Abstract The paper attempts to explore Aamis (Ravening) (2019), an Assamese film from India, written and directed by Bhaskar Hazarika. The film chronicles a story of passion between Nirmali, a married woman and Sumon, a young researcher. Sumon, a meat connoisseur, studying the meat eating habits of different communities serve as a metafictional strategy of the film. Meat becomes a mode of showcasing liminality and the body politic. The two create a carnivalesque world for themselves, where meat becomes a medium of expressing their unprofessed desire. With the turn of events Sumon makes Nirmali taste his own flesh, camouflaging it as an exotic meat. Resulting in Nirmali's extreme yearning for human flesh. Nirmali undergoes a process of 'unfinalizability', revealing a side to herself that she had never known. Aamis through its surrealistic portrayal of cannibalism brings forth the grotesque and the macabre. Nirmali's desire for human meat turns her into a monstrous 'other'. Sumon and Nirmali become figures of 'homo-sacer', beyond the control of the state. In the conclusive scene, for the first time Nirmali touches Sumon, in public with faces covered by cloth. The markers of identity become ineffectual by then. Almost indifferent to the world around them, they stand as lovers hand in hand who had tasted, that which is "forbidden".

Abstract In the present study, an evaluation of agrobased materials (ABM) as a coagulant aid in conjunction with alum has been conducted to determine their efficacy in water treatment. The agrobased materials evaluated are Surjana seed (Moringa oleifera), Nirmali seed (Strychnos potatorum) and maize (Zeemays). Experiments have been conducted simulating a conventional water treatment train consisting of coagulation-flocculation-settling and granular media filtration. Emphasis has been given to the filtration aspect of the treatment train using synthetic turbid water. The filter performance was defined by water quality and head loss development across the filter bed. When Nirmali seed or maize was used as a coagulant aid, the alum dose required was 25 and 15 mg/L, respectively, and the filtrate turbidity achieved was less than 0.2 NTU, whereas alum alone with a dose of 45 mg/L achieved filtrate turbidity levels higher than 1 NTU. Thus, the use of ABM improved the filtrate quality. Head loss in filter with Surjana seed and Maize as coagulant aids was comparable to that of alum alone, whereas it was higher when Nirmali seed was used as a coagulant aid.

The research aim is to the treatment of industrial dyeing waste water for the analysis of improved water treatment using natural coagulants. For waste water treatment, natural coagulants such as Strychnos potatorum (nirmali seeds) and Eirchorrnia crassipes (water hyacinth) are used. We have test the various properties of dyeing waste water before and after treatment like pH, sulphates, chlorides, total solids, total suspended solids (TSS), total dissolved solids (TDS), acidity, alkalinity, optimum coagulant dosage (jar apparatus), biological oxygen demand (BOD) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) .The test results showed that natural coagulants produce better results when used alone or in conjunction with the chemical coagulant alum. Since the natural coagulant generates less floc, the cost of sludge treatment is reduced. Water hyacinth outperforms nirmali seed in terms of natural coagulants. Natural coagulants may be used to manage and treat the dyeing waste water, anywhere there is an abundance of it.

As the population of the earth is very huge, there is a requirement that the treatment of wastewater become necessary by using different techniques. The removal of TDS and Turbidity are here done by natural coagulants such as Strychnospotatorum, Passion fruit, Phaseolus Vulgaris, Chitosan, Cicer Arietinum, Cactus, Nirmali seeds, Vingna Mungo, Ripe Okra, Surjana seed powder (SSP), Orange peel, Moringa Oleifera, and Maize seed powder. This is found from the literature review that; Jar tests were prominently used in the coagulation-flocculation process for the removal TDS and Turbidity from wastewater. The objective of this review is to find out the scope of different natural coagulants as an alternative compared to other commercial chemical-based coagulants. It has been found from the literature review that these natural coagulants are alternative, cheaper, eco-friendly, and easy to use in wastewater treatment.

