The present study investigated how knowledge sharing within teams is related to employees’perceptions of the work environment. Questionnaires measuring error management, leadermemberexchange (LMX), psychological safety, and knowledge sharing were administered to159 Dutch and Romanian employees from 51 teams in 8 organizations. Hierarchical regressionanalysis showed that error management and LMX were significantly related to knowledge sharingand that these relationships were mediated by psychological safety. The results for the Dutchand the Romanian samples were not significantly different. It was concluded that, to stimulateknowledge sharing, managers should create safety feelings within teams by being more lenientwhen subordinates make errors and by building trustful relationships with their subordinates

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of green intellectual capital on voluntary carbonemissions disclosure in IDX listed non financial companies in 2010-2014 with 40 companies samples.This research focuses on internal aspects side. This research methodology is multiple regressionanalysis. The results show that green intellectual capital have positive effect on voluntary carbonemissions disclosures. The results have contribution in disclosure of carbon emissions research foreducators and stakeholders. The novelty of this research is to analyze new variables such as greenintellectual capital. There are only 40 sample companiesbecause the disclosure of carbon emissions inIndonesia is still voluntary. Because samples only from Indonesia companies so the results cannot begeneralized in ASEAN countries, Forfuture research, researcher can use primary data to measuregreen intellectual capital so that it reflects the perception of the company.

This article presents the results of comparison of attitudes towards position of astronomy in education of students from two countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. A convenience sample of 396 third and fourth year high school students was surveyed using an anonymous self-report questionnaire. Students showed a certain indifference to pursuing a career in astronomy. However, both correlation and regressionanalysis indicated that students manifested a high degree of interest in acquiring knowledge, experience and skills in astronomy. This bicountry study shows that students’ attitudes towards astronomy are similar considering the educational systems and position of astronomy in both Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. The research results suggest that more students might consider astronomy for their scientific andprofessional career provided they had more opportunities for formal education in astronomy.

Environmental dynamics shown by the uncertain situation faced by the company. Uncertain situationdue to a catastrophic event is one of the factors that need to be anticipated by the company. This studyaimed to analyze the effect of dynamic marketing capabilities to the performance of the creativeindustries and the dynamic moderating influence of the environment on their relationship in situationsof disaster that struck the Yogyakarta area.This study was conducted with 103 respondents.Respondents include business entrepreneurs of creative industries in Yogyakarta, especially in smalland medium business group. Hypothesis testing is done by regression analysis and regressionanalysis moderation. The present study intends to understand the influence ofmanagers‟ perception of quality of work life and jobattitude on their affective commitment. The study wascarried out in different private and public organizations/companies located in New Delhi and its National CapitalRegion (NCR). Data was collected from 300 managersthrough convenience sampling method. Analysis of thedata was done using stepwise multiple regressionanalysis and t-test. Results revealed that in privateundertakings neither quality of work life nor job attitudepredicted affective commitment of managers. Quality ofwork life predicted affective commitment of managers inpublic undertakings. Results further revealed significantdifference between managers of private and publicundertakings on all the measured variables such asQuality of Work Life, Job Attitude and AffectiveCommitment. The findings imply that organizations inboth the sectors need to understand and managemanagers‟ quality of work life and provide them withsuitable interpersonal atmosphere to develop positive jobattitude so that their level of affective commitment couldbe enhanced. Results are explained in the light of presentscenario in existing private and public undertakings.

This study examined the socio-demographic determinantsof the type of land tenure system used by smallfarmers in Kwara State, Nigeria. A two-stage sampling techniquewas used to collect data from ninety six farmers for thepurpose of this study. Once collected, the data was analyzedusing both descriptive statistics and a multinomial regressionmodel. The results of the analysis show that 72.92% of the respondentsare married, 75% are males, 39.58% are aged above40, 52.08% own 6–10 acres of land, and 75% acquired theirland through inheritance. The result of the multinomial regressionanalysis shows that household size, the farmer’s age, genderand marital status, number of farms, farm size, educationlevel and land use type were the key determinants for the typeof land tenure system used in the study area. The study concludedthat most respondents have access to farmland eitherby inheritance or purchase, as determined by their age, gender,household size and level of education. This study thereforerecommends that farmland leasing should be encouraged especiallyfor abandoned inherited farmland, so as to put it intoproductive agricultural use.

The objective of this study is to examine the predictive role of pre-service teachers’ professional anxiety on positiveemotions. The relational screening model was adopted in the study. 484 pre-service teachers were selected from theFaculty of Education in Kırıkkale University with stratified sampling method for sample. Occupational AnxietyScale and Dispositional Positive Emotion Scales were applied to sample group. Correlation and multiple regressionanalysis were used to analyze the data. Correlation analysis revealed that the relations between contentment andoccupational exam centered anxiety and socio-economic centered anxiety have the highest scores, whereas therelations between compassion and socio-economic centered anxiety and school management centered anxiety havethe lowest scores. Results of multiple regression analysis indicated that occupational exam centered anxiety andsocio-economic centered anxiety are significant predictors of positive emotions but job oriented anxiety, interactionwith students centered anxiety, colleagues and students’ parents centered anxiety, self-development centered anxiety,adaptation self-development centered anxiety and school management centered anxiety isn’t a predictor for positiveemotions. Suggestions for decreasing the pre-service teachers’ occupational anxiety level were presented at the endof the study.

