Annotation:

The possible importance of the reaction of a low-mass star to external irradiation for the long-term evolution of compact binaries has been noted only rather recently; first in the context of the evolution of low-mass X-ray binaries (e.g. Podsiadlowski 1991; Harpaz & Rappaport 1991; Frank, King & Lasota 1992; Hameury et al. 1993) and subsequently by Ritter, Zhang & Kolb (1995a,b, hereafter RZK) also for the evolution of cataclysmic variables (CVs). Based on a simple model for describing the reaction of a low-mass star to irradiation RZK showed that CVs can be dynamically unstable against irradiation-induced mass transfer and that, as a consequence of this, mass transfer could occur via cycles in which phases of high, irradiation-enhanced mass transfer alternate with phases of little or no mass transfer. The occurrence of such mass transfer cycles in CVs was subsequently discussed from a more general point of view by King (1995) and King et al. (1995). Whereas the possibility of mass transfer cycles in CVs is now fully recognised, the question as to which systems can undergo such cycles and which cannot has not yet been addressed in detail. It is the purpose of this contribution to provide at least a partial answer to this question.

The most important rhizomania-resistance gene in sugar beet is the Rz1 gene from the Holly Sugar Company in California, the source widely used to breed partially resistant varieties. Other important gene sources are WB41 and WB42, which both originate from Beta vulgaris subsp. maritima collected in Denmark, and which have been reported to be similar. The major resistance gene in WB42 is known as Rz2. We studied the resistance in WB41 and used markers to map the major resistance gene in this source, which we call Rz3. It was identified on chromosome III. This is the chromosome that Rz1 and Rz2 have been mapped to. Data from greenhouse tests and ELISA showed that Rz3 had incomplete penetrance, with heterozygotes varying widely in resistance levels. The involvement of additional minor genes in the strong resistance of the original WB41 source cannot be excluded.Key words: BNYVV, WB41, rhizomania, QTL, Beta vulgaris, AFLP, SSR.

ABSTRACT Receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) signals regulate the specification of a varied array of tissue types by utilizing distinct modules of proteins to elicit diverse effects. The RSK proteins are part of the RTK signal transduction pathway and are thought to relay these signals by acting downstream of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK). In this study we report the identification of ribosomal S6 kinase 4 (Rsk4) as an inhibitor of RTK signals. Among the RSK proteins, RTK inhibition is specific to RSK4 and, in accordance, is dependent upon a region of the RSK4 protein that is divergent from other RSK family members. We demonstrate that Rsk4 inhibits the transcriptional activation of specific targets of RTK signaling as well as the activation of ERK. Developmentally, Rsk4 is expressed in extraembryonic tissue, where RTK signals are known to have critical roles. Further examination of Rsk4 expression in the extraembryonic tissues demonstrates that its expression is inversely correlated with the presence of activated ERK 1/2. These studies demonstrate a new and divergent function for RSK4 and support a role for RSK proteins in the specification of RTK signals during early mouse development.

Theoretical models predict that, under restrictive host conditions, virus populations will exhibit greater genetic variability. This virus response has been experimentally demonstrated in a few cases but its relation with a virus's capability to overcome plant resistance is unknown. To explore the genetic host effects on Beet necrotic yellow vein virus (BNYVV) populations that might be related to resistance durability, a wild-type virus isolate was vector inoculated into partially resistant Rz1, Rz2, and susceptible sugar beet cultivars during a serial planting experiment. Cloning and sequencing a region of the viral RNA-3, involving the pathogenic determinant p25, revealed that virus diversity significantly increased in direct proportion to the strength of host resistance. Thus, whereas virus titers were highest, intermediate, and lowest in susceptible, Rz1, and Rz2 plants, respectively; the average number of nucleotide differences among single-plant populations was 0.8 (±0.1) in susceptible, 1.4 (±0.1) in Rz1, and 2.4 (±0.2) in Rz2 genotypes. A similar relationship between host restriction to BNYVV root accumulation and virus genetic variability was detected in fields of sugar beet where these specific Rz1- and Rz2-mediated resistances have been defeated.

