Abstract SIMNRA is a popular software suite for the simulation of ion beam analysis (IBA) spectra. SIMNRA 7.04 implements a new expert system supporting users in selecting the most accurate simulation settings for a given ion/target combination at a given energy and geometry. The expert system is a piece of artificial intelligence emulating the ability and knowledge of a human IBA expert. It points out potential problems with the current simulation parameters and recommends model settings with enhanced accuracy.

Abstract We have developed a Python code that aims at automatizing the analysis of generic micro-IBA data by associating statistical methods and machine learning algorithms. The code is organized in two parts: hyperspectral image analysis and composition prediction. In the first stage, main phases and local anomalies are detected separately using PCA and DWEST methods, respectively. In the prediction stage, we use the model generated by a trained artificial neural network. The network is fed with simulated particle and x-ray spectra generated from the SIMNRA and Gulys software codes. For particle spectra, we paid particular attention to the cross section selection that goes beyond already implemented SIMNRA functionalities. To limit the impact of the simulation time on the overall code performance, we make use of data augmentation. When using simulated data as input, we found that the trained neural network predicts stoichiometries and thicknesses with an excellent agreement, even for complex targets composed of several elements and layers. Regarding realistic experimental data, we still get reasonable predictions but remain dependant of cross section quality. The code can combine data from RBS, NRA, ERDA and PIXE and should pave the way for fully automatized micro-ion beam analysis.

This study looks at the results of Resistive random-access memory (ReRAM) devices made by using structural layers of Gold (Au)/Zinc oxide (ZnO)/Indium tin oxide (ITO). An annealed device resistance ratio increases nonlinearly. After annealing, the resistance ratio was found to be 102 at 1 V. The device’s switching properties improved after annealing. Rutherford Backscattering Spectrometry (RBS) determine the thickness of the deposited zinc oxide layer, which was found to be approximately 140 ± 10 nm. The zinc atomic fractions were calculated to be 60 % and oxygen 40 % by the SIMNRA simulation. The ZnO-based structures were also characterized and analysed using (XRD) X-ray powder diffraction, (SEM) Scanning electron microscope, (AFM) Atomic force microscopy and (XPS) X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The current study reveals that annealing improves the performance of RRAM devices.

We report on the construction and ion-beam characterization of nuclear targets and thin films as part of the ongoing NuSTRAP group research program at the University of Athens. Two different techniques were used for the preparation of new targets, depending on the desired material and thickness. Self-supported, natural silver targets were manufactured by Physical Evaporation Deposition (PVD) through electrical resistance heating, using the evaporation apparatus at the INPP (NCSR “Demokritos”). Thick iron targets were constructed using the rolling technique at the INRASTES (NCSR “Demokritos”) facilities. The Rutherford Backscattering Spectrometry (RBS) was employed to characterize the newly manufactured and existing targets using proton and deuteron beams accelerated by the Tandem Van de Graff Accelerator (at INPP) at several energies. The results from the analysis of experimental spectra and corresponding simulations carried out with the simNRA software package are presented.

To develop the hard and self-lubricating coatings applied for the industrial dry-cutting and die-casting machining tool fields, a series of MoTiAlN/MoN/Mo multilayered coatings were deposited on Si substrates under low substrate rotation by cathodic multi-arc ion plating. XRD, SEM, TEM, RBS, nanoindentation, and tribology tester were used to monitor the phase structure, morphology, component, nanohardness, and friction coefficient of the coatings. It was found that the coatings deposited at various substrate rotations comprised paramount cubic B1 structure TiAlN and Mo2N phases. The micrographs confirmed that the mean modulation period and total physical thickness of multilayered TiAlN/Mo2N coatings with a sharp interface fabricated at 2 revolutions per minute (rpm) were 26 nm and 1.15 μm. The mean nanohardness and friction coefficient were ca. 30 GPa and 0.4, respectively. RBS results along with the SIMNRA code allowed to estimate the total atomic concentrations and the physical thickness of individual sublayer as well as the modulation period of multilayered coatings, which demonstrated an efficiency of this approach for characterization of nano-multilayered structures.