Musical activities carried out by musicians can bring benefits but can also cause discomfort to theextent of causing mental health problems. This condition in general can be reflected through thequality of life of the musicians. The participants of this study were 70 musicians with the agerange of 18-47 years old (Mean=27.94, SD=6.73), and was obtained through accidental sampling.This study aims to examine the predictor role of sex, age, music playing duration, music educationduration, and length of practice per day, on the quality of life of the musicians. Multiple regressionanalysis showed significant results (R2=0.185, F(5,64)=2.907, p<0.05). Predictors thatspecifically significant predicting the quality of life of the musicians are sex, age, and musiceducation duration. Male musicians were reported having a higher quality of life (Mean=89.97,SD=12.60) than the female musicians (Mean=83.97, SD=8.48). The higher the musicians' agesand education duration also predict the higher quality of life. The limitations of this research andrecommendations for further research development are discussed in the discussion part.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of institutional ownership, insider ownership, government ownership and foreign ownership on the likelihood of companies experiencing financial distress. The sample used is 20 food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017 - 2019 period. The research method used is using logistic regression analysis. Foreign ownership has a significant influence on the likelihood of financial distress. Meanwhile, institutional ownership, insider ownership and government ownership do not have a significant effect on the likelihood of financial distress in this study.This study aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership, insiderownership, government ownership and foreign ownership on the likelihoodof companies experiencing financial distress. Purpose: Numerous studies have estimated health disparities along socioeconomic dimensions using individual data from sample surveys. Disparities between communities or regions cannot be estimated without a consistent set of individual data across communities. This study uses data at the health region level to estimate the socioeconomic health disparities between health regions in Canada. Methods: Tow measures of income and a measure of education are used for regional socioeconomic ranking along with several health outcomes such as life expectancies, mortality rates, perceived health and obesity. Weighted regressionanalysis is used to estimate the relative inequality index (RII) between Canadian health regions. Results: The findings of the study indicate the existence of health disparities between Canadian health regions along the three socioeconomic markers of average income, median household income and education in favor of regions with higher socioeconomic ranking on those markers. Disparities are more pronounced along the education and average income dimensions, however. Greater inequalities are observed for premature mortality, avoidable mortality and obesity, which are higher for women than men. Conclusion: There are health disparities between Canadian health regions along education and income dimensions. Such disparities signify the role of socioeconomic factors as important instruments in reducing health disparities.

The research objective is to determine whether there is an influence of facilities and quality of domestic terminal services on service user satisfaction at El Tari Kupang International Airport in 2020. To answer the problem the author uses quantitative methods with primary data using questionnaire distribution and data management using regressionanalysis techniques, analysis coefficient data, multiple correlation, significant correlation test, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the facilities and quality of domestic terminal services jointly affect service user satisfaction shown by the multiple regression equation Y = 7.169 + 0.214 X1 + 0.594 X2, the regression equation shows there is an effect if the facilities and quality of domestic terminal servicestogether increased service user satisfaction at El Tari Kupang International Airport will increase with a strongrelationship. The strength of the relationship between these variables is positive and is at a strong level indicated by the coefficient of multiple correlation R = 0.799. The contribution of facilities and quality of domestic terminal servicestogether affect service user satisfaction by 63.8%. Background Measurement of protein excretion is not onlyused for diagnostic purpose but also to monitor disease severityand prognosis in children with nephrotic syndrome (NS).The common method to measure proteinuria is 24-hour urinecollection. However, 24-hour urine collection is cumbersome,time consuming, and tedious. An alternative simplified methodis the measurement of protein/creatinine ratio in single-voidedurine specimens.Objective The aim of this study was to determine whether urineprotein/creatinine ratio is accurate to predict pathologic (> 100mg/m2/day) and massive proteinuria (> 1 g/m2/day).Methods Seventy single voided and 24-hour urine specimenswere collected from children aged 3-18 years. The relationshipbetween urinary protein/creatinine ratio and total daily proteinexcretion was calculated using correlation and linear regressionanalysis. Diagnostic test was conducted to estimate the accuracyof protein/creatinine ratio for the diagnosis of pathologic andmassive proteinuria in NS.Results Correlation coefficient between quantity of protein in24-hour urine specimens and protein/creatinine ratio in singlevoided urine specimens was 0.96 (R2=0.93). Both sensitivity and specificity of urinary protein/creatinine ratio were 87% in diagnosing pathologic proteinuria, whereas the sensitivity and specificity of the ratio to predict massive proteinuria were 88% and 91%, respectively.Conclusion The urinary protein/creatinine ratio in single voidedurine specimen has a good accuracy to predict pathologic andmassive proteinuria in children with NS aged 3-18 years.

It was study 121 patients with acromegaly (75 women and 46 men) aged 18–75 years old.Changes of glucose homeostasis were presented violations by glucose tolerance (n = 9) and diabetesmellitus (n = 39). Hypertension was found in 74 patients. In patients with acromegaly without arterialhypertension the age, the thickness of the back wall of the left ventricle during diastole, the thicknessof the interventricular septum, the index of left ventricular mass (LVMI) and isovolumetric relaxationtime were significantly lower than in patients with hypertension, the ratio of the maximum velocityof early diastolic filling of the left ventricle and a top speed of left ventricular filling during atrialsystole (E/A) and ejection fraction (EF) were significantly higher. The results of multiple regressionanalysis showed that increased levels of growth hormone in the blood and systolic blood pressureare predictors of increased of LVMI. Elevated levels of diastolic blood pressure and the presence ofviolations of glucose homeostasis are predictors of reduction in ejection fraction (EF). Older patient’sage and increased levels of insulin-like growth factor-1 are predictors of increase in the ratio of E/A. Inpatients with arterial hypertension and normal glucose tolerance rate of left ventricular hypertrophywas significantly higher than in patients with normal glucose tolerance without hypertension, withoutsystolic (SLVD) and diastolic (DLVD) left ventricular dysfunction. In patients with hypertension anddiabetes frequency of the left ventricular hypertrophy, SLVD and DLVD was the highest.

