Članak predstavlja i analizira najvažnije odrednice misaone forme (»Denkform«) Josefa Piepera. U prvome dijelu članka istražuje se utjecaj misli Romana Guardinija na razvoj Pieperove misaone forme. Posebno se zaustavlja kod Guardinijeva predavanja o klasičnom duhu koje je Pieper imao prilike slušati i koje je na njega ostavilo dubok dojam. Takvo shvaćanje klasičnoga duha čini, uz utjecaj fenomenologijske misli, osnovno obilježje Pieperove misaone forme. Klasični duh, kao misaona forma, ovdje znači inzistiranje na objektivnom, na motrenju onoga što nam se daje, onako kako nam se daje. U drugome dijelu članka nastoji se opširnije predstaviti, na temelju nekih tekstova njemačkoga autora, teza o klasičnom duhu kao misaonoj formi Josefa Piepera. Treći dio članka pokazuje i analizira Pieperovo shvaćanje filozofije, dokolice i mitova koje on, na tragu Guardinija i fenomenologijskoga pristupa, određuje unutar ideje klasičnoga duha. Četvrti dio kritički je osvrt na Pieperovu misaonu formu. Ovdje se izostanak problematiziranja praktičnoga uma (djelovanja) vidi kao osnovni nedostatak iste. Unatoč tomu, ističe se velika važnost i aktualnost misli Josefa Piepera, posebice u vremenu sveopćega subjektivizma, koje je nesposobno za slobodno, nenametljivo motrenje objekta, svega onoga što je dano.

Annotation:

The aim of this study is to explain Korean and Javanese subject honorific and identify its similarities and differences. To accomplish it, this research was conducted using literature review method. Data related to the Javanese language were taken from two Javanese drama scripts, namely Mak Ana Asu Mlebu Ngomah and Bantul Sangsaya Pinunjul, and Javanese drama titled Sri Ngilang by George Quinn. Korean language data was taken from television drama, Misaeng and Fight for My Way. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, despite the difference of the honorific system of Korean dan Javanese, Javanese has subject honorific as described in the Korean honorific system. Both languages use words that have honorific meaning to honor the subject and use words that are usually used for the animal to dishonor the subject of the sentence. The difference between both languages on subject honorific is Korean subject honorific is mainly realized grammatically, whereas in Javanese is realized lexically. In addition, there are rules from the Korean government regarding the use of one type of subject honorific, abjonbeob, whereas in Javanese there are no rules related to the use of speech level.

L’ambiente costiero italiano rappresenta una risorsa di grande valore per il nostro Paese, sia dal punto di vista naturalistico, che da quello economico. Nell’ultimo secolo, tale sistema ha subito una profonda trasformazione a causa dell’azione antropica, che ha intensificato la vulnerabilità della costa. A causa dell’aumento dell’erosione costiera, nella seconda metà del 900’, la regione Emilia-Romagna si è mobilitata realizzando opere di difesa rigide al fine di contrastare il fenomeno. In questo modo, però, è stato ulteriormente influenzato il normale equilibrio del trasporto di sedimenti e dello stato naturale del litorale. Per questo motivo, a partire dagli anni ‘80 del secolo scorso, si è affermato un nuovo tipo di intervento, meno invasivo: la tecnica del ripascimento, che consiste nello sversamento di sabbia nelle zone dove sono presenti fenomeni di erosione. Questo tipo di interventi è di natura temporanea e necessita di continua manutenzione. Per questo motivo, risulta fondamentale lo studio dell’interazione delle opere rigide con l’ambiente costiero, per poter analizzare gli effetti dei fenomeni erosivi e progettare nuovi interventi per la salvaguardia delle spiagge. Si rendono necessarie quindi periodiche campagne di monitoraggio per poter confrontare la condizione delle spiagge nel tempo. Una volta ottenuti i dati, tramite l’utilizzo di software di modellazione idrodinamica e morfo-dinamica, si è in grado di studiare la variazione delle onde e delle correnti dovuta all’interazione con le strutture presenti e la conseguente modifica della morfologia delle spiagge. Inoltre, tramite la modellazione è possibile simulare scenari di eventi estremi di mareggiata, per poter valutarne gli effetti sul litorale e progettare gli interventi adeguati a ridurne l’impatto.

