For over a decade now, Bongo Fleva has been the dominant category of popular music in Tanzania, surpassing Muziki wa Dansi (dance music) and Taarab in terms of its presence in the media. Bongo Fleva has become deversified in the last years and at present includes elements of traditional music as well as popular dance music, both of African and Western origin (Raab 2006: 43 ff.). As a result, contemporary Bongo Fleva is stylistically complex. Ther lyrics of Bongo Fleva are specifically determined by 1) the use of Swahili youth language and slang expressions. 2) the representation of modern and young lifestyles, and 3) socio-critical contens with pedagocial and moralistic tendencies. The lyrics of Bongo Fleva are marked by youth discourse which is most important for the construction of youth identities. While Bongo Fleva text with dialogic structure seem to continue the older tradition of Muziki wa Dansi, the dramatic texts remind of the way folk narratives are told in Tanzania. As the dramatic Bongo Fleva texts make use of direct speech, often of several characters, and without introduction, it seems that traditional techniques of story-telling have an effect on Bongo Fleva rap lyrics. In this article a rap text of this kind, Mikasi (\"Sex\"), released in 2004 by Bongo Fleva artist Ngwair, will be analysed with regard to its form, content and function. As it conteain different roles and dialogues, it is suitable for the investigation of youths`talk. A special focus will be put on the self-portrayal of the youths in the dialogues of the song, and on the question how boasting and dissing is performed in a dialogic text.

The thesis is concerned with an analysis of speed of bicyclists in age between 10 and 15 years. The thesis examines differences in construction of children's bikes, describes relationship between a child and a bicycle, messures size of children's bikes and characterizes the procedure during an analysis of bike accidents. Internal parts of the thesis are statistical data from accident frequency and summarizing of actual state of understanding of following problems in this age category. The main purpose of this thesis is to make an analysis of speed for individual age categories and make an evaluation of results. This measurement will be completed by a measure of achievable brake deceleration of riders in age between 10 and 15 years. The purpose of this final thesis is an expansion of data for a forensic expertise in area of Traffic.

The main aim of this thesis was identify nutritional status, especially the incidence of overweight and obesity among children aged 10 - 15 years and evaluate the qualitative and quantitative aspects of eating, eating habits and regularity of eating in relationship to physical parameters. This research deals with the frequency and type of physical activity, which is also an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. The research was conducted at children´s department in Klaudián´s hospital in Mladá Boleslav, in the presence of person, who was carried out this research. Data collection was carried out by filling questionnaires and real measurements of physical parameters or using data measured in the doctor´s office. Obtained anthropometric data were analyzed by using percentile graphs. Questions regarding eating and physical activities were evaluated separately. It was found that 16,25 % of the 80 examined individuals were overweight and 22,50 % obese. It was found that the BMI and subsequent inclusion in the percentile graphs correlates well with the values of the waist circumference.The link between diet and the prevalence of overweight or obesity was not proven. The most commonly consumed inappropriate nutrition component are sweetened beverage. Half of individuals do physical activity at least 3 times a week. H1 hypothesis, which assumed the prevalence of obesity among examined individuals greater than 13 % was confirmed. It also was confirmed hypothesis H3, which was supposed to sweetened drinks daily drinking less than one third of respondents. Other hypotheses H2 and H4 were rejected.The research confirmed the current trend of increasing prevalence of overweight and obesity. At the same time, there was found deficiency in the quality of consumed food and the frequency of physical activity. Nutrition and principles of healthy eating are not the only one cause of this problem, although they have large share on development of overweight and obesity.

The aim of work is to describe new trends in communication of children and adolescents. The secondary objective is the prediction of the use of Facebook in the future. The aim of theoretical part is to describe what Facebook is, who the users are. I focused on psychological and social characteristics of children and adolescents, their communication, both face to face and virtual. Methodology of the practical part consists of analysis of the use of Facebook groups mentioned. It is focused mainly on determining of the research questions and hypotheses, the results of the survey and discussions.

