Fanfiction has a long and varied history in the Star Wars franchise since it began in 1977 with the debut of the first film, Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. The decade of the 1970s created new possibilities for science fiction multiverses and metanarratives; science fiction became an adaptive film genre that could be reimagined with seemingly infinite narrational results. The myriad of genre films that were released in the mid-to-late 1970s revealed dynamic syntheses with horror (e.g. Alien, Invasion of the Body Snatchers and Close Encounters of the Third Kind), franchises that previously had existed solely on television (Star Trek: The Motion Picture) and musical theatre (The Rocky Horror Picture Show). Cinematic audiences became increasingly accustomed to science fiction tropes and themes in film; audience participation in the theatre (e.g. The Rocky Horror Picture Show) expanded to print zines (often with fanfiction) for multiple franchises as well as fan conventions. Fanfiction’s beginnings as an analogue culture dramatically changed with the advent of the internet and the evolution of fandoms as digital cultures. Web-based platforms such as FanFiction.net and Archive of Our Own (AO3) host sundry fan communities’ creative outputs including podcasts, art and, most frequently, fanfiction stories. The release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens in 2015 immediately captured the fandom’s imagination; the animosity and tension between the new villain Kylo Ren (Ben Solo) and protagonist Rey of Jakku particularly fascinated the young adult fans who were lately converted to the Star Wars fandom due to this pairing (known as Reylo within the fandom and within cinematic circles). The newest generations of fans were acclimated to audience participation and paratextual interactions due to their positions as digital natives. The Reylo fan phenomenon particularly erupted into fanfictions as critical data artefacts, even predicting Reylo as a romantic pairing years before the second and third films in the franchise trilogy Star Wars: The Last Jedi and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. The Reylo pairing is just one example of how online Star Wars fanfiction communities expand audience participation to autonomous collective identity formation. This article examines feminist fanfictions in the Star Wars fandom as gendered critical data artefacts, as collaborative communities of practice, and as counterpublic discourses that apply feminist critiques to conventional gender roles within the most recent film trilogy and the fandom itself.

Od disertacije (1986.), pa sve do posljednjih Gašparovićevih akademskih pregnuća (priređivanje druge knjige Polićevih „Izabranih djela“ 2016.), Kamov o(p)staje trajnom temom, jednom od neprekinutih niti Gašparovićeva znanstvenog pisma. Ta je višedesetljetna okupiranost djelom „ukletoga pjesnika“ drugi plato s kojega se motri, ali i pravda sentimentalno imenovanje ovoga priloga. Predanost i temeljitost Gašparovićeva pristupa Polićevim spisateljskim ostvarajima oblikovana je kako u najrelevantniju monografsku produkciju o riječkome piscu, tako i u pronicljive članke, eseje, predavanja, u priređivačku brigu oko Kamovljevih sabranih djela, osvrte na teatarske i/ili performerske inačice proizašle iz „hodačeva“ opusa. Jakkur lake is one of the biggest lakes of Bangalore and is located on the northern side of the city. It derives its name from the name of the locality, Jakkur. The waterbody area is about 160 acres and length is about 1.5 km with several islands. Because of urbanization and increase in population, the catchment location is highly encroached. The amount of the stormwater achieving the lake has decreased making the streams dry. Remote sensing is a tool used for monitoring water bodies to present better spatial and temporal resolution. Remote sensing is also used for continuous monitoring and assessment of water bodies. Landsat-8 OLI and Sentinel-2 are recently launched multispectral sensors that have the potential to be used for the effective monitoring of the Jakkur Lake's water quality. Landsat-8 OLI and Sentinel-2 are similar in many approaches. Sentinel-2, however, has higher spatial resolution. The aim of this research was to find out if Sentinel-2 produces better results than Landsat-8 OLI in testing water quality parameters in the Jakkur lake. The parameters of interest were chlorophyll_a and turbidity. The results show that Sentinel-2 generates better results. For Sentinel-2, the R2 values for chlorophyll_a and turbidity were 0.975 and 0.845 respectively whilst for Landsat-8, the chlorophyll_a and turbidity R2 values were 0.911 and 0.747 respectively.

