This article focuses on the narrative of the polygamy issue on four Indonesian Islamic websites: portal-islam.id, nu.or.id, rumaysho.com, and muslim.or.id. They are selected based on ranking and visitation by referring to the results of processing data on similarweb. Deploying a content analysis approach, this article looks at the extent to which moderate and conservative school websites display the legal narrative of polygamy on their platforms. This research shows that there is a reasonably intense contestation between conservative and moderate perspectives on Islamic websites on the issue of polygamy. Both use the excuse of protecting women as the fundamental argument. Moderate Islamic website such as nu.or.id criticizes conservative understanding but also shows some views that align with traditional schools. The conservative Islamic websites: portal-islam.id, rumaysho.com, and muslim.or.id mostly stand firmly on the traditional argument, polygamy means protecting women. I argue that in this position, the moderate and the conservative Islamic websites, at the top of the rankings do not significantly impact the progressivity of the polygamy legal discourse movement in the digital discourse.[Artikel ini berfokus pada narasi isu poligami di empat situs web Islami Indonesia: portal-islam.id, nu.or.id, rumaysho.com, dan muslim.or.id. Mereka diseleksi berdasarkan ranking dan visitasi dengan mengacu pada hasil pengolahan data pada similarweb. Menggunakan pendekatan analisis konten, artikel ini melihat sejauh mana situs web Islami bernuansa moderat dan konservatif menampilkan narasi hukum poligami di platform mereka. Islamic revivalism is often believed to be solely committed to the Islamization of society, viewing politics as merely an instrument in the struggle to realize its aim. The record of Islamic revivalist movements—as exemplified by one of the oldest and most influential of them, the Jamaʿat-i Islami, or Islamic party of Pakistan—however, brings this presumption into question. The nature of the linkage between Islamic revivalism as a particular interpretive reading of Islam and politics is more complicated than is generally believed. Political interests, albeit still within an Islamic framework, play a more important and central role in the unfolding of revivalism—even overriding the commitment to Islamization—than is often ac knowledged. Participation in the political process eschews a blind commitment to Islamization and encourages adherence to organizational interests, and as is evi dent in the case of Pakistan, to the democratic process, characteristics that are not usually associated with Islamic movements. The dynamics and pace of this pro cess are controlled by the struggles for power within an Islamic movement as well as vis-à-vis the state. It is through grappling with these struggles that the commit ment to Islamization is weighed against the need to adhere to organizational and political interests; this is the process that governs the development of Islamic re vivalism. Beyond this general assertion, the manner in which the struggle for power unfolds, the variables that influence it, and the nature of its impact on the development of revivalism need to be explored further.

Islamic boarding schools are community-based institutions and founded by individuals, foundations, Islamic community organizations, or communities that instill faith and devotion to Allah SWT, which creates noble morals and upholds the Islamic teachings of rahmatan lil'alamin which are reflected in a humble, tolerant, balance, moderation, and noble values of the Indonesian nation through education, Islamic preaching, example, and community empowerment. The data analysis method used is a qualitative descriptive method using an inductive thinking process. The implementation of Article 46 of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools (Studies at the Jabal An-Nur Al-Islami Islamic Boarding School, West Betung Bay, Bandar Lampung City) has been implemented with the efforts of Ustadz-Ustadz to provide facilities and infrastructure in the santri education process. The rules at the Jabal An-Nur Al-Islami Islamic Boarding School in terms of facilities and infrastructure are quite good, but the suitability of the Islamic Boarding School is not sufficient to be said to be good, such as the lack of a language lab and computer lab like other modern Islamic Boarding Schools so it is said to not be in accordance with Article 46 Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools. Planning for educational facilities and infrastructure at the Jabal An-Nur Al-Islami Islamic Boarding School was created to support student educational facilities. Planning for program facilities and infrastructure is made by the Islamic boarding school with the coordination of the foundation through a series of stages, namely the Islamic boarding school coordination meeting which is held once a year. Fiqh Siyasah Review of the Implementation of Article 46 of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools at the Jabal An-Nur Al-Islami Islamic Boarding School was not carried out in accordance with Siyasah Tanfidziyyah because the Jabal An-Nur Al-Islami Islamic Boarding School and the Regional Government did not carry out their mandate. in Article 46 of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools.

