Penelitian bertujuan untuk: 1) Menemukan resep otak-otak ikan gabus. 2) Menemukan formula otak-otak ikan gabus. 3) Mengetahui teknik olah pembuatan otak-otak ikan gabus. 4) Mengetahui tingkat kesukaan panelis terhadap otak-otak ikan gabus. 5) Mengetahui kandungan gizi pada otak-otak ikan gabus dengan metode analisis proksimat. 6) Mengetahui perubahan kadar albumin pada otak-otak ikan gabus selama pengolahan. 7) Mengetahui porsi otak-otak ikan gabus untuk memenuhi kecukupan albumin. Penelitian dilakukan bulan September 2020 – April 2021. Produk dibuat di kitchen STP Sahid Surakarta, tempat analisa gizi dilakukan di CV. Chem-Mix Pratama, Banguntapan Bantul. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis proksimat dan analisis albumin. Sampel yang dilakukan adalah : ikan gabus segar, otak-otak ikan tenggiri dan otak-otak ikan gabus. Analisis kadar air dengan metode oven vaccum, analisis kadar abu (metode penetapan total abu), analisa kadar lemak (metode Soxhlet), analisa protein (metode Kjeldahl), analisis karbohidrat (metode by different) dan analisis albumin (metode Lowry). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data varian (ANAVA) dan LSD untuk mengetahui perubahan kandungan gizi pada otak-otak ikan gabus dan uji kesukaan pada otak-otak ikan gabus, selanjutnya perhitungan AKG dan diteruskan labeling gizi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1). Resep otak-otak ikan gabus yang digunakan adalah 120 gr daging ikan gabus, 70 gr es batu, 7 gr garam, 1 gr phosmix mp, 60 gr tepung tapioka, 20 gr tepung maizena, 7 gr modified starc ultra-k, 8 gr gula pasir, 20 gr bawang putih, 10 gr daun bawang. 2) Formula yang digunakan untuk membuat otak-otak ikan gabus yaitu bahan utama menggunakan 100% ikan gabus, bahan tambahan antara lain es batu 58,33% dari bahan utama, phosmix MP 0,83%, garam 5,83%, tepung tapioka 50%, tepung maizena 16,67 %, modified starch ultara-k 5,83%, gula pasir 6,67%, bawang putih 8,33% dan daun bawang 8,33% dari bahan utama. 3) Mengetahui teknik olah pembuatan otak-otak ikan gabus meliputi beberapa tahap, yaitu: seleksi bahan, penimbangan bahan, pemotongan bahan, penghalusan, pencampuran, pembentukan adonan dan pengukusan. Sedangkan penyelesaian akhir bisa memilih teknik olah kukus, teknik olah goreng dan teknik olah bakar. 4) Tingkat kesukaan panelis terhadap otak-otak ikan gabus yang didapatkan adalah otak-otak ikan gabus dengan penyelesaian akhir teknik olah goreng. 5) Kadar proksimat pada otak-otak ikan gabus adalah kadar air sebesar 47,11%, kadar lemak sebesar 3,48%, kadar protein sebesar 13,79%, kadar abu sebesar 2,92% dan kadar karbohidrat sebesar 32,69%. 6) Perubahan kadar albumin total dari ikan gabus segar ke otak-otak ikan gabus mengalami penurunan sebesar 83,4633%. Penggantian ikan tenggiri menjadi ikan gabus menyebabkan kadar albumin otak-otak ikan meningkat sebesar 40,7487 %. 7) Otak-otak ikan gabus sebanyak 76 gram (1 bungkus otak-otak ikan gabus, isi 4 buah), memiliki kandungan lemak total 264,36 gram dapat mencukupi kebutuhan gizi usia umum sebesar 426,39 %. Kandungan protein totalnya 1048,43 gram dapat mencukupi AKG sebesar 1747,28 %. Kandungan karbohidrat total 2484,94 gram dapat mencukupi AKG sebesar 828,31 %. Kandungan albumin total 182,76 g/dl dapat mencukupi AKG sebesar 3514,61 %.

Khasiat kesehatan ikan gabus (C. striata) telah dikenal secara luas dan saat ini C. striata telah digunakan sebagai bahan baku industri produk suplemen. Tingginya permintaan akan produk suplemen tersebut menimbulkan masalah pada ketersediaan C. striata yang sebagian besar ditangkap dari sungai dan danau sebagai tempat hidupnya. Ikan gabus budidaya dipercaya memiliki kualitas tidak sebaik ikan gabus alam.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai komposisi kimia, termasuk albumin dan potensi ekstrak protein kasar ikan gabus alam dan hasil budidaya sebagai antioksidan dan anti hipertensi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ikan gabus alam dan hasil budidaya memiliki kadar protein yang tidak berbeda secara nyata, tetapi berbeda pada kadar air, abu, dan lemak. Ikan gabus alam memiliki kadar lemak dan abu lebih rendah tetapi kadar air lebih tinggi dibanding ikan gabus budidaya. Ikan dari kedua sumber memiliki bagian yang dapat dimakan atau edible portion (EP) sebesar 36%,dengan kadar mineral makro (Na, K, Ca) dan mikro (Zn, Fe) pada ikan hasil budidaya lebih tinggi dibanding kedua kelompok mineral pada ikan gabus alam. Kadar albumin ikan gabus alam lebih tinggi daripada kadar albumin ikan gabus budidaya. Namun demikian, hasil analisis asam amino menunjukkan bahwa ikan gabus hasil budidaya memiliki kuantitas asam amino yang lebih tinggi daripada ikan gabus alam. Asam amino non essensial dominan adalah alanin, asam aspartat, glisin, alloisoleusin, prolin, dan glutamin, sedangkan asam amino esensial didominasi oleh leusin, lisin, dan fenilalanin. Kedua ikan gabus yang diperoleh dari tempat yang berbeda tersebut memiliki bioaktivitas sebagai antioksidan yang lemah, namun berpotensi sebagai antihipertensi (penghambat Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE)) dengan kekuatan 1/10 kekuatan kontrol obat hipertensi captopril.