This research set out to explore how a group of nine educators from a Catholic Church school in Malta, who have attended the Let Me Learn professional Learning process (LMLpLp), experienced personal and professional transformation. This study investigates those factors influencing participants in their transformative learning journey. It also explores the dynamics of transformative learning and whether individual transformation affects the school’s transformative learning experience. More specifically this study set out to explore how teachers who participated in the Let Me Learn professional Learning process have experienced transformative learning. This study takes a qualitative phenomenological approach. It seeks to identify phenomena of personal and professional transformative learning through the perceptions of the educators participating in this study. Through the use of the semi-structured interview it seeks to gather ‘deep’ data. This data represents the voices of these educators in narrative, thus emphasising the importance of the personal perspective and interpretation. This allowed this research to understand the subjective experience, motivation and actions of the participants. The Literature review informs the questions asked during the interview. The interview was used as a tool for gathering information regarding values, attitudes and beliefs of participants. Each interview was transcribed, translated (when response was given in Maltese) and categorised according to Mezirow’s ten stages. Excerpts from each stage were further processed to generate themes. The themes were later streamlined and an acceptable interpretive framework was created. Each interview excerpt was then analysed through the framework. Once all interviews were coded, detailed narratives were written. These narratives are meant to help the reader reflect on the process of transformative learning. It underscores those factors highlighted by the participants, which helped bring about both personal and professional transformative learning. This research has identified that individual constructs are strongly determined by an individual’s personal learning characteristics. Awareness of these personal learning characteristics (self-knowledge) helped educators assess their practice and understand how their personal characteristics were determining their approach to teaching and affecting their interpersonal relationships with students and colleagues. This research showed that transformative learning is a mutually interdependent experience. Individual transformation amounts to, and is influenced by, the collective transformation. This study highlighted the role of the school community in the pursuit of personal transformation. Yet another important finding of this research is the importance of a shared language of possibility. Through a shared language, a learning community can create a dialogic environment through which intentions, beliefs and interventions can be shared among the professional community. This research accentuates the importance of a shared language as a means of articulating a change in perspective. The study identified three main agents of change. The Let Me Learn team, as promoters and experts of this particular learning process; the teachers, who internalised the process and applied it to their practice; and the school’s senior management team, who internalised the Process, positioned it into the larger vision of the school and created a conducive environment through which the whole school community was empowered to take responsibility to bring about change in practice. A number of implications emerge from this study that could inform policy on teacher professional learning. A major implication concerns the importance of a shared language – a language that reflects the shared values and ideological position of the community. Such language frames the learning process, makes learning visible for teachers to be able to respond effectively with strategies that respect each learner’s learning preference and makes learning visible to the learner himself. Another implication from this study arises from the finding that the transformative learning process of any individual educator and effectively of the whole school community, goes beyond the effectiveness and limitations of any one professional development programme. True and deep-seated transformative learning comes from within the individual educator. This statement has serious repercussions on any professional development programme that aims to aid participants in their quest to transform their practice. This study also emphasised the importance that any professional development needs to be seated in the local experience and needs of the school community. Any attempts at developing comprehensive, nation-wide projects with pre-packaged approaches, are doomed to fail. What this research has shown is that for effective professional development, the identified outcomes need to correspond to the local needs of the school, rather than the national guidelines, detached from the realities of the particular school. Finally, this study accentuated the importance of incorporating mentoring support in any professional development proposal. Delivery of information and skills without follow-up tend to lead to superficial application. Transformative learning presupposes a period of shared reflection on practice and collegial mediation of ideas through contact between teachers and their leaders and on-the-job support from their professional development mentors.

The aim of this thesis was to analyze main causes of youth unemployment in countries of European Union. In order to assess main determinants of this negative phenomenon, an econometric model based on panel data was constructed. Source dataset, containing mainly Eurostat data, covers EU-28 countries in the 2000-2014 period. Results of a regression inclined that youth unemployment is effected mainly by overall economic development. Youth unemployment is more sensitive for economic downturns than unemployment in an adult age class. The model also suggested that cuts in payroll taxes and deregulation in the minimum wage legislation could have positive effect on youth employment. Based on the literature, reforms toward more practical and effective education system with elements of dual apprenticeship, could be also a positive step in tackling youth unemployment. However, an econometric-based proof of this hypothesis was not found.

The paper examines the status of selected disadvantaged groups in the Czech labour market in 2005-2012. The main goal of this paper is to test the hypothesis that these disadvantaged groups respond to changes in Czech GDP more sensitive than the general unemployment rate. This thesis describes the development of general unemployment rate and selected disadvantaged groups in studied period. The main hypothesis is verified using regression analysis performed on the time series. Empirical investigation, realized in this work, confirm this hypothesis in a group of graduates and persons at age 15-24. For persons with disabilities and persons at age 50-74 failed to confirm the hypothesis.