Beet necrotic yellow vein virus (BNYVV) is the causal agent of rhizomania, a disease of global importance to the sugar beet industry. The most widely implemented resistance gene to rhizomania to date is Rz1, but resistance has been circumvented by resistance-breaking (RB) isolates worldwide. In an effort to gain greater understanding of the distribution of BNYVV and the nature of RB isolates in Minnesota and eastern North Dakota, sugar beet plants were grown in 594 soil samples obtained from production fields and subsequently were analyzed for the presence of BNYVV as well as coding variability in the viral P25 gene, the gene previously implicated in the RB pathotype. Baiting of virus from the soil with sugar beet varieties possessing no known resistance to rhizomania resulted in a disease incidence level of 10.6% in the region examined. Parallel baiting analysis of sugar beet genotypes possessing Rz1, the more recently introgressed Rz2, and with the combination of Rz1 + Rz2 resulted in a disease incidence level of 4.2, 1.0, and 0.8%, respectively. Virus sequences recovered from sugar beet bait plants possessing resistance genes Rz1 and/or Rz2 exhibited reduced genetic diversity in the P25 gene relative to those recovered from the susceptible genotype while confirming the hypervariable nature of the coding for amino acids (AAs) at position 67 and 68 in the P25 protein. In contrast to previous reports, we did not find an association between any one specific AA signature at these positions and the ability to circumvent Rz1-mediated resistance. The data document ongoing virulence development in BNYVV populations to previously resistant varieties and provide a baseline for the analysis of genetic change in the virus population that may accompany the implementation of new resistance genes to manage rhizomania.

We present a case study in which we used a novel method to identify red supergiant (RSG) candidates in NGC 6822 based on their 1.6 μm H-bump. We collected 32 bands of photometric data for NGC 6822 ranging from the optical to the mid-infrared, derived from Gaia, PS1, LGGS, VHS, UKIRT, IRSF, HAWK-I, Spitzer, and WISE. Using the theoretical spectra from MARCS, we demonstrate that there is a prominent difference around 1.6 μm (H-bump) between targets with high and low surface gravity (HSG and LSG). Taking advantage of this feature, we identify efficient color–color diagrams of rzH (r − z vs. z − H) and rzK (r − z vs. z − K) to separate HSG (mostly foreground dwarfs) and LSG targets (mainly background red giant stars, asymptotic giant branch stars, and RSGs) from crossmatching of optical and near-infrared (NIR) data. Moreover, synthetic photometry from ATLAS9 gives similar results. We further separated RSG candidates from the remaining LSG candidates as determined by the H-bump method by using semi-empirical criteria on NIR color–magnitude diagrams, where both the theoretic cuts and morphology of the RSG population are considered. This separation produced 323 RSG candidates. The simulation of foreground stars with Besançon models also indicates that our selection criteria are largely free from the contamination of Galactic giants. In addition to the H-bump method, we used the traditional BVR method (B − V vs. V − R) as a comparison and/or supplement by applying a slightly aggressive cut to select as many RSG candidates as possible (358 targets). Furthermore, the Gaia astrometric solution was used to constrain the sample, where 181 and 193 targets were selected with the H-bump and BVR method, respectively. The percentages of selected targets in the two methods are similar at ∼60%, indicating a comparable accuracy of the two methods. In total, there are 234 RSG candidates after combining targets from the two methods, and 140 (∼60%) of them are in common. The final RSG candidates are in the expected locations on the mid-infrared color–magnitude diagram with [3.6]−[4.5] ≲ 0 and J − [8.0] ≈ 1.0. The spatial distribution is also coincident with the far-ultraviolet-selected star formation regions, suggesting that the selection is reasonable and reliable. We indicate that our method can also be used to identify other LSG targets, such as red giants and asymptotic giant branch stars, and it can also be applied to most of the nearby galaxies by using recent large-scale ground-based surveys. Future ground- and space-based facilities may promote its application beyond the Local Group.

