Der volle Inhalt der QuelleBackground The fundamental aspect in value investing is to buy assets for a lower market price, than its fundamental value. Over the years a lot of investors have tried to create strategies in order to identify undervalued companies. Particularly popular is value investing strategies based on buying stocks with low P/E and P/B ratios. These strategies have, according to several studies, managed to gain risk adjusted excess returns during the 1980s and 1990s. But during the 2000s, studies have shown inferior results on the American market. On the Swedish market, studies have shown that excess return was possible during the period 1980-2010, but it is still unanswered how the strategy would have performed during the period 2010-2020. Purpose The purpose is to analyze to what extent a value investing strategy, based on the P/E and P/B ratio, respectively, generates risk adjusted excess return. Methodology The study is based on a quantitative strategy with a deductive approach. Through a timeseries analysis, portfolios have been created in order to analyze return and risk. Risk adjusted excess returns is in this study, is defined as all returns who exceeds expected return from the CAPM model. Paired T-test have been used to determine the results statistical significance. The assets included in the sample is companies listed on Stockholm Large Cap index between 2010-06-30 and 2020-06-30. Conclusions All constructed portfolios gained risk adjusted excess return during the period and, with dividends included, a Sharpe ratio higher than one. The strategy based on the P/B ratio outperformed the strategy based on the P/E ratio.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo maior, demonstrar o teorema de Tales, de tal forma, que um aluno do ensino m?dio possa entender. Um modelo concreto ? proposto para ser utilizado pelo aluno em sala de aula, de maneira a compreender os conceitos e aplica??es, no tocante, a cartografia, trigonometria e principalmente em tri?ngulos semelhantes, onde demostramos os principais casos de semelhan?a, pois esses, s?o ferramentas eficazes na resolu??o de situa??es-problemas na ?rea da geometria plana. Para um melhor entendimento desse trabalho usamos o geogebra para que o aluno possa relacionar teoria e pr?tica em sala de aula, bem como os conceitos de semelhan?a de tri?ngulos sejam melhor apresentados e assimilados, assim como as respectivas propriedades de cada modelo.

As empresas devem identificar as técnicas de recrutamento e seleção mais adequadas para preencher vagas/oportunidades de trabalho. Um outro tema fulcral para as empresas são os vendedores, uma vez que têm um papel central no marketing dos produtos e até mesmo no marketing institucional. Este trabalho consiste na elaboração de um relatório de estágio realizado numa consultora nacional de Recursos Humanos (RH), focada na área do R&S de perfis comerciais. A experiência de estágio servirá para analisar de forma crítica as práticas de R&S utilizadas numa empresa específica - GoExpand. O principal objetivo do estudo é a aplicação dos conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do Mestrado de Gestão de Recursos Humanos na prática de R&S. Mais especificamente, a experiência serviu para analisar, desempenhar e descrever as etapas inerentes ao Processo de R&S de um perfil específico, os vendedores, e respetivos fatores de sucesso e insucesso. Ao longo do relatório, a literatura será confrontada com a experiência, assim como serão enumerados os conhecimentos e competências adquiridas no primeiro contacto com o mercado de trabalho.
In an increasingly competitive environment, Recruitment and Selection (R&S) has become a crucial issue. Organizations should identify the most appropriate techniques to apply the R&S processes of job opportunities or vacancies. Another key issue for organizations are salespeople, because they are central in the marketing of products and even for institutional marketing. The present work is a report of an internship conducted in a Portuguese Resources Consultant, focused on the R&S area of commercial profiles. The internship experience will serve to analyze critically the R&S practices used in a particular company - GoExpand. The main objective of the study is the application of knowledge acquired during the Master of Human Resources Management in the practice of R&S. More specifically, the experience obtained was used to analyze, perform and describe the inherent steps to the R&S process of a specific profile, sellers, and respective factors of success and failure. Throughout the report, the literature will be confronted with the experience. The knowledge and skills acquired in this first contact with the labor market will also be identified.

Uma nova geração, os millennials, está a entrar no mercado de trabalho. É crucial que as empresas adaptem as suas técnicas de gestão do talento para que consigam atrair, recrutar e manter estes jovens talentos, que comportam características diferentes dos seus antecessores, o que por um lado poderá ser um desafio, mas por outro terá também as suas vantagens. É nesta adaptação das novas técnicas de recursos humanos por parte das empresas que me debruço, começando por fazer uma revisão teórica aos principais conceitos: atração, recrutamento e seleção, formação e desenvolvimento, gestão do talento e retenção, seguindo-se uma reflexão sobre aquela nova geração e quais são os seus impactos nas organizações. Termino falando na primeira pessoa, uma vez que tive a oportunidade de estagiar numa empresa que tem vindo a procurar responder a esta nova necessidade, fazendo uma breve descrição da Vodafone, dos programas de talento jovem e das atividades que desenvolvi relativas a este assunto, assim como uma reflexão crítica sobre o estágio.
It is true that human resources are a competitive advantage, and so, today, companies that have understood their importance are in a war of talent. A new generation, the millennials, is entering in the job market. It is crucial that companies adapt their talent management techniques to attract, recruit and retain these young talents, once they contain different characteristics compared to their predecessors. On the one hand this can be a challenge, but on the other it will also have advantages. It is in this adaptation of the new techniques in human resources by the companies that I look over, starting by making a review of the main concepts: attraction, recruitment and selection, training and development, talent management and retention, followed by a reflection about the new generation and what are the impacts in the organizations. At the end, I finish talking in the first person, since I had the opportunity to make an internship in a company that has been seeking to respond to this new need, by doing a brief description of the company Vodafone, of the young talent programs and activities developed, as well as a critical reflection on the internship.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe North American novels The Left Hand of Darkness by Usula Le Guin (1969) and The Handmaid\'s Tale by Margaret Atwood (1985) reflect the political and feminist aspirations at the time they were each published. They are considered, respectively, a science-fiction utopian novel and a best-seller dystopian novel. The Left Hand of Darkness presents, in a fragmented way, the question faced by the planet Gethen at a turning point in its history: to join or not, as a peripheral nation, the interplanetary league known as Ekumen. The planet is inhabited by \"ambisexuals\" beings and receives a visit from the Envoy\", a male, who is tasked with presenting this choice to Gethen. The Handmaid\'s Tale tells the story of the handmaid Offred, a resident of Gilead, a nation that represents a phantasmagoric version of the United States in the 1980s, where a theocratic government was stablished, suppresing the most basic rights of all women, while mantaining capitalism and private property. Offred is a handmaid, which uterus is managed by this state and her story is reconstituted by two professors in an academic symposium in the year 2195. In this paper, I discuss the impossibility of the utopia in these novels, taking in account feminist theo ry and gender studies in the second half of the twentieth century; literary forms and the idea of what would constitute the postmodern novel; the critique of representation and its ideological functions and the emergence of utopic impulses in the products of mass culture, having in mind the to metodology developed by the materialist critique, with emphasis in Fredric Jameson and his work Archaeologies of the future: the desire called utopia and other science fictions.
