Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe circular economy, an emerging economic model, aims to transform the production, consumption and final disposal of goods and services. Replacing the linear model, it encourages the extended use of resources to maximize their value. Beyond the environmental aspects, it offers economic and social opportunities, contributing to job creation, innovation and long-term cost reduction. This approach supports sustainable development by balancing economic, social and environmental dimensions. The supply chain plays a central role in this transition, requiring multi-stakeholder collaboration. Social Exchange Theory is emerging as a relevant approach to understanding relationships within the circular supply chain, exploring elements such as trust, commitment, reciprocity and power. However, an integrated approach to these elements and their impact on sustainable supply chain performance remains little explored. This thesis explores the role of collaboration in the circular supply chain and its impact on sustainable performance, adopting the perspective of Social Exchange Theory. The objectives of this study are based on defining sustainable performance, characterizing a collaborative ecosystem, identifying the determinants of collaboration, and analyzing their influence on sustainable performance. To build an explanatory model, the study adopts a mixed approach integrating qualitative and quantitative analyses. This complementary methodology aims to provide a holistic understanding of the phenomenon, using case studies and cross-validation of data to ensure information saturation. This thesis, comprising four articles. The results of each article contribute to the construction of a conceptual model integrating trust, commitment, reciprocity, power, circular economy strategies, collaboration and their effects on the sustainable performance of circular supply chains. Regarding the definition of sustainable performance, the literature demonstrates its complexity and variability, linked to terms such as circular transition and sustainable competitiveness. This research attempts to harmonize a definition by considering its economic, environmental and social dimensions. With regard to collaboration, the literature highlights its crucial role in linear systems, while the need for further discussion is underlined for circular supply chains. Social behaviors, based on Social Exchange Theory, reveal trust as a crucial element positively influencing collaboration quality and sustainable performance. However, collaboration quality does not mediate the relationship between trust and sustainable performance, unlike in linear systems. These findings have theoretical implications by enriching the academic discussion on collaboration in circular supply chains, while on a practical level they can guide managers' and policymakers' decisions to boost sustainable performance. Methodological limitations include the exploratory nature of some steps and the complexity of the final model

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe purpose of this thesis is to highlight the importance of the lifespan of the buildingand its components and and as well as to see it in the light of constraints imposed bysustainable development criterias. The focuse of our paper is to characterize the behavior inthis approach, namely environmental, economic and social features. After presenting and analyzing the state of art concerning the lifespan of the building andapproach the building in terms of sustainable development, we characterize the impact of theformer on the latter. Our method is based on two objects of study :- The first is a wall unit outside. This allows us to define precisely the function of useand the technical solutions more specifically for this function;- The second study is a housing-type building. This method is based on that of the wallunit, but we can check behaviour of each technical solutions in the use stage. Thus, we caneasily produce results commensurate. The first approach involves assumptions of lifetimes of technical solutions with which wemake the simulations. In a second step, the analysis takes into account the lifespan as avariable and we analyze the consequences in terms of sustainable development. To promote the exploitation of knowledge produced and to situate them within theproject approach, we propose a schematic modification of current tools for assessingperformance
Jabot, Richard. „La comptabilité de la soutenabilité au temps de l'Anthropocène : affects, mesures et engagement“. Thesis, Toulouse 1, 2020. http://www.theses.fr/2020TOU10051.
Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThis dissertation explores the role of sustainability accounting in the period of the Anthropocene and aims to understand how it can influence the actors of organizations to make them act towards sustainability. Constructivist qualitative research based on two unique case studies of French SMEs, this dissertation is composed of three articles that together explore different facets of sustainability accounting. The first article, through the role of affects, tackles the question of how carbon accounting affect us to the point of making us act. The second article considers the difficulties associated with measuring the different dimensions of sustainability and underlines the process to steer the organisation towards the search for contextualized actions and contradictory debates. The third article analyses how a researcher can engage in research-intervention by taking the risk of managerial capture. Our research shows that sustainability accounting does not produce enough effects to make actors act towards sustainability. It confirms that knowing rationally does not imply acting. It thus shows that quantification in itself does not produce an effect, but that it can be coupled by space for debate and confrontation to lead to contextualized action. Finally, it shows that, as a result, an engagement and a physical and temporal proximity of the researcher in his field are a necessity to carry a transformative vision of sustainability