<p><strong>Islamic Popular Music in Turkey within the Context of Religion, Music and Identity</strong></p><p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>This article, by examining the culture of Islamic Popular Music in Turkey, examines the role of this culture in forming and expressing of Islamic identity. The aim of this article is to point out how Islamic identity is expressed and transferred by means of popular music and what kind of changes this identity formed by means of Islamic music has experienced from 1990s to 2000s. This study has made analysis in the light of the following hypothesis “Islamic Popular Music is one of the important cultural components in comprehending the Islamic understanding of the period.” The samples of the style of Islamic Popular Music between 1990-­2000 were named as “Islamic Protest Music”. The most significant characteristic of Islamic Protest Music in 1990s is that the message contents rely on the distinction of “we and others”. In 2000s, Islamic Popular Music has turned into Islamic popular music which is away from giving a message through its melody, rhytm and instruments but carries commercial worries in accordance with the concerns of music industry.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Din, Müzik ve Kimlik Bağlamında Türkiye'de İslami Popüler Müzik</strong></p><p><strong>Öz</strong></p><p>Bu makale, Türkiye’de İslami Popüler Müzik kültürünü inceleyerek bu kültürün İslami kimliğin oluşması ve ifade edilmesi üzerinde nasıl bir etkisi olduğunu incelemektedir. Makalenin amacı, İslami kimliğin popüler müzik aracılığıyla nasıl ifade edildiği, aktarıldığı,ve ayrıca İslami müzik aracılığıyla oluşturulan bu kimliğin 90’lı yıllardan 2000’li yıllara nasıl bir değişim geçirdiğini göstermektir. Çalışmada “Dönemin İslami anlayışının kavranabilmesinde İslami popüler müzikler önemli kültürel öğelerden birisidir” varsayımından hareketle çözümlemeler yapılmıştır. İslami popüler müzik tarzının 1990-2000 yılları arasındaki örnekleri, “İslami protest müzik” olarak isimlendirilmiştir. 90’lı yıllar İslami protest müziğin en belirgin özelliği, mesaj içeriklerinin “biz ve onlar” ayrımına dayalı olmasıdır. 2000’li yıllarla birlikte İslami popüler müzik, ezgi, ritim ve enstrümanlarıyla mesaj iletme amacından uzak, müzik piyasasının gereklerine uygun bir şekilde ticari kaygı öncelikli, İslami bir pop müzik türü haline gelmiştir.</p>

Abstract: Home schooling is the education model in which the family decides to take their own responsibility for the education of children using the premises as a home base education. Nowadays, homeschooling becomes a viable alternative option for particular group of society as they realize that the actual pattern of formal education in Indonesia has not touched yet the substance of the real needs of globalization challenges that must be addressed positively by learners to prepare the required competence they should have in accordance with their future job. There are some supporting factors that contribute to the implementation of homeschooling education in building Islamic character education, such as high motivation in learning, sincerity of teachers, parent support and adequate learning facilities. Conversely, there are some factors that might be hindered, such as the public scorn, less conducive place, and less favored by regular schools.

This study aims to look at the influence of Islamic finance on the economic growth of Muslim-majority countries in ASEAN. The data used is panel data over the 2004-2018 times period in the three Islamic Majority Country in ASEAN. The variable used are economic growth (Y), Islamic Financial Depth (X2), Islamic banking asset (X2), and Islamic Banking Activiti (X3). This research method uses panel data analysis. This study found that the Islamic Financial Depth variable had a signficant effect on economic growth, the variable Islamic banking asset and Islamic banking activities had a signficant effect on economics growth with alpha 0.05. Overall there is a signficant influence of Islamics financial variables on economic growth in Muslim-majority countries in ASEAN. Therefore, the government must support activity related to Islamic finance especially in Islamic banking so that the performance of Islamics banking can maximize and contribute to economic activity and encourage economic growth.

Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah developmental research dengan tahapan pokok yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Sumber data yaitu proses kegiatan belajar mengajar pada kedua sekolah yaitu: SMP Madina Islamic School. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif untuk penemuan dan perancangan model manajemen kelas Islami. Berdasarkan kajian literatur dan observasi dari hasil pengumpulan data yang bersifat administrasi maupun fakta dilapangan terhadap profil sekolah yang mencakup visi, misi, tujuan, kurikulum yang memuat berbagai macam unsur seperti muatan kurikulum, program-program sekolah, sistem pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran meskipun dilakukan melalui daring di sekolah SMP Madina Islamic School yakni model manajemen kelasnya telah menerapkan berbagai macam sub bagiannya secara Islami baik sejak perencanaan, pelaksanaan hingga proses evaluasi. Model manajemen kelas Islami ini mengacu konsep manajemen pengelolaan kelas yang berupaya menerapkan nilai-nilai keislaman didalam kelas. Abstract The problem in this research is the development of an Islamic class management model, which in the management process of this class emphasizes the educator to become an educator who has expertise in the form of observing activities, identifying all the needs of learning management based on the needs of students who will be carried out in learning until the end. decided to make an Itqan learning plan. This study aims to analyze Class Management at SMP Madina Islamic School. The approach used in this research is developmental research with the main stages, namely: observation, interview, documentation. The data source is the process of teaching and learning activities in both schools, namely: SMP Madina Islamic School. The analytical method used is a qualitative method for the discovery and design of Islamic classroom management models. Based on literature review and observations from the results of administrative data collection as well as facts in the field against school profiles which include vision, mission, objectives, curriculum which contains various elements such as curriculum content, school programs, learning systems and implementation of learning even though it is done online In Madina Islamic School, the class management model has implemented various subsections in an Islamic manner, from planning, implementation to the evaluation process. This Islamic class management model refers to the concept of class management that seeks to implement Islamic values in the classroom.

