Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe purpose of this study was to investigate whether RTK - technology (Real Time Kinematic) in the future may be used for piloting in Sweden, on board vessels with limited depth of water under the keel. The squat effect cured vessels when they passing over an area of shallow waters in a fairway or a channel. To reduce the squat effect it can be done to increase the speed or change the trim of the vessel. The study has been designed along a qualitative method, which is about one chooses to process and analyze their information by verbal analysis methods. This has been carried out by interviewing a number of selected pilots that are both familiar and less familiar with the technology. In this way, highlighted various aspects of the technology and whether there are other areas that pilots can use this equipment in their daily work. In the implementation of the essay was elected a systematic literature. It was conducted a global search to obtain information about where the accident occurred of the squat effect and which countries that have been tested this technology onboard. The result of the RTK-technology is that pilots and ship's officers have the opportunity to find out how the vessel is moving and when it is exposed of the squat effect. The RTK-technology are able to provide information how the vessel move with an accuracy of 3-4 centimeters at every stage and get a more exact speed even in sideways. It is also possible to obtain a three-dimensional image of the vessel. The results confirm that there is a need and an interest for further testing with the RTK-technology. The results also showed that the technology is useful for the pilots and how it can useful for them in their daily work.

Because this population will continue to grow over the next several years, there will continue to be a growing need for home health care. RTK Home Health Services proposes to improve the home care delivered to this population by introducing a new psychological concept that is currently helpful in Psychiatry. The goal is to introduce this service during therapy sessions to decrease the emotional perception of pain by meditating. The full name of this service is Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Techniques. It is accomplished by instituting meditation prior to therapy to convince the client to control and manipulate their perception to pain during therapy.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleA quality survey was performed on the position accuracy of two GNSS-methods (single station-RTK and network-RTK) for height determination, and a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used for statistical investigation of differences in the spread of height deviations. The GNSS-methods were applied on a reference point, which was determined prior with leveling, and measured with 20 minutes observation time and 30 minutes time separation, resulting in 5 series containing 400 observations each from respective method. The ANOVA test was performed by grouping the height deviations with respect to the measurement series, as well as the mean deviations with respect to the methods. Height determination with the ERTK method showed a total positional uncertainty of 22 mm (13-28 mm between the series) and a measurement uncertainty of 32 mm (2σ). Results obtained with NRTK showed a total positional uncertainty of 14 mm (9-14 between the series) and a total measurement uncertainty of 24 mm (2σ). The statistical tests showed that the differences between the measurement series for individual methods were significant (p = 0,000) but that the mean deviations between the methods were not (p = 0,115). NRTK obtained a lower positional uncertainty than ERTK measurements in this study, and the ANOVA test showed that there was no significant difference in the distribution of the mean deviations between the measurement methods. This study is important with regard to quality evaluation of different GNSS-methods and can be used as a basis for deciding on the applied measurement method.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleDagens datorspel innehåller en mängd effekter som försöker ge spelaren en känsla av en interaktiv värld. Många av dessa effekter simuleras med hjälp av partikelsystem. Exempel på sådana effekter är explosioner, rök och blodfontäner.
Tyvärr är de flesta partikelsystem byggda så att de existerar i en egen ”dimension” med varken uppfattning av dess omgivning eller omgivningens beskaffenhet. Detta resulterar i att partikelsystemen ibland kan verka, i vissa situationer, orealistiska och opassande.
Detta arbete presenterar därför en metod att tillfoga realism genom att ge ett partikelsystem och dess partiklar möjligheten att interagera dynamisk med sin omvärld. Vidare visar detta arbete ett sätt att utveckla ett sådant partikelsystem som kan interagera med omvärlden genom att bygga ut ett vanligt partikelsystem.
Dynamiska partikelsystem som presenteras kommer förutom interaktionen med omvärlden också visa ett sätt att simulera dynamiska effekter, i detta fall specialiserad för rök.
Arbetet testades i en realtids applikation där partikelsystemet simulerar, med hjälp av de nämnda rök specifika effekter, ett rökmoln som stiger ur marken och interagerar med sin omvärld. Utvärderingen av resultat gav att tekniken kan anses vara användbar i situationer då ett dynamiskt partikelsystem ger spelet mer realism och så spelaren en bättre spelkänsla.