The black economic empowerment (BEE) score consists of seven elements, namely ownership,management control, employment equity, skills development, preferential procurement, enterprisedevelopment and socio-economic development. The purpose of this study is to establish whether anassociation exists between an entity’s BEE elements and its share returns in the short term.Based on prior literature, it appears that the market reacts positively to an announcement of a BEE deal,although the literature also indicates that an entity’s BEE score, which includes all seven elements of theBEE score, bears a negative relationship to its share returns. Therefore the association between the variousBEE elements and share returns needs to be investigated. The study uses a multivariate regressionanalysis that controls for factors influencing share returns. The study includes the BEE element data asobtained from the survey of the top empowerment companies carried out by Empowerdex/Financial Mail forthe period 2005 to 2011.The results of this study indicate that a significant positive association exists between the managementcontrol element of the BEE score and the entity’s share returns. Furthermore, a significant negativeassociation exists between the ownership and preferential procurement elements of an entity and its sharereturns. This study contributes to the literature on BEE in the accounting and finance field in South Africa aswell as enhances the understanding and effect of BEE compliance through implementation of the genericscorecard as required by the 2007 codes of good practice. The results of this study would be of interest togovernment policy analysts, investors and managers.

Background Data regarding inflammatory factors in children arenot so well developed as in adults. Higher levels of physical fitnessmay be helpful in modifying the low-grade inflammatory state thatis indexed by C-reactive protein (CRP) levels.Objective To evaluate the association of physical fitness with CRPlevels in children and to identify the possible related factors.Methods This cross-sectional study was conducted at poorelementary schools in Surakarta, Indonesia using a group of 217underweight children aged from 7 to 9 years old. Physical fitnesswas assessed using a modified Harvard Step Test. CRP levels weremeasured using a high-sensitivity assay. The association betweenphysical fitness and CRP level was assessed using linear regressionanalysis. Multivariate analyses were used to adjust covariates,and statistical analyses were performed using SPSS for Windowssoftware version 15.0.Results Subjects were 48% female and 52% male, and elevenchildren (5%) had a CRP level > 5 mg/L. Mean fitness level andCRP level did not differ by age and gender. Fitness level was notinversely correlated with CRP (r=0.10, P=0.14). Physical fitnesswas significantly correlated with BMI (r=0.14; P=0.04), physicalactivity [0R=3.3 (95% CI 1.7 to 6.4)], and fat intake [0R=0.5(95% CI 0.2 to 0.9) ].Conclusion These findings indicate that physical fitness is notinversely correlated to CRP levels in children. However, ourstudy reveased an association between high fat intake and lowphysical fitness as well as a significant association betweenhigh physical activiry and physical fitness.

Wedeveloped a standardized system, the UREThRAL stricture score(USS), to quantify the characteristics of anterior urethral stricturedisease based on preoperative imaging and intraoperative findings.Methods: To develop the USS, we retrospectively analyzed 95consecutive patients with urethral strictures who underwent openurethroplasty by a single surgeon (SBB) at Barnes-Jewish Hospitalfrom 2009 to 2011. The USS is a numerical score based on fivecomponents of anterior urethral stricture disease that help dictateoperative decision-making: (1) (UR)ethral stricture (E)tiology; (2) (T)otal number of strictures; (3) (R)etention (luminal obliteration); (4)(A)natomic location; and (5) (L)ength. Stricture management wascategorized by increasing surgical complexity: excision/primaryanastomosis (EPA), buccal mucosal graft urethroplasty (BMG), augmented anastomotic urethroplasty (AAU), flap urethroplasty, and acombination of flaps and/or grafts. Multinomial logistic regressionanalysis was used to compare USS to surgical complexity.Results: The mean USS for EPA, BMG, AAU, flap, and combinationflaps/grafts was 5.78, 8.82, 9.23, 11.01, and 14.97, respectively.Increasing USS was significantly associated with surgical complexity(p < 0.0001).Interpretation: The USS describes the essential factors in determiningsurgical treatment selection for urethral stricture disease.The USS is a concise, easily applicable system that delineates theclinically significant features of urethral strictures. Valuable comparison of anterior urethral stricture treatments in clinical practiceand in the urological literature could be facilitated by using this novel UREThRAL stricture score.

This study aims to analyze the factor affecting the profitabilityof animal feed companies listed Indonesian Stock Exchange. The study is quantitative usingfour companies listed at animal feed sub-sector listed from the year 2016-2017 at IndonesianStock Exchange. The method used in this research is descriptive method, using Current Ratiofor liquidity and Debt to Asset from solvability and Return on asset for profitability ratio ofanimal feed four companies namely, Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (CPIN), Japfa ComfeedIndonesia Tbk (JPFA), Malindo Feedmill Tbk (MAIN), and Sierra Produce Tbk (SIPD). Dataanalysis is done using descriptive analysis, significance test, correlation test, and regressionanalysis. The results showed that in terms of descriptive statistic animal feed companies has agood level of liquidity above 1 and have a debt level above the set standard of 30%. In termsof profitability, animal feed companies have good average financial ratio meaning thatcompanies utilize assets owned efficiently to obtain profit maximally. However, the resultshows that there is no significant relationship between solvability and liquidity towardprofitability at animal feed companies form the year 2016-2017 at 5% and 10% significantlevel. Thus, the study suggests for future study to expand the sample of the study in term ofyear of sample and similar companies in different countries or region

