In the theoretical part I aim at the general principals of the functioning of the building savings and building savings loans. In the practical part I aim at the process of a loan provided from Blue Pyramid Building Society, Inc. There is processed a proposal of the Handwork. In the final part the Handwork is applied to the specific case from practice to assessment of its operation.

Green card is a new type of residence permit within the territory of the Czech republic designed for foreigners from selected third countries. It entitles its holder to residence as well as work. The concept functions in the Czech republic since 1.1.2009. This thesis sets the Czech project of green cards into wilder context of the immigration policy of the EU and examines whether Czech green cards are compatible with similar system of EU blue cards which is not yet running on but it is in process of approval. The thesis also investigates if there are similar systems already working in other EU member states and compares Czech green cards to selected systems of green cards of Germany and Denmark. It also deals with the question whether the Czech system has so far been successful, what are its strengths, weaknesses and prospects of the future.

The modular software design uses C++ and OO patterns running under an RTOS. Current capabilities of ModRI include acquisition of Ethernet, PCM data, RS-422/232 serial data, and IRIG-B time. Future strategies might include stand-alone data acquisition, acquisition of digital video, and migration to other architectures and operating systems.

The thesis deals with a hypothetical project of a new building complex of a synagogue, a kosher restaurant and a community centre at the location of the former synagogue in Frýdek. The proposal includes a memorial of the destroyed synagogue and Jewish community, as well as the incorporation of the complex into the urban structure of the city. The project proposes a building distributed into three volumes. The restaurant and community centre are connected by an underground garage within a U-shaped floor plan. The buildings are axially symmetrical, white, with expressive rhythmical perforations of the facade. They surround the building of the synagogue in the shape of a seven-sided pyramid, which is clad with blue tempered steel and creates a strong contrast with the associated buildings. The whole complex is oriented towards the park and the chateau in Frýdek, from which it is clearly visible and thanks to its distinct volumetric and material expression and axially symmetrical composition creates a new landmark for the city.

The diploma thesis deals with an overview of the creation of a recreational area in the village Mokrá-Horákov, from history to the present, including the price history. The first part of the diploma thesis is defined by the definition of a building for recreation and the described histori-cal development of the village Mokrá-Horákov. The following sections describe the selected cottages and their valuation according to previous valuation regulations, current valuation regu-lations in the Czech Republic and current valuation regulations in Austria. In the experimental part, an analysis of valued cottages and realized sales and rentals is performed. Last but not le-ast, it is mentioned the possible acquisition of a cottage in a given locality for purchase and lease and a proposal to change the zoning plan in the recreational area. At the end of the diploma the-sis is a discussion of the results and evaluation of the results.

One of the main challenges in promoting rainwater management into practise is the fact that it was not recognized as an interdisciplinary issue. We should seek ways how to open the problem to other professions, specially for architects and urban planners, who are the key element of its farther development. This work analyzes the reasons of this unsatisfactory state of rainwater management in the Czech Republic and it defines the possible ways how to remedy this state and outlines scenarios of its further development. The default document of the work is czech technical standard "TNV 75 9010 Hospodaření se srážkovými vodami". The new methodological guide, which is part of this work, is based on it. The work extends the range of measures which are mentioned in the standard. It brings new ways for assessing the benefits of the various measures to streamline the application of rainwater management measures in urban space.

Gasification is a process which produces gas of low heating value, however, generated gas contains several pollutants. This thesis is dealing with the issue of purity and cleaning of generated gas. Theoretic part of thesis consists of research, describing the very process of gasification itself, mapping of possible pollutants appearing during gasification and particular ways of purifying gas, looking in detail at wet scrubbing with several scrubbing liquids. Further, it looks into proposition of conditions for wet scrubbing and balance of scrubbing liquids. Next part deals with calculation of purifying line. Main goal of calculations, is to determine the length of the pipeline, transfering polluted gas from the gasifier to the filter for elimination of solid particles and wet scrubber. Key aspect of length calculation was the input and output temperature of the gas, determined by characteristics of the filter. Calculation for wet scrubber istelf is also included, to detremine if the output temperature of the scrubbing liquid after the passage of the gas needs to be modified by additional cooling or heating. For experimental purposes, syngas generated by gasification of biomass, is gathered from the atmospheric gasifier Biofluid 2. Experiment itself inquires into the purity of the gas before and after the passage through solid particles filter and through the wet scrubber. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the chemical composition of gas before and after wet scrubbing, the difference of composition of tar gathered from purified and nonpurified gas and using gathered data to evaluate the effectiveness of wet scrubbing.

