Annotation:

The subject of my thesis is a little-studied hagiographical work that gives important insights into rewriting processes and their significance in medieval textual culture. The anonymous Life of Christina of Hane, a thirteenth-century Premonstratensian nun from the Palatinate, is an example of bridal mysticism which combines the medieval tradition of the reception of the Song of Songs with hagiographic elements. A codicological and palaeographical analysis of the only manuscript shows it to be a sixteenth-century copy, but the type of mysticism and the theological questions that it discusses suggest that the text was initially composed in the thirteenth century, when Christina is thought to have lived. The theological and spiritual ideas in the text belong to the wider context of communicating the transcendental within the world. My thesis uses performative language analysis to address the problems of textuality and authorization in the Life of Christina of Hane. It yields new insights into the ways in which this mystical text makes use of hagiographic strategies, how gender and vernacular theology are linked, how liturgical elements support the text’s pragmatic nature, and how somatic spirituality is reflected on an allegorical level in the embodiment of God’s bride. An assessment of three communicative aspects – medial, narrative, and allegorical – highlights the textualization of the mystical experience. The appellative structure of Christina’s text invites the reader to engage with the text. This study provides the first comprehensive interpretation of the text on Christina of Hane. It compares it to other mystical texts, to a German–Latin prayerbook, and to a fragmentary legend about Mary Magdalene. It challenges existing judgments about Christina’s biography and offers alternative solutions founded in the latest scholarship on female mystical literature.

Annotation:

The discovery of new methods to protect electronics from harsh radiation environments outside earth's atmosphere is important to the future of space exploration. Reconfigurable, SRAM-based Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) are especially promising candidates for future spacecraft computing platforms; however, their susceptibility to radiation-induced faults in their configuration memory makes their use a challenge. This thesis presents the design and testing of a redundant fault-tolerant architecture targeted at the Xilinx Virtex-6 FPGA. The architecture is based on a combination of triple modulo redundancy (TMR), numerous spare units, repair (scrubbing), and environmental awareness. By using the spares and the partial reconfiguration capabilities of the FPGA, the system can remain operational while repair of damaged modules proceeds in the background. The environmental awareness is supplied by a multi-pixel radiation sensor designed to rest above the FPGA chip, providing information about which areas of the chip have received radiation strikes. The system places these potentially damaged areas first in the queue for scrubbing. Four implementations of the architecture with different types of computing module and numbers of spares reveal its versatility and scalability. These four demonstration systems were modeled with theoretical Markov calculations, for the purpose of determining their reliability. They were also implemented on Xilinx hardware and tested by the injection of simulated faults, based on realistic orbital fault rate data from the Cosmic Ray Effects on Micro-Electronics Code (CREME96) tool. These results confirm that the systems will be highly reliable under typical earth orbit conditions. The results also demonstrate that the inclusion of numerous spares and the sensor both lead to substantial improvements in the Mean Time Before Failure, over a traditional TMR system with only three modules and scrubbing.

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of restoration and revitalization of a listed renaissance chateau with its adjacent park in the center of Ivanovice na Hane. When conducting the architectural study, it was necessary to analyze and take into account the cultural and historical values of the chateau and its immediate surroundings, constructional and technical condition, public services in the area, and the requirements of the owner of the building and lands. The proposed concept comprehensively integrates the needs and specifications of the pharmaceutical company Bioveta with high-quality public spaces as well as relaxation areas for residents.

Goal of this final thesis was reconstruction of the Chateau in Ivanovice na Hane and repurposing of it's spaces. The thesis is made on a level of architectual study. Studied area is located near the center of the Ivanovice, the object is part of the premises of the Bioveta a.s. corporation. The thesis deals with gentle repurposing of the object's spaces and the Chateau's garden. The intention of the investor was to have offices, small brewery, small accommodation and a café. The design is opening the object and the near garden for the public, there are newly created space for museum in the Chateau. The structure of the chateau was supplemented by glass lift in the yard. The utility room is located in the basement. The brawery, beer tasting, café and reception is on the first floor. Museum is located in the second floor complemented by seasonal exposure and accomodations. Museum is focused around Thirty Years’ War and the history of the chateau and Ivanovice. The offices are on the third floor, and they are made for interacting with the public. Connection of the chateau and the garden is an important part of the design, and its done formally and informally using also the linear objects. The garden was divided into three units on the southern side: The symetrical garden, space for holding an accompanying events and park. The space on the northern side was divided for parking of the employees of Bioveta and parking for visiters of the Chateau. The garden is opened for public and new connection between north-west and south entrances was made.

