of the defined location for the implementation of the sports and recreation centre Králíky. The design of the hotel follows the project of the urban-architectural study of the sports and recreational resort, which offers leisure activities for all ages. The proposed building will serve as a four-star hotel with apartment rooms for 60 people, a restaurant for 100 people, wellness, gym, service, rental, shop, massage, hairdresser, manicure, pedicure and children's corner. The hotel has one underground floor and five above-ground floors. It is shown in slightly sloping terrain, below the proposed ski slope.

The aim of this thesis is an architectural study of a new hotel in the mountain village of Králíky. The study deals with a four-star hotel with a capacity of 60 beds, wellness, and restaurant for 100 people, mainly focused on families with children. The theme of the diploma thesis was the elaboration of an architectural study of a selected building from the undergraduate project of the urban design of the Kraliky Sports and Recreation Resort in the Ústí nad Orlicí district. The urban-architectural study defined a property suitable for the location of a mountain hotel, which is located in close proximity to the existing urban development south of the city and in the southwestern part of the defined location for the implementation of the sports and recreational resort Kraliky. The city's intention is to build a new hotel complex on its own property to provide maximum service for the emerging resort. The ski hotel is designed as one building with additional structures including ancillary buildings such as paved areas and roads, utilities, etc. The ski hotel is designed in an energy-passive standard, it will meet the requirements for high quality indoor environment and will minimize energy consumption for its operation. The priority of the project is a healthy indoor environment and environmental friendliness. The aim was to create a building that respects the surrounding buildings and its material solution does not protrude into the surroundings.

This new building is located on the outskirts of the town of Králíky, in places of territorial development with a sports and recreational focus. When solving the design, care was taken to ensure that the building complied with the design principles of passive structures.

The diploma thesis The Sports and Relaxation Center in Vsetin, Ohrada, is located in the South part of Vsetin, where is currently spartakiad stadium. The area borders are from north-east a highway 1/57, from north-west a river Vsetinska Becva and along the river a cycle route. The south border forms a area of waterworks. The town Vsetin is the meeting and starting point for many visitors from the Valachian. The main goal of this project is facilitate this place, make a place for many sport activities, interconnect the highway 1/57 with a river and cycle route, create a base to leisure activities make a more comfortable and atractiv surroundings along the river. The surroundings built-up area is not compact and the highway 1/57 crosses and defines our area. In front of the enter the area is located a sports hall. The borders between highway and sport places makes a terrain bank, which is in the north part combined with kindergarten, on the south part are located buidldings of temporary accomodation and tennis club. The starting points to cycle route are located near these buildings. Between these buildings are located a sport places, courts, fields, playgrounds with a proper facilities.

The assignment is an architecture and urban planning study of a sports and recreation center. The solved area is located in the town of Vsetín, in the part called Ohrada. Nowdays, the area is obsolete, unfunctional and also unmodern. My project is mainly focused to create a concept that responds to the environment, offers outdoor and indoor spaces for all generations. It allows better connection with nature, variable use, and division of area by function. The design is defined by the river Bečva on the west side and a busy 1st class road on the east side. It was important to separate pedestrians and cyclists from motor vehicles. The response to this restriction is to direct traffic in the area to the west, towards the river. This creates a terrain works that optically deflects the design in a quieter direction. Buildings are placed in the line and oriented in the western direction. After creating the terrain, I divided the area into several segments according to functionality. In the heart of the area, a multifunctional central hall with an inner climbing wall is set in the terrain. In front of it is a public space for meetings, sports and recreation. On the other side, there is a basketball court, a workout playground, a children's playground in front of the hall and a rest area of ??greenery closer to the river. If we continue southerly down, another cube set into the terrain is a building with a restaurant and a cafe. The southernmost building is a tennis club with facilities for athletes and squash. In front of the building there is a 9x tennis court with a grandstand. Closer to the river and the bike path there is an outdoor climbing wall. From the newly created embankment, the area is divided by a cycle path around the river. Behind the bridge is a green belt separated area which, unlike the previous ones, is tuned in a calmer spirit. We will find a building of a yoga and meditation center.

