This article attempts to characterize legal terminology in the Podlasie official documents of the second part of the XVIth century. It follows from the research that Knyszyn writers used legal terms that were in use in the XVIth century Poland. The Podlasie documents include native names deriving from a pre-Slavonic (e.g. law, plaintiff, warranty) and Old Polish (for example : jednacz [mediator] , poręka [warrantor] , rzecznik [advocate]) language, as well as the names which appeared in the Polish language of the XVIth century (e. g . kuna [tether, handcuff], porucznik [commissioner], poruka [warranty] ) . In the Knyszyn city records there are also foreign terms: German (e.g. burmistrz [mayor], wargielt [compensation], wójt [village administrator]) and Latin (e.g. apelacja [appeal], instancja [instance] , plenipotencja [proxy]) .

Annotation:

Uspostava jedinstvenog tržišta Unije i ostvarenje „četiri slobode“ je zahtijevalo integraciju poreskih sistema u članicama EU. Dosadašnji pristup poreskoj integraciji u EU, koji se u sferi indirektnih poreza oslanjao na pozitivnu poresku integraciju putem zakonodavstva, a u sferi direktnih poreza na restriktivne institucionalne i sudske mehanizme, pokazao se neefikasnim u regionalnim (širenje Unije) i globalnim procesima. Globalna finansijska i ekonomska kriza je razotkrila sve slabosti u fragmentiranom poreskom sistemu EU. Balansirajući između ustavom Unije zagarantovane poreske suverenosti članica i potrebe za poreskom koordinacijom EU je najavila strategiju za reformu poreskog sistema Unije. Strategija se zasniva na kombinaciji dva metoda integracije EU, metoda zajednice i metoda međuvladine saradnje, i interakciji mehanizama poreske koordinacije i mehanizma pozitivne integracije poreza zakonodavnim putem. Nova poreska strategija treba doprinijeti integraciji direktnih poreza na nivou EU u obimu koji će ubrzati fiskalnu konsolidaciju i ekonomski razvoj, podržati funkcionisanje jedinstvenog tržišta Unije u punom kapacitetu, ali i ostvarenje dugoročnih ciljeva razvoja EU do 2020.godine.

Porezni sistem BiH predstavlja jedan od ključnih nositelja u održavanju stabilnosti i poticanju razvoja gospodarstva BiH. PDV prevare nisu ozbiljna prijetnja samo za prihode države BiH nego i za funkcioniranje cjelokupnog tržišta, pa se može reći da su to specijalni oblici kriminala, koji nanose veću materijalnu, odnosno finansijsku štetu nego klasični kriminal i predstavljaju izuzetno društveno opasno ponašanje fizičkih ili pravnih lica. Borba protiv PDV prevara i općenito prevara po osnovu neizravnih poreza u svim porama sistema, a posebno u tužiteljstvu i policiji, neophodan je uvjet za opstanak sistema. Vršenje kaznenih djela iz oblasti neizravnih poreza može biti podstaknuto nekažnjavanjem ili nedovoljnim kažnjavanjem, što veoma brzo može dovesti do bogaćenja određenih slojeva društva koji postaju elita u ekonomskom i političkom životu. Takvi slojevi društva prvenstveno su loša slika i loši predstavnici naše države jer takvim postupanjem upućuju na ponašanja puna ličnih interesa i vode zemlju ka putu egoizma, što nikako ne bi trebalo predstavljati ideal kojem treba težiti, već upravo suprotno. Jedino odlučna borba, uz primjenu i preventivnih i represivnih metoda suzbijanja prijevara, u kojoj nema mjesta za nedodirljive, treba postati kategorički imperativ ponašanja i djelovanja. Važnost ovog Zbornika ponajviše se ističe u jasnom naglašavanju panoramske širine, umijeća i snage oblikovanja znanstvenog i intelektualnog interesa i doprinosa profesora Nikole Viskovića. Zajednički nazivnik svih priloga u knjizi jest poruka da povijest nomosa kao temeljne preokupacije teoretičara prava nije zanimljiva sama po sebi, već je ona prije svega važna zbog nemjerljivog značenja za razvoj i društveni utjecaj pravne i političke teorije do današnjih dana. Vješto razvijajući širok raspon intelektualnog interesa kroz različita područja prava, politike i kulture, Viskovićev élan vital rezultirao je produkcijom koja je, uspinjući se s plana pravne teorije na druge životne intelektualne, političke, kulturne, ekološke i druge teme i planove, uspješno razotkrivala – i još uvijek to čini – sva važna stanja, probleme, aktere i pravce suvremenog pravnog diskursa. Zalažući se prije svega za ozbiljno kritičko preispitivanje postojećeg državnopravnog poretka, u kojoj kritici njegovo integralno poimanje prava (svaka je pravna pojava spoj društvenih odnosa, vrijednosti i normi) natkriljuje svaki njegov redukcionizam, profesor Nikola Visković pojavljuje se i ostaje uporni, konstruktivni i dostojni akter one duge i bogate intelektualne tradicije koja u analizi stalnih i otvorenih tenzija između “činjenica i normi” (Faktizität und Geltung) neumorno i nezaustavljivo propituje i traži humani i časni smisao prava i politike.