Rak gruczołu krokowego(RGK) dotyczy coraz większej liczby mężczyzn w Polsce. Zwiększenie dostępności do badania stężenia antygenu sterczowego (PSA) i większa świadomość społeczeństwa doprowadziła do wykrywania choroby u pacjentów bezobjawowych we wczesnym stadium. Skutkiem wczesnego wykrycia RGK jest możliwość zastosowania wielu opcji terapeutycznych. Jednakże u części chorych z RGK wprowadzenie leczenia nie wydłuży życia i nie poprawi jego jakości, a nawet ją obniży ze względu na skutki uboczne. Grupa chorych o niskim zaawansowaniu największy zysk terapeutyczny odnosi z aktywnej obserwacji (AO).AO to postępowanie oparte na monitorowaniu zaawansowania klinicznego, biochemicznego i histopatologicznego w celu uniknięcia leczenia lub jego odroczenia. Mimo wielu zalet i bezpieczeństwa, jest nadal bardzo rzadko stosowana w Polsce. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie doniesień z konferencji Europejskiego Towarzystwa Radioterapii Onkologicznej ( ESTRO ) w Turynie w 2016 roku na temat AO. W trakcie konferencji omówiono postępowanie AO z punktu widzenia patologa , radiologa i onkologa. Podsumowując , AO jest postępowaniem bezpiecznym, obarczonym niskim ryzykiem skutków ubocznych,a także ekonomicznie uzasadnionym u dobrze dobranych chorych.

In the work, the results of sugar beet breeding materials' molecular-genetic studying for presence of genes of resistance to root-knot nematode, rhizomania and powdery mildew are presented. Testing of plants was conducted using polymerase chain reaction method. The genes R6m-1, Rz1 and Rz2, Pm were identified with the help of 5 one-chain RAPD and 4 allele-specific primers. Aim of the studies is to screen sugar beet varieties for presence of the abovementioned genes of resistance. Domestic and foreign sugar beet hybrids were an object of the studies.

A number of amphiphilic cyclic peptides—[FR]4, [WR]5, and [WK]5—containing hydrophobic and positively-charged amino acids were synthesized by Fmoc/tBu solid-phase peptide methods and evaluated for their efficiency in intracellular delivery of siRNA to triple-negative breast cancer cell lines, MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468, in the presence and absence of 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (DOPE). Among the peptides, [WR]5, which contains alternate tryptophan (W) and arginine (R) residues, was found to be the most efficient in the delivery of siRNA by improving the delivery by more than 3-fold when compared to other synthesized cyclic peptides that were not efficient. The data also showed that co-formulation of [WR]5 with lipid DOPE significantly enhanced the efficiency of siRNA delivery by up to ~2-fold compared to peptide alone. Based on the data indicating the efficiency of [WR]5 in siRNA delivery, peptides containing arginine residues on the ring and tryptophan residues on the side chain, [R6K]W6 and [R5K]W5, were also evaluated, and demonstrated improved delivery of siRNA. The presence of DOPE again enhanced the siRNA delivery in most cases. [WR]5, [R5K]W5, and [R6K]W6 did not show any significant toxicity in MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-468, and AU565 WT cells at N/P ratios of 20:1 or less, in the presence and absence of DOPE. Silencing of kinesin spindle protein (KSP) and Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) was evaluated in MDA-MB-231 cells in the presence of the peptides. The addition of DOPE significantly enhanced the silencing efficiency for all selected peptides. In conclusion, peptides containing tryptophan and arginine residues were found to enhance siRNA delivery and to generate silencing of targeted proteins in the presence of DOPE.

