Annotation:
Methods of neutralisation of different types of soils contaminated with heavy metals are studied. Certain strains of microorganisms have been selected, local microflora has been studied and identified at the genus level in laboratory conditions. Considering the conducted works, development of modified forms of humic acids, stimulation of local microorganisms and creation of geochemical barriers using local natural raw materials is recomended. Obtained results makes possible to develop comprehensive and rational model by means of inovative technologies for effective purification of soils contaminated with heavy metals.

Liechtenstein procedure represents the most frequent technique used for surgical abdominal interventions. Although, it is a modern and inovative procedure, it still has a relative risk for complications. A number of 93 subjects were included in our research. We develop our study in General Surgery Department of County Emergency Hospital of Craiova, Romania between 1st July 2017-31th March 2018. From the total of 93 patients, 88% were men. Most of subjects had ages between 70 and 79 years old, were operated by Liechtenstein technique and they were coming from quite equal percent from rural and urban areas.The incidence for complications(seroma, hematoma, infection, abscess) was generally lower for the patients diagnosticated with Liechtenstein procedure comparing with the subjects operated by other technique. Liechtenstein procedureis recommended especially for its simplicity and efficiency, reproducibility and safety. It is very important to choose the perfect synthetic prosthetic material to have a good evolution of the disorder and a small recurrence rate.

More and more the external surfaces are beeing percived and designet as an integral part of the building. This skin, a protective mantle defines not only the interior but also the adjoining exterior space. It is visiting card of the building. Today's way of doing architecture should be a vision initiative which includes new ways of thinking about the relationship between construction and the environment, discovering new forms and content, and the assertion that the art of construction is in a new phase which will definitely change the way of our living, always in accordance with the language of nature. In this study we will show examples of how new forms of architectural design imitating nature completely change the old fashioned way of design. Especially Intelligent Façade which is a very efficient form of our impact in nature.

This paper aims at investigating course inovations in religious education developed by SMA YPK Diaspora for non Christian students. In this school, these students were obliged to take Christianity as the religious subject. Course innovation developed by the teachers was based on inquiry approach where the learning was focused on the students’ needs; and that the students were required to be active in developing and exploring the learning materials. This approach was supported by some methods, such as: lecturing, discussion, and practical works so that the students could interact directly with the teachers. By this means, students comprehended the subject better. To explore the students’ competence and to build a good communication with the teachers, a continuous educative interaction was developed so that non-Christian students were motivated to study Christianity. This was to equip the students with sufficient knowledge to build inter-religious harmony. The evaluation results of the religious subject indicated that non-Christian students obtained satisfactory grades in the subject, implying that they were able to comprehend Christianity well.

This study aims to determine the quality of prospective PE teachers (PPET) in implementing learning management program (LMP) in a partner school of Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Descriptive qualitative approach wa applied. The research subjects were ten PPET who conducted LMP. There were three criteria that would be assessed by the supervising teacher: (1) students’ feasibility to become a PE teachers; (2) need of teacher competence; and (3) competence in student teaching. Research findings showed that the average of students’ feasibility score as student teachers 80.5 (very feasible). Based on the supervising teacher’s perception, the school needs quality teachers who have good academic skills, master the latest curriculum and teaching materials, have good classroom management skills and problem solving, and are creative and inovative. The quality of PPET was sufficient because they were able to manage the class, develop a lesson plan based on the 2013 curriculum, master teaching techniques, know the latest information of the 2013 curriculum, have high self-development ability, dedication, and discipline. In conclusion, the results of this study were able to describe the quality of PPET in conducting LMP, but this study only had few subjects, the findings might not be able to generalize the whole population.

This research were conducted in three Small-Scale Medium Businesses (SMEs) in that Subdistrict, ie BatikMorinda, Sadewa and Bimo Suci. Those batik companies have advantages in the production process. All of them use natural coloring material (not the chemical stuff). Therefore their productsare more natural, environmental-friendly and have high interest in the international market.The research problems are: limited production capacity due to limited production tools, the ability of available human resources is the minimum, traditional business management, limited andless inovative batik designs, and employers do not have the skills in export. In overall, the pattern used in the implementation method of this activity includes: discussion, workshop / studio work,factory operating, training and mentoring (groups / individuals). The steps in the implementation of science and technology are: team discussion with the SMEs regarding the development of batik designs roomates have high interest in the market and unavailable in the SME, designing machines (feeder) roomates are needed for production, managerial trainings (accounting, marketing, human resources) and techinal trainings in order to increase of the ability / skill of the workers.Besides, the Efforts to develop the usage of natural coloring materials are more encouraged by assisting the SMEs in providing access to the source of raw materials and lab testings. Then, those activities are followed by mentoring so that all activities can be conducted effectivelyacctivities.