The purpose of research to describe the Islamic culture developed in MAN 2 Tulungagung, the implications of Islamic culture on the performance of employees, the role of headmaster in developing the Islamic culture, the principal's strategy in developing Islamic culture, as well as supporting factors and inhibiting the implementation of Islamic culture in improving the performance of employees MAN 2 Tulungagung. This research uses a qualitative approach and uses the technique of collecting interview data, observation, and documentation study. MAN 2 Tulungagung implements an Islamic culture that can shape the religious spirit of all school residents. Islamic culture in MAN 2 Tulungagung has an influence on employee performance. Values ​​shared by make employees feel comfortable in work, have commitment and loyalty and make employees try harder in improving their performance. Abstrak: Budaya islami adalah keyakinan, kebiasaan, cara berfikir dan bertindak warga sekolah yang didasarkan atas nilai-nilai keagamaan. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mendiskripsikan budaya islami yang dikembangkan di MAN 2 Tulungagung, implikasi budaya islami terhadap kinerja pegawai, peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan budaya islami, strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan budaya islami, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi budaya islami dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai MAN 2 Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif serta menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. MAN 2 Tulungagung menerapkan budaya islami yang dapat membentuk jiwa religius pada seluruh warga sekolah. Budaya islami di MAN 2 Tulungagung memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai-nilai yang dianut bersama membuat para pegawai merasa nyaman dalam bekerja, memiliki komitmen dan kesetiaan serta membuat pegawai berusaha lebih keras dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya.

The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 96 samples from 2012-2019. The data used is secondary data obtained from the websites of each Islamic commercial bank in Indonesia. The result of this study indicate that: (1) Murabahah finnancing hass a positivee and significaant impact on profitabiility (ROA) of Islami commercial bank in Indonesia. (2) Musyarakah finaancing hass a negative and signifiicant efect on profitability (ROA) of Islami commercial bank ini Indonesian. (3) Transaction costs have a negative and significanteffect on profitability (ROA) of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesian. (4) Murabahahfinancing has positive and significant effect on profiitability (ROE) of Islami commerciall bank in Indonesia. (5) Musyarakah financingg has a negative and sgnificant effect on profitability (ROE) of Islami comercial bank iin Indonesian. Kurangnya rujukan mengenai prinsip taman Islamik di Malaysia telah menyebabkan kurangnya kefahaman terhadap reka bentuk taman Islamik yang sebenar yang mempunyai kualiti fungsi dan nilai estetik. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kualiti taman awam di Malaysia berdasarkan prinsip taman Islamik yang mesra pengguna dan menampilkan imej budaya setempat dalam konteks bandar moden. Selain itu, bagi membuktikan bahawa taman barat diadaptasi daripada tamadun Islam. Objektif kajian ini adalah meneroka prinsip, konsep dan ciri taman Islamik yang dinyatakan di dalam Al Quran, hadis, sejarah taman tradisional Islamik dan barat serta model taman Islamik moden. Kaedah kualitatif yang melibatkan penerokaan teori telah digunakan untuk membina rumusan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan integrasi prinsip taman Islamik dengan persekitaran iklim tempatan, teknologi moden dan menampilkan imej budaya setempat menyumbang dalam penghasilan taman yang lebih berfungsi, mesra pengguna, unik, mempunyai identiti tersendiri dan bernilai estetik. Dapatan kajian ini memberi kefahaman maksud, konsep dan tujuan aplikasi reka bentuk taman Islamik moden yang boleh diterapkan untuk membentuk ruang awam yang berjaya dan lebih menarik dalam konteks tempatan di Malaysia. This study discusses the differences of the principles, concepts and designs of Islamic and western gardens from the era of history to modernity. The lack of Islamic garden principles references in Malaysia has led to a lack of understanding of the design of an authenticity of Islamic park, which has a quality of function and aesthetic value. This study aims to improve the quality of public parks in Malaysia based on the Islamic garden principles, which is user friendly and feature the local cultural images in the context of modern cities. Besides, to prove that western gardens are adapted from Islamic civilization. The objective of this study is to identify the principles, concept and characteristics of the Islamic garden as stated in the Quran, hadith, the history of the Islamic and western traditional gardens and models of Islamic and western gardens in modern era. Qualitative methods involving theoretical exploration have been used to build conclusions. The results show that the integration of Islamic garden principles with the local climate, modern technologies and featuring local cultural images contributes to the production of a more functional, user-friendly, unique, have its own identity and aesthetic value. The findings of this study provide an understanding of the meaning, concept and purpose of the modern Islamic garden design application that can be applied to create a successful and more attractive public space in the local context of Malaysia.

