Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kemampuan menganalisis teks opini dengan kemampuan menulis paragraf argumentasi pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Onan Runggu Tahun Pembelajaran 2017/2018.Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa/i SMA Negeri 1 Onan Runggu yang berjumlah 157 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 1 yang berjumlah 32 orang siswa yang diambil dengan teknik random. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes objektif yaitu tes pilihan berganda yang berjumlah 20 soal dan tes essai yaitu menulis paragraf argumentasi. Metode eksperimen yaitu dengan metode deskriptif korelasional.Nilai rata-rata kemampuan menganalisis teks opini=79,37; standar deviasi= 8,00; dan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata kemampuan menulis paragraf argumentasi= 72,5; standar deviasi= 4,53. Setelah uji normalitas dan homogenitas, diperoleh th sebesar= 2,557, kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan ttabel pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar= 1,697. Karena th yang diperoleh lebih besar dari ttabel, yaitu 2,557>1,697 maka hipotesis nihil (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis (Ha) diterima.

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo demostrar si los estándares de buenas prácticas del PMI pueden ayudar a la empresa Construcciones Electromecánicas DELCROSA S.A. en controlar las fases del proyecto “Ampliación de la Subestación Sullana con un Transformador 58/22.9/10KV - 30/17/23MVA ONAN, distrito y provincia de Sullana, departamento de Piura”. Esto resulta interesante dado que en la actualidad DELCROSA S.A. no cuenta con una metodología en la dirección de proyectos, los cuales los viene realizando de acuerdo a su experiencia, sin dejar registros de la manera de cómo se han planificado ni de cómo se han superado obstáculos particulares de cada proyecto. Esta información basada en experiencias es un activo de la empresa que la manejan de manera reservada ciertos ejecutivos, quienes al momento de dejar la empresa, se van con todo el expertis adquirido, teniendo el riesgo la empresa de repetir ciertos errores pasados. Para la planificación de la ejecución del proyecto por primera vez en la empresa DELCROSA S.A., mediante la elaboración del presente trabajo, se propone la implementación de una metodología basada en los estándares de buenas prácticas del PMI, como un mecanismo de control básico. El objetivo del uso de estas prácticas en este proyecto es asegurar el cumplimiento básicamente del alcance, tiempo y costo, dado que las condiciones contractuales son bajo la modalidad de suma alzada y llave en mano. Esta modalidad contractual implica que los principales riesgos de construcción y costos se trasladen al contratista, es decir, a DELCROSA, por lo que una buena dirección de proyectos basada en una metodología ayudará a controlar la ejecución del proyecto de manera completa dentro del plazo comprometido y presupuesto designado, debiera ser una prioridad para la empresa. Asimismo, se deben tener en consideración las restricciones del proyecto, las cuales son establecidas por el cliente, como son en este proyecto en particular las marcas de los equipos principales a suministrar y las prácticas de control de calidad. DELCROSA deberá tener especial cuidado en cumplir con estos requisitos y las especificaciones técnicas de los mismos para cumplir con el alcance del proyecto y sus obligaciones según los certificados de calidad del cliente. Con el fin de llevar a cabo una buena dirección de este proyecto, se escogen las buenas prácticas del PMI, las cuales tienen como visión el cumplimiento de los requisitos identificados de los interesados en el proyecto, siendo sus efectos positivos la hipótesis del presente trabajo. Como se verá a lo largo del presente trabajo se verán los notables beneficios de tener una metodología al ejecutar el proyecto, el cual incluye el dejar un registro de los hechos particulares suscitados en el proyecto, además de cómo se planificó. Esperamos que este trabajo sirva como inspiración a diversas empresas en atreverse a dar el gran salto de implementar una metodología en sus proyectos, empezando con proyectos pequeños y luego generalizarlo midiendo y controlando sus beneficios.