Data collection of thisresearch was conducted during 2 monthsusing survey method. The data waereanalysed using simple regressionanalysis to determine the effect ofincome on consumption of meat andeggs. The results showed that theaverage household income was Rp2,558,050 per month. Background The Signs of Inflammation in Children that can Kill(SICK) score has been developed in the search for a practicaltriage tool in settings with limited resources for immediate, noninvasiveassessment of illness severity. Its seven parameters areheart rate, respiratory rate, systolic blood pressure, temperature,blood oxygen saturation (Sp02), capillary refill time (CRT), andlevel of consciousness. The SICK score also takes into accountthe age of the child.Objective To assess the validity of SICK scores for differentiatingbetween high and low probabilities of death in children.Methods We performed a prospective evaluation of all childrenaged between one month to twelve years admitted to the PediatricEmergency Care Unit at Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Hospital, Manadobetween October 2011 to January 2012. We calculated SICKscores at the time of presentation and assessed their correlationwith subsequent in-hospital mortality using logis tic regressionanalysis.Results During the study period, we observed 230 patients,of whom 199 survived and 31 died. There were 134 males, ofwhom 117 survived and 17 died. The remaining 96 subjects werefemale, of whom 82 survived and 14 died. Logistic regressionanalysis revealed a significant relationship between SICK scoreand mortality (P< 0.001). With a probability of 0.5, we attaineda cut off score of 4.74 points, with 96.8% sensitivity and 99.5%specificity for the prediction of mortality.Conclusion T he high SICK score is associated with higherprobability of death. A cut off score of 4. 74 has high sensitivity andspecificity for predicting the probability of death. The SICK scoremay be useful as a triage tool at the patient's initial presentation,particularly in settings with limited resources.

Zusammenfassung Ziel der Studie Die therapeutische Beziehung gilt als bedeutsamer und empirisch gut gesicherter Einflussfaktor auf den Psychotherapieerfolg. Ziel der vorliegenden Studie war es, diesen Effekt anhand einer großen tagesklinischen Stichprobe zu replizieren sowie verschiedene Einschätzungsbereiche der therapeutischen Beziehung in einer Extremgruppe besonders niedriger Beziehungszufriedenheit gesondert zu betrachten. Methodik Es erfolgte eine longitudinale Betrachtung von n=809 Patienten (MW=34,32; SD=10,7; 72,6% weiblich) in einem tagesklinischen Versorgungssetting. Der Zusammenhang von therapeutischer Beziehung (Helping Alliance Questionnaire; HAQ-S) in der dritten Behandlungswoche und Therapieerfolg (Brief Symptom Inventory-18; BSI-18) wurde mittels multipler Regressionanalysen berechnet. Dies erfolgte sowohl für die Gesamtstichprobe, als auch die Extremgruppe des unteren Dezils der Fälle mit der geringsten Beziehungszufriedenheit sowie der übrigen 90 % der Fälle. Hierbei wurde zwischen Beziehungs- und Erfolgszufriedenheit als Subskalen des HAQ differenziert. Ergebnisse Die therapeutische Beziehung nach 3 Wochen war ein signifikanter Prädiktor von Therapieerfolg. In der Extremgruppe des Dezils mit der initial niedrigsten Beziehungszufriedenheit zeigte sich dieser Zusammenhang als statistisch signifikant und stark, jedoch aufgrund des breiten Konfidenzintervalls nicht praktikabel zur Prädiktion individueller Fälle (β=0,622; 95% KI [0,051; 1,095]). Dagegen ergab sich für die übrigen 90% der Fälle für die Beziehungszufriedenheit keine über die Aufklärung durch die Erfolgszufriedenheit (β=0,244; 95% KI [0,176; 0,391]) hinausgehende Varianzaufklärung beim Therapieerfolg. Diskussion Die Ergebnisse bestätigen die Bedeutung des Wirkfaktors der therapeutischen Beziehung auch in einem tagesklinischen Setting. Der Beziehungszufriedenheit kommt nur in der Extremgruppe besonders unzufriedener Patienten eine zentrale, andere Faktoren übersteigende Bedeutung in der Prädiktion des Therapieerfolges zu. Schlussfolgerung Die Sicherstellung einer zumindest ausreichend guten therapeutischen Beziehung ist von großer Bedeutung und Bedarf daher der frühzeitigen Identifizierung und gegebenenfalls Intervention bei besonders ungünstig verlaufender therapeutischer Beziehung.

