Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe thesis examines the emergence and handling of ethical dilemmas in the caregiving work of nursing assistants. To do this, it mobilizes three types of materials, corresponding to the three parts of the manuscript. The first part situates the work practices of nursing assistants in service, which allows for the contextualization of dilemmas within the practices that give rise to them, and highlights the persistence of an asymmetry in care, to the detriment of those being cared for (sick individuals, patients, service users, etc.).The second part historicizes both the ordinary categories and the analytical categories associated with morality. It enables an understanding of the coexistence of moral norms in caregiving that sometimes contradict each other, deconstructs the usage of the terms ethics and morality, and develops a theoretical framework suited for the study of moral dilemmas in care. The third part focuses on how ethical dilemmas are addressed in nursing assistant training. Training serves as both a privileged observation site, a moment of professional socialization, and a framework that encourages reflection on care practices and norms. This third part specifically aims to capture the conditions, effects, and limiting factors of the increased reflexivity brought about by training. The thesis presents a central theoretical proposition: the caregiver-patient relationship is the product of a social relationship of vulnerability, which organizes the asymmetry between nursing assistants and patients to the detriment of the latter. The moral dilemmas arising from refusals of care are likely to challenge this asymmetry when they provoke an increase in ethical reflexivity among caregivers. However, this critical movement is hindered by an individualistic interpretive framework that naturalizes the moral norms of care and shifts responsibility onto nursing assistants. As a result, nursing assistants often find themselves alone in facing refusals of care. This research was supported by a doctoral contract carried out at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS), funded by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, through the doctoral network in public health (RDSP) coordinated by the École des Hautes Études en Santé Publique (EHESP)
Coulomb, Laureline. „Entre négociations et malentendus : l'interaction entre soignants et soignés sans-domicile“. Thesis, Strasbourg, 2016. http://www.theses.fr/2016STRAG008/document.
Der volle Inhalt der QuelleHomeless people commonly have poor health status and their life expectancy is much shorter than the general population. Their interaction with healthcare professionals is characterised by various misunderstandings, which deal with the different relationships that these actors have with body, health and time. Their interaction is thus problematic and may lead to conflict. However, they are both trying to avoid conflict through negotiation. The aim of this thesis is to develop this paradox: while those negotiations try to prevent the difficulties created by their misunderstandings, the compromise they build consists precisely in maintaining those misunderstandings. This thesis uses a comprehensive and interactionist approach. It is grounded on data collected through observations and interviews held with both homeless people and healthcare workers

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThis thesis focuses on the gendered experiences of precarious mobility, apprehended through the migration of Roma women from Romania to France. It is based on a nine-month ethnography conducted in two bidonvilles of Seine-Saint-Denis, as well as on other studies in two associations (one for administrative support and one organizing a civil service program for young bidonvilles and squat inhabitants). To complement this fieldwork, this thesis also makes use of a number of formal and informal interviews, in particular with Roma and pro-Roma militants in France and in Romania, and of a collection of observations relating to associative and militant events which Roma living in Ile-de-France were invited to attend. The thesis shows that in a context of stigma and precariousness, Roma women take up new roles. The gendered division of tasks is upended by migration which calls into question the structures that uphold families and couples. Paradoxically, being classified as vulnerable by public policies that sort and select actually reinforces their agency, and contributes to their political subjectivation. This work proposes an analysis of the politics of (in)hospitality that lead to expulsions and that produce unequally distributed and unevenly recognized vulnerability. It also contests the presumed incompatibility between politics and vulnerability, based on the daily struggles in bidonvilles and the spaces that women occupy in order to represent themselves. In doing so, this thesis contributes to an improved understanding of “how it feels to be a problem” (W.E.B Du Bois, 1903) from the perspective of those whose voices are still barely audible, and yet who seek to be heard

