Polykrystalická diamantová vrstva (PCD) se jeví jako vhodná ochrana pro snížení chemické reaktivity zirkoniových slitin. Její aplikací by mohlo dojít k výraznému zvýšení odolnosti zirkonia proti vysokoteplotní korozi a rovněž vůči navodíkování. V této práci jsou zkoumány vzorky slitiny zirkonia Zry-2, které byly pokryty 300 nm tenkou vrstvou PCD a pre-exponovány v páře o teplotách 950 a 1150 °C. Pomocí ex-situ elektrochemické impedanční spektroskopie jsou studovány přenosové parametry a morfologie PCD vrstvy. Výsledky ukazují, že vzorky slitiny zirkonia Zry-2, které byly pokryty PCD vrstvou, korodují za vysokých teplot s nižší korozní rychlostí.

Matični supstrat, uz klimu, reljef, organizme i vrijeme, predstavlja jedan od pet glavnih pedogenetskih čimbenika. S pedogeneskog stajališta najvažnija su svojstva matičnog supstrata: mineralni i kemijski sastav, način i intenzitet trošenja te sadržaj biogenih elemenata. Cilj ovog rada je utvrditi utjecaj različitih matičnih supstrata na fizičke i mineralne značajke tla. Na području PP Medvednice na šest različitih litoloških cjelina otvoreno je 80 pedoloških profila: metamorfne stijene – dominantno škriljevci, metamorfne stijene – dominantno filiti, magmatske stijene, pješčenjaci, lapori i lako trošivi vapnenci. Uzorci tla uzeti su po horizontima, a analizirani su oni iz humusnoakumulatinog (A-horizont) i B-horizonta. Određeni su sljedeći parametri: debljina horizonata, dubina profila, udjel skeleta, garnulometrijski sastav tla, postojanost strukturnih mikroagregata i mineralni sastav tla (XRD) metodom rendgenske difrakcije. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da postoje statistički značajne razlike između različitih litoloških cjelina za sve promatrane varijable osim debljine horizonata. Najveće dubine tla su povrh laporovitih stijena, a najmanje na dolomitiziranim vapnencima, što je ponajprije uvjetovano načinom trošenja matičnog supstrata. Na svim istraživanim litološkim cjelinama, tla na području PP Medvednice vrlo su postojanih mikroagregata. U odnosu na B-horizont u humusnoakumulativnom horizontu utvrđena je veća postojanost strukturnih mikroagregata. Tla povrh lakotrošivih vapnenaca imaju statistički veći udjel gline i manji udjel krupnog i sitnog pijeska od tla ostalih litoloških cjelina. Za sve litološke cjeline teksturna oznaka najčešće je u rasponu od praškaste do glinaste ilovače, dok je na litološkoj cjelini povrh vapnenaca udjel gline statistički značajno veći, pa je teksturna oznaka u rasponu od praškaste glinuše do glinuše. Litološke cjeline povrh magmatskih i metamorfnih stijena imaju statistički značajno manji udjel minerala kvarca i veći udjel minerala klorita i feldspata u odnosu na sedimentne stijene.

Osnovni cilj ovog rada je provera validnosti i psihometrijskih karakteristika Indeksa senzitivnosti na simptome anksioznosti (ASI-3), na srpskom uzorku ispitanika iz opšte populacije. Uzorak je činilo 553 ispitanika starosti 18 do 60 godina, pri čemu je bilo više ispitanika ženskog pola (82.1%). Rezultati konfirmativne faktorske analize (CFA) ukazuju da bifaktorski model, sa jednim generalnim faktorom opšte senzitivnosti na simptome anksioznosti i tri specifična faktora – zabrinutost za fizičko funkcionisanje, zabrinutost za kognitivno funkcionisanje i zabrinutost u socijalnim situacijama, ima najbolji fit. Rezultati analiza baziranih na teoriji odgovora na stavke (IRT: 2PL model) ukazuju na to da je ASI-3 relativno težak, odnosno da je prilagođen ispitanicima sa prosečnim i natprosečnim nivoom latentne osobine. Na osnovu rezultata baziranih na korelaciono-regresionim analizama donet je zaključak o dobroj konvergentnoj, divergentnoj i inkrementalnoj validnosti upitnika ASI-3. IRT analizama je identifikovana grupa od pet problematičnih stavki (niski parametri informativnosti i diskriminativnosti kao i visoki parametri težine) i razmotrena je njihova potencijalna primena u kliničkoj praksi. Konačno, generalni faktor opšte senzitivnosti na simptome anksioznosti, a u manjoj meri i specifični faktori imaju potencijal u objašnjavanju dodatne varijanse spoljnih kriterijuma povrh koncepta anksioznosti iz domena revidirane teorije osetljivosti na potkrepljenje, što ukazuje na inkrementalnu validnosti upitnika ASI-3. Ponuđene su kliničke i istraživačke implikacije.