Background: Lymphatic Filariasis (LF) is an infectious disease caused by filarialworms and transmitted by mosquitoes. Mass drug administration (MDA) for LF isused in endemic areas to stop transmission and prevent disability due to LF. Thisstudy aims to identify factors associated with overall compliance with the MDA in2018 in the catchment areas of Waihaong and Air Salobar Health Centers, Ambon.Method: This analysis used data derived from a survey conducted by the Facultyof Medicine Pattimura University, Ambon, in January 2019. We used informationfrom 745 subjects who received LF drugs in both study areas. Logistic regressionanalysis was employed to determine factors associated with community compliancewith taking filariasis drugs.Results: Our study found that only 67% of the community swallowed LF drugs(60,3% in Waihaong and 72,6% in Air Salobar). Higher compliance withswallowing the LF drugs was found in respondents living in the catchment area ofAir Salobar Health Center (OR=2,01, 95%CI:1,42-2,86, P-value<0,001);with ahigh level of knowledge (OR=1,91, 95%CI:1,34-2,74, P-value<0,001 and with ahigh sense of trust towards the drugs deliverers (OR=4,93, 95%CI:2,17-11,22, Pvalue<0,001). Furthermore, respondents who felt a high moral obligation to takethe drugs (OR=2,39, 95%CI:1,15-4,94, P-value=0,019); and received socialsupport to take the drugs (OR=5,12, 95%CI:3,18-8,23, P-value<0,001) were alsomore likely to comply with treatment. This study shows that health promotioninterventions to increase community awareness and knowledge are still required inAmbon City despite many rounds of mass drug administration. Various educationalmedia and efforts to increase knowledge and capabilities of the drug deliverers areessential to improve community compliance with taking LF drugs.

The population of this research is shares of the issuers (go public companies) in the food and beverage industry listed on the stock exchange in Indonesia. The research period is 4 years (from year 1998 to2001), and its sample consists of 10 shares of issuers in the industry of food and beverage. The sample was taken from 18 shares of issuers, with the implementation of purposive or non-random sampling technique. The capital market roles are so important, and therefore, ideally, the analysis with the focus on factors and on dominant factors influenced price of shares is really needed to be carried out through a detail research. Focus of this research is on the impact of micro fundamental factors towards price of shares of the food and beverage industry listed on the stock exchange in Indonesia, especially after economy and monetary crisis happened in 1997 in Indonesia. Variables studied in the research are price of shares, and asset growth, return on asset growth, debt ratio, current ratio, earning per share, price earning ratio, and also dividend yield. The source of data is secondary data obtained from the Surabaya and Jakarta Stock Exchanges, as well as Capital Market Reference Center. The model used for this research is multiple linier regressionanalysis model. Result of research concluded that the changes on price of shares of the food and beverage industry listed on the stock exchange in Indonesia were influenced simultaneously by asset growth, return on asset growth, debt ratio, current ratio, earning per share, price earning ratio, and dividend yield. Meanwhile, the changes on price of shares of the food and beverage industry listed on the stock exchange in Indonesia was influenced partially by only earning per share.

The research aims to find out how the influence of burnout on the performance of the operator's employees in PLN Persero Company Jambi Power Plants Control Unit Payo Selincah Central of Electric Service Unit as well as how much influence the burnout on the performance of the operator employee employees at PLN Persero Company Jambi Power Plants Control Unit Payo Selincah Central of Electric Service Unit. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method with burnout and the dependent variable is performance. The analytical tool used is simple linear regressionanalysis, correlationanalysis, coefficient of determination analysis and statistical test t analysis. The object of this research is the operator part of employees PLN Persero Company Jambi Power Plants Control Unit Payo Selincah Central of Electric Service Unit. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, showing the equation Y = 36,545 + 0,546 with a correlation of 0,542 or 54,2%. Determination value of 0,294 or 29,4% which means that the influence of burnout on performance is 29,4%, while 70,6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. T test value of 3,974 with a significance value of 0,00<0,05 which is greater than the ttable value of 2,02439. This research is to show that the level of burnout and the performance of the operator's employees in PLN Persero Company Jambi Power Plants Control Unit Payo Selincah Central of Electric Service Unit is high. And burnout also affects the performance of the operator's employees in the PLN Persero Company Jambi Power Plants Control Unit Payo Selincah Central of Electric Service Unit.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning PerShare and Net Profit Margin Against Return of Food and Beverages Industry Stock Listed onIndonesia Stock Exchange Period 2011-2016. Stock return is the result of investment activity.The problem of this research is whether there is any influence of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER),Earning Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially or simultaneously to stockreturn.The population of this research is Food and Beverages company listed in IndonesiaStock Exchange. The sample in this research is Food and Beverages Industry Companywhich consistently listed on BEI 2011 until 2016 that is 9 companies. The data collected wereanalyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis with partial test hypothesis test (t test)and simultaneous test (Test F). Hypothesis test using t statistic to test the partial variableinfluence and F-statistic test to test the variables jointly to stock return with level ofsignificance 5%. In addition, a classical assumption test that includes normality test,multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The result of regressionanalysis of data shows the following equation Y = 5,663 - 0,173 X1 + 0,23 X2 + 0,32 X3.Based on multiple regression analysis, it shows partially that DER, EPS and NPM havenegative but not significant influence. And simultaneously (simultaneously) all the variablesalso have no significant effect. The magnitude of the effect of DER, EPS and NPM on Returnon Food and Beverages sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2016 is 3.10%while the rest of 96.0% is determined by other factors not specified in this research. Theconclusion of this research is that there is no partial and simultaneous influence offundamental factor that is ratio of DER, EPS and NPM to stock return. For investors it isadvisable to consider the external factors of the company in addition to fundamental factorssuch as economic conditions both nationally and globally, political and legal conditions forinvestment decisions in a company more appropriate.