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe present work develops a sociocognitive approach of Future Time Perspective (FTP), as this construct is measured by the ZTPI scale (Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory, Zimbardo & Boyd, 1999). The aim of this thesis is the analysis of this construct’s normativity and the exploration of the dimensions related to future psychological time experience. A triangulation approach has been conducted in a double perspective: its aim is to produce a multi-level analysis of normativity associated to FTP as well as to develop a theoretical and methodological thought on this construct’s measurement. A first series of experimental studies using the sociocognitive approach to social norms (Dubois, 2003) reveals an important value of FTP in evaluative contexts. A second series of studies using mixt methodology (judge paradigms and socio-representational constructs) analyses FTP’s normative dynamics in socially relevant situations (i.e. health context). Finally, a socio-representational research with interviews focuses on future psychological time experience as a form of social experience (Jodelet, 2006). Considering FTP under several sociocognitive perspectives, this thesis contributes towards the research field on relation to time (FTP measurement and ideological logics). This work lays also the foundation of a sociocognitive approach of FTP as a social norm

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleIn order to identify vulnerability and protection factors regarding the risk of illiteracy, we chose a qualitative research methodology, based on the grounded theory, complementarism and triangulation. We interviewed twenty-three illiterate teenagers in six Parisian Vocational high-schools, their parents and teachers. This process allowed us to develop the two guides T.FAME and T.FAME sco, in order to analyze transcultural processes such as filiations, affiliations and metissage, regarding ethnic cultures - including regional and social ones - and school cultures respectively. Transversal analyses show the importance of the maternal function alteration in the migration process, which hinders the transgenerational transmission of familial knowledge to children. This leads to children feeling insecure and illegitimate within the school environment, which causes learning difficulties, notably when it comes to reading and writing. It also leads to difficulties to benefit medical help. However, the resulting school disengagement appears to mainly constitute a strategy to preserve one's self esteem when facing failure, as well as to preserve knowledge other than the school one. Streaming towards vocational studies offers a possibility to reinvest school learning. Vocational teachers are an asset for such reconciliation. Thus, our results lead to the hypothesis of illiteracy as a resistance strategy against a school system which is experienced as a colonial one. We then developed Metisco, the first transcultural school mediation design. It aims at accompanying school professionals, their students and the students' parents to elaborate such conflicts and at promoting the instauration of a necessary educative alliance

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleSince the seventies, the social relationship between physicians and nurses in public hospitals is construed in different ways according to class, sex and generation. On one hand, this relationship has been modified because of a still going on double process. More women are entering the medicine practice while the male rate in nursing is growing up. On the other hand, male and female physicians or nurses as well don't come from the same class as before. As the relative number of women and men vary in each field, the internal professional hierarchy with its class and gender divisions is reinforced. The work team structured along the class and gender lines are different according to the kind of hospitals and specialized branches of medicine. We realized a general study of social and gender division of labour in two hospitals and monographs on two paediatrics units based each one on the most usual gender configuration : male physicians/female nurses and male and female physicians/female physicians. Changes in that social relationship are related to the changes which occurred in the hospital system mainly because the pervasive presence of the law in the hospital structure itself as in the different medical and nursing practices

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe aim of this thesis is to clarify the outline of the intervention of the evaluative versus descriptive registers in social judgement introduced by beauvois et dubois. Two main ideas have been developed. The first one stresses the fact that the calling up of these two registers depends on the presence of a tangible link between target and the perceiver, specified by a relationship based on influence (domination) and social control which the impact of the social and the positioning of the perceiver toward an evaluative treatment of social information. To ratify such a position, we have resorted to two experimental groups; the first one was composed of social services assistants and the second one of students. The results show that when the connection to the target involves an influential relation on the perceiver behalf, the most evaluative descriptors are more widely used (within the context of the paradigm of the relationship between memory and judgement) or more attainable (within the context of the paradigm of the differential decision)