O artigo analisa o discurso de austeridade fiscal, apresentado pelo neoliberalismo como única solução para superação da crise econômica global de 2008, apesar de sua fragilidade do ponto de vista científico e do enorme sacrifício que representa para as classes sociais menos favorecidas. A pesquisa, de caráter bibliográfico e documental, utiliza como referenciais teóricos o conceito de narrativa proposto por Jean-François Lyotard e sua análise da teoria dos jogos, elaborada por Ludwig Wittgenstein. Com base nos trabalhos de Michel Foucault e Zigmunt Bauman, demonstra-se que o neoliberalismo de austeridade é uma das narrativas da pós-modernidade cujo critério de legitimação é a melhoria da performance do modelo capitalista. Tal narrativa vem se impondo sobre as demais por meio da eliminação do dissenso e da manipulação do medo existencial. Ao preponderar sobre as demais narrativas, o neoliberalismo de austeridade elimina as diferenças e torna as instituições homogêneas, em um movimento que contrapõe o princípio da eficiência ao princípio democrático. Conclui-se que a alternativa para proteger a democracia, neste momento, é o questionamento das regras do jogo pelos próprios participantes, de forma a se substituírem os lances inovativos – que melhoram a performance do sistema – por lances perturbadores, capazes de promover o dissenso e, assim, alterar as regras do jogo. Esses últimos lances dependem da afirmação de uma multiplicidade de pequenas narrativas, fundadas em códigos particulares que legitimam os jogos de linguagem nas mais diversas áreas do saber.

The role of the family, teachers, and the society is critical in shaping the character of children.<br />The weakness of character-based learning in an educational institution has been the key factor on the problem of student characters. The teacher in the learning process is often less<br />inovative and creative in designing the learning process, especially in terms of learning media design. Comic is one of media that can help students and can replace the position of teachers in learning activities both inside and outside the classroom. Comic can be used in a two-way learning process, namely as a teaching tool and as a medium for shaping the character of the students. Based on observation field, it is known that in the process of learning, comic as instructional medium has never been utilized. Therefore, the presence of learning media in the form of comics is expected to assist the teacher in the learning process and helps in forming the character of students. Comic languages using polite language are expected to avoid impolite languages and not in accordance with the objectives of education character. This also inspires the use of instructional media comic contents of learning materials in elementary school. Comics as a medium of learning is able to build the foundations of character for learners and are ultimately capable of constructing human characters that are intact and resilient.<br /></span><strong></strong>

The world of education is again disturbed by the massive spread of the COVID-19 virus or coronavirus disease. The use of technology is considered to facilitate and be a solution and innovation in the learning process that can be a way out so that the teaching and learning process during the COVID-19 period becomes more effective. One of the innovations that teachers can do as educators in delivering learning materials is using models in collaboration with technological advances in the learning process, especially in science learning. This research is descriptive in the form of a literature study. Data sources come from 15 scientific articles from national journals and accredited national journals. Based on the literature review that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the use of online learning models in collaboration with technology such as the Zoom platform, google classroom, WhatsApp, and others can be used in the science learning process at all levels of education during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is because this learning model is centred on students so that they are not dependent on the teacher, which is in line with the basis of online learning, which requires students to think critically, be active in exploring or understanding the subject matter presented. Students are required to establish communication between fellow students and the teacher who acts as a moderator.Keywords: Covid-19; Inovations; Online Learning; Science Dunia pendidikan kembali terusik dengan adanya penyebaran virus COVID-19 atau coronavirus disease secara masif. Penggunaan teknologi dianggap bisa mempermudah dan menjadi solusi serta inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran yang bisa menjadi jalan keluar sehingga proses belajar mengajar di masa COVID-19 menjadi lebih efektif. Salah satu inovasi yang bisa dilakukan guru sebagai tenaga pendidik dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran yaitu penggunaan model yang dikolaborasikan dengan kemajuan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran khususnya pada pembelajaran sains. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif berupa studi kepustakaan. Sumber data berasal dari 15 artikel ilmiah dari jurnal nasional maupun jurnal nasional terakreditasi. Berdasarkan kajian literatur yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran online leaning yang dikolaborasikan dengan teknologi seperti platform Zoom, google classroom, whatsapp, dan lainnya dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran sains pada semua jenjang pendidikan di masa pandemi COVID-19. Hal ini karena model pembelajaran ini berpusat kepada peserta didik sehingga mereka tidak ketergatungan kepada guru, yang sejalan dengan dasar dari pembelajaran secara daring yaitu menuntut peserta didik untuk berpikir kritis, aktif dalam menjelajahi atau memahami materi pelajaran yang disampaikan serta peserta didik dituntut agar dapat menjalin komunikasi yang baik antara sesama peserta didik dan juga guru yang berperan sebagai moderator.Kata kunci: Covid-19; Inovasi; Online Learning; Sains