This degree project presents a study case in Eskilstuna-Sweden, regarding the effect of the photovoltaic (PV) systems with battery energy storage system (BESS) on a power distribution transformer, and how they could change the transformer lifespan. For that, an extensive literature review has been conducted, and two MATLAB models were used to simulate the system. One model simulates the PV generation profile, with the option of including battery in the system, and the other one simulates the transformer loss of life (LOL) based on the thermal characteristics. Simulations were using hourly time steps over a year with provided load profile based on utility data and typical meteorological year weather data from SMHI and STRÅNG. In this study, three different scenarios have been put into consideration to study the change of LOL. The first scenario applies various levels of PV penetrations without energy storage, while, the other scenarios include energy storage under different operating strategies, self-consumption, and peak shaving. Similarly, different battery capacities have been applied for the purpose of studying the LOL change. Thus, under different PV penetrations and battery capacities, results included the variation of LOL, grid power, battery energy status, and battery power. Moreover, results concluded that the PV system has the maximum impact on LOL variation, as it could decrease it by 33.4 %, and this percentage could increase by applying different battery capacities to the system. Finally, LOL corresponding to the battery under peak shaving strategy varies according to the battery discharge target. As different peak shaving targets were used to control the battery discharge, and hence, study the impact on the transformer and estimate its LOL.

Luego nos abocaremos específicamente a los problemas de asimetría sexual, para hacer patente la necesidad de concordar una noción de patriarcado que incluya el rol de los metalenguajes culturales en su funcionamiento, para poder responder la pregunta que nos planteamos. Posteriormente analizaremos los mitos selk’nam en razón de tal noción.

Dentre os compostos que apresentam atividade biológica relevante, os heterocíclicos apresentam um importante papel, principalmente os que possuem o anel de cinco membros. O grupo heterocíclico das Tiazolidin-4-onas tem sido estudado por apresentar plurifuncionalidades que podem ser exploradas. No presente trabalho, propõe-se sintetizar e estudar a atividade biológica (Leishmanicida e Larvicida) de 20 inéditas Tiazolidin-4onas (CH01-20). As moléculas foram sintetizadas de forma a se observar a contribuição lipofílica e do efeito indutivo dos substituintes. Para a verificação da atividade Leishmanicida, os compostos foram testados em diferentes concentrações frente à forma promastigota da Leishmania amazonensis, utilizando como controle positivo a Anfotericina. Já para o estudo da atividade larvicida, as tiazolidin-4-onas foram testadas frente a larvas do Aedes aegypti no estágio L4. Foi observado, na atividade leishmanicida, que sete compostos sintetizados apresentaram índice de seletividade maior que o controle positivo. Dentre esses, cinco apresentaram valor de IC₅₀ equiparáveis ao padrão e uma CH18 apresentou valor de IC50 de 0,96 μM, que é equivalente a anfotericina 1,0 μM. O composto CH19 apresentou o melhor índice de seletividade (34,93), que foi cerca de cinco vezes maior que o padrão (7,5). Quanto a atividade larvicida nenhuma das moléculas testadas foi ativa.
Among the components and human activity, heterocyclics play an important role, especially those with the five-membered ring. The heterocyclic group of Thiazolidines-4-ones has been studied because it presents multi-functionalities that can be explored. In the present work, it is proposed to synthesize and study the biological activity (Leishmanicide and Larvicide) of 20 unpublished thiazolidin-4ones (CH01-20). The molecules were synthesized in order to observe the lipophilic contribution and the inductive effect of the substituents. For a verification of the Leishmanicidal activity, the compounds thus tested in different concentrations against the promastigote form of Leishmania amazonensis, using as a positive control Amphotericin. For the study of larvicidal activity, such as thiazolidin-4-ones were tested against Aedes aegypti larvae in the L4 stage. It was observed in the leishmanicidal activity that seven synthesized compounds showed a selectivity index greater than the positive control. Among these, five had an IC50 value comparable to the standard and one CH18 presented an IC 50 value of 0.96 μM, which is equivalent to 1.0 μM amphotericin. Compound CH19 had the best selectivity index (34.93), which was about five times higher than the standard (7.5). As for the larvicidal activity of the molecules tested for active.

