A função primordial deste trabalho é avaliar a eficiência da malha fiscal do Distrito Federal, instrumento que se propõe a buscar do contribuinte o cumprimento espontâneo do recolhimento do ICMS e do ISS nesta unidade da federação, atuando a partir do cruzamento de informações provenientes de diversas fontes, inclusive dos contribuintes, para conhecer a situação econômico-fiscal e apontar as medidas corretivas eventualmente exigidas ou recomendadas. Analisado esse procedimento de atuação da Administração Fiscal a partir do paradigma da regulação responsiva, que pressupõe a adoção de uma postura de diálogo e cooperação do Fisco deixando a utilização de medidas mais coercitivas na medida que o contribuinte demonstra a intenção de não cumprir com suas obrigações fiscais espontaneamente, pudemos verificar que alguns aspectos da regulação responsiva estão presentes na forma pela qual a malha fiscal do Distrito Federal se dispõe a buscar o cumprimento voluntário das obrigações tributárias pelos contribuintes do ICMS e do ISS que estão sob a sua jurisdição. Entretanto, viu-se que ainda existem possibilidades de serem implementas melhorias na forma de utilização da malha fiscal, tendo como idéia geral a premissa de que é necessário considerar que a Administração Tributária não pode ser organizada somente em torno de funções definidas internamente, mas também deve considerar as necessidades dos contribuintes, que na relação com o Fisco, precisam ser percebidos como clientes que devem ser atendidos e, principalmente, auxiliados, não sendo pressupostos de antemão como indivíduos sempre dispostos a se aproveitar das situações para obter o melhor proveito para si, deixando de pagar o tributo devido. A lógica do contribuinte também deve ser considerada no desenvolvimento e execução de programas e serviços, especialmente quando o objetivo principal é alcançar o recolhimento espontâneo dos tributos. Também é importante ressaltar que deve ser evitada a tendência das Administrações fiscais de fazer distinções muito estritas entre as tarefas de exigir o cumprimento das obrigações fiscais, de um lado, e a prestação de serviços aos contribuintes, de outro. Embora essa diferença de tratamento seja natural e compreensível, pois essas atividades podem diferir substancialmente, além de requerer diferentes tipos de servidores com habilidades diversas, é importante ter em conta que a segregação entre a prestação de serviços e outras formas de atuação é muito artificial, uma vez que estas distintas atividades interferem uma na outra, e as regras básicas de comunicação entre contribuintes e a administração tributária são aplicáveis não apenas para as atividades empreendidas na estrutura de prestação de serviços, mas também para aquelas que visam exigir o cumprimento das normas, pois todas buscam contribuir para o objetivo de alcançar o voluntário das obrigações pelos contribuintes. Nesse sentido, deve ser reiterado, sempre que oportuno, o caráter orientativo da malha fiscal Distrito Federal, que somente em casos específicos nos quais a não cooperação prevalece, deve ser utilizada para intervenções mais coercitivas perante o contribuinte. Isso porque os fatores que influenciam os comportamentos dos contribuintes tendem a confirmar a necessidade de tratar a exigência de tributos também como um fator social, ao lado do seu relevante aspecto econômico.
