Susahnya lapangan pekerjaan menyebabkan banyak terjadinya pencurian dan tindak kriminal lainnya. Salah satu tindak kriminal lainnya yang sering terjadi pada saat ini adalah pencurian didalam rumah. Untuk memperkecil kemungkinan terjadinya pencurian didalam rumah dibuatlah sebuah sistem keamanan rumah yang menggabungkan mikrokontroller dengan smartphone android dan magnetic door switch sensor, mikrokontroller yang digunakan adalah arduino uno yang dilengkapai dengan sim808. Sim808 akan menghasilkan notifikasi berupa suara, SMS dan akan mengirim data ke database server, hasil yang dikirim ke database dapat dilihat melalui sebuah aplikasi yang menampilkan kapan pintu terbuka. Dengan sistem keamanan rumah ini memungkinkan untuk memgetahui kapan pintu terbuka ketika sedang tidak dirumah.

Di zaman yang modern seperti sekarang ini, absesnsi karyawan sangatlah penting dan menjadi sebuah acuan suatu perusahaan untuk menilai peforma dan kedisiplinan serta kejujuran karyawan dalam bekerja, sama halnya karyawan yang lingkup kerjanya tidak hanya didalam ruangan melainkan di luar ruangan / di lapangan. Tetapi bersamaan dengan hal itu, beberapa karyawan yang bekerja / tugas di luar ruangan seringkali tidak disiplin, pada saat jam kerja karyawan tersebut tidak dalam lingkup kerjanya, melainkan pergi ke suatu tempat yang tidak dikehendaki oleh perusahaan ataupun atasannya. Atas latar belakang itulah maka dirancang sebuah alat human tracking untuk memantau keberadaan karyawan tersebut yang sedang bertugas di lapangan atau tidak dalam area kerjanya. Alat yang dibuat menggunakan microcontroller Arduino pro mini, RFID, SIM808 yang dirancang se-portable mungkin sehingga mudah dibawa kemanapun. RFID berfungsi sebagai identitas karyawan yang sudah terdaftarkan, ketika tag RFID terbaca oleh RFID reader maka GPS dan SIM808 akan aktif yang dikontrol oleh Arduino kemudian data maps yang ter-record akan mengirimkan ke server yang dapat dilihat pada aplikasi Blynk IoT. Dengan begitu memonitoring keberadaan karyawan tersebut cukup dengan smartphone agar selalu dalam pengawasan tanpa karyawan tersebut melaporkan posisi keberadaannya.

Sering terjadinya pencurian kendaraan bermotor membuat pemilik harus lebih berhati-hati dalam memarkirkan kendaraannya. Selain itu dibutuhkan alat tambahan pengamanan kendaraan yang diparkir seperti kunci ganda dan alarm. Akan tetapi, alarm tidak selalu aktif setiap waktu sehingga pencurian bisa tetap terjadi. Jika pencurian terjadi, dibutuhkan Sistem Lacak Kendaraan untuk melacak posisi kendaraan yang telah dicuri. Pada penelitian ini dibuat prototipe sistem lacak kendaraan yang terdiri dari alat pelacak, aplikasi mobile dan web server. Alat pelacak untuk melacak posisi pada kendaraan bermotor yang terhubung dengan web server dan aplikasi mobile menampilkan informasi data dari web server di smartphone pemilik. Alat pelacak terdiri dari 2 komponen utama yaitu Arduino Uno dan Modul SIM808. Alat pelacak ini menerima data dari satelit dan mengirimkan data tersebut berupa koordinat latitude dan longitude ke web server melalui protokol HTTP dengan jaringan internet. Web server menyimpan dan mengolah data ke dalam bentuk JSON dan menyediakan layanan API web services yang dibuat menggunakan PHP Native serta digunakan oleh aplikasi mobile. Aplikasi mobile dibuat berbasiskan Android dan menggunakan kerangka kerja Ionic. Pada aplikasi ini, data posisi kendaraan terbaru dapat secara otomatis terbaharui apabila data API dari web server merupakan data baru.

A Raspberry Pi and RC522 RFID Reader is used for a MQTT based shipment tracking system at the warehouse. Integration of both the modules makes a comprehensive Automated Supply Chain Management System, which can be used by logistic companies to monitor and manage their logistics using the web based GUI. Internet of Things (IoT) platform is used for data communication from Sensors to cloud platforms HTTP POST and PHP is prior and CloudMQTT in later case.

Based on this research the accelerationvalues of x-axis and y-axis of the accelerometer which are included in the accident category,which is ≥9g, when an accident occurs the system will send an accident notification toAndroid application and displayed on maps of Android application in the form of a redmarker, to inticipate of no internet connection an SMS with Google maps’s link of accidentlocation is also sent to the user/family.