AbstractThe West Firsby Oilfield exemplifies the classic east Midlands oil play, sourced by early Namurian pro-deltaic shales. Stacked fluvio-deltaic sandstone reservoirs of latest Namurian to early Westphalian 'A' age are structured into a Variscan inversion anticline in the hanging wall of the northeastern boundary fault of the Dinantian-Namurian Gainsborough Trough. The Enterprise West Firsby-1 discovery well, drilled on a 'Top Westphalian 'A'' seismic depth closure, encountered oil-bearing sandstones at three levels. These are thought to represent the earliest Westphalian 'A' Sub-Alton/Crawshaw distributary channel and mouthbar sandstones (Reservoir Zone [RZ] 1), the stacked fluvial channel sands of the Namurian Rough Rock (RZ2) and an underlying high quality mouth-bar sandstone (RZ3). In the hanging wall setting, these units can be correlated over an area far larger than the West Firsby Field.On acquiring operatorship of the Development Licence (DL 003) in 1991, Tullow Exploration put the WF-1 well into production from RZ2 and 3 disposing of produced water in the earlier-drilled and unsuccessful WF-2 step-out. Between 1992 and 1996, three new production wells (WF-4, -5 and -6) were drilled from the same surface site. The wells principally produce from RZ2 and involve high-angle/horizontal sections in these sandstones, approaching 170 m in length in WF-6. Strong aquifer support, coupled with the injection of produced water into RZ2 of WF-2, promotes early natural flow from such wells at rates up to 800BOPD, and when this declines jet-pumping can maintain production at rates of several hundred BOPD/well. As of 1st January 1999, the West Firsby Oilfield had produced 0.97 MMBBL of an estimated 13 MMBBL OIIP, maintaining an average annual rate during 1998 of 345 BOPD from four wells. Remaining recoverable reserves are estimated at around 1.03 MMBBL.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan bagi para tutor atau volunteer pada Rumah Belajar Kita (RBK) Jakarta Timur untuk memberikan peningkatan kompetensi pada tutor/volunteer dalam upaya meningkatkan gerakan mari membaca buku (GEMARI BACAKU) pada masyarakat. Hasil identifikasi lapangan yang telah dilakukan ditemukan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, yaitu minimnya sarana prasarana (buku, rak buku), kurangnya kompetensi tutor atau volunteer dalam pengelolaan Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM), rendahnya minat baca masyarakat menyebabkan tidak konsistennya waktu para volunteer dalam pengelolaan TBM. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pelatihan pengelolaan TBM bagi volunteer serta fundrising (pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana) dengan menjalin kerjasama dengan pemerintah maupun swasta. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningktakan kompetensi volunteer dalam pengelolaan TBM sehingga dapat menjadi sarana dalam meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat.

