Webbapplikationer bygger på många olika webbramar och utvecklare har en mängd olika webbramverk att välja mellan när de utvecklar en webbapplikation. Två populära webbramverk som finns på marknaden är NextJS och Create React App (CRA). Varje ramverk har sina egna för- och nackdelar i olika perspektiv. Syftet med denna studie är att granska om det finns några skillnader i dessa två populära webbramverk ur ett kontinuerligt integrations och kontinuerligt leverans-perspektiv med ett fokus på att kolla närmare på skillnaderna inom utvecklingsprocessen vid utökningar av applikationer och den tid det tar att bygga och driftsätta applikationer i de olika ramverken. För att få kunskap om ämnet så har en teoretisk studie av webbaserade källor gjorts och en applikation har skapats i de båda ramarverken för att sedan utvidgas med ytterligare verktyg för att kunna utföra en jämförelse. Studien visar att ramverken resulterar i liknande byggoch driftsättningstider men skiljer sig dock åt gällande konfigurationer när applikationerna utökades och att NextJS gav en enklare åtkomst åt konfigurering.
Web applications are built on numerous of different web frameworks and developers have a plethora of different web frameworks to choose from when developing a web application. Two popular web frameworks on the market are NextJS and Create React App (CRA). Each framework has its own advantages and disadvantages in different perspectives. The objective of this study is to review if there are any differences in these two popular web frameworks in a continuous integration and continuous delivery perspective looking closer at the differences in the development process when extending applications and the time it takes to build and deploy applications in the different frameworks. To gain knowledge about the subject, a theoretical study on web based sources has been made and an application has been created in both framework to then be extended with further tools to be able to perform the comparison. The study shows that the frameworks results in similar build and deployment times but does however differ in the configurations when extending applications and that NextJS did provide a more straightforward configuration.

Sammanfattning

Syftet med denna rapport är att undersöka produktivitet inom utvalda delar av

Nexans produktion. Nexans är ett företag som tillverkar och saluför olika typer av

kabel för en mängd olika ändamål. Då kopparpriserna steg i höjden under början

av 2000-talet har företagen inom kopparindustrin blivit tvingade att effektivisera

produktionen för att bli konkurrenskraftigare. I viss mån har kunderna fått

acceptera en prisökning på grund av kopparpriserna. Faktumet att kunderna har

accepterat en stegring av prisläget hindrar inte industrin från att kontinuerligt

försöka förbättra befintlig produktion.

Uppgiften som ålåg författarna var att hitta en metod för att öka produktiviteten i

divisionen ”Tele-Metall”. Divisionen är ett område inom Nexans som bland annat

innefattar processindustri i form av extrudering (plastbearbetning) och löpande

produktion i form av krysskabling (kablar tvinnas till grövre diameter). Området

som granskades avgränsades till två maskiner, krysskablingsmaskin 330 och

mantlingsmaskin 5.

För att undersöka vilka förutsättningar som finns gällande

produktivitetsoptimeringar resulterade teoristudien i användandet av den såkallade

MPU metoden. Endast P och U delen i metoden användes, där P står för

prestation och U för utnyttjandegrad. M som står för metod och användandet av

denna del är låst vid uppdatering av hård- och mjukvara, vilket ligger utanför

avgränsningen. Med hjälp av denna metod kunde uppsatsen knytas ihop för att

skapa en helhetsbild. Lean Production och incitamentsystem är strategier som har

används som verktyg för komma tillrätta med de problemställningar som skapats.

Kartläggningen av stopptider utfördes genom en absolut tidsstudie, där de två

aktuella maskinerna analyserades grundligt under två skift. För att få fram ett

tillförlitligt värde analyserades stopptider registrerade i Nexans datasystem, MOI

(Mätning och identifiering), tre månader bakåt i tiden. Värdet från MOI satte vi

sedan i relation till vårt uppmätta värde. Våra beräkningar enligt MPU metoden

ledde fram till en rad konkreta förbättringsåtgärder. De relativt enkla åtgärderna

bestod av att implementera ett fungerande incitamentsystem, införa ett Andon

system med ljud- och ljussignaler, utveckla den befintliga 5S metodiken, skapa

självstyrande lag, arbeta med MPU metoden och införa Norm meter som

produktivitetsmått.