The main function of this work is to evaluate the efficiency of the Federal District fiscal net, a tool the intend to contribuate to the spontaneous collection of the ICMS and ISS taxes in this federation unit, acting through the management of informations collected from many sources, including from the taxpayers themselves, in order to Know the fiscal economical situation e draw the mesures needed to correct the misbehaviours. By analyzing the procedure of the Fiscal Administration using the responsive regulation paradigm, that means the adoption of a posture of dialogue and cooperation leaving the coertion as far as the taxpayers do not show the intention to accomplish their tax duties, we could see that some aspects of the responsive regulation can be noticed in the way through which the Federal District fiscal net acts to reach the tax compliance by the ICMS and ISS taxpayers that are under its jurisdiction. Although, could be seen that it’s still place for improvements in the way the fiscal net tries to reach its objectives, having in mind the idea that it is necessary considering that the fiscal administration cannot be organized without taking into consideration the taxpayer needs, wich inside the relationship with the tax authorities, must be seen as a client that, above all, need to be helped, not being presumed, beforehand, as a individual always ready to take advantages of the situations to get the better outcome for himself. So, the taxpayer point of view must be considered in developing and execution of programs and services provided by the administration to them, specialy when the main goal is to make the taxpayers to be tax compliants. As well, is important to clear the fact that must be avoided the tendency to make very strict distinctions between enforcing and providing services to the taxpayers. Despite the fact that a diferente treatment in these two tasks is natural and understandable, once this activities may differ substancially, besides requires different types of habilities, one must bare in mind tha the segregation between the collection of taxes and others forms of acting is artificial, because all these activities can interfere one another, and the basic rules of communication between the taxpayers and tax authorities have to be put in place not only when services are provided, but also when the administration wants to enforce the rule of the law, as both tends to contribute to the objective of reaching the voluntary tax compliance. In this sense, must be show, every time is needed, the intention to guide through the use of the fiscal net, and that only in few cases where there is no cooperation, the compliance must be enforced. This is so because the factors that influency the behavior of taxpayers confirm the need to treat the tax compliance also as a social factor , besides its relevant economical aspect.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe present research work proposes the improvement of the seismic behavior of self-built structures that have a confined tambourine brick masonry as a structural system. For this, it has been decided to apply electrowelded mesh on both sides of the wall and firmly adhered through the use of anchors, in addition, in order to take advantage of the characteristics of this material, it has been decided that the placement of this element is done in such a way so that the strands are aligned with the diagonals of the wall. The methodology to demonstrate the effectiveness of the study was based on a numerical analysis using models of concentrated plasticity and models of tie strut or non-linear reinforcements, in addition, in order to obtain the best predictions of the mechanical behavior of the elements, especially masonry. the model proposed by Martinelli et. (2015). The results show that the electrowelded mesh managed to increase the rigidity and lateral resistance of the masonry walls, managing to increase their resistance and lateral stiffness by up to 50%. In addition, the numerical results indicate that the diagonal application of the electrowelded mesh managed to improve the seismic performance of the original structure in a remarkable way, specifically, a level of seismic performance of life safety was achieved, with respect to the level of performance achieved before. reinforcement, which was to prevent collapse.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleEsta dissertação tem como objetivo apresentar uma proposta de sequência didática na abordagem da Geometria Analítica (no estudo do ponto, da reta e da circunferência) utilizando como recursos folhas quadriculadas (caderno quadriculado), Geoplano, software Geogebra, além de régua, compasso e transferidor. Essa sequência tem sido aplicada em oito turmas de 3o ano do Ensino Médio de uma escola pública, com as quais trabalhamos e uma turma usada como grupo de controle. Quanto ao método de trabalho, inicialmente realiza-se um questionário com os estudantes e, através deste, busca-se traçar o per l sócio econômico de cada um deles, e levantar suas condições quanto aos conhecimentos básicos de geometria, o que acaba, também, revelando as di culdades apresentadas pelos estudantes, em relação aos conceitos e de nições dos entes geométricos e suas aplicações no plano cartesiano. A partir dessas condições prévias dos alunos, essa proposta de sequência didática pode ser desenvolvida, ao longo do 3o bimestre do ano letivo, na qual, opta-se por uma abordagem mais geométrica (grá ca) do que algébrica, no tratamento dos principais tópicos de geometria analítica, presentes no currículo de Matemática do Ensino Médio das escolas públicas do Distrito Federal. A ideia principal é que cada atividade seja resolvida geometricamente, no caderno quadriculado, para que os alunos consigam, ao nal, utilizar soluções analíticas (deduzir fórmulas, por exemplo). Para isso, é importante que as resoluções dos problemas sejam feitas no caderno quadriculado e depois, refeitas no Geogebra. Algumas atividades também podem ser realizadas com o uso do Geoplano e depois, transcritas para a folha quadriculada. Ao nal desse processo, é aplicado outro questionário aos alunos para sondar suas impressões quanto às atividades desenvolvidas e aos recursos utilizados e, juntamente com as avaliações formais e os apontamentos e observações feitos ao longo das aulas, veri car o quanto eles evoluíram em relação às condições iniciais neste trabalho, utilizando-se para isto, como parâmetros, as teorias de Hiele e de Ausubel. Por m, utilizando estes elementos citados além de depoimentos e entrevistas feitas com alunos e professores, como dados, uma análise qualitativa por triangulação de métodos, para avaliar este trabalho, é aplicada e, a partir de seus resultados conclui-se que o objetivo da proposta é alcançado.
