El género, que se incluye en la subtribu Hypochaeridinae de la tribu Cichorieae, tiene una distribución centrada principalmente en el oeste de la Región Mediterránea, y se diferencia del resto de los géneros de la subtribu por la presencia de acúleos ± espinosos y setas gloquidiadas en los tallos, hojas y a veces en las brácteas del involucro, pero sobre todo por la presencia de 5 hojas involucrantes que rodean al verdadero involucro del capítulo. Sobre la base del ciclo de vida, la morfología de las hojas involucrantes y los tipos de frutos, las distintas especies del género se reagrupan en tres secciones: Helminthotheca, Vigineixia y Eliptica. Las secciones Helminthotheca y Vigineixia, ambas monotípicas, comprenden especies anuales, con hojas involucrantes cordiformes y los frutos del capítulo dimorfos. La sección Eliptica, con 5 especies reconocidas, se diferencia de las otras secciones por incluir especies perennes, con hojas involucrantes ovadas o elípticas y frutos del capítulo homomorfos. Phenotypic traits and diversity of different leaf shape accessions of the wild soybean (Glycine soja Sieb. et Zucc.) in China. Can. J. Plant Sci. 94: 397–404. The phenotypic traits and diversity of different leaf shape groups of 6169 wild soybean accessions were investigated. The results included the following conclusions. First, the lanceolate leaf group had the highest genetic diversity. Second, the mean 100-seed weight was highest in the round leaf group (10.1 g); mean maturity time was longest in the eliptical leaf group (142 d); the ovate–round and linear leaf groups had higher mean protein content (45.7–46.1%); and the round leaf group had the highest oil content (16.3%). Finally, frequencies of white flower, high 100-seed weight and other traits in the round leaf group were disproportionately high; in contrast, linear leaf accessions were primarily characterized by purple flower and low 100-seed weight. Based on these results, we inferred that the lanceolate and linear leaves accessions tended to be wild types, while the round leaf group represented more recently evolved accessions. In addition, the accessions with eliptical, ovate–round and other leaves belonged to the intermediate evolutionary types. Our results also suggest that the abundant variation in leaf shape is an important indicator of level of genetic diversity and evolutionary status, which could facilitate the utilization of germplasm evaluation and classification for the wild soybean.

In 2006, Pomykala et al. proposed an elliptic curve based threshold proxy signature scheme as well as a proxy-protected version. They claimed that their scheme had the properties of secrecy, unforgeability, non-repudiation and signer’s identification, and the proxy-protected version could assure the proxy-protection property. In this paper, we show attacks on the basic scheme and we also point out that even if the central authority is engaged, the basic model is not proxy-protected.

Ezzel együtta lakosság elektromos meghajtású autó vásárlási aktivitása is növekszik, amely egyrészt kedvezőkörnyezeti hatásokat okoz Szegeden, viszont új feladatokat is tűz ki a megfelelő működtetésükérdekében. A hagyományos üzemanyag-töltőállomások szerepe változik-e meg, egészül-e ki vagyegy egészen más rendszerű energia utánpótlási módot kell kialakítani? Kérdőíves felmérésünkkelfelmérjük a lakosság ez irányú ismeretét, megkérdezzük véleményét és választ keresünk a felmerültkihívásra. Vizsgálatunk egy több éves (H2020) projekt része, amely a közösségi közlekedés mellettaz egyéni közlekedés elektromosításának lehetőségeit tárja fel.

Larval development of the freshwater shrimp Pseudopalaemon amazonensis Ramos-Porto was studied in the laboratory based on the offspring of ovigerous females collected in a small “terra-firme” forest stream near Manaus, Brazil. Ovigerous females with a mean total length of 36.5 ± 1.9 mm carried 13-19 eliptical, yolk-rich eggs measuring 2.55 ± 0.16 x 1.64 ± 0.11 mm. The larval period consisted of 3 benthie stages and the larvae accomplished metamorphosis after 7-8 days without feeding. The newly-hatched larva had sessile eyes and all appendages, except for the uropods; chelipeds were present as uniramous buds, but walking legs were fully developed and functional. Descriptions and illustrations of the 3 larval and first juvenile stages are presented.