There are still a lot area that have not goten water from PDAM, therefore, people try to make artesian well made by themselves. Although, not all of them can afford to make their own artesian well. Therefore, governtment make a national program called Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat (PAMSIMAS). Therefore, we need a technology which can detect and purify water turbidity for the water that people use everyday. People can see wether the water is decent to be consumed and if not therefore the system can pour alum automatically. The designed system in the form of conected hardware and software to monitor water quality based on turbidity and water pH through smartphone. Hardware system include microcontroller Arduino Uno, LDR sensor, pH sensor, servo motor, Sim808 modul and LED. The used softwares in this research are android aplication and firebase database. The system can save turbidity and pH data therefore, people can monitor through their smartphone and get information about level of the water. The goal of this system is to make people’s life become more easier to know the water’s condition and purify the water which will be used without going to the water tub

<span lang="EN-US">An internet of things (IoT) irrigation system is challenged by several issues, such as cost, energy consumption, and data storage. This paper proposes a novel energy-efficient, cost-effective IoT system called "NewAgriCom" to monitor agricultural field water flow. NewAgriCom works with an embedded energy harvesting system, is an autonomous remote supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) based on a general packet radio service (GPRS) cellular network that effectively communicates irrigation field data to the Node.js server using SIM808 EVBV3.2 modem. In javascript object notation (JSON) format, data is transmitted over the hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) protocol to the MySQL database. Then data are transferred to the proposed IoT platform, which gives us a hand to control actuators, visualise, store and download the data. NewAgriCom can significantly reduce water consumption. It can set a schedule to control water automatically at specific times in various modes, including normal, light, and deep sleep modes. It regularly provides the location, time, signal strength, and the state of actuators with the identifier of every device remotely on the IoT Platform.</span><p> </p>

The purpose of this research is to implement an embeded system in a form of a device that can provide e-voting services and a realcount process that can quickly accumulate votes. With this device, it is expected to be a solution to conventional elections that are still prone to fraud, wasteful costs, and inefficient. This device applies NFC technology. Voter’s idcard is used as an identifier, the UID of voter’s idcard is read by the NFC reader and the verification process is running. Voters are entitled to vote if the voters' idcard number is verified and registered in the database. Here the voter will be allowed to proceed for choosing their preferred candidate from the pushbuttons. This device is expected to be saved huge cost by using pushbuttons instead of ballot papers. This device uses the SIM808 module as a data communication medium to send http packages containing uid and vote values to the webserver, to be further matched in a table in the database. When voters vote, the uid of the voter is stored in the results table in the following database with the value of the vote, and if an idcard with the same uid votes again, then the latest vote values will not be store. This method prevents duplication which often happens in conventional voting system. After whole voting ends, the final result is displayed on a web page in a graphical view for the satisfaction of voters. Voting and counting has become much faster and easier as the system doesn't really require counting personnel, therefore there has been a substantial reduction in the number of remuneration that is paid to them. This result menu can only be accessed after the specified time.

Le cancer demeure aujourd'hui la principale peur des français. Le cancer est donc aujourd'hui un problème majeur de santé publique. Malheureusement, les traitements actuels restent encore trop souvent impuissants ou trop lourds par rapport au produit national brut de nombreux pays. L'utilisation de la photochimiothérapie ou Photodynamic therapy (PDT) dans le traitement des tumeurs malignes suscite actuellement de grands espoirs. Cette méthode physico-chimique est basée sur l'action combinée d'un médicament non toxique injecté par voie générale au patient et de la lumière visible délivrée localement au niveau de la tumeur. Le rayonnement va activer la substance sensible fixée préférentiellement sur les cellules cancéreuses et provoquer la mort des cellules tumorales en libérant des espèces radicalaires toxiques. Cependant, l'utilisation de ces photosensibilisants pose un problème de photosensibilité cutanée pouvant durer plusieurs mois, nécessitant de la part du patient une attention particulière vis-à-vis de l'exposition à la lumière solaire. Au cours de cette thèse nous avons réalisé l'évaluation préclinique d'une diphénylchlorine (SIM03) comparée à une molécule de référence en photochimiothérapie la meta-tétrahydroxyphényle chlorine (rn- THPC) et à une autre diphénylchlorine, le SIM01. SIM03 est porteuse de deux phényles au lieu de quatre sur une chlorine, à la différence du SIM01 ces phényles ne possèdent chacun qu'une liaison OH au lieu de deux. L'objectif de ce travail était d'acquérir l'argumentaire préclinique spécifique, à partir de l'analyse de SIM03, pour la définition d'un photosensibilisant ayant une pharmacocinétique rapide. L'étude pharmacocinétique in vitro-a. Permis de mettre en évidence une pharmacocinétique plus rapide de SIM03 comparée aux deux autres photosensibilisants (m-THPC et SIM01) dans les mêmes conditions. En effet SIM03 est fortement présent dans les cellules dès 1 h d'incubation où il atteint son niveau maximal. In vivo, en revanche vingt-quatre heures après injection, SIM03 décroît rapidement dans tous les tissus, pour atteindre un niveau proche de celui obtenu avec. Les témoins après 336 h. Cependant, le SIM01 possède une propriété importante par rapport au m-THPC et au SIM03 puisqu'il n'est plus détectable au niveau de la peau 144 h après injection (donnée importante en terme de photosensibilité cutanée). Une étude d'élimination, de cinétique et de biodistribution en HPLC et en fluorescence est nécessaire pour vérifier la présence potentielle de produits métaboliques pour le SIM03 et le SIM01. En HPLC, nous détectons pour le SIM01 un nouveau composé présent dans quelques tissus (foie, vésicule biliaire et selles), qui pourrait être un métabolite du SIM01, L'apparition d'un tel pic avec le SIM03 n'a pu être vérifiée pour les concentrations testées quel que soit l'organe. Concernant la cinétique de nos molécules, les observations en HPLC et la détection en fluorescence in vivo donnent des résultats comparables. Les profils cinétiques du SIM01 sont soit comparables soit plus rapides que ceux du SIM03, et le SIM01 est en général beaucoup plus rapidement éliminé que le SIM03 au niveau du foie, des selles, des reins et de là vessie. Les profils cinétiques sont similaires, à l'exception de la rate. Les deux techniques utilisées devraient être considérées comme complémentaires plutôt qu'exclusives. En ce qui concerne le maximum d'efficacité en terme de réduction de tumeur après traitement pour le SIM03, celui-ci est obtenu pour un délai compris entre 3 h et 12 h entre l'injection et l'irradiation, selon l'intensité d'irradiation. Sa forte absorption dans le rouge prédispose cette molécule à un large champ d'indications photochimiothérapiques. Le SIM03 absorbe dans l'UV et le visible avec un maximum d'absorption à 650 nm et une fluorescence à 650 nm. C'est un agent photosensible très efficace avec un mode d'action comparable à celui de m-THPC et du SIM01 mais avec une pharmacocinétique plus rapide que m-THPC et nettement moins favorable que SIM01. Son efficacité tant sur nos modèles in vitro qu'in vivo fait de ce produit un photosensibilisant intéressant. Par ailleurs, notre travail a permis de compléter l'étude préclinique du SIM01, un agent photosensible très prometteur pour la PDT.