Questo studio si propone di raccontare in quale particolare momento il tema dell’archivio sia diventato rilevante nell’arte, e quali ruoli, significati e forme abbia assunto nella pratica contemporanea. Lo slancio archivistico-tassonomico che percorre il Novecento non è una prerogativa esclusiva delle prime avanguardie, né delle rinnovate strategie di appropriazione, riadattamento e montaggio tipiche delle ultime tendenze dell’arte. Esso ha radici storico-filosofiche assai più profonde, che dalla modernità conducono a ritroso nel tempo in un incessante e vertiginoso desiderio di controllo e misurazione dell’io e della struttura generale del mondo, e riguarda da vicino il mutamento tecnico e concettuale globale avvenuto negli anni Sessanta e Settanta. Obiettivo di questa ricerca è tracciare un’ipotesi di lettura della rinascita contemporanea dell’archivio, attraverso tre esperienze artistiche contemporanee esemplari: Marcel Broodthaers (l’archivo come critica istituzionale), Hanne Darboven (l’archivio come cosmologia personale), Hans Haacke (l’archivio come impegno sociale e politico).
The purpose of this research is considering in which specific moment the issue of the archive became relevant in art, and which roles, meanings and forms it gained in contemporary practice. The archival and taxonomic impulse that goes through the entire 20th century is not an exclusive feature neither of the first Avant-gardes nor of the recent art tendencies with their strategies of appropriation, renovation and montage. It has much deeper historical and philosophical roots that from Modernity go backwards in time in a perpetual and vertiginous desire of control and measuring of both the self and the general structure of the world. And it concerns must of all the technical and conceptual revolution that took place in the Sixties and Seventies. The intent of this dissertation is to outline a reading hypothesis of the contemporary revival of the archive through three exemplary case studies: Marcel Broodthaers (the archive as institutional critique), Hanne Darboven (the archive as personal cosmology), Hans Haacke (the archive as social and political commitment).