Rok 2020 zaczął się spokojnie – nic nie zapowiadało tego, co wkrótce miało dotknąć nas wszystkich. W dalekim Wuhanie ludzie zapadali na nieznaną chorobę, a my planowaliśmy konferencję poświęconą pamięci prof. Ananiasza Zajączkowskiego – w tym roku minęło 50 lat od jego ostatniej podróży do Rzymu. W kwietniu mieliśmy się spotkać z tej okazji w Toruniu. Kto mógł przypuszczać, że paskudny wirus już dotarł do Europy i za chwilę zmieni nasz świat, rujnując większość planów. Niewidzialny przybysz z Chin zamknął nas w domach. Trzeba było uczyć się życia w nowej rzeczywistości, przyzwyczajać do maseczek, dezynfekcji, dystansu. W tych okolicznościach zaczęliśmy dłużej przebywać w wirtualnej przestrzeni, poznawać nowe technologie komunikacyjne. Tęskniąc przy tym coraz mocniej za swobodą poruszania się i bezpośrednimi kontaktami. Projekt Fundacji Karaimskie Dziedzictwo poświęcony warszawskim Karaimom musiał nieco zmienić formułę i zamiast spotkań na żywo odbywał się w trybie on-line. Za to elektroniczne kwerendy biblioteczne okazały się nie tylko dużo łatwiejsze, ale i nader owocne – udało się odkryć nieznane fakty z życia Karaimów nad Wisłą przed I wojną światową. Na ich kanwie powstały interesujące opowieści, takie jak ta o Józefie Kapłanowskim, warszawskim kupcu i fabrykancie, którą przedstawia Adam Dubiński. W ramach projektu „Karaimi na dawnej mapie Warszawy” możemy wędrować nie tyle palcem po mapie, co myszką po ekranie komputera i na mapy.karaimi.eu odwiedzić miejsca, gdzie w drugiej połowie XIX i w początkach XX w. działały karaimskie składy tabaczne, sklep z tureckimi łakociami czy gabinet akuszerki. „W czasie deszczu dzieci się nudzą” – mówi piosenka Kabaretu Starszych Panów. Nudzą sie jeszcze bardziej, gdy za oknem słońce, a obostrzenia wskutek pandemii nie pozwalają wyjść nawet na podwórko. Dla naszych najmłodszych czytelników z okazji Dnia Dziecka mamy propozycję wybrania się do… zoo. Zabierze Was tam Hanna Pilecka i jej wierszyki, które napisała dla wnuczki, Marianny. Wyprawy w przeszłość to nasza specjalność. W tym numerze przeczytacie legendę o karaimskich mędrcach z Birż w przekładzie Jerzego Tulisowa, a głosem z minionych czasów Zarach Firkowicz opowiada o tym, skąd wzięła się nazwa jeden z dzielnic Trok. Odejście przedstawicieli starszego pokolenia to dla naszej społeczności niezmiennie ogromna strata – wraz z nimi tracimy część przeszłości. Rok temu w Wilnie pożegnaliśmy Elżbietę z Robaczewskich Bezekowicz. Postać Cioci Eli, bo tak Ją nazywaliśmy, mamy i babci, wspomina Jej córka, Irena. Wiele pytań pozostanie bez odpowiedzi. Jedyną szansą na odzyskanie wiedzy o tym, co było, są archiwa. O fotografiach upamietniających udział Karaimów w ważnej i wzruszajacej uroczystości opowiadają Mariola Abkowicz i Aleksander Babadżan. Zaś Wiaczesław Lebiediew w korespondencji z Eupatorii przybliża losy karaimskiej uczelni duchownej. Przed nami lato i wakacje. Jak będą wyglądały, jak potoczą się losy świata, tego nikt nie wie. Zachowujmy więc na wszelki wypadek dystans społeczny, myjmy ręce i tochtahejbyz sawłar – pozostańmy zdrowi!

Os avanços tecnológicos nos métodos de posicionamento têm possibilitado o desenvolvimento de metodologias que viabilizam a sua utilização pelo usuário numa diversidade de aplicações. Um dos métodos de posicionamento GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) de grande destaque é o RTK (Real Time Kinematic), cujo conceito tem como princípio básico a alta correlação dos erros provocados pela ionosfera, troposfera e órbita dos satélites na estação de referência e em uma estação próxima de interesse, além da existência de um link de rádio ou de outro sistema de comunicação que permita a transmissão dos dados coletados na base ao usuário. Porém quando as distâncias vão aumentando, a correlação é perdida. Esse fato motivou o desenvolvimento do conceito de rede de estações de referência (RTK em Rede), visando superar esta deficiência. O RTK em Rede utiliza a infra-estrutura de uma rede de estações de referência para disponibilizar correções ao usuário. Tanto o conceito de RTK como o de RTK em rede permitem introduzir o conceito de integridade, muito utilizado em navegação, no contexto da Geodésia. Nesse artigo é apresentada a teoria sobre integridade e sua utilização no RTK e RTK em rede no contexto da rede GNSS do Estado de São Paulo. Nos resultados obtidos observou-se que a garantia da integridade indicada por HPL < AL, VPL < AL e AC < AL, representados pelo nível de proteção horizontal (HPL) e nível de proteção vertical (VPL) em relação ao limite de alarme (AL) e a acurácia (AC), na média foram de 68,3% e 63,9% para a componente horizontal e vertical, respectivamente. Discussões sobre esses resultados são apresentadas.