This dissertation aims to present a proposal of a didactic sequence in the approach of Analytical Geometry (in the study of the point, the line and the circunference) using features like checkered sheet, Geoplane, Geogebra software, as well as ruler, compass and protractor . This sequence has been applied in eight classes of the 3rd year of high school in a public school, with which we work and a group used as a control group. As for the work method, a questionnaire is initially carried out with the students and, through this one, it is sought to trace the socio-economic pro le of each one of them, and to raise their conditions regarding the basic knowledge of geometry, revealing the di culties presented by the students in relation to the concepts and de nitions of the geometric topics and their applications in the Cartesian plane. Based on these students' previous conditions, this proposal for a didactic sequence can be developed during the 3rd bimester of the school year, in which a more geometric (graphic) than algebraic approach is chosen in the treatment of the main topics of geometry, present in the Mathematics curriculum of the High School of the public schools from Federal District. The main idea is that each activity be solved geometrically, in the grid, so that students can, in the end, use analytical solutions (for example, to deduce formulas). For this, it is important that the resolutions of the problems are made on the checkered notebook and then, redone in Geogebra. Some activities can also be performed using the Geoplane and then transcribed to the checkered sheet. At the end of this process, another questionnaire is applied to the students to probe their impressions regarding the activities developed and the resources used and, together with the formal evaluations and the notes and observations made throughout the classes, to verify how they evolved in relation to the conditions for that, using as parameters the theories of Hiele and Ausubel. Finally, using these cited elements in addition to testimonials and interviews with students and teachers, as data, a qualitative analysis by triangulation of methods, to evaluate this work, is applied and, from its results, it is concluded that the objective of proposal is reached.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleDetermina la relación entre el procesamiento sensorial y el rendimiento escolar en niños de 7 a 8 años del segundo grado de nivel primario de educación básica regular teniendo como criterios de asociación los sistemas sensoriales y las notas académicas. En este estudio se aplicó el cuestionario Sensory Profile Winnie Dunn, el cual fue explicado previamente a los padres o apoderados en una charla de orientación, luego fue llenado por los padres o apoderados de 45 niños del segundo grado de primaria de la Institución Educativa Soberana Orden Militar de Malta. Una vez obtenido el puntaje del cuestionario Sensory Profile Winnie Dunn divididos en los sistemas visual, táctil, vestibular, auditivo, multisensorial y sensorio oral; así como las notas académicas del registro de notas finales del año 2012 de dichos alumnos se procedió a analizarlas mediante el estadístico del coeficiente de correlación de Pearson permitiéndonos determinar si existe o no asociación de relación directa. De los 45 alumnos evaluados, corresponden 24 niños (53.3%) y 21 niñas (47.7%). Entre los principales resultados se observa que el curso de menor rendimiento es matemática con 19 alumnos (42.2%) de entre los cuales corresponden 10 niñas (22.2%) y 9 niños (20%), mayor rendimiento en educación artística con un 57.8% de entre los cuales corresponden 14 niñas (31.1%) y 12 niños (26.6%), y al aplicar el Sensory Profile dio como resultado que el sistema sensorial que presentó diferencia definitiva es el vestibular con 33 casos (73.3%), así mismo se encontró que con un nivel de confianza del 99%, valor de significancia bilateral de 0.005 y coeficiente de correlación de Pearson de 0.409 se puede decir que existe suficiente evidencia estadística para rechazar la hipótesis nula, es decir, que si existe relación directa entre el curso de Matemática y el grupo de sistemas G1 (Vestibular, Visual y Multisensorial) y de acuerdo al estudio la prevalencia en el sexo masculino de Diferencia Definitiva en el procesamiento sensorial fue mayor en el sexo masculino con 67 casos frente al sexo femenino con 57 casos en todos los sistemas sensoriales estudiados.