The diploma thesis was preceded by a specialized atelier focusing on the urban – architectural design of the area of „Vsetín – Ohrada“. During this project, I was mainly focusing on the analysis of the area and the basic design. The project focuses on the area in the southern part of Vsetín. Its borders are formed by Vsetínská Bečva from the northwest side, the 1st class expressway from the northeast side and the waterworks building from the south. The main goal of the project is to attract more visitors to the quiet nature oriented area, who will be provided with a large number of outdoor and indoor activities that can be done in the area. The area is separated by a bridge and an industrial zone from the outskirts of the city and thus lacks a connection to urban development. The project is therefore designed as a separate urban unit, reflecting the natural aspects of the whole area. The advantage of the place is the previously mentioned river Bečva flowing directly through the area and a bike path lining the right bank of this river. Buildings with added soil to create slopes with hangout areas form, among other things, a noise and aesthetic barrier from the city, turning attention to the river and nature. The grass-covered slopes will be made of soil obtained from the current slopes of soil under the auditorium around the spartakiad stadium as well as the excavation work of the newly designed buildings. These slopes also visually unify the buildings, contribute to the organic and natural appearance of the entire design, create hangout areas for spectators and add back the grass areas that were taken away because of the construction of the buildings.

This paper aims to elaborate an urbanistic study focused on the establishment of a multifunction athletic and recreational area located in Vsetín-Ohrada, carrying the name of the location, Ohrada. The reason to elaborate on this project is the current desolate state of the area, which already does not fulfil its purpose and serves only as lodgings and as a facility for the tennis club. My approach for this project implies identified accidence of buildings with an emphasis on maximal use of daylight, open spaces, green areas, and social interactions. All of these parts connect ideas and needs of future generations and deliver into the area new Genio Loci. For me, the biggest challenge in this complex area is finding the answer to meaningful use of the big amount of soil that is part of the canker tribune. The solution for this challenge might be in the creation of new access paths and footbridge to the buildings which provide several parts of space with different atmosphere and purpose. The main idea was the creation of a leisure public space with an emphasis on the variability of used areas that serve people from all age groups. It creates several main areas that divide the location and deliver various atmospheres for each generation. Additionally, the area as a whole is open and accessible to the public. A sign of long-term functional society is the ability of considerable behaviour toward public areas. Space in front of and between buildings happened to be more important than the building itself. In this case, we can talk about public life that is sustainable in time.

The topic of this master's thesis is the revitalization of the former Spartakiad stadium. Nowadays it functions as a sports complex Ohrada, which is in neglected condition and not widely used. The area is located at the southern edge of the city Vsetín and is defined by a 1st class road from the northeast, Vsetínská Bečva from the western and agricultural areas from the southern side. Above Bečva, the Bečevná hill rises and together they create a pleasant, out-of-town atmosphere with a great potential. The priority of the proposal was to create an attractive place with a variety of sports and recreational activities for all ages. However, at the beginning it was necessary to somehow insulate the area from the overpass. Therefore a sports and recreation facility was designed at the entrance to the area - it copies the shape of the road and forms an imaginary entrance gate to the zone. A car park was designed under the overpass, so the rest of the area remained exclusively for pedestrians. Sufficient distances among the individual sports grounds are supplemented by recreational areas of greenery. Most playgrounds are designed as multi-purpose, for greater variability of the territory. The buildings have a maximum of two floors and they are located in a way not to disturb the views of the recreational areas. They contain sports facilities as well as a wide range of interior activities. Three materials are used on all the buildings - wood, steel and glass, complemented by neutral white plaster. Therefore, the area operates in a comprehensive and uniform manner.

Object pools its design reminds scallop. Swimming is apparently conceived as a single mass, which conceals all the necessary facilities for the overall operation of swimming pools. Capacity is designed for 200 people with one swimming pool of 25m, one child and one recreational pool. Additional function creates a bar with a terrace for snacks as for bathers, as well as for visitors. The entrance hall provides an opportunity for kids games in the form of a children's area with views through the glass walls to the pool hall. Interestingly as interior design-designed air management, which in a way adds a certain elegance construction. By installing solar panels on the south side of the roof structure becomes an object environmentally friendly and uses renewable energy as the future trend.

The subject of this thesis is the construction of Sport and relaxation center in Moravany. The building is divided into three objects. The first object is Bowling & Billiard Bar. The architecture and urban planning study of the Ohrada sports grounds examines the possibility of building a multipurpose sports and recreation centre in the Vsetín – Ohrada location. Currently, the grounds are in a very poor condition. With respect to the dimensions of the grounds, the roofed stands of the Spartakiad stadium serving a lodging house along with the tennis club facilities fail to fulfill its potential. I approached the area layout in a way which enables a clearly identifiable morphology of the buildings with an accentuated maximum utilization of daylight, open space, greenery, and social interaction to combine ideas and needs of the future generation and thus give the location a new genius loci. The biggest challenge of the complex layout of the whole site was to find a meaningful use for the great amount of soil found in the decaying stands. I find the best solution in creating an accessible, walkable mass that provides several different sections with various atmospheres and purposes. This concept resulted in a study which uses the qualities of the premises and complements them with a number of sports and recreational activities. The fundamental idea was to create a public leisure space with a focus on a great variability of the purpose of the grounds to make it useful for a wide range of public across generations. This led to the creation of several main masses which divide the location, reduce the scale of the area and give it a different atmosphere. At the same time, the grounds are freely accessible and open to the public. A long-term, functioning society demonstrates an ability to treat public and semipublic space with respect. The area in front of and in between buildings becomes, therefore, more important than the buildings themselves. At such a moment, one can talk of a sustainable public life.

