Philosophical counselors are particularly well suited to helping clients think through their situation in the world.

In the monograph of Professor A. M. Starostin the notions “philosophical novations” and “research philosophy” was introduced and approved. The author divides the whole array of philosophic research into fundamental and applied – the sphere of philosophical novations. Fundamental and philosophic investigations are directed to the study of the problems of objective reality, thinking, cognition, the truth, freedom and other basic categories. The sphere of fundamental research is slowly changing and it’s development is marked by the outstanding names (Platon, Descartes, Kant, Schopenhauer, Heidegger etc.). As to the sphere of the philosophic innovations, its emergence and development are connected with application of methods of philosophical reflection to the realization of interdisciplinary problems of science, development of political, religious, artistic, ethical trends, which can't be researched only with the help of their own methods. The sphere of philosophic novations develops dynamically and according to its own scales and is twice larger than the sphere of fundamental philosophy. In his monography the author, from the viewpoint of his treating of fundamental and innovative projection of the philosophic knowledge and philosophic methods, analyses contemporary problems of politics, education, culture, science.

Annotation:
The aim of the article is to clarify the status of Pascal's philosophy in the development of philosophical and anthropological worldview. The philosophico-anthropological worldview/thinking refers to the tendency to consider man as a complex phenomenon and the key subject of philosophical research. This tendency, according to the author, led to the emergence of philosophical anthropology as a philosophical discipline of its kind in the 20th century. The author analyses a number of ideas of Pascal's philosophy for their correspondence to the key postulates of philosophical anthropology: (1) the idea of man as a "thinking stick"; (2) the idea of man as a contradictory combination of soul and body, reason and passions, both aspects of which are significant and necessary for a human existence; (3) the idea of man as a being that exists simultaneously in the past, present and future; (4) the idea of man as a being who, through the awareness of his own mortality, strives for infinity and transcendence. In the author's opinion, the above-mentioned range of ideas, especially in view of their significance for Pascal's philosophy, gives every reason to consider Pascal's doctrine as an important milestone in the development of the philosophico-anthropological worldview, and Pascal himself as a harbinger of philosophical anthropology, in whose thinking these ideas have not yet developed into a system of theoretical foundations of philosophical anthropology as a philosophical discipline.

This work discusses the creation, development, and key characteristics of philosophical periodicals in Serbia, as one of the most important institutional pillars for the development of a philosophical culture. The author shows that Serbian philosophical periodicals played a significant role in the development and dissemination, not only of its primary goal, philosophical culture, but also in building general standards of criticism, necessary for critical thinking in science and our society. At the end of the account, the author emphasizes that Serbian philosophical periodicals, in over a century of development, have managed to establish a broad philosophical communication with various traditions, directions and streams of philosophical thought. However, due to strong ideological breaks in history, it was not able of maintaining the continuity necessary for establishing clear and strong scientific criteria in assessing philosophical output and other philosophical activity in our milieu.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to present the philosophical roots of development ethics as a field of study with its interdisciplinary character. Design/methodology/approach The conceptual and historical evolution of development ethics is unfolded through Aristotle’s philosophy. Findings The authors argued that Aristotle’s philosophy, incorporating the concepts of “a good life” and “a good society,” defines ethical development and influences contemporary development ethics. Originality/value Development ethics is a relatively new field of study within social sciences and determines the ethical perspective of development in a holistic and normative manner. It is important to understand the antecedents, pioneers and contemporary practitioners of development ethics and how they are related. Based on the authors’ knowledge, there has been limited research regarding the origins of the concept of a “good society” as a determinant factor of development. In this context, Aristotle’s philosophy incorporating the concepts of a “good life” and a “good society” is the founding determinant in the study of ethical development.

