In this diploma thesis, I focus on the application integration. Main goal of this thesis is comparison of integration platforms of the biggest vendors on the market, there are products of companies Microsoft, IBM, Oracle and SAP. I compare these products according criteria, which I had chosen. I use mainly own experiences with the products to achieve a goal. These products I compare with respect to general, technological and possibility of using point of view. My work can be as a source for decision, which of the integration platforms is optimal to use. Then I describe one of them - Microsoft Biztalk Server with simple example. The next goal of this work is to summarize the theory of application integration, where I describe the possibilities of integration's application from the simplest till the most complicated. The next goal of this work is making a methodology in Biztalk Server, which will contain concrete solutions and techniques in different situations. This methodology can help developers and analysts to make better proposals, more convenient solutions and beware of needless problems.

The dissertation thesis is focused on increase of the efficiency of production processes in Czech companies, whose main work focus is electric motor production with usage of the lean manufacturing tools with the environmental management system. The main reason for choosing this topic were results of prime study of the target group of companies which has proved that companies do have trouble not just with integration but especially with implementation of the lean manufacturing methods. This is the reason why concrete conditions and basic principles need to be defined to show how to proceed. The objective of this dissertation thesis is to suggest the model of integration of lean manufacturing tools with optional environmental management tool and as the lean manufacturing tools were chosen methods of lean management in production and as an optional environmental tool was chosen system of environmental management based on norm ISO 14 001. For this area of interest the primary and secondary research was used. Based on knowledge from detailed research of Czech and foreign literary sources a survey and guided interview was started with companies, which are focused on electric motor production. The thesis contains a detailed evaluation of empirical research with testing of stated hypothesis, based on which the verbal model of the integration of the lean manufacturing tools with the environmental management system is assembled. The implantation based on the suggested verbal model of the integration in the company should lead not just to the relationship improvement between the company and the environment but also to better understanding of the relationship of two independent kinds of company management leading to saving money, working environment improvement, productivity increase or ecological onus decrease. The benefits can be seen in theoretical, practical and also pedagogical level.

This thesis focuses on support tool for project management. The introduction describes the areas of knowledge management according to current standards of PMI. The focus is placed on the inputs and outputs of each process of all knowledge areas. To demonstrate all the inputs and outputs of processes in order to specify system requirements for transformation the illustrations have been attached. The following chapter investigates the system itself, the process of transformation of inputs to outputs. First of all the requirements specification is created. Requirements are focused on functionality, characteristics and expectations of users. At the selected process in the proposal, in agreement with the supervisor, three methods are selected. Transformation of inputs to output is described in these methods. The system should be designed with regard to the appropriate visualization of the outputs of these three methods. The thorough analysis of the results obtained is presented in the final chapter along with the students' personal contribution and the possible future development.

V práci jsou také dopodrobna popsány existující řešení průběžné integrace ve společnosti Red Hat. Dále je zde popsán návrh a implementace výše zmíněného nástroje. V závěru jsou výsledky práce otestovány týmem z firmy Red Hat a nastíněny možnosti rozšíření.

