Auswahl der wissenschaftlichen Literatur zum Thema „Im tirtsu“

Šiame straipsnyje pateikiamo tyrimo tikslas yra išnagrinėti veiksnius, darančius įtaką verslo analitikos diegimui Libano smulkiose ir vidutinėse įmonėse. Apklausa, atlikta dešimtyje bendrovių, apėmė dešimt vadovų iš kiekvienos tyrimui pasirinktos bendrovės. Tyrimo duomenys buvo renkami naudojant interviu ir anketas, pagrįstas 5 balų Likerto skalės įverčiais. Literatūros apžvalgoje buvo išskirti kritiniai verslo analitikos diegimo sėkmės veiksniai, įvardyti ankstesnių tyrėjų. Surinktų apie verslo analitikos diegimo veiksnius duomenų analizė buvo atlikta trimis kryptimis: organizacine, procesų ir technologine. Pagal šias kryptis buvo nustatyti veiksniai, labiausiai veikiantys verslo analitikos sistemų diegimą tirtose įmonėse.

Kintanti universitetų sąveika su visuomene, kuri pastaruoju metu kelia jiems didesnius atsakomybės, atskaitingumo reikalavimus, skatina universitetų kaitą. Universitetuose taikomi įvairūs mokslo žinių kūrimo modeliai, atsiranda nauji kuriamų mokslo žinių praktinio panaudojimo kontekstai. Didėjanti universitetuose kuriamų mokslo žinių praktinio panaudojimo svarba paskatino ir naujos universitetų misijos įžvalgas. Greta tradicinių misijų – mokymo (studijų) ir mokslinių tyrimų – išskiriama vadinamoji trečioji universitetų misija, kuri ir yra siejama su čia kuriamų mokslo žinių panaudojimu neakademinėje aplinkoje. Universitetuose kuriamų mokslo žinių naudojimo kontekstai suformuoja trečiosios universitetų misijos dvi dimensijas – verslumo / ekonominę, kur svarbiausiu mokslo žinių praktinio naudojimo kontekstu laikomas žinių generuojamas pelnas, ir visuomeninę, kurioje reikšminama universitetuose kuriamų žinių teikiama nauda visuomenei.Trečiąją universitetų misiją įgyvendinančios veiklos yra svarbus universitetų institucinės veiklos komponentas, jų vertinimas yra aktualus tiek patiems universitetams, tiek kitiems aukštojo mokslo sistemos suinteresuotiesiems. Kuriami trečiosios universitetų misijos veiklų vertinimo instrumentai, sudaryti iš įvairių rodiklių – kiekybinių, kokybinių, skirtų tiek verslumo / ekonominės, tiek visuomeninės trečiosios universitetų misijos dimensijų veikloms universitetuose vertinti.Atlikus universitetų veiklos vertinimo rezultatus visuomenei pateikiančių plačiausiai žinomų universitetų reitingavimo sistemų metodikų tyrimą, nustatyta, kad šios reitingavimo sistemos didelės reikšmės universitetų trečiosios misijos veikloms vertinti neteikia. Daugiau dėmesio skiriama tik universitetų dalyvavimui technologijų perdavimo ir inovacijų procesuose, t. y. ekonominei trečiosios universitetų misijos dimensijos veiklai (šios misijos socialinės aprėpties (socialinio įsitraukimo) veiklos nevertinamos). Universitetų dalyvavimas technologijų perdavimo ir inovacijų procesuose tirtose reitingavimo sistemų metodikose vertinamas skirtinga aprėptimi. Straipsnyje aptarto tyrimo rezultatai rodo, jog universitetų trečiosios misijos įgyvendinimo veiklos Pasaulio universitetų akademiniame reitinge (Šanchajaus reitinge) yra nevertinamos, gana siaurai šių veiklų vertinimas numatytas nacionalinėse reitingų („Veido“ ir „Reitingų“) sistemų metodikose, plačiausiai – „U-Multirank“ reitingų sistemos metodikoje.

Die Verkehrswende bedingt einen Ausbau des Schienen-Personenverkehrs. Eine in situ Schadenserkennung während des Betriebs kann einen Beitrag zur Kapazitätserhöhung und Sicherheit im Schienenverkehr liefern. Im Vortrag werden Forschungen bezüglich einer schwingungsbasierten, zerstörungsfreien Methode zur Detektion von Radreifenschäden vorgestellt. Über eine Transferpfadanalyse (TPA) wird auf den Körperschall jedes Rades während der Überfahrt rückberechnet. Mit dem synthetisierten Körperschall wird mittels des akustischen Resonanztests die Schadensidentifikation durchgeführt.