Rhizomania, a serious disease of sugar beet (Beta vulgaris), is caused by Beet necrotic yellow vein virus (BNYVV). Resistance allele Rz1 has been widely incorporated into commercial cultivars. Recently, resistance-breaking isolates of BNYVV (RB-BNYVV) were identified and characterized. When the occurrence of RB-BNYVV was surveyed throughout the sugar-beet-growing areas in the United States, most soil samples contained Beet oak-leaf virus (BOLV) as well. BNYVV and BOLV often occurred in the same field and sometimes in the same sugar beet plant. The possibility of interactions between these two Polymyxa betae-transmitted sugar beet viruses was tested. Plants grown in soils infested with aviruliferous P. betae or carrying RB-BNYVV and BOLV, alone and in combination, were compared with plants grown in noninfested soil for differences in plant fresh weight and virus content as measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Rz1 and Rz2 resistance genes that condition resistance to BNYVV did not confer resistance to BOLV. BNYVV ELISA values were significantly higher in single infections than in mixed infections with BOLV in both the rhizomania-resistant and -susceptible cultivars. In contrast, ELISA values of BOLV were not significantly different between single and mixed infections in both the rhizomania-resistant and -susceptible cultivars. Results indicate that BOLV may suppress BNYVV in mixed infections. Soils infested with P. betae significantly reduced fresh weight of sugar beet seedlings regardless of whether they were with or without one or both viruses or resistance genes.

The unforgotten 1942 Ewa Weinberg relates her story of the deportations of Polish citizens to the USSR in the summer of 1940 and their life in 1942. After the Sikorski-Majski Pact had been signed and Anders‘s Army established, the deportees tried to leave Siberia for Samarkand, Uzbekistan. In Samarkand, it turned out that the category of citizenship is no more valid for the deportees: anti-Semitic acts were very common, but the persecutions were also applied to non-Roman Catholic Christians. Such behaviour was legitimate from the point of view of the majority and their model of society. When trying to get onto the train to Tehran, Weinberg’s friends and relatives (members of the Polish intelligentsia) heard a question: “You’re a nation of merchants and you do not even have a golden ring?”. In consequence, some of the cars left empty, having left stranded some Polish citizens categorised as gudłaje i kacapy (contemptuously: Jews and Russians). Niezapomniany rok 1942Świadectwo Ewy Weinberg dotyczy wywózki obywateli polskich do ZSRR latem 1940 roku i przeżyć roku 1942. Po zawarciu paktu Sikorski-Majski 31 lipca 1941 roku, na wieść o tworzeniu armii gen. Władysława Andersa deportowani przedostają się z Syberii do Samarkandy w Uzbekistanie (ZSRR). Na miejscu okazuje się, że we wspólnocie uchodźców nie obowiązuje kategoria obywatelstwa. Autorka opisuje praktyki antysemickie, a także dyskryminację chrześcijan innych niż rzymscy katolicy, jako zjawisko systemowe i prawomocne z punktu widzenia większościowego modelu kultury polskiej. Bliscy i znajomi autorki, inteligencja polska, przy próbie zajęcia miejsca w pociągu do Teheranu słyszą pytanie: „Taki naród handlowy, a nie ma bodaj obrączek?”. W efekcie część wagonów odjeżdża pusta, pozostawiając na pastwę klimatu, głodu, chorób i terroru stalinowskiego obywateli polskich zakwalifikowanych jako „gudłaje i kacapy”.