Type 1 diabetes mellitus is chronic disease and the diploma thesis deals with the needs of students with this type of diabetes in selected primary schools. In the theoretical part I deal with the diet of these students, the education of children and their families, the problems arising from this disease and last but not least, the treatment and types of treatment for type I diabetes. I also mentioned the possible mental problems that can occur in children. In the practical part I found out the specific needs of students suffering from this disease. In my diploma thesis I set one main goal and that was to find out the needs of students. The data were provided with an unstructured interwiew with students from selected primary school. I addressed exactly 12 respondents with whom I interviewed. All interviews were without a single comlication and problem. I first met all the respondents to create friendly atmosphere for the upcoming convercation. During the interviews a large amount of data was indentified for processing. Thanks to the interviewe I came to the conclusion that students in primary school suffering from type I diabetes have certain needs. For example they need to have a mobile phone with them at all times and know subconsciously that they can call for help at any time. Furthermore...

Youth criminality is a constant problem which a number of specialists, legislative bodies, and the whole public deal with. A number of negative phenomenons occurring in the area of this population, e.g. spreading of drugs among younger and younger age groups and related increase of criminality undoubtedly play a leading role. However, it is known that bare repression is ineffective and means of educational activities are much more effective. Occurrence of social pathological phenomenons, their dynamics and changes are an indivisible part of the society. Grounds enabling occurrence of these phenomenons change very little. Heritability, constitutional factors, family, school, peer pressure, inappropriate spending free time as well as media influence and ethnical origin have an impact. Responsibility of the youth for unlawful acts is laid down by the Act No. 218/2003 Coll., on the Liability of Youth for Unlawful Acts and on Justice in Matters of Youth and Amending Certain Acts (Act on Justice in Matters of Youth). The purpose of the Act is defined particularly from the view of prevention of unlawful activities of the youth that is a basic group to which the attention of the whole justice and society is to be paid, so that every member of this group who committed an illegal act, no matter he is a juvenile or a child younger than fifteen years, is treated in accordance with this Act, he contributes to rectifying the injury resulting from the unlawful act within his strengths and abilities, a convenient and appropriate measure is imposed on him, and he finds a social asserting corresponding to his abilities and intellectual and moral development as a definitive result. Preventive activities aimed against youth criminality always and in the whole scope require respecting basic children rights and rights for privacy of their family. Children rights must be observed from primary to tertiary prevention, from searching threatened children and their families to treatment of guilty children. The most significant tool of social prevention is education of children in families and education of children at school. The aim of the thesis was to find out grounds leading to custodial detention of a juvenile offender and to find indications which could help to positively or negatively affect educational impact on the juvenile in the prison.

The aim of the thesis was to determine the four selected body measurements (body height , body weight , chest circumference , waist circumference) , measuring 3 functional tests (spirometry, dynamometry, Ruffini test) and an assessment of the level of motor skills for boys and girls aged between 13 and 15 years who fall into the general population of predolescence and adolescence school age . Using standard methods somatometric were selected 34 boys aged 13, 34 boys aged 15, 34 girls aged 13 and girls aged 34 to 15 years. The selected parameters were monitored: body length, weight, chest circumference and waist. The research findings also motoric performance of boys and girls aged between 13 and 15 years. Motor performance was tested by 14 motor tests. All this research was conducted at elementary and secondary schools in the South Bohemia Data were recorded in a previously prepared data sheets and were then statistically analyzed and processed in tables and graphs. All obtained data were compared with the results of earlier studies and may serve as reference materials for other researches. Furthermore, function tests were included in the results of the selected in this thesis (spirometry, dynamometry and Ruffini test). These functional tests are aimed primarily at first assessment of fitness of the respiratory and circulatory system in this age group.