Abstract Properties of cometary dust particles are better known since the space missions to Comet Halley. Their properties (densities, atomic composition) are compared with relevant observations from lunar microcraters and in-situ experiments. At 1 AU in the eliptic, 2/3 of the dust grains are normal density particles, presumably of asteroidal origin and irregularly shaped, while the remaining 1/3 are low density particles, presumably of cometary origin, but due to solar irradiation in a processed state (corresponding to “Brownlee”-particles). Beyond the asteroidal belt only black cometary dust grains are observed which have recently been released from comet nuclei orbiting on highly eccentric trajectories.

Városiasodó világunkban mindig fontos feladat volt a helyi közlekedés hatékony, gazdaságos, fenntartható kialakítása, megvalósítása. A fenntarthatóság alatt napjainkban szinte mindenki a környezetbarát, energiahatékony megoldások alkalmazását érti, ami általánosan elfogadott szemléletben az egyéni közlekedést kiváltó elektromos hajtású közösségi közlekedést, kerékpározást, gyaloglást, carsharing-et és e-autózást jelent. A lakosság számával és életmódjának változásával bővülő egyéni utazások száma miatt egyre bonyolultabb olyan megoldást ajánlani, ami korunk emberének megfelel. Szegeden, a településszerkezet, az épített közlekedési infrastruktúra, a kialakult kötöttpályás hálózat, mind sugallja az elektromos meghajtású járművek használatának bővítését. Az elektromos jármüvek térhódításának lehetőségét két irányban vizsgálja az Európai Unió által támogatott H2020-as ELIPTIC projekt. Az egyik irány a trolibusz vonalak bővítése, meghosszabbítása felsővezeték építése nélkül, az autóbusszal végzett szolgáltatási arány kárára. A másik irány a meglévő infrastruktúrára épülő multifunkcionális elektromos töltő hálózat kiépítése.

The plant species, Anaphalis elliptica DC. (Asteraceae) is a medicinal herb endemic to high hills of Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve, the Western Ghats. The in vitro propagation study of this species by using leaf, node and shoot tip explants, revealed the following results: Among the three explants used, leaf and node responded well for callus and shoot initiations respectively. The leaf explant produced callus effectively (91%) in the MS medium supplemented with BAP and NAA at 2.5 and 0.3 mg/l respectively, whereas the nodal explant produced higher amount of shoots (92%) in the basal medium containing the growth regulator, BAP alone at 3.0 mg/l. The leaf derived callus produced higher (80%) shoot initials and shoot multiplication in the MS medium augmented with BAP and NAA at 3.0 and 0.5mg/l respectively. Similarly, the in vitro nodal derived shoots produced higher shoot multiplication (87%) in MS medium supplemented with BAP at 3.0mg/l. The regenerated shoots of both the explants were successfully rooted on MS medium supplemented with IBA and NAA at 1.0mg/l each. After sequential hardening the leaf callus derived plantlets registered higher survivability rate (80%) in the hardening medium containing decomposed coir waste, perlite and compost in the ratio of 1:1:1 by volume. Similarly, the survivability rate of nodal derived plantlets was higher (84%) in the hardening medium composed by vermicompost and soil in the ratio of 1:1 by volume.

AES-Rinjdael merupakan salah satu algoritma kriptografi yang digunakan dalam mengamankan pesan menggunakan panjang kunci sampai 256 bit, yang mana untuk meghindari kriptanalisis, maka dilakukan metode kombinasi dengan algoritma Eliptic Curve Criptografi (ECC) dalam pengenkripsian pesan.