Ikan gabus (Channa striata) merupakan salah satu jenis ikan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi. Pemanfaatan ikan gabus berbagai ukuran dari kecil sampai besar menyebabkan kebutuhan ikan gabus semakin meningkat. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan strategi budidaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ikan gabus. Ikan gabus yang mampu bertahan hidup dalam kondisi yang kurang memadai adalah pilihan jenis ikan yang cocok untuk dibudidayakan. Khususnya pada lahan gambut untuk mengoptimalkan potensi yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi lahan gambut melalui budidaya ikan gabus teknik pemijahan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah melalui studi literatur (literature review) dari berbagai sumber seperti artikel jurnal, artikel prosiding, buku dan sumber lain yang valid. Strategi yang harus dilakukan, yaitu melakukan pemijahan semi alami untuk mempercepat perkembangbiakan ikan gabus dan penambahan vitamin C untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dari ikan gabus.

Ikan Gabus merupakan satu jenis ikan yang sering dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat karena mempunyai ciri khas cita rasa yang enak, dan lezat seperti ikan air tawar pada umumnya, ikan Gabus juga tidak pernah bebas dari yang namanya penyakit. Penyakit pada ikan Gabus adalah perubahan suatu keadaan fisik dan morfologi yang tidak normal akibat infeksi bakteri dan parasit. Para peternak perlu melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap ikan gabus, terutama pada aspek kesehatan. Apabila peternak menganggap sepele hal tersebut, maka kerugian pun dapat mengancam peternak itu sendiri. Aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhi munculnya penyakit pada ikan Gabus antara lain kondisi dari air dia hidup, kontaminasi bakteri atau jamur, dan tata cara pembudidayaan ikan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membantu para peternak ikan gabus adalah dengan menghadirkan suatu sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit pada ikan gabus menggunakan metode dempster shafer. Implementasi metode dempster shafer pada perangkat lunak sistem pakar mampu membantu orang awan dalam mengetahui jenis penyakit yang diderita oleh ikan gabus berdasarkan gejala dan rule inferensi yang telah diatur didalam sistem pakar. Hasil perhitungan metode dampster shafer didapatkan ikan gabus dengan gejala penyakit kulit kasar.(G1), pendarahan pada kulit (G5), aktifitas menurun (G8), dan timbul bintik putih (G11), maka ikan gabus tersebut memiliki kepastian terjangkit penyakit bakteri Aeromonas hydrophlla (P1) sebanyak 2,8% (0,028) dan bakteri Flavobacterium sp. (P3) sebanyak 2,4% (0,024) sehingga pada sistem pakar yang dibangun memiliki tingkat akurasi cukup tinggi dalam mendiagnosa penyakit bakteri dan parasit pada ikan Gabus. Ikan gabus (Channa striata) merupakan ikan karnivora yang banyak ditangkap karena rasa dagingnya yang gurih. Keberadaan ikan gabus di Indonesia menyebar dengan sangat luas, namun ancaman terhadap anakan gabus secara terus menerus dapat berakhir dengan kepunahan. Hal ini menjadi penting untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Target Strength (TS) dengan panjang total anakan ikan Gabus (Channa striata), dengan menggunakan instrumen echosounder SIMRAD EK15 untuk manajemen sumber daya, serta mengevaluasi kesehatan populasi ikan gabus. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan 15 ekor ikan gabus dengan rentang panjang badan ikan 10-15 cm, memiliki rentang nilai TS rata-rata -46,80 dB sampai -45,01 dB. Hubungan antara panjang total ikan gabus dan nilai target strength mempunyai hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,8531 dan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,7279, dengan persamaan TS= 64,439ln(L) -215,66.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan hasil prduksi tanaman selada dan ikan gabus dengan sistem akuaponik serta Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepadatan ikan gabus terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman selada.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan perlakuan kepadatan ikan gabus. Perlakuan adalah G1 = 0 ekor ikan gabus, G2 = 10 ekor ikan gabus, G3 =20 ekor ikan gabus, G4 = 30 ekor ikan gabus dan G5 = 40 ekor ikan gabus. Tiap perlakuan diulang 3 kali, sehingga diperoleh 15 unit percobaan. Dari setiap unit percobaan terdapat 10 sampel tanaman, sehingga total keseluruhan sampel tanaman adalah 150 Tanaman. Persiapan penelitian ini mencangkup dari persiapan benih, seleksi benih, pembutan aquaponik, penyemaian, penanaman, pemeliharaan, pengamatan dan panen. Pemberian ikan gabus dilakukan dengan cara Bentuk sediaan kapsul mengandung ikan gabus yang akan dikonsumsi ibu nifas yang mengalami luka perineum selama 8 hari dengan dosis 2x2 kapsul. uji beda independent sample t tes jika berdistribusi normal dan jika tidak berdistribusi nomrla gunakan uji mann- whitney Hasil: adanya efektivitas ekstrak ikan gabus terhadap lama penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu nifas yang mengalami ruptur perineum Tahun 2024, dengan pvalue 0,00. Kesimpulan dan Saran: Berikan edukasi kepada wanita tentang konsumsi ekstrak ikan gabus dalam mempercepat penyembuhan luka perineum.