The purpose of this thesis is to design and implement integration interface, which represents the core of the Integrated testing tool. Integrated testing tool provides support in the whole process of software testing. This support involves requirement specification and management of the corresponding tests, bug management and creation and execution of automated testing scripts. Integrated testing tool uses existing open-source tools to provide this functionality. The communication of these tools is provided by the integration interface, implementation of which is the purpose of this thesis. Currently there is no so complex open-source solution in the testing area, Integrated testing tool endeavours to fill this gap. The tool is being developed within the activity of the competence centre Software Quality Assurance at the University of Economics in Prague. Cílem této práce je poskytnout snadný způsob, jak rozšířit analyzační nástroj o rozhraní splňující standard OSLC. Takové rozhraní umožňuje jednoduchou integraci nástrojů s jinými nástroji nebo systémy, umožňuje jejich vzdálené použití skrze webové služby a umožňuje je jednoduše propojit s databází pro databázové dotazy a pro perzistentní uložení dat. Toto je dosaženo návrhem a implementací OSLC adaptéru pomocí sady nástrojů Eclipse Lyo. Adaptér používá jako rozhraní doménu OSLC Automation a je dostatečně univerzální na to, aby skrze toto rozhraní pokryl funkcionalitu většiny analyzačních nástrojů za pomocí jejich stávajících rozhraní na příkazové řádce. Tato práce poskytuje úvod k OSLC, Eclipse Lyo a souvisejícím konceptům. Dále tato práce definuje požadavky a odlišnosti různých analyzačních nástrojů a diskutuje návrh adaptéru a faktory, které ovlivnily návrhová rozhodnutí. A nakonec prezentuje implementovaný adaptér a jeho vyhodnocení pomocí automatizované testovací sady a pomocí experimentů s řadou analyzačních nástrojů. Nejvýznamnější ukazatel hodnocení vytvořeného adaptéru je to, že už teď je používán v praxi pro přidání OSLC rozhraní k nástrojům ANaConDA, Perun, Spectra (všechny tři vyvíjené na VeriFIT) a HiLiTE (Honeywell).

Nowadays the development speed of new software products is a key to success and it is not important whether the aim is to make customer's urges satisfied or get ahead of one's competitors and fill the market gap. Because of the increase of development speed the demands on the saving process of software quality are increasing. There are two types of tools that are supporting the process of software quality assurance. Firstly, we talk about comprehensive testing tools of commercial character that usually include many functions, but their purchase is extremely expensive. On the other hand there are open-source tools that are available for free, they function on many kinds of operating systems and it is possible to modify them. Unfortunately their functions are basically focused on a certain subset of controlling the software quality assurance. Company TRASK solution a.s. has decided to change this current situation, so it asked competence centre Software Quality Assurance at the University of Economics in Prague in order to create Integrated Testing Node (ITN) that would combine the advantages of open-source tools. Moreover, it would offer broad range of functions as commercial solution. The purpose of this thesis is to describe relevant phases of the process of creating the Integrated Testing Node from the factual and methodical point of view. This aim is divided into partial aims included task analysis and the proposal of solving system, open-source products portfolio analysis, choice of the most convenient tools for following integration, choosing the method of information system building, evaluating the feedback from a client and the proposal of future development of this tool. As far as the biggest contribution of this thesis is concerned, it is the realisation of ITN project that can be used during information classes at the University of Economics in Prague. Furthermore, it can be used as the control of software quality in commercial companies.

The support for Python language is missing although it is one of the most popular programming languages. Therefore we have implemented the SDK for Python plug-in development and this SDK has been integrated into the Jenkins CI community repository. The documentation for the plug-in development in Python has been also published. Thanks to that work, developers can now implement plug-ins in Python programming language.

Data Integration is currently an important and complex topic for many companies, because having a good and working Data Integration solution can bring multiple advantages over competitors. Data Integration is usually being executed in a form of a project, which might easily turn into failure. In order to decrease risks and negative impact of a failed Data Integration project, there needs to be good project management, Data Integration knowledge and the right technology in place. This thesis provides a framework for setting up a good Data Integration solution. The framework is developed based on the current theory, currently available Data Integration tools and opinions provided by experts working in the field for a minimum of 7+ years and have proven their skills with a successful Data Integration project. This thesis does not guarantee the development of the right Data Integration solution, but it does provide guidance how to deal with a Data Integration project in a large enterprise. This thesis is structured into seven chapters. The first chapter brings an overview about this thesis such as scope, goals, assumptions and expected value. The second chapter describes Data Management and basic Data Integration theory in order to distinguish these two topics and to explain the relationship between them. The third chapter is focused purely on Data Integration theory which should be known by everyone who participates in a Data Integration project. The fourth chapter analyses features of the current Data Integration solutions available on the market and provides an overview of the most common and necessary functionalities. Chapter five focuses on the practical part of this thesis, where the Data Integration framework is designed based on findings from previous chapters and interviews with experts in this field. Chapter six then applies the framework to a real working (anonymized) Data Integration solution, highlights the gap between the framework and the solution and provides guidance how to deal with the gaps. Chapter seven provides a resume, personal opinion and outlook.