The application of the mathematical method for establishing quantitative relationshipsbetween the set of anthropometric parameters and sonographic parameters of thepatient allows in some cases to significantly improve early diagnosis of diseases, makeit not only timely, but accurate. The purpose of the work is to analyze the regressionmodels of individual sonographic sizes of the kidneys in practically healthy men andwomen of the endo-mesomorphic somatotype, depending on the peculiarities of thestructure and size of the body. Sonographic renal research conducted using ultrasonicdiagnostic system "CAPASEE" SSA-220A (Toshiba, Japan). For each kidney, the length,width (transverse size) and front and rear dimensions were determined; the area of thelongitudinal and transverse sections of the kidneys and their sinuses, as well as thevolume of the right and left kidneys. All of them had an anthropometric survey conductedby V.V. Bunak in the modification of P. P. Shapаrenko. The evaluation of thesomatotype was carried out according to the mathematical scheme of J. Carter and B.Heath. Determining the absolute amount of fat, bone and muscle components of bodyweight was calculated by the formula J. Matiegka and the muscular component - bythe formulas of the American Institute of Nutrition. For the construction of models ofindividual sonographic parameters of the kidneys, the method of stepwise regressionanalysis in the package "STATISTICA 6.1" was used. In practically healthy men andwomen of Podillia endo-mesomorphic somatotype of 16 possible 14 reliable regressionmodels of sonographic parameters of the right and left kidneys, based on anthropo-somatotypological indicators with a determination coefficient, from 0.767 to 0.966 andfrom 0.672 to 0.912 were constructed. The constructed models of sonographicparameters of both kidneys in men endo-mesomorphic somatotype most often includethe circumferential body dimensions (22.4%), cephalometric indices and the thicknessof skin and fat folds (17.1%), body diameters (14.5%), and longitudinal body dimensions(11.8%). The constructed models of sonographic parameters of both kidneys in womenendo-mesomorphic somatotype most often include circumferential body sizes (23.1%),body diameters (20.5%), cephalometric indices (19.2%) and thickness of skin and fatfolds (16.7%). Para ello se ha llevado acabo una encuesta en cuatro institutos de la Comunidad de Madrid, observándosea través de un análisis de regresión logística y un análisis discriminante que lamera participación en los programas considerados (repetición de curso, desdoblespor nivel de aprendizaje y PMAR) ejerce una importante orientación hacia la FormaciónProfesional. El distinto origen social de los alumnos participantes y noparticipantes en tales programas, la separación física y pedagógica de sus aprendizajesy su diferente expectativa formativa han llevado a referir tales programascomo una vía académica durante la educación obligatoria análoga a la red primariaprofesional descrita por Baudelot y Establet. Se recomienda por tanto evitar herramientasque de forma reactiva a las manifestaciones de bajo rendimiento reagru-pen a los alumnos por su nivel de aprendizaje, pues tienden a consolidar las desigualdadesde rendimiento y convertirlas en trayectorias educativas desiguales.Low performance attention programs during compulsory educationexercise an orientation effect over students, conditioning their educational trajectoryafter finalizing ESO. This research is aimed at studying that orientation and itsrelationship with other key variables in the construction of academic expectation.To accomplish that, a survey was carried out among students from four differenthigh schools at Comunidad de Madrid, observing through a logistic regressionanalysis and a discriminant analysis that mere participation in the considerate programs(grade repetition, regrouping in concrete subjects and PMAR) exercise animportant orientation towards Intermediate Level Vocational Education. The differentsocial origin of participants and non-participants in those programs, thephysical and pedagogic separation between both learning processes and their differentacademic expectations has led us to refer such programs as a specific viaduring compulsory education analogous to the primary professional net describedby Baudelot and Establet. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid mechanisms that, reactingto underachievement, regroup students according to their former performanceat school, for such programs tend to consolidate performance inequalitiesand turn them into unequal educational careers.

The propriate management of acute infarction stroke will be able to reduce the morbidity and mortality of the disease. In diagnosingand managing the diseases, for the detection of the risk or prognostic factors information’s such as the history physical findings,confirmation and other supporting tests are needed. One of the supporting test is the laboratory examination i.e. platelet aggregationtest. Platelet aggregation is suggested having an important role in haemostasis especially to prevent excessive bleeding by forming plateletplug. Finally, further hyperactivity of platelet in terms of platelet hyper aggregation can create a thrombus and moreover lead to obstructthe vessels. The occlusion will give a negative outcome of an acute infarction stroke. The aim of this study is to know whether platelethyper aggregation has a contribution in the outcome of the disease or not by certain testing. A prospective cohort study was carried out,to compare between two groups of exposed and non-exposed group in Sardjito hospital Yogyakarta during the period of March up toearly July 2007. Eighty four subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were involved in this study. The exposed group was agroup of acute infarction stroke patient who were exposed to platelet hyper aggregation 48 (57%), on the other hand, patients who didnot have platelet hyper aggregation was separated as non-exposed group is 36 (43%). Inception of cohort was applied when the patientwas admitted to the emergency unit during 72 hours of the onset, before receiving antithrombotic drugs and had no previous history ofstroke. The patients were followed after 7 days hospitalization in the stroke unit and neurology unit and the outcome was measured byevaluating the score using Gadjah Mada stroke scale. The characteristics of the subjects were grouped by baseline data X2 test. Unvariedanalysis and multivariate analysis were taken to get the relative risk of having acute infarction stroke. In this case logistic regressionanalysis was used to know the relative risk (RR) measurement. Prognostic factors had influenced the outcome of acute infarction strokein patients who had a history of cardiovascular disease and aggregation status. The outcome of the platelet hyper aggregation grouphad a RR=2.15 (95% CI: 2.01–4.07) and the history of cardiovascular disease had a RR=1.78 (95% CI: 1.18–13.28).

