The aim of this study was to investigate the role of human capital in the tourism sector in Poland and an analysis of the importance of human capital in the tourism sector in the world, based on available literature data. In the tourism sector workers have to face the problem of human resource management in the Polish tourist industry and the tourism and hospitality education in Poland, which seem to be insufficient. The paper presents a conceptual framework that shows the relationship between human capital management and development of tourism. Production of high-quality human capital, will positively affect the development of tourism in Poland.

Abstract: Participation of Family Planning (KB) acceptance in the use of Long-Term Contraceptive Method (MKJP) in Indonesia is still very low. The factors that cause the low participation of KB acceptance in the use of MKJP are caused by several factors, including knowledge and attitude towards the use of MKJP. The purpose of this literature review is to explain the relationship of knowledge and attitude of KB acceptance with the use of Long Term Contraceptive Method (MKJP). The method in this literature review used systematic literature review of 20 litarature research related to topic and has been done screening. The results showed the percentage of literature related to knowledge variables as much as 95%, and unrelated 5%. The results showed literature related percentages for attitude variables as much as 90.9% and those that did not support 9.09%. According to the researchers' view and the results of data synthesis, it can be satisfied that there is a suitability of the results of literature review researchers with theoretical aspects and the results of previous research. Abstrak: Partisipasi akseptor Keluarga Berencana (KB) terhadap penggunaan Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) di Indonesia sampai saat ini masih sangat rendah. Faktor penyebab rendahnya partisipasi akseptor KB dalam penggunaan MKJP disebabkan beberapa faktor antara lain pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap penggunaan MKJP. Tujuan dari literature review ini adalah menjelaskan hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap akseptor KB dengan penggunaan Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP). Metode pada literature review ini menggunakan systematic literature review terhadap 20 litarature yang berkaitan dengan topik dan telah dilakukan skrining. Hasil literature review menunjukan persentase literature yang berhubungan untuk variabel pengetahuan sebanyak 95%, dan yang tidak berhubungan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pesentase literature yang berhubungan untuk variabel sikap sebanyak 90,9% dan yang tidak mendukung 9,09%. Menurut pandangan peneliti dan hasil sintesis data, dapat disimpukan bahwa terdapat kesesuaian hasil literature review peneliti dengan aspek teoritis dan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Kata-kata kunci: hubungan, pengetahuan, sikap, program KB, MKJP.

Begun as a theme of painting art, magical realism exists as a typical place in litarature. The works of magical realism literature efforts to appear magical aspects such as superstition, beliefs, folklor and spiritual substance exceding from the logic into reality of daily lifes. The substance of the magic is integrated in the accepted traditions and cultures. This article analyzes short stories of Danarto and a novel of Marquez. Both aouthors are selected as they represent pionneers of writing style of magical realism from two different cultures. Both authors express the same writing style, but their patterns of rhetoric differ. Danarto focuses on the magical realism of religion, sufism and Javanese cultures, combining magical realism with surealism styles. In addition, Marquez brings readers to the structure of Latin American society that produces unpredictable magical cultures.

Annotation:

In this paper, the authors aim to develop an intelligent learning environment model designed to improve students’ academic performance. Methodology: Referring to the litarature, the authors identified and analyzed a number of relevant issues that influence the specific components of an intelligent learning environment. These aspects were quantified using performance indicators defined on the basis of the specific objectives of each aspect chosen. Results: Following the analysis, the authors developed a model of intelligent learning space, and for its representation, we used conceptual modeling. Conclusions: Finally, the authors propose the prevalidation of the model using the dynamic modeling process and then the model will be piloted for final validation in both physical and virtual environment. These aspects are proposed because in the present study, the model was validated only based on the results from studies in scientific literature.

Library is a important source of information for community. A number of research has been carried out to understand how libraries are utilized in supporting community and educational institutions need of information. Instaed dakwah is understood as an activity which heavily dealing with information, little is studies has been carried out to understand how a library can be used to support dakwah activities. This paper shed light how libraries can also be used for dakwah purposes. Through extensive literature review, we found that libraries can also be utilized as instrument to support dakwah activities. A library can provide rich information for every Muslim and Dai in dakwah activities. A lbrary can also be used for self-learning activities relating to islamic teaching, and a library can preserve Islamic valuable historical document and artefact for new Muslim generation. Finally, Muslim can use library as a place to obtain inspiration and ideas through self-study and research. Penelitian ini menganalisis metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan penerima bantuan sosial. Analisis menggunakan metode Systematic Litarature Review dengan mengkaji beberapa artikel yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam situasi bencana alam, khususnya dalam hal memberikan bantuan sosial kepada korban. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi metode-metode yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan. Hasil systematic literaure review menunjukkan bahwa metode waterfall adalah model yang sangat banyak digunakan dan beberapa artikel menyatakan sangat efektif dalam pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan penerima bantuan sosial. Metode Waterfall adalah pendekatan berbasis tahapan untuk pengembangan sistem, dalam prosesnya tiap tahap harus terlebih dahulu diselesaikan sebelum melanjutkan tahap berikutnya. Lima tahapan dalam metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian program, dan evaluasi serta pemeliharaan. Bidang-bidang seperti pemerintahan dan pendidikan adalah yang paling banyak mengimplementasikan metode waterfall ini Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga dalam pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam situasi bencana alam dan memberikan dasar untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk kesejahteraan sosial.Kata Kunci: SLR, Sosial, Waterfall