The diploma "Accommodation social services as an instrument of social integration of social excluded people" deals with accommodation social services, focuses on Asylum. There are essential informations about all accommodation social services in the diploma. The diploma mentions concepts of social exclusion, social and culture capital, social integration and equality and equity as theoretical starting point. The diploma examines legal and other documents in the Czech Republic and within the European Union, which relate to the issue of social services for social excluded people. There is an analysis of one particular Asylum. The conceptions of social work had been researched in more detail. The diploma focuses on Asylum users and their unsatisfactory integration to the society. For this research was used the Asylum for men and mothers with children in Děčín town. The diploma mentions the reasons of admission of 17 users, who used the Asylum services in 2009. It analyses their reasons to come to the Asylum. And it also examines the reasons why they are not integrated to the society after they leave the Asylum. Which results in repetitional apply for Asylum.

The thesis describes the role of Vietnamese cuisine in the process of integration of the Vietnamese minority in the Czech Republic. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts-theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the concept of integration as such, its definition and classification. The first half of the work focuses on the integration policy of the Government of the Czech Republic and introduces readers to the notions of culture, cultural sensitivity, intercultural encounters and contact. In the theoretical part, there are also described centers for supporting integration and non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic engaged in the support of integration and what is the role the food in this process and to what extent these organizations focus on the role of food. There is also a presentation of Vietnamese cuisine in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the theoretical part of the thesis focuses specifically on the concept of food, Vietnamese cuisine and a brief introduction of typical Vietnamese dishes. Last but not least, the diploma thesis reflects important knowledge about food as an instrument of integration, which serves as the basis for the following practical part. The practical part is devoted to the research itself, the main task of which was to find out, in a semi-structured interview, what role food plays in the process of integration, to what extent the addressed organizations consciously use food in their practice as one way of integration and how they reflect its effectiveness in the integration process. It reveals how Vietnamese cuisine is perceived in the Czech Republic and how the Vietnamese minority adopts Czech eating habits. It also summarizes the benefits of introducing culture through food, and the possible disadvantages of this, or the extent to which it is possible to learn about foreign cultures through food.

In my diploma thesis I deal with the issue of individual planning as an important tool for social integration of seniors after their entering into the residential social services - Retirement Home Třebíč. The issue of population aging and the seniors seeking residential social services becomes an important issue today and it is related to the increasing length of human life. This thesis consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part is divided into eleven chapters and includes the basic issues related to the main research question. In the empirical part of the diploma thesis there is the goal stated, which is to chart a setting of the individual planning process in the Retirement Home Třebíč. A qualitative research method was applied for a data collection and a sub-analysis method was chosen to create groups (clumps). The major research question for this thesis was established: "Does the individual planning in the Retirement Home Třebíč serve for social integration of the service users?" To answer the main research question, five specific research questions were defined: 1. Are the physiological needs of the users being fulfilled? 2. Is the clients' need for security being fulfilled? 3. Are the social needs of clients being fulfilled? 4. Is the need of clients' autonomy being fulfilled, 5. Are clients satisfied with the individual planning? The research work itself was conducted in two phases. A preliminary research was performed in the first phase and only then the research itself followed. The resulting data were structured and presented according to the specific research questions. The research showed that the respondents are satisfied with individual planning in the Retirement Home Třebíč. In order for the social integration of service users to be complete, not only social but also physiological needs, the need for security and autonomy of residents' needs should be fulfilled. Only if a full range of needs is fulfilled completely, one can speak of a functioning social integration. The research also revealed that all respondents have a key worker and know her name. They identically also answered the question whether they have an individual plan of care formed for them. It reflects wishes of the user if the provided services of the home allow that. To answer the main research question "Does the individual planning in the Senior Home Třebíč serve for social integration of the service users?" my answer is yes. One of the important areas that affect the individual planning and service users' satisfaction is a mutual communication between the residents and staff of the facility. Their proactive approach is of great importance in all areas assessed. In the interviews, clients also repeatedly praised the friendly atmosphere in the home. This thesis should expand awareness of an individual planning in a retirement home among students, home workers, especially key employees, but also the general public.