Receptores cinases (RLKs) compõem uma grande famíla de proteínas transmembrânicas que possuem funções importantes na propagação e percepção de sinais celulares nas plantas. Em Arabidopsis thaliana, a superfamília de RLK é composta de mais de 600 membros e vários destes, principalmente aqueles que possuem repetições ricas em leucina (LRR), são considerados excelentes alvos para manipulação molecular em cultivares superiores no intuito de aumentar a produtividade e a resistência contra estresses bióticos e abióticos. A subfamília LRRII é particularmente relevante neste aspecto uma vez que seus membros apresentam funções duplas tanto no desenvolvimento quanto na resposta de defesa da planta. Apesar da relevância desta superfamília e da recente finalização do sequenciamento do genoma de tomateiro, a superfamília de RLK de tomate ainda não se encontra caracterizada e são poucos os trabalhos que analisaram a função biológica de seus membros. Neste trabalho, foi construído um inventário completo dos membros da superfamília de RLK de tomate. Para identificar os membros da superfamília RLK em tomate, foi realizado uma análise filogenética utilizando a superfamília de RLK de Arabidopsis como modelo. Um total de 647 RLKs foram recuperados do genoma de tomate e estes encontravam- se organizados no mesmo clado das subfamílias de RLKs de Arabidopsis. Apenas oito das 58 subfamílias exibiram expansão/redução específica no número de menbros comparado com Arabidopsis e apenas seis RLKs foram específicos em tomate, indicando que os RLKs de tomate compartilham aspectos funcionais e estruturais com os RLKs de Arabidopsis. Também foi caracterizado a subfamília LRRII através de análises filogenéticos, genômico, expressão gênica e interação com o fator de virulência de begomovírus, o nuclear shuttle protein (NSP). Os membros da subfamília LRRII de tomate e Arabidopsis demonstraram-se altamente conservados tanto em sequência quanto em estrutura. No entanto, a maioria dos pares ortólogos não mostraram conservados em relação à expressão gênica, indicando que estes ortólogos tenham se divergido na função após a especiação do ancestral comum entre o tomate e Arabidopsis. Baseado no fato de que membros de RLKs de Arabidopsis (NIK1, NIK2, NIK3 e NsAK) interagem com o NSP de begomovirus, foi verificado se ortólogos de NIKs, BAK1 e NsAK interagem com o NSP de Tomato Yellow Spot Virus (ToYSV). Os ortólogos dos genes que interagem com o NSP em tomate, SlNIKs e SlNsAK, interagiram especificamente com NSP na levedura e demonstraram um padrão de expressão consistente com o padrão de infecção de geminivírus. Além de sugerir uma analogia funcional entre estes ortólogos, estes resultados confirmam a observação anterior de que as interações NSP-NIK não são específicos para um vírus ou para um hospedeiro. Portanto, a sinalização antiviral mediado por NIK provavelmente ocorre em tomate, sugerindo que NIKs de tomate sejam alvos potenciais para manipular a resistência contra begomovírus que infectam esta planta.
Receptor-like kinases (RLKs) represent a large family of transmembrane proteins that play important roles in cellular signaling perception and propagation in plants. In Arabidopsis thaliana, the RLK superfamily is made-up of over 600 proteins and many of these RLKs, mainly those bearing leucine-rich repeats (LRR), have been considered as excellent targets for engineering superior crops with enhancement of yield and resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses. The LRRII-RLK subfamily is particularly relevant due to the dual function of its members in both development and defense. In spite of the relevance of the RLK family and the completion of the tomato genome sequencing, the tomato RLK family has not been characterized and a framework for functional predictions of the members of the family is lacking. In this investigation we disclosed a complete inventory of the members of the tomato RLK family. To generate a complete list of all members of the tomato RLK superfamily, we performed a phylogenetic analysis using the Arabidopsis RLKs as a template. A total of 647 RLKs were identified in the tomato genome, which were organized into the same RLK subfamily clades as Arabidopsis. Only eight of 58 RLK subfamilies exhibited specific expansion/reduction compared to their Arabidopsis counterparts and only six proteins were lineage-specific in tomato, indicating that the tomato RLKs share functional and structural conservation with Arabidopsis. We also characterized the LRRII-RLK family by phylogeny, genomic analysis, expression profile and interaction with the virulence factor from begomoviruses, the nuclear shuttle protein (NSP). The LRRII subfamily members from tomato and Arabidopsis were highly conserved in both sequence and structure. Nevertheless, the majority of the orthologous pairs did not display similar conservation in the gene expression profile, indicating that these orthologs may have diverged in function after speciation of tomato and Arabidopsis common ancestor. Based on the fact that members of the Arabidopsis RLK superfamily (NIK1, NIK2, NIK3 and NsAK) interact with the begomovirus nuclear shuttle protein (NSP), we examined whether the tomato orthologs of NIK, BAK1 and NsAK genes interacted with NSP of Tomato Yellow Spot Virus (ToYSV). The tomato orthologs of NSP interactors, SlNIKs and SlNsAK, interacted specifically with NSP in yeast and displayed an expression pattern consistent with the pattern of geminivirus infection. In addition to suggesting a functional analogy between these phylogenetically classified orthologs, these results expand our previous observation that NSP-NIK interactions are neither virus-specific nor host-specific. Therefore, NIK-mediated antiviral signalling is also likely to operate in tomato, suggesting that tomato NIKs may be good targets for engineering resistance against tomato-infecting begomoviruses.