Abstract: Turbidity is the measure of relative clarity of a liquid. It is an optical characteristic of water and is a measurement of the amount of light that is scattered by material in the water when a lightis shined through the water sample. The higher the intensity of scattered light, the higher the turbidity Turbidity in the water creates both aesthetic and health issues. Surface water treatment plants remove particles because they can cause objectionable appearances, tastes, and odour and can interfere with disinfection. A wide range of natural coagulants, such as moringa seeds, banana peel, jatropha curcas, cassava peel starch, watermelon, pawpaw, beans, nirmali seeds, papaya seeds, organic dry hibiscus and okra have been studied previously. Natural coagulants in powder forms are usually added directly to wastewater. The most commonly used inorganic chemical coagulants in water treatment. Aluminium sulfate Al2(SO4)3 is the most commonly used chemical for coagulation in wastewater treatment. Additional commonly used coagulants include sodium aluminate NaAIO₂, ferric sulphate Fe2(SO4)3 and ferric chloride FeCl3.

A topological index is a quantity computed from the molecular graph, that finds application in chemistry, material science, computer science, and biological application-driven fields. Recently, the general Zagreb indices were studied, and methods for their calculation for composite graphs were established. In the present paper, we provide examples for chemical applications of these methods, computing the first and second general Zagreb indices of several composite molecular species, in particular of biphenyl, naphthalene, biphenylene, and bicoronylene. In this paper, we compute the Nirmala index and its corresponding exponential of chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine and remdesivir. Also we determine the inverse Nirmal indices of chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine and remdesivir.

Spatial intelligence is an ability to visualize the ideas relating to space and place. Spatial intelligence is an intelligence possessed by most fine art and design students. Nirmana II (Trimatra) prepares students to have a sense of taste, sharpness of visual analysis, and a deep understanding of the basic fine arts and design. Nirmana influences other courses relating to the theory and practice of visual communication design. Modification of the Nirmana II learning strategy (Trimatra) with contextual (visual-spatial) and evaluation assessment can be important points in managing a conducive classroom atmosphere, improving the quality of enthusiasm for learning, and increasing students' understanding and creativity to work. This study aims to gain an understanding of the comparison of language styles in a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya and a collection of Nafaskarya Fatimah Musawa poems. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques in research using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques with steps: data reduction, data display, and conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that there are comparisons of comparative language styles and opposing language styles. Comparative language style in the collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmala amounts to 18 data and the language style of contention is 5 data, based on the language style that dominates the collection of Phrase Poems at the End of Season. Whereas the collection of Nafas poems by Fatimah Musawa, namely: Language style comparisons totaling 9 data. While the language style of contention is 11 data. Conclusions, a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya is more dominant in the style of comparison and the collection of Nafas poems by Fatima Musawa has a dominant style of language in opposition. Water is essential component of the human body. Impure water contains many impurities. Safe and palatable water drinking is essential for maintaining the health. Ancient Indian medical science, Ayurveda emphasizes on safe water drinking practices. Ayurveda had described different types of water sources like well, river, ocean, waterfall, pond etc. Ayurveda had mentioned the hazards of drinking unclean and unpalatable water. Ayurvedic acharya Sushruta had not only mentioned about the water purifying process but also about disinfecting the water to avoid the water borne diseases. As per Ayurveda, drinking unsafe and impure water may lead to diseases like edema, anemia, indigestion, skin diseases, cough, rhinorrhoea, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, fever, anorexia, conjunctivitis and goitre. Ayurveda had advocated the use of Nirmali seeds, Lotus root, Spirogyra root, cloth, pearl, Hessonite stone water and alum for purifying the water. Similarly, the ancient methods to disinfect the water include keeping the water in sunlight, boiling the water under heat, immersing the hot iron ball in the water etc. For making the water palatable and removing the bad odour from the water, Ayurveda had suggested to make it scented with lotus, pandamus (Ketaki), Mesua ferrea (Nagakeshar), Michelia (Champa), Stereospermum suuaveolens (Patala). In ancient water purifying process, water was used to stirred with Alum primarily. Alum is well known for settling the dust to the bottom. Cloth was used to arrest the impurities in water by straining. Later water was used to get treated with Strychnus potatorum seeds to make it clean. Later water was heated to boiling point to make it germ free. It is observed that drinking impurified water leads to water borne diseases. It is concluded that water purifying and disinfecting methods are very well described in ancient Indian medical science, Ayurveda.

A novel vertex-degree-based topological invariant, called Nirmala index, was recently put forward, defined as the sum of the terms \(\sqrt{d(u)+d(v)}\) over all edges \(uv\) of the underlying graph, where \(d(u)\) is the degree of the vertex \(u\). Based on this index, we now introduce the respective ``Nirmala matrix'', and consider its spectrum and energy. An interesting finding is that some spectral properties of the Nirmala matrix, including its energy, are related to the first Zagreb index.