Straipsnyje aptariami naujos komunikacijos priemonės – teminių bibliotekininkystės tinklaraščių –naudojimo ypatumai profesinės komunikacijos kontekste. Lietuvoje atsiranda pirmieji tokio pobūdžio tinklaraščiai, tačiau trūksta empirinių šios srities tyrimų. Straipsnyje analizuojamas profesinės komunikacijos teminiame bibliotekininkystės tinklaraštyje „Rock&roll bibliotekininkas“ atvejis. Tyrimas naudingas vertinant tinklaraščių kaip komunikacijos priemonės potencialą bei atskleidžiant profesinės komunikacijos tendencijas. Atlikus tyrimą daromos išvados, kad tinklaraščio vartotojai tik iš dalies naudojasi šia priemone profesinės komunikacijos tikslais. Vartotojams aktualiausios profesinio tapatumo bei žinių, patirties dalijimosi sritys. Manoma, kad lėtą tinklaraščio adaptavimą profesinei komunikacijai nulemia naujos technologijos formuojama kitokia komunikacijos kultūra ir tai, kad tirtas pradinis tinklaraščio plėtros etapas.Pagrindiniai žodžiai: teminiai tinklaraščiai, bibliotekininkystė, atvejo analizė, profesinė komunikacija.Professional Communication in the Topical Librarianship Blog: A Case StudyZinaida Manžuch SummaryThe patterns of professional communication in the topical librarianship blog are explored in the paper. The huge impact of topical blogs on the development of professional communities, knowledge and experience sharing, and learning is widely aknowledged. Although the subject of topical blogs usage patterns has been analysed by library and information researchers wordwide, there haven’t been any attempts to perform similar empirical research in Lithuania. In most cases, available research worldwide tends to be descriptive and narrowly oriented at information sharing practices. The aim of the paper was to determine the patterns of blog usage for the professional communication purposes by analysing the case of the Rock&Roll Librarian blog. In order to overcome the limitations of previous research, the concept of professional communication was discussed and used as a guidance for interpreting findings of the empirical research. The research methodology was based on the analysis of features of blogs as a communication medium and different research approaches. The qualitative and quantitative content analysis of the blog texts and statistical usage data provided by Google Analytics was performed. The findings suggested that the blog only partly was used for professional communication purposes. Professional communication was not sufficiently visible at the initial stage of blog existence. However, the early patterns of professional communication, such as the focus on professional identity issues and knowledge sharing practices, emerged. Another notable blog usage tendency was the low activeness of its users, expressed in scarce commenting and posting activities. It could be partly explained as a typical behaviour of users at the early stages of blog existence. However, it was also consistent with the results of previous research of the librarianship blog, indicating the low activeness of users. It was concluded that the novelty of blogs as media and the emerging blog communication culture may be pre-requisites of the slow integration of this technology into professional communication practices. Finally, the value of the blog for researching professional communication issues was identified; however, it is still absent in library and information science publications.

Atendendo à demanda da revista Em Tese sobre as relações (im)possíveis entre literatura e democracia, propomos diferentes reflexões a partir de perspectivas teóricas advindas dos campos da Literatura, do Direito, do Urbanismo e da Filosofia, pautadas pelo direcionamento dos Estudos Culturais. A fim de reunirmos criativamente essa diversidade, decidimos abordar a questão de maneira plural, escrevendo a quatro mãos. Dentre as referências escolhidas, contamos com autores clássicos (Safo, Sólon e Tirteu), poetas contemporâneos (Ana C. César, Rafaela B. e Siscar), filósofos contemporâneos (Adorno, Arendt, Derrida, Horkheimer, Lefebvre e Rancière), criminólogos, sociólogos e urbanistas (Anyar de Castro, Harvey, Maricato e Vainer). Nosso objetivo é problematizar as ideias em torno de democracia e literatura, de modo a criticá-las e, ao mesmo tempo, reconhecer suas potencialidades para o momento de crise que vivemos.

Abstract The dynamic effects of moving vehicle on bridge are generally treated as withstand static loads that are recommended an increment by dynamic impact factors (IMs) (or dynamic amplification factors) in many design codes, that are a function of either the span or the first flexural natural frequency of the bridge. The value of the IM will relate to safe and economical in new bridge designs, evaluate recommendation and operation of bridges. Due to the bridge-vehicle interaction model, previous studies have shown that the calculated IM from field measurements could be higher than the values specified in design codes. Currently, studies on IM often focus on using interaction models with multi mass vehicles move on bridge that are increasingly similar to real models. This study develops a 2D three-axle vehicle–bridge model to analysis the dynamic response of the girder bridge subjected to moving loads consider to some vehicle parameters with the each axle is modelled in two masses, each mass is connected to a spring and a damping corresponding to the suspension and tire. In addition, depending on the stiffness parameters of the suspension and tires of the analyzed vehicle model, the IM results of this study are different from those of some authors and the bridge design rules. Based on the dynamic analysis of the bridge under the vehicle loading consider the stiffness of tire and suspensions, the calculation of the IM needs to be considered more carefully in the process of designing new bridges or existing bridges.