According to Yusuf Qardhawi, the concept of wages is that wages are determined based on an agreement between both parties. The wages given must be commensurate with the work and the workers' needs so that they can live a decent life in society. The aim of this research is to identify the relevance of the wage concept offered by Yusuf Qardhawi to the implementation of wages for Jasku Pamekasan online motorcycle taxi drivers. This research uses qualitative research, where the data is obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The data obtained is used as material that is relevant to Yusuf Qhardawi's thinking. The results of this research explain that Jasku owners apply the concept of wages from Yusuf Qardhawi's perspective, namely the concept of fair and honest wages. Jasku's wage system uses a profit sharing system. The owner of Jasku announces the wage system in advance before work begins. The more diligent and active they are in their work, the more wages they will get.

Penggunaan peribahasa dalam masyarakat Iban menggambarkan bahawa masyarakat ini juga turut menjaga kesantunan berbahasa dalam memberikan teguran, nasihat atau sindiran kepada orang lain. Unsur-unsur yang digunakan dalam peribahasa juga mencerminkan dan memaparkan budaya yang terdapat pada masyarakat ini dengan mengaplikasikan pengalaman dan pengamatan mereka terhadap alam sekeliling. Kajian ini dijalankan untuk menganalisis unsur alam dalam jaku’ sempama Iban menggunakan analisis semantik Inkuisitif. Kajian ini berpandukan dua objektif iaitu menyenaraikan dan mengenal pasti peribahasa Iban (jaku’ sempama) yang mengandungi unsur alam dalam penciptaannya dan menganalisis akal budi dan falsafah masyarakat Iban dalam penciptaan peribahasa Iban (jaku’ sempama) dengan menggunakan semantik Inkuisitif. Unsur alam tersebut akan dibahagikan kepada 4 domain iaitu haiwan, tumbuhan, sumber atau tenaga, dan alam semesta. Kajian ini ialah kajian kualitatif. Data korpus diperoleh dan 2 informan ditemu bual. Analisis dalam kajian ini turut menggunakan pendekatan semantik inkuisitif bagi menjelaskan makna, kognitif dan memasukkan falsafah serta akal budi masyarakat Iban berkenaan peribahasa yang dipilih. Kajian ini juga memasukkan ilmu daripada bidang lain dalam mencungkil persoalan penggunaan unsur alam dalam peribahasa Iban. Hasil kajian mendapati terdapatnya falsafah di sebalik penciptaan sesuatu peribahasa masyarakat Iban yang dapat dikaitkan dengan budaya masyarakat yang mendukung peribahasa tersebut.Kata kunci: Akal budi, falsafah, jaku’ sempama, masyarakat Iban, semantik inkuisitif,

This research discusses the elements of material culture in the literary text of Jakka Dofuni Umi no Kioku no Monogatari by Tsushima Yuko in presenting historical memories of the Ainu as one of the indigenous people in Japan. Material culture is a study carried out through objects (artefacts) to see social markers, historical traces, social knowledge, and the identity of a particular nation or society. This research aims to reveal the history and identity of the Ainu as shown through material cultural objects and how the characters in the text interpret these objects. Qualitative approaches and narrative structures as research methods are used to analyze this literary text. Besides, memory theory is also used to reveal collective memories related to Ainu history and identity. The results show that the Jakka Dofuni museum with various artefacts presents historical memory and Ainu identity through the narrator's discussion and figures in narratives text. The spirit consolation monument (ireihi), which was built in the area of the Jakka Dofuni museum, is an object of memory of remembrance for local people from the Ainu and Uilta tribes who were victims of war during the Russo-Japanese War (1904-1945). The collection of cultural artefacts and the life history of Gendanu as the owner of the museum with the identity problems he experienced can be interpreted as a form of markers that confirm Ainu's identity.

Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ada keterkaitan antara temuan pola perilaku Jakhu Suku dengan konsepsi Public Relations dan budaya sehingga komponen The IPPAR Model dapat dikategorikan sebagai komponen Etnografi PR. Metodologi yang fokus pada perilaku komunikasi PR berbasis budaya. Dipaparkan tentang konsep, konstruk, prinsip dasar, serta cara kerja penelitian. One of the Japanese traditional cultures that had been well known since the 16th century was chanoyu, the tea ceremony presented for the guests and carried out in chasitsu. Tea was introduced in Japan in the 16th century by bhiksu Zen. Formerly, the tea was used for a light stimulation for meditation, drug ingredients, media for Buddha Zen dissemination, dan developing chanoyu spiritual basic. One of the tea ceremony masters, Sen no Rikyu, used four basic principles in chanoyu, those were harmony (wa), respect (kei), purity (sei), silence (jaku). Article elaborated the four basic principles of Buddha Zen in tea ceremony applied in Urasenke chanoyu. Library research and descriptive analysis were applied in this research. The research results indicate that there are wa-keisei-jaku principles and wabi sabi concepts in the Japanese tea ceremony.

Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis citraan dan filosofi yang terkandung dalam kumpulan puisi "Rikyuu Hyakushuu" karya Sen no Rikyuu. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Data yang dianalisis diambil dari buku "Rikyuu Douka ni Manabu" karya Abe Sosei yang diterbitkan oleh Tankousha pada tahun 2000 di Kyoto. Dari hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa jenis citraan yang paling sering muncul dalam puisi tersebut adalah citraan penglihatan, diikuti oleh citraan gerak, perasaan, penciuman, dan pendengaran. Setiap jenis citraan terkait dengan berbagai aspek dalam praktik chanoyu (upacara minum teh Jepang). Selain itu, analisis terhadap aspek filosofi chanoyu seperti "Wa" (harmoni), "Kei" (penghormatan), "Sei" (kebersihan), dan "Jaku" (ketenangan) dalam setiap jenis citraan menunjukkan bahwa citraan penglihatan banyak mengandung nilai "Wa" dan "Sei", citraan pendengaran mengandung nilai "Kei," citraan gerak mengandung nilai "Kei" dan "Sei", citraan penciuman mengandung nilai "Sei", dan citraan perasaan banyak mengandung nilai "Jaku" dan "Kei".

Abstract: Images of reptile animals are often debated in various fields such as science, education and their use in proverbs of Malay idioms and Iban idioms. Observation of the characteristics of animals in these classes makes the Iban community more sensitive toward their surroundings. In the Iban idioms, the images of reptiles used are due to the inherent properties of the animals that are equated or reflected in the nature and actions of men in the past. A total of 15 Iban idioms using images of reptiles were generated from Bup Sempama Iban, a book written by Casper Kayong Umping (2011).. The proverbs data were analyzed using the Semantic Inquisitive Approach by applying the Bridging Cross Reference toward the corpus data. Based on the analysis, the proverbs using the images of reptiles show the traits possessed by humans and they are conveyed by the use of proverbs (Sempama Jaku Iban) with implied meanings and subtle language to keep the recipient's heart or listeners. The merging of data, the applied theory, and the culture applied in this study has successfully explained the implicit meaning behind the Iban idioms and the reflection of the minds of the speakers. Pengamatan terhadap sifat-sifat haiwan tersebut menjadikan masyarakat Iban lebih peka terhadap persekitaran mereka. Dalam peribahasa Iban, imej reptilia digunakan adalah disebabkan oleh sifat yang ada pada haiwan tersebut yang disamakan atau direfleksikan kepada sifat dan tindakan manusia pada masa lalu. Sebanyak 15 data peribahasa Iban menggunakan imej reptilia dijana dari buku Bup Sempama Iban yang ditulis oleh Casper Kayong Umping. Data peribahasa dianalisis dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Semantik Inkuisitif dengan mengaplikasikan Rangka Rujuk Silang terhadap data korpus. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, peribahasa yang menggunakan imej reptilia menunjukkan sifat-sifat yang dimiliki oleh manusia dan ia disampaikan dengan menggunakan peribahasa (sempama jaku Iban) yang mempunyai makna yang tersirat dan bahasa yang halus dengan tujuan menjaga hati penerima atau pendengar. Gabungan data peribahasa, teori yang diaplikasikan dan budaya yang digunakan dalam kajian ini telah berjaya merungkai makna implisit di sebalik sempama jaku Iban dan akal budi penuturnya. Dopad internetu na vykonávání lidských práv je nesporný. Představuje nástroj a platformu, skrz kterou jsou uplatňována některá z práv, jež nazýváme jako základní lidská práva (např. právo na informace, svobodu projevu, právo na vzdělání). Příspěvek se věnuje tématu práva na přístup k internetu, které zužuje na dvě jednotky (mezinárodní a nadnárodní) a lidsko-právní kontext. Jeho cílem je určit, jakou pozici zaujímá právo na přístup k internetu na úrovni těchto jednotek ve vztahu k základním lidským právům.