Diploma thesis of was preceded by a specialized studio focused on the development of urban-architectural design in the area of "Vsetín - Ohrada". The newly created objects have the a task of transform the whole territory, which nowadays deteriorate. The solved area is separated by the highest industrial zone from the edge of the city and after the connection to the urban area. The whole sports complex is conceived as an independent urban complex, mainly linked to the surrounding nature. These are cycle paths that are designed for the entire area. The center is designed for the needs of the population of Vsetín and its catchment areas. Sports, recreational options for all ages. The grassy wall divides the river from the city and reflects the calm zone by the river, and at the same time divides large flat areas. In addition to sports, the area offers wellness, gastro and meeting places. The advantage of this place is cycling trail parallel to the beautiful nature. Moreover, the grassy wall is used to hide service roads and parking spaces. This ensures excellent transport accessibility and supply, but does not interfere with the sports complex. Wall created from excavations of single buildings and demolition works of the original stadium will achieve a safe transition from one sports ground to another, creating a natural observation post and incorporating buildings and sports facilities to become part of the wall and form a single unit. By embedding buildings in the wall, the buildings visually diminish. The embedded sports ground is bounded on two sides by a rampart and the third by a staircase. It can be used as a grandstand, or to enter the ridge of the dike. This minimizes the need for unsightly fencing on each pitch. With the new concept we will meet the requirements of visitors in the given locality and, above all, the attractiveness of the whole area will be increased.

The design of the sports and recreation center in Vsetín solves the complete revitalization of the unused territory on the periphery of the town in the Ohrada district. The aim of the project is to revive the poorly accessible and neglected area and its use not only for a wide range of sports activities, but also for leisure activities and recreation. The whole area should be freely accessible and open to a wide range of public. Four main buildings are designed in the complex: a multi-purpose sports hall, a hotel, a tennis club and a snack bar with a bicycle service. There is a football field, a basketball court and a small football pitch on the open spaces between these objects, as well as two climbing walls, an outdoor gym and a parkour area with many obstacles. The rest of the areas are pavements and free grass areas intended for leisure and recreation of visitors.

The diploma thesis The Sports & Relaxation Center Vsetín, Ohrada deals with an area surrounding former spartakiad stadium. This area is defined by the Vsetínská Bečva from the north-west, a limited-access road from the north-east and by waterworks from the south. That is how it creates notional triangle on the south outskirts of the town of Vsetín. The project aims to motivate people to spend more time doing sports activities in a beautiful environment located near the Bečva river and so offer them healthier possibility compared to time spend in shopping centers or block of flats. Since the environs of the area are extensively varied, we can’t follow current street network. So, I decided to create centralized urban concept and imaginary turn back to the town with a wall, which separates quiet pedestrian zones of the sports complex from everyday city rush and opens the view of the river, nearby wooded hills and meadows. Thanks to the aforementioned wall we will also have a use for the soil from the stands of the existing stadium. As we talk about area seemingly laying behind the built-up urban boundary, the landscape is more important than the urban structure, and the individual buildings are located outside the viewpoints, making them only supplementary elements to the ever-present greenery. The composition of the buildings consists of a central atypical hall and two type commercial buildings on the sides, where there are individual sports facilities and multipurpose grass areas between them.

Sport in Brno has its own great tradition, which is visible on huge stadiums situated in the sports complex Za Luzankami. Unfortunately, stadiums dilapidated and the whole areal turn to brownfield. The proposal of new multipurpose Kometa Arena, located at the site of the original, now demolished stadium, together with the planned new football stadium will initiate the reconstruction of the district, and get it back to past glories. The stadium belongs to the category of buildings where form follows function, which in this case primarily allow for a quality perspective on the pitch for a large number of spectators. In this case, the stands are also the main supporting structure of the whole stadium. On platforms anchored to the stands are located the modifiable cells containing functions related to the arena. The appearance of the stadium is determined by transparent facade that allows the neighborhood to see what is happening in the stadium and provides interesting views from high arena of the surrounding park, arboretum and the city.