The topic of this thesis is the design and realization of a modular Data concentrator for various types of measurements in diverse conditions. The device conception, basic principles, design and functionality are described herein. Also, the lightweight protocol design for radio communication, standardized XML format for data storage and cloud usage are described. The electrical design of the device as well as the design of the printed circuit board was made using the Eagle Autodesk electronic design automation software (Eagle Autodesk EDA). The control software written in C/C++ for a target microcontroller (ESP32-WROOM-32) is based on a FreeRTOS platform and ESP-IDF framework. An IDE for managing this software is Visual Studio Code with PlatformIO extension. Selected and used Cloud Platform is ThingSpeak from Mathworks, which uses certain components from Matlab platform.

A thesis deals with simulation modeling. After opening theoretic information about models, discrete and continuous simulations, computer technologies for systems modeling and individual phases of simulation process, there follows a case study, which demonstrates using of three software products for simulation modeling -- SIMUL8, Simprocess and Powersim Studio. Created models, experiments with them and given results, including well-arranged tabular comparison of mentioned computer programs according to defined criteria, point out strengths and weaknesses of each software. Simultaneously, data for selection of an appropriate program are presented, depending on a sphere type, which is simulation modeling to be applied on.

The issue of the work is use of simulation methods in real situation. First part of thesis belongs to explanation of warehouse technologies and simulation techniques used in the work. Follows a transformation of real enterprise warehouse to computer simulation model. The main part is focused on experiments on this model which solves real problems in this warehouse. Target of first experiment is to find solutions to shorten the waiting time of trucks. This is accomplished by series of experiments, which are compared and the best solution is selected. Another three experiments contains future or hypothetical situations in the warehouse. On the basis of the simulation results future steps and preparations are proposed.

Práce vystihuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti teorie hromadné obsluhy a simulace a následně jsou aplikovány poznatky do praxe. Pro případovou studii je využíván simulační software Simul8 a podpůrný program Crystal Ball, pomocí nichž je vytvořen model. Cílem je navrhnout nejlepší řešení daného problému a zhodnotit systém z hlediska struktury a funkčnosti. The topic of the final thesis is the project and realization of the pump control using GSM. The present (actual, current) state of control unit of irrigation system is analyzed in the introduction of this thesis. After that, the control program was designed. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and optimize production processes in a company which produces plastic components for the automotive industry. The theoretical part of this thesis summarizes basic knowledge of business process simulation and addresses the reasons for making use of dynamic simulation as a tool for eliminating dissipation and supporting decision making. The main focus is an analysis of the current situation and identifies the problems in the company. For the purpose of optimization, a simulation model was created using Simul8, by the Simul8 Corporation. The model was made in accordance with the methodology described in the theoretical part of this thesis. It was used to examine the efficiency of proposed versions of the production schedule, in light of its impact on storage capacity and service level.

The paper is dedicated to network development in the network economy. The current economy needs to look not only at networks with only dynamic flows and with a fixed structure, but as a dynamic system its structure evolves and changes. Structure and behaviour dynamics of network systems can be modelled as complex adaptive systems and use agent-oriented simulation to demonstrate origin, perturbation effects, and sensitivity with regard to initial conditions. Survival of firms is associated with the value of so-called fitness function. Firms whose fitness value falls below a certain threshold will be extinguished. In this way, it is possible to partially model network growth. A simulation model in SIMUL8 is proposed.
