A electroelastic engine with a longitudinal piezoeffect is widely used in nanotechnology for nanomanipulators, laser systems, nanopumps, and scanning microscopy. For these nanomechatronics systems, the transition between individual positions of the systems in the shortest possible time is relevant. It is relevant to solve the problem of optimizing the nanopositioning control system with a minimum control time. This work determines the optimal control of a multilayer electroelastic engine with a longitudinal piezoeffect and minimal control time for an optimal nanomechatronics system. The expressions of the control function and switching line are obtained with using the Pontryagin maximum principle for the optimal control system of the multilayer electroelastic engine at a longitudinal piezoeffect with an ordinary second-order differential equation of system. In this optimal nanomechatronics system, the control function takes only two values and changes once.

Operation of structures and equipment in dynamic conditions led to the problems of vibration isolation and vibration suppression. For vibration isolation and vibration suppression passive, active systems and their combinations are used. Passive vibration isolation usually consists in the fact that the protected object relies on extremely dimensional springs and vibration isolators. Vibration isolation systems containing only passive elastic and damping elements are called passive. Active vibration isolation and vibration damping systems use external energy sources. These are pneumatic, hydropneumatic and hydromechanical devices. Recently, electro-elastic and magneto-elastic systems [1], [2] began to be used for vibration isolation and active vibration suppression. As a rule, the analysis of the work of such systems consists in the development of an experimental layout and a schematic diagram. In this paper, a mathematically based model is used to solve the problem in question. The calculations are performed and the results are presented in the form of graphs.

It is shown that the formation of ripples in the structure of 2D nanoallotropes of boron nitride leads to the occurrence of transverse piezo- and pyroelectric effects in them with temperature-dependent coefficients. The value of these coefficients for various 2D nanoallotropes is calculated. It has been shown that due to the low height of the ripples, the transverse piezoeffect in the considered nanoallotropes is three orders of magnitude weacker, while the pyroelectric effect is quite comparable to that in fluoragraphanes and can find practical application.

The research focuses on the dynamic axisymmetric task for a round bi-morph structure consisting of a metal support plate and a piezoceramic axially polarized plate. Its bending oscillations are carried out because of the actions of mechanical load (normal stresses) on its end surface, which is an arbitrary time and radial coordinate function. The rigid and hinged support of the plate cylindrical surface is taken into account. The value of the induced field is calculated by determining the potential on the metal support plate. To solve the task of the theory of the elasticity in a three-dimensional model, the authors apply the Hankel finite integral transformations along the axial coordinate and generalized transformation along the radial variable. Besides, at each stage of the study the standardization procedure is carried out. In the first case it is connected with the use of mixed boundary conditions along the radial coordinate to the mixed form, and in the second case heterogeneous boundary conditions are presented as homogenious. The obtained calculation ratios make it possible to determine the optimal thickness of the piezoceramic plate, which allows to make the most effective transformation of the external mechanical effect into an electrical signal. In addition, it is possible to determine changing characteristics of electromagnetic field according to the height of the piezoceramic plate. This principle can be used in the calculation and design of bi-morph systems with graded-varying thickness and rigidity.

Electrospininig se osvědčil jako jeden z nejpopulárnějších a nejrozšířenějších způsobů výroby vysoce kvalitních vláken s požadovanými parametry. Kvalita a morfologie vyráběných vláken závisí na mnoha parametrů, jako je vlhkost, dávka materiálu, aplikované napětí atd. Omezení keramických piezomateriálů (křehkost, toxicita vzorků obsahujících olovo, obtížnost přípravy složitých tvarů atd.) vynutila výzkum v oblasti piezoelektrických polymerů. Jedním z nich je polyvinylidenfluorid (PVDF). polyvinylidenfluorid může by být připraven v různých formách: tenké filmy, objemové vzorky, vlákna. PVDF vlákna přitahují největší pozornost díky vysoké flexibilitě, nízké hmotnosti, mechanické stabilitě a chemické inertnosti. Vlastnosti PVDF vláken lze zlepšit pomocí doplňujících materiálů: keramické částice, kovové nanočástice, Graphicitové materiály jako jsou oxid Graphicenu nebo uhlíkové nanotrubičky (CNT).

This thesis presents the studies on deriving spring-mass-damping equivalent model and analyzing effective coefficients for a beam-type piezoelectric(PZT) vibration energy harvesting system. At first, based on the constrained layer damping theory of Mead and Markus, the energy expression of the triple-layer beam with viscoelastic material (VEM) are derived. By adopting Huang’s equilibrium relations, the equations are simplified to contain only two displacement variables. One is the in-plane displacement and the other is the transverse displacement. Then, the assumed-modes method is employed and the equation of motion is derived via Lagrange’s equation. Experiments are performed to verify the derived theoretical model and to measure the damping factor under various coverage ratios. Equivalent model of beam-type PZT vibration energy harvesting system is derived via kinetic energy principle. We analyze when the variety of PZT coverage length, thickness, position and Yang’s modulus, the influence of first natural frequency, effective mass and effective stiffness. At last, we study on the influence of VEM thickness for effective coefficients.