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleWhen using network RTK the control centre needs to communicate with the user's GNSS receivers in an efficient manner regardless of the brand of equipment. For this reason, a standardized format for transmission of data has been developed by RTCM (the Radio Technical Commission for Maritime Services). In 2006 the version 3.1 was released which supports broadcasting of network RTK messages which means that the compressed observation data are sent to the rover for calculation of corrections. Today the most used concept to determine the position of the rover is VRS (Virtual Reference Station). SWEPOS, which provides a network RTK service in Sweden, is based on the VRS concept. The concept requires that the position of the rover should be sent to the control centre, where most of the calculations are made. Network RTK messages have not been found in earlier versions of the RTCM standard, but their introduction means that corrections can be sent with one-way communication and that most of the calculations can be made in the rover. The purpose of the study is to make comparisons between the VRS and RTCM 3.1 network RTK messages regarding the measurement quality and the time for initialization. The study also included to examine the need for network RTK messages and how the technology works while continuously moving the rover. The study used GNSS receivers from Leica and Trimble to make repeated measurements with VRS and with RTCM 3.1 with automatic and static configurations. Static configuration was used in two different networks, one in which the SWEPOS station Gävle and one in which the SWEPOS station Leksand was used as master station. Totally 1200 measurements were carried out on three known points in 12 days. At each measurement the time for initialization and the measured position was registered. The results were then processed and analysed using statistical methods. The results showed that the times for initialization regarding network RTK messages are slightly longer than for VRS and that there is no obvious difference in quality between the VRS and network RTK messages. The difference between the automatic network and the static network is not noticeable either. 95th percentile discrepancies were 25 mm horizontally and 45 mm vertically. The only results that clearly differed from the rest of the measurements were those with Leica in the static network with Leksand as master station, where Leica had problems to resolve the ambiguities.

These specialized structures provide a pool of undifferentiated stem cells and a limited population of proliferating cells which are destined for differentiation in order to generate a variety of tissues in the plant body. For the forest trees, a large part of the biomass is produced by a secondary meristem called vascular cambium. Vascular cambium forms a continuous cylinder of meristematic cells in the stem, producing both secondary phloem and secondary xylem or wood. Maintenance and differentiation of meristems are much conserved and strictly regulated for the production of correct tissues and organs. Receptor-like kinases (RLKs) are characterized by the presence of a signal sequence, a putative amino-terminal extracellular domain connected to a carboxyl-terminal intracellular kinase domain with a trans-membrane domain. They control a wide-range of physiological processes, including development, disease resistance, hormone perception, and self-incompatibility. Leucine-rich repeat receptor-like kinases (LRR-RLKs) represent the largest group of RLKs in the Arabidopsis thaliana genome, with more than 200 members.Several LRR-RLKs and their putative ligands CLAVATA3 (CLV3)/ Endosperm Surrounding Region (ESR)-related (CLE) peptides have been found to be involved in the regulation of vascular development. In the current study, the main aim was to study the tissue-specific expression patterns of LRR-RLK genes in A. thaliana by generating promoter::GUS transcriptional fusions. The results confirmed that these genes are expressed in the vasculature of the plants. Moreover, Populus orthologs of the CLE genes were detected by bioinformatic tools as putative ligands of LRR-RLKs and an extensive quantitative Real-Time Reverse Transcriptase PCR (qRT-PCR) analysis was performed to test for significant changes in transcript levels across different tissue types. As a result, a collection of potential candidate genes for vascular development were identified.