We prepared gradated nano-transient layers at different interfaces between deposited film and substrates by high-intensity pulsed ion beam (HIPIB) irradiation. The deposited film was ( Al–Si ) alloy and substrates were Ni and Ti , respectively. The gradated nano-transient layers at different interfaces were measured by Rutherford backscattering, its spectra were solved by SIMNRA code and then the microstructures of the gradated nano-transient layers at the interfaces of these two irradiated samples were obtained. The experimental results were analyzed by STEIPIB code. The formation of the gradated distribution of element contents in nano-transient layer at the interface can eliminate the abrupt changes of thermal and elastic characteristics at the interface. And, it can greatly reduce the mismatch of thermal expansion coefficients and Young's modulus at the interface between deposited film and substrate. Thus, after the formation of the gradated nano-transient layer, the adhesion at the interface between different materials can be enhanced and the level of thermal stresses can also be reduced in the case of thermal loading.

The benchmarking experimental procedure in IBA (Ion Beam Analysis) is carefully designed in order to validate evaluated and experimental differential cross–section datasets of charged particles via the acquisition of EBS and NRA spectra from thick targets of known composition, followed by their simulations. In the present work, such benchmarking measurements have been performed at the laboratory of the Institute for Nuclear and Particle Physics “Demokritos”, for the elastic scattering of protons on natSi in the energy range of 1.1 – 3.5 MeV at four backward angles, at 140o, 150o, 160o and 170o. In addition, measurements were performed for the elastic scattering of deuterons on 16O in the energy range of 1.1 – 1.7 MeV at four backward angles, at 140o, 150o, 165o and 170o. More specifically, a thick non–polished Si target with Au evaporated on top and a Nb2O5 tablet were used. The spectra acquired were compared with simulated ones using the SIMNRA program along with the evaluated differential cross-section datasets from IBANDL. All the experimental parameters were thoroughly investigated. The obtained results, the observed discrepancies and the encountered problems during the benchmarking process are discussed and analyzed.

In the last few years, the popularity of ERDA applications has soared along with the implementation of time of flight (TOF) type measurements. However, ERDA and other forward scattering IBA techniques suffer from the possibility of the occurence of Mott scattering. This leads to deviations in the elastic differential cross sections which in turn demand special care in the treatment of the obtained experimental spectra. To address this issue, a new code has been developed, called MottCalc (Mott Calculator). Based on the analytical formula, first developed by Mott, which describes the phenomenon, the code is capable of producing theoretical angular and energy distributions of such differential cross sections along with the appropriate R33 files, which in turn can be implemented in all the widely used analytical codes (SIMNRA, DF, POTKU etc.). The electronic screening effect is taken into account in these calculations by implementing the Andersen model. A list of 314 different isotopes is available to choose from as projectile and target nuclei. The list can be expanded with radioactive isotopes. The program is available in two distinct versions, an Excel Spreadsheet and a stand-alone application. Both versions of the program can be freely downloaded from the webpage of the Nuclear Physics group of NTUA (nuclearphysics.ntua.gr/downloads.php). The implementation of the code as well as the features and capabilities of both versions of the program are presented in the current work along with a brief synopsis of the elastic Mott scattering phenomenon.

It most resembles S. grazielae, from which it differs by the larger inflorescences, antrorse pubescent flowers and fruits, and by its larger fruits. Its habitat and conservation status are discussed. A key to the species of Simira from Espírito Santo state is provided.