Il miglioramento dell’ambiente urbano e, in particolare, della qualità di vita dei cittadini, così come lo scriteriato consumo di territorio in favore della barbara cementificazione delle aree non edificate, sono diventate questioni di particolare rilievo nello scenario globale finalizzato al raggiungimento di un nuovo modello di sviluppo delle città. Gli abitanti dei centri urbani, oggi, sono costretti ad affrontare il sovraffollamento e i problemi ad esso connessi: il traffico, la congestione, l’inquinamento e gli effetti che questi fattori generano alla società. L’area oggetto di questa tesi, luogo a forte vocazione turistica, presenta questo tipo di problematiche soprattutto in corrispondenza della stagione estiva mentre, per il resto dell’anno, si trova ad affrontare il problema opposto di riduzione delle attività e dello spopolamento causate dalla stagionalità. L’espansione edilizia, avvenuta con estrema rapidità e durante un periodo caratterizzato da un forte sviluppo economico , non ha seguito gli indirizzi di un Piano che avrebbe se non altro evitato sprechi di territorio e una struttura così caotica. Tradizionalmente l’idea di densità è sempre stata considerata in maniera negativa rispetto alla questione urbana, in quanto simbolo di un uso intensivo e indiscriminato del territorio e causa della scarsa qualità di vita che caratterizza molte città. In realtà il concetto di densità può assumere un significato diverso: legato all’efficienza, alla qualità e alla sostenibilità. Densificare, infatti, secondo opportune linee guida e in relazione agli standard di qualità, significa sfruttare al meglio le risorse esistenti all’interno delle città, utilizzando il territorio senza sprechi e ricucendo le fratture in grado di generare situazioni di degrado ambientale. Un complesso e minuzioso processo di “densificazione” è in grado di apportare molti benefici al cittadino e alla comunità, come la trasformazione degli spazi inutilizzati o dismessi, la riduzione delle distanze e della mobilità veicolare, la limitazione dell’impatto energetico sull’ambiente e, non ultima, la promozione di una nuova immagine urbana connessa a nuove funzionalità e strutture. Densificare è però condizione necessaria ma non sufficiente per il miglioramento dell’ambiente urbano, infatti il termine “densità” non specifica nulla sul risultato qualitativo e quantitativo che si intende ottenere. “Creazione di un ambiente più propizio alla vita ed intenzionalità estetica sono i caratteri stabili dell’architettura; questi aspetti emergono da ogni ricerca positiva ed illuminano la città come creazione umana” . È in questo senso che deve essere letta la “densificazione” proposta da questa tesi per la riqualificazione di Misano Adriatico. Occorrerà riqualificare soprattutto quelle aree marginali del tutto prive dei requisiti urbani al fine di integrarle maggiormente al resto della città. A essa dovrà essere collegata una nuova visione di quelle che saranno le infrastrutture legate alla mobilità ed i servizi necessari alla vita della comunità. Essi non dovranno più essere visti come elementi di semplice collegamento o episodi isolati distribuiti a caso nel territorio, ma dovranno recuperare quell’importanza strategica che li portavano ad essere l’elemento catalizzatore e la struttura portante dell’espansione urbana. La riqualificazione della città sviluppata in questa tesi segue “la strategia dei luoghi complementari” teorizzata da O.M. Ungers secondo cui: “la città dei -luoghi complementari- è composta dal numero più grande possibile di aree diverse, nelle quali viene sviluppato un aspetto urbano particolare tenendo conto del tutto. In un certo senso è un sistema della -città nella città-. Ogni parte ha le sue proprie caratteristiche, senza però essere perfezionata e conclusa. […] Si cerca la molteplicità, la diversità, non l’unitarietà. La contraddizione, la conflittualità sono parte del sistema e rimangono insolute” . Il fine ultimo di questa tesi è quindi quello di proporre un’idea di città del nostro tempo, un prodotto complesso, non identificabile con un unico luogo ma con un insieme di luoghi che si sovrappongono e si integrano in maniera complementare mantenendo le peculiarità intrinseche del territorio a cui appartengono.

In questa tesi è stato condotto uno studio sull’evoluzione dei settori di Misano Adriatico e Riccione Sud in seguito agli interventi di ripascimento, attuati sul litorale emiliano-romagnolo da ormai 25 anni: si tratta di un’area dal delicato equilibrio, per questo da sempre oggetto di monitoraggio. Utilizzando rilievi batimetrici (di prima pianta, seconda pianta e primo monitoraggio), profili di spiaggia e dati relativi alle granulometrie sono state osservate le principali variazioni della linea di riva e di fondale caratteristici di questo tratto costiero nel periodo relativo all’intervento di ripascimento del 2016. I cambiamenti ed i trend evolutivi individuati si sono confermati il risultato dell’azione congiunta di fattori naturali e antropici, i quali hanno fortemente influenzato la situazione critica di questi settori di spiaggia.

El Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia, se constituye en un Estado Unitario Social de Derecho Plurinacional Comunitario, libre, independiente, soberano, democrático, intercultural, descentralizado y con autonomías. Bolivia se funda en la pluralidad y el pluralismo político, económico, jurídico, cultural y lingüístico, dentro del proceso integrador del país . Bolivia como otros países, es una región de pluralidad étnica y cultura, conformada por descendientes de grupos de quechuas, aymaras y otros 34 grupos culturales. Good fit of clothing is crucial for consumer satisfaction irrespective of age, gender or ethnic group. Up to now little attention was given to the clothing needs of the black consumer in South Africa, despite the fact that the black population group is the biggest and that 60%- 70% of all spending is done by them. As a result of historical development, most South African manufacturers and retailers use European measuring charts. It is known, however. that anthropometric measurements, including measurements for pattern design and clothing construction, for one ethnic group cannot automatically be used for other ethnic groups. It is therefore of vital importance that the industry must reconsider and update their sizing charts to cater for this up coming market as well. The aim of this study was to determine whether significant differences exist between the measurements used by the clothing industry and the body measurements of young black children aged between 10 and 14 years. The sampling for this project was done in consultation with the Statistic Consultation Service of the North-West University. A list of schools was obtained from the North-West Department of Education. A total of 44 schools in rural as well as urban areas was randomly selected and within each school a sample of each age group was randomly selected. Children from 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 years old were included in this study. Measurements were taken from a total number of 718 black children of which 293 were boys and 425 girls. Various girth and length measurements were obtained. Almost 69% of the black boys' measurements in all age groups were smaller than those used by the industry. The black girls' results show that 15% of their body measurements in all age groups were smaller than those used by the industry. Across all the girls' age groups four to five of the measurements (31%-38%) showed a significant statistical as well as practical difference from the measurements of the industry. The neck base measurement for all age groups of the boys and girls was statistically larger than the measurements used by the industry. The shoulder length measurements of all age groups of the boys and girls showed no statistically or practically significant differences from those of the industry. iv It is concluded that the measurements used by the industry for each age group do not represent those of the black children aged 10-14 years in the North-West Province. It is recommended that the industry should take this into account in revising their size charts to ensure a better fit of garments for black children of all age groups.

En este capítulo, argumentaré que el desenlace del proceso reformista no se puede explicar sin considerar uno de los rasgos principales del sistema político derivado del diseño institucional y de las prácticas políticas del Frente Nacional, como fue el faccionalismo de los partidos. Durante todo el proceso de modificación de la reforma agraria que arrancó con la posesión de Misael Pastrana Borrero y culminó con la promulgación de la Ley 4 de 1973 y la Ley 5 de 1973, la fragmentación partidista habilitó a los políticos para dilatar la discusión y facultó a los gremios para introducir sus demandas en la legislación por medio del diálogo directo con el Ejecutivo. Con ello, cada intento de trámite legislativo fue aprovechado por los opositores para despojar al programa reformista de su vena más redistributiva, y así limitar sus alcances.

Concebir la educación como un derecho del ciudadano, trae consigo nuevas miradas sobre el desarrollo integral del ser humano, el acceso a la educación es un importante indicador del desarrollo humano, por transitividad, el proceso pedagógico de orientación profesional-vocacional debe garantizar la formación, desarrollo y consolidación de sólidos intereses profesionales en los estudiantes que matricularon la carrera. En el presente estudio aplicado en el campus Caborca, Universidad de Sonora, México y el Instituto Superior Universitario “Dr. Misael Acosta Solís” de Riobamba, Ecuador, se aplicaron instrumentos investigativos a 72 estudiantes de primer semestre tales como observación, encuestas, inventario de problemas, grupos focales y otros, arrojaron luz sobre la situación actual de la orientación profesional-vocacional en el primer semestre, entre lo que destaca: la entrada se hace con muy mala orientación profesional-vocacional, insuficientes acciones en la parte curricular y extracurricular del proceso formativo para reafirmar los intereses profesionales que se convierte en un importante indicador de desarrollo humano desde en proceso formativo de la educación superior. A raíz de ello, se hace necesario elaborar una concepción pedagógica de orientación profesional-vocacional desde la perspectiva del desarrollo humano de los estudiantes de la educación superior, que será una vía de solución al problema científico planteado.

Retorika kao veština koja odlikuje intelektualce od nastanka sveta jedino je i oružje i oruđe koje čovek putem izgovorene reči može da koristi kako bi sebe ili odbranio ili prezentovao. Ova drevna veština predstavljala je, a i danas predstavlja vrlinu odabranih, ukras umnih, filozofsku dubinu, misaonu širinu i esenciju izgovorene reči. Pretvoriti misli u jednostavne i širokom auditorijumu umno razumljive reči, svakako je sposobnost veštih govornika, koji kao cilj i motiv imaju isključivo lično prezentovanje i profesionalno profilisanje, kroz niz manipulativnih, retorički spretno izgovorenih, misaono i praktično opravdanih teza koje se teško ili lako opovrgavaju, što determiniše govornika kao dobrog ili lošeg. Suština je da je retorika način ličnog prezentovanja sopstvene ličnosti, kroz koju individua ispoljava sopstveni ili stav lica koje ju je angažovalo, a da pri tom uspe svojim govorom da zaintrigira i uslovno rečeno povede auditorijum. Kroz istoriju civilizacije ova drevna, možda i najstarija veština imala je svoje promotere, to su bili najveći umovi sveta, svetske religijske istorije, filozofske tradicije, kulturološke tekovine, političke borbe, pohlepe velikana i odbrane lagodnosti monarhističkih predstavnika. Sve do današnjih dana ova tehnika izgovorene reči predstavlja izazov koji se vežba, sa kojim se čovek ne mora roditi, ukoliko je dovoljno uporan da savlada sve tajne dobrog javnog nastupa, sposobnost percepcije sebe, cilja, alata i rezultata koji se ostvaruje efektom izgovorene reči.