This article aims to identify the main business and economic determinants of capital structure in a sample of innovativecompanies from BRICS countries.We achieve this by presenting a comparative analysis of 1,437 high-tech and 1,485 non-innovative companies in thepharmaceuticals, electronics, IT, and telecommunications sectors between 2008 and 2015. We conduct a regressionanalysis using a significant number of variables, such as profitability, size, proportion of tangible assets, and growthpotential. The highlighted parameters are then examined in order to identify the characteristic features displayed in thecapital structure of innovative firms.Our results indicate that the following company characteristics are relevant in determining capital structure: informationasymmetry costs (those which are associated with the unique activities of innovative companies), high growthpotential generated by the availability of network effects, a high innovative applicability, low marginal and transportcosts, and a high proportion of intangible assets. Moreover, we found that there is a distinct difference in the capitalstructure of companies as they vary in levels of innovation. An innovative company’s proportion of intangible assetshas a multidirectional effect on the debt amount. The potential for growth is also a significant factor which has apredominantly negative effect on the level of an innovative company’s financial leverage. Levels of borrowing are overalllower for innovative firms.Our major conclusion, drawing from the results above, is that innovative companies in BRICS countries use relativelylittle debt in the case of high growth potential. This indicates a general need to overcome the information asymmetrychallenge in order to increase the growth rates of individual companies.The scientific novelty of this analysis relates most strongly to the broadness of scope of our investigation, the focuson BRICS countries specifically, and the applicability of its conclusions in wider business and economic contexts. Thebreadth of data from a wide range of companies and sectors (both innovative and non-innovative), and the high numberof companies utilized in the study, lend our evaluation an undeniable credibility within its scope, especially where itupholds similar conclusions in related literature of narrower focus. As a corollary to this, it may be conceivably assertedthat these results are not merely applicable to individual companies, or even sectors of the economy, but due to theirwide field of origin, they can have economy-wide implications on business and financial strategies.

The form of survey research is quantitative, that is researchconducted to look for the effect of curriculum, lecturer competence and motivation on student achievementin the Islamic Faculty of Tarbiyah Department of Islamic Studies Laa Roiba, Bogor Regency. The researchmethod used in this study is a survey method. This research is correlational because the research seeks toinvestigate the relationship between several research variables namely competence, curriculum andmotivation variables on learning achievement. This correlation study will use correlation and regressionanalysis. In this study there are three independent variables, namely competence (X1), Curriculum (X2),and motivation (X3) to the dependent variable namely learning achievement (Y). The three independentvariables (X1, X2, and X3) are related to the dependent variable (Y). The results showed that there was apositive influence between lecturer competence (X1) on learning achievement (Y). This is indicated by thecorrelation coefficient of 0.921 with the significance of the correlation coefficient of tcount of 3.967 andthe significance of the regression coefficient of Fcount of 51.930 which is very significant at α = 0.05. forthe curriculum (X2) of learning achievement (Y). There is a positive influence. This is indicated by thecorrelation coefficient of 0.914 with the significance of the correlation coefficient of tcount of 8,547 andthe significance of the regression coefficient of Fcount of 51,930 which is very significant at α = 0.05, andfor motivation (X3) for achievement of learning outcomes (Y). This is indicated by the correlationcoefficient of 0.940 with the significance of the correlation coefficient of tcount of 3.189 and the significanceof the regression coefficient of Fcount of 51.930 which is very significant at α = 0.05, while the results of theanalysis of lecturer competencies (X1), curriculum (X2), and motivation (X3) are together on theachievement of learning outcomes (Y) has a significant multiple correlation coefficient with a value of0.858 with the significance of the multiple regression coefficient Fcount 51.930. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap keputusanpembelian pada johar futsal karawang, penelitian ini ini menggunakan metode deskriptifkuantitatif Variabel diukur menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan skala pengukuran yangdigunakan adalah skala Likert. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metodeSampling accidental dengan jumlah sampel 98 responden dari populasi 5.114 orang.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik Analisis Regresi Berganda. Penelitianini ditekankan agar memperoleh luaran yang akan di terbitkan di jurnal nasionalterakreditasi dengan waktu capaian 6 bulan kedepan. Skema penelitian termasukpenelitian dasar (TKT 1-3).. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik Analisis Rentang Skala danAnalisis Regresi Berganda dengan bantuan Method of Successive Interval (MSI). Darihasil analisis penelitian ini diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan yaitu1. Hubungan antara Kualitas Pelayanan dan Lokasi dengan keputusan pembelianmemiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang.2. Terdapat pengaruh parsial Kualitas Pelayanan dan Lokasi terhadap keputusanpembelian.3. Terdapat pengaruh simultan antara Kualitas Pelayanan dan Lokasi terhadapKeputusan Pembelian.4. Total Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Lokasi memiliki kontribusi terhadapKeputusan Pembelian sebesar 31,6% sedangkan sisanya 68,4% merupakankontribusi variabel lain (ε) yang tidak diteliti.Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi, Keputusan Pembelian The service sector has experienced high growth in recent years, the averagegrowth of the service sector over the past eight years has reached 7.05% per year. Oneservice sector that is quite developed is the service sector in the futsal field rentalservices. The development of field service business in Karawang Regency has increasedsignificantly every year. If in the era of 2009-2010 there were only a few futsal fieldservice businesses in Karawang Regency. In 2019 there are now around 45 futsal fieldservice businesses spread across various regions in Karawang Regency, one of which isJohar Futsal. Johar Futsal is located on Jl. Veteran No 28, Kelurahan adiarsa timur, EastKarawang District, Karawang Regency. Johar Futsal was founded in 2012 and now has 3futsal fields for rent in general. This study aims to determine and explain the effect ofservice quality and location on purchasing decisions in Karawang futsal johar, this studyuses quantitative descriptive methods. Variables are measured using a questionnaireinstrument and the measurement scale used is a Likert scale. Samples were collectedusing accidental sampling method with a sample size of 98 respondents from a populationof 5,114 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysistechniques. This research is emphasized to get results to be published in accreditednational journals with a period of 6 months. The research scheme covers basic research(TKT 1-3).Data analysis techniques used are Scale Range Analysis and Multiple RegressionAnalysis techniques with the help of the Method of Successive Interval (MSI). From theresults of the analysis of this study we obtained several conclusions, namely :1. The relationship between Service Quality and Location and purchasing decisions has amoderate level of relationship.2. There is a partial effect of Service Quality and Location on purchasing decisions.3. There is a simultaneous effect between Service Quality and Location on PurchasingDecisions.4. The Total Effect of Service Quality and Location has a contribution to the PurchasingDecision of 31.6% while the remaining 68.4% is contributed by other variables (ε)which are not examined.Keywords: Service Quality, Location, Purchase Decision.