AbstactThis study aims to analyze the conceptual and practical distinctions among Islamic Education, Islamic Pedagogy, and Islamic Religious Education. Employing a qualitative approach and a comparative study design, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with education practitioners, literature review, and direct observation of the learning process in selected educational institutions in Indonesia. The research sample was purposively chosen to encompass a representative range of institutions implementing these three educational approaches. The findings highlight significant conceptual variances: Islamic Education encompasses a broad spectrum of education grounded in Islamic values; Islamic Pedagogy emphasizes the integration of character education and morality within the curriculum; while Islamic Religious Education focuses on imparting knowledge of Islamic religious beliefs. It is anticipated that this research will enrich the Islamic education literature by elucidating the distinctions among these three educational paradigms and their implications for the formulation of education policies, curricula, and pedagogical practices in Islamic educational institutions.Keywords: Islamic Education, Islamic Pedagogy, Islamic Religious Education, Concept of Islamic Education, Islamic Education Paradigm.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan konseptual dan praktis antara Pendidikan Islam, Pendidikan Islami, dan Pendidikan Agama Islam. Sampel penelitian dipilih secara purposive untuk mendapatkan variasi representatif dari lembaga yang menerapkan ketiga pendekatan pendidikan tersebut. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi perbedaan konseptual yang signifikan antara Pendidikan Islam, yang mencakup aspek luas pendidikan berdasarkan nilai-nilai Islam; Pendidikan Islami, yang lebih fokus pada integrasi pendidikan karakter dan moralitas dalam kurikulum; dan Pendidikan Agama Islam, yang terfokus pada pengajaran aspek keagamaan Islam. In the post 9/11 era, there is growing interest in the complex relationship between religion, economics, finance, politics, law, and social behavior. This has brought with it a disagreement on how to investigate the impact of religiosity, whether religion affects the economic, political, and social outlook of countries or whether these factors affect religiosity? In other words, should religion be viewed as a dependent or an independent variable? In this paper we ask what we believe to be the precursor question to such linkages, namely, do self-declared Islamic countries, as attested by membership in the OIC (Organization of Islamic Conference), embrace policies that are founded on Islamic teachings? We believe that only once this question is addressed can one begin to estimate how Islam adherence to Islam may affect economic, political and social behavior. In the first part of the paper we present what we believe should be the characteristics and scaffolding of an “Islamic" country. We base our depiction on the Quran, and the life, practices and sayings of the Prophet Mohammad -- the two principal channels that provide Muslims with the road map. In the second part, we develop an index to measure the “Islamicity" of Islamic and non-Islamic countries. This IslamicityIndex (or I2) measures 208 countries adherence to Islamic principles using four sub-indices related to economics, legal and governance, human and political rights, and international relations.

The international nature of the English language has affected many communities across the globe and this has led to the emergence of varieties of English, specifically to meet the needs of non-native speakers of English. For Muslim speakers, Islamic English has been proposed which aims to maintain Arabic terms in the English language when there is an absence of equivalent English words. An attempt to translate would lead to distortion in meanings. This paper aims to highlight the presence of Islamic English employed by a prominent international Islamic speaker. Content analysis method is employed. The findings indicate the functions of Islamic English in the speaker’s talks are to provide the accurate meaning of the terms, correct misconceptions and lack of equivalent word in the English language, hence the need for Islamic English for Muslim speakers of English.

Abstract Resorting to personal memories from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, the author, who defended in 1971 at the University of Rome a thesis entitled Iranian Elements in Brahui, under Prof. Bausani’s direction (later revised and published under the title Iranian lexical elements in Brāhūī [Naples: Istituto Universitario Orientale, 1979]), reconstructs the political and cultural climate in which – at the end of the 1970s – a major subject of enquiry was the problem of the nature of the national unity among the countries of the Arab world. At the urging of Biancamaria Scarcia, Bausani decided to publish at the Institute of Islamic Studies of the University of Rome a volume of historical and linguistic essays coordinated by himself and B. Scarcia (Mondo islamico tra interazione e acculturazione [Roma: Istituto di studi islamici, 1981]). In this volume, Bausani published an essay on the concept of ‘Islamic language’ that took stock of his previous proposals made over more than twenty years (starting with his speech at the 1966 Ravello conference on a comparative history of the Islamic literatures). The author demonstrates that notwithstanding his use of linguistic terminology, Bausani’s main interest has always been the investigation of the possibility of identifying minimum distinctive traits present in the different literary typologies of various countries of Islamic culture.