Depuis la nuit des temps, le sujet se pose à lui-même la question de savoir ce qui il est. Chercher une parole pour la haine était une façon de mettre en évidence, au cœur de cette passion (la passion de la haine), l’être parlant, sa fatalité et sa révolte. Les hommes de la Grèce antique ont répondu par le mythe. Dans cette tentative de représenter la question des origines et de l’impossible, ils ont intégré la haine. La haine surgit comme un reste provenant de temps immémoriaux, elle est liée à la rencontre de l’humain avec le langage et, également, au mouvement qui l’éloigne de l’Autre, lieu du langage, pour prendre le risque de devenir sujet du désir. Il s’agit de repérer la haine et ses fonctions dans la subjectivité : cela implique de prendre en compte les façons adoptées par le sujet pour penser et traiter le réel auquel il a affaire. Le mythe et la tragédie, mettant en récit les pires violences (le matricide, l’inceste, le cannibalisme, l’infanticide, le parricide, le meurtre, le massacre), situent une haine qui peut, ainsi que les récits le présentent, se déchaîner si elle n’est pas traitée par le symbolique. Les crimes semblent ignorer l’écoulement des siècles, ils se répètent inlassablement, et la haine reste une compagne constante des positions du sujet face à son destin. Or, si le sujet maintient sa quête d’explication des pulsions destructrices qui l’occupent, et s’il tente toujours d’énoncer comment sa subjectivité se tient avec l’époque qui l’accueille, il ne peut pas faire appel au mythe, ni à un quelconque discours de portée universelle reconnaissant ses solutions singulières pour traiter sa propre altérité. Face à un discours qui cherche à « enterrer » le sujet de la parole, au fondement de la civilisation et du lien social, la littérature et l’art prennent le relais et proposent des représentations susceptibles « d’entourer » la passion haineuse, et de mobiliser le sujet du désir. La psychanalyse répond, de son côté, par la prise en considération des solutions singulières et de la responsabilité éthique, tant du clinicien que de l’analysant, dans leur maintien, leur restauration, leur changement
Since the dawn of time, the subject has wondered about what he is. Looking for a hate speech was a way to highlight the speaking being, his fate and his rebellion, in the center of this passion (the passion of hate). Men from Ancient Greece responded through myth. In their attempt to represent the question of the origins and of the impossible, they integrated hate. Hate arises like remnants from immemorial time; it is linked to human encounter with language and with movement separating it away from the Other, the place of language, in order to take the risk of becoming the subject of desire. Tracing hate and its functions in subjectivity: this implies to take into account the ways adopted by the subject to think and deal with real. Myth and tragedy, taking into account the worst human violence (matricide, incest, cannibalism, infanticide, parricide, murder, massacre), put into place a hate that can, as tales depict it, lash out if it is not treated by the symbolic. Crimes seem to ignore the flow of centuries and are repeated endlessly, and hate remains a constant companion of the positions of the subject facing his destiny. However, if the subject maintains his quest to explain the destructive impulses that occupy him, and if he always tries to state how his subjectivity is held together with the age in which he lives, he cannot appeal to myth, nor to any speech of universal scope acknowledging his own singular solutions to deal with his own alterity. Facing a discourse attempting to "bury" the subject of speech, at the foundation of civilization and of social ties, literature and art take over and offer performances which can "surround" the hateful passion, and mobilize the subject of desire. Psychoanalysis responds, in turn, by the consideration of singular solutions and ethical responsibility of the clinician and the analysand, in their maintenance, restoration and changes

The phrase ‘de-materialisation of the art object’ has frequently assumed the mistaken role of a universal definition for original conceptual art. My art practice has prompted me to reconsider the history of the term dematerialisation to research another type of conceptual art, one that embraces materiality and incorporates cerebral handmade methods, as evidenced in the practice of the German artist Hanne Darboven. This thesis will establish that materiality and the handmade – the subjective – was embraced by certain original conceptual artists. Furthermore, it argues that within art practices that use concepts, the cerebral handmade can function to prolong the artist’s conceptual deliberation and likewise instigate a nonlinear conscious inquisitiveness in the viewer. My practice-based methodologies for this research involved analogue photography, drawing, an artist residency, exhibition making, publishing, artist talks and interdisciplinary collaborations with various practices of knowledge. The thesis reconsiders the definition of conceptual art through an analysis of the original conceptual art practices initiated in New York City during the 1960s and 1970s that utilised handmade methods. I review and reflect upon the status of the cerebral handmade in conceptual art through a close study of the work of Hanne Darboven, whose work since 1968 has been regularly included in conceptual art exhibitions. I discuss the many contradictions embedded in her practice, and establish how critics and theorists consistently simplified her work by predominately focusing on the conceptual aspects of her art practice. The thesis maps and analyses the historically disregarded fact that Darboven’s practice depended on materiality, as present in both her intensively temporal handmade processes and her methodologies of collecting. To explore the current legacy of this analysis I contextualise contemporary encounters related to fine art practice and conclude with a dialogue, artist-to-artist, with Lucy Skaer.

This historical research since the origins, from the first texts written by mankind, try to recount the mind path (or way) from where these notions of hate and love emerge from sexuality and are expressed through mythology via a process both conscious but also unconscious from generation to generation. Therefore, this retrospection tries to discover the unique origin of love and hate that bursts from all humanity from historical times, and even before when a common culture was elaborated as an individual personality, transition of man toward and within temporality, symbolic and imaginary. Anaximandre, Zoroastre, Empédocle d’Agrigente, Platon, Nietzsche, then Freud and Lacan state that the emergence of Man in the dimension of temporality, and subsequently in the language, is consubstancial (or integral part of) of his emancipation from the nature, but he is compelled to pay this transition by hate and love