From 1970 to 1984 Ann Kleimola and Horace William Dewey wrote a series of articles exploring the concept of poruka (suretyship) in pre-Petrine Russia. Kleimola and Dewey called the variety of communities where poruka applied the collectives. The present article argues that the Soviet state used the collectives, borrowed as a concept from French utopian socialists, as vehicles for bonding its subjects with poruka and thus extending state control down to the smallest social groups and organizations. The article examines in detail the original Soviet theory and practice of using poruka bonds in the educational collectives of Anton Makarenko’s youth delinquent colonies. Makarenko’s experience, proliferated in fictionalized accounts, articles and lectures, became the foundation of the Soviet suretyship-based collectives.

Najverjetneje v prvih letih Vespazijanovega vladanja je nastalo dramsko delo z naslovom Oktavija neznanega avtorja. Delo prikazuje žalostno usodo Neronove prve žene Oktavije, ki so jo kot trinajstletno deklico poročili z bodočim cesarjem, ta pa jo je po devetih letih nesrečnega zakona najprej izgnal in jo dal kmalu zatem usmrtiti. Prispevek obravnava zgodovinsko ozadje dramskega dogajanja in s tem namenom kratko predstavlja poglavitne dogodke, ki so vodili v tragično smrt Neronove prve žene. Kot glavni mejniki obravnavanega dogajanja so izpostavljeni: Agripinina poroka s cesarjem Klavdijem, Oktavijina poroka z Neronom in Neronova poroka s Popejo Sabino, ob tem pa tudi usmrtitve najožjih članov Neronove družine: Klavdija, Britanika, Agripine, Oktavije in na koncu Popeje Sabine.

Socijalna podrška tugujućim osobama predstavlja važnu psiho- lošku oblast, koja se u nekoliko poslednjih decenija nalazi u foku- su sve većeg broja empirijskih studija. Međutim, u domaćoj nauci fenomen pružanja verbalne podrške ožalošćenima tek počinje da se uvodi u repertoar istraživačkih problema. Stoga je osnovni cilj ovog istraživanja bio pionirski poduhvat, koji je podrazume- vao konstruisanje upitnika za ispitivanje suportivnog potencijala poruka koje neposredno socijalno okruženje uobičajeno upućuje pojedincima u procesu žaljenja zbog smrti bliske osobe. Pored Upitnika podrške tugujućima, u radu su prikazane faktorska struk- tura, kao i psihometrijske karakteristike novokonstruisanog instru- menta. Drugi cilj istraživanja odnosio se na utvrđivanje stepena (ne)korisnosti različitih poruka upućenih ožalošćenima, a ispitan je i odnos između doživljene korisnosti poruka i stepena njihove usmerenosti na tugujuću osobu. Istraživanje je sprovedeno na prigodnom uzorku od 301 ispitanika. Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju na to da se radi o validnom i pouzdanom instrumentu, čija se kom- pozitn1a struktura sastoji od pet dimenzija: Socijalna podrška, Minimiziranje osećanja tugujućeg, Isticanje religijske perspektive, Komplimentiranje i normalizacija osećanja tugujućeg i Nuđenje konkretne pomoći. Drugi deo rezultata potvrđuje očekivanje da stepen usmerenosti na osobu predstavlja odgovarajuće teorijsko objašnjenje različitog intenziteta delotvornosti poruka upućenih osobama u procesu tugovanja.