Otázka přírody je důležitým klíčem k porozumění procesu kulturní modernizace Evropy. První téma následujících úvah vychází z domněnky, že se přírodní diskurs stal médiem vzniku pokročilé moderny. V míře, s jakou do diskursu o přírodě zasahuje věda, se mísí pozorování moderny a pozorovaná moderna: věda nově vytyčuje rozhraní mezi tím, co bude považováno za přírodu a co ne. Tím je vyřčeno druhé téma nadcházejících úvah: ukázat, jak právě otázka přírody pohání vpřed reflexivitu moderny a jak v tomto procesu připadá sociálním vědám nová epistemologická funkce.

U radu su objašnjeni neki od osnovnih topologija pretvarača sa više nivoa. Takođe urađen je matematički model ovog pretvarača. Prikazani su načini modelovanja kao i rezultati simulacije modela u realnom vremenu korišćenjem Typhoon HIL uređaja. Prikazana su tri primera primene ovog modela. Prva simulacija pokazuje rad pretvarača priključenog na „jaku“ mrežu. Druga simulacija prikazuje rad pri iznenadnoj promeni potrošnje, a treća pri linearnoj promeni snage potrošača.

Peribahasa telah digunakan oleh masyarakat Iban untuk menyampaikan nilai-nilai (positif dan negatif), ajaran (nasihat dan petunjuk), kearifan tempatan, dan pengalaman hidup. Masyarakat Iban juga menggunakan imej perlambangan di sekitar mereka untuk menonjolkan hubungan antara sikap manusia atau situasi kehidupan. Contohnya, imej perlambangan haiwan (mamalia). Maka, kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peribahasa Iban yang menggunakan imej perlambangan haiwan (mamalia) berpandukan pendekatan semantik inkuisitif (Nor Hashimah Jalaluddin, 2014). Data kajian pula diperoleh daripada Bup Sempama Iban yang ditulis oleh Casper Kayong Umping (2011). Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa, penciptaan peribahasa yang melibatkan imej perlambangan (mamalia) dalam masyarakat Iban terbahagi kepada dua, iaitu: (1) hidupan lautan, seperti ‘ikan iyu’, serta (2) hidupan daratan, seperti ‘mayau’, ‘tupai’, ‘ukui’, ‘jugam’, ‘kera’, ‘kijang’, dan ‘empeliau’. Rumusannya, keterlibatan imej perlambangan (mamalia) dalam peribahasa dapat mencerminkan pandangan masyarakat Iban terhadap alam dan haiwan sebagai sumber inspirasi. Masyarakat Iban juga memberikan penekanan pada nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, ketelitian, disiplin, dan tindakan nyata dalam usaha mencapai tujuan hidup melalui penciptaan peribahasa berimejkan mamalia.

V příspěvku se zaměříme na zkoumání vlastních jmen vyskytujících se v textu knihy Exodus, který je obsažen v chorvatskohlaholských breviářích a misálech 13. – 15. stol., a zároveň i ve staroslověnském parimejníku. Konkrétně se tedy budeme věnovat téměř celé 1., 2., 14. a 15. kapitole a částem z 3., 12., 13. a 24. kapitoly. Propria shromáždíme a rozdělíme do skupin podle toho, jakým způsobem byla přejata do církevněslovanského textu, jakou mají hláskoslovnou podobu a jak je možné tuto podobu vysvětlit. Zaměříme se i na reflexi rozdílů přejímek podle řecké předlohy, resp. v podobě známé ze staroslověnského parimejníku a přejímek z latinské předlohy.

