Theoretical study describes force analysis and quality of surface when milling. In the experiment the emphasis is on determining forces and surface quality in milling in response to changes in feed rate. Especially determination of specific cutting force kc and cutting force Fc at materials from aluminium alloy AlSi9Cu3, titanium alloy Ti6Al4V and steel C45, the used tool was a milling cutter for high feeds. In the experimental section is furthermore contained statistical evaluation data which demonstrate a certain prediction changes of cutting load and surface roughness when changing feeds.

This thesis deals with the analysis of micromotion of a single charged calcium ion trapped inside the linear Paul's ion trap and the influence of residual micromotion on the systematic frequency shifts of the clock transition of calcium ion. The fundamental properties of the motion of an ion confined within linear Paul's ion trap are shown in general using a theoretical description. The micromotion component of the overall motion is especially emphasized. A model expressing micromotion in the axial direction of the trap is introduced on the basis of the results of the numerical calculation of electric fields inside the trap. The model is compared to the reality experimentally. Then, the photon-correlation method of detection of micromotion is introduced and subsequently used to minimize and to estimate a measure of residual micromotion in all spacial directions. According to the achievable measure of residual micromotion, the systematic frequency shifts caused by this micromotion are estimated. It can be seen that we are able to reach uncertainties of the relative frequency shifts due to micromotion below 10^20. We expect that uncertainty of total motional systematic frequency shift is in our case limited by thermal motion.

The diploma thesis addresses the topic of optical measurements of flange joints during tightening and thermal loading. Commercially available optical systems with decreasing invasiveness were compared in opportunity which offer to an industrial environment. Various conditions are evaluated in 3D (scanning, DIC) as well as in 2D (DIC). The data for evaluation of sensitivity and system accuracy together with the evaluation of the data range were obtained by the measurement. Data evaluation showed the same accuracy for 2D and 3D system and the possibility of quality inspection of the joint by assessing the inspection dimensions in operation.

Simple prototypes of the linear positioning stage were designed and incorporated as part of a multiaxis sample manipulator for a UHV Scanning Tunneling Microscopy / Atomic Force Microscopy (STM/AFM). Different types of position encoders and linear guideways are discussed. Implementation of the homodyne interferometer as an optimization tool for a slip-stick based linear stage is described. Scalar diffraction theory is used to model the diffraction grating optical position encoder behavior.

The work examines on the basis of which principles this effect occurs. Then it is described, what kind of relations these characters have with each other, and how they influence each other during the narration. A few rules are set on the basis of the particular film examples, which fulfilment contributes to this effect. The aim of this work is to explain the difference between the function of a protagonist and the main character of a viewer. It also classifies types of stories, where the effect of a dual concept of a character occurs most often.

Mesh Flow theory is explained in detail, which is fundamental for todays organic modelling. In process of making character, all acquired knowledge will be used. In stages all theoretical and practical processes of mapping, texturing and skinning will be explained. Demonstration of how junction of different applications may achieve greater speed, effectiveness and quality during process of making model and textures will be presented. Last chapter of this thesis is devoted to programming an application to display character in OpenGL.

I am leaving the school full of fresh experiences and this diploma work is an opportunity for me to judge my activity in DAMU, to recall some moments, to organize them and to give names to these experiences, which remind in my memory in a form of feelings and impressions.
I will go chronologically through each period of my studding, describe my work on the received tasks in view of actor's tools and themes of characters. Sometimes I will stop, once because of a new idea, once because of problems, that I had to get through.

This Diploma Thesis is focused on new procedures in recruitment. Special attention is primarily given to online recruitment and coherent social networks. The major objective is to assess recruitment procedure in a particular company, especially whether and to what extent the company focuses on external environment, accepts current trends and applies new methods of recruitment. Based on superior enquiry, the analysis of current state of the recruitment process was made. As a next step, using comparison of this analysis with the theoretical foundations led to identification of weaknesses and strengths of the process. It was found that analysed company is trying to accept new trends, however, there were identified drawbacks, which could be eliminated by introduction of formulated optimization proposals.

The master thesis Reconstruction Methods in the Documentary Film analyses the various methods of preparation and production of the type of documentary film that is called documentary reconstruction. At the first instance it is trying to separate and define the terms from this field, and to distinct the documentary reconstruction from the feature film and also the documentary method of reconstruction from reportage. It examines in details the reasons for which a director should choose one or the other method. Subsequently specifies the different types of the documentary reconstruction techniques and researches their positive and negative aspects. It takes into account the fact that during the production of any documentary it is very hard to distinguish the differences between the reconstruction and reportage methods and that therefore in practice they often merge. All analyses presented herein are done on the examples of eight selected films from a various periods of the documentary film history, and tend to identify the influences that the technologic development had on them. Therefore this films are somewhere on the border between the reconstruction and reportage documentary, with occasional involvement of feature elements.