Maryknoll Nepal has been running community mental health clinics in different parts of the country. The aim of the study was to find out psychiatric morbidity of patients attending Maryknoll free check up clinic Simara, Bara district of Nepal. A prospective cross-sectional study comprising of all consecutive patients attending Maryknoll free check up clinic Simara, Bara district, Nepal. All the patients attending the free clinics were taken as case. The study was performed in the month January 2009. Demographic data and disease profile of 87 patients attending the clinic were analyzed. The ratios and pro­portions were used for statistical analysis. Data in Simara free mental health clinic shows that the male to female ratio was 0.55:0.44. The age group 30-39(N-25, 28.74%) followed by age group 20-29 (N-19, 21.84%) was the most common. The farmer were (N-49, 56.31 %) the most common visitor. The highest number of cases were depressive disorder (N-16, 18.93 %) followed by mania/BPAD (N-14, 16.09 %) and Schizophrenia (N-12, 13.73 %). Most of patients attending Simara free mental health clinic were farmers of age group 20-40. The most common incidence of psychiatric illness attending the free clinic were depressive disorder and mania/BPAD. To estimate reimbursement rate differences between Mexico and US based physicians reimbursed by a binational health insurance (BHI) plan and US payers, re- spectively; and show the relationship between plan benefit designs and health care utilization in Mexico. Materials and methods. Data include 33 841 and 53 909 HMO enrollees in California from Sistemas Médicos Nacionales (SIMNSA) and Salud con Health Net, respectively. We use descriptive statisti- cal methods. Results. SIMNSA’s physician reimbursement rates averaged 50.7% (95% CI: 34.5%-67.0%) of Medi-Cal’s, 28.3% (95% CI: 19.6%-37.0%) of Medicare’s, and 22% of US private plans’. Each year, 99.4% of SIMNSA enrollees but only 0.1% of Salud con Health Net enrollees obtained care in Mexico. Conclusion. SIMNSA only covers emergency and urgent care in the US, while Salud con Health Net covers comprehensive care with higher patient cost sharing than in Mexico. To realize potential savings, plans need strong incentives to increase utilization in Mexico.

Simira colorata from western Ecuador is described and illustrated. It is distinguished from other species of Simira by having rather small, glabrous leaves, with blades acute or obtuse at base, small non-calycophyllous, 4-merous flowers in rather large, pyramidal inflorescences, and small fruits. In vegetative features it resembles the Amazonian S. rubescens, which differs from S. colorata in its reproductive features. Although new to science, S. colorata, has been known and widely used in the Ecuadorian coast since the 18th century, and is nowadays endangered due to habitat loss.

Abstract A new species of Neoclides UVAROV, 1940; Neoclides heitzmanni sp. n. is described and illustrated from the adult female and egg. It is the first time that an egg of the genus is described and illustrated. Lectotypes are designated for Neoclides simyra (WESTWOOD, 1859), and Neoclides rivalis (REDTENBACHER, 1908) stat. rev. comb. n., which is hereby removed from the synonymy with Neoclides simyra (WESTWOOD, 1859). Both lectotypes are illustrated. The distribution range of the genus is extended to southern Vietnam. The record of Neoclides magistralis from Peninsular Malaysia is clearly an error and represents an undescribed species.

The Student Organization Monitoring Information System (SIMORA) is a student monitoring system for student organizations at Banten Jaya University using electronic device technology. Student organizations at the University of Banten Jaya currently in terms of administrative management such as correspondence, funding applications, proposals, accountability reports and announcements, activity information, and so on still use a manual system that still uses paper so it is vulnerable to data storage errors. All administrative activities will be archived and used as a reference in implementing activities for each student organization in the next period. The purpose of this research is to design a website for monitoring student organization activities and to help optimize the administrative process of student organizations through SIMORA. The system design method used in this research is using the Waterfall method so that it is easier to develop and use UML for visual system modeling. SIMORA is made website-based using the CodeIgniter framework. This student organization monitoring information system acts as a means of supporting the running of a web-based organization so that it can be accessed online with various service features that are mutually integrated with one another. This information system can facilitate the head of student affairs in disseminating information, disciplining student organizations regarding programs to be implemented, and supervising student organizations in terms of administration and student activities. This system can help discipline student organizations in submitting activities because, in the SIMORA system, they cannot propose activities if they are not in accordance with the Draft Activity Budget (RAK) this system also only enters submission data so as to minimize revisions to submissions.

Martius described the genus Arariba, with two species, A. rubra and A. alba from material collected in the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro, which are here lectotypified. Twelve years later, Allemão and Saldanha described Pinckneya rubescens and P. viridiflora, also from material collected in Rio de Janeiro; the holotypes of these two Pinckneya names have recently been found in the Herbarium of the National Museum of Rio de Janeiro. After comparative studies of their types and recent collections, we concluded that these taxa are synonymous with Simira alba (Mart.) comb. nov. and Simira rubra. Comments on typification and critical historical collections of all taxa involved are also provided.