I have compiled a diploma thesis "Perceptions of senior citizens by the generation aged 15 to 50 years." I am going to introduce this thesis in brief. I consider this topic as very up-to-date, which the whole of our society is concerned about. And this will become more important with the continuing population aging and the changing financial situation of the state. Currently, there has been discussion about views and attitudes of young people, who consider the seniors to be a burden on the country's economy and society. Young people think that seniors live at their expense. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part in individual chapters the current situation and basic terms concerning the issue are introduced. The state of seniorhood is explained, the status of seniors in society and family in the past and today is described. The issues of aging and changes in human behavior after retirement are dealt with. Everything what may influence society´s perception is described. Intergenerational conflict and solidarity between individual generations are dealt with. In the practical part, I conducted a research survey in the generation 15-50 years of age, the aim of which was to identify the views of young people on seniors. The results of the questionnaire survey were assessed, processed and put into the practical part. My own results were compared and discussed with other authors. I selected two objectives of the thesis. The main objective of my thesis was to study and clearly process the given issue. The other objective was to determine real relationships between younger generations and seniors, the views, opinions and attitudes of younger generations to seniors and to old age in general and to process the results in order to get a survey accessible and well arranged for the use of the general public. To obtain the data, I used the questionnaire method. The thesis could serve as professional literature, the issue of the relationship between young and older generations is compiled comprehensively. This thesis could bring benefits to society as a whole. It should be read by all members of society, who may find in this manner a lot of new information and interesting views, based on which they could change their opinions and views about the senior generation. The thesis would contribute to the promotion of intergenerational solidarity, which, in my opinion, is present in society, but gradually begins to fade away.

Objectives: The aim of this work was to monitor and describe the state of fitness preparation of young tennis players in age 12 - 15 years old in the West Bohemian region. Methods: In this work we have used these methods: interview with a trainer, summary report, content analysis and frame analysis as a partial method. Results: We have found out that players who have regular and systematic fitness preparation in their training regime perform much better than those who have not included fitness preparation into their training routine. Comparing of Slovak and Hungarian historiography 15 years after 1989 there are several conclusions to be made which mark both historiographies and can therefore suggest there are common characteristics of Central European historical writing. There is a significant difference between how the communist heritage was treated in both countries - in Hungary and in Slovakia, however the link between the historiography and actual politics is very strong. Some of the historians emerged as leading politicians in the new set-up and the historiography in terms of cultural practice became in some cases a significant political player. Generally, the historiography and history-related questions play an important role in everyday politics. Both historiographies bear strong signs of national discourse and either was significantly shaken in its positivist approach. In the case comparison several conclusions were made about the strategy each historiography employs to present the history of the country. The Hungarian as well as Slovak national corpus intends to show a history of an independent and proud nation which has worked hard to achieve its own state. Development of motion abilities of women's volleyball players in the age from 14 to 15 years. Goal: The purpose was to found out, how trainers of pupil's categories are realizing the fitness preparation with category of "older women pupils " Methods: For collecting the datas was used Unstandardised Questionnaure (form) and also was used so called Half-Structurized Interview. For following processing and evaluation of collected datas from half-structurized form , we used Sector Diagram and Chart of Frequency, and also we used verbal summary for half-structurized interview. Results: We found out from processed datas that trainers are not realising evenly fitness preparation in training units . Trainers are not keeping rules of growth of motion abilities (universality, individuality, following compensation training). By some trainers we completely miss even their professional knowledge in the area of fitness development of youth . The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the mobility of the spine, the condition of flaton and the basic anthropological characteristics of boys and girls aged 13 and 15 years. Testing will be performed with non-invasive, standard tests and tests used in anthropological and medical practice. The data will be compared with the results of previous research. From the measured values, basic somatic dimensions, such as body weight, body height, circumference of right arm and head, were selected. The body mass index was calculated from body weight and height values. The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the mobility of spine and flats. The Stibor test, Otto's test, Schober's test, the Cepoj test, the lateroflex test, and the modified Thomayer test were selected from the tests that evaluated the spine. In spine functional tests, the most interesting results of the Čepoj symptom are that the average values of cervical spine mobility deteriorate with the increasing age of boys. In the lateroflex tests, 13-year-old girls and 15-year-old boys beat the best average values. Additionally, these boys had the worst results in Stibor and Schrober's flag when deflected, but paradoxically achieved the best average values. The findings were compared with the results of previous research.

This diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the changes buildable areas and areas of redevelopment in the spatial plan of the city of Sušice, which took place the limit 1999 - 2014. In the first part of the work are these changes evaluated on the basis of the quantitative data from the point of view of development in time, from the point of view of the functional definition and in terms of the fullness of the spatial plan from the perspective of the land coverage of an. In the second part of the work, the changes are evaluated on the basis of the qualitative data obtained from structured interviews with the representatives of the public administration in the city of Sušice and the private designers, who treat changes in the labour office. The results of the work indicate that during the study period were in the town of Sušice defined excess capacity buildable territory, which could not be used. In terms of functional use were in the newly demarcated areas identified features of housing. And as the most common causes the definition of the new buildable areas and areas of redevelopment during the reporting period have been identified the requirements of private land owners. Human face is not perfectly symmetrical, slight asymmetry is common in every individual in early childhood. The thesis deals with the evaluation of facial asymmetry in children aged 3 to 15 years on a transversal data set. As a material was used three-dimensional virtual models of the faces of children from Prague and Central Bohemia. The database contained 442 3D facial scans of girls and 396 3D facial scans of boys, divided into the following age categories: 3 - 5 years (116 girls, 98 boys), 6 - 8 years (117 girls, 100 boys), 9 - 11 years (80 girls, 80 boys) and 12 - 15 years (129 girls, 118 boys). Geometric morphometry methods were used to analyze the data, comparing the morphometric data of the corresponding paired structures on the left and right sides of the original image with its mirror counterpart. The results were visualized using super-projected color maps and significance maps. In both sexes, right-side protrusion of facial structures was found in all age categories, which was the assumption of the first hypothesis. The only exception was the nose area in boys aged 12-15. In this work on the topic of "The use of nordic walking in children with hearing disability in age 8-15 years" in the first theoretical part I focus on nordic walking, his history, the correct technik influence on the functional systems of the human body. In addition, in this diplom work I focus on hearing loss, his significance and anatomy. A special chapter devoted to hearing disability as such, his etiology, classification and types of hearing loss. Emphasis on the development of children with hearing disability. In the practical part is devoted to the influence of nordic walking fitness program created for children with hearing disabilitou aged 8-15 years. . From the measured values of the health status and value orientation of the tests, I find this an adequate physical activity at the childern´s home in České Budějovice. The results indicate that the intervention motion program had a positive impact on children; benefits are demonstrable in particular improvements of menthal and physical health.