The contribution defines Brkini geographically, and the poor development of this area is briefly outlined. The majority of the article consists of the description of the youth community work campaigns, broken down by individual years, and their achievements at the construction sites of the Brkini ridge road, waterworks, etc.

Besides being easy to get, used cardboard is also easy to make several forms of crafts, one of which is a shelf. The shelf that we are going to make is a small shelf model where this shelf is made in various shapes, which will make many people like these models. Here what we need in addition to tools and materials is that we need skills and strong creative power. So that the shelves that we will create can attract consumers to buy. In the community, there are many unique shelves that make consumers want to buy them, but the price is a little less affordable for consumers' wallets. Therefore we take advantage of this situation to make cute accessory racks in order to help consumers more comfortable arranging their accessories or makeup with hemp by using this cute accessory rack that we made. The form of our business is that it is still in an individual stage and indeed this business is still new and is still trying to enter the business world. But we already have our own business brand, namely "RASEL" which means Cute Accessories Rack. In the future, if this business can get extraordinary profits and have enough customers, then we will increase this business to be even bigger.</p>

<p>After the late 1990s, GNSS/GPS network RTK technology has become the preferred technique in the world, today widely used in various applications such as monitoring, early warning systems, and mapping and engineering applications. By the end of 2008, the CORS-TR network was being used for engineering applications to determine 3D positions across the whole of Turkey. On the other hand, single base RTK stations are being operated in Turkey. The YLDZ is one of these types of stations. It was established at the Yıldız Technical University by the Department of Geomatic Engineering in 2012. In this paper, the performance of the YLDZ station is examined by use of measurements in 5 Istanbul GPS Triangulation Network (IGNA) benchmark points, with five repeatability measurements up to 50 km from the station. The CORS-TR network RTK solution is used at the same points, and the results are compared. The measured coordinates produced by the two RTK solutions are compared with the IGNA point coordinates. Satellite geometry, initialisation time and the standard deviation of repeatability are also determined. The differences between measured and known coordinates are calculated as 1-2 cm horizontally and close to 3 cm vertically using the YLDZ single base RTK method.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Desempeño de un Método de Navegación Cinética Satelital en Tiempo Real (RTK) de una Sola Base en Comparación de un Sistema RTK</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Resumen</strong></p><p>Después de la década de los 90, el Sistema Global de Navegación por satélite/Sistema de Posicionamiento Global (GNSS/GPS, en inglés), basado en tecnología de Navegación Cinética Satelital en Tiempo Real (RTK, del inglés Real Time Kinematic) se convirtió en la técnica preferida en el mundo y que todavía se utiliza en varias aplicaciones como el monitoreo, sistemas de alerta temprana y mapeo e ingeniería de aplicativos. Para finales de 2008, los aplicativos de ingeniería utilizan la red de Estaciones de Referencia de Funcionamiento Continuo (CORS-TR, un proyecto establecido en Turquía) para determinar posiciones en tres dimensiones a lo largo del territorio turco. Por otro lado, las estaciones RTK de una sola base han funcionado en Turquía. La YLDZ es una estación de este tipo que fue establecida en la Universidad Técnica de Yildiz por el departamento de Ingeniería Geomática en 2012. En este trabajo se examina el desempeño dela estación YLDZ a través de la medición de cinco puntos de referencia del Sistema de Triangulación GPS de Estambul (IGNA, en inglés) con cinco mediciones repetitivas a más de 50 km de la estación. Similares medidas RTK se hicieron con la red CORS-TR y se compararon los resultados. Las dos mediciones producidas por las soluciones RTK se compararon con los puntos de coordenadas IGNA. También se determinó la geometría satelital, el tiempo de inicialización y la desviación estándar de la repetibilidad. Las diferencias entre las coordenadas medidas y las coordenadas conocidas se calcularon en un rango de 1-2 centímetros horizontalmente y cerca de 3 centímetros verticalmente para la estación YLDZ con el método RTK.</p>