The strategic concept of "blue oceans" is currently undoubtedly one of the most interesting and most often talked strategic concepts. The thesis is therefore deals with the development of this strategic concept at the time and on the basis of previous papers of the authors in which were introduced tools and frameworks that later became part of the blue ocean strategy concept. The thesis also deals with other publications that the idea of the concept uses in own frames or in some way continues to build upon it. Further a description of the whole strategic concept is presented with each of analytical framework and tool with emphasis on additional context and findings of the section on the recent development of the concept. A key part of the thesis is the application of the concept to the three services - Knihovnička.cz Prezi and the Steam and evavulation of these tools with emphasis to the conclusions that have been made in the recent development of the strategic concept of "blue oceans" and its application.

This diploma thesis deals with impurities in waste gases and syngas. Those gases usually have low heating value and contain impurities which are the main issue of those gas fuels. Waste gases and syngas can replace natural gas after right gas treatment. First part is theoretical. It starts with description of biomass and gasification technology. Then the waste gases are described – their origin and usual composition. Next part is dedicated to impurities and is followed by impurities treatment technologies. For removing of almost every type of impurity wet scrubber can be used which is described in detail in following part. There are other types of gas cleaning technologies, so they are described too but not in such detail as wet scrubber. In second part the wet scrubber is designed, and its function is tested by cleaning syngas from fluidized-bed gasifier called Biofluid. During gas cleaning in wet scrubber the influence of water temperature on efficiency of tar removal is examined.

In this territory is designed new residential complex which is integrated into existing buildings and area of the Czech Army. The main theme of this projet is created compact housing development with adequate population density which complete current built-up area and guarantee high-quality enviroment for living present and future inhabitants. Urban development respect surrounding houses. New complex has mainly block character which is created by block of flats and transformed into low row houses. In the proposed complex prevail residential function which is supplemented by public facilities like kindergarten, sports grounds and basic services. The urban philosophy put emphasis on human scale, high-quality public space and general contentment, liveliness and safety in street’s area.

The content of this study is the issue of labor force immigration and employment of immigrants in Czech Republic. Thesis is based on economic theory and description of current legislation including the expected development, which are supported by analyses based on data from the Czech statistic agency and respective ministries. The main goal of the thesis is to refute the prejudices of negative consequences of immigration, especially economic migration, and to assess the situation of employment of immigrants in terms of all stakeholders, ie state as the creator of the legislative environment within which labor contract can be concluded, employers, both in terms of legal obligations concerning employment of immigrants as well as possibilities of employment of such group and at last, but not least, the thesis focuses on immigrants themselves, who are undoubtedly the most vulnerable group.

The work deals with the design of a system of orifices for high pressure difference. The task of this work is to design a device for controlled discharge of steam-gas mixture from a volume compensator with an overpressure of 12,27 MPa to a tank with an overpressure of 0,02 MPa at a constant mass flow of 40 kg/h. The first part of the thesis contains the theory and also the basic principles of calculations. In the next part of the work, the theoretical properties of flow, such as the speed of sound in wet steam, are determined. This knowledge then serves the main goal of the work, namely to design a system of orifices to release steam-gas mixture from the volume compensator.

This diploma thesis was focused on studying the interaction of humic substances with ionic organic xenobiotics and its structural aspects. The method was chosen from my bachelor thesis, steady-state fluorescence spectroscopy, which is suitable for substances with weak fluorescence. The results showed that the interaction between humic acids and representatives of ionic organic xenobiotics (Septonex) was reflected in fluorescence quenching of humic acids and the shift of emission maximum to lower wavelength, hypsochromic (blue) shift. From the measurement results, we can assume that the interaction that is formed between the aromatic structures in humic acids and Septonex could be -cation interaction.