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleDetta examensarbete avser en noggrannhetsundersökning av detaljmätning med nätverks-RTK. Underlagsmaterialet har bestått i förslag till kontrollmetoder och teoretiska antaganden om de noggrannhetsnivåer som kan förväntas. Underlaget har utarbetats av Clas-Göran Persson vid Lantmäteriet (Persson 2008a). Det har också ingått i uppgiften att bedöma om metoderna är användbara även för rutinmässiga kontroller vid ”vardagsmätning” samt om noggrannhetsnivåerna skulle kunna omformas till felgränser, a la HMK (Handbok till Mätningskungörelsen), för sådana metoder. Kontrollmetoderna i fält består dels av ”återbesök med nätverks- RTK”, dels av ”separat kontroll med konventionell teknik”. De avser såväl plan- som höjdläget. Återbesök kan göras som särskild åtgärd eller integrerat med pågående produktionsmätningar. Konventionell teknik innebär kontroll med antingen totalstation eller avvägningsinstrument. Författarna anser att kontrollmetoderna är praktiskt tilllämpbara; återbesök kan enkelt genomföras under pågående detaljmätningar och den separata kontrollen med konventionell teknik (totalstation) är passande i en beställarroll. Modifieringen av de antagna noggrannhetsnivåerna har baserats på ett ganska omfattande material av mätningar, beräkningar, analyser, och överväganden. I detta arbete uppnåddes ett medelfel i plan på 10 mm och ett medelfel i höjd på 15 mm (exklusive felet i geoidmodellen SWEN05_RH2000), vilket överensstämmer med liknande studier som gjorts på senare tid (Edwards et al. 2008). Dock kan de förhållanden som rådde i Gävle hösten 2008 anses ha varit mycket gynnsamma. För att uppnå plannoggrannheten krävs emellertid någon form av tvångscentrering för att minimera centreringsfelen. Höjdnoggrannheten kan komma att bli betydligt sämre under perioder av omfattande solfläcksaktivitet som återkommer regelbundet, med ett större maximum kring slutet av år 2011 (SWPC 2009). Detta medför att förväntad noggrannhet i höjd i detta arbete har lagts på en sämre nivå än vad som egentligen uppnåddes. Höjdnoggrannheten kan nog förbättras genom den nya geoidmodellen SWEN08 som lanserades i januari 2009 (Ågren 2009). Fler faktorer som kan påverka noggrannheten för nätverks-RTK är osäkerhet i definitionen av antennens elektriska centrum, avstånd till referensstationerna, lokalisering inom eller utanför SWEPOS-nätverket, etc. De modifierade noggrannhetsnivåerna kan på sikt omformas till felgränser, men då krävs fler projekt på olika platser, utspritt i tiden och under andra förhållanden.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleNetwork RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) is a method of positioning with Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) in real-time. The method requires that a control centre can communicate with the GNSS receiver, which is using the reference station network, for example to send out corrected GNSS data. In Sweden, SWEPOS, which is a network of permanent reference stations for GNSS, offers a service for Network RTK measurement. This is expected to give an uncertainty of less than 15 mm in plane and 25 mm in (ellipsoidal) height (with the coverage factor k = 1 in both cases). The technology currently used by SWEPOS, to perform positioning of a GNSS receiver, is Virtual Reference Station (VRS). VRS requires two-way communication because the receiver submits its navigated location to the control centre, where the calculations of correction data are made, before they are sent back to the receiver. Another alternative is Network RTK messages which make use of one-way communication. Then the observation data are transmitted to the receiver, which performs determination of its position. The purpose of this thesis was to investigate the network RTK messages with GNSS receivers from three different manufacturers with regard to time to fix ambiguities, measurement uncertainty and its dependence on the distance from the master station, and GLONASS satellites presence in the positioning. Also included in the study was the performance of comparative measurements with VRS. The investigations were conducted through repeated network RTK measurements with GNSS receivers from Leica Geosystems, Trimble and Topcon, at three known points south-east of Gävle. Three methods were used, network RTK message with automatic and static networks, and VRS. The three measurement points were chosen so that the distance to the reference station that was used as the so-called master station, varied. The study showed that the time to fix ambiguities differed between the three brands. One reason for this was that each receiver was reinitialized from different steps in the initialization process. In general, the uncertainty in the measurement was slightly higher for the static network. The uncertainty was about 11 mm in plane and 19 mm in height with the automated network, and 13 mm and 22 mm respectively in the static network. Leica and Trimble were at the same level, while Topcon had general problems for the static network, which there was no possibility to closer investigate the reason for. The results also showed that the uncertainty is influenced by the distance to used master station. In some cases, this relationship is linear. On some occasions, GLONASS satellites were not included in the positioning.