Thesis deals with the psychology of the film character, and therefore comes out with the introduction to the analytical theory of C.G.Jung. The second part deals with the character of mother in the film ?Todo sobre mi madre? by Pedro Alomodovar viewed like a fairy?tale as seen through the prism of Jung?s archetypes. Thesis tries to stress the practical application of the film character theories in the film making. The film character psychology and psyconalysis appears to be the most practically useful in the editing process.

This master´s thesis deals with QFN packages soldering and technology procedures optimization. The aim of theoretical part is description of QFN packages, their assembly and reflow soldering on PCB in HONEYWELL. The aim of the practical part is to propose a method of measuring temperature and optimizing the thermal profiles of selected PCB with QFN packages by using convection (HONEYWELL) and infrared (BUT) reflow ovens. Comparison and evaluation of thermal profiles for 3 production PCBś with QFN packages using solder paste AIM NC257-2 were realised. The main part of master´s thesis are appearance evaluation of solder joints, preparing microsection and measuring intermetallic layers thickness by using the optical and the scanning electron microscopes, analysation and study of QFN defects created during soldering proces. These tests were performed with 2 production PCB´s. Optimization of SPI and soldering technology procedures where were analyzed QFN packages were processed on one type of PCB. Interesting part of this diplomma thesis is creating of the 3D heat transfer model of QFN package during the reflow soldering in SolidWorks.

The theoretical part also describes the alternating voltage measurement standard Datron 4920 and its measurement functions together with the calibration routines. The main aim of thesis is to create the calibration procedures AVMS Datron 4920. Based on the created calibration procedures, a flowchart of application for calibration routines is designed. The practical part then continues with programming application for calibrating AVMS Datron 4920 based on the created flowchart. In conclusion, the application is tested at selected points of measurement and an analysis of measurement uncertainties is carried out.

The project consists of two distinct levels i.e. separation level and diagnostic level. At the separation level, statistical models of gaussians and color are separately used to classify each pixel as belonging to backgroung or foreground. Adopted method is mixture of gaussians.A mixture of gaussians model is suitable here because the results of the picture tests will not depend on the lens opening, but rather on the colors in the backgroung. A mixture of gaussians model for return data seems reasonable. The achieved results the used method on the real sequences are presented in the thesis. Diagnostic level is identified human body on the scene. Adopted method is ASM(Active Shape Models) with PCA(Principal Component Analysis). ASM are statistical models of the shape of human bodies which iteratively deform to fit to an example of the object in a new image.

The first part of the thesis contains summary of generally known basic calculation relations used in calculations of heat exchangers and a detailed description of a given heat exchanger.The second part of the thesis provides a description of available calculation methods of a given aparatus required for its thermal and hydraulic calculation. The final part describes application POST in 1.0 which has been formed on the basis of these calculation methods. Using this application check calculation of exchanger with cross-flow tube bundle was carried out and gained figures compared with results gained by means of professional calculation program HTRI.

Antioxidant properties and some other characteristics of selected organic and conventional products (wine, spelt flours) were evaluated in view of their potential utilization as markers suitable for food unambiguous differentiation according to the affiliation to production system. Beside these, study of fruit juices stability during storage in dependence on different technological procedures of juice processing was performed. In both cases, combination of dominantly EPR and UV/VIS spectroscopy but also other methods (e.g., HPLC, AAS, electrophoresis) was applied to evaluate the stability and antioxidant properties of selected samples. Statistical methods, especially methods of multivariate statistics were used to assess the influence of production and technological-processing operations on antioxidant status of foods and their selected characteristics. Qualitative analysis of Slovak and foreign organic and conventional wines proved that their antioxidant properties are influenced by production system, vintage and variety. On the basis of statistical analysis, descriptors of AAE, kTEMPOL and %RS were selected as the most powerful markers for Slovak organic and conventional wines discrimination. The discrimination of white and red organic and conventional wines possessed 100% and 95.2% correctness, respectively. High correctness of differentiation of Slovak and foreign wines was also achieved. Monitored descriptors of antioxidant activity of spelt flours varied in dependence on season, origin, variety, production system and depend also on way of spelt treatment, although this effect is not so significant. It was also confirmed that the type of extraction agent substantially affects the composition of extracts including polyphenols and flavonoids concentration, affecting thus also their antioxidant activity. Mixture of 50% ethanol/water was selected as the most promising extraction system. Although the results of individual spectroscopic assays revealed high variability and often ambiguous trends, the differences found were sufficient for successful differentiation of both wines and spelt flour samples according to the selected criteria by multivariate statistical processing of the data. Influence of changes in technological procedures of fruit juice processing (nitrogen atmosphere application, utilization of caps with oxygen scavengers) on radical-scavenging properties of 100% pineapples juices with pieces of pineapple and 100% orange juices with pulp was assessed as well. Results obtained proved that antioxidant activity of juices varied in dependence on storage conditions (temperature, storage time, light exposure) and depends also on origin, variety and quality of fruit used. However, the application of nitrogen atmosphere and active packaging materials is not sufficient enough to eliminate the oxidation reactions in juices, but changes in antioxidant activity are better predictable. It can be concluded that EPR spectroscopy could be effectively applied for wines and spelt flours differentiation according to the way of production and to assess the stability of food products, either alone or in combination of UV/VIS spectroscopy and the other methods, utilizing multivariate statistics for processing of experimental data.