This work deals with dietary supplements intake and its impact on the performance rise and muscle mass growth of bodybuilders. Twenty-five students (bodybuilders) were chosen for the purpose of this survey; they were divided into four groups according to the dosage of creatine and other dietary supplements (proteins and maltodextrine). Changes of the measured parameters (weight; bustline; weistline; limb girth; body lipid content; creatine and urea content in the urine) were compared during the survey. The tested dietary supplements impact on the muscle mass growth was evaluated on the basis of the acquired results.

Diploma thesis will present specifics of event promotion by another event and it will focus on the effectiveness of such promotion on a specific example. The aim of the work is based on analyzes of the organization of sports events and based on the analysis of visitors and a general sense of awareness and evaluate the effectiveness of event promotion, recommend suitable proposals for future propagation in this way and finally draw attention to inappropriate solutions and risk of this kind of promotion. Work compares the situation before using the promotion of events and after the introduction of this method. The results will be reached by using questionnaire methods, financial analysis and comparison of statistical data.

I recommended to marketing agency the suggestions to improve and to efficiency their procedures from the selection of athletes to seeking of suitable business partners. The dissertation shows that the selection of athletes is important, for agency and potential sponsors too. The success of athlete does not assure the other marketing utilization of athlete. Also promotion sponsors of athletes should become something special and ensure the main sponsors exklusive terms.

The goal of this thesis is to elaborate project documentation of new sports centre. The building is situated on a plot No. 1930/48 of the cadastre territory in the town of Pacov. It is a building without cellar with two above-ground floors part on the area of 595,6 m2. The first floor part circuit structure consist of reinforced concrete walls with an outdoor climbing wall. The roofing is the mono-pitches roof with glue laminated timber beam and purlin with metal roofing. The building features an indoor climbing wall and a bar with seating. The aim of my master´s thesis is a new sports center project in Havlíčkův Brod in neighborhood of sports complex Na Losích on plot no. 561/1, 564/17. The land is slightly sloping and their total area is 12574 square meters. The building of the sports center is designed as a two-storey, with a cellar, with a dominant part of the multipurpose sports hall. The vertical supports construction consists of a reinforced concrete monolithic combined system. In the sports hall, the supports construction consists of a skeletal structure made of steel rolled elements in combination with reinforced concrete monolithic columns. Vertical peripheral construction are equipped with thermal insulation system with perforated sheet metal. The foundation building construction is designed as a monolithic foundation slab serves as a white bath. The horizontal supports construction are designed from prestressed SPIROLL slabs. The roof construction is designed as a single-layer vegetation flat roof. The roof supports construction of the sports hall is designed from steel-truss girder with supporting trapezoidal sheet. The designed sports center has 3 functional parts. It is a multifunction sports hall with facilities for athletes on the underground floor. The second functional part on the first floor is a sports bar connected with the main entrance hall and a bleacher with a capacity of 400 persons, which is located in the sports hall. The third part consists of a separate section on the first floor for athletes using the adjacent outdoor playground and the main part is located on the second floor, which serves as a facilities for TJ Jiskra club management, then there is a VIP zone, a clubroom and a small exercise room with facilities.

The goal of this master´s thesis is to design load bearing structure of a sports hall. The thesis is elaborated in two variants of the structure design of the sports hall for common types of sports (handball, footsal, tennis, volleyball, basketball). The ground plan dimension is 42 to 72 meters and the construction height is 8 meters. The construction is designed for the district of Brno city. In the structural anlysis there were the following main load bearing structural elements designed and examined: glue laminated timber truss, wood purlins, steel beams, rods and bracing, columns, which together with the transverse girders are linked and foot and anchoring. The selected variant is also further developed. Part of the work is drawing documentation of the choosen variant, disposition drawing and drawings of the selected details.

The aim of this master‘s thesis is to design a sports hall including an accommodation facility in Hradec Králové. Sports hall is situated in a town district called Věkoše. It is tree-storey building equipped with combined pillar‘s and wall‘s support system. Building is founded on solid slab and propped piles. Pillars are made of steel, walls are made of ceramic bricks and curved roof is made of gluelam beams and roof trusses with aluminum cover system Kalzip. There are two single ply flat roofs. Also basement is a part of the building. For spectators two separated auditoriums with steel support system are designed. The accommodation for twenty people was split into ten rooms. It is designed as barrier free building for both sportsmen and audience.