Cílem následujícího textu je představit způsoby manipulace s dichotomií příroda/kultura, přítomné v metodologických diskusích německé duchovědy na sklonku 19. století a jejich následnou expozici ve vznikající brněnské sociální vědě v první třetině století dvacátého. Článek se snaží postihnout pozadí výzkumu soustředěného na atraktivitu lidského obličeje v kontextu stárnutí. Počínaje popisem procesu rozhodování jakou metodologickou cestou se ubírat, přes účinné strategie při náboru dobrovolníků k fotografování, odhalení problému v nastolení neutrálního výrazu ve vyšším věku a konstrukci výběrového souboru respondentů, se autorka dostává k průběhu vlastního šetření. Cílem tohoto příspěvku není seznámit čtenáře s kvantitativně laděnými výsledky plynoucími ze statistických typů analýz. Cílem je představit jim „cestu“, po které se autorka v rámci výzkumu rozhodla jít, ukázat důvody, které jí k tomu vedly a nastínit, jak původní překážky na této cestě přeměnit ve „stavební materiál“, ze kterého je nakonec vystavěna.

Tato studie vychází z konstatování, že se historici sociologie dostatečně nezabývají otázkou, jak a jakou historii sociologie pěstovat. Naopak bohatě rozvinuté odpovědi na takovou otázku najdeme v historiografii (přírodních) věd, jejíž propojení s historiografií sociologie je proto v této studii v některých jeho aspektech sledováno. K emancipaci historie sociologie a k jejímu sblížení se s historií (přírodních) věd vyzýval svého času Robert K. Merton, na jehož postřehy a návrhy je snad možné nově navázat. Inspirován Mertonem, ale také G. Canguilhemem a L. Althusserem, klade autor této studie zvláštní důraz na otázku, jakým předmětem se má historie sociologie vlastně zabývat, stejně jako na nezbytnost kritiky sociologického textu.

O objetivo deste artigo é investigar como a obra do filósofo brasileiro Álvaro Vieira Pinto foi afetada pela perseguição. Usando como referência o pensamento de Leo Strauss, Jakko Kuosmanen e Enrique Dussel sobre a perseguição, discutimos as formas como sua vida e obra, à luz do contexto sócio-político brasileiro, compreendendo as questões geopolíticas e geoepistêmicas, foram cravados pela perseguição. A investigação sugere que, muito além de um mero representante ideológico do desenvolvimentismo, Vieira Pinto foi um filósofo crítico, consciente de sua realidade e que propôs um pensamento libertador, o que despertou sobre si a perseguição dos grupos dominantes. Concluímos indicando algumas implicações para a história da filosofia enquanto disciplina filosófica.

Arijanstvo jeste jeres koja doživljava svoj ogroman uspon u IV vijeku. Tokom navedenog vijeka, arijanstvo se od učenja jednog sveštenika sa aleksandrijske parohije Vavkale razvija u arijansko ispovijedanje, koje sredinom IV vijeka stvara jaku krizu unutar granica Imperije. Arijevo učenje postaje razlog sazivanja Prvog i velikog vaseljenskog sabora na kome se isto učenje kao jeres osuđuje. Predmet ovog istraživanja predstavlja period arijanske krize kada narod Goti primaju hrišćanstvo od strane arijanaca propovjednika ali i epoha neposredno nakon ove, kraj V i prva polovina VI vijeka, kada arijanstvo postaje religija vladajuće garniture vlasti Ostrogotskog kraljevstva Italije.

Shaken baby syndrome je nejčastěji způsoben prudkým třesením a cloumáním s kojencem nebo malým dítětem, přičemž nezáleží na tom, za jakou část těla dítěte je cloumáno a třeseno, za nohy, ruce, hrudník či ramena. Prudké třesení může mít za následek poškození mozku (které vede až k mentální retardaci, poruchám řeči nebo učení), paralýzu, epileptické záchvaty, ztrátu sluchu nebo dokonce smrt. Může také způsobit krvácení do mozku nebo v okolí očí s následkem slepoty. V příspěvku jsou uvedeny výsledky experimentů, které byly provedeny s biomechanickým modelem kojence. Autor uvádí hodnoty zrychlení hlavy, které dosáhli probandi průměrné výkonnosti. Potvrdila se hypotéza, že třesením v krátkém časovém úseku po dobu několika sekund je člověk schopen způsobit přetížení, které dosahuje kritické hranice pro přežití při vnitřním poranění hlavy poškodit dítě.