L’objectif de ce travail de recherche est d’analyser les procédés discursifs et les stratégies argumentatives dans la construction du bouc-émissaire, de l’ennemi de l’intérieur dans le discours de haine. En ayant recours aux concepts clés tels que la « violence verbale », le « discours de haine », le « bouc-émissaire », la visée de mon travail consiste à comprendre quels sont les différents moyens linguistiques auxquels les locuteurs ont recouru durant cette période de crise que la Tunisie a connu depuis 2011 afin de se disputer le pouvoir politique et d’instaurer une idéologie naissante une idéologie extrémiste. Comment certains, dans le cadre d’un discours politico-religieux, usent des différents types d’argument ; logiques, pathémiques et éthiques pour disqualifier l’autre, l’isoler ? Comment, recourt-on à différents actes de langage axés sur la condamnation (la menace, l’insulte, la malédiction, l’apostasie et la condamnation à mort) pour ? À travers une vision conspirationniste peut-on déclencher une mise en marche de la diabolisation de l’autre dans le but d’en construire une parfait bouc-émissaire ? Ces questions ont été étudiées à travers un corpus qui comprend 638 pages de transcription d’enregistrements audiovisuels évoquant des interactions, des discours ayant tournés autour d’un événement culturel controversé qui s’appelait : Le printemps des arts Tunis 2012, suite auquel le pays a sombré dans un véritable épisode de violence. La nature violente de ces événements représente la principale raison d’adopter une méthode néthnographique dans ce travail de recherche.Les analyses révèlent une volonté de la part des uns et des autres de s’accaparer le pouvoir en instaurant ainsi une hégémonie culturelle au service d’un régime totalitaire
The objective of this research work is to analyze the discursive processes and the argumentative strategies in the construction of the scapegoat, of the enemy within in hate speech. By using key concepts such as "verbal violence", "hate speech", "scapegoat", the aim of my work is to understand what the different linguistic means to which speakers are have resorted during this period. crisis that Tunisia has known since 2011 in order to compete for political power and to establish a nascent ideology an extremist ideology. How some, in the context of a politico-religious discourse, use different types of argument; logical, pathemic and ethical to disqualify the other, to isolate him? How are different condemnation-oriented speech acts (threat, insult, curse, apostasy, and death sentence) used for? Through a conspiratorial vision, can we trigger the demonization of the other in order to build a perfect scapegoat? These questions were studied through a corpus which includes 638 pages of transcription of audiovisual recordings evoking interactions, speeches having revolved around a controversial cultural event which was called: The spring of the arts Tunis 2012, following which the country sank into a real episode of violence. The violent nature of these events is the main reason for adopting a nethnographic method in this research work. The analyzes reveal a desire on the part of both sides to seize power by thus establishing a cultural hegemony in the service of a totalitarian regime

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka och få kunskap om elevers upplevelse av sin situation på en skola som bedriver ART- programmet och arbetar för integrering av ART i övrig undervisning och verksamhet.(ART - Aggression Replacement Training) Vi har även forskat i hur lärarna på den specifika skolan upplever situationen för eleverna i såväl skolgång som socialt samt hur lärarna arbetar med ART. Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod där intervjuer med sammanlagt sju informanter ligger som grund för vårt forskningsresultat. Till vår kvalitativa undersökning kopplar vi bland annat teorin om fenomenologi, vilken utgår från en strävan att åsidosätta vår tidigare empiri och genom det få möjlighet att gripa tag i den subjektiva erfarenheten hos informanten. Vi vill också lyfta fram begreppet kontextualism, det vill säga att vi har en vilja att undersöka individer i det sammanhang de befinner sig i. Resultatet av intervjuerna med informanterna visar att lärarna anser att de ser en stor förändring hos elever som placeras på den specifika skola vi undersökt samt vilka genomgått eller genomgår ART: s program. De menar att efter genomgånget program visar eleverna prov på mognad och utveckling vilket resulterar i en positiv förändring i både skolarbetet samt i den sociala situationen. De ser en fördel med att ha ART integrerad i övrig verksamhet förutom de lektioner som är avsedda för programmet. Eleverna upplevde även de en förändring i sin livssituation sedan de börjat på den specifika skolan och deltagit i ART-programmet. De ansåg att ART hjälpt dem att hantera sin aggressivitet och givit dem verktyg för att kunna handla annorlunda. De uttryckte att det som skiljde deras förra skola från den nya är att de på den nya skolan får det stöd de behöver, till exempel genom ART:s metoder och strategier, samt att det finns fler pedagoger per elev och att klasserna är mindre. Följden av detta är att eleverna upplevde att deras koncentration ökade vilket resulterat i att skolgången blivit förbättrad. Slutsatsen av undersökningen är att ART integrerat i en skolverksamhet kan stödja aggressiva elever i att bryta sitt beteende. Vidare är slutsatsen att lärare och elever som ingår i en verksamhet med ART integrerad upplever skolsituationen som mer hållbar och positivt utvecklande än då eleverna ingick i en skolverksamhet utan ART eller där ART inte var integrerad i övrig verksamhet och i bemötande av eleverna.