<p>New records of rare gastropod species are reported. A live specimen of <em>Erato voluta</em> (Gastropoda: Triviidae), a species considered to have a far more southern distribution, has been found from outside the Trondheimsfjord. The specimen was sampled from a gravel habitat with <em>Modiolus</em> shells at 49–94 m depth, and was found among compound ascidians, its typical food resource. Live specimens of <em>Simnia patula</em> (Caenogastropoda: Ovulidae) have during the later years repeatedly been observed on locations on the coast of central Norway, which is documented by in situ observations. In Egersund on the southwest coast of Norway a specimen of <em>Simnia hiscocki</em> was in March 2017 observed for the first time from Norwegian waters, a species earlier only found on the south-west coast of England. Also this was documented by pictures and in situ observations. The specimen of <em>Simnia hiscocki</em> was for the first time found on the octocoral <em>Swiftia pallida</em>.</p><p> </p>

Results: Data from Simara free mental health clinic shows that the male to female ratio was 0.55:0.44.The age group 30-39(N-25, 28.74%) followed by age group 20-29 (N-19, 21.84%) was the commonest. The farmer were (N-49, 56.31 %) the most common visitor. The highest number of cases were depressive disorder (N-16, 18.93 %) followed by mania/BPAD (N-14, 16.09 %) and Schizophrenia (N-12, 13.73 %). Conclusion: The commonest incidence of psychiatric illness attending the free clinic is depressive disorder and mania/BPAD. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus mengalami kesulitan untuk menggunakan SIMARI. Hal ini dikarenakan keberagaman hambatan yang dialami oleh mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus, seperti hambatan penglihatan, pendengaran, lamban belajar, autis, ADHD dan hambatan fisik dan motorik. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melatih penggunaan SIMARI dalam perkuliahan jarak jauh mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dalam bentuk pelatihan melalui tahapan ceramah bervariasi, demonstrasi dan latihan dengan melibatkan 29 orang mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus di Universitas Lambung Mangkurat beserta 17 orang volunteer pada bulan agustus 2022. Hasil evaluasi dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan penggunaan SIMARI terbukti dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus dalam menggunakan SIMARI pada perkuliahan jarak jauh. Integrated Lambung Mangkurat University Information System is an extension of SIMARI. Lambung Mangkurat University uses SIMARI to facilitate lecturers and students in implementing integrated distance learning. However, in practice, students with special needs have difficulty using SIMARI. This is due to the diversity of obstacles experienced by students with special needs, such as visual, hearing, slow learning, autism, ADHD, and physical and motoric barriers. This community service aims to train the use of SIMARI in online lectures for students with special needs. The method for implementing this activity is through training through the stages of lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice involving 29 students with special needs at Lambung Mangkurat University, along with 17 volunteers, in August 2022. The evaluation results of this activity show that training in the use of SIMARI is proven to increase the knowledge and skills of students with special needs in using SIMARI in online lectures.

This research work purpose to estimate the daily global solar radiation (GSR) using CMP6 pyranometer at low altitude of Simara Airport (lat. 27°9’33” N and long. 84°58’48” E, Alt.137m respectively). The measured data is used to study the diurnal, monthly, and seasonal variation of GSR. The maximum and minimum value of GSR is found at the spring and winter season respectively. A number of multi linear regression equations were developed to predict the relationship between GSR with one or more combinations of meteorological parameters using the regression technique and calculate the empirical constants from Tiwari & Sangeeta model which is the best empirical model among other tested models. The empirical constants and sunshine hour are utilized to estimate the GSR for the years 2009 and 2010 in the Simara Airport. The annual average solar insolation 4.62 and 4.56 k/m2/day is found at Simara Airport for years 2009 and 2010. The performance of each model was analyzed by calculating Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), Coefficient of Determination (R2) Mean Bias Error (MBE), and Mean Percent Error (MPE). The finding empirical constants 0.30 and 0.52 can be utilized to estimate the GSR where there is no measured data of GSR at similar meteorological sites of Nepal.Journal of the Institute of Engineering, 2018, 14(1): 143-150