The work focuses on new processes for the preparation of lactic acid derivatives. The main objective was to verify the feasibility of preparing high molecular weight polylactide using ethyl lactate as a precursor of lactide synthesis. Part of the work is devoted to the new ethyl lactate synthesis method. The experimental part of the thesis is divided into partial key steps on the way from the lactic acid to the high molecular polylactide. The preparation of anhydrous ethyl ester of lactic acid (EtLA) was solved in an innovative way using alcoholysis of the oligomeric lactic acid. A kinetic model for isothermal alcoholysis and equimolar reactants ratio was derived from this method. The ethyl lactate was oligomerized by transesterification into the low and high molecular weight oligomer with the help of newly found catalysts suitable for the reaction medium. Stannous lactate was used as catalyst for oligomerization of the low molecular weight polymer suitable for the preparation of lactide (Mn 1000 g.mol-1). Experimental polymerization of ethyl lactate into high molecular weight product in tens of kDa has been investigated with newly synthesized tetraethyllactoyl titanate, Ti(EtLA)4. The laboratory method was derived for the depolymerization of the oligomer into lactide. Optimal conditions found for lactidation are as follow: temperature 225 ° C, pressure 2 kPa, catalysis 0,05 mol% of stannous lactate (with respect to oligomer lactate units). The prepared lactide was refined to polymer grade purity by distillation and subsequent recrystallization from ethyl acetate and toluene. The method for the preparation of high molecular weight PLA through ROP polymerization of lactide has been optimized. By optimization, suitable catalyst concentration was found in combination with the polymerization temperature and the polymerization length. An equimolar mixture of Tin 2-ethylhexanoate and 1-decanol was used as the catalytic system. The optimal ROP conditions for achieving the maximum molecular weight and suppressed polymer coloration (yellowing) are: catalyst concentration 0,01 mol%, temperature 160 °C, and polymerization length 4 hours. PLA with molecular weight Mw= 447 ± 7,8 kg.mol-1 was prepared at these conditions and good repeatability of the result was achieved. The effect of naturally occurring lactide contaminants and their influence on the course and ROP result was experimentally verified on the optimized polymerization system. The purpose was to explore the effect of lactide contamination with water and ethanol as natural lactide contaminants. The results clearly confirm the orderly lower sensitivity of the polymerization system for the presence of ethanol as compared to water contamination. In the case of the presence of water, the course and the result of the polymerization in terms of both the conversion and achieved molecular weights are negatively affected, even when the water content is in the order of 0,001%. Conversely, the presence of ethanol has a positive effect on lactide conversion and polymer polydispersity. Lactides with an alcohol content of about one-tenth of a percent are suitable to reach molecular weights of PLA similar to commercially available products. This difference shoves a significant advantage in the proposed technology of preparing PLA from ethyl lactate, especially for easier purification of crude lactide into polymer grade purity.

The work deals with a complex analysis of displacements and deformations of one bridge span of the railway bridge "Gagarin". The bridge structure was since 2009 annually measured. In addition to long-term monitoring of the bridge a 24-hour automatized monitoring was conducted in 2015 using robotic total station. The results of monitoring enables the analysis of displacements and deformations, analysis of measurement accuracy and also environmental influences on the structure - determination of the temperature dependence of deformations. Another part of the work is evaluating the long-term stability of the height reference frame that was used for geodetic epoch measuring of the bridge columns. The results of the work are the values of detected displacements and deformations, their graphical illustration, geometric interpretation and relevant characteristics of accuracy.