O trabalho realizado tem como principal objectivo obter cerâmicos tricamada porosa/densa/porosa de YSZ (sigla inglesa para Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia), com micro e macroporosidade de geometria ajustável, recorrendo a réplicas de materiais orgânicos fibrosos e particulados, bem como obter células electroquímicas de alta temperatura por inflitração de soluções de precursores adequados nas camadas porosas de YSZ. Recorreu-se a várias técnicas de caracterização tais como o cálculo de densidades aparentes pela relação volume:massa e pela espessura das diferentes camadas, Método de Arquimedes, Microscopia Electrónica de Varrimento, Análises Térmicas de ATD/TG e Difracção de Raios X. Foram estudadas diversas variáveis nomeadamente, escolha e selecção de agentes porogéneos – fibrosos e particulados –, composição da mistura que dará origem às camadas porosas, isto é, equilíbrio entre o volume incorporado de agente porogéneo e de pó cerâmico, bem como a relação entre o agente fibroso e o particulado; testes para seleccionar entre o ciclo de sinterização convencional e o ciclo de sinterização em duas etapas e eventuais melhorias no processamento cerâmico. Os agentes porogéneos seleccionados foram as fibras de celulose enquanto agente fibroso, e amido de milho enquanto agente particulado. Relativamente à composição, veio a provar-se dos testes efectuados que aquela que mais se adequa e melhores resultados apresentou apresenta 70% de agente porogéneo e 30% de pó cerâmico, 3-YSZ. Quanto à relação entre os dois agentes porogéneos na mistura, veio a evidenciar-se a necessidade de incorporar uma quantidade substancialmente maior de fibras de celulose, 70 - 80% e, 20 a 30% de amido de milho. A co-sinterização de multicamadas cerâmicas, com e sem agentes porogéneos, recorrendo a ciclos em duas etapas permitiu obter estruturas multicamada densa-porosa em que as camadas porosas apresentam, num corpo mecanicamente estável, simultaneamente macroporosidade e nanoporosidade, enquanto que as camadas densas apresentam níveis de densificação superiores a 95%. ABSTRACT: The main goal of this work was to obtain triple-layered ceramics porous/dense/porous of YSZ (Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia), with micro and macroporosity of adjustable geometry, using fibrous and particles organic materials, as also obtain high temperature electrochemical cells by impregnation of appropriate precursors solutions on the porous layers of YSZ. Several characterization techniques were used in particular the determination of the apparent density by the relationship between volume:mass and the thickness of the different layer, Archimedes’s Method, Scanning Electronic Microscopy, Thermal Analysis of DTA/TG and X Ray Diffraction. Several variables were studied like the choice and selection of the materials – fibrous and particulate – in order to create porosity; composition of the mixture that will become the porous layers, the relation between organic elements and ceramic powder, as well as the combination between the fibrous and particulate agent; selection of the best sintering cycle – conventional cycle or two step sintering cycle –, and also improvements in ceramic processing. The organic materials selected were cellulose fibers as fibrous element, and corn starch as particulate element. About the composition, the results showed that the best was 70% of porous former element, and 30% of ceramic powder, 3-YSZ. The relation between the two organic elements was 75% in volume for cellulose fibers, and 25% for corn starch. The results showed that it was necessary to incorporate much more volume of fibers than starch. The sintering of ceramic, with and without porous former, in two steps seems to offer better results in densification of dense layers, and also The co-sintering of multilayer ceramics, with and without pore formers, using cycles in two steps, allow to obtain dense-porous multilayered structures, where porous layers were mechanically stable, with macro- and nanoporosity, while the dense layers present levels of densification above 95%.