Ionic crosslinking of bromobutyl rubber (BIIR) composites was prepared using butylimidazole (IM) and ionic liquid (IL), combined with carbon nanotubes (CNT) and conductive carbon black (CCB) to enhance the intrinsic properties and heal ability of the resulting composites. Variation in the BIIR/CNT-CCB/IM/IL ratios was investigated to determine the appropriate formulation for healing the composites. Results showed that the mechanical properties were increased until the IM:IL:CNT/CCB ratio reached 1:1:1/1.5, corresponding to the optimal concentration of 5:5:5/7.5 phr. Thermo-oxidative degradation, as indicated using temperature scanning stress relaxation (TSSR), demonstrated the decomposition of the composites at higher temperatures, highlighting the superior resistance provided by the proper formulation of BIIR composites. Additionally, the conditions for the healing procedure were examined by applying pressure, temperature, and time. It was observed that the composites exhibited good elasticity at 0 °C and 60 °C, with a high rate of re-crosslinking achieved under appropriate pressure and temperature conditions. This research aims to develop a formulation suitable for the tire tread and inner liner of commercial car tires together with artificial skin products.

During the process of irrigation, when moving sprinklers across the field, the wheels of the run-ning supports create a track. As the number of passes increases, so does the depth of the track. At the end of the irrigation season, it can reach 0.3-0.45 m, lead to slipping wheels and excessive wa-tering. The intensity of the process of rutting and reducing the coupling properties of the running systems of sprinkler machines is further increased in the presence of free, not absorbed water, caus-ing the formation of runoff on the track. The greatest depth of the track by the end of the season in the last undercarriages occurs due to the increase in the intensity of irrigation and the diameter of the drops of sprinklers located at the end of the pipeline. The choice of running systems should be made taking into account the characteristics of irrigated surfaces, rational ratios of span lengths, di-ameters of pipelines and sprinkler arrangement schemes. The aim of the study is to consider the im-pact of the irrigation process on the bearing properties of the soil and the formation of a track. The article presents theoretical dependences for determining the depth and width of the track for two-wheeled and three-wheeled undercarriages of wide-grip sprinkler machines. Field studies were con-ducted on “Kuban-LK1M” (Cascade) and “CASCADE” sprinkler machines. The article presents the dependence of the track depth on the number of the undercarriages with a soil bearing capacity of 110-125 kPa. The research made it possible to determine the approximate zones of application of wheel systems, depending on the bearing capacity of the soil. Analysis of the data shows that it is advisable to equip sprinklers with narrow pneumatic wheels on soils of increased strength. On soils with low bearing capacity and significant irrigation rates from 600 m3 / ha - wide-profile pneumatic tires 18-24; 23-26, 21.3-24 for “Kuban-LK1”, “Kuban-LK1M” (KASKAD), KASKAD with a pro-file width of 0.30-0.54 m, including the installation of wider tires at the end part of the machines. In addition, in conditions of low soil strength, it is possible to use tires on sprinklers with smaller profile widths than the recommended ones, but for reduced span lengths or a reduced diameter of the water pipeline.

Flexible self-healing composite was fabricated based on blending the bromobutyl rubber (BIIR) and epoxide natural rubber (ENR) filled with hybrid fillers of carbon nanotubes (CNT) and carbon black (CB). To achieve self-recoverability, modification of BIIR was carried out through butyl imidazole (IM), and the healing capability was then activated by the addition of bis(triethoxysilylpropyl)tetrasulfide (TESPT), which resulted in good dispersion of CNT/CB in BIIR/ENR blends. The silanization of TESPT and CNT/CB hybrid filler surfaces was confirmed by attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy. Adding CNT/CB and incorporating TESPT into the composites effectively improved the curing and mechanical properties of the blends in terms of estimated crosslink density and tensile modulus. Further, the self-healing propagation rate was enhanced by the thermal conductivity of fillers and the ion–dipole intermolecular forces between the rubber chains, leading to the highest abrasion resistance and electrical conductivity. Using an environmentally friendly process, the recyclability of the self-healing composites was improved by the re-compression of the samples. With this, the constant conductivity relating to the rearrangement of the CNT/CB network is examined related to the usability of the composites at 0 and 60 °C. The conductive composites filled with a TESPT silane coupling agent present an opportunity for vehicle tires and other self-repairing applications.