(2) how is the implementation of the modern Islamic boarding school concept of Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang, Bogor? While the purpose of this study is (1) To know the educational concept of Modern Islamic Boarding School Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang, Bogor. (2) Knowing how to implement the modern Islamic boarding school concept of Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang, Bogor. In this study the authors use the type of library research or library research is research conducted using literature (literature) in the form of books, notes, or reports on the results of previous studies. In addition, this study also uses a qualitative approach. Where data is collected using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model which includes four interrelated components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the Modern Islamic Boarding School Concept of Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang, Bogor has three basic concepts, namely the government education curriculum, in this case the Ministry of Religion, salafi pesantren education, and Gontor pesantren education. Of the three curricula, the best is then combined, so that the new curriculum is integrated, which is the concept of the modern Islamic boarding school Umm al-Quro Al-Islami. The reseach used descriptive qualitative with field research methods. This research was conducted at SMA Kartika 1-2 Medan in 2021/2022. The subjects of this study were guidance and counseling teacher and Islamic education teacher. Data sources are obtained from interviews, documentation, and observation. The result show that the strategy used by guidance and counseling teacher and Islamic education teacher in fostering the psychological well-being of students uses a collaborative strategy, namely Islamic classical guidance. The conclusions show that the integration of the Islamic classical guidance teaching model by guidance and counseling teacher and Islamic education teacher at SMA Kartika 1-2 Medan was a collaborative method of the Islamic Education Guidance and Counseling approach.Abstrak: Integrasi Model Layanan Bimbingan Islami dan Pembelajaran PAI dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Kesejahteraan Psikologis Siswa di Era New NormalTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi kolaboratif yang dilakukan kguru agama islam dan konselor sekolahdalam menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa di era new normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan integrasi model pengajaran bimbingan klasikal islami yang dilakukan kguru agama islam dan konselor sekolahdi SMA Kartika 1-2 Medan melalui pengajaran bimbingan klasikal islami memberikan pengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. This study aims to look at the fusion of Islamic sources applied by Sayyid Sayyid cAbd al-Raziq as his main work in developing a unique and distinctive Islamic literary philosophy. On the one side, it is his effort and reflection on the refinement of the philosophical framework of Islamic literature that is considered to be entirely non-Islamic and largely dependent on Western ideas. As a result there are significant contradictions in Islamic values and this has prompted al-Raziq to produce a work that refines these issues. This study applied qualitative methods in the design of content analysis by analyzing the primary source, Manhaj al-Islami fi al-Naqd al-Adabi. The findings of the study have found that al-Raziq has optimally used Islamic sources as his primary vehicle in producing a philosophy of literary criticism that is truly Islamic. This is reflected in his efforts through the fusion of Islamic sources including the Qur'an, Hadith and also ethical interpretations in the scope of his philosophical debates including al-Turath al-Islami, al-Turath al-Jahili and al-Turath al-Madi.

Islamic Bank Financial Performance in this study uses the measurement of the Islamix Performance Index (IPI). By using the analysis tool EViews 9, the results of a partial regression test are obtained that the three factors that add value to the company, namely ICG, ICSR, IC, affect the financial performance of Islamic banks.

Perkembangan zaman memberikan berbagai perubahan bagi setiap manusia dari berbagai sisi. Generasi alpha menjadi generasi yang penuh tantangan. Generasi alpha perlu mendapatkan bimbingan khususnya dari orangtua agar terbangun karakter yang baik serta mampu menghindari hal-hal buruk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatahui bagaimana mendidik anak generasi alpha agar terbentuk karakter islami melalui Islamic parenting. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitaif dengan pendekatan library research. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu dokumentasi. Sumber data diperoleh dari berbagi sumber seperti buku, jurnal, artikel dan data lainnya. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu content analysis dan deskriptif naratif. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mendidik anak generasi alpha bagi orangtua merupakan tantangan besar di zaman ini. Islamic parenting sendiri memandang bahwa proses parenting dimulai dari sejak memilih pasangan. Orangtua harus mampu mengedukasi anak-anak mereka terutama berkaitan dengan penggunaan media teknologi. Orangtua merupakan figur sentral dalam mendidik anak. Mutlak bagi orangtua untuk memahami dunia anak terutama berkaitan dengan dunia digital. Orangtua dapat menggunakan Islamic parenting untuk mendidik generasi alpha agar mereka memiliki benteng dan terhindar dari hal yang dilarang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, untuk mendidik karakter islami melalui Islamic parenting harus dimulai sejak dini dan harus disesuaikan dengan tahap perkembangan anak.

There now exist Islamic banks, which claim to offer an interest-free alternative to conventional banking, and government-run Islamic redistribution systems, which were established to reduce inequalities. These institutions have not revolutionized the economic lives of Muslims. Yet, along with a wide variety of enterprises that have emerged outside the purview of Islamic economics, they have formed vibrant Islamic subeconomies in numerous metropolises. These subeconomies are expanding because they foster interpersonal trust and offer opportunities for guilt relief.

Islamic banking principally inculcates ethics and social and moral responsibility in doing business related to its principle function and disclosure with the whole purpose for the benefit of society. In the Islamic context, improving sharia-based community institutions and the Practice of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will be seen. Disclosure of social responsibility is a way for companies to communicate with governments. In Islamic business, everyone is responsible before Allah for society. In the western concept, CSR is sometimes inseparable from the interests of gharar and social aspects. ISR has been disclosed on matters related to Islamic principles that are intermediary financial institutions, both individuals and institutions that are in one unit. And not allowed to exploit and harm others. Where Islamic banking must explain CSR funds using the ISR calculation system.This study uses a descriptive qualitative method by explaining CSR with the ISR model for Islamic banks to determine by using the system Increasing transparency in business operations by presenting accurate and actual information related to finance and paying attention to the spiritual level needs of Muslim investors or sharia compliance in decision making. Decisions as a form of accountability to Allah SWT and the community by creating a dynamic environment and paying attention to the community in the work area and the environment so that a high sense of social concern establishes a society that has religious capacity for Allah SWT.