This thesis deals with the problems of wounding of low potential transferred from steam turbine condenser. First, in the theoretical part variations of steam condenser design are described. Then there is a description of variations of cooling cycles and possibilities of their operation range. In second part of the thesis there are two common cooler options chosen. Those are wet cooling tower with natural draft and dry chiller with forced draft. Two types of cooling liquid are chosen to be used for dry cooling. These are water and the other one is 50 % mixture of water and propylene glycol. Based on the calculation results of both cooling cycle variations appropriate pumps are chosen, fan for forced convection respectively. Parts of the thesis are also projection drawings for both calculated variations.

The subject of this thesis are two terms, start-ups and strategies blue oceans. The aim is therefore to realize characteristic development of the strategy and the concept of start-up and subsequent analysis of the key success factors of start-ups, in correspondence to the strategy. Output objective is to formulate recommendations on the business segment, investors. The above primary terms are initially defined and subsequently integrated in terms of the practical analysis selected start-ups, which is also based design of this work. The work was divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part identifies and traces the development of the strategic concept at the time, according to the primary authors of publications strategy. Then I present the designation start-up and subsequent key factors. Subsequent practical part is converted, through analysis and comparison, theoretical background in practice. This section presents the start-ups Crowdholding and Emuj and subsequently evaluated their key success factors. In another part I implements assessment of the factors of their success in terms of key aspects of the Blue Ocean strategy. Outputs are recommendations for potential investors in terms of controversy over business plans. The conclusion summarizes the theoretical and practical part of the thesis.

This thesis tries to prove a functioning of the Blue Ocean Strategy on the case of Europen low-cost air transport. Through the Blue Ocean Strategy´s Analytical Tools and Frameworks, specifically with the help of the Strategy Canvas, the Four Actions Framework and the Eliminate-Reduce-Raise-Create Grid, it is proven that the strategy introduced by the airline Ryanair in the nineties of the twentieth century corresponds to the Blue Ocean Strategy. Through the same Analytical Tools and Frameworks and a comparison of business models of three low-cost airlines also the time validity of the Blue Ocean Strategy is proven in this case. The functioning of the Blue Ocean Strategy on the case of European low-cost air transport was verified.

The building of Roman Baths and sauna world forms, along with a formerly-designed waterpark, a stand-alone recreational and sports compound in the vicinity of “Růžena's” quarry and the former “Hády” quarry in Brno. The mass of the object is nearly cubic, and in the cross direction it is complemented with an external atrium, with swimming pools situated next to the central glass-fronted part of the object. This bright space functions as a place of relaxation and offers a view of the city of Brno. The view and solar energy have been used in the south-western part as well, where a two-floor glass front has been designed. On the facades of the object there are narrow vertical windows which create an effect of dripping water. The primary architectonic plan has been to create an object offering relaxation, originated in the principles and traditions of Ancient Roman bathing, complemented with a sauna world and further related relaxation establishments.

This dissertation examines the construction of images of "West" and "East" in modern Turkish fiction from its beginnings in the 1870s to the end of the "Kemalist prose" in the 1950s. It shows how the process of Westernization of Turkish society is reflected in literature, how the alteristic discourse about "us" and "the Others", East and West, is developed in literary texts and what impact it has on the shaping of modern Turkish identity. Part I focuses on the period of the "literary Tanzimat" (1870s - 1890s) and analyzes the perception of West and East in the novels of Namk Kemal, Şemsettin Sami, Mizanc Murat, Samipaşazade Sezai, Nabizade Nazm, Beşir Fuad, Recaizade Mahmut Ekrem and Ahmet Midhat. Special attention is given to Ahmet Midhat who had been studying and comparing both civilizations all his life. In this part, we also attempt to reevaluate some of the prevalent views of the Ottoman cultural transformation in the 19th century. We argue that this transformation was not based on the duality and collision of Western and Ottoman-Islamic ideas, institutions, lifestyles or practices (alafranga vs. alaturka), but that it gave birth to a uniquely Ottoman modernity, coming to life on the borders of both epistemological and semiotical systems and embracing positively the "hybrid" character of Ottoman...

