Perkembangan smartphone pada saat ini semakin pesat yang disebabkan oleh adanya berbagai aplikasi mobile yang ditawarkan dalam mempermudah aktivitas manusia. Salah satu aplikasi mobile yang banyak dibahas akhir-akhir ini adalah MyPertamina. MyPertamina adalah sebuah aplikasi mobile yang digunakan untuk membeli berbagai produk yang ditawarkan oleh Pertamina secara online yang dapat dilakukan kapan pun dengan berbagai jangkauan area pembelian. Dalam pengembangnya terbagi menjadi beberapa modul yaitu payment, voucher, user, dan loyalty. Salah satu modul yang cukup penting adalah modul loyalty yang berisi fitur-fitur tentang keuntungan pengguna. Pengembangan aplikasi MyPertamina hampir keseluruhan menggunakan RESTful API. Dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan menggunakan RESTful API, perlu dilakukan pengujian terhadap RESTful API yang telah dibuat untuk meminimalisir kesalahan yang ada pada RESTful API. Terdapat berbagai metode pengujian perangkat lunak salah satunya adalah pengujian Black Box. Pengujian Black Box berfokus pada keluaran yang dihasilkan oleh sistem dan tidak melakukan pengujian pada kode sumber. Pada pengujian Black Box terdapat beberapa teknik pengujian salah satunya adalah Equivalence Partitioning. Penelitian melakukan perbandingan pengujian manual terhadap RESTful API dan mengimplementasikan pengujian otomatis menggunakan pytest. Pengujian manual dilakukan menggunakan postman. Sedangkan pengujian otomatis dijalankan menggunakan pytest. Kedua pengujian yang telah dilakukan memberikan hasil bahwa RESTful API yang dikembangkan telah sesuai dan berjalan dengan baik. <strong>Abstract </strong>Python boasts a robust testing community and offers exceptional built-in testing capabilities within its standard library. The Python environment includes a wide range of testing tools. Pytest is notable for its user-friendly interface and ability to handle increasingly complex testing requirements. This paper presents a procedural method of how firmware testing can occur and how this testing promotes quality software. The open-source tool selected for this paper is Pytest, a Python-based tool. Python performs several functions in the automated testing procedures. The paper also presents an optimal process that is used to perform an optimization of the entire testing. It Prioritizes the task of writing the test cases. To ensure code quality and proper functionality, create test cases before implementation. Test-driven development is a widely used strategy in software development. Python offers several testing frameworks for utilization. It is both cost-free and openly available for modification. Git allows you to collaborate on projects of varying scales. By employing Git, you can modify your code and preserve or commit those changes at your discretion. Additionally, this implies one can reverse any alterations they have already implemented. From the analysis, it is clear that the testing hardware has significant challenges when dealing with contemporary microprocessors, primarily due to their variety and intricate nature. Software-based self-testing is an alternative to hardware-based self-testing, where a microprocessor is tested based on its instruction set.

The paper concerns a comparison of selected tools for conducting automated unit tests of web applications. It focuses on the testing of server and client parts. The aim of the paper is to answer the questions: which tools work best in creating automatic tests of server and client applications. In the context of the server part, unittest and pytest – libraries based on the Python language – are compared. The comparison of the client part tools is carried out in the context of testing applications programmed with the Angular framework and pairs Jasmine and Jest together. The research is based on the results of test execution times of the prepared test applications. Analogous tests were programmed with each tool and repeated several times to obtain reliable results. The research showed that among the tools for testing server applications, unittest is the more efficient, while in the case of tools for testing client applications, Jasmine shows higher performance.