Tepung maizena adalah pati yang didapatkan dari endosperma biji jagung, mempunyai ciri khas berupa warna putih dan tekstur halus.Ikan gabus merupakan salah satu jenis ikan air tawar yang memiliki kandungan protein yang tinggi. Selain itu ikan gabus memiliki daging yang banyak, pengolahan ikan gabus sebagai nugget agar tidak cepat mengalami pembusukan dengan penambahan tepung maizena agar tekstur dan rasa pada ikan gabus memiliki ciri khas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh penambahan tepung maizena terhadap nugget ikan gabus (Channa striata) terhadap mutu organoleptik kadar proteindan kadar air. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental yaitu dengan rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam percobaan ini adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), yang terdiri dari ikan gabus dan tepung maizena dengan 3 kali perlakuan dan pengulangan. P1 5% :95%, P2 10%:90% dan P3 15%:85%. Data Variabel kimia diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji kadar protein dan Uji organoleptik dianalisi dengan menggunakna sidik ragam (ANOVA). Berdasarkan hasil mutu organoleptik nugget ikan gabus pada porposi tepung maizena terhadap warna nugget P1 (5%), pada rasa P1 (5%), Aroma P1 (5%) dan pada tekstur P3(15%) kadar protein nugget ikan gabus dengan penambahan tepung maizena pada perlakuan P1 dengan penambahan tepung maizena 5% : ikan gabus 85% menghasilkan protein 15,86%.dan kadar air 1,62%.

Ikan gabus (Channa striata) merupakan jenis ikan air tawar yang bersifat predator, aktif di malam hari dan senang bersembunyi. Untuk mengembangkan budidaya ikan gabus pada kolam terkontrol, perlu dipelajari kebiasaan hidupnya di alam. Pada habitat alaminya ikan gabus sering ditemukan di beberapa tempat yang memiliki substrat dasar berbeda. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk mendapatkan teknik pemeliharaan benih ikan gabus dengan substrat dasar pasir. Kolam yang digunakan berukuran 3 m x 2 m x 1 m yang dilapisi terpal. Ketinggian substrat pasir yang digunakan yaitu 5 cm dari dasar kolam. Kolam diisi air hingga ketinggian 30 cm. Benih ikan gabus yang berukuran 6,06 ± 0,6 cm dan bobot rata-rata 2,12 ± 0,01 g. Padat tebar pada setiap kolam yaitu 100 ekor/m3. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan teknik pemeliharaan benih ikan gabus yang dipelihara pada substrat dasar pasir ternyata dapat memberikan kinerja pertumbuhan dan sintasan cukup baik, yaitu dengan sintasan 78%-88%, sehingga disarankan untuk pemeliharaan ikan gabus yang dilakukan dalam kolam atau wadah menggunakan substrat dasar pasir.KATA KUNCI:

The theoretical part of the paper discusses the experience of educating extremely capable children in Lithuania and abroad, it also analyses the aspects of capable children‘s perception. In the research section of the paper the artistic – creative and perceptive – sociocultural competences of an 5 – 7 year old child are analysed. The study of the sources of referente has revealed that a highly capable child is likely to display the following qualities: curiousity, liveliness, keenness for exploration, creativity and sensitivity for beauty. The results of the research support the hypothesis that capable children have notable pecularities of perceptive – sociocultural competence: they tend to be intenested in technologies, they are originali n their way of thinking, have broad interests and are especialy good in logical thinking; they also quickly understand new information and use it skillfully.

Tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti gabių mokinių intelekto ir nerimo sąsajas keturioliktaisiais – penkioliktaisiais gyvenimo metais. Šiuo darbu siekiama nustatyti ar gabūs mokiniai patiria aukštesnį nerimo lygį, juos lyginant su vidutinius gabumus turinčiais mokiniais ir ar geriau besimokantys vaikai patiria aukštesnį nerimo lygį lyginant su prasčiau besimokančiais vaikais. Taip pat buvo siekiama sužinoti ar vaikų mokymosi pažangumas priklauso nuo tėvų mokslinių pasiekimų ir ar gabių moksleivių tėvai yra labiau išsilavinę. Tyrimas buvo atliekamas naudojant R. Amthauerio IST-70 testą, vaikų intelektui nustatyti, nerimo lygiui nustatyti buvo naudotas T. A. Нeмчин „Nerimo pasireiškimo skalės“ antrasis testas. Šiomis metodikomis buvo ištirti vienos Kauno gimnazijos 199 mokiniai iš 8 devintųjų klasių, 3 anketos buvo atmestos, dėl neatsakytų klausimų. Gabiųjų mokinių kategorijai buvo priskirti tie mokiniai, kurių IQ lygus arba didesni už 115. Tyrimas atskleidė, kad nerimo lygis nesusijęs su tuo ar vaikas yra gabus, ar pasižymi vidutiniais gebėjimais, statistiškai reikšmingas skirtumas nestebimas (p>0,05). 44,4% geriau besimokančių mokinių patiria aukštą nerimo lygį kai tuo tarpu aukštą nerimo lygį patiria tik 25,3% prasčiau besimokančių mokinių, šios grupės statistiškai reikšmingai skiriasi (p<0,019). Tyrimas atskleidė, kad moksleivių intelektiniai gebėjimai nesusiję su lyties faktoriumi, bet nerimo lygis susijęs – mergaitės pasižymi didesniu nerimu nei berniukai (p<0,0001). Buvo nustatyta... The aim of the work is to determine a connection between intellect and anxiety of gifted pupils of age 14-15 and to find out whether gifted pupils experience a higher level of anxiety compared to pupils of the average talent, as well as whether pupils who learn well are more anxious than pupils who learn worse. This Master’s thesis also aims to analyze whether pupils’ progressiveness depends on their parents’ study achievements and whether pupils who learn well have better educated parents. R. Amthauer test (IST-70) was used to measure children’s intellect level and T. A. Нeмчин second test of The Scale of Anxiety Manifest was used to measure children’s anxiety level. These methods were used in a survey involving 199 9th year pupils from one Kaunas gymnasium, 3 questionnaires were rejected due to unanswered questions. Pupils, who IQ were equal or more than 115, were classified to gifted children. The research showed that the level of anxiety does not depend on whether a child is gifted or has an average talent, a statistically significant difference was not observed (p>0,05). 44,4 % of pupils who learn well experience a high level of anxiety compared to only 25,3 % of pupils who learn worse and also experience a high level of anxiety, a statistically significant difference was observed (p<0,019). Cette thèse s'attache à mettre en évidence les échanges entre l'art, l'ethnologie et l'anthropologie dans le cadre de l'exposition, des années 1930 aux années 1970. Elle s'appuie sur l'étude de trois grandes figures : Georges Henri Rivière, conservateur au musée d'ethnographie à Paris, son homologue Jean Gabus à Neuchâtel, et le commissaire d'exposition bernois Harald Szeemann. Les enjeux de cette étude sont multiples. Il s'agit d'abord de préciser la nature des échanges, plus ou moins directs, qui ont pu avoir lieu entre ces trois hommes et dans quelle mesure chacun s'est intéressé à la discipline de l'autre. La chronologie retenue, des années 1930 aux années 1970, ne semble pas évidente car elle comprend une période troublée par la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Harald Szeemann exerce en effet dans un contexte différent de celui des deux conservateurs. Et pourtant, ces années mouvementées sont aussi celles de l'évolution de l'ethnologie et de l'art vers des questionnements plus anthropologiques. L'enjeu ici est de démontrer que l'écart des années permet d'entrevoir une mutation tout à fait cohérente. Pour tenter de répondre à ces questionnements, cette étude s'intéressera tout d'abord aux moyens mis en œuvre et aux théories élaborées afin de porter un regard plus réflexif sur l'art au musée. Une deuxième partie détaillera les échanges disciplinaires visibles dans la muséographie des expositions organisées par les deux conservateurs et le commissaire d'exposition. Enfin, une dernière partie explorera ce que ces échanges disciplinaires mettent en jeu à l'échelle de la collection, de l'objet puis de l'œuvre au sein de l'exposition
This thesis seeks to highlight the exchanges between art, ethnology and anthropology in the context of the exhibition, from the 1930s to the 1970s. It is based on the study of three major figures: Georges Henri Rivière, curator at the Musée d'Ethnographie in Paris, his counterpart Jean Gabus in Neuchâtel, and the Bernese exhibition curator Harald Szeemann. The challenges of this study are multiple. First, it is a question of specifying the nature of the more or less direct exchanges, which could have taken place between these three men and of determining to what extent each was interested in the other's subject. The chronology chosen, from the 1930s to the 1970s, does not seem obvious because it includes a period undermined by the Second World War. Harald Szeemann worked in a different context from the one of the two museum curators. And yet, these eventful years are also those of the evolution of ethnology and art towards more anthropological questions. The challenge here is to demonstrate that the gap between the years allows us to catch a glimpse of a completely coherent mutation. To try to answer these questions, this study will first focus on the means implemented and the theories developed in order to take a more reflexive look at art in the museum. A second part will detail the visible disciplinary exchanges in the museography of the exhibitions organized by the two curators and the exhibition curator. Finally, a last part will explore what these disciplinary exchanges bring into play on the scale of the collection, the object and then the work within the exhibition

L’originalité du golfe de Gabès (Sud de la Tunisie) a été reconnue par les malacologistes depuis le19ème siècle mais reste mal définie. Les espèces de cette région présentent des caractères morphologiques qui ont conduit à l’établissement de variétés, sous-espèces et espèces faiblement caractérisées. Certains auteurs les traitent comme des taxons endémiques tandis que d'autres les considèrent comme de simples variants locaux d'espèces à large répartition méditerranéenne. Le manque d’information concernant la valeur taxonomique de ces caractères morphologiques ne permet pas de traiter de façon robuste la question de l’endémisme dans le golfe de Gabès. Le premier objectif est de réviser le statut taxonomique des mollusques du golfe de Gabès en s’appuyant sur une approche de taxonomie moléculaire. La confrontation des différents caractères a permis d’identifier ceux qui discriminent correctement les individus en espèces, d’éliminer à l’inverse ceux qui ne remplissent pas cette fonction et d’en redéfinir de nouveaux. Le deuxième objectif est de relier les particularités faunistiques du Golfe à ses caractéristiques océanographiques et de discuter les phénomènes de spéciation qui pourraient être à l’origine de l’endémisme. Nos analyses ont porté sur six genres: Jujubinus (Trochidae), Diodora (Fissurellidae), Ocinebrina, Muricopsis (Muricidae), Aplus (Buccinidae) et Tritia (Nassariidae). L’approche intégrative utilisée a permis de proposer des hypothèses de délimitation d’espèces que nous avons ensuite confrontées aux données morphologiques et géographiques. Au final, l’endémisme est confirmé dans certains cas mais l’hypothèse qu’une partie des espèces décrites du golfe de Gabès ne sont que des variétés éco phénotypiques est également attestée. Notre approche moléculaire a mis aussi en évidence l’existencede nouvelles espèces et d’espèces cryptiques insoupçonnées dans la Méditerranée. Finalement l’hypothèse que le golfe de Gabès est un centre de spéciation est retenue. Plus de données moléculaires (reliées à des données fossiles) d’autres groupes provenant de différentes localités (spécialement du golfe de Syrte) apparaissent toutefois nécessaires
The present Mediterranean marine fauna is the result of a history going back to the Messinian Salinity Crisis, with current biogeographical patterns mostly reflecting Quaternary to modern oceanographic conditions. The Gulf of Gabès, in southern Tunisia, is remarkable for its extreme ecological characteristics that distinguish it from "ambiant" Mediterranean conditions. Starting with the work of malacologists at the turn of the 19th-20th centuries, the molluscs of the Gulf of Gabès have been recognized as exhibiting morphological characters that set them apart from more typical forms that occur in the rest of the Mediterranean. At present, 6% of the species of the overall Gulf of Gabès mollusc fauna are treated as valid local endemics. Using an integrative taxonomy approach, combining molecular and morphological data, the objective of the study is to re-evaluate the status of these Gulf of Gabès local forms: are they valid, endemic species or do they represent ecophenotypic variation? Given the young geological age (6-8 ka) of the Gulf, where would local endemics have originated? The gastropod genera Jujubinus (Trochidae), Diodora (Fissurellidae), Tritia (Nassariidae) Ocinebrina (Muricidae), Muricopsis (Muricidae) and Aplus (Buccinidae) all have in common non-planktotrophic larval development. Our integrative approach confirms the validity of some of the endemic taxa, but also infirm that others are not valid species; molecular data also reveal unsuspected cryptic lineages both within and outside the Gulf. Regarding the question of the origin of the endemic species, various hypotheses have been proposed, one of them being that the Gulf of Gabès is a “speciation factory”. To formally test this hypothesis, more molecular data (coupled with fossil record data) are needed from other species groups and from other localities in the Mediterranean (specifically the Gulf of Syrte)