Este trabalho tem por objeto o estudo das relações entre a masculinidade e o poder, por meio da análise do discurso amoroso. Baseados em teóricos de História da Cultura como Foucault e de teóricos dos estudos de gênero como Judith Butler e Connell, tentamos examinar o conceito de gênero, de masculinidade e a produção de violência a partir dar relações de gênero. Tentamos demonstrar como o colonialismo atuou nos territórios africanos de língua portuguesa contribuindo para a produção de hegemonia e subalternidade nas relações entre masculinidades e como o protagonista de João Vêncio: os seus amores, de Luandino Vieira, se afigura como um contramodelo à hegemonia, produzindo violência de gênero, mas também encerrando possibilidades de subversão dentro da ordem de gênero.
This work aims at the study of the relations between masculinity and power, through the analysis of the amorous discourse. Based on cultural history theorists such as Foucault and gender studies theorists such as Judith Butler and Connell, we have attempted to examine the concept of gender, masculinity and the production of violence from gender relations. We try to demonstrate how colonialism acted in the Portuguese-speaking African territories contributing to the production of hegemony and subalternity in the relations between masculinities and how the protagonist of João Vêncio: os seus amores, by Luandino Vieira, seems like a countermodel to hegemony, producing violence of gender, but also opening up possibilities of subversion within the gender order.

O Neo-Realismo português e o Romance Social brasileiro da década de 30 são dois movimentos literários baseados numa visão crítica da sociedade e na crença da literatura como forma de denunciar a injustiça social e a exploração do homem pelo homem. Estes dois movimentos literários baseiam-se numa ideologia marxista e na crença de que o homem pode modificar o seu destino e contribuir para a construção de uma sociedade justa. Em Seara de Vento e Vidas Secas os temas recorrentes são a opressão, a alienação, a violência e a injustiça social. Estes temas são tratados através das categorias narrativas do espaço físico e social e na forma como as personagens se inter-relacionam. Os narradores de ambos os romances defendem uma ideologia marxista, que surge expressa através das suas marcas de intrusão na narrativa e nas suas formas de ver o mundo.

Drama em cinco actos, A Morgadinha de Valflor, um dos primeiros dramas de Pinheiro Chagas, estreado na noite de 3 de Abril de 1869 no Teatro D. Maria, conheceu um sucesso estrondoso, o qual se repetiu ao longo das suas inúmeras representações. O nosso trabalho, intitulado A Morgadinha de Valflor: a esperança de um sonho. Estudo comparativo da obra de Pinheiro Chagas, procura traduzir a ideia principal, presente tanto no texto original como na versão francesa, da concretização de um sonho ilusório (união do par amoroso no além), simbolizando uma união política e social no futuro (século XIX), que concretizará as noções iluministas de igualdade e de liberdade (tanto a nível humano como literário, social e político), sendo estes conceitos substituídos, na versão francesa da autoria de Henry Faure (embora esta seguisse globalmente o princípio de fidelidade), pelo de fraternidade, que, dando-lhes continuidade, completa o lema revolucionário francês: “Liberté / Égalité / Fraternité”. Assim, as duas versões focalizam o conflito social, cujo impacto debilita principalmente o estado psicológico de uma das personagens principais, Luís, que, oscilando entre o mundo de sonho idealista, portanto ilusório no tempo em que vive, e o mundo da realidade, desfalece com a visão futura de uma esperança de igualdade e liberdade, tão reivindicadas pelos românticos. O nosso estudo comparativo focaliza, por um lado, alguns casos de convergências e divergências encontradas nas duas versões e valoriza, por outro, uma interpretação pessoal do drama à luz dos aspectos socioculturais e/ou políticos.

Early Modern Players of Folly Thesis Abstract This thesis examines the ways in which folly is used in early modern literature. It asks: how is it that such an ephemeral concept proliferated and endured in the culture of early modern Europe? My understanding of early modern folly as a discursive phenomenon that was used as a way of questioning the knowledge of the ostensibly reasonable world is illustrated by case studies of four characters-four players of folly. Dedicated a chapter each, they are Till Eulenspiegel, the great German jester; Pomet Trpeza, a typically Ragusan wit of Marin Držić's Dundo Maroje; Brother Jan Paleček, a Bohemian representative of holy folly; and Sir John Falstaff, the embodiment of folly in Shakespeare's 1 and 2 Henry IV. Although they emerge from different cultural, linguistic and generic traditions, they nonetheless share a propensity for employing folly in ways that uncover possibilities for new understandings and challenge rigid certainties of the world around them. Early modernity, the era that produced the works I explore, has become associated with shifts and instabilities.