The proposed framework includes leveraging modern CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI, combined with automated testing, code quality checks, and containerization techniques using Docker and Kubernetes. For Java applications, the focus is on integrating tools like Maven, Gradle, and JUnit to ensure efficient builds, testing, and deployments. Meanwhile, Python pipelines utilize PyTest, virtual environments, and dependency management systems to enhance application stability and scalability. Key strategies include adopting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform for consistent environments, implementing microservices to decouple components, and leveraging cloud-native solutions for scalability. The subject of this study is multi-aspect screenshot testing as a modern method of automated dynamic verification of web applications, combining functional testing and user interface (UI) validation. Contemporary testing methods face challenges such as high labor intensity, false positives, and low scalability, especially in complex projects. The main objective of the research is to develop and implement a method that improves defect detection accuracy, reduces testing time, and lowers test case development costs. The study explores image comparison algorithms, dynamic element filtering techniques, and automated UI analysis approaches to enhance efficiency and standardization in the web application verification process. Unlike functional and UI testing conducted separately, the proposed method enables simultaneous analysis of multiple aspects of the interface and functionality, minimizing labor costs and increasing testing reliability. The approach employs automated comparison of reference and test screenshots at the pixel, structural element, and content levels using Python, Selenium, PIL, and Pytest-xdist for parallel test execution, effectively addressing the challenges of web application verification. Some researchers in the field of testing agree that the testing process lacks standardization and clear evaluation criteria. The proposed method ensures the achievement of verification objectives even under evolving strategies and approaches to system performance assessment by creating a flexible and precise validation system that integrates various testing types into a unified structure, making it suitable for modern software development challenges. The experimental section demonstrates the advantages of multi-aspect screenshot testing over other methods, including reduced testing time, improved defect detection accuracy, and enhanced analysis of test reports. Five new intramolecularly coordinated aluminum species, whose molecular structures have been elucidated in solution by NMR spectroscopy and in the solid state by single crystal X-ray analysis, are described. All species are equipped with a trisyl-based ligand with a pyridyl donor group [Pytsi stands for -C(SiMe3)2SiMe2(2-C5H4N)]. While the compound (Pytsi)AlMeCl was accessible either from Li(THF)(Pytsi) and MeAlCl2 or from (Pytsi)AlCl2 and LiMe, the tert-butyl derivative (Pytsi)AltBuCl could only be obtained from Li(THF)(Pytsi) and tBuAlCl2. Attempted synthesis of (Pytsi)AltBuCl from (Pytsi)AlCl2 and LitBu or from (Pytsi)AlCl2 and tBuMgCl failed. Three other compounds (3-5) were synthesized and can be described as derivatives of (Pytsi)AlMe2 with additional groups in the ortho position of the pyridyl group. Compound 3 carried a Me group in the ortho position, while compounds 4 and 5 were equipped with Ph and 2,6-diisopropylphenyl moieties, respectively.Key words: aluminum, trisyl ligands, methyl alanes.

However, existing platforms for MARL-based TSC research face challenges such as slow simulation speeds and convoluted, difficult-to-maintain codebases. To address these limitations, we introduce PyTSC, a robust and flexible simulation environment that facilitates the training and evaluation of MARL algorithms for TSC. PyTSC integrates multiple simulators, such as SUMO and CityFlow, and offers a streamlined API, enabling researchers to explore a broad spectrum of MARL approaches efficiently. PyTSC accelerates experimentation and provides new opportunities for advancing intelligent traffic management systems in real-world applications.

The increasing capabilities of quantum computing hardware and the challenge of realizing deep quantum circuits require fully automated and efficient tools for compiling quantum circuits. To express arbitrary circuits in a sequence of native gates specific to the quantum computer architecture, it is necessary to make algorithms portable across the landscape of quantum hardware providers. In this work, we present a compiler capable of transforming and optimizing a quantum circuit targeting a shuttling-based trapped-ion quantum processor. It consists of custom algorithms set on top of the quantum circuit framework Pytket. The performance was evaluated for a wide range of quantum circuits and the results show that the gate counts can be reduced by factors up to 5.1 compared to standard Pytket and up to 2.2 compared to standard Qiskit compilation.

This case report describes the extraordinary recovery of Father Ronald Pytel from valvular cardiac disease. Father Pytel had developed severe left ventricular dysfunction and congestive heart failure from aortic valvular disease. Following aortic valve replacement surgery, his condition did not improve. Following a healing Mass on the Feast Day of Blessed Faustina Kowalska and through her intercession, he demonstrated a complete recovery. The doctors of the Sacred Congregation for the Cause of Saints voted that the sudden change from a severely damaged left ventricle of the heart to a normal functioning left ventricle cannot be explained by natural medical science. This case was used in the process of Saint Faustina's canonization.

The rate constants of the reaction of triethylamine with ethyl iodide have been measured in 15 solvents at the temperatures of 293, 313, 333 and 373 K. The solvent characteristics by Kamlet and Taft and those by Pytela have been found to be excellently applicable to evaluation of influence of medium on this reaction at all the temperature mentioned. However, these methods give different results with regard to the proton-donor effects of solvents on the reaction.