This thesis contributes to investigation of some critical factors that affect the corrosion behaviour of mild steel in coal seam gas (CSG) produced water (single phase) and explores mitigation approaches using eco-friendly corrosion inhibitors. This work includes the study of the effect of surface roughness, fluid flow, surface roughness, immersion time, water chemistry (bicarbonate ion, chloride ion and dissolved oxygen) on the electrochemical behaviour of mild steel in CSG-produced water and simulated conditions using rotating disc electrode (RDE). Ipomoea batatas leaf extract (IBLE) and the combination of sodium nitrite (NaNO2) and potassium iodide (KI) as corrosion inhibitors were studied.

Persistent organic pollutants (POPs) include several groups of industrial chemicals, pesticides or technical by-products with similar structures and chemical-physical properties. Their occurrence in Arctic wildlife has been documented since the beginning of the 1970s. The Arctic region is reported to be a “cold trap” for these chemicals that have been transported over long distances. In addition, due to the low temperature, limited biological activity and minimal incidence of sunlight, POP degradation is very slow in this remote area. The Greenland Shark Somniosus microcephalus is a top predator of cold seawaters that may reach a total length of up to six metres. For this reason, it is one of largest shark species in the world and presumably the largest fish in the Arctic. Very little is known about its biology including migrations or habitat preferences; however, a number of studies demonstrate that S. microcephalus may extend from the temperate North Atlantic Ocean to the Arctic Ocean, hunting actively throughout the water column in the Arctic Sea. Considering that the S. microcephalus is an opportunistic top predator, extremely long-lived with slow growth, the bioaccumulation process of pollutants generated by human activities might be enhanced. The aims of this thesis were firstly to assess the concentrations of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), polychlorobiphenyls (PCBs), brominated flame retardants (BFRs), polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDDs) and polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDFs) in the liver and muscle samples of S. microcephalus from Greenland seawaters and, secondly, to investigate whether POPs concentration is correlated to lipid content, gender and age. In addition, concentrations of DDT, PCB, polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) in the stomach contents of the Greenland shark and in the muscle of its prey (codfish and Greenland halibut) were measured to evaluate if biomagnification processes may occur. In the Greenland shark, the lipid content was 48 ± 10% in the muscle and 43 ± 17% in the liver. The relationships between lipid content and OCP, PCB, PBDE and HBCD concentrations were not statistically significant. Concentrations of DDTs, HCB, PeCB, PCBs and HBCDs were higher in muscle samples than those observed in the liver, while HCHs and PBDEs showed higher concentrations in the liver. Results showed higher concentrations of OCs in female sharks compared to those observed in males. In some cases, OCPs, PBDEs and HBCDs showed higher concentrations, mostly in the livers of the younger sharks, than those observed in almost all of the older sharks studied. TEQ concentrations were also calculated in three muscle samples and one shark liver sample to evaluate the potentially toxic effects of organic halogenated compounds on living organism. The biomagnification factor was calculated among pairs of Greenland shark-stomach content and Greenland shark-prey, where prey included Gadus ogac, Gadus morhua and Reinhardtius hippoglossoides. To our knowledge, this is the first investigation into POP bioaccumulation in the Greenland shark based on age differences and this is one of the few investigations on the transfer of POPs through the Greenland shark food chain. These baseline data on Arctic marine wildlife are particularly important, due to the geological prospect and mining activities which may affect the Arctic marine environments in the near future (Christiansen et al. 2014).