This thesis deals with the investigation of unsteady effects on vehicle that has been exposed to a crosswind gust. First crosswind velocity function was created, which is a function of both time and space. A comparison of continual and trapeze gust model was carried out. Next step was to compare unsteady and quasi-steady evolution of the aerodynamic loads using accumulated forces, surface pressures and flow field around the car. The penultimate part deals with investigation of unsteady behaviour of drag and in the last part the influence of rear geometry of the car on unsteady phenomena was investigated.

La Serenissima nel corso dei secoli si è sempre distinta per aver dato i natali ad artisti illustri, che hanno contribuito ad esportare nel mondo l’immagine della città lagunare e dei suoi principali esponenti. Del resto non stupisce che in un contesto sociale in cui l’affermazione personale rappresentava motivo di vanto e prestigio, si vedano fiorire scuole di ritrattisti, tutt’ora tra le più famose al mondo. Se a cavallo tra il XVI e XVII le punte di diamante del ritratto a Venezia erano, un ormai affermato ed anziano Tintoretto e un fiorente Leandro Bassano, nell’entroterra troviamo dei veri e propri alter ego dei maestri lagunari, pur con tutte le ristrettezze proprie dell’arte di provincia. È questo il caso di Francesco Apollodoro detto il Porcìa (1531-1612) che si configura come il ritrattista per eccellenza dell’aristocrazia padovana. Nonostante le fonti storiche a lui coeve lo descrivano come “omo stimato in Padova nel far de’ ritratti”, la critica moderna non è stata altrettanto clemente, in quanto, per scarsità di fonti si è riusciti solo ad avere un’idea frammentaria della sua produzione. In questo lavoro si cercherà di fare luce sulle criticità ed i pregi dell’artista, seguendo un’ipotesi di ordinazione delle opere a lui attribuibili e lo stato dell’arte, al fine di produrre un catalogo ragionato.

Com o envelhecimento da população nos países ditos desenvolvidos e o consequente apare-cimento de diversas patologias, são cada vez mais as solicitações colocadas às instituições que fornecem serviços de transporte de e para as entidades de tratamento. Em Portugal, a maioria destas instituições são de natureza não-governamental e sem fins lucrativos. Dada a escassez de recursos de que dispõem, torna-se ainda mais difícil fazer face às solicitações que se lhes apresentam. Deste modo torna-se imperativo rentabilizar ao máximo os recursos dis-poníveis de modo a servir o maior número possível de pedidos de transporte, minimizando os custos operativos sem que a qualidade do serviço saia prejudicada. Esta dissertação surge com o intuito de contribuir para a melhoria dos processos de criação de rotas de transportes de doentes da delegação Amadora – Sintra da Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa (CVP), de modo a que estes possam atender um maior número de pedidos de transporte com os recursos de que dispõem actualmente. Deste modo foram propostos dois modelos diferentes para o Dial-a-Ride Problem (DARP) utilizando uma metodologia de Programação com Restrições, com domínios distintos: grafos e finitos (inteiros), com o intuito de dar resposta a uma versão estática do DARP com janelas temporais, uma frota heterogénea e preocupações relativas à qualidade de serviço. Apesar do seu desempenho, o modelo de domínios finitos foi capaz de gerar soluções interessantes para a realidade da CVP.