Dále jsou formulovány pohyby hada ve směru vektorových polí a jejich kombinace, které zajišťují základní pohyby v prostoru (rotace a translace). Tyto pohyby jsou na závěr simulovány v prostředí V-REP.

The main goal of this project was to familiarize readers with the techniques used in real-time animation of 3D characters. This work is focused on two types of animation: keyframe animation and skeletal animation. There are described algorithms for software and hardware accelerated model deformations, keyframe interpolations, animation blending, inverse kinematics and ragdoll. The result of this project is a framework, which consists of an animation library, examples demonstrating library functions and tools for export animations from 3D Studio Max and MilkShape 3D.

The thesis deals with the evaluation of displacements and deformation of the large span wooden roof structure of the aquapark hall in Brno - Kohoutovice. The task of this work is to compare and verify the applicability of the laser scanning method for the evaluation of displacements and deformation. The comparison was performed with regard to the polar method with quantities measured by the total station. As part of the work, two-stage measurements were performed on the basis of which a comparison of both methods was performed. The data obtained by the polar method were processed using LSM, the data from laser scanning were processed in an Excel spreadsheet. A comparison of the two methods shows that we have achieved a similar level of accuracy with the laser scanning method when compared to the polar method. It is therefore possible to use the laser scanning method to measure displacements and deformation.

Why we are satisfied only by viewing and listennig actors from outer perspective? These are questions. I am asking myself during whole thesis. I am finding the answers using my experiences gained during my last year when have created several dramatic figures on stage in Disk theatre, the last place when I could feel protected from outer theatre space. This thesis examines my method of portraying theatrical characters throught the main ideas and dramatic theories of Denis Diderot, Konstantin Sergeyevich Stanislavsky and Bertolt Brecht. I perceive the themes of blending with a character and keeping a distance from a character as a question of sense and sensibility in theater, i.e. a question of conscious acting as opposed to acting which stems from the subconscious. While constantly rehearsing new roles and searching for my theatrical self, I came across three mutually contradictory dramatic theories and began to feel a need to confront them. In this thesis, I compare Diderot's Paradox of Acting, Stanislavsky's Method and Brecht's approach to one another while commenting on them from the perspective of my own acting experience. I further elaborate on my acting experience in the chapter about Letovisko, my second graduation play at the Disk Theatre. It is in this chapter where I answer most of my questions related to my acting. Another acting experience described in this thesis is my work on two productions of Bertold Brecht's Drums in the Night. I compare a version me and my classmates rehearsed in our second semester and a different, altered version we created four years later

This master‘s thesis deals with the issue of acting freedom and responsibility and consists of chronologically presented experience from school and professional practice. It is complemented by the possibilities of cultivating actor's freedom and, at the same time, it deals with mistakes that do not lead to it. Basic principles crucial for rehearsing and performing comedy are further revealed. The author intersperses practical experience with the positives and negatives of repetitions and compares them with professional literature. The subtext and requirements necessary for a deeper understanding of character's psychology are described as well. Character's actions and the conscious choice of body language are both discussed. In conclusion, the author's view on the topic of stage aesthetics and self-observation is compared with that of highly regarded actor. The subject of the thesis is an attempt at self-reflection.

For the given issue, it is necessary to recall the conditions under which the party originated, what inspirations created the basis of its policy principles, what the party promoted at the times of its origin, who the founder of the party was and, last but not least, who created its opposition - political, nonpolitical and personal. All of the above stated factors, and many more, have more or less influenced its following development. Therefore the first part of the study shall be dedicated to the CDP's "origin" and functioning in the political system until the conclusion of the opposition agreement. This diploma thesis deals with special phraseological units called binomials. The aim of this thesis is to analyse Czech translation options of German binomials. The thesis is divided into two parts: a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of the comparison of Czech and German approaches to phraseology and idiomatics based on the work of František Čermák and Harald Burger. Definitions of binomials in both approaches are compared and the topic of equivalence and the concept of translation procedures as drafted by Pavel Krejčí is introduced further in this part as well as the model of translation shifts by Anton Popovič. In the empirical part of the thesis, we concentrate on 100 units from the list of binomials put together by Wernfried Hofmeister in the Czech InterCorp corpus and examine the Czech translation options of these German binomials. Further, we analyse the translation variants primarily in terms of equivalence, translation shifts and procedures. In the conclusion of the thesis, the results are evaluated and possible areas of further research are recommended.