A lakosság számával és életmódjánakváltozásával bővülő egyéni utazások száma miatt egyre nehezebb olyan megoldást ajánlani, amikorunk emberének megfelel. Szegeden, a településszerkezet, az épített közlekedési infrastruktúra, akialakult kötöttpályás hálózat, mind sugallja az elektromos meghajtású járművek használatánakbővítését. Az elektromos jármüvek térhódításának lehetőségét két irányban vizsgálja az Európai Unióáltal támogatott H2020-as ELIPTIC projekt. Az egyik irány a trolibusz vonalak bővítése,meghosszabbítása felsővezeték építése nélkül, az autóbusszal végzett szolgáltatási arány kárára. Amásik irány a meglévő infrastruktúrára épülő multifunkcionális elektromos töltő hálózat kiépítése.Több cikkből álló publikációnkban trolibuszvezetőket kérdeztünk meg kérdőíves módszerrel atémában kialakult véleményükről.

Application test of crude extracts of pinang fruit, tuba root, patah tulang, and neem leaf on golden apple snail (Pomacea sp.) in green house. This research was conducted to evaluate the effect of four botanical crude extracts namely Areca catechu, Derris eliptica, Euphorbia tirucalli and Azadirachta indica on golden apple snails under green house condition. All experiment units were arranged in randomized completely design consisting of some levels of concentration (titer). The result showed that low concentration of the crude extract of A. catechu fruit (0,5 g/l) and crude extracts of D. elliptica root (1 g/l) were very toxic, indicated by all snails tested were died. Mortality of snails tested caused by crude extract of A. indica was 100% at the concentration of 4 g/l, meanwhile crude extract of E. tirucalli was only 84% at a higher concentration of crude extract (8 g/l) occurring 96 hours after application.

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan dampak terhadap kemajuan di segala bidang kehidupan manusia terutama dalam bidang informasi. Hal ini memberikan dampak positif dan negatif. Salah satu dampak positifnya adalah mudahnya bertukar informasi dari yang bersifat umum atau rahasia melalui internet. Dampak negatifnya adalah data yang bersifat rahasia menjadi kurang aman dan dapat disalahgunakan oleh pihak yang tidak berwenang. Kriptografi kurva eliptik El-Gamal (ECC: Eliptic Curve Cryptosystem) memberikan solusi untuk keamanan suatu informasi. ECC merupakan salah satu metode kriptografi kunci publik yang mempunyai tingkat keamanan tinggi dibandingkan dengan algoritma kunci publik lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memahami konsep kriptografi kurva eliptik El-Gamal yang akan didefinisikan di Galois field prima. Hasil dari penelitian ini, yaitu penggunaan kurva eliptik El-Gamal di Galois field prima untuk proses pembentukan kunci, proses enkripsi dan proses dekripsi pada suatu data dengan menggunakan Python.

In this article, we investigate a problem with nonlocal boundary conditions which are perturbations of antiperiodical conditions in bounded $m$-dimensional parallelepiped using Fourier method. We describe properties of a transformation operator $R:L_2(G) \to L_2(G),$ which gives us a connection between selfadjoint operator $L_0$ of the problem with antiperiodical conditions and operator $L$ of perturbation of the nonlocal problem $RL_0=LR.$ Also we construct a commutative group of transformation operators $\Gamma(L_0).$ We show that some abstract nonlocal problem corresponds to any transformation operator $R \in \Gamma(L_0):L_2(G) \to L_2(G)$ and vice versa. We construct a system $V(L)$ of root functions of operator $L,$ which consists of infinite number of adjoint functions. Also we define conditions under which the system $V(L)$ is total and minimal in the space $L_{2}(G),$ and conditions under which it is a Riesz basis in the space $L_{2}(G)$. In case if $V(L)$ is a Riesz basis in the space $L_{2}(G),$ we obtain sufficient conditions under which the nonlocal problem has a unique solution in the form of Fourier series by system $V(L).$

Nowadays the issue of electric energy saving in public transport is becoming a key area of interest which is connected both with a growth in environmental awareness of the society and an increase in the prices of fuel and electricity. It can be achieved by improving the usage of regenerative breaking. In 2016 the Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Trolejbusowej (PKT, Trolleybus Transport Company) in Gdynia began practical implementation of Smart Grid solutions within its trolleybus network. These activities constitute an element of the project ELIPTIC, realised by PKT within the scientific research fund Horizon 2020. The first stage of implementing intelligent network solutions was completed in 2016, and further activities are planned for the next few years. This paper presents a review of Smart Grid solutions which can be implemented in urban traction supply systems, describes the PKT experience concerning the implementation of Smart Grid solutions in trolleybus network supply system to date.

