Der volle Inhalt der QuelleEste plan estratégico se ha desarrollado para la fábrica de Ataúdes y Artículos Funerarios Da Vinci S.A.C, la cual se encuentra ubicada en Lima, operando desde el año 2007. La empresa cuenta con 60 empleados y se dedica a la producción de ataúdes para el mercado nacional, siendo un mercado donde el comprador adquiere los servicios funerarios en un momento de necesidad y usualmente se encuentra desinformado, por lo que el precio no es el factor relevante en la toma de decisión. Sin embargo, la venta de ataúdes no se da al comprador final sino a empresas funerarias, las cuales tienen alto poder de negociación y son muy sensibles a los costos. Al verse forzados a disminuir el precio, Da Vinci obtuvo pérdidas en el último año, por lo que su sostenibilidad en el futuro está en riesgo. En este contexto se ha planteado como visión ser líder en el mercado nacional para el año 2018, siendo una empresa rentable y socialmente responsable que atiende a diversos segmentos con productos innovadores y con la mejor relación precio valor. Para lograr esta visión la empresa implementará las siguientes estrategias, controlando sus logros mediante el uso del Tablero de Control Balanceado: (a) abrir depósito con inventario en La Libertad para atender el norte del país, (b) adquirir tecnología de punta para incrementar la capacidad instalada y reducir costos unitarios, (c) aumentar el capital social mediante la incorporación de nuevos socios, (d) expandir la distribución a nivel nacional a través de vendedores que visiten clientes, (e) adquirir e implementar un sistema para el manejo de inventarios, (f) producir una línea nueva a base de cartón estampado, (g) estandarizar la calidad de los productos con estricto control de calidad, (h) obtener certificación que garantice el uso de maderas cultivadas, (i) establecer sistema de control de costos, y (j) registrar tres marcas, cada una enfocada en un nivel socio económico diferente
This strategic plan has been developed for fábrica de Ataúdes y Artículos Funerarios Da Vinci S.A.C, which is located in Lima, operating since 2007. The company has 60 employees and is dedicated to the production of coffins for the domestic market being a market where the buyer purchases funeral services in a time of need and usually is uninformed, so the price is not the relevant factor in decision making process. However, Da Vinci does not sell the caskets to the final buyer but to funeral service companies, that have high bargaining power and are very sensitive to costs. Therefore, Da Vinci has been seemed to lower the price, generating losses in the last year, so its future sustainability is at risk. In this context a new vision has emerged as a leader in the domestic market by 2018, being a profitable and socially responsible company that caters to various segments with innovative products and the best price value. In order to achieve this vision, the company will implement the following strategies, controlling their achievements through the use of a Balanced Score Card: (a) opening a warehouse in La Libertad to serve northern Peru, (b) acquire technology to increase installed capacity and reduce unit costs, (c) increase the share capital by incorporation of new members, (d) expanding nationwide distribution through vendors visiting customers, (e) acquire and implement a system for managing inventories, (f) produce a new printed cardboard base line (g) standardizing the quality of products with strict quality control, (h) obtaine certification to ensure the use of cultured timber, (i) establishe control system cost, and (j) record three brands, each focused on a different socio-economic level

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThrough a structured questionnaire, 54 counselors (saleswomen) were surveyed from Campo Fe sales area, San Borja headquarters, residents in Lima, with the purpose of determining the relationship between corporate volunteering as a tool of Social Responsibility and Job satisfaction of the employees of a service company, in 2018. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with five people in charge of supervision. According to the results we can confirm our approach and we could determine that there is a strong and positive relationship between Volunteering as a tool of Social Responsibility and Job Satisfaction in the order of rs = 0.786. According to the results, we confirm that there is a relationship between corporate volunteering as a tool of corporate social responsibility and the motivators factors in the employees of a service company, the relationship is strong and positive rs = 0.772. The relationship is strong and positive with job satisfaction in the hygienic factor, rs = 0.652. It was determined that there is a strong and positive relationship between Volunteering as a tool for Social Responsibility and Job Satisfaction. There is a relationship between corporate volunteering as a tool of corporate social responsibility in both motivators and hygienic factors, the relationship is strong and positive.