Economic developments have made various economic sectors enter the digital era. Various economic sectors, both on a macro and micro scale, are starting to use digital technology in carrying out their business activities. This is done in order to develop its business activities and survive in an increasingly complex market. Darul Muttaqin Al-Islami Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic-based educational institution which has a business unit and starts using digital technology. The purpose of this study is to look at the role of digitalization in the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools. The research method used is quantitative with research field research. The sampling method uses purposive sampling or sampling with criteria. The number of samples in this study was 100 samples with data collection methods in the form of questionnaires. The results of the study show that digitalization has an effect on economic independence at the Darul Muttaqin Al-Islami Islamic boarding school. This is evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (5.874 > 1.29007) and the effect of economic digitalization of 37.9% on the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools. This situation shows that the importance of increasing digitalization in the Darul Muttaqin Al-Islami Islamic Boarding School given its positive benefits.

Helmi Abdul Mubin, Lc with a capital of 250 thousand rupiah, was motivated by the arrival of a delegation from Australia to the Islamic boarding school where he taught to find an ustadz who was good at English to teach religion in the Australian Muslim community (2) KH. Helmi Abdul Mubin, Lc as the founder of the modern Islamic boarding school Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor is a Madurese son born on March 23, 1956, the first of four children of the late Abdul Mubin and Musyaroh, who spent his childhood in Prenduan Madura, after graduating from Pragaan Elementary School in Sumenep last continued his education at the modern Gontor boarding school in Ponorogo, East Java. (3) The purpose of establishing the modern Islamic boarding school Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor is to participate in building a just and prosperous society and republic of Indonesia and receive the pleasure of Allah SWT, forming a generation of Muslims who excel in academic and non-academic achievements as a provision to continue to higher education. and or live independently, produce a generation of Muslims who are polite in speech and behavior, create a generation of Islam with a social spirit (serving the community) and grow a generation of Muslims who are diligent in carrying out mandatory and sunnah worship based on the understanding of ahlussunnah wal jama'ah. This paper studies the Islamic ruwat tradition as a manifestation of the encounter between Islam and local culture in Java within the framework of the Islam Nusantara discourse. This study begins with a literature survey enriched with qualitative field research. Informants in this research are religious leaders as well as community leaders who have knowledge and experience about ruwatan. The data that has been collected is then analyzed qualitatively according to the research focus. The results of this study found that an ruwat islami tradition is a form of harmonization between Islamic teachings and Javanese culture that is still sustainable today. The practice of ruwat islami rituals requires various types of dishes (sajen) as a form of alms that contain symbolic meanings in the form of Islamic values, teachings/doctrines, and history. The meeting point between the two resulted in the ruwat islami tradition which is one of the heritage of the Islam Nusantara tradition.

The phenomenon of the moral degradation of students' character is a hot topic of conversation in the world of education in modern times. The policies implemented in establishing character education as a reference for improving student morale. This study seeks to reveal the formation of Islamic character values through Ivan Pavlov's habituation method which was designed by the teacher, namely through stories of friends, songs, games, and hadiths. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. Researchers see the phenomena that occur in the field, then put it into a narrative form. Abstract This study aims to analyze the formation of Islamic character through the development of akidah akhlak. The method used in this research is descriptive analytic with data collection instruments through observation, documentation and interviews. The results showed that the Islamic character is a character that originates from Islamic teachings or Islamic character. The formation of Islamic characters in Madrasah Aliyah Annajah Bekasi through the development of akidah akhlak has several ways, including: the madrasa head instructs the teacher who teaches akidah akhlak to pay close attention to the character education that has been rolled out by the government so that it can be implemented into learning adapted to the conditions of the madrasa and pay attention to the vision and mission of the madrasa relating to the application of Islamic character values, teachers of akidah akhlak are given the freedom to develop existing characters in accordance with the level levels of each class and establish cooperation with class teachers and teachers guidance counseling to see the extent to which the implementation of Islamic character in students and the use of walls with words of wisdom and wisdom. Key Word: Islamic Character, Development, Akidah Akhlak Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembentukan karakter Islami melalui pengembangan mata pelajaran akidah akhlak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan instrument pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa karakter Islami adalah karakter yang bersumber dari ajaran Islam atau karakter yang bersifat Islami. Pembentukan karakter Islami di Madrasah Aliyah Annajah Bekasi melalui pengembangan mata pelajaran akidah akhlak memiliki beberapa cara, diantaranya: kepala madrasah memerintahkan kepada guru yang mengampu mata pelajaran akidah akhlak untuk memperhatikan secara baik tentang pendidikan karakter yang telah digulirkan oleh pemerintah agar dapat diimplementasikan ke dalam pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi madrasah dan memperhatikan visi dan misi madrasah yang berkaitan dengan penerapan nilai-nilai karakter Islami, guru pengampu mata pelajaran akidah akhlak diberikan kebebasan untuk mengembangkan karakter yang telah ada sesuai dengan tingkatan jenjang masing-masing kelas dan menjalin kerjasama dengan wali kelas dan guru bimbingan konseling untuk melihat sejauh mana implementasi penerapan karakter Islami pada peserta didik serta pemanfaatan dinding dengan tulisan kata-kata bijak dan hikmah. Success of any Islamic banks greatly depends on consumers, so Islamic banks need to create ethical environment, where perception of Islamic banks are carefully developed. The persistence of this is explained the nature and pervasiveness of Islamic banking and to pinpoint the linkage between consumer’s satisfaction and banks performance in Pakistani Islamic banks. And also make out that customer preferred Islamic banks. Islamic banks sector was selected for the research, In order to obtain the required objectives, From Meezan bank and Bank Islami, Nowshera we selected 137customer’s, and data was collected from them through a well-designed questionnaire. SPSS (17.0) were used for analyze togetherthe data. The Cranach’s Alpha () Reliability methods were used to test the reliability of data. Findings exposed that there was significant and up relationship of ISLAMIC banks performance with customer’s satisfaction. So Islamic bank is strong predictor of customer’s fulfillment and determination of C’S depends upon on the Islamic banks performance of relationship.

