As an emerging technology, mobile Internet technology involves almost all knowledge points in the application field of computer science and technology. The traditional Internet of things experiment box based on embedded technology has single equipment and limited functions, which can not meet the experimental requirements of mobile Internet from data perception, transmission to application. Aiming at the lack or incompleteness of the experimental platform in mobile internet teaching, a set of mobile Internet experimental platform system is designed. The platform is built according to the three levels of perception layer, transmission layer and application layer, using ZigBee, Modbus, MQTT and other protocols, which fully reflects the characteristics of the Internet of things (IoT) and mobile Internet, and meets the students’ mastery of mobile Internet knowledge. Through the design of 21 experimental projects, it meets the students’ mastery of mobile Internet knowledge, and can also meet the requirements of on-line teaching when COVID-19 is popular. The system practice shows that compared with before the platform is implemented, it improves the teaching level of students’ mastery of mobile Internet technology, and achieves a good purpose of experimental teaching.

Mobile access to the Internet with handheld devices has been technically possible for quite a while and consumers are aware of the services but not so ready to use them. A central reason for the low usage is that user experience of the mobile Internet is not yet sufficiently good. This paper analyses the mobile Internet from the end-user perspective, identifying factors and solutions that would make Internet usage on a mobile device an enjoyable experience. User experience can be improved by a better understanding of users and usage contexts, by developing mobile services that better serve the needs of mobile users, easing service discovery and by developing the infrastructure needed for the mobile Internet. This paper discusses all these aspects and gives development recommendations. Multidisciplinary and multicultural cooperation between the various actors in the field is needed to improve user experience.

This paper addresses the issue of mobility and QoS management principles as well as the mobility and QoSmanagement integration in the sense of build a QoS-awarearchitecture for mobile Internet. After covering the mobilityand QoS management principles and integration, this paper also proposes a new QoS-aware architecture for mobile Internet. This new architecture takes into account the specific characteristics of mobile networks in order to design an integrated Mobility/QoS-aware management architecture suitable for realtime applications requirements. The solution avoids network congestion as well as the starvation of less priority DiffServ classes while increasing resource utilization for priority classes while maintaining the QoS offer to MN’s applications by making each DiffServ class unchangeable with MNs mobility. The proposed mobility management model is simple, easy to implement, and takes into consideration mobile internet requirements. It proved to be capable of providing Internet applications running in mobile devices with acceptable levels of quality of service. The simulation results indicate that the suggested architecture is able to provide acceptable QoS levels to real-time applications that are running in mobiles devices.

Automatic Identification System (AIS) has recently become the leading issue in maritime navigation and traffic management worldwide. The present AIS solution, based on a VHF data communications scheme, provides AIS functionalities for SOLAS (AIS Class A) vessels only in a limited environment defined by radio propagation properties. Here we present a novel approach in AIS development based on current mobile communication technologies. It utilises existing mobile communications equipment that the majority of targetted end-users own and are familiar with. A novel AIS concept aims to offer a transition of AIS data traffic to mobile Internet. An innovative AIS architecture supports AIS data processing, storing and transferring to authorised parties. This enhances not only the operational area, but also provides the global AIS with data transfer security and an improved aids-for-navigation service, with all legally traceable vessels (both AIS Class A and AIS Class B) included in the system. In order to provide the development framework for Internet AIS, a set of essential four use-cases, a communication protocol and the first Internet AIS prototype have been recently developed and are briefly introduced in this article.

Scholars have warned that because mobile Internet access offers lower levels of functionality and content availability, operates on less open and flexible platforms and contributes to diminished levels of user engagement, content creation and information seeking compared with traditional fixed solutions, mobile Internet has created a mobile Internet ‘underclass’. As a growing proportion of the online population is now ‘mobile only’, it is imperative to understand the extent to which mobile Internet may represent a meaningful substitute for traditional PC-based Internet access. Based on operational data from a major Chinese telecommunications carrier, this study provides a comparative analysis of the mobile Internet usage patterns associated with different access channels. Our results show that, in terms of mobile Internet usage, there is not enough evidence to support the ‘mobile underclass’ argument. However, our analysis reveals that the primary concern about the mobile ‘underclass’ remains as the first-order digital divide ‘access’ issue.