The processing of medical image information in the context of this thesis means a complex of activities that can be achieved using ICT, needed to ensure effective acquisition, primary diagnosis, remote consultation, reliable archiving and other specific activities. The thesis describes the possibility of utilization of ICT in this environment, related trends and activities in the Czech Republic and in the world as well as a number of limitations, which result mainly from the applicable legislation. The main idea of this thesis is the integration platform proposal that represents a new alternative to the integration of existing services and DICOM applications in this field. Platform provides an environment for new interesting applications and enables the medical image processing to be organised different way. The system of efficient redistribution of requirements for the processing of medical image information within the coalition of cooperating medical institutions is describes as an application based on this platform. Increasing the efficiency of processing is achieved through greater specialization, more efficient diagnosis associated with access to the latest knowledge and efficient use of expensive equipment capacity and time of medical specialists. Part of this thesis is the methodology of implementation of this integration platform into medical institutions, placing particular emphasis on the risks associated with this way of integration.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to develop a tool for monitoring electricity grid state in real-time. The theoretical part of the thesis covers real-time power grid monitoring and reporting knowledge, solutions and standards currently existing on the market and answers questions about what, how and why it should be monitored. This thesis describes TSCNET as electricity grid coordinator in Central Europe and Unicorn Systems and its current solutions for this industry. Also, modern approaches for development of the real-time BI are mentioned. Customised solution for the customer is presented. Chapter Material and methods introduces multiple tools used for the development of such a tool – Pentaho, JMS, MOM, AMICA, RIS, Vue etc. BPMN is used for ETL process modelling. Results describe the tool implementation based on the application integration principles, available solutions mentioned in methods part of this thesis and feasibility study. In the next part, physical model is created, communication interface is set, ETL diagrams are provided and all is implemented to generate CSV file output with grid state data. In addition, presentation layer is developed using Vue, NodeJS and client-server sockets. This layer visualises real-time tables containing grid state contingency and load-flow analysis results and also allows managers to regulate the newly implemented tool. Even though this tool presented in this thesis is deeply customised and developed for business processes of a specific company, it still can be the clue for further research of the real-time solutions and tools.

The work focuses on the area integration stay focused on canistherapy as a tool for strenghening social responsibility intact children and children with disabilities and social disadvantage. The theoretical part deals with the issue of spending free time of children and youth, with an emphasis on the possibilities of involving children with special needs in leisure activities. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the historical insights of the integration tendencies in the Czech lands, the definition of integration and inclusion concepts and, last but not least, the field of activities and therapy in the presence of a dog. The research part of the work, realized in the form of a questionnaire, aims to determine the development of social competences of intact children, children with disabilities and social disadvantage during an integration stay with an emphasis on canistherapy. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive data of schooling issues and integration of children with the Asperger syndrome in the public schools. I would like to bring out my own experience while working with these children. I have mapped the teachers' opinion of the pupils' integration and I have ensembled this data with an expert's opinion, too. Master's thesis addresses the implementation of didactic tool to musical movement activities of preschool children in kindergarten with respect to the integrative nature of education. The first part of the thesis is covering theoretical side of the important aspects of child development at the age of five to six years. Further it deals with the specifics of the development of musicality in preschoolers, especially focusing on instrumental side of the music. It highlights the musical creativity that flows from the principles of Orff School. Musical creativity is one of the objective of the thesis second, practical part.