The use of chatbots is now starting to be widely used to support services from information systems, one of which is SIMANTA. SIMANTA, which is managed by the Department of Business Administration, State Polytechnic of Malang, is used as the management of student final assignments and theses. SIMANTA has been used for 3 years starting from 2019 until now. There are obstacles that have not been overcome by SIMANTA, namely the dependence of students on the SIMANTA admin. With the high demand for using SIMANTA in the Commerce Administration Department, a lot of questions arise about registration, title submissions, guidance information, proposal seminar submissions, proposal seminar schedules, final report exams through social media applications that cannot be handled by the administration. , thus causing problems that cause the information conveyed to be less responsive. This research creates a feature in the form of a chatbot virtual agent on SIMANTA using the Telegram platform. Chatbot is created using BotFather with the name @SIMANTA_BOT. Chatbot utilizes the Similarity-Sentences Measurement method to measure the level of similarity of the questions obtained, and provides responses using the pattern-matching method. With the chatbot feature on SIMANTA, it can help improve services to students, teaching staff, and education staff within the Department of Business Administration.

Seiring perkembangan teknologi diperlukan kreativitas dalam mengenalkan aksara Bali, dimana program Bali Simbar Dwijendra dianggap efektif meningkatkan minat siswa dalam belajar aksara Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menjelaskan penerapan, faktor-faktor penyebab, dan implikasi penggunaan program Bali Simbar Dwijendra dalam pembelajaran aksara Bali bagi siswa, guru, dan sekolah SMP Negeri 2 Mengwi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan penyajian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan penggunaan program Bali Simbar Dwijendra dalam pembelajaran aksara Bali dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Faktor-faktor penyebab penggunaaan program Bali Simbar Dwijendra dalam pembelajaran aksara Bali yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Penggunaan program Bali Simbar Dwijendra berimplikasi positif bagi siswa, guru, dan lembaga SMP Negeri 2 Mengwi. Light detection and ranging (LiDAR) provides a state-of-the-art technique for measuring forest canopy height. Nevertheless, it may miss some forests due to its spatial separation of individual spots. A number of efforts have been made to overcome the limitation of global LiDAR datasets to generate wall-to-wall canopy height products, among which a global satellite product produced by Simard et al. (2011) (henceforth, the Simard-map) has been the most widely applied. However, the accuracy of the Simard-map is uncertain in boreal forests, which play important roles in the terrestrial carbon cycle and are encountering more extensive climate changes than the global average. In this letter, we evaluated the Simard-map in boreal forests through a literature review of field canopy height. Our comparison shows that the Simard-map yielded a significant correlation with the field canopy height (R2 = 0.68 and p < 0.001). However, remarkable biases were observed with the root mean square error (RMSE), regression slope, and intercept of 6.88 m, 0.448, and 10.429, respectively. Interestingly, we found that the evaluation results showed an identical trend with a validation of moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS) tree-cover product (MOD44B) in boreal forests, which was used as a crucial input data set for generating the Simard-map. That is, both the Simard-map and MOD44B yielded an overestimation (underestimation) in the lower (upper) tails of the scatterplots between the field and satellite data sets. This indicates that the MOD44B product is the likely source of error for the estimation biases of the Simard-map. Finally, a field calibration was performed to improve the Simard-map in boreal forests by compensating for the estimation biases and discarding non-forest areas, which provided a more reliable canopy height product for future applications.

Metode Addie dipilih karena cocok bagi pengembangan sistem secara fleksibel dan efisien. Hasil penelitian membuat Sistem SIMANTA lebih praktis dan membuat pesan pemberitahuan lebih efektif untuk digunakan.

Background Studies have reported poor sensitivity and specificity of the Screen for the Identification of Cognitively Impaired Medically At-Risk Drivers, a modification of the DemTech (SIMARD-MD) to screen for drivers with cognitive impair­ment. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the SIMARD-MD can accurately predict pass/fail on a road test in drivers with cognitive impairment (CI) and healthy drivers. Methods Data from drivers with CI were collected from two compre­hensive driving assessment centres (n=86) and compared with healthy drivers (n=30). All participants completed demo­graphic measures, clinical measures, and a road rest (pass/fail). Analyses consisted of correlations between the SIMARD-MD and the other clinical measures, and a receiver-operating-characteristic (ROC) curve to determine the predictive ability of the SIMARD-MD. Results All healthy drivers passed the road test compared with 44.2% of the CI sample. On the SIMARD-MD, the CI sample scored significantly worse than healthy drivers (p < .001). The ROC curve showed the SIMARD-MD, regardless of any cut-point, misclassified a large number of CI individuals (AUC=.692; 95% CI = 0.578, 0.806). Conclusions Given the high level of misclassification, the SIMARD-MD should not be used with either healthy drivers or those with cognitive impairment for making decisions about driving.