The aim of this thesis was to describe the evolution of body size, level of motor and physical skills of children aged 13 and 15 years. The research was carried out in primary schools in the South Bohemian Region. The results were processed for each age group separately, they were compared with the reference files and are presented in tables and graphs. To compare the files, there was used Student´s T-test and Z-score. The boys also filled in a questionnaire in which they answered how often in sports and what sports they pursue. TITLE OF THESIS: Analysis of postural functions and posture in triathletes aged 10-15 years. OBJECTIVES OF THESIS: The aim of this work is to analyze the condition of the musculoskeletal system and posture in triathletes aged 10-15 years and based on that to create a health compensation program and then verify and be able to objectify the main musculoskeletal problems, recommend and provide remedies. METHODS USED: In my diploma thesis I used in testing the level of motor skills tests tested by CTA for the age group of triathletes 8-15 years and then I compared them according to the table determining the level of assumptions using T-points. I used a ray graph to summarize the average results of the group. I tested the analysis of postural functions and posture using physiotherapeutic tests according to the authors Jaroš and Lomíček, and I used Matthias' test as a supplement. During testing according to Jaroš and Lomíček, I used a plumb line, protractor and grid to make the evaluation as accurate as possible. During the physiotherapy measurements, I took photos and videos, thanks to which I was able to better identify postural defects, however they could not be presented in the diploma thesis. This diploma thesis deals with posture problems of female gymnasts in age between 11 - 15 years old, the main task concerns with posture conditions and movement apparatus. We have chosen standartized tests that deal with quality of posture according to Klein and Thomas, Mathias' test and motion tests according to Janda, Kabelikova and Vavrova as the main sources of information. We can evaluate the influence and suitability of the exercise, means and methods in the training of artistic gymnastics. The thesis tries to show the significant influence of the training load on the level of posture and movement system. The data that have been obtained are placed in relevant forms. We used quantitative approach as the main resarch method. Other methods like observing and describing were used to elaborate the tests' results. To complete the task we have used opinion poll. Objectives: The object of this thesis is to measure reactive time of elite tennis players, to determine mutual relations of specific factors. Methods: Research of a literature, questionnairies and people testing Result: In theoretical part, our thesis offers way how to improve reactive time in the way how scientific researches documents it. We focused on a testing of a reactive time of players in category of juniors in a practical part. The main requirement was to be within 30th place on the czech ranking. We tested these players on a simple and complicated subjects by the Vienna test system. Our research proved the dependence of the tennis on the reactive periode and the motoric reaction. Majority of probands was placed on a border above 84% of the population sample which was considered as a very outstanding result. Thesis title: The effects of a swimming intervention on physical fitness in 6-15 years old children Thesis aims: The main aim of this thesis has been to explore the effects of regular swimming intervention on physical fitness in 6-15 years old children and focus on the importance of suitable nutrition for this age period. Methods: I've used in my thesis 2 research methods. The first one was the survey with 10 questions to ask the respondents about their leisure time physical activities and nutrition. For positive influence on physical fitness is the effect of healthy nutrition and other physical activities execpt of swimming very important. The second research method has been the standardized test baterry Unifittest 6-60. For the 6-15 years old children speifically these data and measurement: age, height, weight, long jump (from static position), sit-up 60s, Leger test. In the beginning of December I've taken the first primary of measuring. After 3 months of training intervention I've taken the secondary part of measuring. Subsequently I've evaluated the gained information. Results: We have compared the primary (entrance) measurement results and the results of secondary measurement after 13 weeks of surveillance. Thesis is focused on the analysis of intersexual differences in adiposity markers within urban population of Czech children from 11,00 to 15,99 years. This age range encompasses puberty which is one of the critical periods for the possible development of overweight and obesity. The sample PRAHA 2013 consists of 356 girls and 353 boys which were surveyed for basic anthropometric indicators - body height, body weight, BMI, mid- upper arm circumference and the thickness of four skinfolds. Intersexual differences discovered in measured parameters show statistical significance (p<0,01 resp. p<0,001) and it corresponds with the characteristic changes of pubertal development in both of genders. Testing file PRAHA 2013 against reference standards and its comparison with the results of the last Czechoslovak spartakiade in 1985 points to positive secular trend of increasing body height. However increase in weight parametres is still continuing. Probands from the year 2013 reach higher body weight values, BMI and skinfold thickness in comparison with children of the same age in 1985, 1991 resp. 2001. Significant differences were found out in the most of age categories in both of genders. Objectives: To determine interest in athletics and other activities for children aged 12 to 15 years and to compare the responses of children from selected elementary schools and grammar schools. Methods: A questionnaire survey was used to meet the objectives. Questionnaires were distributed to two schools - Elementary School (ZS Jilovska) and Grammar School (Gymnázium Omska), of which neither one focuses on sports. Age group was between 12 to 15 years of age. Total of 359 questionnaires was collected. The main objective of the research was to determine the interest in sports and athletics beyond school physical education classes. In this study we investigated the activities in which children and young people engage in their leisure time; who motivates and supports them in sports, and how they relate to athletics. Results: The results showed that children and youth, despite the availability of today's modern techniques, are still interested in sports. Of the total number of 359 respondents, 23% of children chose sports as one of the leisure activities. Title: Attitudes and opinions of the adolescents at the age of 15 - 18 to the sport and movement activities Objectives: The establishment and comparaison of the opinions and attitudes to movement activities and sport in teenagers was the main objective of this thesis. PASA questionnaire focused on15 - 18 years old secondary schools students was applied. Methods: A method of the written interviewing using PASA questionnaire was used. This questionnaire was widespread some 15 years ago, yet we made a pre- testing sample and some questions were modified. By means of the PASA questionnaire we asked about opinions and attitudes of the adolescents concerning the movement acitivities and sport in light of the psycho-social, real movement and sport activities, of the exploitation of the available physical education and sport facilities etc. The research was effected at selected secondary schools in the Czech Republic. Results: The obtained data were statistically processed and the results are presented in the aggregate tables stating the statistically significant differencies between sex, age groups. Title: The degree of influence of fitness skills on the game performance of football players aged 15-16. Objectives: Determine the degree of influence of fitness indicators on the game performance of football players (categories U17 and U16). It has been evaluated based on a questionnaire for the coaches. At the same time, the aim is to find out possible differences in fitness indicators between the categories of players U17 and U16 and possible relationships between individual fitness indicators. Methods: The research group included elite players in the U16 (15.27 ± 0.27) and U17 (16 ± 0.38) categories from the FK Dukla Praha club (n = 40). A questionnaire survey and performance measurement using a test battery were chosen as the research methods. The set of tests for evaluating fitness performance included a sprint for 5 m, 10 m and 20 m, agility test 505L and 505P, K-test and test for measuring the strength of the ending with the dominant and non-dominant foot. The questionnaire survey for the head coaches of the categories included 17 closed questions, which were answered using a 7- point rating scale. - 1 - Abstract The intent of this thesis is to evaluate the differences in facial morphology of children between 3 and 15 years of age based on 3D facial models and cross-sectional data. Due to improper use of cross-sectional data for studying growth, the next part of the thesis is focused on the comparison of cross-sectional and longitudinal approaches in research. The longitudinal observation of facial developmental changes can be considered as actual growth. The cross-sectional database contains 839 3D facial models (397 boys, 442 girls). Three previously published longitudinal databases were used for comparison. Their age intervals were as follows: 3 to 6 years (12 boys, 14 girls), 6 to 12 years (15 boys, 18 girls), 12 to 15 years (23 boys, 22 girls). Geometric morphometric methods were used to analyse facial models (Coherent Point Drift - Dense Correspondance Analysis, Per Vertex T-Test and Principal Component Analysis). Within the theme, the work seeks to capture especially the deviations that are special for the juvenile criminal law as opposed to the criminal law of adult offenders and to present a comprehensive overview of criminal justice over youth. The most extensive part of the thesis deals with the juvenile proceedings, attention is also paid to the substantive aspects of the juvenile criminal law and a considerable part discusses the proceedings in the affairs of children under fifteen. Changes in the marital status in the age group from 15 to 59 years in the Czech Republic after 1930 Abstract The aim of this thesis is to analyze the changes in population structure according to the individual marital statuses. For this analysis sex-specific and age-specific nuptuality rates and multistate life tables were use, in order to be able to describe transitions between the individual marital statuses. In the first part of this thesis the data sources and the methods of creating the transversal increment- decrement life tables were described. Following chapters deal with the historical development of the Czech Republic population since the year 1930 and the trends of nuptuality, divorce and mortality. Second part is dedicated to the analysis of the transitions between the individual marital statuses. The findings of this thesis conclude that people in the individual marital states tend to react similarly to the historical events in Czech Republic, unless some events are purposefully aiming to influence only a part of the population. The results of the questionnaire were analysed and compared with the set hypotheses. Outcomes: H1 hypothesis assuming that physical activities decrease with the growing age of girls has not been confirmed. H2 hypothesis assuming that physical activities during weekdays are more intense than at weekends has not been confirmed. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out whether selected children aged 8-15 years are sufficiently educated about the course of the planned surgery in the Department of Pediatric Surgery at Kolín Hospital. In the theoretical part, I have described possible ways of communication with children aged 8 to 15, play therapy and the possibilities of its use, and perioperative care for children in childhood surgery at the Kolín hospital. I used the method of structured interviews with selected children between the ages of 8 and 15 who were hospitalized in the department of pediatric surgery for the planned surgery from June to September 2017. The practical part describes interviews with selected children. I used the interview results to prepare educational materials for children agend 4 to 10 years.