Local wisdom here can beconcepts of life, facts that develop for generations, beliefs etc. While ethnopedagogi ismeant in this research is about the use of terms or concepts that exist in life that grows inthe community of Banjar Ulu associated with the value of Relevant, Environmental,Aesthetic, Economic and Health contained in a collection of short stories Rak-Rak GuiKalumpu Kisah Randah Basa Banua. The data writing technique used in this study is toread the story again and collect quotations that contain ethnopedagogy, then conductinterviews directly with Kandangan people about the understanding of the existingquotations. Sedangkan ethnopedagogi yang akandibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang penggunaan istilah atau konsep yang adadalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang tumbuh dan berkembang di masyarakat Banjar Uluyang terkait dengan nilai kepercayaan, lingkungan, estetika, ekonomi dan kesehatan yangterkandung dalam kumpulan cerita pendek Rak-Rak Gui Kalumpu Kisah Randah BasaBanua. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengancara membaca cerpen berulang-ulang dan mengumpulkan kutipan-kutipan yangmengandung etnopedagogi, lalu kemudian melakukan wawancara langsung kepadaorang-orang Kandangan tentang pengertian dari kutipan-kutipan yang ada. ABSTRACT Indonesian Health Program with Family Approach (PIS-PK) is one of the health development priority programs by visiting family to increase target coverage and access to health services. This research was conducted by quantitative approach through interview using a structured questionnaire to Head of PHC or Head of Administration Division or PIS-PK officer) or PHC officer who understand about PIS-PK in 9699 PHC in 34 provinces. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that PHC that had been trained in PIS-PK was better prepared in management compared to PHC that had not been trained. PHC that had been trained by PIS-PK were better prepared in availability of human resources, budget, RUK and RPK, availability of PIS-PK instruments, presence of socialization, availability of computers with internet access, monthly and quarterly administration has been carried out, and presence evaluation. PHC are expected to prepare these aspects so that they can be prepared management to carry out PIS-PK. It is expected that District/ city health offices able to carry out routine monitoring and evaluation, supervision and technical assistance to the PHC. Keywords: Readiness; Primary health care’s management; Indonesian Health Program with Family Approach ABSTRAK Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga (PIS-PK) merupakan salah satu program prioritas pembangunan kesehatan yang dilaksanakan oleh Puskesmas dengan cara mendatangi keluarga untuk meningkatkan jangkauan sasaran dan akses pelayanan kesehatan. Program PIS-PK dilaksanakan secara bertahap sejak tahun 2016, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis tentang kesiapan manajemen Puskesmas dalam menjalankan PIS-PK. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan data laporan Riset Ketenagaan Kesehatan (Risnakes) 2017 terpublikasi. Data Risnakes dikumpulkan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur pada Kepala Puskesmas, Kepala Bagian Tata Usaha atau Penanggungjawab PIS-PK atau petugas puskesmas yang memahami tentang PIS-PK di 9.697 Puskesmas di 34 provinsi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Puskesmas yang sudah melaksanakan pelatihan PIS-PK (78,8%) lebih siap secara manajemen dibanding dengan Puskesmas yang belum melaksanakan pelatihan PIS-PK (49,9%). Kesiapan dalam pelaksanaan PIS-PK karena puskesmas lebih siap dalam aspek ketersediaan SDM, anggaran, telah disusunnya RUK dan RPK, ketersediaan instrumen PIS-PK, adanya sosialisasi, ketersediaan komputer dengan akses internet, telah dilakukannya lokmin bulanan dan triwulanan, serta adanya evaluasi kehadiran. Puskesmas diharapkan dapat menyiapkan aspek-aspek tersebut agar siap secara manajemen untuk menjalankan PIS-PK. Diharapkan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten/Kota dapat melakukan monitoring, evaluasi, supervisi dan bimbingan teknis program secara rutin kepada puskesmas.