Przedmiotem artykułu jest niepublikowany dotąd tekst profesora Czesława Zgorzelskiego ze zbiorów Biblioteki Uniwersyteckiej KUL, poświęcony Mickiewiczowskiemu rękopisowi nr 38, zawierającemu trzy drobne utwory liryczne: [Broń mnie przed sobą samym…], [Pytasz za co Bóg trochą sławy mnie ozdobił…] oraz [Gęby za lud walczące…]. W tekście tym autor stara się odpowiedzieć na pytania, w jaki sposób te trzy zapisy znalazły się na jednej stronie luźnej karty oraz jaka jest relacja między tymi zapisami. W toku analizy autor stwierdza, że Mickiewiczowski rękopis nie zawiera urywków – jak sądził Stanisław Pigoń – a samodzielne utwory, niewymagające uzupełnień ani dopełnień. Ponadto Zgorzelski stawia tezę, iż nie ma między tymi utworami powiązań dostatecznie wyrazistych, by można je było traktować jako wzajemne uzupełnienia. Prezentowany tekst został opatrzony wstępem oraz notą edytorską.

Human Cav1.3 (hCav1.3) is of great interest as a potential target for Parkinson’s disease. However, common medications like dihydropyridines (DHPs), a kind of classic calcium channel blocker, have poor selectivity to hCav1.3 in clinical treatment, mainly due to being implicated in cardiovascular side-effects mediated by human Cav1.2 (hCav1.2). Recently, pyrimidine-2,4,6-triones (PYTs) have received extensive attention as prominent selective inhibitors to hCav1.3. In this study, we describe the selectivity mechanism of PYTs for hCav1.2 and hCav1.3 based on molecular dynamic simulation methods. Our results reveal that the van der Waals (vdW) interaction was the most important force affecting selectivity. Moreover, the hydrophobic interaction was more conducive to the combination. The highly hydrophobic amino acid residues on hCav1.3, such as V162 (IR1), L303 (IR2), M481 (IR3), and F484 (IR3), provided the greatest contributions in the binding free energy. On the other hand, the substituents of a halogen-substituted aromatic ring, cycloalkyl and norbornyl on PYTs, which are pertinent to the steric hindrance of the compounds, played core roles in the selectivity and affinity for hCav1.3, whereas strong polar substituents needed to be avoided. The findings could provide valuable information for designing more effective and safe medicines for Parkinson’s disease.

This document aims to inform the readers about different use cases of NFT in the real and virtual world, with applications in the fashion industry. The paper aims to propose a methodology for creating NFT fashion projects. According to the proposed methodology, modelling of the ecosystem for the fashion industry based on NFT is presented. An example of creating an NFT collection, minting and realizing a transaction using a smart contract was also developed. The PyTeal programming language was used to develop the smart contract, and the Algorand platform and market were used to display transactions and minting.

Bevezetés: A számos különböző etiológiájú és természetű alsó húgyúti tünetek miatt, több kezelési eljárás áll rendelkezésünkre. Az 1980-as évek óta számos tanulmány foglalkozik a transurethralis termoterápia hatékonyságával. Anyag és módszer: Irodalmi kutatást végeztünk, ahol átfogó közleményeket és hatályos szakmai irányelveket kerestünk, amelyek a transurethralis termoterápiával foglalkoztak. BPH/LUTS-ban, illetve krónikus abakteriális prostatitis/CPPSben alkalmazott kezeléseket illető közleményeket külön bontva vizsgáltuk, valamint külön vizsgáltuk a speciális indikációs területeken (idős, polymorbid populáció, valamint fiatal, a szexuális funkciót prioritásként kezelő populáció) szerzett apasztalatokat. Eredmények: A rendelkezésre álló irodalmi adatok alapján mind a két, külön vizsgált betegségcsoportban jól tolerálható eredményes kezelésnek tarthatjuk a magas energiájú ransurethralis termoterápiát. Idős polymorbid, sebészeti beavatkozásra alkalmatlan betegeknél, valamint fiatal, a szexuális funkciót prioritásként tekintő betegeknél is ajánlható minimál invazív eljárás a termoterápia. Következtetés: A magas energiájú transurethralis mikrohullámú kezelés, a megfelelő kivizsgálási algoritmusok után felállított helyes indikációval végezve, biztonságos, jól tolerálható, effektív, a hatályos európai és amerikai irányelveknek megfelelő kezelésnek számít, a férfiak nem neurogén eredetű alsó húgyúti tüneteinek kezelésében.