The shape of the outer Milky Way should be heavily influenced by the shape of our heavy halo. Simulations of the formation of collisionless halos indicate that they should be highly triaxial, with a tendency to pro-lateness. If our halo were as strongly triaxial as these simulations suggest, the outer disk would have ellipticity ϵdisk ≃ 0.06.Simulations of galaxy formation which include an appropriately small fraction of gaseous matter give rise to halos of much smaller ellipticity, and predict ϵdisk ≃ 0.02. These simulations are not as reliable as purely collisionless simulations, and we should treat their results with some caution. However, it is not incredible that a small fraction of gas could radically reduce the ellipticity of a halo by making the system's potential more centrally concentrated.The distribution of the apparent ellipticities of spiral galaxies indicates that their disks have slightly eliptical disks, ϵdisk ≃ 0.05. This may merely reflect ephemeral features such as spiral arms, however. The velocity fields of disks provide a more robust probe of the ellipticity ϵΦ of galaxy potentials. The narrowness of the Tully–Fisher relation places an interesting upper limit ϵΦ < 0.1. More detailed studies of individual velocity fields will be required if we are unambiguously to demonstrate ϵΦ > 0 in some cases.

Para calcular los coeficientes iniciales, se aproxima por medio de integrales dobles de funciones trigonométricas. La región de trabajo comprende las latitudes de 10° y 46° norte y las longitudes de 65° y 125° oeste, con una separación de cuatro grados. Se utiliza como máxima longitud la onda zonal y meridional 6 640 km y 4 150 km, respectivamente, obteniéndose los números de onda y los limites de la Serie de Fourier. El grado de precisión del pronóstico se obtiene del índice de correlación de Pearson, encontrándose una correlación de 0.85 como máximo.

AbstractIn view of their costs, space-borne instruments should be considered only for their exclusive capabilities in helio-and asteroseismology. Space-borne high resolution spectrometers and photometers operate free of atmospheric pertubations, can be put on special orbits offering continuous (uninterrupted) observations and therefore offer the best opportunity for high signal-over-noise ratio. The recent data obtained on board the Phobos-2 mission clearly evidences this fact. The ESA-NASA SOHO observatory will be the first mission of its kind carrying a comprehensive set of instruments to analyse the gravity and acoustic modes of solar oscillations over an uninterrupted period of at least 2 years. Projects also exist to observe oscillations of the solar diameter. Long term observation of the solar constant may provide a clue to the understanding of the origins of the solar cycle. Simultaneous out of eliptic measurements may nicely complement our data set and offer unambiguous views on the asymmetries of the solar interior. Space observations are probably the only means to get access to the deep solar interior through the detections of g modes. They offer the only prospect in the exploitation of asteroseismology over a larger number of stars.

IntisariTelah dilakukan kajian aplikasi mobile zappeline sebagai media teknologi modifikasi cuaca (tmc) dan media penipisan polutan udara (asap) pada sebuah truk Mitsubishi Colt Diesel berukuran 5,960 x 1,970 meter. Dengan kendaraan tersebut, direkomendasikan dimensi zappeline berbentuk bangun ruang eliptical dengan jari-jari diagonal a dan b masing-masing 3,25 dan 0,65 meter. Selanjutnya, karakteristik aerodinamik dan fisika dihitung dengan memecahkan beberapa persamaan fisika secara numerik pada kondisi atmosfer standart yaitu internasional standart of atmosphere (ISA). Pada kondisi standart ISA, maksimal beban pada ketinggian 1500 meter (5000 feet) sebesar 5,67 kg dan mampu mencapai ketinggian tersebut dalam waktu 1221.93 sekon (+/- 20 menit). Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan drag zappeline relatif terhadap udara yang disajikan dalam sebuah grafik yang dapat digunakan bahan pertimbangan dalam desain pendorong zappeline dan perhitungan kekuatan tali. AbstractStudies of mobile zeppeline aplication as a medium of weather modification technology and media thinning air pollutants (smoke) on a Mitsubishi Colt Diesel truck with dimensions of 5,960 x 1,970 meters have been done. With these vehicles, an elliptical zappeline shape geometry are recommended with diagonal radii a and b, 3.25 and 0.65 meters, respectively. Then, the aerodynamics and physics characteristic are calculated by solving some physics equations numerically at standard atmospheric conditions of the international standard atmosphere (ISA). In the ISA standard conditions, the maximum load at 1500 meters altitude (5000 feet) is 5.67 kg and it is capable to reach that altitude in 1221.93 seconds (+/- 20 minutes). Furthermore, calculation of the air drag relative are presented in a graph that can be used in the design considerations of driving force zappeline and calculation of rope tension.