La présente thèse porte sur la problématique de l’eau d’irrigation dans les oasis périurbaines du gouvernorat de Gabès. Elle cherche à mettre en évidence, par un recours ponctuel au passé, les liens existant entre la raréfaction de l'eau, -les grandes mutations sociales, -le mode de gestion de cette ressource, - et la recomposition du système agricole oasien. Localisés sur un littoral de plus en plus attractif, côtoyant des agglomérations grandissantes, les espaces ruraux oasiens sont entrainés dans une dynamique d’urbanisation et de concentration humaine qui les soumet à des pressions et à des logiques de plus en plus variées, voire contradictoires. Notre travail met en avant les dynamiques en cours ainsi que la diversité socio-agro-spatiale au sein des oasis de Gabès. Il montre que le recul flagrant de l’activité agricole, illustré par l’abandon ou la reconversion en terrain bâti de plusieurs parcelles, n’a pas empêché l’apparition de nouvelles stratégies d’adaptation au nouveau contexte urbain, économique et social. L’identification des divers intervenants qui prennent part à la gestion de l’eau sur la scène locale, de leurs logiques et des nouvelles modalités de gouvernance de la ressource en eau qui se mettent en place en rapport avec les choix sociaux, économiques et politiques du pays ("décentralisation", "désengagement" "privatisation", "participation", etc. ) permet de mieux saisir la nature et la taille des enjeux sociaux, économiques et politiques posés. Nos conclusions dévoilent que le manque d’eau dans les oasis n’est pas uniquement physique et qu’il s’explique essentiellement par l’intensification des usages de la ressource comme par son mode de gouvernance. Les groupements d’intérêt collectif (GIC), structures sociales créées par l’Etat et censées assurer une gestion raisonnée et équitable de l’eau, sont à l’origine de raréfaction, de gaspillage économique, d’endettement et d’hiérarchisation des usagers. Notre proposition va dans le sens d’un développement durable des oasis périurbaines, conçues non seulement comme un espace agricole périurbain mais surtout comme un patrimoine multifonctionnel où s’enchevêtrent l’environnemental, l’économique, le social et le culturel
The present thesis deals with the problem of water irrigation in the peri – urban oases of the district of Gabes. Through a look-back at the past , the thesis tries to focus on the existing relations between the scarcity of water resources , the great social changes as well as the ways of management of this resource hence the reorganization of the agricultural system within the oasis. Being located close to a coastal area increasingly attractive that resulted in an urbanization wave the rural oases are facing an unprecedented shift caused by human pressure due to rural drift. Consequently, this shift has put the oases face to a paradox. As a matter of fact, this research is mainly interested in the current dynamics as well as in the social, agricultural and spatial diversity in the midst of the oasis of Gabes. It also reveals that the severe decline of agricultural activities, caused by either abandoning this traditional work or by urban expansion, has not prevented the advent of some new strategies of adaptation that would fit the new urban, economic and social context. However identifying the various contributors to water management on the local level , their logic and the modality of governing of the water resources which are linked to the social, economic and political choices of our country( decentralization- disengagement –privatization – contribution ) permits to better understand the nature and the level of both the economic and political factors at stake. The conclusion shows that the water scarcity in the oasis is not only physical but it is also the result of the overexploitation of the resources in addition to its governance mode. Unfortunately, the “ Group of collective interest” GIC which is a social structure created by the State in order to ensure a both reasonable and fair management of water, turned to be the main cause of its scarcity , waste ,debt and the discrimination between users. Thus it is recommended that a suitable policy be based on sustainable development of the oases as multifunctional heritage where the environmental, the economic, the social and the cultural aspects are kept in perfect harmony

Penyakit tumor mutiara (pearl-like nodul disease) yang disebabkan oleh virus dari genus Lymphocyctis, Family Iridoviridae merupakan salah satu kendala pada budidaya ikan gabus. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mendiskripsikan penyakit tumor mutiara (LCDV) pada ikan gabus dari identifikasi virus penyebabnya, cara deteksi dan pengendalian LCDV di akuakultur. Kondisi stress merupakan pemicu berkembangnya penyakit LCDV atau Lymphocystis Disease Virus ini pada tubuh ikan. Virus yang bersifat dermotropic ini menyebabkan penyakit yang bersifat self-limiting disease, atau dapat sembuh dengan sendirinya jika kondisi tubuh dan lingkungannya membaik. Deteksi level 1 seperti gejala klinis, level 2 melalui histopatologis dan level 3 yang bersifat konfirmasi dengan PCR, in situ hybridisasi maupun loop mediated isothermal amplification untuk skrining infeksi yang bersifat subklinis telah banyak digunakan. Gejala klinis yang khas adalah timbulnya tumor menyerupai buah anggur atau mutiara. Histopatologi yang pathognomonis adalah sel limfosit hipertrofi dikelilingi kapsul hyaline dan ditemukan basophilic intracytoplasmic inclusion. PCR konvensional dan qPCR digunakan untuk deteksi kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sinyal hibridisasi pada deteksi ISH menunjukkan adanya perkembangan virus di dalam tubuh ikan. Ikan dapat sembuh dengan sendirinya dan mempunyai kekebalan perolehan. Kondisi ikan yang sehat dan lingkungan yang baik dapat mencegah berkembangnya virus.

The East Natuna Basin comprises several sub-basinal areas which formed during the Tertiary as a result of extension relating to the opening of the South China Sea during the Oligocene and Early Miocene. Several small Oligocene half-grabens occur in the northern part of the area close to where the Tuna Block is located. They have a NE-SW trend and the sediments are relatively uniform in thickness, less than 2,600 ft thick, with regional thickness growth to the east towards the basin center. However in the Lower Miocene a more pronounced extensional episode enlarged the existing half grabens and generated large growth fault related sediment packages consisting predominantly of clastic sequences. Marine conditions in the Mid Miocene gave rise to carbonate development which continued to the latest Miocene with some very large reef related carbonate build-ups observed on seismic. In Late Miocene this area underwent further deformation caused by right lateral transtension which produced numerous NE-SW normal faults. This was then followed by a period of quiescence and deposition of the overlying Pliocene Muda Formation marine shales and clastics. The tectonically controlled, locally thick sequences of the Oligocene and Lower Miocene sediments indicate good potential for source and reservoir/seal pair rocks. Exploration in the East Natuna Basin began in the 1970’s, mainly targeting the Terumbu Formation carbonate buildups, which were easily mapped on the available 2D seismic data. Some discoveries were made and the most significant of which was the supergiant D Alpha gas field discovery by AGIP in 1973 containing over 220 TCF including +/- 71% CO2. However, the underlying clastics were not well imaged by the 2D seismic data and many of the wells drilled were not optimally located for testing the underlying Arang and Gabus clastic sections. The discovery of hydrocarbons in the Gabus and Lower Terumbu clastics in the Kuda Laut-1 and Singa Laut-1 wells by Premier Oil in 2014 confirmed the exploration potential of these intervals. The discoveries now known as the Tuna Field were appraised by two additional wells in Q3-Q4 2021 confirming the presence of rich wet gas with a high condensate yield, but also encountering oil rims, to the previously discovered gas columns. The main reservoirs are Lower Terumbu shallow marine bioturbated shaly sandstones in the Kuda Laut hanging wall structure and Gabus fluvial channel sandstones in the Singa Laut footwall structure. These two reservoirs exhibit very different properties as indicated by conventional cores, extensive wireline data and the DST’s. Post well analysis is ongoing to further characterize these reservoirs and the fluids contained, the results of which will be critical for the commercial development of the Tuna field.

