A network power control system was designed in the paper based on MCU STM32 in order to realize network control to the industrial site power equipment. Software and hardware design scheme of the system were given. STM32F103 chip was used as the main controller in the system and ENC28J60 chip as the Ethernet controller to connect network, the μIP protocol stack was used for network data communication. Network power control test experiment was carried out, the result showed that it can control the equipment power remotely, and can receive real-time information data of the industrial field through Ethernet.Compared with the traditional power control system, this system has the characteristics of intelligence, integration and remote.

In order to monitor residential quarter security intelligently this paper designed a remote control system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network and Ethernet. According to monitor requirements about environment parameters and low energy consumption the system used 16 unit SPCE061A and 32 unit SPCE3200 separately as a key controller in sensor node and coordinator node. With the help of UZ2400 and Ethernet controller ENC28J60, it established a star network conforming to ZigBee standard and realized the functions of real-time acquisition collection, wireless remote transmission and communication on microcomputer. By collecting the information of temperature, water level, gas concentration and infrared warning the remote monitor center can know well the whole quarter safety conditions. It introduced the system structure and the designs of hardware and software. The experimental result shows that the system has high reliability, excellent real-time characteristic, extensibility and favorable apply foreground.

And it can realize the functions of data remote transmission through communication connection between ENC28J60 chip and main controller and easily of real-time monitoring, data collection, system monitoring. This electric meter has some advantages such as powerful function, low cost, strong disturb-resistant ability, etc. and can meet the management requirement of the electricity energy intelligence, which is one of the main development trend in the future. Hardware connection and software implementation of communication are designed between the S7-200 PLC and Ethernet. Hardware composition is introduced and low-power microprocessor S3C2440 is selected as the control chip, DM9000 as Ethernet control chip, serial port RS-232 as testing interface. Monitoring page is designed to show the status of PLC. PPI protocol is known by analysing the communication process of S7-200 with PC. Embedded web server Boa is transplanted and CGI program is developed in Linux embedded operating system. It can realize the function of reading and writing I/O value and simulation value. The experiment shows that the system can realize reliable serial communication. It brings a great convenience to work.

With the development of network information technology, industrial control system takes higher and higher requirement to automation. In order to achieve the seamless connection between the bottom field device and external, the MCF52234 CAN/Ethernet gateway design scheme based on MCF52234 is proposed in this paper. The freescale MCF52234 chip is chosen as the microprocessor. This paper expounds the CAN/Ethernet gateway hardware design, and presents the gateway protocol conversion software design, achieves the communication between CAN bus and Ethernet. Test results show that the embedded CAN/Ethernet gateway fulfills the anticipated requirements, has high transmission rate, good real-time performance.

An Ethernet node controller for main reflector of radio astronomical telescope is provided. The controller completes the communication with the main control PC, as well as control and monitoring of actuators through Ethernet and embedded technology. The system is made up of embedded processor and peripheral circuit, Ethernet communication module, power management module, motor control feedback module, data storage and time module, display module, motor control module and interface circuit. The controller uses LPC2368 as the core, DM9161 as the network communication physical layer chip, FM3130 to realize of data storage and real-time clock function. Motor controller can store the control algorithm and control data. And through the Ethernet receive and process control command and control data from the control PC to implement the control of actuators. At the same time, the controller also has regular state detection and alarm function, through the manual control module to achieve positive or reversal control operation of the corresponding channel actuators motor.

Node machine contains core, A/D converter module and Ethernet communication module. The FPGA of 600,000 gates which have a built-in FLASH chip is used as the core, which provides work-frequency of 10MHz and drive pulse for multi-chip CCD. A/D converter module configures the differential amplifier and builds 3-way 30MHz 16-bit A / D converter. 10/100M Ethernet protocol stack controller and RJ45 interface are internally installed in Ethernet module. This module also uses CC2430 chip to perform fast wireless synchronization control. Paper emphasizes how to implement the key technologies of multi-chip CCD for synchronous and precision measurement, and test the node machine by 5-chip CCD image data synchronous collecting with large field of vision. The node machine runs smoothly and reliably .The performance results of test show that the speed of image data collecting reaches up to 1800 frames/s, the speed of data processing reaches up to 150M Bytes/s and the transporting speed reaches up to 50M Bytes/s. The time of synchronous control is within 2 us.

This diploma project summarizes a theoretical introduction regarding the issue of traffic light control. Further there is industrial communication discussed, where they are the Ethernet / IP protocol and the Modbus TCP protocol described more in detail. The following is the description of the Logix series programmable controllers. Then the diploma follows up with market research in order to find the most suitable development kit which is used as a trial prototype. Then it is concerned with a development kit with a communication module from AND-TECH company. Software was developed on them, more specifically a library for processor ports, memory and the Modbus TCP protocol. After verifying the functionality of the software, the hardware design was started. From the first site it is development kit and module and from the second site there are input and output circuits. There must be the assessment of the results found during the test operation. The end of the document describes incorrect steps that were repaired in hardware.