Information extracted from monitored data is susceptible to uncertainties and not reliable to be used for structural investigations. Finite element model updating (FEMU) is an accredited framework which aims to improve the accuracy of FEMs of real structures. However, FEMU faces barriers to achieving efficiency and addressing uncertainties. This study aims to develop a probabilistic approach based on Modular Bayesian approach (MBA) to address challenges in the application of FEMU. Moreover, this research proposes an integration between MBA and structural reliability analysis to assess the performance of structures during their lifespan. The feasibility of approach is demonstrated on two structures.

Flexor tendon repair of the hand and rehabilitation are frequently discussed between hand surgeons and therapists. This is mainly due to the poor outcomes commonly achieved after this type of surgery. There are many patients in public hospitals in South Africa who require flexor tendon repair surgery. They are regularly sent to therapists for rehabilitation, where the early passive motion protocol is commonly implemented. Although the early active motion protocol has yielded improved results globally, there is limited evidence on the comparison of the outcomes of these two protocols in the South African context. The aim of the study was to compare the outcomes of an early active motion protocol to the outcomes of an early passive motion protocol in patients with zone II to IV flexor tendon repairs of the hand, attending rehabilitation at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital. The study was a quantitative single-blinded comparative controlled trial. Forty-six patients who sustained a zone II-IV flexor tendon injury were recruited for the study and equally distributed between the two groups (early active motion and early passive motion). Out of these participants, 11 did not return for the initial assessment at four weeks post-surgery and were therefore excluded. There were 19 participants in the early active motion group and 16 participants in the early passive motion group. Results were collected and classified at 4, 8 and 12 weeks post-surgery. Data collection took place from December 2014 to January 2016 in the Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital Hand Unit. At 12 weeks post-surgery, the total active motion, fingertip to table, and distal palmar crease measurements were similar between the two groups. Tendon rupture occurred in 8.57% (n=3, early active motion = 5.71%, early passive motion = 2.86%) of patients. This study found that there was no difference in outcomes between the two groups. Therefore, either protocol could be implemented in South African public hospitals. However, since the early active motion protocol takes less time to implement, this protocol is recommended. A study with a greater magnitude would be necessary to determine a significant comparison between the two groups; however, this is challenging due to poor patient compliance.

