Der volle Inhalt der QuelleLa presente tesina realiza en su marco teórico una breve introducción a las ideas del Círculo de Viena sobre el significado, para a continuación presentar el ataque frontal a las bases del positivismo lógico llevado a cabo por Quine, cuyo original sistema filosófico involucra sostener tesis filosóficas de carácter abarcador, dejándolas en un sector indefinido entre lo semántico, lo epistemológico y lo metafísico. Por lo anterior, la estructura de la exposición del sistema quineano se hará desde “fuera” hacia “adentro”, es decir, yendo del ataque hacia Carnap y el Círculo, pasando por sus tesis del compromiso ontológico, el holismo semántico, la indeterminación de la traducción, la relatividad ontológica y la indeterminación de la referencia, para luego ir hacia las presuposiciones empíricas tácitas que hacen su sistema creíble, o sea, la reificación como punto de continuidad entre el lenguaje natural y la teoría científica, junto con su concepción de un significado estimulativo compatible con el conjunto de sus proposiciones filosóficas. Una vez en el interior del sistema se atacará la noción de “reificación quineana” que involucra que el mundo es concebido desde nuestra niñez como un conjunto no ordenado de experiencia siendo ordenado recién con la adquisición de un lenguaje cualquiera, cosa incompatible con lo que la investigación en psicología del desarrollo ha descubierto. Finalmente, considerando que lo que muestran los experimentos hechos en niños prelingüísticos es una prueba suficiente de la falta de plausibilidad del edificio quineano, entonces se intentará hacer una reconstrucción sobre las soluciones que se han formulado históricamente a los problemas del “significado”, la “referencia” y la “comunicación”, lo que implicará inmediatamente una propuesta sobre las nociones conceptuales que debe contener una teoría más completa cuyo objeto sean los lenguajes naturales.

The Provincial Municipality of Cusco has decided on the execution of a project “Improvement and extension of the final disposal of urban solid waste in the city of Cusco in the town of Jaquira”. Being the executing agency has decided to apply the global standards of the PMI to the project management. The main Deliverables of the Project: Deliverable 1.- Provisional Works, Deliverable 2.- Preliminary Works, Deliverable 3.- Specific works, Deliverable 4.- Leachate pools, Deliverable 5.- Complementary works, Deliverable 6.- Project Management, Deliverable 7.- Permits. The project has a net present value (NPV) of S / 3,201,385.48 Nuevos soles, with which we can confirm that the project will go well. The internal rate of Return (IRR) represents the intrinsic average profitability of the project. We can appreciate that we have 2 internal rates of return with Discounted Net Cash Flow with 24% and with 42.96% Net Cash Flow which gives us success values for the project and to continue with this decision. We can conclude that our 3 indicators are in positive states in order to continue with the project and expect positive results in the future.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleBetween cahors and soturac, the vineyard of cahors - a guaranteed vintage- is situated in the mid-lot valley, which has silicious terraced rows on its hillsides, and on its bordering plateaux, composed of limestone of the secondary or tertiary geological eras. In order to study and do a cartography of the + terroirs ; in the 45 rural districts which include the area concerned (a project commissioned by the local and national authorithies), we defined a scale comprising twelves criteries for differenciating the +terroirs ;; this enabled us to describe and do a cartography of them on a scale of 1/25 000. This epistemological and applied approach led us to extend our research by following three main lines: - an extensive study of the +terroirs ; by taking soil samples, which was consequently furthered by soil analyses and they showed the differenciation between the various +terroirs; according to their soil; - a study of the area's topoclimates, by examining the daily temperatures according to each + terroir ;, and by elaborating a numerical model of ground which enabled us to examine the shadows cast according to the slopes or the exposure; - a study of the links between each + terroirs ; and the qualities of the wine over five years, either by tasting them or making chemical analyses of the microvinifications, which showed that there is a hierarchy between the + terroirs ;. Those extensions of our study confirmed both the cartography we had made, and the individual character of each + terroir ;, which we called the + fait terroir ;. Finally, one of the outcomes of our research consisted in studying the possibility to award an appellation + first-class cahors vintage ; on the scale of the patch, which would boost the cahors appellation. This section of our research enabled us to compile a database which could lead to the creation of a geographical information system

Deep amplitude minima are observed in the daily records of Very Low Frequency (VLF, between 3 - 30 kHz) wave amplitudes. Amplitude minima are attributed to modal interference and modal conversion of waves propagating in the Earth - Ionosphere waveguide. The time of amplitude minima is related with the localization of the Terminator line and, therefore, is denominated of Terminator Time or TT time. In this work, we developed a methodology based on the monitoring of TT time to infer the distance of modal interference D and its temporal variation in relation to atmospheric and natural phenomena. For this purpose, we used data provided by the South America VLF Network (SAVNET) to the period 2007 - 2011. The results showed that the methodology is a promising tool to study the dynamics of the lower ionosphere, by means of the daily values of the undisturbed nighttime ionospheric height(hN). We identified short-term and long-term time variations of hN, where the long-term variation is possibly related with the solar activity cycle. We propose the use of this method to search for seismic- electromagnetic effects, and that it should be applied to medium and short propagation paths. Using the Long Wave Propagation Capability (LWPC) code, we simulated TT times and the results show good agreement with the observations, so a value for nighttime height hN = 88 km is suggested. This work will contribute to a greater viability of the use of the VLF technique for the study of the lower ionosphere and the forcings acting on this region of the atmosphere.
Pronunciados mínimos de amplitude são observados nos registros diários de sinais de muito baixa frequência ou VLF (do inglês Very Low Frequency, entre 3 - 30 kHz). A presença destes mínimos é atribuída a interferência e conversão modal de ondas se propagando no guia de onda Terra - Ionosfera. Os tempos de ocorrência destes mínimos são relacionados com a localização do Terminadouro e, por isso, são denominados de tempos de Terminadouro ou Tempos TT. Neste trabalho, desenvolvemos uma metodologia baseada no monitoramento dos tempos TT para inferir a distância de interferência modal D, e sua variabilidade temporal em relação a fenômenos atmosféricos e naturais. Para isso, utilizamos dados fornecidos pela rede SAVNET (South America VLF Network) durante o período 2007 - 2011. Os resultados mostraram que a metodologia é relevante para estudar a dinâmica da baixa ionosfera, através da obtenção de valores diários da altura noturna hN. Identificamos variabilidades de curto e longo período para hN, sendo estas últimas relacionadas ao ciclo de atividade solar. O método deverá ser aplicado à procura de efeitos sismo-eletromagnéticos utilizando caminhos com comprimento médios ou curtos. Foram realizadas simulações dos tempos TT, utilizando o código Long Wave Propagation Capability (LWPC), que mostraram boa concordância com as observações, sugerindo um valor de hN = 88 km para a altura noturna da baixa ionosfera. Os resultados apresentados neste trabalho contribuem para uma maior viabilização do uso da técnica de VLF, para o estudo da baixa ionosfera e os forçantes que agem sobre esta região da atmosfera terrestre.
