Der Beitrag stellt eine kritische Antwort auf Mario Carpos These dar, dieser Wandel bringe Architektur zu einer »autographischen« Praxis zurück, die noch vor die Renaissance zurückreiche. Demgegenüber argumentiert der Beitrag, dass Architektur nach dem Modell von Rosalind Kraus als post-medium art (»postmediale Kunst«) gedacht werden sollte. </br></br>Over the last two decades drawing has been displaced from its dominant role in architecture by a range of computational representations. This article offers a critical response to Mario Carpo's recent argument that this shift returns architecture to an 〉autographic〈 mode of practice not seen since before the Renaissance. In contrast, I suggest that architecture today should be thought of through Rosalind Krauss's model of a post-medium art. "

The author explores how World War II changed the rationale for mass literacy in the United States from a nineteenth-century moral imperative into a twentieth-century production imperative. In this paper, the way and equipment that detects the drafting force of back zone on cotton spinning frame is promoted and designed, on the base of the analysis of draft theory, detected equipment and way of drafting force in existence. Using this way, the drafting force of back zone on spinning frame can be detected on-line effectively. By mechanical analysis way, in the course of drafting the mathematical models of drafting force in back zone and force impressing on sensor are educed; the drafting force is detected on cotton spinning frame utilizing detected equipment of drafting force designed by ourselves. Results indicate: this detected equipment can reflect the size and wave circs of drafting force in back zone, provide a new way of on-line detection of drafting force in back zone on cotton spinning frame and choice drafting process parameters in reason.

This paper systematically deals with the matter of nomotechnical rules of drafting legal regulations with special reference to essential preconditions of drafting legal regulations. The national sources of law are studied relating to the procedure of drafting legal regulations, which arise from the Rules of Procedure of the Croatian Parliament and what possibilities the prescribed and unique methodological-nomotechnical rules have. The emphasis is on determining the essential preconditions for the enaction and drafting of legal regulations, and on the advantages that contribute to a better drafting of legal regulations in the national system. This is a very interesting topic since the so-called nomotechnical rules did not appear in scientific terms until the 19th century and are still evolving. The nomotechnical rules institute plays a very important role as a foundation of legal certainty.

In this study, the drafting dynamic process was reflected in the arrangement containing hooked fibers and straight fibers, and the fiber straightness in the drafting zone in real-time. The drafting process was implemented from the initiation of the sliver head moving into the drafting zone to the achievement of the straightening process for all fibers in the sliver. The developed model demonstrated that the simulated weight distributions of various fibers, including the total fibers, back fibers, front fibers and floating fibers, were more in line with the actual results than the simulative ones based on the previous drafting model with the simulation of the straight fiber arrangement in the sliver. In conclusion, the drafting model with the application of the hooked fiber arrangement was effective and precise in quantizing the drafting process of a sliver with many hooked fibers, such as a cotton card sliver. Moreover, the drafting model can offer the theoretical foundation for setting the drafting parameters from the perspective of the distributions of slow-floating fibers and fast-floating fibers.

To improve the yarn quality, the pressure bar was installed in the break drafting zone of the INA-V spinning frame. The process parameters were optimized in the break drafting zone with pressure bar of the INA-V spinning frame, the drafting principle in the break drafting zone with pressure bar of INA-V spinning frame was analyzed, and the sliver configuration was observed in the break drafting zone with pressure bar. The result revealed that installed the pressure bar in break drafting zone after, when the roving twist factor was small, CV%, thinness, thickness and neps of the yarn spun decrease as the break drafting ratio increase; when the twist factor of roving was larger, the break draft ratio as 1.3 time was optimum drafting conditions. The yarn quality was improved as roving twist increased.

The actual twist level in the drafting zone of a woolen ring frame is measured and analyzed with respect to false-twist tube speed, roller velocity, draft, deflector rod height, number of agitator pegs, and the presence or absence of the jaw on the base of the false-twist tube. In terms of influence on the drafting twist, the false-twist tube speed, the pegs, the jaw, and the draft are positive factors, while the deflector rod and front roller velocity are negative factors. An empirical equation is produced to relate drafting twist level to spinning variables, and deficiencies are shown for two earlier equations. A further study is made of the effect of various mechanical parameters on the spinning performance and yarn properties for a number of wool blends. For the sake of brevity, only one parameter is discussed in this paper.

Hero drafting for multiplayer online arena (MOBA) games is crucial because drafting directly affects the outcome of a match. Both sides take turns to "ban"/"pick" a hero from a roster of approximately 100 heroes to assemble their drafting. In professional tournaments, the process becomes more complex as teams are not allowed to pick heroes used in the previous rounds with the "best-of-N" rule. Additionally, human factors including the team's familiarity with drafting and play styles are overlooked by previous studies. Meanwhile, the huge impact of patch iteration on drafting strengths in the professional tournament is of concern. To this end, we propose a visual analytics system, BPCoach, to facilitate hero drafting planning by comparing various drafting through recommendations and predictions and distilling relevant human and in-game factors. Two case studies, expert feedback, and a user study suggest that BPCoach helps determine hero drafting in a rounded and efficient manner.

In spite of these differences, some scholars of legislative drafting have in recent years been of the view that there is a meeting point between the two drafting models. Until recently, the comparative analysis of legislative drafting models was not given serious attention by legal scholars in comparative analysis. In this connection, while doctrinal legal approach will be employed as a descriptive and analytical review of the topic, comparative approach will be used to examine the various legislative drafting models. The objective of this paper is therefore to compare the common law and civil law legislative drafting models. Findings: The findings show that while there are clear cut differences between the common law and civil law legislative drafting models. There has also been cross-fertilisation of styles particularly in drafting of international instruments involving drafters from common law and civil law jurisdictions. Recommendations: This paper therefore recommends the need for legislative drafters in Nigeria to be properly trained with a view to learning the similarities and differences between common law and civil law legislative drafting models.