The sparingly soluble technetium(I) complex [TcI(NO)Cl2(PPh3)2(CH3CN)] (1) slowly dissolves during reactions with 2,2′-dipyridyl ditelluride, (2-pyTe)2, 2,2′-dipyridyl diselenide, (2-pySe)2, or 2,2′-dipyridyl disulfide, (2-pyS)2, under formation of deeply colored solutions. Blue (Te compound) or red solids (Se compound) of the composition [{TcI(NO)Cl2(PPh3)2}2{µ2-(2-pyE)2}], E = Te (3), Se (4), precipitate from the reaction solutions upon addition of toluene. They represent the first technetium complexes with dichalcogenides. While [{TcI(NO)Cl2(PPh3)}2{µ2-(2-pyTe)2}] (3) is the sole product, a small amount of a second product, [TcII(NO)Cl2(PPh3)(2-pySe)] (5), was obtained from the respective mother solution of the reaction with the diselenide. From the corresponding reaction between 1 and (2-pyS)2, the technetium(II) compound, [TcII(NO)Cl2(PPh3)(2-pyS)] (6), could be isolated exclusively. The products were studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and spectroscopic methods including 99Tc NMR for the technetium(I) products and EPR spectroscopy for the Tc(II) complexes. The experimental results are accompanied by DFT considerations, which help to rationalize the experimental observations.

Akkermansia muciniphila is a champion of mucin degradation in the human gastrointestinal tract. Here, we report the isolation of six novel strains from healthy human donors and their genomic, proteomic and physiological characterization in comparison to the type-strains A. muciniphila MucT and A. glycaniphila PytT. Complete genome sequencing revealed that, despite their large genomic similarity (&gt;97.6%), the novel isolates clustered into two distinct subspecies of A. muciniphila: Amuc1, which includes the type-strain MucT, and AmucU, a cluster of unassigned strains that have not yet been well characterized. CRISPR analysis showed all strains to be unique and confirmed that single healthy subjects can carry more than one A. muciniphila strain. Mucin degradation pathways were strongly conserved amongst all isolates, illustrating the exemplary niche adaptation of A. muciniphila to the mucin interface. This was confirmed by analysis of the predicted glycoside hydrolase profiles and supported by comparing the proteomes of A. muciniphila strain H2, belonging to the AmucU cluster, to MucT and A. glycaniphila PytT (including 610 and 727 proteins, respectively). While some intrinsic resistance was observed among the A. muciniphila straind, none of these seem to pose strain-specific risks in terms of their antibiotic resistance patterns nor a significant risk for the horizontal transfer of antibiotic resistance determinants, opening the way to apply the type-strain MucT or these new A. muciniphila strains as next generation beneficial microbes.

High spatial resolution and geolocation accuracy canopy evapotranspiration (ET) maps are well suited tools for evaluation of small plot field trials. While creating such a map by use of an energy balance model is routinely performed, the acquisition of the necessary imagery at a suitable quality is still challenging. An UAV based thermal/RGB integrated imaging system was built using the RaspberryPi (RPi) microcomputer as a central unit. The imagery served as input to the two-source energy balance model pyTSEB to derive the ET map. The setup’s flexibility and modularity are based on the multiple interfaces provided by the RPi and the software development kit (SDK) provided for the thermal camera. The SDK was installed on the RPi and used to trigger cameras, retrieve and store images and geolocation information from an onboard GNSS rover for PPK processing. The system allows acquisition of 8 cm spatial resolution thermal imagery from a 60 m height of flight and less than 7 cm geolocation accuracy of the mosaicked RGB imagery. Modelled latent heat flux data have been validated against latent heat fluxes measured by eddy covariance stations at two locations with RMSE of 75 W/m2 over a two-year study period.