Several degree-based topological indices have a vital role in the inspection of the chemical properties of various chemical networks. Hex-derived networks, made up of hexagonal mesh networks, have wide applications in the fields of technology, pharmacy and physical sciences. In this research work, we focus on different hex-derived networks of the third type of dimension n and their subdivisions. The Nirmala indices (such as the Nirmala index, the first inverse Nirmala index and the second inverse Nirmala index) are newly introduced degree-based topological indices. Here, we compute the values of these Nirmala indices for the above networks under consideration by operating their standard mathematical formulas and the M-polynomial based method. In addition, we plot the Nirmala indices of the networks and their subdivisions in different dimensions for the purpose of comparative studies among them. The results acquired are helpful in demonstrating the structural properties of considered hex-derived networks and their subdivisions. Also, it may influence the researchers for comparative based studies of the structure and their subdivisions in the sense of the Nirmala indices.

The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) is currently creating new habits and facilitating life activities from all aspects which is a challenge for various parties, including non-bank financial companies, to be prepared to face business competition through the application of information technology. One of the companies investing in information technology is the Nirmala Cooperative by presenting Nirmala Hadir e-commerce to support its business units and prioritize convenience for its members. When developing digital technology, companies need a large capital investment with an uncertain percentage of return and the measurement is quite difficult to do so an analysis of the benefits of technology investment is needed to ensure that the benefits obtained are higher than the negative impacts that arise. The method applied in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach which in its analysis uses the Ranti's Generic IS/IT Business Value and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) methods. The results of research with Ranti's Generic IS/IT obtained 7 categories and 9 sub-categories of benefits and CBA calculations obtained an ROI value of 7.93%, NPV of IDR 11,731,529, Payback Period of 0.929 (339 days) and BCR of 9.87 which indicates that the technology investment made by the Nirmala Cooperative has a good profitability value with a payback period of less than one year.

Di sinilah toko Nirmala, sebagai toko retail yang menjual pakaian dan perlengkapan anak dan dewasa, serta kebutuhan sehari – hari, hadir untuk memenuhi permintaan masyarakat.Interior pada toko retail merupakan salah satu elemen penting yang mampu menarik perhatian konsumen. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari proyek tugas akhir ini adalah untuk merancang interior toko Nirmala dengan organisasi area dan alur aktivitas yang efisien bagi karyawan maupun konsumen serta sesuai dengan konsep produk yang dijual. Interior yang dirancang juga diharapkan mampu mengubah brand image Nirmala menjadi lebih baik lagi. Penulis mendesain interior toko dengan mengutamakan kemudahan konsumen dalam mencari dan menemukan produk yang diinginkan. Oleh karena itu, muncullah konsep desain “Simple; Efficient; Modern; Comfortable” yang membagi toko Nirmala menjadi beberapa bagian berdasarkan jenis produk yang dijual. Konsep ini diharapkan juga dapat menjawab permasalahan toko lainnya. Penulis berharap hasil dari proyek tugas akhir ini dapat memberikan toko Nirmala keunikan dan daya tarik tersendiri dari sisi desain interior, serta meningkatkan kemampuan bersaing Nirmala untuk kedepannya.

Only the administration department uses an information system called Accurate to assist in the accounting process. Some crucial business processes are still carried out manually, one of which is the process of receiving requests for goods. PT. Nirmala Orion Persada still uses text messages sent by customers who want to buy goods to the salesman who offers the goods to them. This causes delays in the request acceptance process and difficulties in managing customer data. This research was conducted using the Ward and Peppard framework, which began with data collection, Value Chain analysis, SWOT analysis, then explaining the factors that influence the environment conducted with PEST Analysis, followed by Mcfarlan Strategic Grid analysis to determine future application strategies that will be implemented at PT. Nirmala Orion Persada. The output of this research that we conducted is a blueprint that will be applied to IS/IT at PT. Nirmala Orion Persada.