Between a castling move and non-existence: Milan Kundera’s self-quarreling deathThe article is initiated by an introductory assumption regarding the funeral structure of writing which, in the process of its self-constitution, always has to face the absence of its content being a subject of thematization. Maintaining the aforementioned assumption and referring to certain philosophical contexts Heidegger, Lévinas, Derrida, the author tends to concentrate subsequently on Agnes, the elliptical character of Immortality, since she is perceived as an embodiment of being realized between a strategy of a castling move and a desire of non-existence. In order to accomplish this desire, Agnes conducts a peculiar game of subtraction, consisting in the gradual erasing of the traces of her own existence. The final event of splitting up with the world means, therefore, a definitive gesture of withdrawing from mankind with which Agnes cannot neither reconcile nor identify. Na cestě spějíci k realizaci této touhy Ahnes propadá hře spočívajicí v postupném zatracování vlastní existence. Závěrečné rozloučení Agnes se světem symbolizuje její konečné odmítnutí lidstva, se kterým se nedokáže vyrovnat nebo identifikovat. Směřováni hrdinky k nebyti je tedy literárním konstruktem, prostřednictvím kterého Kundera kriticky nahlíži na lidský druh a vynikajicim způsobem reviduje konvenčni pohledy na vlastnosti, které jsou lidem píipisovány.

SummaryThe Golden-cheeked Warbler Dendroica chrysoparia is a federally endangered Neotropical migrant that inhabits montane pine-oak forests in Mexico and northern Central America during the non-breeding season. Although it is known that Golden-cheeked Warblers are closely associated with ‘encino’ oaks (evergreen or holm oak) such as Quercus sapotifolia, Q. eliptica and Q. elongata, which have shiny, narrow, elliptical, or oblong leaves, quantitative habitat targets are useful for effectively incorporating this information into conservation planning and forest management practices. We analysed data on wintering Golden-cheeked Warblers collected during the non-breeding season in Honduras from 1996 to 1998 to identify quantitative targets for habitat conditions for this species. Data on warbler abundance were collected using line transect surveys located in montane pine-oak forests in a stratified-random fashion. Habitat data were collected at five 0.04 ha plots on these same transects and the averaged values used as predictors of Golden-cheeked Warbler abundance. We found that Golden-cheeked Warblers were strongly associated with the basal area of encino oaks and density of ‘roble’ oaks, such as Q. segoviensis, Q. purulhana and Q. rugosa, which have large, lobed leaves. Density of Golden-cheeked Warblers peaked at ≈ 5.6 m2 ha–1 basal area of encino and ≈7 roble oaks ha–1. These values can be used to identify quantitative habitat targets that can be directly incorporated into forest management practices to ensure that these activities maintain habitat conditions necessary for their use by Golden-cheeked Warblers.

