This Diploma Thesis deals with the education system in the company. The aim of this thesis is to characterize the system of employee's education in a company called ŠKODA PRAHA Invest s.r.o. and to propose improvements based on the theoretical knowledge. The sub-aim, established after consulting the HR Department of the company, is to propose improvements of the system of technical education. To reach this aim a questionnaire for the employees was used. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. My work is focused on the analysis of the talent education systém in GE Money in the Czech republic. In the first part I tried to explain the basis for the education of talented employees, which are obviously based on the foundations of business education. An important part was the explanation of the evaluation of education, which I determine the methodology by which I will proceed in their work. Methodology - the methods of data collection, data sources and types of research, which I looked, I describe in the second part of the work. The third part was the practical part - here I describe the organization in which I wrote the work, its organizational structure, training in business generally, and of course the various educational programs for talented staff. I here describe the results of my empirical research. This was aimed primarily at finding weaknesses and strengths of individual programs and the testing of hypotheses and determine whether the difference between the variance between the sample and control in their own self-efficacy.

The topic of the graduation thesis is concerned in the in-house training. The thesis is focused on the issue in the Jalta Hotel, so the title of graduation thesis is Problems of In-House Training in the Jalta Hotel. The thesis contains four chapters: the first chapter deals with the theoretical base of the training, the second chapter describes the Jalta Hotel, the third chapter contains the analysis of the in-house training in the Jalta Hotel. The marketing research found out ways of in-house training, their positives and negatives. For purpose of the third chapter there were distributed questionnaires to the employees of the Jalta Hotel. In the last chapter there are the suggestions and recommendations of improvement in the in-house training in the Jalta Hotel. For the graduation thesis it was used the information base from the special and periodical literature, the Internet and from the in-house documents.

V praktické části se zaměřuje na analýzu systému vzdělávání ve vybrané mezinárodní společnosti. Analyzuje systém vzdělávání jak z pohledu organizace, tak z pohledu zaměstnanců. This master thesis combines corporate culture, corporate strategy, motivation and education of employees. Furthermore, there is also a focus on their interconnections. A real company Unicorn a.s. is presented in the second part -- owner's (Vladimír Kovář's) vision, goals and strategies. Moreover, there is introduced Unicorn's corporate culture, education of employees and human resources management. To check if the culture seems to be friendly and motivational to employees there was used a questionnaire among them. On the other hand, a few managers were interviewed -- if they are satisfied with the education level of their employees. The conclusions are summarized at the end.

This Master's Thesis deals with the evaluation of e-learning in a banking institution operating in the Czech market. The introduction of e-learning in a banking institution managed to reduce the educational costs. However, the pedagogical effectiveness has not been investigated yet. The aim of this Master's Thesis was to determine whether employees of a banking institution perceive e-learning as an effective method of training and determinate on the basis of their acquired knowledge whether e-learning is an effective method of knowledge transfer. The e-learning effectiveness was investigated using a combination of subjective (questionnaire) and objective (testing) methods of evaluation on 118 employees. The study indicated that employees consider e-learning as an effective learning method and that they acquired a high level of knowledge. However the questionnaire and testing revealed several weaknesses of the current e-learning system, primarily the lack of time for training through e-learning courses and employees cheating during the e-learning course completion. The solution to the mentioned weaknesses could be, shortening, e-learning courses, plus adding a final test (at the end of e-learning courses that currently do not have one), limiting the number of their repetition and ensuring their higher difficulty levels.

This thesis deals with the issue of adaptation of new employees in ŠKODA AUTO a.s., particularly of those who joined the company under the "Growth strategy 2018" for "system organizer" job positions -- SAP consultants. The company has been awarded for being one of the best employers in the past years and the system of human resource management and employee care is very advanced, however there was a demand in the "Information systems and organization" department to come up with its own way to adapt new employees concretely on SAP environment beyond the regular plans in the company. The goal of this thesis is thus to analyze current general practices in the company, present arguments for the new concept of adaptation on SAP, create that concept and then evaluate it through employees' feedback. The thesis, among other things, focuses on the whole process of the creation of the adaptation, including its administration and themes. The research of the opinions of the employees will review the present results of the adaptation and will give a base for decisions on how to continue with this effort. All activities in this process were done by the author himself while being an intern in the company and member of the adaptation project team. The target of the effort and the thesis itself is to have the adaptation project green lighted for the future continuation and to eliminate premature terminations of contracts of employment, which is why the SAP adaptations were thought of in the first place. The new concept of adaptation will benefit the company, the new employees, the creators of the concept, the tutors and the author and can act as an exemplar for other departments.

