The purpose of this research is to explore the design method of brand planning and identity system. Re-planning the brand concept for "Baby Snail Quilt Workshop" with the theme of " Baby Snail Goodnight Workshop", and designing a visual image for the brand. As a sheltered workshop, the workshop was founded in 2015 but lacks an integrated brand concept and attractive visual design. In addition, the consumer group is limited, which affects brand awareness and sales growth. The workshop is now facing challenges. Therefore, we expect to find out the existing problems of the workshop, advantages which can be developed, proper design process and style. In the chapter of literature review, we studied the concepts of sheltered workshops, brand design, and identity systems. We also organize the process and trend of identifying designs. In the chapter of research methods, we choose the method of case analysis to explore the current market conditions, access of selling, comparing and analyzing relevant competitive brands. Then, in the part of execution, we understood the current situation of the workshop, find out disadvantages and threats of our brand, and also develop advantages and opportunities. Reconstructing brand with the new theme of " Baby Snail Goodnight Workshop ", create a complete brand identities and applications. Among this, basic elements include LOGO, colors, symbol pattern, and character. Application items include business card, DM, packaging, website, Facebook page, emoji design. We established the uniformity of brand image and complete the creation by linking the background of brand to the trends. Finally, in the chapter of conclusions and recommendations, sorted out the design process of the brand LOGO, and review the research process which can be a reference for related research.