This best practice writing aims to describe: 1) the effectiveness of the blended learning model using Simanja Esemanis on the polynomial division material; 2) the impact of the blended learning model using Simanja Esemanis on the polynomial division material. The subjects of this best practice writing are 36 students of class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Salaman for the 2021/2022 academic year. The best practice writing uses a descriptive method. Collecting information on student activities through documentation and student learning outcomes using tests. The strategy used is blended learning with Simanja Esemanis. The implementation of the blended learning model using Simanja Esemanis can increase the effectiveness of learning mathematics. The average value of learning outcomes before the application of blended learning was 76.43 (enough category) and increased to 82.86 (good category) after the application of blended learning. The percentage of completeness also increased from 68.57% (classical incomplete) to 82.86% (classical complete). In addition, the implementation of the blended learning model with Simanja Esemanis also increases the activeness of students. This can be observed from the timeliness in collecting assignments given online and always filling out the attendance list according to learning hours. Subjek penulisan best practice ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Salaman Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 36. Penulisan best practice menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan informasi aktivitas peserta didik melalui dokumentasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan tes. Strategi yang digunakan adalah pembelajaran blended learning dengan Simanja Esemanis. Implementasi model pembelajaran blended learning dengan menggunakan Simanja Esemanis dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran matematika. Rata-rata nilai hasil belajar sebelum penerapan blended learning 76,43 (kategori cukup) meningkat menjadi 82,86 (kategori baik) setelah penerapan blended learning. Persentase ketuntasan juga meningkat dari 68,57% (tidak tuntas klasikal) menjadi 82,86% (tuntas klasikal). Selain itu, implementasi model pembelajaran blended learning dengan Simanja Esemanis juga meningkatkan keaktifan peserta didik. Hal ini bisa diamati dari ketepatan waktu dalam pengumpulan tugas yang diberikan secara online dan selalu mengisi daftar hadir sesuai jam pembelajaran.

Objectives: The goals of this research were to observe antioxidant properties from different parts of Simana lagi apple ([Malus domestica Borkh.] “Simana lagi”) using two antioxidant testing methods which were 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6- sulfonic acid (ABTS) and correlation of total phenolic and flavonoid content with their inhibitory concentration 50 (IC50) of DPPH and IC50 of ABTS.Methods: Each sample was extracted by reflux using different polarity solvents. The extracts were evaporated using rotary evaporator. Antioxidant activities were tested using DPPH and ABTS assays, determination of total phenolic, and flavonoid content were carried out by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and correlation with their IC50 of DPPH and IC50 of ABTS activities were analyzed by Pearson’s method.Results: The ethanolic leaves extract (LV3) of Simana lagi apple also exposed the highest total phenolic content (TPC) (13.88 g gallic acid equivalents/100 g), while the highest total flavonoid content was presented by ethyl acetate extract (LV2) (7.21 g QE/100 g). The lowest IC50 of DPPH scavenging activity 0.19 μg/ml, and the lowest IC50 of ABTS scavenging activity 0.15 μg/ml was given by ethanolic flesh extract (FL3) of Simana lagi apple. There were significantly negative correlation between TPC in all different parts extracts of Simana lagi apple with their IC50 of DPPH and IC50 of ABTS.Conclusions: All different parts extracts of Simana lagi apple were categorized as very strong antioxidant by DPPH and ABTS method (except n-hexane peels extract and n-hexane LV by DPPH method, and n-hexane FE by ABTS method). The major contributor in antioxidant activities of peels, flesh and leaves extracts of Simana lagi apple by DPPH and ABTS methods were phenolic compounds. Antioxidant activities of peels, flesh and leaves extracts of Simana lagi apple showed linear results by DPPH and ABTS methods.