Annotation:
The objective of this diploma thesis was to diagnose the estate of corporate cultur and specify the influences on corporate clime in a chosen company. Through the use of questionairs and TBSD test was confirmed the hypothesis, that the estate of corporate clime is affected by working satisfaction, by method of motivation, by method of stimulation, by way of communication and by compatibility of virtue concept of person with virtue concept of company, and this all in context with micro-, meso- and macro space. Thrue the analysis of dates it was identify, that there is a good corporate cultur in chosen company, which is blunted of existence of subcultures in single centres. In terms of study of special literature and of own knowledge it was recommend, that the company should expand the corporate cultur through the use of better informedness of employees about main scheme and objectives of the company. Other recommendation for improvement the corporate clime is individual acces to the motivation and coordination of emloyees, more emphasis on their further education and better care intendet for virtue concept and objectives of employees at their selection.

The thesis titles "The educational system in school of Tomas Bata" that is engaged in business and vocational education since the nineteen twenties by Bata in Zlin. Bata's educational system is described in the economic and social context and analyzes the demographic, economic, business, geographical and technical factors of that time, which has been proved to be crucial for its creation. The thesis also identifies the ideological sources of business education - corporate educational systems in the USA (operated in companies of Henry Ford and Milton Herschey) and focused on reasons for successful transfer of these overseas models into the environment in former Czechoslovakia. It also analyzes the major goals that the introduction of corporate training companies pursue. The thesis also deals with the different kinds of Bata School, describes their genesis and the relationship to the state education system. It describes in detail the development of the experimental schools in Zlin region and its organization, including training programs. The goal of this thesis was to analyze current motivation system in a selected company and a proposal for further training opportunities. The work is characterized by MOTOR JIKOV Fostron, a long-established system of education in the company and education in times of economic crisis. One of the marketing research ? questioning in the form of questionnaires and interview - was applied in the thesis. The analysis revealed the deficiencies of the motivation system, for which were proposed measures for their elimination. Fast and high quality implementation of adaptation process in an organisation is beneficial not only for the organisation, but also for its new employees. Managing such adaptation process is beneficial for the organisation mainly after the employee has achieved an adequate level in their work performance. From the employee's point of view fast and high-quality adaptation improves competency and accelerates learning processes. This thesis focuses on reviewing the existing process of adaptation of new employees in the Remand Prison Prague-Ruzyně by means of searching obstacles that can slow down or impede this process. The theoretical part deals with an introduction into human resources management and focuses on company learning and development, its methods and forms. It also defines the following terms: adaptation process, adaptation and orientation in the relation towards new employees in the organisation. The overall theme of this thesis is the electronic training of employees (volunteers) in Czech non-school organizations. The main objects are the organizations' satisfaction with e-learning methods, benefits and obstacles that organizations face while implementing and using e-learning and forms of e-learning that are distinctive for Czech non-school environment. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated first to explaining the term "e-learning" and followed by its brief history. Subsequently, different approaches to classification of e-learning are summed up. One of the chapters follows the work of David A. Kolb - especially his theory of experiential learning including learning styles and their use in the development of e-learning in organization. In the practical part of the thesis the current state of e-learning in the Czech non-school organizations is explored (with the use of a survey). First, the methodology is presented, followed by an analysis of collected data and answering of seven stated research questions with the goal to clarify different aspects of the use of e-learning in Czech non-school organizations. This thesis is primarily focused on the field of evaluation of organizational training and its possible application on outdoor-teambuilding training activities. The goal of the paper is to critically analyze the current state of knowledge of training evaluation and, based on the discovered facts, to synthetize evaluation model, which could be used for evaluating outdoor- teambuilding programs. Firstly, the basic concepts of outdoor-training, teambuilding and evaluation are introduced. In the following chapters, there is the presentation and comparison of chosen evaluation models, which are used in the field of training. Above mentioned part provides a theoretical base for the thesis and based on this, there is a new model introduced, which is modified specifically for outdoor-teambuilding evaluation. In the conclusion, there are also recommendations for further studies and researches.