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleCompanies must adapt to environments which are more and more complex and uncertain. This adaptation must be in terms on organization and management. What is at stake is not to ask for passive and disciplined contribution of the employees, but to stimulate actors' decisions and actions to get as close as possible to the roots of the problems. What it's all about is to design, to bring to life and to direct a complex living system. What matters is to switch from a controlling management to a social adjustment one. The << classical >> definitions of the social adjustment regulation are defective and deal with a natural economic performance linked to the social regulation, they don't bring out the economic effects of this regulation, and the ways and means of action that they discribe result in a deadlock. The socio-economic dynamics, on the one hand are an answer to the critical points which affects the << classical >> action means, on the other hand enables improvement of efficiency of the companies, thanks to a real social regulation management. Two levers are used : structures and behaviors, linked by a dialectical connection. This dialectical aspect makes it possible to look on as pertinent the socio-economic analysis to account for the social regulation because of the dialectical motion of this regulation

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe notion of vulnerability has recently become central in contemporary moral and political philosophy and in contemporary sociology. This work starts from the assumption that this notion carries with it a new conception of the subject, distinct both from the liberal conception and from the conception promoted by the moral tradition that defines autonomy as self-mastery. In order to define the concept of vulnerability, we first compare the way Martha Nussbaum, Axel Honneth, and care theorists such as Carol Gilligan and Joan Tronto use that notion. This comparison leads us to develop a dual conception of vulnerability according to which vulnerability should be understood as an anthropological category and a sociological one: vulnerability primarily refers to the situation of exposition and dependence in which corporeal and relational subjects are necessarily placed; that we are vulnerable means that our autonomy is dependent on the way others treat us. But vulnerability can also refer to the subjective effects produced by social situations or social contexts that deprive the subject of the conditions that are necessary for the development of her autonomy. We then show that this conception can be confirmed by an analysis of the way sociology makes use of the notion. We focus on the sociology of disaffiliation, social disqualification and domination. Finally, we try to highlight the normative implications of our conception of vulnerability. We argue that neorepublicanism, as developed by Philip Pettit, can help us to define a politics of vulnerability committed to the promotion of the relational and social conditions of autonomy, if we rework it by including in it the major contributions of care ethics and recognition theory