« On ne pense bien qu’aux extrêmes » disait Louis Althusser. Pourtant, loin d’évoquer la réflexion, la notion d’extrême semble davantage s’incarner aujourd’hui dans des menaces diverses. Al-Qaïda, Daech, Boko Haram, mais également extrême-gauche, extrême-droite, hooliganisme, Black Blocs etc. L’omniprésence du danger extrémiste tel qu’il est présenté par le discours médiatique et politique ne rend pas pour autant saisissable la notion. Largement oubliée par les textes législatifs et réglementaires, absente de la doctrine juridique et peu développée par la jurisprudence, la notion d’extrémisme n’est pourtant pas ignorée par le droit. Appréhendé ponctuellement, pour ne pas dire émotionnellement, par un ensemble de textes épars, l’extrémisme ne fait l’objet d’aucune approche générique en droit français. L’objet de ce travail de recherche n’est pas simplement de présenter les diverses manifestations de l’extrémisme telles qu’identifiées par le droit, mais de vérifier, par une approche globale rarement retenue, le postulat selon lequel, à l’instar des approches sociologique ou politique, le discours juridique appréhende l’extrémisme comme une remise en cause de l’ordre démocratique. Or, la sauvegarde de cet ordre démocratique, au fondement de tout l’ordonnancement juridique des démocraties libérales, apparaît ambivalente et paradoxale. Si l’État de droit est l’un des vecteurs fondamentaux de l’ordre démocratique, celui-ci ne devrait pas connaître de limitation juridique. Pourtant, confronté à sa remise en cause, l’État démocratique se doit d’organiser sa défense. Dès lors, pour lutter contre les divers extrémismes qui contestent leurs principes ontologiques, les démocraties vont être conduites à limiter l’exercice de droits qui forment pourtant leur socle, plaçant cette lutte au cœur d’un véritable paradoxe démocratique
« We think best in the extreme » said Louis Althusser. However, the notion of the extreme seems more than ever to evoke various menaces in today's world. Al-Qaïda, Daech, Boko Haram, but also far left, far right winged politics, hooliganism, Black Blocs etc. The omnipresent danger of extremism as it is presented in the media and in politics has kept us away from its true meaning. Heavily forgotten by laws and regulations, absent from legal doctrine, and seldomly brought up in jurisprudence, the notion of extremism is however not ignored in Law. Apprehended occasionally, even emotionally, by a variety of texts, extremism is not considered in a global manner in French law. Within a global approach, this study presents the various manifestations of the extremism in order to verify if the legal discourse, like sociological and political approaches, apprehends extremism as a questioning of the democratic order. However, the safeguarding of this democratic order, the foundation of the whole legal system of liberal democracies, appears ambivalent and paradoxical. If the Rule of law is one of the fundamental vectors of democratic order, it mustn’t know any juridical limitations. However, confronted to its questioning, democratic State must organize its defense. Thus, to fight against the various extremisms which contest their ontological principals, democracies will be led to reduce the exercise of rights which constitute their base, placing this struggle in the center of a considerable democratic paradox

A partir de un estudio realizado en el año 2019 por la empresa de Investigación de Mercados Euromonitor, se identificó que la valorización del mercado de bebidas calientes en Perú, se encuentra en 134.8 millones de dólares; en este mercado se encuentran las infusiones. Este indicador refleja que hay oportunidad de crecimiento; por lo cual se deberían aprovechar todas las plantas medicinales oriundas de nuestro país para la producción de infusiones. De esta manera, se plantea la idea de negocio “Té Hana”, un negocio dedicado a producir infusiones 100% artesanales de plantas medicinales oriundas del Perú, como Muña, Matico y otras producidas netamente en la zona del Perú. Las propiedades de las plantas son beneficiosas para la salud. El proyecto tiene como objetivo desarrollar una idea de negocio rentable y en futuro lograr el posicionamiento de la marca en el mercado; aunque este tenga un alto nivel de competitividad. Nos planteamos la meta de lograr la diferenciación, para obtener esa ventaja y desarrollar la marca a lo largo de los años.
Currently, people are starting to change their lifestyle, choosing the ‘Healthy lifestyle’ trend. It leads to many different options, such as the increase in the consumption of herbal teas or infusions. If we take a look at a study made in 2019 by Euromonitor, which is a market research company, they stated that the current market worth is 134.8 million dollars, this is where our product, infusions, are categorized. It reveals that there is a lot of business opportunity in the mentioned market. And taking into account that Peru is a very biodiverse country with plenty of medicinal herbs, this should be an even greater business opportunity. Hence, we are proposing a business idea called “Té Hana” dedicated to producing 100% natural Peruvian handmade medicinal infusions, just as Muña, Matico, and so on. We are committed to a high standard product that is beneficial to the wellness of the consumer. This project has as its main objective to develop a profitable business model and, thinking forwards to the future, be able to get to the top of mind of our main consumers with a high level of competitiveness in a very diverse market. To accomplish this, we are mainly focusing on differentiating our product from the rest.