Avsikten har varit att undersöka boxningsklubbar och deras ledare detta eftersom vi vet att strukturerade fritidsaktiviteter är en skyddsfaktor samt att det skrivs och talas mycket i media om det positiva boxningsledare gör för ungdomar. Syfte: Är att undersöka hur ledare inom boxningen arbetar med ungdomar i riskzon. Metod: En kvantitativ metod med en enkät som undersökningsinstrument. Av 130 respondenter var det 72 som deltog. Resultat: Visar på att det finns många ungdomar inom boxningen som har ett riskbeteende. Att många ledare anser att den största riskfaktorn bland unga är att umgås i fel umgänge men även att har svåra hemförhållanden. Ledarna menar att ungdomens personliga utveckling är det viktigaste, inte själva boxningsprestationen. Nästan alla ledare arbetar förebyggande mot alkohol, narkotika, våld och kriminalitet. Det är många ledare som framhåller att det är viktigt att skilja på sporten boxning och att gå ut på stan och slåss.

En del användare har rapporterat att de upplever att GPS/GLONASS inte tillför något och även att det ibland kan ta längre tid att få fixlösning. Andra användare hävdar att de nu kan använda nätverks-RTK på platser där de tidigare inte kunde mäta och är mycket positiva till GPS/GLONASS.
Syftet med detta examensarbete var att undersöka hur tillgängligheten för satellitmätning, positionsnoggrannheten och initialiseringstiden påverkades i öppna respektive störda miljöer med GPS/GLONASS jämfört med enbart GPS vid användandet av nätverks-RTK-tjänsten. Undersökningen har utförts med tre olika fabrikat av GNSS-mottagare (Leica, Topcon och Trimble), vilket även medger att en jämförelse mellan dessa till viss utsträckning kan göras.
I studien gjordes totalt 1 440 mätningar på sex punkter med kända positioner och med olika grad av sikthinder. Fixlösning uppnåddes inte inom 180 sekunder för 206 (77 för GPS/GLONASS och 129 för GPS) av de 1 440 mätningarna.
De extra GLONASS-satelliterna tillför en klar fördel när det gäller möjligheten att mäta i störda miljöer. När det gäller initialiseringstid så är dessa kortare för GPS/GLONASS. GLONASS-satelliterna ger ingen förbättring av positionsnoggrannheten. Det är till och med så att GPS får något bättre kvalitetstal i både plan och höjd i denna studie (1-3 mm bättre). För de olika fabrikaten kan det konstateras att precision och noggrannhet är likvärdiga i både plan och höjd för alla tre märken.
On the 1st of April 2006, SWEPOS complemented the existing network RTK service with corrections for the Russian satellite system GLONASS. The service had so far only provided corrections for GPS. Some users have claimed that GPS/GLONASS do not contribute at all and also that the time for initialization sometimes can be longer. However, other users insist on that they now can use network RTK in areas that earlier were impossible and they are very favourable of GPS/GLONASS.
The purposes of this diploma work were to study and examine measurements using GPS and GPS/GLONASS in areas with different degrees of visual obstacles. Corrections were provided by SWEPOS Network RTK service and availability of satellites, accuracy of position and time for initialization were evaluated. The study has been conducted with three different brands of GNSS receivers (Leica, Topcon and Trimble), which also to some extent makes a comparison between the three brands possible.
A total number of 1 440 field measurements were made on six well-known points with different degrees of visual obstacles. A fixed solution was not accomplished within 180 seconds for 206 (77 for GPS/GLONASS and 129 for GPS) of the 1 440 measurements.
The additional GLONASS satellites provide an apparent advantage regarding the possibility to measure in disturbed environments. The time for initialization is shorter for GPS/GLONASS. The GLONASS satellites do not give any improvement in accuracy of position. On the contrary, GPS receives slightly better accuracy numbers in quality for both horizontal and vertical readings (1-3 mm better). Regarding the different brands, it was found that the precision and accuracy were similar in both plane and height for all three brands.