Digital microscopy is an emerging technique that combines the tools of classic light microscopy with a computerized imaging system. The main components of digital microscopy is image formation by optics of the system, image registration by a digital camera, saving of image data in a file format that enables advanced image analysis.In this paper, we bring first data on application of digital microscopy approach in lichen thallus morphology study. Two Antarctic lichen species (Xanthoria elegans, Umbilicaria decussata) with a foliose morphotype of their thallus were studied. Both experimental species had an irregularly round or eliptic shape of a thallus that enabled to measure its diameter. After magnifition, images were taken in dry and fully-hydrated state of thallus in order to evaluate hydration-dependent size changes in thallus size and structures. It has been demonstrated that hydration-dependent size increment depend on thallus size and particular part of thallus. Mean increment of thallus diameter reached 15.1% and 13.8% for X. elegans and U. decussata, respectively. Higher value of diameter increment (26 %) was found for the upper projection area of apothecia, fruiting bodies developed over the upper thallus surface of X. elegans. Size and volume increment in thallus parts is discussed as a consequence of water holding capacity of lichens, and a capability of lichens to hold intra- and extracellular water upon full hydration of a thallus. Finally, a potential of digital microscopy for future studies is discussed as well as some processing techniques such as e.g. metrics of profile lines through 3-D objects like apothecia.

ECC dalam komputasi aritemetika didapatkan berdasarkan operasi inversi modular. Inversi modular adalah operasi aritmetika dan operasi yang sangat panjang yang didapatkan berdasar ECC crypto-processor. Penggunaan koordinat proyeksi untuk menentukan Kurva Eliptik/ Elliptic Curves pada kenyataannya untuk memastikan koordinat proyeksi yang sebelumnya telah ditentukan oleh kurva eliptik E: y2 = x3 + ax + b yang didefinisikan melalui Galois field GF(p)untuk melakukan operasi aritemtika dimana dapat diketemukan bahwa terdapat beberapa multiplikasi yang dapat diimplementasikan secara paralel untuk mendapatkan performa yang tinggi. Pada penelitian ini, akan dibahas tentang sistem koordinat proyeksi Hessian (X/Z2, Y,Z2) untuk meningkatkan operasi penggandaan ECC dengan menggunakan pengali paralel untuk mendapatkan paralel yang maksimum untuk mendapatkan hasil maksimal. ECC in its arithmetic computations suffers from modular inversion operation. Modular Inversion is a main arithmetic and very long-time operation that performed by the ECC crypto-processor. The use of projective coordinates to define the Elliptic Curves (EC) instead of affine coordinates replaced the inversion operations by several multiplication operations. Many types of projective coordinates have been proposed for the elliptic curve E: y2 = x3 + ax + b which is defined over a Galois field GF(p) to do EC arithmetic operations where it was found that these several multiplications can be implemented in some parallel fashion to obtain higher performance. In this work, we will study Hessian projective coordinates systems (X/Z2, Y,Z2) over GF (p) to perform ECC doubling operation by using parallel multipliers to obtain maximum parallelism to achieve maximum gain. La razón por la cual es atractiva, es que no se conocen algoritmos eficientes para resolver el problema del logaritmo discreto. Es muy importante además, que se mejoren los tiempos de ejecución de los algoritmos usados para la implementación de las curvas elípticas. Por consiguiente, en este artículo se describen algoritmos básicos para la multiplicación de puntos en una curva elíptica. A medida que se avanza en la lectura, se detallan técnicas más eficientes y se brindan ciertas recomendaciones para la implementación eficiente de estos métodos con parámetros reales. AbstractElliptic Curve Cryptography was introduced by Neal Koblitz and Victor Miller in 1985. The reason why is so attractive is that there is no known efficient algorithm to solve the logarithm problem. Is very important to improve the running time of the algorithms used for elliptic curve implementation. Therefore, in this article are described the basic algorithms for point multiplication in an elliptic curve. As the reading progresses, improved techniques are introduced and information is provided to know how to efficiently implement these methods with real parameter.

AbstractThe morphological, anatomical and palynological features of Asyneuma michauxioides (Boiss.) Damboldt (Campanulaceae) were investigated. This species is an East Mediterranean Floristic Element and an endemic in Turkey. In anatomical studies, cross-sections of the root and stem were examined and demonstrated by photographs. It has conspicuous endodermis in which the Casparian bands are indistinct in the stem. According to the result of this study, it was found that pollen grain of this taxon was 3-porate sometimes 4-porate and oblate-spheroidal. Its structure was tectate and sculpture was small granules and pits with densely spaced spinules. The seeds of the taxon were eliptic to ovate in shape, laterally compressed, brown to light brown in colour, glabrous and shiny.