Firstly, in terms of timeliness and correctness of transposition, secondly, from a perspective of a different manner of transposition of the discretionary clauses entailed in the Blue Card directive (whether the Member States opted for an open or for a restrictive way of transposition of these provisions). Scholarly literature about transposition compliance and highly-silled immigration policies creates the foundation, by means of which the author identifies several variables and articulates hypotheses aiming at providing explanation of the divergent transposition of the directive in the respective Member States. The chickens were divided into 30 pieces to the control group which were fed with control feed mixture containing 38.2% wheat Vánek and experimental group which were fed with the experimental feed mixture containing 38.2% blue wheat UC66049. The effect of blue wheat was monitored on weight gain, feed consumption, carcass yield, chemical composition of meat, antioxidant activity, blood biochemical parameters and the microbial population. Statistically significant difference between the groups was observed comparing the weight of chicks aged 29 days and evaluating the average increment in the range of 22 to 29 days of age.Feeding of blue wheat UC66049 didn't have statistically significant on feed intake, feed conversion, carcass indicators, antioxidant aktivity, blood biochemical parametres and microbial population.

Consider a set B of blue points and a set R of red points in the plane such that R ∪ B is in general position. A graph drawn in the plane whose edges are straight-line segments is called a geometric graph. We investigate the problem of drawing non-crossing properly colored geometric graphs on the point set R ∪ B. We show that if ||B| − |R|| ≤ 1 and a subset of R forms the vertices of a convex polygon separating the points of B, lying inside the polygon, from the rest of the points of R, lying outside the polygon, then there exists a non-crossing properly colored geometric path on R∪B covering all points of R ∪ B. If R∪B lies on a circle, the size of the longest non-crossing geometric path is related to the size of the largest separated matching; a separated matching is a non-crossing properly colored geometric matching where all edges can be crossed by a line. A discrepancy of R ∪ B is the maximal difference between cardinalities of color classes of intervals on the circle. In the thesis entitled The possibilities of vinification of grapes of the variety Frankovka for VOC Blue Mountains, the primary objective was to evaluate the influence of autochthonous yeast on the commercial by fermentation in an automatic vinifier, an open and closed vessel. Next, find out by ripening the wines in a wooden barrel and an impervious container whether it suits more maturation with increased or minimal amount of oxygen. The result of this work was then the sensory analysis of the wine was quantified into a 100 point table according to the OIV as well as the aromatic profile and profile of the structure and strength of the wines, which were then processed into the graphs. Experimental samples were analyzed by individual parameters - anthocyanins, total polyphenols, antioxidant capacity and color parameters.

The diploma thesis "Migrants on the labour market in Czech Republic" deals with the issue of efficiency of administrative processes in the area of labor migration policy in relation to highly skilled foreigners. This thesis reflects the current setting of labor migration policy, EU program Blue Cards, and trying to find and describe the areas where the implementation of the policy fails. It focuses on specific issues that arise in this process, such as long times for obtaining necessary documents, language barriers, problems of interpretation of laws or qualification level of officials. Key actors in which these facts are analyzed, are especially employers, the NGO sector and foreigners. Methods or methodological bases which are used in thesis are desk research and analysis of data obtained in own semi-structured interviews. The aim of this study is to analyze the settings of labor migration policy with respect to highly skilled foreigners, but also to describe the key issues that arise during this process. As a theoretical base of the whole work is primarily used the theory of implementation of public policy.

Thesis works on the presumption that image transformation was highly influenced by historical and political development of country. Raymond Queneau's novel s ha ve been translated in to Czech since the 60's of the 20th century. This work focuses on two of hi s novels, typical of their experimentalism: Zazie in the Metro and The Blue Flowers. A stylistic analysis of the original text showed different aspects of Queneau's poetics and also difficulties faced by a translator. Unusually rich means of expression, such as puns and neologisms at the lexical level, changing of stylistic layers or new French - handwriting created by the author to draw nearer spoken and written language, intertextuality and mathematical structures incorporated into the composition of the novel s are typ i cal features of Queneau' s work. We examined possibilities of Czech while translating Queneau's language experiments by comparing translations of two Queneau's novels, do ne by two different translators. Our work concentrates mainly on problems with translating puns, neologisms, phraseology, and new French. The diploma thesis dealt with using oenological tannins in winemaking with research focus being on the Pinot Noir variety. The theoretical part describes the composition of phenolic compounds, classification and origin of tannins which can be found in wine. The practical part researches the use of ten commercially available tannins. The individual samples were evaluated by means of sensory analysis after four months. The assessment included aroma and structure profiles of given wine samples. The next step was the spectrophotometric analysis, which contained and assessed these analyses: total content of phenolic compounds, antiradical activity, total reducing power, total catechin content and total anthocyanin content.