Tekniken innebär att användaren utnyttjar korrektionsdata från ett nätverk av GNSS-mottagare med kända positioner (referensstationer) för att minska osäkerheten i positionen för den egna GNSS-mottagaren (rover). Detta ställer dock krav på att korrektionsdata kan överföras problemfritt till användaren i realtid. Vanligen sker den överföringen via mobiltelefoni. Lantmäteriet driver en rikstäckande nätverks-RTK-tjänst, där användarna kan erhålla korrektionsdata via GSM eller mobilt Internet (GPRS). Nätverks-RTK-tjänsten baseras på ett rikstäckande nät av fasta referensstationer för GNSS, SWEPOS, vilket också används för andra tillämpningar. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur fördröjning och bortfall i överföringen av nätverkskorrektioner påverkar mätning med SWEPOS nätverks-RTK-tjänst. För det ändamålet användes tre mottagare av fabrikaten Leica, Trimble och Topcon som parallellt tog emot signaler via en fast extern GNSS-antenn under mycket goda mottagningsförhållanden. En särskild programvara användes för att skapa fördröjningar och bortfall av korrektionsdata till de tre mottagarna. Resultaten visade att tröskelvärdet, där fördröjning och bortfall gör att mottagarna inte längre kan beräkna en noggrann position, varierade mellan fabrikaten. Leica var mest känslig för bortfall, Trimble för fördröjningar, medan Topcon stod sig bra för båda. Vid ny initialisering av fixlösning krävdes att databortfall och fördröjning inte var för stora för någon av fabrikaten. Positionsavvikelserna beroende på bortfall och fördröjning av korrektionsmeddelanden visar på en signifikant skillnad mellan radiella planavvikelser och höjdavvikelser, speciellt vid höga bortfall. Fördröjningar på 0–4 s och olika bortfall har generellt liten påverkan på standardosäkerheternas värden i latitud- och longitudled. I höjdled är genomgående standardosäkerheten 1,5–2 gånger större än vad den är i planled. Baslinjelängdens betydelse är inte så stor, en marginell ökning av standardosäkerheten kunde ses vid ökning från 10 km till 30 km.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleFree station set up with network-RTK (n-RTK) is a method of establishing a total station over an unknown point without having access to any known points. This allows for accurate surveying even though control points are missing. There are different ways to perform free station set up with n-RTK, and in this study, four different methods were evaluated. The difference between the methods is how the target points are determined. The methods evaluated were RUFRIS (real time updated free station) with 15 and 3 target points, double measurement and the 180seconds method. With RUFRIS, each target point was measured with a 5 s observation time. In double measurement, three target points were used, where each target point was the average of two measurements. Each of these measurements used a 5 s observation time, and a 30 minute separation between the measurements. The number of target points in the 180-seconds method were also three, measured with an observation time of 180 s. The methods are briefly mentioned in HMK – GNSS-baserad detaljmätning 2017 and another purpose of the study was to evaluate the description of them in that document. With each method, ten establishments were performed and after each of them a detail point was surveyed to also analyze how accurate the different methods were in surveying. The methods were evaluated by comparing uncertainties, RMS and user-friendliness for establishments and detail points, between the respective methods. The uncertainties were on one hand based on the deviation of the ten establishments/detail points per method, each one made over the same point, and on the other hand based on the uncertainties presented by the instrument after each establishment. For calculation of RMS, reference points were used, which were measured by static GNSS, and then postprocessed in SWEPOS Beräkningstjänst. In addition to comparisons between the methods, they were also tested to see if they reached sufficiently low uncertainties to meet the recommended tolerances for free stationing, stated in HMK – Terrester detaljmätning 2017. Calculated planar uncertainties, all methods included, ranged from 3 to 6 mm for both the total station and the detail point, which means that all methods can handle the higher tolerances in HMK. The method with the lowest uncertainty and RMS was RUFRIS with 15 target points, which was also low enough to be able to cope with the lower tolerances. The uncertainties of the heights varied from 3 to 8 mm, in which RUFRIS with 15 target points was the only method precise enough to pass the higher tolerances. Another method with lower uncertainty is required when the higher tolerances for heights is specified. The chosen method for determining the reference points turned out to be too uncertain relative to the evaluated methods. Therefore RMS were not as appropriate for comparisons as planned.