The study of the meaning of relations between sentences is a much discussed and researched field in linguistic studies. The observation of how the terms behave in the construction of meanings in texts of different genres and their interpretation effects are also widespread themes among semantic research. In this work we will discuss about the meaning of the relations of meaning and their sense of purpose in a specific genre. The relations that we will investigate are semantic nexus or semantic links, as proposed by Chierchia (2003), which are respectively: entailment, semantic equivalence, contradictoriness and contrariness. The genre we chose for our analysis is the warranty certificate and the choice of this genre was made because it is part of the injunctive or instructional texts group that, in our opinion, has characteristics that favor the sampling of semantic nexus. We will analyze how the semantic nexus are used to restrict or cover the possibilities of interpretation in the warranty certificates. The corpus of this research has 22 (twenty two) copies of warranty certificates from different segments and we decided to choose certificates from separate lines to constitute an overview of the genre. The collection of the texts took place through the internet, without using any particular methodology of choice, only we pay attention to seek warranty certificates of diverse products. We seek in this research instigate reflection on the meaning relations between sentences and observance of these in instructional texts that we have contact in daily life and that, for many times, let go unnoticed its contents. The understanding of the semantic nexus can offer us tools to better read texts of this type.
O estudo das relações de significado entre sentenças é um campo bastante discutido e pesquisado nos estudos linguísticos. A observação de como se comportam os termos na construção de significados em textos de diversos gêneros e seus efeitos de interpretação também são temas muito difundidos entre as pesquisas das semânticas. Nesta produção discutiremos sobre as relações de significado e seus efeitos de sentido em um gênero específico. As relações que investigaremos são os nexos semânticos ou nexos de significado, como proposto por Chierchia (2003) que são respectivamente: acarretamento, equivalência semântica, contraditoriedade e contrariedade. O gênero que escolhemos para nossa análise é o certificado de garantia e a escolha de tal gênero se deu pelo fato deste fazer parte do grupo de textos injuntivos ou instrucionais que, a nosso ver, possui características que favorecem a amostragem dos nexos semânticos. Iremos analisar como os nexos semânticos são utilizados para restringir ou abranger as possibilidades de interpretação nos certificados de garantia. O corpus desta pesquisa conta com 22 (vinte e dois) exemplares de certificados de garantia de produtos de diversos segmentos e decidimos escolher certificados de produtos de linhas diversas para constituirmos um panorama sobre o gênero. A coleta dos textos se deu através da internet, sem utilizar nenhuma metodologia específica, apenas atentamos para buscar certificados de produtos variados. Buscamos nessa pesquisa instigar a reflexão sobre as relações de significado entre sentenças e a observação destas nos textos instrucionais que lidamos no dia-a-dia e que, por muitas vezes, deixamos passar despercebido o seu conteúdo. O entendimento sobre os nexos de significado pode nos oferecer ferramentas para melhor leitura de textos desse tipo.

Ya habían transcurrido nueve meses desde que en Septiembre del 2012 Nextel Chile, empresa perteneciente al Holding estadounidense NII (proveedor de servicios de comunicaciones móviles en México, Brasil, Argentina y Chile), finalizara la última etapa del lanzamiento comercial de su nueva red de comunicaciones móviles de tercera generación 3G, cuya implementación fue un proyecto que tomó casi 3 años en su ejecución, y una inversión superior a los U$380 millones1. El objetivo que se había establecido, era alcanzar en 5 años una participación de mercado del 10% del total de abonados del país2. En Junio del año 2013, cumplidos nueve meses desde el lanzamiento de la operación 3G, la participación de mercado alcanzaba un 0,5%, cifra que era solo un 0,04% superior a la participación con que había finalizado el año anterior. Con esto, se estaba generando una brecha cada vez mayor entre los resultados proyectados como meta y los que estaban siendo logrados (Ver Anexo 1). Con estos primeros resultados, se hacía necesario revisar la estrategia y definiciones establecidas como base para la creación de la nueva compañía. Según había señalado Estanislao Peña cuando fue nombrado presidente de Nextel Chile a fines del 2012: “Mi labor es acelerar y profundizar la captación de clientes de acuerdo al target que buscamos. Yo inicio mi gestión con una empresa en operaciones, con redes, puntos de venta y servicios en marcha. Ya no somos proyecto y todo lo que diseñamos para desafiar al mercado chileno hoy está en marcha. Los principales ejes son claros: seguir atrayendo clientes de alto tráfico y crecer fuerte en el mercado corporativo, dos segmentos en donde la combinación de nuestros servicios de telefonía celular y servicios integrados son muy valorados, por la eficiencia que se logran en los gastos de comunicación móvil”. Estanislao y el Comité de Dirección debían entonces realizar los cambios y ajustes necesarios en la estrategia que permitieran asegurar el crecimiento rentable y alcanzar las metas establecidas de captación de clientes.