Resumo: Essa pesquisa objetiva analisar o desenvolvimento do mercado funerário na sociedade brasileira sob a luz da Sociologia Econômica, considerando o seu postulado de que os mercados são construções sociais, observando os diversos tipos de mercado e os diferentes juízos morais atribuídos à morte (SWEDBERG, 2004). Buscando entender o desenvolvimento da empresa funerária a partir dos planos funerários e o embate desses com os outros serviços, como seguros de vida e os planos de saúde que também oferecem seguros de vida e assistência funerária. Na intersecção das transformações societárias, políticas, econômicas e jurídicas, no interior do Estado brasileiro, buscando entender como tais mudanças provocam transformações no plano simbólico e material, criando novas iniciativas de produção e consumo, produtos e serviços funerários. A inspiração teórica pauta-se na Sociologia Reflexiva de Pierre Bourdieu em termos metodológicos, através da coleta de dados das instituições que representam o setor funerário, como sindicatos, associações e também legislações referentes à atividade funerária.
Abstract: This research analyzed the development of the funeral market in Brazilian society, under the light of Economic Sociology, considering the postulate that markets are social constructions, observing the different types of markets and the different moral judgments attributed to death. Thus, we sought to understand the development of the funeral company from the funeral plans and the clash of these with other services, such as life insurance and health plans, which in addition to offering life insurance, offer funeral assistance. At the intersection of societal, political, economic and juridical transformations within the Brazilian State, it sought to understand how these changes provoke transformations in the symbolic and material plane, creating new initiatives of production, consumption, products and funeral services. The theoretical inspiration was based on the Reflexive Sociology of Pierre Bourdieu; in methodological terms, secondary sector data such as unions and associations were used, as well as the study of the legal framework, as well as an interview with directors of a funeral company.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleFirst ethnography dedicated to a Amerindian slavery system, this doctoral thesis is a contribution to the Amazonist political anthropology and to the anthropology of slavery. It is based on a fieldwork conducted between 2004 and 2011 among the Yuqui people of Bolivian Amazon, who are Tupi-Guarani speaking nomads. They are the last group contacted in the region in the second half of the twentieth century by Evangelist missionaries. « The Eternal Service » is an archeology of an a priori passed institution through the analysis of its representations and practices in the collective memory and everyday life. This study is based on participant observation work carried out during the Yuqui’s peregrination in three different spaces (forest, mission and the city), and on a rich body of archives and documents collected in the field. The central objective is to demonstrate that Yuqui slavery is an endogenous reproductive system of alterity, that became necessary for the construction of the Self as a result of a long process of isolation. Composed of four parts which take the reader from the early stages of the Conquest to the second mandate of the President Evo Morales, this thesis sheds a new light on Amerindian subordination relations, describing a system of domination in which an authoritarian leader’s prestige derives from slaves possession. To understand this servile institution, attention is first paid to the reproductive process and the appropriation of individuals, which is based on an asymmetrical feeding relationship

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleRelations between death and the medieval church have been explored by European historians since the beginning of the 20th century. They are here analysed within the 22 dioceses of « Provence » during the 12th, 13th and 14th centuries. Using a large and varied documentation, essentially produced by cathedral chapters, we propose to study death as a framework for the relations between the cathedral clergy and urban medieval societies. As a prospect common to everyone, death could be used by clerics in order to build discourses promoting a tighter control of the Church over society, for instance through the liturgy of the Dead or the concept of the « Good Christian Death ». Especially through anniversaries, Death also provided them with an opportunity to establish spiritual and material relationships with an enlarged community of laymen and ecclesiastics and was therefore instrumental in involving bischops, canons and secular clerics into the political and economic life of the counties of Provence and Forcalquier. Finally, Death gives historians of the Middle Ages a unique insight into the life and organisation of the Provençale Ecclesia over three centuries of intense economic and political evolutions. With the prevalence of the Internet, Internet of Things, and database, marketing databases have become more complete and accurate. This paper examines the interactivity between consumers and products and analyzed consumption records provided by enterprises in three dimensions – consumer, product, and that between consumer and product. The correlation coefficient among products are the reference for the analysis of the product dimension. For the other two dimensions, the CAI analysis is used as benchmark for Filiality Index. The results may help enterprises in predicting the path to purchase of consumers, future consumption activeness as well as the types of product R&D.