Knowledge constitutes one of the important pillars in reaching the targets set by individuals, institutions, and countries. Accordingly, in order for the vision not to be distorted, efforts to be lost, and the boundaries between truth and falsehood to disappear under the umbrella of the concepts of cultural alienation, the forefront of which are (objectivity), (scientific), and (neutrality) from the Western perspective, and so that the distortion of the cultural character stops. The purpose of this study was to define what the applied behavior analysis (ABA) is and what its distinguishing characteristics are by considering its philosophical assumption and historical background. To begin to understand ABA as a science, we should know that its philosophical assumption is based on determinism, empiricism, parsimony, scientific manipulation, and philosophic doubt. In addition, the defining characteristics of ABA studies must be applied, behavioral, analytic, technological, conceptually systematic, and effective, and it should display some generality (Baer, Wolf, & Risley, 1968). In this study, the definition of ABA (Cooper, Heron, & Heward, 1987) is introduced and its developing background is described by grouping the historical studies into two areas: the Watsonian respondent conditioning studies and the Skinnerian operant studies. Finally, the trend of recent studies on Functional analysis of behavior (FAB), the important leadership and role of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), and also the current status and future perspective of behavior analysis in Korea were discussed.

The article is dedicated to the analysis of philosophic anthropology of the great Spanish artist of the 17th century Diego Velazquez. This anthropology is considered through the prism of the problems that set the life of contemporary Russia and its "reflections" in the present-day Russian artists' works. At that Velazquez's philosophical anthropology is reconstructed on the basis of his works. As a consequence, significant part of attention is paid to the method that allows performing such reconstruction. The author proceeds from the belief according to which not only written texts can be considered philosophically. The visual "texts" connected with certain world outlook component of art creative work undoubtedly possess definite semantics. Expressed by the language of art, such image lines contain intelligible sense component reconstruction of which can be subjected to strict scientific and philosophical analysis and corrected with its help. At that one should not think that the images are "translated" into "the text of words" - on the contrary, philosophical reconstruction implies not as "verbalization" of visual line as coherent to it logical mastering of the picture's sense (in this case) against the background of historical and historical-philosophical "scenery". The urgency of turning to this problem is brought about by the fact that a number of questions that found vivid and coherent (as philosophical-anthropological research shows) embodiment in Velazquez's creative work are extremely interesting for contemporary thinkers speaking the language of contemporary fine arts. "The topic of mirror" is among such questions and it deals with correlation of intellectual and rational in a person's consciousness, and, finally, there is the issue of the man as a bearer of moral principles. Comparison of attitudes shown by contemporary painting with Velazquez's ideas enables to trace the development of philosophical anthropology and in the area of its most significant categories - the man, society, consciousness, corporality, creative work, etc.

Is it a dismissal of the Leibnizian philosophy, or a different way to achieve similar goals?2.Why did Gödel turn specifically to the later Husserl's transcendental idealism?3.Is there any detectable influence from Husserl on Gödel's writings?Regarding the first question, Wang [96, p.165] reports that Gödel ‘[saw] in Husserl's work a method of refining and consolidating Leibniz' monadology’. But what does this mean? In what for Gödel relevant sense is Husserl's work a refinement and consolidation of Leibniz' monadology? The second question is particularly pressing, given that Gödel was, by his own admission, a realist in mathematics since 1925. Wouldn't the uncompromising realism of the early Husserl's Logical investigations have been a more obvious choice for a Platonist like Gödel? The third question can only be approached when an answer to the second has been given, and we want to suggest that the answer to the first question follows from the answer to the second. We begin, therefore, with a closer look at the actual turn towards phenomenology. Some 30 years before his serious study of Husserl began, Gödel was well aware of the existence of phenomenology. Apart from its likely appearance in the philosophy courses that Gödel took, it reached him from various directions.