Hypotézy norem složené z více podmínek jsou v právním řádu natolik rozsáhlé, že jejich sestavení je časově i intelektuálně náročné, a tudíž v řadě případů může jejich praktickou aplikaci podpora automatizovaného systému významně usnadnit, zlevnit a zkvalitnit. Takový systém ovšem vyžaduje nejprve model právních norem. V tomto článku explicitně formuluji hypotézy některých právních norem z oblasti práva na informace, a to konkrétně k hmotněprávním důvodům poskytování informací, poskytování utajovaných informací, poskytování informací o platech z veřejných prostředků a vydání rozhodnutí o odmítnutí žádosti o informace. Metodu v úvodu zasazuji do kontextu a dále ukazuji, jakou mají právní normy strukturu, definuji jejich funkční a strukturní vzorce na úrovni vět a navrhuji postup pro sestavení řetězce vyplývání a jeho pokrácení. Popisuji, jak se individualizací, prokázáním skutkového stavu a výběrem z alternativ tvoří z normy argument.

Stavebnictví produkuje výrazné množství odpad? a zárove? se napl?ují kapacity skládek. Je nutné se zabývat efektivním využitím již použitých materiál?, které mají potenciál být znovu využity. Posuzování životního cyklu (Life Cycle Assessment – LCA) je metoda posuzování životního cyklu produktu nebo služby z hlediska jeho p?sobení na životní prost?edí. Informa?ní model budovy (BIM) obsahuje krom? geometrie i informa?ní ?ást, kterou je možné využít pro toto posouzení. Tyto data m?žou být použita pro inventuru životního cyklu (LCI) a poté pro samotné hodnocení. Cílem ?lánku je analyzovat p?edchozí p?ístupy a definovat, jakou datovou strukturu je nutné získat z BIM modelu pro ú?ely LCI konkrétního materiálu. Navrhovaná metodika je postavena na základ? informací z datové struktury standardizace negrafických informací modelu, zvaná (SNIM), která byla vyvinuta pro prost?edí ?eské republiky.

Studie zkoumá narativistickou debatu o povaze historie a představuje některé z nejvýznamnějších příspěvků prostřednictvím konceptů „narace“ a „historická kritika (inquiry)“. Jelikož hlavním problémem, v němž se teoretici narativismu a obránci historikova řemesla rozchází, je otázka, zda je jazyk zdrojem či pouhým nástrojem historie, zkoumá předkládaný text roli a důležitost, jakou obě strany připisují vrstvám kritického výzkumu a narace. Studie se soustředí zejména na práce Haydena Whitea a Paula Ricoeura, pozornost věnuje také klíčovým teoretickým pracím Franklina Ankersmita, Hanse Kellnera, Phillippa Carrarda a Ivana Jablonky. Ačkoli White je často považován za hlavního proponenta narativismu, ukazuje se, že jeho přístup byl více nuancovaný než se myslelo, a že se vyvíjel. Na druhou stranu Paul Ricoer má tendenci chápat historickou kritiku jako určitý poetický akt a naraci jako zásadní součást historického (po)rozumění.

Příspěvek se zamýšlí nad tím, jakou roli hrají slovotvorné komponenty z klasických jazyků – především prefixy a prefixoidy – v systému národních jazyků. Jaký vliv má na slovní zásobu postupující globalizace a internacionalizace. Kromě lingvistického pohledu na danou problematiku si příspěvek klade za cíl zmapovat didaktické postupy, které s komponenty z klasických jazyků pracují. Celosvětově je jejich znalost považována za jeden z užitečných pilířů na cestě k jazykové gramotnosti a při studiu dalších jazyků.
