Social networks like Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn offer the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with friends and family in our personal life through the social technology without seeing each other on daily bases. This different approach is already common to be used for the majority of people and brings new benefits to now-a-day global environment. The same users of these external social networks are working in companies with various internal collaboration and communication tools. This fact has become stimulus for the theory of using social network technologies inside of the organization called Social Business. Social Business brings multiple new benefits for the organization, which were not possible to be gain through the previous approaches of communication and collaboration. In the present work we study the process of transforming organization into Social Business.

The author is reviewing the research that E. Kuruczová demonstrated in her diploma thesis called The effect of social organization of games on the orientation in their moral dimension. The main goal of the diploma thesis Kuruczová developed another contribution to Piaget's theory of the development of moral reasoning of school-age children. Piaget's empirical data suggested that social organizations could influence orientation in their moral dimensions. Kuruczová found that in her 180 children from one school (aged 1st - 9th grade) the development of orientation in the moral dimension of the game King of Deer Hunters (organized as a competition) performs ahead of the development of orientation in the moral dimension of the game Hot Potato (organized as a collaboration). Furthermore, in the research, children of Kuruczová think about the stories of unjust play situations organized by "Mrs. Teacher". Even the youngest and unoriented did not argue the evaluation of the situation as a fair authority of the teacher - which, according to Piaget's theory, could assume the key role of the criterion of obedience of authority in the heteronomous understanding of the criteria of moral evaluation. The effectiveness of development cooperation is currently widely discussed. Development cooperation has come to be criticized, both in terms of its appropriateness and for failing to address some of the global challenges that affect poorer nations. Respecting the differences of developing countries, therefore, plays an important role. It is a question of whether developed countries are aware of cultural and other differences and are proceeding in their help concerning these differences. The problem that the thesis wants to draw attention to is the functionality of development cooperation, which can be influenced by various actors and their beliefs. The main goal is to try to explain, using the theory named Advocacy Coalition Framework, how the beliefs of actors can affect development cooperation. One of the other partial goals is to find out whether and how advocacy coalitions are formed in the field of development cooperation. The contribution of the work is mainly the critical application of the ACF theory in the field of development cooperation in the environment of the Republic of Kenya, as well as the application of the Q method in the research of the perspectives of selected actors. The disertation work focuses on currently highly observed issue of intercultural cooperation. Following the change of social situation the topic has become both a practical issue and a subjekt of research study. It compares and analyzes crosscultural and intercultural approach and criticizes both approaches for supporting social stereotypes, especially thein negative aspects. It further emphasizes social psychological aspects of the issue, particularly social perception, social groups, hierarchical structure and organization of joint activities as systemproducing and meaningful source of mutual relationships. Supporting this by own research in ŠKODA AUTO it perceives such perspective as very efficient since it is based on practical experience and it also aims at practical problems. The aim of this thesis is to find out if there is cooperation between civil sector and public sector in chosen locality - Železný Brod. It is target on poverty and social exclusion. This cooperation will be assessed from the perspective of chosen respondents. The theoretical part describes some models of cooperation, situation in Czech Republic, importance of nonprofit organizations focused on social services and health care. Empirical part deals with methods and techniques of data collections, data analysis techniques. Next there is justification of location and target group. In the part Results, there are presented the results of analysis examined localities and respondents' statements. There is also answer the research questions. ANOTATION This work deals with factors which contribute to social inclusion in education. Research is aimed at one of the basic schools, which has been selected according to the previously set criteria. In the theoretical part the most important concepts linked to social education have been discussed with respect to research question. The vital factors I focus on are school culture, which may consists of the right environment, norms and values or forms of communication and cooperation with the partners of the school, who I consider to be mainly the parents. Further on, I focus on the practices which the school sets to establish relations with the NGOs which provide assistance in order to support social inclusion at schools. With respect to the objectives of this thesis qualitative strategy has been selected. The research pattern was formed from three types of actors who have been somehow connected to school. The data collection was carried out via in-depth interviews with the actors chosen based on the snowball method. Each group has been then analysed separately with the aim to create the most important categories. SYNOPSIS The diploma thesis deals with social capital of Civil Society Organizations, which is introduced here as a strategy for achieving the objectives and mission of Civil Society Organizations through networking and building relations with key players in their surroundings. Through the example of Civil Society Organizations providing services in Tábor the diploma thesis provides insight into the problematic of creation and maintenance of interorganizational relations with stakeholders across all sectors and therefore building external social capital of organizations. The theories of social capital and interorganizational relations with regard to the specifications of Civil Society Organizations are presented in the theoretical part of this thesis. The research part presents findings based on qualitative research, which was conducted through semi-structured interviews with representatives of Civil Society Organizations. The findings and results are and summarized in the conclusion.

This master thesis investigates the subject of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Kazakhstan and selected states of European Union (EU). Successful implementation of CSR depends on a number of factors influencing it. Firstly, CSR is regarded as a part of market strategic decision making. Thus, there should be certain level of awareness about CSR on this particular market. Secondly, CSR is highly dependent on the states' public policies and activities of civic sector organizations (CSOs). In this thesis I examine the interaction of the state, the market and civic sector in influencing and creating conditions for the development of CSR in Kazakhstan. One chapter is dedicated to CSR in Kazakhstan's oil and gas sector. This thesis also investigates and compares major differences regarding CSR in Kazakhstan and selected EU states. The aim of this thesis is to present current situation of CSR development in Kazakhstan and formulate recommendations for the successful development of CSR in this country.

This dissertation covers the impact of changes in the transition of the financing system of social services from the Ministry of Social Affairs to local regions. This phase of the transition is assested from the point of view of the current state of cooperation between non governmental organizations (NGO)s and governmnetal institutions. The sample region selected for this work is Stredocesky region and the evaluation of this change was done in the context of providing social services aimed on integration of Roma into the society. The theoretical part of this dissertation is concerned with the relationship of the state with the NGOs. Further financing of social services, the history up until the current situation of the state of the process of integration of Romes into Czech Republic is outlined in this work. This work evaluates a case study of Romodrom o. p. s., an organization providing social services for individuals, who are on the edge of exclusion from the society or are impacted by an unfortunate life situation. Social work encourages social change, solving problems in human relations, strengthens and liberates people, in order to fulfill their personal welfare. Its goal is to let all people to fully develop their abilities and prevent failure. The point of social work in humanitarian aid area is removal of significant negative factors, which could negatively influent already difficult social situation of individual or whole society. The goal of providing humanitarian aid to suffering is alleviation of consequences of their social situation and providing self-sufficiency for individual and whole society. There have been radical changes in social area since 1990. Various social problems are growing and so is growing the need for solution. Social worker skill requirements are increasing. Social working education had to be re-gained to university level as a professional activity. Minimum social working education standards emerge, universities got accreditations for additional areas of social work. Newly emerged humanitarian work field prepares student for quality work in humanitarian and developing help. New ways of competence for social work are sought. The theoretical part of thesis informs about traditions, goal of humanitarian and developing aid, current education possibilities, describes method, theory and ethics of social work. It also focuses on effect of traumatizing events on individual and society. The research part of thesis uses experience, views and opinions of social workers on problematics of social workers role in humanitarian and developing aid, opinions of social working students about education in humanitarian and developing aid. Motivation for the thesis was also own interest in social working domain, the need to inform social workers about specificity of work in humanitarian and developing organizations and current options for education of social workers.
