Work Shift and HbA1C Levels are part of health science, occupational safety, and internal medicine. The incidence of type II diabetes mellitus in Batam ranks lasts 10 most suffered. The number of type II diabetes mellitus patients at Camatha Sahidya Hospital was 1188 in 2014, and 315 in January to June. This research method was observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach conducted at Camatha Sahidya Hospital, Batam City. The sampling technique was accidental sampling with populations in November and December unknown, determining a minimum sample using the Lemeshow formula obtained a minimum sample of 97 people. The results of the study were analyzed by cross-tabulated frequency distribution and then tested by the Chi-square test. The results of this study found that type 2 HR patients with work shifts were 38 people (39.2%) while 59 people working in non-shift systems (60.8%). HbA1c laboratory examination results of DM patients with HbA1c> 8% more than the amount of HbA1c ≤8%, as many as 54 people (55.7%) type 2 DM patients with a total HbA1c> 8% and 43 people (44.3% ) Type 2 DM patients with HbA1c count ≤8%. There is a significant relationship between work shifts with HbA1c levels in type 2 DM patients at the Camatha Sahidya Hospital in Batam City in 2018 using the Chi-Square statistical test obtained p-value = 0.014 (p <0.05). Based on this study it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between work shifts with HbA1C levels in type 2 DM patients at Camatha Sahidya Hospital, Batam City.

Varicose veins of the lower limbs are diseases that are related to a person's life habits. This disease still received little attention, because this disorder is considered mild and a low mortality rate. However, varicose veins have several risky complications and are rarely noticed such as chronic venous insufficiency that will cause edema. From the above reasons, researchers are interested in examining the relationship of knowledge and prevention with the incidence of varicose veins in female nurses at Camatha Sahidya Hospital, Batam City in 2018. This research is a quantitative type with a descriptive-analytic research design with a cross-sectional approach conducted in November 2018. The total sample in Camatha Sahidya Hospital is 81 people. This study uses an Accidental Sampling of data collection techniques. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariate by computer using the chi-square statistical test. Based on statistical test results, it was found that there was no significant relationship between knowledge and the incidence of varicose lower limbs in female nurses at Camatha Sahidya Hospital with p-value = 0.177. , 8%), the category of good knowledge and the incidence of positive varicose veins were 25 nurses (53.2%), the category of bad knowledge and the incidence of varicose veins were positive there were 24 nurses (70.6%), the category of bad knowledge and the incidence of varicose veins were negative there were 10 nurses ( 29.4%) Then there was also a significant relationship between the level of prevention with the incidence of varicose veins in female nurses at Camatha Sahidya Hospital with p-value = 0.012. ), good prevention categories with the incidence of positive varicose veins were 35 nurses (72.9%), prevention categories b However, with the incidence of positive varicose veins there were 14 nurses (42.4%), the category of poor prevention with the incidence of negative varicose veins was 19 nurses (57.6%). From the results of the study it was concluded that there was no significant relationship between knowledge and the incidence of varicose lower limbs and there was a significant relationship between the prevention and incidence of varicose lower limbs in female nurses at Camatha Sahidya Hospital in 2018.

The work of a nurse in providing nursing services is inseparable from setting working hours in a hospital, better known as work shifts. The work shift system will have a variety of positive effects, but the work shift can cause effects that are quite disturbing to the health of workers, especially as experiencing a lack of sleep. Sleep deprivation associated with shift work can affect metabolic hormones ie, decreased growth hormone production, and decreased circadian melatonin rhythms and health burdens such as metabolic disorders, obesity, diabetes, and hypertension. In addition to coronary heart disease and stroke, hypertension complications can cause heart failure, peripheral vascular disease, kidney disorders, retinal bleeding, and vision problems. This is the cause due to interference with blood pressure, as for the factors that can affect blood pressure, namely, age, sex, exercise, drugs, race, and obesity. This research is a quantitative study with an observational analytic research design with a cross-sectional approach. Subjects were nurses who worked in shifts and nurses who did not shift in Camatha Sahidya Hospital, Batam City in 2018. A total of 98 study samples were selected using the total sampling method. Data collection techniques were used to measure blood pressure. Data were analyzed with Chi-Square test analysis and processed with Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Research Results: This study shows the results, analysis of the Relationship between Work Shift and Blood Pressure in Nurses at Camatha Sahidya Hospital in Batam City in 2018 who worked without shifting pressure 8 (80%) normal blood and 2 (20%) prehypertension. While nurses who work in normal blood pressure shifts are 33 (37.5%), prehypertension is 54 (61.3%) and first-degree hypertension is 1 (1.1%). Related to the value of p = 0.035 (<0.05), then H0 is rejected and there is a relationship between work shifts and blood pressure for nurses at Camatha Sahidya Hospital in Batam City in 2018. One of the causes of bleeding during pregnancy is placenta previa, which is the placenta that covers all or part of the internal uterine ostium. One of the risk factors for placenta previa is Age because it can cause sclerosis of small arteries and myometrial arterioles which causes uneven blood flow to the endometrium so that the placenta grows wider with a larger surface area. So the researchers wanted to look for a relationship between maternal age and placenta previa. This research method is analytic observational with a cross-sectional approach conducted at the Camatha Sahidya Hospital in Batam City in 2019. Data is taken from the patient's medical record from June 1 to June 31, 2019. The sampling technique is total sampling where the number of samples is the same with a population of 135 people in June 2019. The results of the study were analyzed by frequency distribution in a cross-tabulation then tested by Chi-square test. The results of this study showed that out of 135 mothers, 4 mothers (17.4%) out of 23 mothers aged> 35 years were declared into the Placenta Previa group and 19 mothers (82.6%) out of 23 mothers aged> 35 years were stated in the group. No Placenta Previa. And obtained 112 mothers aged 20-35 years from 135 mothers in which there were 2 mothers (1.8%) who were stated in the Placenta Previa group and 110 mothers (98.2%) stated in the No Placenta Previa group. Chi-Square analysis results obtained significance value p = 0.008. This figure is significant because the p-value is smaller than the significance level () = 5% (0.05). Therefore it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between maternal age and the incidence of placenta previa. Based on this study it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between maternal age and the incidence of placenta previa.