Children are now growing up with Al-enabled, socially interactive technology. As such, we need to deeply understand how children perceive, interact, and relate to this kind of technology, especially given the many ethical concerns that arise in the context of human-machine interactions, most of which are most contentious with children. To this end, I explore questions about young children's interactions and relationships with one such technology--social robots-during language learning activities. Language learning is a ripe area for exploring these questions because of the social, interactive, interpersonal nature of the activity. In addition, literacy, language, and interpersonal skills are some of the most important skills any child will learn, as they can greatly impact children's later educational and life success.
Through a series of 9 empirical child-robot interaction studies with 347 children and using both teleoperated and autonomous robots, I establish the role of social robots as relational technology-that is, technology that can build long-term, social-emotional relationships with users. I hypothesize that a key aspect of why social robots can benefit children's learning is their social and relational nature. To that end, I demonstrate the capabilities of social robots as learning companions for young children that afford opportunities for social engagement and reciprocal interaction, particularly peer-to-peer mirroring. I discuss how we can understand children's conceptualizations of social robots as relational agents and measure children's relationships over time. I introduce the term relational AI to refer to autonomous relational technologies.
I develop a computational relational Al system to examine how using relational Al in a social robot can impact child-robot learning interactions. Through testing the autonomous system in a longitudinal study with 49 children, I explore connections between children's relationship and rapport with the robot and their engagement and learning. I discuss the ethical use and design implications of relational AL. I show that relational AI is a new, powerful educational tool, unlike any other existing technology, that we can leverage to support children's early education and development.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleClimate change is one of the biggest public health threats in the 21th century. An increase in temperatures will lead to an increase in mortality attributable to temperature. In addition, some populations and territories are particularly vulnerable to the impact of increases in heat. It is thus necessary to identify these populations and territories as well as examine future heat-Related health impacts in order to recommend equity-Oriented policies today and in the future. The general objective of this thesis is to document current and future heat-Related vulnerability factors in the context of climate change. In order to address this general objective, the thesis involved four components: a) to conduct a systematic review and a meta-Analysis to assess the heterogeneity in the heat-Mortality associations with respect to individual and contextual population characteristics; b) to identify whether and how the magnitude of mean temperature effects on all-Cause mortality were modified by chronic air pollution exposure, social deprivation, and a combination of these two dimensions; c) to develop a method to quantify the climate change impacts on heat-Related mortality using climate modeling; d) to assess historical and future social disparities in years of life lost caused by ambient temperature in Montreal and Paris, and compare these estimates as well as the impact of climate change on social disparities between the two cities. This thesis highlights which populations are more vulnerable to heat and shows that several differences exist with regard to guidelines from international public health institutions for the identification of vulnerable populations. This thesis also identified chronic air pollution exposure as a new vulnerability factor in heat-Related mortality and that it has a double interaction with social deprivation. Furthermore, in this thesis a novel method to quantify future heat-Related mortality was developed which emphasized the strong evidence of an increase in heat-Related mortality under climate change. This method was then applied to estimate the increase in daily years of life lost social disparities in both Montreal and Paris under climate change which showed that this increase would be greater in Montreal compared to Paris in the future. Thus, this thesis which used a variety of epidemiologic methods has clarified which populations are particularly vulnerable to heat impacts and challenges guidelines for the identification of vulnerable populations from international public health institutions. It has also highlighted the climate change impacts on health inequalities and aims to reorient equity-Focused policies
Olié, Emilie. „Douleur psychologique et exclusion sociale dans les conduites suicidaires“. Thesis, Montpellier 1, 2014. http://www.theses.fr/2014MON1T023/document.
Der volle Inhalt der QuelleCurrent knowledge suggests that suicidal behavior: 1) are pathological entities per se, with a specific neurobiology, 2) may be studied according to a stress-diathesis model, 3) may be better characterized by identifying biomarkers. Emphasizing that pain is the core of the suicidal process, we propose an outline of a model of suicide based on clinical neuropsychological and neuroimaging data. Psychosocial stressors cause psychological pain. Through dysfunctional vasopressinergic system and cerebral regions involved in social cognitions, psychosocial stress would be maintained or give rise to new stresses, perpetuating or increasing psychache. We suggest a modification of pain thresholds in vulnerable subjects for suicide leading to an increased perception of psychache, which is associated with suicidal ideation. Then, interpersonal difficulties are associated with impaired decision-making underpinned by prefrontal dysfunction that has been associated with suicidal vulnerability. This would cause the subject to promote a choice (suicide) associated with immediate reward (pain relief), although it is associated with deleterious consequences (death). Thus, psychological pain is central to suicidal behavior as an immediate consequence of psychosocial stressors, and influencing the suicidal vulnerability favoring pain perception and increasing susceptibility to social events, based on neuroanatomical and biochemical bases. Finally the hypothesis that a change of pain perception is involved in the suicidal process would open new avenues for understanding suicidal pathophysiology. It allows considering the psychological pain as a potential therapeutic target to prevent suicide

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThis research work anzalizes the relationship that is set between the public housing institution and its tenants. The main hypothesis is that we are witnessing a refoundation of public housing which draws its dynamic in the heart of the 19th century. Since the 1980s , the problematic of the “social mission of public housing providers” is no more about housing populations that are integrated in a productive system, but housing populations that tend to get cut off from society. Thus, the social representations associated with public housing populations have some common points with those of the early 19th century : their estangement is fuelling the ideas about the emergence of new “dangerous classes” who have behaviours that are said to lack morals. Faced with this “new” social issue, the public housing executives are setting a wide modernization process which bears both on that social change and on easing the relationships with the tenants , which is made possible thanks to a remote management. These two movements are converging to the point of building a utopia orientated towards the rationalization of the public housing activity. As far as social dynamics are concerned, the productive mutations entail a process of identitarian differenciations which act as a brake to the industrialization ot the local management. On one side, the public housing staff are using the respect of administrative rules as a symbolic barrier against the tenants, on the other side, they are developping new professional processes based on interaction with the tenant. As such, that mode of operation fits into a quest for a management that is both territorial and social management. Considering the low level of regulation that it entails, this quest eventually shows a highly moral aspect