Zwitterionic compounds such as pyridine-containing tellurenyl compounds are interesting building blocks for heterometallic assemblies. They can act as ambiphilic donor/acceptors as is shown by the products of reactions of the zwitterions HpyTeCl2 or HCF3pyTeCl2 with the rhenium(V) complex [ReOCl3(PPh3)2]. The products have a composition of [ReO2Cl(pyTeCl)(PPh3)2] and [ReO2Cl(CF3pyTeCl)(PPh3)2] with central {O=Re=O…Te(Cl)p⏠y}+ units. The Re-O bonds in the products are elongated by approximately 0.1 Å compared with those to the terminal oxido ligands and establish Te…O contacts. Thus, the normally easily assigned concept of oxidation states established at the two metal ions becomes questionable (ReV/TeII vs. ReIII/TeIV). A simple bond length consideration rather leads to a description with the coordination of a mesityltellurenyl(II) chloride unit to an oxido ligand of the Re(V) center, but the oxidation of the tellurium ion and the formation of a tellurinic acid chloride cannot be ruled out completely from an analysis of the solid-state structures. DFT calculations (QTAIM, NBO analysis) give clear support for the formation of a Re(V) dioxide complex donating into an organotellurium(II) chloride and the alternative description can at most be regarded as a less favored resonance structure.

Mood-Up is an emotion detection system that identifies the current mood of the user and attempts to modify/alter the mood by giving the user some things to do based on the recognized emotion. The project aims to build a system that would try to give the users emotion-based recommendations that would help them light up their mood for good. HAAR feature-based cascade classifiers have been used along with OpenCV in Python to recognize faces and evaluate expressions and mood. The face detection is done using the HAAR Cascades. The core to the program is the recommendation system. It is a simple conditional system that would use the different emotions as keywords to present user with various options he/she can choose. The system recognizes if the user is sad, angry or happy and based on the classification, the recommendation system presents options. The idea behind Mood-Up is to help the user and change his mood for good and therefore the system is made very interactive. The use of Pyttsx module allows the program to talk to the user interactively. To make it interactive on both sides, Mood-Up utilizes the power of speech recognition and eliminates typing process completely. Everything the user needs to give in as input or the choices he/she makes are all voice oriented. The program identifies what the user is saying and proceeds with the recommendations.

An outstanding urological surgeon and nephrologist, a talented scientist and teacher, a major healthcare organizer, the founder of the largest domestic school of urologists and nephrologists, Hero of Socialist Labor (1978), Academician of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences (1974) and the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (1992), Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation (1998), three-time laureate of the USSR State Prize (1971, 1984, 1990), laureate of the USSR Council of Ministers Prize (1981), chief urologist of the USSR and Russian Ministry of Health, Chairman of the All-Union and Russian Societies of Urologists (1972–2012), Professor Nikolai Alekseevich Lopatkin was born on February 18, 1924 in Moscow into a doctor’s family. In 1941, he entered the 1st Moscow Medical Institute named after I. M. Sechenov, from which in 1943 he was transferred to the 2nd Moscow Medical Institute named after N. I. Pirogov. In 1947, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and was enrolled in residency at the Department of Faculty Surgery of the 2nd Moscow Medical Institute, which he successfully completed in 1950 and was elected to the position of assistant of the Department. In 1953, he defended his candidate’s dissertation and in the same year was transferred to the Department of Urology of the 2nd MMI, where under the supervision of the Professor A. Ya. Pytel, he worked as the assistant, Associate Professor and Professor of the Department, and in 1967, he was elected the head of the Department of Urology and Surgical Nephrology. In 1959, he defended his doctoral dissertation “Renal Angiography”. He introduced general anesthesia with tracheal intubation and artificial ventilation into urological practice, as well as numerous cutting-edge methods of diagnosing and treating urological diseases. In 1958, together with A. Ya. Pytel, he was the first in our country to use the “artificial kidney” apparatus, and later took direct part in organizing hemodialysis departments in urological clinics in the USSR. In 1972, Nikolai Alekseevich organized the All-Union Society of Urologists of the USSR, which he headed until 1991, and was the chairman of the Russian Society of Urologists until 2012. For many years, he served as the chief urologist of the USSR Ministry of Health. On the initiative of N. A. Lopatkin, the Research Institute of Urology of the USSR Ministry of Health was created in Moscow, which he headed from 1979 to 2007. Nikolai Alekseevich was the author and co-author of more than 800 scientific and scientific-practical works, including 40 monographs, manuals and textbooks. Under his supervision, 25 doctoral and about 50 candidate dissertations were defended. Academician N.A. Lopatkin died on September 16, 2013 and was buried at the Vagankovo Cemetery in Moscow.