Internet and mobile banking deliver banking services through various cashless payment tools, such as debit and credit cards, direct transfers and electronic wallets. The usage of internet and mobile banking in Malaysia has increased, but it is uncertain if they facilitate retail consumption. If internet and mobile banking are the preferred banking services, their usage could stimulate retail consumption; otherwise, their usage will be short-lived and more work must be done to develop the internet and mobile banking sector. This study aims to determine the influence of internet and mobile banking on retail consumption in Malaysia. The diffusion of innovation theory is applied by examining how technologically aids cashless payment systems and how internet and mobile banking might facilitate retail consumption. The short-run and long-run influences of internet banking and mobile banking are analyzed based on the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) unrestricted error correction model. The ARDL unrestricted error correction model was estimated for retail consumption, represented by the monthly retail trade index, and internet banking and mobile banking are represented by the number of monthly internet and mobile transactions. The results suggest a bi-directional causal relationship between retail consumption and internet banking in the short run. In the long run, the internet and mobile banking transactions were found to significantly facilitate household retail consumption, but not vice versa.

This article reports user experience findings from two field trials where Mobile Internet access was supported through Near Field Communication (NFC)-based tag infrastructure. The authors’ results show that touch-based interaction can provide enhancement to the Mobile Internet user experience in: (1) content and service discovery, (2) Mobile Internet access, and (3) integrated situated and embodied experience. The problems related to service discovery can be solved by providing location-based access, and by using visual cues embedded into the environment for discovering content and services. Mobile Internet access through touch solves the problem of memorizing complicated URLs and the challenge of typing with a mobile device keypad. As touch-based access builds a semantic bridge between the physical context of use and the Mobile Internet experience, the user experience converges seamlessly into one where both the physical and digital worlds play a role.

Online Game users continue to grow from year to year and therefore internet service providers (ISPs) must provide stable and fast internet quality. The Bandwidth requirements of online Games must be supported by internet networks that support the speed and stability of the internet connection. When using online Games sometimes the connection is bad, so it makes a condition called lagging. Then make the online Game avatars do not move or the traffic is stuck. This makes online Game players lose to enemies because, when the online Game avatar is not moving it will be easy for the enemy to shoot dead. Based on this, an analysis of the research needs of online Game Bandwidth speed needs to be done so, that internet service providers (ISPs) can divide how much speed or Bandwidth to the Game needs so, that online Game users feel comfortable, safe without feeling any slow or lagging conditions. This study tested by 3 Games, such as Free fire, Mobile Legends, and Pubg mobile. Each Game uses graphics and image quality which is being tested for 10 minutes. The results of this study shows that all of the three Games requires a stable internet connection for Uploading and Downloading.

In order to develop a valid wireless Internet of things system, a wireless Internet of things framework based on mobile Internet is designed. The architecture of the Internet of things determines the architecture of the Internet of things business platform. There is no uniform standard for the architecture of the Internet of things service platform. The Internet of things business platform is mostly in an isolated state. The platform uses the common information management platform of Internet websites to manage mobile internet. Combined with the technologies of perception, identification and network transmission in the Internet of things technology, it is a content management Web management information system with both B/S (Browser/Server) and C/S structure (Client/Server). The platform can operate anywhere, and can give full play to the processing capacity of the client PC, and greatly reduce the application server running data load. The experimental results show that compared with the centralized database system, in the same piece of redundant condition, when the test table data is greater than the 1 million and the concurrent number is 100, the distributed database system has shorter concurrent query time and faster system response rate. Based on the above finding, it is concluded that wireless Internet of things technology based on mobile Internet will promote the development of the whole logistics industry and other related industries.