Abstract: Learning Resources Center (LRC) in schools provides a wide selection of learning resources to support learning activities and encourage effective learning so as to achieve learning goals. LRC assistance has been provided from 2016 to 2019, so a research is needed to determine its utilization in schools.This research aims to determine the description of the utilization of ICT tools to support the learning process, as well as obstacles encountered, and recommendations for solution in use of ICT tools and content of LRC for learning in schools. Research uses evaluation research using CIPP (context, input, process and product). The samples are headmasters, teachers, and education staff in schools receiving PSB assistance from Data Center and Information Technology (Pusdatin) Ministry of Education and Culture Education Center in the 2016 to 2019 which is spread in various regions of Indonesi. Data collection using online questionnaires, interviews, limited observation, and documentation. The results showed that:1) the forms of utilizing PSB digital content in schools vary including: most teachers present in front of the class using projectors with the lecture method and some have integrated with other learning models, forms of use are used as independent learning resources for students both individually and in groups or on scheduled;2) in general the availability of inovative teachers is quite adequate, as many as 31% of schools have more than 5 teachers who are able to make independent digital learning materials and 53% of schools have less than 5 teachers who are able to make independent digital learning materials; 3)some recommendations in an effort to improve the quality of utilizing PSB digital content and PSB assistance tools, namely the need: increasing the availability of ICT infrastructure, improving the quality of HR management of PSB, increasing the quality of applications and quantity of PSB digital content, and improving the quality of policy support. Keywords: Learning resources, digital conent, ICT utilization, innovative instruction Abstrak: Pusat Sumber Belajar (PSB) di sekolah menyediakan berbagai macam pilihan sumber belajar untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran dan mendorong cara belajar yang efektif sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Bantuan PSB telah diberikan sejak tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2019, sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian untuk mengetahui pemanfaatannya di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pemanfaatan bantuan perangkat TIK untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran, serta kendala yang dihadapi, dan rekomendasi solusi dalam pemanfaatan bantuan perangkat TIK dan konten PSB untuk pembelajaran di sekolah penerima bantuan PSB. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan model CIPP (context, input, process dan product). Sampel adalah kepala sekolah, guru-guru dan tenaga kependidikan pada sekolah penerima bantuan perangkat PSB dari Pusdatin Kemendikbud Tahun 2016 s/d. Tahun 2019 yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah Indonesia. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online, wawancara, observasi terbatas, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) bentuk pemanfaatan bantuan konten digital PSB di sekolah beragam diantaranya: sebagian besar guru menyajikan di depan kelas menggunakan projector dengan metode ceramah dan ada yang sudah mengintegrasikan dengan model pembelajaran lainnya, bentuk pemanfaatan digunakan sebagai sumber belajar mandiri bagi siswa baik individu maupun kelompok atau secara terjadwal; 2)pada umumnya ketersediaan guru penggerak cukup memadai, sebanyak 31% sekolah memiliki lebih dari 5 orang guru yang mampu membuat bahan belajar digital mandiri dan 53% sekolah memiliki kurang dari 5 orang guru yang mampu membuat bahan belajar digital mandiri; 3) beberapa rekomendasi dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pemanfaatan konten digital PSB dan perangkat bantuan PSB yaitu perlunya: peningkatan ketersediaan sarana prasarana TIK, peningkatan kualitas SDM pengelola PSB, peningkatan kualitas aplikasi dan kuantitas konten digital PSB, serta peningkatan kualitas dukungan kebijakan. The development of science and technology has led to new inovations in the medical field, especially ortopedic. The aim of those inovations is to find the alternatives of good materials that can replace the broken sturcture of bone tissue. One of the innovations conducted is the characterization of sheep hydroxyapatite biocomposite. This study aims to investigate the mechanical properties of the material Sheep Hydroxyapatite (SHA) / shellac / wheat fluor. Sheep bone powder already gained from the crusher process and meshing into size of 100 and are soaked for 24 hours, then mixed with wheat flour with the ratio 30 : 70 %wt, 40 : 60 %wt, 50 : 50 %wt, 60 : 40 %wt, 70 : 30 %wt. The next step is the forming process and calcination at a temperature of 900oC with a increase of 10 °C/min. Results of X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) shows that the diffraction peak of SHA/shellac/wheat flour is the value of 2θ: 32.0747º, 33.1943º, 32.5338º. The lowest hardness number of SHA/shellac/wheat flour is 2.86 VHN and the highest is 14.80 VHN, also the highest strong pressure number is 0.20 MPa. The result of microscophy at observation using SEM shows Thar the SHA/shellac/wheat flour 50:50 % wt sample has more porosity as.