In vitro seed germination and growth of seedlings was tried with three varieties of black gram (Vigna mungo (L.) Hepper) viz. Vamban-3, Nirmal-7 and T-9 after ultraviolet-B irradiation (UV-B = 2 hours once with 1 hour recovery time @ 12.2 kJ m-2 d-1; ambient = 10 kJ m-2 d-1). Unstressed and UV-B stressed VAMBAN-3 and T-9 seeds both in dry and wet conditions responded to in vitro germination. Unstressed NIRMAL-7 failed to germinate under in vitro culture. UV-B stressed NIRMAL-7 responded to in vitro culture. UV-B irradiation enhanced seedling height at both dry and wet conditions in VAMBAN-3 followed by NIRMAL-7 compared with controls. Root and shoot length of UV-B stressed VAMBAN-3 and NIRMAL-7 performed five to six times better than control. Root and shoot length of T-9 was reduced (2.61 to 8.69 %) below control after UV-B exposure. UV-B stressed VAMBAN-3 under dry and wet exposure accumulated three to six times more plant biomass over controls. UV-B stressed NIRMAL-7 and T-9 dry seeds accumulated less plant biomass by 70.86 % and 12.39 % respectively than their controls. He has this commitment to work for and help the refugee as he falls in love with a refugee, Kusum, mother of inbant Fokir. The novelist inborns that Kanai visits the 'tide country' together the lost journal written by his dead uncle Nirmal. The journal is an account of the lives of the Morichjhapi Island which is later ruthlessly evicted by military troops which claims the life of Kusum. A sudden cyclone kills Fokir when he is assisting Piya on a journey on waterways. Finally Piya determines to establish a research trust in memory of Fokir and seeks help from Nilima and Kanai to translate her dream into reality.

Nirmasi is a commonly used herb in Nepal especially in hilly and Himalayan regions. It is known as Delphinium species herb. Nirmasi has been used in Nepalese and Indian rural communities since ages for treatment of chronic illnesses like headache, epilepsy, mania, paralysis, rheumatism, toothache, and various types of pain. However, many species of Nirmasi (Delphinium) are poisonous and look quite similar in morphology to the beneficial ones. As a result, unintentional poisoning is common. Poisoning due to these plant products results in various symptoms attributed to gastric irritation, competitive neuromuscular blockade, and cardiotoxicity caused by various alkaloids present in them. We report here a case of poisoning due to Nirmasi herb ingestion presenting as epigastric pain, vomiting, profuse sweating, syncopal attack, hypotension and malignant ventricular arrhythmias managed successfully with antiarrhythmics and supportive treatment.

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge management and self efficacy on employee performance at PT Cipta Nirmala (Semen Gresik Hospital). The population taken in the study were employees at PT Cipta Nirmala (Semen Gresik Hospital) in the non-health section, totaling 112 employees. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling and used the slovin technique so that the sample used amounted to 53 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods. This research analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The conclusion in the results of this study shows that knowledge management has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT Cipta Nirmala (Semen Gresik Hospital) and self efficacy has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT Cipta Nirmala (Semen Gresik Hospital).

AbstractThe effect of four varieties of Lathyrus sativus Linnaeus (Fabaceae) seeds (Bio L 212 Ratan, Nirmal B-1, WBK-14-7, and WBK-13-1) on the bionomics of Callosobruchus maculatus (Fabricius) (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae: Bruchinae) was studied under laboratory conditions. Total larval developmental time was longer on WBK-13-1 than Bio L 212 Ratan. Adult emergence was highest on Bio L 212 Ratan followed by Nirmal B-1, WBK-14-7, and WBK-13-1. The development and fecundity were related with nutrient and antinutritional factors of khesari seeds. Total carbohydrates and proteins were highest in Bio L 212 Ratan and Nirmal B-1 while lipids and nitrogen were highest in Bio L 212 Ratan and least in WBK-13-1. Amino acids were higher in Nirmal B-1 and WBK-13-1. Phenols were greatest in Nirmal B-1 and least in Bio L 212 Ratan and WBK-14-7. β-ODAP was higher in Bio L 212 Ratan and Nirmal B-1. The lower levels of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, nitrogen, water content, and higher trypsin inhibitor activity of WBK-14-7 and WBK-13-1 may explain the higher developmental time and lower fecundity of C. maculatus on these varieties. These results suggest that infestations of C. maculatus may be easier to manage on WBK-14-7 and WBK-13-1 than on the other varieties of khesari seeds.