The main aim of this thesis is to identify factors which influence consumer during buying process at this particular group of consumers and on this principle formulate general valid marketing recommendation. Qualitative and quantitative methods are used for research. Focus groups method and questionnaire method were used in research exactly. The result of these methods were used for cluster analysis. The result of cluster analysis are cluster with similar properties and members of these clusters are influenced by same factors. On this base general valid marketing recommendations are made for each cluster. These recommendations can be used in South Moravia region.

The aim of this work was to create reference data, to determine the variability of rearfoot angle for the use in orthopaedic practice and to evaluate the age variations of rearfoot angle from 6 to 15 years. We further focused on the relationship between tibiofemoral angle, rearfoot angle, and height of the foot arch. Finally, we examined the dependence of tibiofemoral angle, rearfoot angle and foot arch on BMI and body height, both in absolute values and SD score. We measured 120 healthy school children aged 6 to 14,99 years. Based on the chronological age the children were divided into three age categories: 6-8,99 years, 9-10,99 years and 11-14,99 years. The data were collected from March to November 2017 at three selected primary schools in Prague and Rudná, with the approval of the headquarters of those primary schools and of parents. Methods included anthropometric measurement (height, sitting height, weight), making of static footprints of both feet on paper by a plantograph, and taking photographs of lower limbs to measure tibiofemoral angle and rearfoot angle. The foot arch height was calculated using the Chippaux-Šmiřák index.