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa EfekIndonesia periode 201 5-201 7. Sampel yang diperoleh sejumlah 58 perusahaan dengan 174amatan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknikpurposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Moderated RegressionAnalysis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa profitabilitas dan leverageberpengaruh negatif pada ERC. Semakin tinggi perusahaan menghasilkan keuntungan dansemakin tinggi tingkat leverage yang dimiliki maka semakin rendah nilai ERC perusahaan.Ditemukan hasil bahwa ukuran Perusahaan mampu memperlemah pengaruh profitabilitaspada ERC dan ukuran perusahaan memperkuat pengaruh leverage pada ERC.Kata kunci: Profitabilitas, leverage, ukuran perusahaan, earning response coefficient

This study attempts to analyze the Brand Awareness Factor and PricePerception of Purchasing Decisions for Nike brand shoes at CikupaHome Industry Tangerang. The sample of this study was 75 customerrespondents from 300 customers. The method used is quantitativemethods. Primary data collection was obtained from questionnairecollection. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regressionanalysis using Vesri SPSS 22 software. The results show that the partialvariable of Brand Awareness (X1) is positively and significantly related tothe Purchase Decision (Y). Price Perception (X2) has a positive andsignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y). Simultaneously the BrandAwareness variable (X1) and Price Perception (X2) considers positiveand significant towards the Purchasing Decision (Y).

Abstract. The purpose of this study to examine the relation between religiosity and socialsupport to the resilience of Lapindo Sidoarjo Mudflow victims. Research variables weremeasured using resilience scale, scale of religiosity and social support scale. Subjectswere 60 victims of Lapindo mudflow that are married, age 20-40, and as a native. Datawere analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of multiple regressionanalysis showed that the variables religiosity and social support significantly associatedwith resilience (F = 22.863 at p = 0.000). Both variables contributed 44.5% towardsresilience. Separately, religiosity has a positive relationship with resilience (t = 2.439 to p= 0.018). Social support has a significant positive correlation with resilience (t = 4.952 atp = 0.000).Keywords: Religiosity, Social support, Resilience.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh psychological capital dankecerdasan emosi terhadap stress kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalahkaryawan PT. Dynaplast Mandiri sebanyak 180 orang. Jenis pengambilan sampeldalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda (Multiple RegressionAnalysis) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaterdapat pengaruh yang signifikan psychological capital dan kecerdasan emositerhadap stres kerja pada karyawan PT. Dynaplast Mandiri. Proporsi variansdari stres kerja yang dijelaskan oleh seluruh variabel bebas yaitu sebesar 16,1%,sedangkan 83,9% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa dimensi self-efficacy, resiliency dan selfawareness memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Sementaraitu, dimensi optimism, hope, self-management, social awareness, dan relationshipmanagement tidak berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap stres kerja

Concern about global warming led to this study of determining the extentof changing climate in Legazpi City, Philippines. Daily surface minimum andmaximum temperatures from 1951 to 2010 were used to interpret the temperaturechange. The temperatures were annually averaged and subjected to regressionanalyses. The results showed there was a significant increase of minimumtemperature at the rate of 0.26C per decade. When the whole period was dividedinto 30-year periods spaced ten years apart, the corresponding distribution curvesshowed higher range of variability compared to earlier periods suggesting moreextreme temperatures. Among the months, May had the warmest nights and thehighest rate of warming of 0.42oC/decade. On the other hand, December hadthe coolest nights and lowest rate of warming of 0.24oC/decade. The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of work-leisure conflict, workoverload, work-family conflict on job embeddedness using perceived supervisor support asthe moderating variable. The number of respondents in this research were 81 employees ofBank Mandiri, Fatmawati. Purposive sampling method is used to determine sample of thisresearch. Based on result of the research and data analysis using Moderated RegressionAnalysis techniques with the help of SPSS software to ran the data, it was revealed that: (1)work-leisure conflict has a negative and significant effect on job embeddedness, (2) workoverload has no effect on job embeddedness, (3) work-family conflict has a negative andsignificant effect on job embeddedness, (4) perceived supervision support did not moderatethe negative effect of work-leisure conflict and work-family conflict on job embeddedness (5)perceived supervisor support moderate the negative effect of work overload to jobembeddedness.