Semenjak terjadinya pandemi Covid-19, banyak perusahaan mengalami penurunan dalam penjulannya termasuk Canvasing Nirmala yang berada di kabupaten Klungkung yang mengalami fluktuasi penjualan selama tahun 2021 dan tidak dapat mencapai target penjualan bulanan. Hal ini membuat Canvassing Nirmala melakukan berbagai inovasi dalam meningkatkan penjualannya. Beberapa diantaranya adalah dengan memberikan potongan harga dan melakukan promosi penjualan yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian para konsumen. Diharapkan dengan meningkatnya keputusan pembelian akan berdampak pada peningkatan hasil penjualan. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 134 orang konsumen tetap pada Canvassing Nirmala di Kabupaten Klungkung. Pengambilan sampel, dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive random sampling sebanyak 58 orang responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yang terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis determinasi, analisis statistik uji F (F-test) dan analisis statistik uji t (t-tes). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan dan parsial antara potongan harga dan promosi penjualan terhadap keputusan pemebelian di Canvassing Nirmala di Kabupaten Klungkung.

Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari novel Sunyi Nirmala Karya Ashadi Siregar. Data yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini bukan berupa angka, tetapi berupa kata-kata dalam bentuk kutipan-kutipan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah ditemukan berbagai masalah sosial yang ada dalam novel Sunyi Nirmala Karya Ashadi Siregar antara lain masalah kemiskinan, masalah kejahatan, masalah disorganisasi keluarga, masalah lingkungan hidup, dan masalah kekerasan. Selain berbagai masalah sosial, pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan hubungan hasil penelitian dengan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA pada kurikulum 2013.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan atau efektivitas program Bank Sampah Sibuh Nirmala di Desa Kedisan, diukur dari komponen konteks, input, proses dan produk. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian studi evaluasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah nasabah Bank Sampah Sibuh Nirmala sejumlah 32 orang dan objek pada penelitian ini adalah program bank sampah. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan memakai rumus z-skor yang kemudian diubah ke dalam t-skor, setelah itu dikonversikan ke dalam kuadran prototype teori Glickman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, program Bank Sampah Sibuh Nirmala di Desa Kedisan tergolong cukup efektif karena CIPP berada pada posisi kuadran II prototype teori Glickman (+-++) yakni konteks bernilai positif, input bernilai negatif, proses bernilai positif, dan produk bernilai positif.

Based on the results of the analysis carried out in this study, the results show that awards have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Natura Nuswantara Nirmala with the results indicated by a significance value of t of 0.025 which is smaller than a = 0.05 (0.025 <0.05) with a regression coefficient of 0.343. Work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Natura Nuswantara Nirmala with results indicated by a significance value of t of 0.000 which is smaller than a = 0.05 (0.013 <0.05) with a regression coefficient of 0.535. Appreciation and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Natura Nuswantara Nirmala with results indicated by a significance value of F of 0.000 less than a = 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) and is able to contribute to the employee performance variable of 0.800 or 80%. The remaining 20% ​​is influenced by other variables not listed and examined in this study.

Kesiman Kertalangu Village is a village located in East Denpasar District, Denpasar City which consists of 11 hamlets. Apart from having many tourist attractions with beautiful views, Kesiman Kertalangu Village also has MSMEs that use natural products to be processed as health products. Bali Nirmala VCO Oil UMKM processes coconut using Usadha Bali fermentation technology. The Bali Nirmala VCO Oil UMKM has not implemented bookkeeping effectively and combined money from business with personal income so that it cannot know the exact amount of profit obtained from its business. In community service activities through this village project program, UNHI Accounting students help overcome this problem by providing simple bookkeeping training to improve the financial management of Bali Nirmala VCO Oil MSME business actors so that in the future the business can thrive and further increase its income through good financial management.