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sistem perguaan Gesing-Jlamprong-Sinden yangberada di kawasan Karst Gunungsewu, Kabupaten Gunungkidul dengan tujuan untuk: (1)mengetahui pola lorong dan kenampakan speleogen-speleothem dalam gua, (2)mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mengendalikan speleogenesis, (3) merekonstruksi prosesperkembangan gua. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkandengan cara observasi, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Dalam observasi dilakukanpengamatan dan pengukuran variabel lorong gua. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptifdengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek geomorfologi, didukung dengan penalaran sebabakibat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Gua Gesing-Jlamprong-Sinden memiliki lorongutama tunggal dengan tipe lorong rectangular, eliptical, cayon, initial canyon, dan jointpassage. Kenampakan dalam gua didominasi oleh speleogen. Karakteristik lorong dankenampakan dalam gua tidak terlepas dari pengaruh faktor pengontrol speleogenesis,antara lain struktur geologi, topografi, litologi, dan hidrologi. Perkembangan Gua GesingJlamprong-Sinden dapat dirangkum dalam tiga tahap sejak akhir pleistosen masingmasing ditandai oleh pengangkatan disertai pembentukan kekar batugamping,perkembangan lorong oleh aliran freatik, serta perkembangan teras gua dan runtuhanlangit-langit gua.Kata kunci: speleogenesis, gua karst, lorong gua, perkembangan gua

This research aims to study the geomorphology of Seplawan cave in Karst region Jonggrangan. This includes : (1) the type of cave and landform around the cave, (2) the type of cave tunnel, and (3) the existence of speleothem and speleogen in the cave. The geomorphologic study of caves provides useful information to demonstrate a track record of karst development as well as to guide the development of cave tourism. The method employed in this research is a geomorphologic survey by focusing on morphology and morfogenesa. The data was collected through observation, documentation, and literary study. The data analysis was performed using descriptive-morphologic and spatial analysis. The findings show that seplawan cave belongs to the category of pit cave, formed by the widening of the ponor hole in the doline base. The tunnel in the cave have different forms namely, passage eliptical, rectangular passage, canyon, and joint passage. Speleothem in the form of stalactites, stalagmites, and drappery is found near the mouth of the cave. Moreover, the speleogen in the form of a notch solution, solution pocket, pothole, scallops, and Karren anastomoses is found in all parts of the cave.Keywords: karst geomorphology, karst caves, speleothem, speleogen

The tree architecture model is one of the important morphological features of the plants in characterizing each tree. Trees are plants with woody stems, deep roots, and have branches far from the ground and are more than 3 meters high (Hakim and Utomo 2003). trees are also one of the soft elements (softcape) that are very often used in the development of a site or landscape with a variety of unique characteristics. One of the unique characteristics of a tree is the dominant form of tree architecture formed by its canopy. This research was carried out at the Sylva Arboretum in Tanjungpura Pontianak for 3 weeks starting from July 4 2018 to July 24 2018 to observe and identify the architectural model of the lauraceae family tree. The research objective was to determine the architectural model of the Lauraceae family tree in Sylva Arboretum in Tanjungpura University Pontianak. The research method used is the exploration method, which is done by roaming, which means that observations can be made with visual and physical contact. Based on the results of the research and discussion, lauraceae family tree architecture models found in the Arboretum Sylva Area of Tanjungpura University Pontianak as many as four architectural models namely Rauh, Roux, Petit and Scarrone. The four architectural models were found in six species of trees, namely Ulin (Eusideroxylon zwageri), Medang sahung (Achiodaphne glabra), Medang pasir (Litsea eliptica), Medang bubur (Litsea resinosa), Medang sisik (Dehaasia firma), and Kayu manis (Cinnamomum iners).Keyword: Family of Lauraceae, Model of Tree Architecture, Sylva Arboretum