El presente proyecto se enmarca en el contexto experimental-autoral y consiste en revalorar la visualidad del pueblo Selk’nam basándose en el mito del matriarcado, relato en el que se sustenta el rito más importante de esta cultura, el Hain, y que dió origen al valioso imaginario de cuerpos pintados. Consiste en un set de fotografías que retratan a diversas mujeres con sus rostros pintados, manteniendo la forma de su iconografía, constituida por tramas de líneas y puntos, pero, desde la oportunidad que da el registro de esta visualidad, la fotografía en blanco y negro, generar una propuesta de color.La propuesta busca llamar la atención, alejándose de lo obvio, (como se hace en bastantes referencias mencionadas más adelante). No se trata de rememorar, pues para revalorizar debe existir algo que provoque inquietud, especulación.Es en ese espacio donde actúa el color, dotando de carácter y significación a cada imagen. También adquiere un valor fundamental la decisión de sólo retratar mujeres (distintas unas de otras, mestizas), pues no todos conocen el mito en el que se basa la propuesta fotográfica.Dicha propuesta se plantea en una exposición fotográfica para ser mostrada en una galería o museo que fomente la cultura originaria chilena. En una segunda etapa podría proyectarse en una editorial que dé origen un registro perenne de la exposición.

As quinolonas constituem uma classe de compostos que apresentam diversas atividades biológicas como medicinais, farmacêuticas e agroquímicas. Apresentam ainda, atividade sobre o fotossistema II, inibindo a cadeia transportadora de elétrons, o que confere a esta classe de compostos uma potencial atividade herbicida. Sua principal fonte natural é constituída por plantas da família Rutaceae. O presente trabalho objetivou a síntese de novas 3-arilquinolin-4(1H)-onas, partindo-se de uma etapa de ciclocondensação entre a 2- aminoacetofenona e o formato de metila que forneceu a quionolin-4(1H)-ona com 84% de rendimento. A segunda etapa consistiu numa reação de iodação, para adição de um bom grupo abandonador à molécula, e se processou com 92% de rendimento. Em seguida o grupo NH da quinolona foi protegido por meio de uma reação de metilação (88%). Por fim a 3-iodo-1- metilquinolin-4(1H)-ona foi submetida a uma reação de acoplamento de Suzuki-Miyaura fornecendo doze análogos: 1-metil-3-fenilquinolin-4(1H)-ona (64%), 3-(2-metoxifenil)-1- metilquinolin-4(1H)-ona (78%), 3-(4-fluoro-2-metoxifenil)-1-metilquinolin-4(1H)-ona (68%), 3-(5-fluoro-2-metoxifenil)-1-metilquinolin-4(1H)-ona (77%), 3-(5-bromo-2-metoxifenil)-1- metilquinolin-4(1H)-ona (65%), 3-(5-cloro-2-metoxifenil)-1-metilquinolin-4(1H)-ona (70%), 3-(3-clorofenil)-1-metilquinolin-4(1H)-ona (73%), 3-(4-clorofenil)-1-metilquinolin-4(1H)-ona (75%), 3-(4-bromofenil)-1-metilquinolin-4(1H)-ona (65%), 3-(3-metoxifenil)-1- metilquinolin-4(1H)-ona (71%), 3-(3-bromofenil)-1-metilquinolin-4(1H)-ona (61%) e 3-(4- metoxifenil)-1-metilquinolin-4(1H)-ona (72%). A avaliação de atividade fitotóxica foi realizada por meio de ensaio em placa de Petri empregando-se sementes de sorgo (Sorghum bicolor) e de pepino (Cucumis sativus) como indicadores de fitotoxicidade e por meio de ensaio in vitro de inibição do transporte de elétrons em cloroplastos de espinafre (Spinacea oleracea L.). De forma geral, os compostos apresentaram maior fitotoxicidade para a espécie dicotiledônea (pepino). O composto 25 foi o mais seletivo. No ensaio de inibição da reação de Hill, o composto 21 foi o que apresentou maior efeito sobre a redução do ferricianeto de potássio na presença de cloroplastos isolados de folhas de espinafre nas concentrações de 50 e 100 μM.