Fuel moisture affects fuel ignition potential and fire behaviour. To accurately model fire behaviour, predict fuel ignition potential and plan fuel reduction, fuel moisture content must be assessed regularly and often. To establish models for Daxinganling Region, which has the most severe forest fires in China, hourly measurements were taken of moisture content in litter beds of larch stands sampled under different shading and slope conditions. Models were established using three vapour-exchange methods. The Nelson and Simard methods employed a direct timelag method using a timelag concept and the Nelson and Simard equilibrium moisture content (EMC) functions and estimating model parameters directly from fuel moisture and weather observation data in the field. The direct regression method used equations directly derived from linear regression of fuel moisture and field weather variation. The mean absolute error and mean relative error were determined for the Nelson (0.78%, 4.98%), Simard (1.04%, 5.57%) and direct regression (1.48%, 9.01%) methods. Only the models established using the direct timelag methods met the 1% accuracy requirement using either the Nelson or Simard EMC function, confirming the suitability and robustness of the direct timelag methods. The Simard and Nelson methods had similar accuracy, but Simard was more robust and only needed estimation of one parameter and hence is recommended for predicting litter moisture in this region.

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran online melalui E-learning Simari bukanlah hal yang mudah bagi mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus di Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus Universitas Lambung Mangkurat terhadap penyajian dosen, materi ajar, konten E-Learning Simari dan peran orang tua saat belajar melalui E-Learning Simari pada masa pandemi Covid-19, serta untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus Universitas Lambung Mangkurat saat belajar melalui E-Learning Simari pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner tertutup dengan skala likert dalam bentuk google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji klasik, koefisien determinan, regresi, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji statistik F). Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 24 orang mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus dengan pendampingan volunteer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus terhadap E-learning simari adalah 9 orang (37,50%) mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus yang merasa sangat puas, 7 orang mahasiswa (29,17%) merasa puas, 6 orang mahasiswa (25%) merasa sedang-sedang saja, dan sisanya merasa tidak puas dan sangat tidak puas masing-masing 1 orang mahasiswa (4,17%). Besarnya tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus terhadap e-learning simari didasarkan pada 2 variabel yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa yaitu variabel penyajian dosen dan konten E-learning. Sementara variabel materi ajar dan peran orangtua tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus terhadap E-learning simari. Besarnya pengaruh variabel X (penyajian dosen, konten e-learning, materi ajar dan peran orangtua) terhadap variabel Y (kepuasan mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus) sebesar 82,70%.

Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, dibutuhkan kemampuan untuk menyesuaikan dengan kemajuan teknologi termasuk dalam pengelolaan pemerintahan. Salah satu aplikasi yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah adalah aplikasi SIMAYA atau Sistem Administrasi Perkantoran Maya yang digunakan untuk mengurus persuratan serta pengarsipan dokumen. Dinas Komunikasi Informatika dan Persandian (DISKOMINFO) Kabupaten Sinjai adalah salah satu dinas daerah yang melakukan sosialisasi dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi SIMAYA. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengertahui bagaimana implementasi penggunaan aplikasi SIMAYA di DISKOMINFO Kabupaten Sinjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Adapun teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu khusus pada kepala divisi yang ada di DISKOMINFO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi aplikasi SIMAYA belum berjalan dengan maksimal karena kendala fasilitas dan pemenuhan sumber daya yang belum merata.

Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman juga tidak menutup mata bahwa era digital adalah sebuah keniscayaan, termasuk didalamnya digitalisasi dalam proses administrasi pemerintahan melalui digitalisasi dalam pengelolaan kearsipan. Terdapat 2 (dua) hal yang mendorong proses digitalisasi ini yaitu keterbatasan personil dalam pengelolaan kearsipan dan tuntutan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan akuntabilitas dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman sangat concern dalam digitalisasi pengelolaan kearsipan melalui pengembangan SIMARDA (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kearsipan Daerah). Tujuan penerapan SIMARDA adalah mewujudkan tertib arsip pada perangkat daerah di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman, meningkatkan kinerja birokrasi melalui inovasi sistem administrasi persuratan, serta mendukung e-goverment Kabupaten Sleman menuju Smart Regency. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penerapan SIMARDA menghasilkan potensi efisiensi melalui efisiensi anggaran belanja alat tulis kantor, penjilidan, penggandaan dan kebutuhan ruang penyimpanan. Efektivitas melalui SIMARDA terwujud dalam proses administrasi yang dapat berjalan sampai dengan akhir proses sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan dari setiap surat yang dikeluarkan serta tidak tergantung pada keberadaan pimpinan di kantor. Sekarang ini wawacan sudah kurang dikenal lagi oleh masyarakat, karena kurangnya media informasi yang bisa memperkenalkan sastra lama kepada masyarakat. Selain itu orang yang bisa membaca dan yang mempunyai buku wawacanpun terbatas, karena tidak semua masyarakat mempunyai wawacan. Padahal banyak nilai-nilai dan filsafat hidup manusia yang terkandung didalamnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu agar dapat mengetahui nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam wawacan, juga agar eksistensi sastra dalam bentuk tulisan tetap ada untuk diwariskan ke generasi yang akan datang. Adapun analisis yang dilakukan meliputi: (1) struktur naratif Wawacan Simbar Kancana Ngadeg Raja, (2) struktur naskah cerita teater gaok, dan (3) transformasi struktur Wawacan Simbar Kancana Ngadeg Raja pada naskah cerita teater gaok. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode deskriptif, dan teknik yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian mengenai struktur, tema yang terdapat dalam Wawacan Simbar Kancana Ngadeg Raja adalah tema perjuangan. Pelakunya yaitu protagonis dan antagonis. Alurnya adalah alur maju. Latar tempat yang ditemukan yaitu di Kerajaan Talaga, Gunung Bitung, dan hutan. Sudut pandang dalam Wawacan Simbar Kancana Ngadeg Raja adalah pengarang jadi orang ketiga tidak terbatas, artinya pengarang bisa menjadi semua karakter dan menempatkan dirinya sebagai orang ketiga. Struktur naskah cerita teater gaok, tidak beda jauh dengan struktur naratif, dalam Wawacan Simbar Kancana Ngadeg Raja. Dari seluruh analisis struktur naratif, baik wawacan maupun naskah cerita teater gaok terdapat perbedaan, terutama pada alur cerita. Setelah dianalisis, Wawacan Simbar Kancana Ngadeg Raja kana Naskah Carita Teater Gaok bisa jadi media untuk melestarikan sejarah dan budaya lokal, oleh karena itu masyarakat akan lebih mengenal tentang sejarah lokal sebagai warisan budaya. ABSTRACTNowadays, wawacan is no longer known by the public due to the lack of media and information that could introduce old literature to the public. In addition, despite many values and philosophy of human life contained, neither all people can read nor have books of wawacan. The purpose of this study is to be aware of the values contained in wawacan, as well as for the existence of literature in written form remains to be passed on to the future generations. The analysis performed include: (1) the narrative structure Wawacan Simbar Kancana Ngadeg Raja, (2) the structure of gaok theater script, and (3) the transformation of the structure of Wawacan Simbar Kancana Ngadeg Raja in gaok theater script. To achieve these objectives, this study used a qualitative approach, descriptive method, and the techniques used are literature studies. Based on the results of research on the structure, themes contained in Wawacan Simbar Kancana Ngadeg Raja is the theme of the struggle. Players are protagonist and antagonist with chlorogonical plot used as its plot setting. Background places are found to be in the Kingdom Talaga, Gunung Bitung, and forests. To explain further, viewpoints used in Wawacan Simbar Kancana Ngadeg Raja is the author becomes the unlimited third person. It means that the author can be all the characters and putting himself in the third person. Moreover, the structure of gaok theater script are not much different from the narrative structure in Wawacan Simbar Kancana Ngadeg Raja. Analysis on narrative structures of wawacan and gaok theater script shows that there is a difference between them, especially in the storyline. Therefore, Wawacan Simbar Kancana Ngadeg Raja into gaok theatre script could be a means of preserving local history and culture so that the public will get to know about the local history as a cultural heritage.

With additional data from specimens not studied by previous workers, the confusing Simaba guianensis compex was re-analized. Simaba polyphylla is recognized as a distinct species and two subspecies of S. guianensis are maintained. Simaba polyphylla, S. guianensis ssp. guianensis, and S. guianensis ssp. ecaudata are keyed, described, and illustrated and specimens examined are cited for each. Specimens of S. guianensis ssp. ecaudata show great morphological diversity but can be separeted into three groups. Further collecting may provide information that shows these groups to be worthy of separate taxonomic status.