The feasibility of this business is assessed from various aspects, including financial, market, technical, management, and environmental aspects. In the financial aspect analysis, calculations are made for the initial investment, which includes the purchase of machinery, raw materials, and operational costs. The results indicate that the required initial investment is relatively high but can provide profitable returns in the long term. Profit and loss calculations also show that this business has the potential to generate stable profits. The market aspect becomes the next focus, involving an analysis of the market demand for dishwashing liquid. Market research reveals that the demand for dishwashing liquid continues to rise, especially with the increasing awareness of cleanliness. PT Nirmala Resik Indonesia has significant opportunities to effectively market its products and participate in this positive market growth. Technical analysis includes an evaluation of PT Nirmala Resik Indonesia's ability to produce dishwashing liquid that meets quality standards and customer needs. The results show that the company has adequate technology and production capabilities to produce high-quality products. Persoalannya adalah pada saat memotret makro fotografer memerlukan sebuah panduan komposisi agar bisa menghasilkan sebuah karya artistik. Disinilah peran nirmana dibutuhkan, melalui nirmana, fotografer bisa mendapatkan berbagai macam panduan artistik yang bisa mempercantik karya fotonya. Nirmana banyak mengeskplorasi prinsip seni rupa yang ada dalam fotografi seperti prinsip tata letak dan komposisi warna. Riset ini akan berfokus pada eksplorasi prinsip-prinsip nirmana dua dimensional (dwi matra). Penelitian ini penting karena akan mengingatkan kembali peran nirmana dalam proses kreatif memotret. Menerapkan prinsip nirmana adalah sebuah upaya untuk “back to basic” dalam aktifitas memotret. Sedangkan untuk akademik, riset ini penting karena merupakan titik temu dari dua mata kuliah dasar keahlian yaitu MK Nirmana dan MK Fotografi yang terdapat diberbagai program studi di fakultas seni rupa dan desain. Tujuan dari riset ini adalah untuk menghasilkan karya fotografi makro yang sesuai dengan prinsip nirmana. Riset ini akan mengeksplorasi obyek-obyek sederhana yang seringkali ada disekitar kita seperti bunga, daun, dan serangga. Proses penciptaan fotografi dalam riset ini akan difokuskan pada implementasi prinsip nirmana sehingga apapun obyek yang difoto akan disertai dengan penjelasan tentang prinsip-prinsip nirmana yang dipakai sebagai panduan estetis dengan menggunakan metode accidental photography.

This study aims to explain and identify job satisfaction, affective commitment and employee performance at PT Cipta Nirmala. The position of affective commitment in mediating job satisfaction on PT Cipta Nirmala's employee performance was tested and analyzed in this study. The population is all permanent employees in the PT Cipta Nirmala office section, amounting to 50 employees. The analysis technique uses SEM analysis by Smart PLS3. This research gives the result that positively and significantly, job satisfaction affects employee performance. Positively and significantly, job satisfaction is affected by affective commitment. There is no mediating affective commitment to job satisfaction in influencing employee performance.

Abstract The present study was carried out to investigate the compression loading behaviour of five Indian sunflower varieties (NIRMAL-196, NIRMAL-303, CO-2, KBSH-41, and PSH- 996) under four different moisture levels (6-18% d.b). The initial cracking force, mean rupture force, and rupture energy were measured as a function of moisture content. The observed results showed that the initial cracking force decreased linearly with an increase in moisture content for all varieties. The mean rupture force also decreased linearly with an increase in moisture content. However, the rupture energy was found to be increasing linearly for seed and kernel with moisture content. NIRMAL-196 and PSH-996 had maximum and minimum values of all the attributes studied for both seed and kernel, respectively. The values of all the studied attributes were higher for seed than kernel of all the varieties at all moisture levels. There was a significant effect of moisture and variety on compression loading behaviour.

Queue often causes some problems, one of which is inefficiency in time and expense. PT Nirmala Agro Lestari is endeavoring to optimize the line of TBS truck transports on weight bridge. If the queue at weight bridge PT Nirmala Agro Lestari is going on constantly will result in its slow delivery of TBS to the production area and affect the quality of production. To avoid this, companies conduct queue simulations in order to determine whether the queue system is efficient or should be implemented as an adjustment. PT Nirmala Agro Lestari has always been trying to reach consumer demand targets, with production capacity of 60 tons/hour. The study used the method of queue theory by creating a model of queue simulations based on actual conditions using the promodel. The data on this study is from the TBS transport queue to the weight bridge of PT Nirmala Agro Lestari. The simulation steps on this research was to design an optimum model of line simulation with promodel and test the proposed model for a line model by calculating the workload of TBS trucks. Model modifications are needed because there is still a queue of buildup in the TBS weight bridge loading process. At weight bridge at 90,95%, there is high activity at weight bridge because of the time of service and the frequency of trucks over at the high harvest time that gives trucks a long line of time to enter the production process. The addition of weight bridge to two units shows a utilisation drop on the entry road to the weight bridge from 71.34% to 22.82%, and 90,95% to 62.30%.
