The diploma thesis focuses on the risk assessment in area of Occupational Health and Safety (OSH), concrete ergonomic risks in a workplace. Analysis of the current state evaluation OSH area, ergonomics and methods for the identification and risk management. The main task of this thesis is to analyze current state, evaluate ergonomic risks and find measures to eliminate risks proposed by financial evaluate on a model company.

The master‘s thesis deals with marketing auditing of company Tungaloy Rus with a special focus on its employees’ satisfaction. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the meaning and importance of marketing audit, as well as the concept of employees’ satisfaction and modern approaches to its measurement. The analytical part of the thesis focuses on performing the marketing audit of company Tungaloy Rus and surveying the satisfaction of its employees. The proposal part of the thesis aims to making a set of recommendations based on the results of the marketing audit and the satisfaction research, which leads to improving the company's marketing activities.

The thesis deals with the payroll system and the evaluation of the chosen company. The theoretical part is focused on the most important issues in the area of wages. A significant part in the problems of the literature review consists of labor - legal relations, which are important for the next part. The practical part is divided into two distinct sections. The first part deals with the characteristics of the production - economic conditions of the undertaking. The following is part of the analysis of wages and its comparison with personnel costs, with operating and total costs of the company. The work was shown in some cases that are used in the reporting enterprise. Finally, it is an assessment of the company in terms of wages and are designed to possible proposals and recommendations on the matter.

My thesis became Occupational safety and health, the requirements of which are regulated primarily in Act no. 262/2006 Coll., The Labour Code. Information regarding safety and health at work are given but also in numerous other legislation and government regulation. The thesis is processed in such a way as to assist staff to ensure health and safety at work both in the public sphere, but also in local government, and also for professionals and small and medium-sized enterprises. The most important essence of this work is to define the legislation relating to accidents at work, which is summarized in the theoretical part. In conclusion, it gives statistics of occupational injuries by evaluating and proposing possible changes and improvements.

This Master’s thesis deals with the analysis problem of improvement combination compensation in the Firm. On the basis of findings, improvement compensation position, which should had help establish firm. The general form is of remuneration and their link to the legislative conditions. Proposal to improve the remuneration system for improvement is focused on improving performance and working staff. Great emphasis is placed on simplicity of solutions to practical applications for daily practice.

Unemployment, particularly if long-term, represents a serious economic and social problem, which brings along negative effects on the unemployed individual, his/her family and the society as a whole. This unfavorable situation may be addressed by a pro-active employment policy through its tools. One of the tools is the community service. I have selected Evaluation of community service from the viewpoint of employers as the subject of my thesis as it is very topical and it has not been explored by student works at our faculty. The objective of the thesis was to map opinions of employers about community service as one of the tools of the pro-active employment policy. Another objective of the thesis was to compare different levels of unemployment in the regions of České Budějovice and Havlíčkův Brod. In the theoretical part I focused on the national employment policy and on the community service in detail. Further, I covered the significance of work for the individual, unemployment and its economic and social consequences. In order to achieve the outlined objective and to confirm the set hypotheses I used a quantitative research, specifically a questionnaire survey among selected employers in the regions of České Budějovice and Havlíčkův Brod. As a complementary method I performed a secondary analysis of the data. The hypothesis ``Community service may help to find prospective employment for problem categories of job applicants `` has been confirmed; the hypothesis ``Community service is used more in regions with a poor situation on the labor market `` has not been confirmed. The thesis proposes potential solutions of problems and shortcomings, based on the evaluation of community service from the viewpoint of employers. The conclusions of the thesis may also serve as a feedback for Employment Offices as the administrative authorities that conclude agreements with employers about creation of jobs in community services and provide financial contributions to the employers for such jobs within the pro-active employment policy.