SUMMARY In their book of 1974, Lexical Reconstruction: The case of the Proto-Athapaskan kinship system, Isidore Dyen and David F. Aberle developed a methodology for matching reconstructed morphemes with semantic categories. The promise that their contribution holds out to the linguist and to the culture-historian is that of a rigorous tool of historical inference free from the arbitrariness sometimes associated with the linguistic treatment of meaning. In fact, Dyen & Aberle themselves arbitrarily exclude the possibility that a proto-meaning could differ from the meanings of all its reflexes and yet be inferrable. As a consequence, they are concerned not with semantic reconstruction, but with the matching of reconstructed forms and predetermined semantic categories. In this paper the Dyen-Aberle approach to diachronic semantics ('lexical reconstruction1) is juxtaposed with a less formalized but more widely employed approach ('semantic reconstruction') in which meaning is not presupposed, but is defined by contrast. Each approach is applied to five Austronesian cognate sets that are widely distributed in the meaning "house". It is concluded that the semantic history of these forms cannot be represented adequately, and is in certain respects seriously obscured by the method of lexical reconstruction. RÉSUMÉ Dans leur livre Lexical Reconstruction: The case of the Proto-Athapas-kan kinship system (Cambridge, 1974), I. Dyen et D. F. Aberle ont développe une méthodologie pour accorder des morphemes reconstruits avec des categories semantiques. La promesse d'une telle approche est de donner au linguiste et a l'historien d'une civilisation un outil rigoreux de deduction historique depourvu de l'arbitraire parfois associe avec le traitment linguistique du sens. En effet, Dyen & Aberle eux-memes exclurent arbitrairement la possibilité qu'un proto-sens pourrait differer de toutes de ses reflexes et qu'il serait pourtant deductible. Par consequence, ils ont affaire a l'accorde-ment des formes reconstruites avec des categories semantiques predeterminees et non pas avec la reconstruction semantique. Dans cet article, 1'approche de Dyen & Aberle à la semantique diachronique — la 'reconstruction lexicale' — est juxtaposee avec une approche moins formalisee mais plus largement employee — la 'reconstruction semantique' — dans laquelle le sens n'est pas predetermine, mais defini par contraste. Les deux approches sont appliquees a des ensembles lexicaux tires de cinq langues austro-asiennes apparentees qui sont dispersees dans le sens de "maison". La conclusion de la comparai-son entre ces deux approches est que l'histoire semantique de ces formes ne peut pas etre representee d'une facon adequate et que la methode de reconstruction lexicale rend 1'analyse semantique serieusement obscure en plusieurs egards. ZUSAMMENFASSUNG In ihrem Buch d.J. 1974, Lexical Reconstruction: The case of the Proto-Athapaskan kinship system, Isidore Dyen und David F. Aberle entwickelten ei-ne Methodologie, urn rekonstruierte Morpheme mit semantischen Kategorien in Einklang zu bringen. Ihr Ansatz versprach dem Linguisten und dem Kulturhis-toriker ein rigoroses Werkzeug historischer Inferenz an die Hand zu geben, welches frei von der Willkür ist, die man oftmals der sprachwissenschaftli-chen Behandlung der Bedeutung vorwirft. In der Tat schlieBen Dyen & Aberle selbst auf willkiirliche Weise die Moglichkeit aus, daB eine urspriingliche Bedeutung von den von ihr abgeleiteten Bedeutungen verschieden ist, jedoch dennoch von ihnen abgeleitet werden kann. M.a.W. Dyen & Aberle behandeln keine semantische Rekonstruktion, sondern begniigen sich mit einem Versuch, rekonstruierte Formen mit vorherbestimmten semantischen Kategorien in Dek-kung zu bringen. Im vorliegenden Aufsatz wird der Dyen-Aberle'sche Ansatz einer diachronen Semantik ('lexikalische Rekonstruktion') mit einem weniger formalisierten, jedoch weitlaufigerem Ansatz kontrastiert, namlich dem der 'semantischen Rekonstruktion', in der die Bedeutung nicht vorausgesetzt, sondern durch kontrastiven Vergleich gewonnen wird. Beide Ansatze werden auf lexikalische Gruppen von fiinf miteinander verwandten austronesischen Sprachen angewendet, die alle die Bedeutung "Haus" in irgendeiner Weise zum Inhalt haben. Die SchluBfolgerung aus diesem Vergleich der beiden Ansatze ist, daB die Bedeutungsgeschichte dieser Formen nicht angemessen wiederge-geben werden kann und daB in vielen Hinsichten die Methode der 'lexikali-schen Rekonstruktion' diese darüberhinaus noch verdunkelt.