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleContemporary sustainability science and practice must embrace the complexity of social-ecological systems and capitalize on the lessons learned from the recent theoretical and applied advances made in various disciplines. This can be accomplished in particular by incorporating this extensive knowledge into management and decision making through integrative and operational frameworks. Based on contrasting but complementary case studies (coral reef fishery in Moorea, French Polynesia; artisanal benthic fishery in Chile and global food systems), and drawing from the recent development in social-ecological science, we extended the use of the social-ecological vulnerability framework by (1) mapping human-nature dependencies in the context of resource-user interactions, (2) integrating the temporal dimension, (3) accounting for multiple drivers of change and (4) their impact on diverse entities of the system considered. This interdisciplinary work provided the foundation to represent key linkages in social-ecological systems, understand the underlying sources of unsustainability, and address these through a set of targeted and context-grounded management interventions and policy actions. This thesis provides a new perspective on human-nature linkages and has a number practical implications for managers, conservation planners, and policy-makers that seek to incorporate a social-ecological perspective to tackle sustainability issues from local to global scales

The resulting constant and massive increase of biological data offers unprecedented opportunities to decipher the function and evolution of genes and genomes at different scales and their roles in human diseases. My thesis addressed the relationship between researchers and biological information, and I contributed to (OrthoInspector) or created (Parsec, MyGeneFriends) systems allowing researchers to access, analyze, visualize, filter and annotate in real time the enormous quantity of data available in the post genomic era. MyGeneFriends is a first step in an exciting new direction: where researchers no longer search forinformation, but instead pertinent information is brought to researchers in a suitable form, allowing personalized and efficient access to large amounts of information, visualization of this information, and their integration in networks

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleOur study concerns the precariousness, danger and violence among adolescents in the Hatikva neighborhood, situated in the southern suburbs of Tel Aviv in Israel; and the care provided for these adolescents by the Beit Ham institution by means of institutional psychotherapy. Here, precariousness rules over the daily life of the adolescent, who is yet a child: here, the child and the adolescent are confronted with precariousness in the most basic of domains, be it that of nutrition, play, development, family and societal climate, protection, space, and relationships. It is thus this relation of basic, structuring, cross-signifying relation, between whole and part, between necessity and legitimacy, which Is lacking or which is too insufficient to allow the verbal exteriorization of the adolescent’s own speech and demands, and thereby constitute support and remedy. Hence, our difficulty: violence and danger among adolescents are linked to the precariousness of the relationships. So it is this basic ”relationship of connection” (J. Lacan), this structuring cross-signifying relation between an utterance and the act of uttering itself, between “signifying material” (J. Lacan) and sense, between the existing organisation and a non-operating presence. Which makes it that numerous adolescents and children are confronted with a matching difficulty between physical and social space, with a psychic and social vagrancy, and with a difficulty to draw on and to resort to external support in order to face the ever-present violence and danger in their living environment. But in this case, it is this “political space” (H. Arendt), this relational space, this “significance of participation” (L. Lavelle) that are to be seriously questioned; or this “decisive cultural step” (S. Freud). But the situation is a critical one because the potential danger is very high for many of these children and adolescents. It is thus politics that these adolescents are directly calling out to, along with us: either the reliability of this guarantee of a common space for all, the right to a housing project, the right to acceptance and protection; or these fundamental, non-negotiable politics for the presence of a child or an adolescent in the world, that is to say, in this relational space, this connective space – cross-signifying – basic and structuring. What about this political existence of an adolescent and a child, whose unawareness is taken as expression, when the political prejudice, the “symbolic misery” (P.-L. Chabert, Ghislaine. „Un autre rapport à la télévision ? : le facteur culturel face à une offre technologique nouvelle“. Bordeaux 3, 1999. http://www.theses.fr/1999BOR30016.
Der volle Inhalt der QuelleNowadays, the evolution of different means of communication seams to accelerate because of the development of new technologies which are changing the uses of media. The topical debate in the field of communication, that concerns the changes of using, may be due to the technological innovation. The main discussion arises different theories. Most of them are based on a specific view of the relations between the users and the media. In my point of view, it is necessary, for those searchers, to relativize the media impact and the changes in the behaviour of the users. It is also important to enhance the simultaneous action of the audience and the environment. Moreover, the complementarity between the mass media and the specific media must be taken into account. According to this point of view, i noticed, especally in the television field, that different factors tend to influence people to accept those new technologies. The comparative method, between the technological uses of the cable and the satellite in france and quebec, enhance cultural features. However, it reveals other unexpected events. Indeed, the subscribers to the cable or the satellite still use the traditional media but they complete it with specific technologies. Finaly, this research clearly shows that some sociodemographic factors, especally sex and age, have a significant influence on means of communication