Resumo: Este trabalho apresenta um extenso conjunto de resultados de simulação numérica sobre a convecção mista, natural e forçada em uma configuração porosa abert.a. A configuração estudada é formada por uma camada horizontal que apresenta em sua parede inferior uma cavidade de secção transversal retangular. A parede de fundo da cavidade é aquecida e a parede superior da camada horizontal é resfriada ambas isotermicamente o problema em regime permanente é analisado procurando-se estabelecer os efeitos sobre o escoamento e sobre a transferência de calor do gradiente de pressão imposto externamente à camada horizontal e dos efeitos de empuxo térmico. É também considerada a influência das dimensões geométricas da configuração. Foram obtidos resultados para as taxas globais e locais de transferência de calor ao longo das paredes quente e fria da configuração e são apresentados mapas de linhas de corrente e de isotermas. Foi também estudado analiticamente o escoamento forçado na configuração utilizando a transformação de Schwarz-Christoffel e as funções e integrais elipticas de Jacobi
Abstract: The present work reports an extensive numerical simulation on mixed, natural and forced convection occurring in an horizontal porous layer displaying a lateral rectangular cavity. The bottom wall of the cavity is heated while the upper wall is cooled, both maintained at constant temperatures. The steady-state regime is examined for several intensities of the pressure gradient imposed on the horizontal layer. In the mixed convection part of the study the imposed pressure variations were combined with buoyancy effects due to temperature variations. The interaction mechanisms between the forced flow and the buoyant effects are studied for wide ranges of modified Rayleigh and Peclet numbers. The effects of the geometric aspect ratios on the fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics are also examined. Global and local Nusselt numbers are reported for the heated and cooled walls. Aspects of the fluid flow and temperature fields are illustrated by contour maps. The case of pure forced fluid flow is analyzed using Schwarz-Christoffel transformation and solutions were implicitly obtained in terms of Jacobian elliplic integrals

I denna rapport utvärderades på uppdrag av Scania CV AB olika mätmetoder för bestämning av akustiska materialparametrar hos porösa ljudabsorbenter. Syftet med detta är att den uppmätta datan sedan skall kunna användas i datorprogram för att beräkna akustiska egenskaper hos olika typer och konfigurationer av absorbenter i en lastbils förarhytt. Den metod som användes vid mätningarna kallas fyramikrofons- och överföringsmatrismetoden. Metoden syftar till att med hjälp av ett mätrör med fyra mikrofonpositioner, en bredbandig ljudkälla och en ekofri avslutning mäta överföringsfunktionen mellan en referenssignal och de fyra mikrofonerna. Dessa överföringsfunktioner kan sedan med hjälp av ett Matlab ®-program användas för att få fram de olika parametrarna. Resultaten från mätningarna hade i allmänhet stora fel. Detta beror på att mätobjekten antingen var missanpassade för de antaganden som görs eller hade för ojämn geometri. Om mer välanpassade absorbentprover används ger dock mätmetoden användbara resultat.
In this report different measurement methods were evaluated for determination of acoustic parameters of porous absorbents by request of Scania CV AB. The purpose of these measurements is that the data could be used in a computer program to calculate acoustic behavior using different configurations and kinds of absorbents in the driver’s cabin of a truck. The method used for these measurements is called the four microphone- and transfer matrix-method. This method requires a test tube with four microphone positions, a sound source capable of emitting broad band noise and an anechoic termination. With this test rig the transfer functions between a reference signal and the four microphones can be measured and then evaluated in a Matlab ®program to determine the different parameters. The data from these measurements produced results with large errors for almost all the different kinds of absorbents. This is due to the fact that almost all of the test objects either did not match the assumptions made in the model or had flawed geometry. If more suitable test objects were used, better results could be achieved.

Direktni marketing putem digitalnih medija stvara dodatne vrijednosti kako za same potrošače tako i za poduzeća i ostvarenje njihovih poslovnih ciljeva jer je usmjeren prema ciljanim skupinama potrošača. Ciljana promocija omogućava da marketinška poruka stigne do ciljane skupine potrošača kao i mjerenje učinkovitosti marketinške poruke kroz odaziv te stvaranje baza podataka o potrošačima i njihovim potrebama i željama. Jedinstveni pristup potrošačima uz primjenu moderne tehnologije za komunikaciju s potrošačima važni su ne samo za razumijevanje potrošačevih potreba i želja i razvijanje odnosa nego i za pozicioniranje i diferencijaciju proizvoda ili usluge u odnosu na konkurenciju, kreiranje superiornih ponuda kao i prilagođavanje promjenama u okruženju. U radu su prikazani modeli komunikacije sa krajnjim potrošačima kroz direktni i digitalni marketing kao i važnost razvijanja digitalne marketing strategije za poduzeća za uspješnost i unapređenje poslovanja.