Abstract: Abstract: Architecture as a marker of civilization brings its characteristics in each era. The West Tulang Bawang (Tubaba) Islamic Center Mosque is a mosque with a center for Islamic activities in it. Designed with unique architecture and is different from other general mosque. In the application of architecture, the Tubaba Islamic Center Mosque has a theoretical value in terms of function, form, and meaning that cannot be separated from the Islamic religious elements in it. The function is applied as a center for Islamic activities, a different form from mosques in general but with Islamic ornaments that do not eliminate the mosque's signature, and also the meaning that is applied from construction, and elements to the concept of the building. The modern architectural style at the Tubaba Islamic Center Mosque follows the characteristics of the modern architectural version of the International Style.Keyword::Architecture, Mosque, ModernAbstrak: Arsitektur sebagai penanda peradaban membawa suatu ciri khas sendiri dalam setiap zamannya. Masjid Islamic Center Tulang Bawang Barat (Tubaba) adalah sebuah masjid dengan pusat kegiatan kegiatan islami didalamnya. Dirancang dengan arsitektur unik dan berbeda dengan masjid pada umumnya. Untuk penerapan di bidang arsitektur, Masjid Islamic Center Tubaba memiliki nilai teori secara fungsi, bentuk dan makna yang tidak terlepas dari unsur keagamaan Islam didalamnya. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) menganalisis kesesuaian pembinaan rumah tangga sakinah dengan prinsip-prinsip Bimbingan Konseling Islami, 2) mengetahui aktualisasi prinsip-prinsip Bimbingan Konseling Islami dalam membina rumah tangga sakinah di masyarakat, dan 3) menganalisis dampak dari prinsip-prinsip Bimbingan Konseling Islami dalam membina rumah tangga sakinah di Kecamatan Medan Kota, Kelurahan Teladan Timur, Lingkungan V. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan teknik triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) pembinaan rumah tangga bagi pasangan suami istri dan calon pengantin yang dilakukan oleh BP4 dan ustaz yang dipercaya KUA sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Bimbingan Konseling Islami, metode konseling nasihat, sesuai dengan nilai keislaman, 2) aktualisasi prinsip-prinsip Bimbingan Konseling Islami,ternyata mampu diterapkan di dalam masyarakat, sebab masyarakat menerima baik peran ustaz dalam membina keluarga yang membutuhkan bantuan menyelesaikan masalah rumah tangga, dan 3) hasil dari penerapan prinsip-prinsip Bimbingan Konseling Islami mendapat respon positif oleh masyarakat Kecamatan Medan Kota Keluraha Teladan Timur Lingkungan V. Kata Kunci: Prinsip, Bimbingan Konseling Islami, Rumah Tangga, Sakinah ABSTACTThe purpose of this study is to 1) analyze the suitability of the construction of the hospital's Sakinah with Islamic Counseling Principles, 2) to know the actualization of Islamic counseling guiding principles in building the hospital's sacramency in the community, and 3) analyzing the impact of Islamic counseling guiding principles in building a hospital of Sakinah in Medan City district, village example east, Environment V. This research uses qualitative methods with case study approaches and triangulation techniques. The results of this study are: 1) household construction for married couples and brides who are made by BP4 and Ustaz who are trusted by KUA in accordance with the principles of Islamic counseling, counseling methods of advice, according to the value Keislaman, 2) actualization principles of Islamic counseling guidance, apparently able to be applied in the community, because the community receives both the role of the Ustaz in building a , and 3) the results of the implementation of Islamic counseling guidance principles received positive response by the community of Medan District Keluraha The example of East environment V. Shar’i product and service become trending as business model inIndonesia. However, enthusiasm of the Muslims to do entrepreneurial activity by implementing Islamic ethics is relatively low. Some Muslims are not enterprising based on Islamic intention which becomes an indication of Islamic values internalization. This research aimed to understand how Islamic values shape entrepreneurial intention on Muslim entrepreneurs. Using descriptive qualitative approach, this research involved five participants. Data were collected using semistructured interviews and analyzed using five stages of analysis: open coding, selective coding, axial coding, and theoretical coding. Entrepreneurial intention ofMuslim is based on four orientations: 1) to live based on sunnah, 2) to seek blessings, 3) to spread messages of Islam, and 4) to seek freedom. Islamic in tentions lead to Islamic business management practice which is prioritizing business ethics, excellent service, and solidarity in Muslim community. This research expands knowledge regarding religion contribution in psychology of entrepreneurship.Keywords: entrepreneurial, intention, Islamic, entrepreneurship, Muslim.Produk dan layanan yang syar’i tengah menjadi tren model bisnis diIndonesia. Namun, semangat Muslim untuk berwirausaha dengan menerapkan etika yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam relatif rendah. Tidak semua Muslim berwirausaha berdasarkan intensi yang Islami padahal itu adalah wujud internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami sejauh mana peran nilai-nilai keislaman membentuk intensi berwirausaha pada wirausahawan Muslim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan melibatkan lima orang partisipan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan empat tahap analisis yaitu: open coding, selective coding,axial coding, dan theoretical coding. Intensi wirausaha Muslim berdasar pada empatorientasi, yaitu: 1) menjalankan sunnah, 2) mencari keberkahan, 3) berdakwah dan membantu sesama Muslim, dan 4) mencari kebebasan. This paper presents the way in which Kuntowijoyo searches for an epestimological formulation and critical thinking from Marxits to Islamic tendencies. This effort fills the gap left by some Indonesian readers of Kuntowijoyo’s works who only highlight his Islamic ideas in literature, culture, history, and sociology from which Kuntowijoyo unleashes the idea of prophetic paradigmn to differentiate his thought from secular Western mode of thinking. This paper also compares Kuntowijoyo’s text to the performance dangdut music of Rhoma Irama to discover the tone and rhytm of polyphone, by which I mean complexity of the text in combining Western and Eastern thoughts. This writing sheds light on the polyphonic tone of Kuntowijoyo’s text and the shifting paradigm of his thought from Marxist to Islamic tendencies.Tulisan ini membahas pergulatan pemikiran Kuntowijoyo dari aliran Marxist menuju arah Islamis. Dalam tulisan ini menyoroti para pembahas di Indonesia yang sering menekankan gagasan islami Kuntowijoyo dalam sastra, budaya, pemikiran sejarah dan sosiologi, terutama gagasan tentang profetiknya dalam bidang-bidang tersebut. Tulisan ini sekaligus membandingkan teks polifonik Kuntowijoyo yang meramu tradisi Marxisme Barat dengan musik dangdut Rhoma Irama sebagai tolak ukur nada dan irama polifonik. Baik musik dangdut ataupun teks Kuntowijoyo menghadirkan berbagai unsur perpaduan Barat dan Timur dan sekaligus mengarah pada pencarian identitas keislaman Kuntowijoyo dan Rhoma Irama. Tulisan ini sekaligus memberi sumbangan baru pada pembacaan teks polifonik dan pergeseran gagasan Kuntowijoyo dari Marxist ke Islami yang tidak mendapatkan porsi cukup dari para pembahas di Indonesia.