Science, at all stages of its development has always been in close connection with philosophical thought. Such synthesis is characteristic for any branch of science, including geography. This is related to the spatial content of geographical science, since the category of space itself is philosophical. At the boundary of geography and philosophy there are different scientific disciplines, each of which has its own specificity (geosophy, geophilosophy, etc.). This article deals with philosophical geography in general as the most neutral interpretation of the sphere of knowledge and thought about the deep essence of the terrestrialspace and its landscapes. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the stage of development of philosophical ideas in geography. The works of ancient and medieval authors on natural philosophy, geographical and cosmographic works demonstrate attempts to comprehend the essence of the terrestrial space, to find its rational justification, either in the context of generalization and systematization of known factual material (e.g., Eratosthenes’ sphragides), or for the purpose of filling in knowedge gaps, Crates globe), or when trying to explore the sacral space, which was favoured over Earth, which was treated as a secondary object (e.g., cosmographic study by AlKhwarizmi). The 17th - 19th centuries include the New European stage in the evolution of philosophical ideas in geography. It was then that Oecumene spread to almost all the land of the Earth. By this time, the classical geographic works by B.Varenius, A. von Humboldt and C. Ritter were appearing, whose philosophical content is related either to the conceptual and terminological aspect (as in A. von Humboldt concerning the concept of “landscape”), or with the reliance on a philosophical system (in particular, dialectical idealism) on the basis of geographical research (as by C.Ritter). The concept of geographical determinism of Charles Louis de Montesquieu was also philosophical as was the Genetic Approach in Ethnography by Johann Gottfried Herder. An important prerequisite for the further development of philosophical geography was the emergence of methodological trends of geographical studies in the second half of the 19th century, such as anthropogeography of C. Ritter, F. Ratzel, E. Reclus and chorogeography, perfected by A. Hettner on the basis of the philosophical ideas of I. Kant. Anthropogeographic search indicated the possibility for combining the natural and human in one research object, and the holographic concept acquired the character of a paradigm because of its coverage of the entire set ofobjects on the Earth’s surface which are amenable to spatial analysis. In the second half of the 19th century, geography experienced a methodological crisis related to the differentiation of science and, as a consequence, the threat of its loss of research object. Along with anthropogeography, a synthetic trend arose, which in the first half of the 20th century enabled this methodological crisis to be overcome, the emergence of V. Dokuchaev’s doctrines about the nature zones, L. Berg - about the landscape, A. Grigoriev - about the “physical and geographical” shell, P. Teilhard de Chardin, and V. Vernadsky - about the noosphere. The main feature of the modern stage of the development of philosophical geography is the most harmonious combination of concrete scientific and philosophical foundations, which objectively reflects the dialectical nature of the relation between science and philosophy. Organic continuation of philosophical and geographical exploration is exemplified by modern research in geo-psychohistory, geography of culture, geosophy and a number of other scientific disciplines.

The article is dedicated to the development of philosophical anthropology in the Kyiv Weltanschauung School. It is shown that in studies devoted to this school there are certain differences. They concern both the time of the school's founding and its founders. The vast majority of researchers consider Volodymyr Shynkaruk to be the founder of the Kyiv Weltanschauung School and date its emergence in 1969, when the principles of Weltanschauung school were promulgated. At the same time, there is another point of view on the abolition of this school. Some researchers associate its appearance with the name of Pavlo Kopnin, who also had noticeable humanistic motives for philosophizing. Attempts to combine Weltanschauung and logical- epistemological approaches are also noticeable. In this connection it is talked about Kyiv Weltanschauung-Epistemological School. In my opinion, there are more reasons to consider Volodymyr Shynkaruk, the founder of the Kyiv Weltanschauung School, who initiated the study of man - the world of man, which is the core of the Weltanschauung .In Ukrainian philosophical thought, the anthropological turn Kyiv Weltanschauung School took place not on blank space. Representatives of this school, first of all its founder Volodymyr Shynkaruk, continued to some extent the tradition of "philosophy of heart" of H. Skovoroda and P. Yurkevich, on the other hand, their philosophical heritage strangely reflected the mainstream of modern philosophy, namely the turn from epistemology to anthropology, to the ontology of the world of human existence. It is necessary to distinguish between the understanding of philosophical anthropology in the narrow and broad sense. In a narrow sense, it is understood as a philosophical discipline that developed in the 20-30 years of the 20th century and is represented by the names Scheler, Helen, Plesner. In a broad sense, philosophical anthropology is a philosophical reflection on man in general. In this regard, such key problems of philosophical anthropology as human transcendence, its identity, goal-setting as a way of human self-realization are considered.

The research aims to uncover and explain the three problems scientifically, objectively, philosophically and academically. The philosophical approach is used to explain problems that must be "understood" and actualized in everyday life. The method used is involved observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study. Qualitative analysis in the field of philosophy is carried out by interpreting, interpreting, comparing and linking the theory of "Islamic Intergralism and Muakhi Culture" with data that has been processed, criticized and can be applied.