The quinolones are a class of compounds which exhibit various biological activities such as medical, pharmaceutical and agrochemical. Still present activity on the photosystem II, inhibiting electron transport chain, which gives this class of compounds a potential herbicide activity. Its main natural source consists of plants of Rutaceae family. And mostly commercially available quinolones are of synthetic origin. This study aimed to the synthesis of new 3-arilquinolin-4-(1H)-ones, starting from a cyclocondensation step between the 2- methyl aminoacetofenone and the methyl formate that provided the quionolin-4-(1H)-one with 84% yield. The second stage consisted of an iodination reaction in addition to a good leaving group molecule, and processed in 92% yield. Next, the NH group of the quinolone is protected by means of a methylation reaction (88%). Finally, the 3-iodo-1-methyl-quinolin-4 (1H)-one was subjected to a coupling reaction of Suzuki-Miyaura providing twelve analogues: 1-methyl-3-phenylquinolin-4 (1H) -one (64%) 3- (2-methoxyphenyl) -1-methyl- quinolin-4 (1H) -one (78%), 3- (4-fluoro-2-methoxyphenyl) -1-methyl-quinolin-4 (1H) -one (68 %) 3- (5-fluoro-2-methoxyphenyl) -1-methyl-quinolin-4 (1H) -one (77%) 3- (5-bromo-2- methoxyphenyl) -1-methyl-quinolin-4 (1H) -one (65%) 3- (5-chloro-2-methoxyphenyl) -1- methyl-quinolin-4 (1H) -one (70%) 3- (3-chlorophenyl) -1-methyl-quinolin-4 (1H) -one (73%) 3- (4-chlorophenyl) -1-methyl-quinolin-4 (1H) -one (75%) 3- (4-bromophenyl) -1- methyl-quinolin-4 (1H) -one (65%) 3- (3-methoxyphenyl) -1-methyl-quinolin-4 (1H) -one (71%) 3- (3-bromophenyl) -1-methyl-quinolin-4 (1H) -one (61%) and 3 - (4-methoxyphenyl) -1-methyl-quinolin-4 (1H) -one (72%). Assessment of phytotoxicity was carried out by means of the Petri dish assay employing seeds of sorghum (Sorghum bicolor) and cucumber (Cucumis sativus) as indicators and phytotoxicity by testing inhibition of electron transport in spinach chloroplasts (Spinacea oleracea L.) in vitro. In general, the compounds showed higher phytotoxicity for dicot species (cucumber). Compound 25 was the most selective. With respect to inhibition assay Hill reaction compound 21 showed the highest effect on the reduction of potassium ferricyanide in the presence of chloroplasts isolated from spinach leaves at concentrations of 50 and 100 μM, respectively.

The thesis focuses mainly on getting to know myself as an actress. Sztuczna inteligencja (SI) coraz częściej wpływa na życie jednostek oraz funkcjonowanie społeczeństw jako całości. W ostatnim czasie rośnie również znaczenie sztucznej inteligencji w biznesie, w którym posiada ona coraz szerszy zakres zastosowań. Definicje sztucznej inteligencji różnią się w zależności od kontekstu, w którym to pojęcie jest używane. W najprostszym ujęciu przez sztuczną inteligencję rozumie się systemy lub maszyny na nich oparte, które naśladują ludzką inteligencję podczas wykonywania określonych zadań i dodatkowo mogą się interaktywnie doskonalić (uczyć) na podstawie zbieranych informacji. Postrzegane korzyści i zagrożenia związane z wdrażaniem w przedsiębiorstwach rozwiązań z zakresu sztucznej inteligencji mogą różnić się w zależności od tego, kto dokonuje oceny zjawiska. To, co dla pracodawcy stanowi korzyść (np. obniżenie kosztów pracy), przez pracowników może być postrzegane jako realne zagrożenie związane z utratą pracy (zastąpienie pracownika przez rozwiązania oparte o sztuczną inteligencję). Ograniczenie wspomnianych obaw będzie możliwe tylko wówczas, gdy sztuczna inteligencja będzie rozwijana i wdrażana w firmach w sposób właściwy, pozwalający zdobyć