<br /><table class="data" width="100%"><tbody><tr valign="top"><td class="value">This thesis reveals the development of micro, small and medium local food entreprise. Furthermore, this descriptive research uses a qualitative approach. The result of this research show that ODNR action has encouraged the appearance of UMKM in a culinary sector and it also provided local food – non rice and non wheat. The roles of UMKM in a ODNR action is producing, supplying, distributing, marketing local food, conducting inovation, socializing ODNR action, creating new UMKM and job vacancies. Things supporting the development of UMKM are place, equipment, capital, human resources, skills, raw materials, and ODNR action itself. On the other hand, there are some factor that inhibit its development, such as the alteration of human resources and setting of working time, lack of creativity, lack of knowledge and scarcity of raw materials.</td></tr></tbody></table>

Elementary school teacher education Department, an education institute that produces teachers for Islamic Elementary School, is demanded to give competence to students about instuctional material that can be created by teachers, in order to make an appropriate instructional material when they be a teacher and take a part in society. The material is an appropriate material that is suitable for 2013 curriculum; it is a material that can produce Indonesian people be more producive, creative, and inovative through reinforcement of integrated attitude, skill, and knowledge. In order to have comprehensive understanding about development of instructional material and lesson plan based on competence, fulfill relevancy, adequacy and novelty, the students in Teaching English for Young Learners subject is supplied multimedia instructional material, so the students can notice frame of instructional material in English Instructional and its teaching learning process. Based on that problem, then instructional material based on interactive multimedia for English Subject Character Education based is developed. It uses macromediaflash program application. It is equiped with interesting animation, audio, video, and evaluation about development of instructional material and lesson plan. Abstract Antimicrobial finishing is increasingly used in textile products to increase their functionality. Antimicrobial properties became extremely important during the COVID-19 situation. The main problems faced by antimicrobial finishing are nontoxicity and durability (wash-resistance) of antibacterial activity. Also, it is important to determine whether the antimicrobial finishing changes comfort properties, such as air permeability. This paper deals with the durability of antimicrobial treatment, that is, resistance to washing, and effect on the structural changes that may have influence on the comfort properties, such as permeability to air. Knits of various raw compositions were antimicrobial-treated with the new commercial antimicrobial product, Si Bactericidal (Smart Inovation, Portugal). After the antimicrobial treatment, knitted specimens were washed 50 times and changes in their structural parameters, air permeability, and antimicrobial activity were measured. It was found that the mentioned antimicrobial treatment gives very good antimicrobial activity to the treated fabric and is wash-resistant and long-lasting. Also, it does not change dimensions and permeability to air of the treated fabrics with some exceptions of cotton-based knitted structures.