Every year, China experiences the largest human migration in history during the 40 days of Chinese New Year (Chun Yun). It is a period when migrant workers travel from coastal industrial cities to inland rural areas for family gatherings. Just in 2012, over 235 million people migrated across the country during such short extent of event. In Guangzhou, an industrial city in China, the main rail station handles passengers of 900,000 in one week. Due to the large volume of passengers and infrequent train rides under severe winter condition, these passengers are detained for as long as a week. Waiting conditions are often harsh. Large scale of human and traffic congestions are resulted and mobility within city is greatly disturbed. An expansion of rail infrastructure and station is crucial during the high travel season. At the same time, China is experiencing a transitional economy as it is entering a post-industrial development. There is a huge need for the country to initiate a new kind of economy for further growth. Rail stations are often crucial in drawing economical developments to cities. This thesis investigates the indeterminate nature of rail stations which serves as a double agent: managing the sudden flux of Chun Yun and becoming an economical development initiator in the post Chun Yun period.

Polymer nanocomposites, with the huge range of property sets (both structural and functional) they can exhibit, could pave the way towards “materials by design”—one of the promises of nanotechnology. Hindering the mass adoption of polymer nanocomposites is a limited understanding of the complex relationship between processing steps, structural parameters at the nanoscale, and resulting macroscale bulk properties. To this end, the work presented in this thesis reports on the investigations of four polymer nanocomposite case studies, each addressing effects of different variables, through NEXAFS spectroscopy—a synchrotron technique that offers rich chemical and structural information. In the first case study, non-covalent interactions resulting from electrospinning of a polymer blend of polydimethylsiloxane–poly (methyl metacrate) filled with carbon nanotubes are addressed, as well as effects of nanofiller diameter. The second study investigates the thermoactive behaviour of ethylene vinyl acetate j multiwall carbon nanotube composites through in situ temperature-resolved NEXAFS spectra, and an actuation mechanism is proposed. The third case study explores ageing effects of this thermoactive nanocomposite, and reports on the lifetime of non-covalent interactions. Finally, the fourth case study explores the effects of excessive sonication, which is seen here to drastically damage nanofiller and resulting matrix–filler interactions. This work represents four additional points in a growing dataset from other studies of polymer nanocomposites that—when sufficiently populated—could be mined through clustering algorithms and machine learning approaches to extract the elusive processing–structure–property link, which will enable the wide-spread exploitation of polymer nanocomposite technology.

En la provincia de Huaura, uno de los principales factores de deserción estudiantil, es la preferencia por los trabajos agrícolas y la falta de una metodología educativa que responda a los intereses de los locales. Por ello, se planteó como proyecto de tesis, un complejo de carácter educativo-comunitario orientado a desarrollar el programa arquitectónico en relación a la pedagogía por Alternancia; la cual, reconoce la importancia de una formación técnica y básica en el medio rural. A partir de este principio, la escuela logra erigir espacios para el aprendizaje que van más allá de permanecer en las aulas y establece la distribución de estos, basado en los procesos productivos de una agroindustria. Finalmente, la propuesta arquitectónica desarrolla la apertura de los espacios físicos para permitir los nexos entre el campo y el espacio público, semi-público y privado; lo cual, incentiva la formación teórico-práctico de manera experimental y pone en valor las actividades agrícolas-pecuarias.
In the province of Huaura, one of the main factors of student desertion is the preference for agricultural work and the lack of an educational methodology that responds to the interests of the locals. For this reason, as a thesis project, a community-educational complex in the district of Santa María was proposed; which was oriented to develop the architectural program in relation to Alternation pedagogy; which recognizes, in rural areas, the importance of technical and basic training. In this way, it was possible to develop in the architectural proposal the nexus for the connection of the field with the public, semi-public and private space; which encourages theoretical and practical training in an experimental form and places value on agricultural-livestock activities.