The Anoa field is a mature field producing mainly from Lower Gabus Sand formation as the oil producer since 1990. In 2000, the field was converted into gas producers, supplying gas to GSA1 scheme. The field comprises of two major fault-separated lobes, referred to as East Lobe and West Lobe, with the smaller Central Lobe in between. Two platforms were built to drain the hydrocarbons: Anoa platform and West Lobe platform. A-22ST3 is a horizontal oil producer from B2 sand formation of Central Lobe Area with a total rate of 59 BOPD with 1079 BWPD (95%WC). The B2 sand has been watered out and oil rates are expected to continue declining. Meanwhile, the A-22 ST3 has un-perforated behind pipe in the Lower Gabus A and B1 sand within potentially un-drained Central Lobe faults block. There was no well producing from this A/B1 Central Lobe. It’s expected that these sands are isolated and have not been drained by existing producers. However, the A sand is located above the production packer and requires work-over to access the opportunity while B1 sand can be perforated thru-tubing using e-line tractor or CTU. Challanges in data acquisition/ survillance at Anoa field particularly in A-22ST3 was mainly programmed in busy and packed of well services activity for cost optimization, then the most well intervention method need to be chosen. The surveillance plan was proposed to obtain reservoir pressure properties from A and B1 sand, well deliverability, and production allocation post workover operation. Considering cost optimization, rigless operation was the safest and the most efficient menthod with e-line operation combined with Well Tractor with Logging while tractoring mode. Not only save more than 8 hours operation than coiled tubing conveyance or a heavier intervention method, eline and well tractor invtervention enabled less people involvement in operation thus minimize safety risk and person on board accommodation management.

Abstract A horizontal well was recently drilled in the F-Field, West Natuna Basin Indonesia, to drain oil from a compartmentalized multifaulted reservoir in the Lower Gabus formation. The risks associated with high-uncertainty faults were successfully mitigated by applying a comprehensive well placement method to optimize the well position within the good quality reservoir while ensuring that the well was drilled and completed safely. The target Zone 5 reservoir thickness is on the order of 60 ft with some presence of shale intercalations of the Fan Delta deposit. At least three normal faults were encountered by the well trajectory. The faults included a major fault with approximately 100 ft displacement during landing and two normal faults in the lateral interval, all with associated depth uncertainties of ±50 ft. Considering these challenges, an ultradeep high-definition reservoir mapping-while-drilling (HD-RMWD) technology was used for the first time in the field to reduce depth uncertainty during landing, map the reservoir boundaries along the lateral interval, and identify the formation displacements accurately after crossing the faults. An iterative well planning process was performed to include the expected depth uncertainties in the well plan and manage the dogleg requirement during landing. The HD-RMWD technology was used to successfully map the top of reservoir during landing, which was found to be 30 ft shallower after crossing the footwall block with approximately 120-ft fault throw. With this early indication, the trajectory was adjusted using a rotary steerable system (RSS) to land smoothly in the upper part of Zone 5. In the lateral, the HD-RMWD continuously mapped the reservoir boundaries, the resistivity property variations within the sand bodies, the change of formation dipping in the proximity of faults, and clearly defined the fault displacements. Based on all this information, the trajectory was optimized to reenter and increase the exposure in the good sand. The multifunction logging-while-drilling (LWD) tool that was run together in the bottomhole assembly (BHA) provided petrophysical data to evaluate reservoir quality and calculate total net pay length. The precise placement of the well trajectory was considered with limitation on the applied dogleg severity (DLS) to fit 3°/100 ft as the packer requirement from casing shoe to landing point and 1.5°/100 ft DLS as completion requirement in the lateral. As a result, the completion string was successfully run and installed as planned. Monitoring the equivalent circulating density (ECD) and torque-drag became critical to prevent induced losses (cutting production or packoff) as part of the precaution approach when crossing faults. This paper presents the results of the comprehensive well placement methods using the ultradeep HD-RMWD, and multifunction LWD and RSS in a single BHA run that proved to enable optimal well placement in a compartmentalized multifaulted Lower Gabus reservoir. Based on this success, similar methodology was applied to the subsequent horizontal wells in this field. It can also be applied to any other horizontal wells with similar geological challenges.

The Natuna sea area is known to have many comprehensive geological profiles and is also known as a big contributor for petroleum exploration. The West Lobe field is one of the fields that is located in the offshore Natuna sea. This field has produced millions of cubic feet of gas since it was developed and currently being operated by Premier Oil Indonesia. Various stratigraphic frameworks in the West Lobe field make development in this area very challenging with reservoirs having different characteristics. H-sand is part of Lower Gabus formation which is the main producing lobes in West Lobe and has been very well developed. H-sand is also connected through out Anoa Field (West - Central - East Lobe). Lama formation located below Lower Gabus formation and was not well developped. Lama formation has different chararcteristics compared to H-sand. Lama formation consists mainly of fluvio-deltaic, fluvial and alluvial fan sandstones – H. Darman (2017). H-sand is fine to medium grade sands with plant debris typically form thick, blocky or fining upward units and usually massive in appearance – H. Darman (2017). WL-5X was a gas producer from Lama formation at the West Lobe area and currently watered out. WL-5X was used to produce from H-Sands from 2012 until 2017. Lama formation was considerred has more producing potential hence a deepening and recompletion to access the Lama formation was executed in July 2017 and isolated the H-Sands interval. With that recompletion, WL-5X was producing only from the Lama formation. Higher production result was gained from Lama formation but not sustaining for long, gas production declined drastically and water start coming out. This paper presents the efforts to re-access H-Sands and conduct proper isolating of the Lama formation to restrore the production of WL-5X in the West Lobe area. This paper consist of the procedures and workflow which include identification and evaluation of the reservoir potential as well as the potential risk identification and measures required. This program also analyzes the field economics, which is very crucial in oil fields in the current oil industry situation. This work generated short term and long term opportunities that increases 4 MMscfd of gas production and added reserves of 4 Bcf. This means providing millions of dollars additional revenue and savings.