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleSince its beginnings, social work is organized and based on contradictory and inseparable foundations which cater various and antagonistic interests. In the specific context of educational assistance (AEMO), we are interested in the writing process, especially when educators have to provide their mediation end report to the juvenile judge. What do they write? What are the references they take into account? How do they manage the subjective references sprang from their own analysis? What is the role of their subjectivity and to what extent is it concerned ? Once an academic study on the references cited (the Law, family, child and “subjectivity”) and a work on the source phenomena of the writing process (perception, observation and interpretation) had been done, our research methodology allows us to observe and to classify the tensions between subjective belief and professional references while the report is written. Thus, we can define a typology of approaches regarding social workers when they‘re writing their report. This typology can contribute to the development of initial and / or ongoing education but it is also an argument to rethink the role of the institution. Indeed, the subjective commitment of the social worker in his writing is essential and must not be forgotten. It is necessary for the social worker to be part of an institution which is able to give personal satisfaction, to support and to train

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe current state of the psychosocial study of the relation between French from European origin and French from Maghrebi origin in France reveals a fragmentation of knowledge due to the diversity of the invested theoretical fields but also to the complexity of this relation itself and the issues to which it is attached. The present work thus proposes to account, from a common epistemo-theoretical psychosocial basis, for the historicity, the contextuality and the phenomenological richness that characterize this relationship. Because of the socio-historical inscription and the social participation at stake, the theory of social representations and the paradigm of social partitions constitute the theoretical framework whose articulation operationalizes the psychosocial look that has been applied. This articulation gave rise to an architecture of empirical contributions combining qualitative analyzes (in particular newspapers’ articles) and experimental devices. In total, five studies were conducted. The first study focuses on representational elaborations around Maghrebi immigration to France and highlights the need to integrate the relation to France in the study of the relation to French from Maghrebi origin in order to apprehend the games of opposition, domination and inclusion-exclusion that are at work. The results also show the co-constructivist character of relations and representations and support the relevance of an examination of the intervention of possible psychosocial distances, in particular between "French" and "Arabs", in the structuring of representations of "Arabs". The two subsequent studies then question the articulation between the relation to "Arabs", the relation to "French" and the construction of representations of "Arabs", among participants declaring themselves French of European origin, in an ingroup context (between "French") and in an intergroup context (with an "Arab"). It appears that the "representations-relations" block fulfills contextualizing functions and is itself deeply adaptable to the interaction. A third study questions the use, in the two previous contributions, of "French" and "Arabs" as groups’ designations. It thus relates exclusively to the designations of the French of European origin and the French of Maghrebi origin among participants from both categories. By means of interviews inspired by the method of study of social partitions, the results lead us to retain "French", "Arabs" and "Maghrebis" as the designations that should allow the finest possible analysis of the relations between the two categories. Based on these designations, a last study uses representations to examine in an articulated way (1) the type of relationship between "French" and "Arabs", on the one hand, and "French" and "Maghrebis", on the other hand, (2) the reflexivity of the French of European origin in the context of this relation and (3) the symbolic insertion of France. Through a manipulation of the categorical context of interaction (ingroup versus intergroup), a reading of the results suggests to see the polymorphism of this relation as forms of control, defense and projection from which stigmatization, degradation and exclusion are, paradoxically, the expressions of a specific mode of psychosocial transaction in which it is not a question of rejecting the French of Maghrebi origin outside France. Despite the complexity of the theoretical articulation and the methodological approach, the present work demonstrates the possibility of studying, from a unified psychosocial point of view, phenomena as multiple, diverse and complex as those relating to the relation with the French of Maghrebi origin in France