Vi har i denna uppsats diskuterat och belyst hur den optimala vägledningen skulle kunna se ut. Anledningen till detta är att vi planerar att starta ett eget företag inom vägledning och vi har genom detta examensarbete lagt grunden till en affärsidé kring hur vårt företag i framtiden kan arbeta med studie- och yrkesvägledning. Detta har vi gjort genom intervjuer med studie- och yrkesvägledare på Infoteket och Malmö högskola samt intervjuer med sökande som varit och besökt dessa verksamheter. Vi har kommit fram till att varken Malmö högskola eller Infoteket bedriver det som vi efter denna uppsats anser vara den optimala vägledningen. Verksamheterna har inte någon möjlighet att individanpassa vägledningen på ett sådant sätt att vi kallar det optimalt, de väljer ibland att inte klargöra ramar och samtalsinnehåll för de sökande dessutom känner de sökande ibland att de inte satt igång någon process överhuvudtaget när de gått därifrån. Utifrån detta arbete har vi insett att det krävs en hel del för att kunna erbjuda den optimala vägledningen. Det allra viktigaste, och kanske svåraste, som vi kommit fram till är att vägledningen alltid måste individanpassas. Det som är optimal vägledning för en sökande är inte den optimala för en annan. För att kunna individanpassa samtalen har vi kommit fram till att det krävs flexibilitet, resurser m.m. Detta för att kunna skapa ett forum där det finns möjlighet att anpassa miljön, samtalsklimatet och vägledningsprocessen till varje individ. Vi vill dock tillägga att det viktigaste av allt är att den optimala vägledningen ska utgå ifrån att den sökande känner sig nöjd och fått den hjälp som han eller hon var ute efter.

El presente trabajo es realizado por alumnos de la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, la idea de negocio se elaboró con el fin de ayudar en la alimentación de las personas y la practicidad o poco tiempo de los consumidores. Nuestro principal objetivo es la creación, distribución y comercialización de hand rolls de pollo furai y un Hand Roll de verduras y de regalo se dará a un vaso de chicha completamente gratis. Se identificó que el principal problema es la falta de tiempo en la elaboración de alimentos, snacks saludables, alimentos en la media mañana o media tarde, por lo que se busca ayudar a estas personas a que ahorren tiempo y sean más prácticos; por lo que se creó un pack de Hand Roll listos para disfrutar. Yan Ken Roll surge de la sinergia de las palabras “Yan ken Po”, siendo un nombre original y único, sobre todo una marca peruana. Este pack de Hand Roll tendrá los ingredientes básicos son el pollo, el arroz y las verduras. Será distribuida de forma únicamente por delivery, principalmente al distrito de San Miguel y aledaños. Finalmente, determinamos que nuestro hand roll está orientada al público en general, sin embargo, nuestro público objetivo está representado por personas quienes buscan algo rápido al paso y nutritivo, que les permita mantener un estilo de vida saludable y a la vez poder satisfacer su alimentación. Nuestro propósito es que YAN KEN ROLL transcienda y se sitúe en el top of mind del consumidor.
This work is carried out by students of the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, the business idea was developed in order to help feed people and the practicality or short time of consumers. Our main objective is the creation, distribution and commercialization of furai chicken hand rolls and a vegetable hand roll and as a gift it will be given to a glass of chichi completely free. It was identified that the main problem is the lack of time in the preparation of food, healthy snacks, food in the mid-morning or mid-afternoon, so it seeks to help these people to save time and be more practical; reason why a pack of Hand Roll ready to enjoy was created. Yan Ken Roll arises from the synergy of the words "Yan ken Po", being an original and unique name, especially a Peruvian brand. This pack of Hand Roll will have the basic ingredients are chicken, rice and vegetables. It will be distributed solely by delivery, mainly to the San Miguel district and surrounding areas. Finally, we determine that our hand roll is oriented to the general public, however, our target audience is represented by people who are looking for something fast-paced and nutritious, which allows them to maintain a healthy lifestyle and at the same time be able to satisfy their diet. Our purpose is for YAN KEN ROLL to transcend and be in the top of mind of the consumer.