This Abstract study aims to examine the Malay culture brought by Pattani students, Southern Thailand at IAIN Purwokerto. This research study is based on the characteristics of Malay culture from the prophetic perspective or following the prophet’s sunnah. Data collection in this research is in the form of Pattani Malay culture forms which are grouped based on subjective and objective aspects that develop in the community. Then analyzed using prophetic theory that develops education based on cultural criticism. The results showed that Pattani students applied several Malay cultures including: Islamic socializing culture, Islamic veiled culture, Malay-style Islamic dress culture, and several Islamic traditions carried out in the celebration of Islamic holidays (commemoration of the feast, the celebration of the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad, and commemoration of ma’a al-hijrah). The Malay cultures that Pattani students apply are cultures that breathe Islam, so all activities in these activities are based on Islamic law, which is in accordance with the Qur’an and as-Sunnah. So that the culture is able to realize the Islamic character that can be developed in Islamic education. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji budaya Melayu yang dibawa oleh mahasiswa Pattani, Thailand Selatan di IAIN Purwokerto. Kajian penelitian ini berdasarkan ciri khas kebudayaan Melayu dalam perspektif profetik atau mengikuti sunnah nabi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa bentuk-bentuk budaya Melayu Pattani yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan aspek subjektif dan objektif yang berkembang di masyarakat. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teori profetik yang mengembangkan pendidikan berdasarkan kritis budaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bah- wa mahasiswa Pattani menerapkan beberapa budaya Melayu di antaranya: budaya bergaul islami, budaya berjilbab islami, budaya berbusana islami khas Melayu, dan beberapa tradisi Islam yang dilaksanakan dalam pe- ringatan hari besar Islam (peringatan hari raya, peringatan maulid Nabi Muhammad saw, dan peringatan ma’a al-hijrah). Budaya-budaya Melayu yang mahasiswa Pattani terapkan merupakan budaya yang bernafaskan Islam, maka seluruh aktivitas dalam kegiatan tersebut berlandaskan pada hukum Islam, yaitu sesuai dengan al-Qur’an dan as-Sunnah. Dari budaya tersebut mampu mewujudkan karakter islami yang dapat dikembangkan dalam pendidikan Islam.