The origin of the goods shall be determined on exportation of the goods in order to exercise the right of exemption from customs duties on the goods in the country to which they are imported, provided that the country is a member of customs unions or those countries have a duty-free trade agreement. The aim of the paper is to explain in a concise and simple way the basic concepts in the field of rules of origin of goods, as well as the legal basis and criteria for acquiring the origin of goods. Preferential origin is granted to goods from certain countries when they comply with the rules of origin provided for in the relevant preferential arrangement. In this case, the goods could benefit from reduced duty or even duty free. It should be noted that not all products have a preferential origin. Non-preferential origin is obtained when the goods are "fully obtained" in one country or, when two or more countries are involved in the production of the product, the origin is obtained when the goods have undergone their last significant, economically viable processing or operation, in an enterprise equipped with this purpose, which leads to the production of a new product or represents an important stage of production. Each product necessarily has a non- preferential origin, which may be different from its preferential origin.

The Engineering Department of the University of Perugia and the Architecture Department of the University of Florence have started a research project on the ancient city gates of Perugia, belonging to the Etruscan city, dating between the third and second centuries b.C., and to the subsequent city wall completed in the twelfth century. In this paper, focus is placed on three Etruscan gates - Porta Eburnea (also called Porta della Mandorla), Porta Cornea and Porta Trasimena – which have in common profound Middle Age transformations and further significant context changes following the loss of function as defensive walls. Due to the decommissioning of this urban infrastructure, the gates have assumed a marginal role; nowadays they are almost completely absorbed by residential buildings, almost losing the memory of their origins and of the important Etruscan remains that are still preserved in the gates. Geomatic surveys on the three Etruscan gates were carried out by the Geomatics Laboratory of Perugia University in the frame of a research project financed by the Cassa di Risparmio di Perugia Foundation. The survey was carried out by means of a coordinated use of more Geomatic techniques: GNSS, Total Station, Terrestrial LIDAR and Digital Photogrammetry. From LIDAR and photogrammetry were derived dense point clouds, beside CAD plans, sections and elevations. The information acquired with these detailed surveys provide a completely new and accurate documentary evidence of the gates’ consistency, allowing to identify the actions and interventions that have changed their structure over time.

After moving from Europe to China in 2018, the African swine fever (ASF) virus spread throughout China in less than a year after the country’s first outbreaks were reported, dramatically reducing China’s pork supplies. This report investigates the impacts on China’s pork market that resulted from the virus and how China’s increased demand for imported pork affected markets for pork-exporting countries. China’s swine herd experienced a 30-month cycle of decline and recovery, as the country lost an estimated 27.9 million metric tons of its pork output. Pork prices in China more than doubled despite a surge of pork exports from the European Union, United States, Canada, Brazil, and other countries.

Since the turn of the century, Japan has relied on domestic pork production to supply around half of its pork consumption. In part, this production has been aided by import barriers that have helped shield domestic pork producers from foreign competition. Between 2018 and 2021, Japan ratified trade agreements with the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) countries that will virtually eliminate these import barriers by 2028. With essentially all of Japan’s pork imports coming from these trade agreement partners, Japan’s pork market could change considerably in the next 6 years, with imports taking a larger share of domestic consumption. For the United States, this change is estimated to lead to an additional $281 million worth of pork exports to Japan. This report uses a global economic model to estimate the impacts of these trade agreements. Results from the Global Trade Analysis Project (GTAP) model suggest that when the trade agreements are fully implemented in 2028, there could be a 3.6- to 13.9- percent increase in pork imports into Japan in 2028 relative to 2018 levels. This increased exposure to foreign competition could also reduce Japan’s pork production between 4.2 and 11.8 percent