This thesis focuses on a measuring and topography of a components´ surface evaluation and it contains the overview of basic methods which includes the description of contact and non-contact measuring devices. Furthermore, the thesis also describes ways of surface texture evaluation through profiled and areal method, including an outline of ČSN ISO parameters. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the evaluation of metric threads´ M10 surface, crafted by diverse cutting and forming threads. The surface was scanned with the optical device called Alicona IFM G5 and it was evaluated through the profiled and areal method. The 2D and 3D parameters were acquired and then compared during the measuring.

The main theme of this thesis is the surface topography evaluation. The theoretical part introduces the fundamental methods of evaluation, measuring instruments and describes profile and surface topographic parameters. In the practical part, the influence of different cutting conditions in high-feed face milling was researched on sample made of aluminium alloy 7475-T7351. For the surface topography evaluation of all samples the measuring device Alicona IF G5 was used. The last part of the diploma thesis is devoted to the economic influence of cutting conditions on the process of high-feed face milling.

This master‘s thesis deals with using surface texture parameters for conformity assessment and process control. The aim of the thesis was to create an overview of surface texture parameters, an overview of procedures for conformity assessment and process control using surface texture parameters, practical application on an industrial product and practical recommendations. The thesis includes an overview of profile and areal surface texture parameters, including an original translation of terms of the areal method. Methods of conformity assessment and process control in connection with the surface texture parameters are also described. Statistical analysis was performed based on 7200 values of surface parameters and 1843200 values of profile parameters which were measured on parts from serial production. The last chapter includes practical recommendations.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of surface texture parameters during pistol production. The aim of the diploma thesis was to formulate requirements for pistol quality, to analyze the existing production process of the chosen pistol component, to analyze the texture of the functional surface after selected technological operations with a proposal for correction of the manufacturing process and recommendations for practice. The work includes mapping the life cycle of the pistol with a focus on the technological procedure of processing the main part of the pistol - the slide of the pistol. The surface texture of surface texture is also described, depending on the measurement of the defined area. Based on 250 measured and evaluated surface texture parameters, recommendations for correction of the manufacturing process and recommendations for the design and development of the pistol were formulated.

This master’s thesis deals with the use of a coordinate measuring machine probe for surface texture evaluation. The thesis’ goals were to describe the Renishaw’s SFP2 probe, to analyze the measurement system of the probe and a common stylus instrument, to carry out a demonstrative measurement, to analyze measurement results and to give practical recommendations. The measurement system analysis of the SFP2 consists in the evaluation of minimal specification limits of selected roughness parameters, for which gauge capability can be proven. The analysis results are compared with the results of the measurement system analysis of the Surtronic 25 profilometer. The differences in the measuring processes of mentioned devices are demonstrated by surface texture inspection of torque converter body. For the measurement result analysis, uncertainties in the selected surface texture parameters are calculated in two ways. Finally, recommendations for the producer of the probe and for its users are worked out. The results of this thesis may contribute to a wider use of a coordinate measuring machines for surface quality evaluation.

This master’s thesis includes an overview of profile method of surface texture evaluation according to ISO standards and VDA automotive standards, as well as an overview of areal method according to ISO 25178 standard series, which includes a proposal for improvement of czech terminology. Suitability of application of selected measurement methods for measurement of a portfolio of automotive parts was evaluated based on measurements carried out using a contact profiler, a coherence scanning interferometer and a confocal microscope. Further recommendations for practice in surface texture metrology were also formulated. A regression analysis of the relationship between values of selected profile surface texture parameters and their areal equivalents was also performed. Its results may aid the spread of areal surface texture evaluation in the industry.

This work deal with determination topohraphic parameters of a randomly rough surface by the help of method of shearing interferometry. It is a optical method for determination surface roughness. The basic idea is based of on deformation interference strips which are made by interference of the same mutually translated monochrome luminous wavefronts. The wavefront is created after transit or reflection monochrome lights from the surface of a studied sample. The wavefronts creates picture with deformed interference strips , which carries information about character of the surface. This information can be profited by algorithms of image processing from the picture . The thesis was developed in research project MSM 0021630529 Intelligent Systems in Automation.

There are compared the amplitude of the signal measured using five different couplants at 20°C and 80°C.