This justifies the accomplishment of the present titleholder Level De Afrontamiento Of the Adolescents In relation to Its Personal Maturity and Styles De Vida, Of the Military Sovereign I.E “of Malta”, Of the District De Villa Maria Of the Triumph, in the 2009 In this descriptive study, of it cross section, work with the population 233 adolescents who attend the second year of secondary of the Educative Institution “Sovereign Military man of Malta”, the technique that was used was questionnaire and the instrument the Scale of Facing to the adolescents modified corresponding to a measurement of ordinal level. RESULTS: It was obtained that 69% of the survey adolescents own a level of upper middle facing in relation to their personal maturity, although reveals that in specific relation to the characteristics of the maturity like: the future autonomy with a 57% and expectations 58% have a level under facing. 83% of the adolescent population own a level of upper middle facing in relation to the life styles; and when comparing the sorts both are proportional in high, average level then in the low level presents/displays a greater number the masculine Key Words: Facing / /Madurez Adolescence in the adolescent Style of Life in the adolescence.

Constructive errors are studied by visual inspection of self – constructed houses, which have a high vulnerability in the face of a large earthquake, in sectors I (Zone 1) and III (Zone 2) of the district. The most frequent constructive error that has been identified is the use of tubular bricks (pandereta brick) with a structural purpose. In the face of this problem, the proposal to improve the compression resistance and cutting forces of the pandereta masonry walls is to reinforce them with galvanized wire mesh coated with mortar. What is sought is to provide, at least, a safe area within homes so that families can safeguard the lives of their occupants in the face of the occurrence of telluric movements. In this sense, through laboratory tests it is verified that the reinforcement with galvanized mesh improves, to a large extent the resistance to the compression and the cutting of the walls. In addition, its implementation turns out to be more economical compared to other reinforcement techniques such as reinforcing with electro welded meshes. This is important, because the beneficiary population belongs to the socioeconomic levels C and D (low socioeconomic level).

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThis study consists in the analysis of success-factors in Diseña el Cambio Perú project to generate learnings in leadership skills and citizen responsibility among children and young teenagers in school stage. The analysis focuses on the initial and primary sections of the private school Mis Primeros Pasos, based in the district of Mala, Cañete province of the Lima Provincias Region. The strategies and activities designed by the organization to implement the methodology, the accompaniment of the management to achieve results, as well as the perceptions of the beneficiaries and the environment are all examined on the validity of the methodology. The investigation works with both process and result indicators from 2018 and they are complemented with qualitative information including: the perception of direct participants due to changes and benefits gained, in addition to the perception of other key actors in the observed process. This study also exposes the findings so that they can be considered in future projects lined to the development of human potential and to incorporate the management methodology used here in future social projects which require strengthening leadership and ownership skills of actors as main agents of their own change. Finally, an applicable proposal of the model is offered.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe National Qali Warma School Feeding Program is a social program that the Peruvian Government has been implementing through the Ministry of Social Inclusion, since 2012, in order to ensure a balanced supply of quality food for schoolchildren at the initial level. primary school of public educational institutions with poverty levels. As is known, the eradication of hunger is one of the objectives of the millennium and food attention, especially of school children, is considered in most public policies of different countries, to obtain a quality education. Considering the purpose of the program in our country and associating the levels of education reached worldwide, this work aims to know the current development of the program in the Daniel Alcides Carrión educational institution in the hamlet of Mala Vida, in the province of Sechura and make a diagnosis to know the positive and negative aspects and analyze the factors that hinder its optimal implementation. The development of this research work considered applying data collection tools, having as sources of information to diverse actors involved, with the objective of identifying a direct version and knowing the relevance or level of influence of the program factors in the performance of the boys and girls of the population in question. The research has determined relevant aspects for Social Management and has allowed to know more detailed dimensions regarding limiting factors of the environment where the program is executed, such as: Poor infrastructure, lack of access to basic services, lack of good hygiene practices , etc; the same ones that generate disadvantageous conditions for the optimal development of the Qali Warma program and consequently, they make difficult the contribution to the educational improvement, in zones of similar conditions to Mala Vida, where the poverty is extreme and the conditions of survival are very restricted. Thus, with these conditions, alternatives are proposed to improve the implementation of this program, cooperate with its objectives