Stres kerja perawat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan, kelebihan beban kerja, organisasi dan individu. </em><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja dengan stres kerja perawat ICU </em><em>dan IGD </em><em>di Rumah Sakit </em><em>Harapan Bunda dan Rumah Sakit Camatha Sahidya</em><em> Kota Batam. </em><em>Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 47 perawat. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah secara total sampling </em><em>Hasil penelitian adalah perawat yang memiliki beban kerja berat sebanyak 55,3%, perawat memiliki lingkungan yang baik 53,2% dan perawat yang mengalami stres kerja berat sebanyak 53,2%. Setelah dilakukan uji statistik didapatkan hubungan bermakna antara beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja dengan stres kerja perawat (p&lt;0.05). Manajemen Rumah Sakit </em><em>Harapan Bunda dan Rumah Sakit Camatha Sahidya</em><em> diharapkan </em><em>untuk lebih meningkatkan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, optimalkan sarana dan prasarana dan meningkatkan hubungan interpersonal yang baik dengan perawat.</em></p>

Banyak anak yang masih kurang menguasai bahasa, dan masih banyak anak yang pengucapannya kurang tepat, padahal mereka sudah berusia empat tahun. Faktor lingkungan dan bimbingan orang tua menyebabkan masalah ini. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang akuisisi morfologi Nadira dan mengikuti PAUD Sahira Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana perkembangan pemerolehan morfologi bahasa anak usia empat tahun dilihat dari bentuk kata dan turunan kata yang digunakan anak dalam percakapan sehari-hari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada anak usia empat tahun. Data penelitian ini berupa kata-kata yang diucapkan oleh salah satu subjek penelitian. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Nadira Pratami yang menempuh pendidikan di PAUD Sahira Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sadap, teknik menyimak yang menarik, teknik merekam dan teknik mencatat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: Pertama, penguasaan bahasa anak usia empat tahun, dilihat dari kosakata dan pengucapan kata, sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari banyaknya kosakata yang dikuasai subjek penelitian. Kedua, derivasi kata yaitu penggunaan afiksasi (imbuhan) pada subjek penelitian secara keseluruhan, baik saat melakukan percakapan dan kata turunan reduplikasi kata pada subjek penelitian dalam pemerolehan bahasa secara keseluruhan juga baik. Namun masih terdapat kesalahan dalam pengucapan. teknik merekam dan teknik mencatat. Work performance is related to the ability to work and motivation in carrying out work. Based on the presurvey, it was obtained interviews from 11 nurses who said that some of them had participated in research that supported their work and were motivated because they had just finished their education, but some nurses were less motivated because they felt that the reward had not been noticed and did not know what the work assessment was like. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between ability and work motivation with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all nurses in the inpatient room totaling 52 people. Sampling using total sampling. The research site was at Camatha Sahidya Hospital, Batam City on June 24 – August 12. Collecting data using a questionnaire adopted from Wahyudi (2010) regarding ability while a questionnaire about motivation and achievement was adopted from Adryani (2012). This study used univariate (frequency distribution) and bivariate (chi-square) analysis. The results obtained that more than half of the implementing nurses have the ability in the high category and more than half with the low category on work motivation and work performance. Furthermore, there is a relationship between ability and work performance (p Value 0.000) and there is a relationship between work motivation and work performance (p Value 0.009). Based on the conclusions of the researchers, it is recommended for hospital management to continue to maintain and improve the work motivation of implementing nurses and complete the supporting needs in improving nursing services, work motivation of nurses in carrying out their duties by creating a system of rewards that provide feedback on the performance that has been carried out by nurses.Keywords: Ability, Work Motivation, Work Performance
