Der volle Inhalt der QuelleAn agent is an autonomous dynamics system that can coordinate with the environment as well as with other agents. A group of these autonomous agents working in coordination is called a Multi-agent system (MAS). A MAS has several advantages over single agent operation. The main objective of MAS is to achieve a complex goal which is hard to achieve by a single agent. In MAS, each agent shares its information (states) to the neighbors only to complete the task hence no centralized monitoring systems is required. We can define a multi-agent system as a network in which information is distributed. The interest of researchers in the study of distributed control and distributed coordination of autonomous agent networks is motivated by the fact that it has the ability to cope with the problems associated with centralized communication network and also allow the switching network topologies. The algorithms for distributed networks only use local information, and are robust to variations of network topology and can accommodate network with large size. One of the most studied problems in the field of MAS is the consensus, which can be defined as: for any initial conditions for all agent, what are the conditions that should hold in order that the agents agree on a common value asymptotically while only information is exchanged between neighboring agents. This thesis deals with the development of control law to achieve the consensus for fixed and switching topologies, with or without a leader (consensus tracking). It also investigates the problem of the quality of information in the network. In consensus tracking, the notion of perceptive leader is developed and a control law is proposed for a fixed and switching topology

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThis thesis deals with the stability analysis of switched systems that evolve on non uniform time domain by introducing the time scale theory. We are interested mainly in dynamical linear switched systems defined on particular time scale T = P{tσk ,tk+1} = ∪∞k=0[tσk, tk+1]. The studied system switches between a continuous-time dynamical subsystem on the intervals ∪∞k=0[tσk, tk+1[ and a discrete-time dynamical subsystem on instants ∪∞k=0{tk+1} (a discrete time) with a time-varying discrete step. In a first part, sufficient conditions are given to guarantee the exponential stability of this class of switched systems. Then necessary and sufficient conditions for stability are given by determining a region of exponential stability. In the second part, the stability of this class of switched systems with nonlinear uncertainties, is treated using majoration of the solution, and after that by introducing the approach of a common Lyapunov function. The third part is devoted to the consensus problem under intermittent information transmissions where the closed-loop multi-agent system can be represented as a switched system using a combination of linear continuous-time and linear discrete-time systems

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe median problem is one of the most investigated problem in metric graph theory. We will start by studying this problem in median graphs. We present a linear time algorithm based on the majority rule which characterize the median in median graphs and on a fast computation of the parallelism classes of the edges (the \Theta-classes) via LexBFS which is a particular breadth first search algorithm. We also provide linear time algorithms to compute the median set in the l_1-cube complexes of median graphs and in event structures. Then, we provide a characterization of the graphs with connected medians in the pth power of the graph and provide a polynomial method to check if a graph is a G^p-connected median graph, extending a result of Bandelt and Chepoi (case p=1). We use this characterization to prove that some important graph classes in metric graph theory have G2-connected medians, such as bipartite Helly graphs and bridged graphs. We will also studied the axiomatic aspect of the median function by investigating the ABC-problem, which determine the graphs (named ABC-graphs) in which the median function is the only consensus function verifying three simples axioms (A) Anonymat, (B) Betweeness and (C) Consistency. We show that modular graphs with G2-connected medians are ABC-graphs and define new axioms allowing us to characterize the median function on some graph classes. For example the graphs with connected medians (including Helly graphs). We also show that a known class of ABC-graphs (graphs satisfying the pairing property) is a proper subclass of bipartite Helly graphs and we investigate their recognition

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThis thesis presents a development of a multi-criteria group decision making approach to solve the selection problems in supply chains. Indeed, we start in the context where a group of k decision makers/experts, is in charge of the evaluation and the ranking of a set of potential m alternatives. The alternatives are evaluated in fuzzy environment while taking into consideration both subjective (qualitative) and objective (quantitative) n conflicting criteria. Each decision maker is brought to express his preferences for each alternative relative to each criterion through a fuzzy matrix called preference matrix. We have developed three new approaches for manufacturing strategy, information system and robot selection problem:1. Fuzzy consensus-based possibility measure and goal programming approach.2. Fuzzy consensus-based neat OWA and goal programming approach.3. Fuzzy consensus-based goal programming and TOPSIS approach. Finally, a comparison of these three approaches is conducted and thus was able to give recommendations to improve the approaches and provide decision aid to the most satisfying decision makers

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleParties to arbitration seek arbitral institutions to administrate their arbitration in order to have an extra guarantee that ensures the validity of the arbitral award. Given the role that arbitral institutions play during the arbitral procedure, parties unsatisfied either by the arbitral award or the annulment of the award tend to claim the liability of arbitral institution for the awards it had supervised, administered and participated in.The more the allegations of liability raise against the arbitral institutions before courts, the more the issue of arbitral institutions’ functions, powers and liability becomes controversial in different jurisdictions. Therefore, the present study tends to clarify the origin of the relationship existing between arbitral institutions and other parties involved in the arbitration at issue, the duties and powers assigned to the arbitral institutions and the functions performed by the arbitral intuitions, which helps eventually in establishing a kind of liability that complies with the functions performed by the arbitral institutions and can be applied in many jurisdictions
