Der volle Inhalt der QuellePlants have been a source of inspiration for humans, who have learned to benefit from them in the search for active molecules. Plant extracts are complex mixtures that can exhibit different activities: antioxidant, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, etc. However, identifying the molecules involved in these activities can be time-consuming and laborious. The objective of this thesis is to develop methodologies based on mass spectrometry and data processing, while considering various problematics, to explore the phytochemistry of extracts of biological interest from plant cultivated locally.First, the study of the aerial parts of Eclipta alba, highlighted, through fractionation steps, active molecules on three enzymes involved in skin aging. Then, the study of the aerial and root parts of Coleus forskohlii, cultivated in aeroponics according various cultivation conditions, underscored the benefits of adding LEDs for the production of forskolin and the use of statistical tools revealed the expression of molecules impacted by this lighting. The use of molecular network has also highlighted the chemical specificity of each part of the plant and showed the interest of the aerial parts, often under valorized. Finally, the establishment of multi-informative molecular network, combining various tools of annotation, allowed the study of 10 Clematis species, an ornamental species highly cultivated in the Centre-Val de Loire region, with a better confidence level. The anti-inflammatory activity determined for certain extracts was then correlated with the molecular networks to link the activity and phytochemical composition, thereby guiding the identification of actives molecules

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe rural territories under metropolitan influence concentrate many issues in terms of the production of housing and the preservation of agricultural and natural areas. They are the subject of public policies focused on urban sprawl and their consequences: loss of biodiversity, land consumption, commuting, degradation of landscape. Over the last twenty years, successive government policies have fostered rural municipalities to transfer urban planning power to the intermunicipal level. These policies aim to consider land-use planning at another scale, and to mutualize the low human and financial resources at the municipal level. However, elected officials in rural municipalities mostly prefer to maintain their urban planning power, that is to say the right and responsibility to develop their municipality through various tools (local land-use plan, development and building permits, pre-emptive right). The role played by decisions taken by inter-municipal services, the trade-offs made by private planners, the transition from regulatory planning to project planning are issues that question land-use planning in rural municipalities. This research is focused on local regulatory writing practices, the type of adaptations and the influence of local actors in urban planning in rural communes. How are territories that are less dense but under metropolitan influence redefined locally through the urban plan? To address these issues, a quantitative and qualitative analysis is proposed in an approach that brings together the fields of legal sociology, urban sociology, and the sociology of public action. Two field studies are chosen to observe the trade-offs in terms of urbanization made in sparsely populated municipalities but under demographic and land pressure: the Paris and the Nantes regions. The research analyses the regulatory making of future urbanization in rural municipalities under metropolitan influence. It shows the mobilization of regulatory tools by local stakeholders (elected officials, public planners, private urban and building developers) and its importance in the orientation of urbanization. It highlights specific planning practices in the rural municipalities studied: a transfer of urbanization that scatters beyond the supposed areas of influence; a programming of urban development that frequently evolves according to land opportunities and initiatives of private developers; local decisions that strongly influence urbanization processes contrasting with a "laissez-faire" approach which frequently characterized rural municipalities
Danna, Charlotte. „Le principe de solidarité écologique“. Thesis, Lyon, 2018. http://www.theses.fr/2018LYSE2070.
Der volle Inhalt der QuelleAdopted by article 2 from act nr 2016-1087 concerning the reconquest of biodiversity, nature and landscape of August 8th 2016, the principle of ecological solidarity calls “for taking into consideration the interactions of ecosystems, living creatures and natural or developed environments in all public decisions having a notable impact on the environment of the territories concerned”.This general principle of environmental law inscribed in article L110 1 of the environmental code is designed to preserve the interactions of ecosystems and ecological processes as well as to improve the environmental management of the territories. The duality of its objective renders it a highly valuable principle which should be applied to numerous decisions. Various supranational foundations, within jurisprudence and in international and European laws, can thus be assigned to it. In the context of ecological interdependence the evolution of the international and European dimension of the principle remains essential in order to see the benefits concerning the safeguarding of biodiversity. It is greatly enhanced, as regards internal law, by the fact that it is at the very center of the environment's equilibrium. It justifies the right to a balanced environment and extends the constitutional principles of prevention and sustainable development. Confronted with the crisis of world-wide biodiversity extinction that threatens our survival, the principle of ecological solidarity emerges as the last chance to preserve it. Two major groups of systems allow us to measure the dynamics of the principle of ecological solidarity: the green and the blue line belt network and the Ocean and coastline Governance Framework. They constitute a basis on which to develop ecological solidarity and represent the beginnings of new legislation. The principle of ecological solidarity requires them to be reinforced and more generally to advance all decisions concerned by the principle
