Résumé La plupart des documents, écrits et audiovisuels, concernant les «événements de 68» émanent d'anciens acteurs, essentiellement «ex-gauchistes». Ils ont fini par imposer une certaine représentation de la période sur laquelle il convient de s'interroger par une analyse de contenu et des conditions de leur production. L'image qui s'en dégage relève volontiers d'une saga familiale, bon enfant et débarrassée de toute aspérité; les élans révolutionnaires n'y étant évoqués que pour les dénoncer vigoureusement, avec le marxisme et tout espoir de changement radical. Cette entreprise de reconstruction de l'histoire de 68 s'interprète à la fois par les stratégies personnelles de reclassement des exégètes et par les enjeux socio-politiques (évolution conjoncturelle du marché politique et transformation structurelle du marché des biens culturels) qui les ont encouragées.

The article first clarified the concept of “Tngri” and the related titles of Genghis Khan and the chief priest Teba-Tengri. It is proved that “Tngri” is not “Blue Sky”, since the actual translation of this word is different. For the first time, not only the names of God and the eleven spirits of the medieval Mongols that Mangu Khan spoke about are mentioned, but their functions are explained in detail, the holidays associated with their veneration, the nature and time of their holding are indicated. The myth of shamanism and totemism of medieval Mongols is debunked. The relationship between the faith of the Genghis Khan’s Mongols, their feast etiquette and the practice of forming and manning an army in the performance of its combat missions is revealed. It is proved that in medieval Mongolian society a harmonious worldview system was functioning, different from Zoroastrianism, Mithraism, the Bon religion and Tengrianism.

Alliant les disciplines du droit, de l'économie et de la science politique, l'auteur veut, dans le présent article, permettre au lecteur de saisir rapidement les tenants et les aboutissants de la loi Helms-Burton, adoptée en 1996 par les États-Unis en vue d'isoler économiquement Cuba et que l'on dit extra territoriale. Dans la première partie, l'auteur s'emploie à expliquer les causes ayant mené à l'adoption de cette loi et à en décrire les mesures, spécialement celles qui soulèvent l'opposition de la communauté internationale et d'un bon nombre d'Américains. Ensuite, les réactions à la loi seront analysées, plus particulièrement celles du Canada, du Mexique et de l'Union européenne qui se défendent contre cette loi sur les plans diplomatique et légal. C'est là que l'auteur s'attardera sur le débat entourant la validité juridique de la loi Helms-Burton eu égard à l'Accord général sur les tarifs douaniers et le commerce (GATT) et à l'Accord de libre-échange nord-américain (ALENA) et dans lequel, au respect de la liberté de commerce invoquée par leurs principaux partenaires économiques, les États-Unis opposent les impératifs de leur sécurité nationale.

Le texte, composé en Islande au treizième siècles, est envisagé dans son contexte culturel, politique et littéraire. Il évoque la première tentative de christianisation de la Norvège au dixième siècles. L'auteur se réfère essentiellement à une tradition, écrite, mais il donne sa propre version des faits. Il n'utilise pas ses sources de la même manière tout au long de la saga; et lorsqu'il dépeint la résistance païenne et l'apostasie du roi, point culminant du récit. Il fournit au lecteur (ou à l'auditoire) des clefs qui lui permettront de mieux appréhender la conversation définitive du pays (relatée en détail dans les sagas de saint Olaf et d'Olaf Tryggvason), qui aura lieu quelques décennies plus tard
This text, written in Iceland in the thirteenth century, is studied in the perspective of the cultural, political and literary background. It relates the first attempt at Christianising Norway, in the tenth century. The author derives his information chiefly from written tradition, but he gives his own version of the story. He doesn't make use of his material in the same way throughout the saga, and in describing the heathen opposition and the resulting apostasy of the king (the climax in the narrative), he supplies the reader (or rather the audience) with keys which allow a clearer understanding of his following account of the ultimate conversion of the country some decades later