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThrough a historic discontinuity, successive ruptures, a people, groups continue to live and exist. For trying to draw the sense of this continuity, it is recommended to decompose the cultural fact, to perceive the essential and authentic aspect in its constancy. Daily life with its socio-cultural systems of reproduction in family life perpetuates the cultural phenomenon in its constantly actualized efficacy. Permanence of groups at through their itinerary holds our attention upon families which overpower "Zawiyas". Their testimony accounts for the sense of the distance covered. The way of this change can only emanate from the convergence of the principal and heterogeneous elements yet essential in what regards their surpassing toward a continuous synthesis. In that way, the body continually demanded by a traditional educative ritual, then kept up by a surrounding extended family, becomes the principal liaison officer of communication in the group. The body, unique means of expression offers itself as analysis objet. Does it play its repairing part, and unifying one, does it permit the acquisition of the "collective self" or of the "our-i" ? This total symbiosis between the individual unity and its primar group generates a minimum fare which disclaims responsibility, diminishes wounds and anguishes, restores individual security. Such fusion of the body in the group through its historic and then socio-emotional genesis (the child in family life, the corporal treatments received and their investment) polarizes the early acquaintance of the world. The body's fantasies as natural defence participate to the transcendence of social conflicts thanks to the social imaginary and its protector effect

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThis thesis analyses the practices built from the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the Sustainable Development (SD) and the way they transform the French hospitality industry. We propose an intermediate concept of SD/CSR efforts to qualify all these speeches and practices. This thesis first characterizes these efforts to show that they are the result of successful and powerful actors strategies in the industry, the luxe hotels and hotel which belong to chain. Embodying new differentiation strategies, it makes this two hotel type stronger and participates to the process of sectorization by strengthens the sectorial processus. The insertion of SD/CSR efforts in luxury hotels is made by outsourcing, whereas the hotels which belong to chains integrate it into their process of production. They standardize SD/CSR efforts through an industrial model of production. We prove that the way these hotels integrate the SD/CSR participates of the degradation of the wage labor nexus, particularly regarding the working conditions and the forms of mobilization of the employees. We also demonstrate that such as they are built, the SD/CSR efforts as instruments in the service of the corporate strategy, strengthen the technical division and gendered of labor, participate in the intensification labor, and they give to mobilization speeches a revival with the idea or nature protection

For a long time, it has been inexistent and silent within Arab-Muslim families. Today, mothers are concerned about their culture and some principles. They adopted a new sex education, different from their mother's, combining religion and western vision. They are opting for educational strategies based on the quest of meaning, logic, reason and religion. That is why they transmit a morality and often refer to scriptural texts to convince their daughters about the benefits of a sexuality based on preservation. They insist on the “others” differences