In 1692, in the context of the Nine Years War (1689-1697), Admiral Tourville’s French fleet faced the Anglo-Dutch alliance along the Norman coast. Five large French men-of-war were reduced to ashes close to Tatihou island in St-Vaast-La Hougue bay (Manche county, France). Discovered in 1985, these shipwrecks have been excavated from 1990 to 1995 by Michel L’Hour and Élisabeth Veyrat, from the Département des Recherches Archéologiques Subaquatiques et Sous-Marines (DRASSM, Ministry of Culture). Among the numerous remains, fish bones were found in large quantities on one of the wrecks. Preliminary studies conducted between 1990 and 1992 by Myriam Sternberg determined that the fish remains were cod (Gadus morhua L.) which were reserved for food aboard. The data recovery during the year 2020-2021 allowed the acquisition of new knowledge on the supplying and the process carried out on this fish.

Denna rapport sammanfattar resultaten från äggundersökning av pelagiala fiskägg i skärgårds- och fjordområdena mellan Smögen och Stenungsund under första och andra kvartalet för åren 2017- 2022. Totalt kunde ägg från 25 olika fiskarter identifieras med hjälp av DNA-sekvensering. För dessa fiskarter kunde tidiga äggstadier, som indikation för lokal lek, identifieras för 19 olika arter däribland kommersiellt viktiga fiskarter så som torsk (Gadus morhua), rödspätta (Pleuronectes platessa), äkta tunga (Solea solea) makrill (Scomber scombrus) och skarpsill (Sprattus sprattus). I analysen delades fiskäggen upp i två storleksfraktioner: ägg med diameter större eller lika med 1,2 mm och ägg mindre än 1,2 mm. Ägg i den större storleksfraktionen analyserades med avseende på art, storlek och utvecklingsstadie för varje lokal (ett håvdrag), ägg i den mindre storleksfraktionen slogs samman per område (ex. alla lokaler i en fjord) och där analyserades endast artsammansättning av DNA-sekvenser i det sammanslagna provet. I den större storleksfraktionen förekom flest ägg av torsk, skarpsill, rödspätta och lerskädda (Hippoglossoides platessoides), och i den mindre storleksfraktionen dominerade dna-sekvenser från sandskädda (Limanda limanda), skrubbskädda (Platichthys flesus), vitlinglyra (Trisopterus esmarkii), glyskolja (Trisopterus minutus) och femtömmad skärlånga (Ciliata mustela).

This cruise was the fourth out of five proposed cruises in the framework of the winter cod 2021- 25 cruises of the IMF, which aim to investigate the early winter spawning activity of Western Baltic cod. For this purpose, ichthyoplankton samples and cod samples were taken on a pre-defined station grid. Cod samples were used to investigate maturity stages and condition of adult cod. Plankton samples were analysed with a focus on the occurrence of cod eggs and larvae. The data will be used to identify whether there is a shift towards earlier spawning activities of Western Baltic cod and how spawning activity differs spatially between parts of the Belt Sea. During the cruise AL606 spawning cod were found in the Kiel Bight, the Mecklenburg Bight, and the Fehmarn Belt. First analyses of BONGO-net samples revealed no occurrence of cod larvae in the sampling area during this year’s January cruise 2024. This absence of cod larvae might be a result of the relatively harsh and cold winter of 2023/24 and an associated delay in the maturation and spawning of western Baltic cod compared to the warmer previous years 2021-2023. The observation of fewer larvae of other fish species (e.g., plaice) compared to previous years supports this hypothesis. However, especially the observation of spawning and post-spawning cod in the Mecklenburg Bight during AL606 provided further evidence for the hypothesised temporal shift in spawning phenology towards an earlier onset than described in the past. Detta är expeditionsrapporten för 2022 års kusttrålundersökning längs svenska västkusten som övervakar det kustnära och bottenlevande fisksamhället. Undersökningen har utförts årligen sedan 2001 med syfte att inventera artsammansättningen och rekryteringen av bottenlevande fisk i allmänhet, samt förekomst av stor torsk (Gadus morhua) i synnerhet. Undersökningen tillför även grundläggande data avseende indikatorer för kustfiskarter inom ramen för arbetet med Havsmiljödirektivet. Undersökningsområdet sträcker sig från utsjöbanken Fladen i norra Kattegatt till Singlefjorden vid norska gränsen i Skagerrak. Under 2022 utfördes undersökning mellan 5 och 16 september. Totalt trålades 31 stationer, varav sju låg i utsjön och 24 låg vid kusten och i fjordarna. Torskfångsterna var fortsatt låga och 0-grupp (<18 cm) dominerade. Endast tre torskar över 40 cm fångades. Noterbart var de stora fångsterna av 0-grupp (<17 cm) kolja (Melanogrammus aeglefinus) som förekom på alla lokaler. Även 1-grupp kolja (<30 cm) fångades på några lokaler vid norska gränsen och i Gullmarsfjorden. Fångsterna av kolja under 2022 var de största som noterats sedan provtagningen startade 2001. Två arter av rocka fångades - klorocka (Amblyraja radiata) och knaggrocka (Raja clavata). Två juvenila exemplar av den rödlistade (kategori: ENstarkt hotad) och sällsynta hälleflundran (Hippoglossus hippoglossus) kunde också noteras. Totalt fångades 36 fiskarter, tre arter av bläckfiskar samt havskräfta (Nephrops norvegicus) och hummer (Homarus gammarus).