zaufanie pracowników. Zaufanie ukierunkowane na technologię jawi się jako niezwykle ważna i interesująca poznawczo kategoria. Zaufanie do technologii przejawia się w gotowości człowieka do bycia pod wpływem technologii, wynikającej z użyteczności tej technologii, przewidywalności skutków jej działania a także wiarygodności jej dostawców. Pojęcie zaufania do technologii odnosi się zatem do wiary, iż druga strona relacji – w tym przypadku technologia – będzie działać w sposób przewidywalny i niezawodny, zapewniający pozytywne rezultaty. Nie bez znaczenia jest tu również indywidualna skłonność jednostki do korzystania z technologii, będąca efektem jej cech osobowościowych, związanych m.in. z wcześniejszymi doświadczeniami, otwarciem na nowe doświadczania, chęcią ciągłego poznawania i uczenia się. Identyfikacja oraz pomiar zaufania do sztucznej inteligencji, rozumianej jako najbardziej zaawansowanej formy rozwoju technologii, jest swoistym wyzwaniem z uwagi na latentną naturę rozważanej zmiennej. Biorąc pod uwagę, że zaufanie pracowników do sztucznej inteligencji w przedsiębiorstwie jest konstruktem złożonym, wielowymiarowym i nieidentyfikowalnym bezpośrednio w zrealizowanym badaniu podjęto próbę jego opisu poprzez inne konstrukty badawcze złożone z elementów (zmiennych) identyfikowalnych, które odnoszą się do obserwowalnych cech. Konstrukty badawcze niższego szczebla to: ogólne zaufanie technologiczne, zaufanie do zaawansowanej technologii w przedsiębiorstwie, zaufanie wewnątrzorganizacyjne, indywidualne zaufanie kompetencyjne. Celem przeprowadzonego badania była ocena poziomu zaufania do sztucznej inteligencji pracowników przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych funkcjonujących w Polsce. Poziom wspomnianego zaufania zbadano w oparciu o cztery, wymienione wyżej, konstrukty badawcze niższego szczebla. Z uwagi na stosunkowo niski stopień rozpoznania w teorii i praktyce problematyki zaufania pracowników do sztucznej inteligencji, przeprowadzone badanie miało charakter eksploracyjny. Zostało zrealizowane w okresie luty–kwiecień 2020 r. w 29 przedsiębiorstwach funkcjonujących na terenie Polski. Ich dobór miał charakter celowy i wynikał z możliwości uzyskania w nich zgody na realizację pomiaru. Dobór respondentów w każdym z przedsiębiorstw miał także charakter celowy. Pomiar z udziałem wybranych w ten sposób osób zrealizowano metodą ankiety bezpośredniej. Wzięło w nim udział łącznie 792 respondentów. Opisane jednostki poddano pomiarowi w miejscu pracy. Stosownie do zaproponowanej metody zbierania danych, instrumentem pomiarowym wykorzystanym w badaniu był kwestionariusz ankietowy. Uzyskane wyniki poddano analizie w każdym z czterech zaproponowanych obszarów (konstruktów badawczych niższego rzędu), dokonano także syntetycznej oceny konstruktu złożonego, jakim jest zaufanie pracowników do sztucznej inteligencji w przedsiębiorstwie. Ocena syntetyczna wyniosła S=6,63 (w skali od 0 do 10) . Wynik ten należy interpretować z ostrożnym optymizmem, świadczy bowiem o umiarkowanie wysokim ogólnym zaufaniu pracowników do zaawansowanej technologii, w tym sztucznej inteligencji. Odwołując się do ocen cząstkowych dotyczących poszczególnych obszarów warto podkreślić, że owo zaufanie jest wspierane głównie przez indywidualne zaufanie kompetencyjne oraz zaufanie wewnątrzorganizacyjne. Te dwa komponenty zaufania są ze sobą ściśle powiązane. Wyniki badania wskazują jednocześnie na niższy poziom ocen uzyskanych w dwóch pozostałych komponentach opisywanego konstruktu, jakimi są ogólne zaufanie technologiczne oraz zaufanie do zaawansowanej technologii w przedsiębiorstwie.
