This paper mainly focuses on a modelling methodology for coupling the active and passive exoskeleton on standard digital humanoid. Before employing an exoskeleton into the plant, simulations of the current situation and of the target situation need to be performed.

Digital evidence has a different meaning from physical evidence, but even though it is different, both are a unity of evidence that supports each other in the investigation process. Unfortunately, laws and regulations generally have not been oriented to the terminology of digital evidence that should be. It becomes a research challenge in how the handling of digital evidence also gets the same treatment as physical evidence. For this reason, technical studies are needed to support the application of law and regulations for digital evidence handling. This article provides a solution in the form of digital evidence cabinets as a framework to support the centralization of digital evidence that following the applicable regulations of procedures for the management of evidence in the territory of Indonesia. This concept can translate the centralization of digital evidence through the analogy of physical cabinet and the interpretation of cabinet, rack, bags, and evidence unit with types of criminals, list of crimes, list of crime scenes and list of digital evidence at one crime scene.

Digitalization plays a major role in contributing towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Without transformation of existing businesses, both economic and environmental challenges of the future cannot be solved sustainably. However, there is much confusion on interrelationships and terms dealing with digitization or digitalization: Digital business model, digital transformation, digital entrepreneurship. How do these terms interrelate with and to digitalization, and how do they support firms to grow sustainably? To answer this question, we identified seven core digital-related terms based on a structured literature search within the management and economics domain, namely: Digital, Business Model, Digital Business Model, Digital Technology, Digital Innovation, Digital Transformation, and Digital Entrepreneurship. Thereafter, we analyzed prior literature for deriving a common understanding and definition as a basis for interrelations within a conceptual framework. Definitions were presented in a case study setup with twelve innovation and research and development (R&D) managers from various business units of a German high-tech company. Based on these insights, we propose a conceptual framework on how Digital Readiness, Digital Technology, and Digital Business Models might sustainably relate to Innovation, moderated by a Digital Transformation Process. With this approach, we aim to equip practitioners and researchers alike in handling and addressing change through digitalization sustainably.

Mobile devices usage has become a part of daily life modern humans today. And one of mobile devices that is almost owned by mobile devices users is mobile phone, including a smartphones. As an electronic devices that can store data, even various kinds of data types, that information stored from data on mobile phone can reflect the user’s activity. So the information can be described as a chronologically if needed. In this study, there are case studies about findings and handlings of digital evidence form of Short Message Services (SMS) that obtained on unallocated data in an android smartphone. By practically testing the procedures, the results show that steps and stages used for handling mobile devices evidence could be run dynamically, in the sense that, there are several procedural steps can be run as simultaneously, but the activity stages could be run regularly too. So the artefacts has a forensically sound elements and can be proven as a scientific with the clear stages.

The COVID-19 crisis has accelerated this digital transformation, and changes that usually take many years to translate into clinical practice have been implemented in a matter of weeks. These have outpaced the checks and balances that would typically accompany such changes, which has brought into focus a need to have a proper approach for digital data handling. Health care data is sensitive, and is prone to hacking due to the lack of stringent protocols regarding its storage and access. Mental health care data need to be more secure due to the stigma associated with having a mental health condition. Thus, there is a need to emphasize proper data handling by mental health professionals, and policies to ensure safeguarding patient’s privacy are required. The aim of useful, free, and fair use of mental health care data for clinical, business, and research purposes should be balanced with the need to ensure the data is accessible to only those who are authorized. Systems and policies should be in place to ensure that data storage, access, and disposal are systematic and conform to data safety norms.

This permitted easier identification of the mass and enabled dissection of the abnormal tissue and excision of only the tumor with a minimum of tissue trauma. Healing was uneventful and expedient largely because of the reduced tissue handling. Prior to the advent of magnetic resonance imaging, this type of preoperative detailed surgical mapping would not have been possible. Continuing improvements in magnetic resonance imaging hold great and increasing promise.

The most popular mobile operating system of the day is a smartphone based on android operating system. With android technology, criminals can use that technology as a crime medium ranging from overriding crime ideas, crime targets and crime scenarios. In this Final Project use forensic mobile application to get data residing in cell phone actors, in the form of text, sound, picture and video that have or not yet deleted in smartphone. In this study, a model for investigating the crime scene is the author using the Generic Computer Forensic Investigation Model (GCFIM). On the GCFIM model the investigator may be able to return to the previous stage because of the possibility of a changeable situation (both physical and digital), the investigation tools used, the crime tools used, and the level of investigative expertise. In this research also added weighting method of word TF-IDF, where this method can help to find keyword in digital evidence in the form of word / text.

Public services provided by government have been an intensively researched topic. Not much literature addresses principle of accountability in digital public service innovation. This study aims to identify the extent which accountability can be promoted in the utilization of digital public complaints services, using descriptive qualitative methods with Bovens Model accountability function approach. In the form of a comparative study to compare unit of analysis as public service innovation handling digital based complaints UPIK and Qlue. The results of study were carried out after a comparison of accountability analysis, based on indicators of digital based public service accountability functions. The findings are: First, accountability influenced by four functions,(1)Democratic control,(2)Guarantees,(3)Learning, (4)Performance. Second, different periods of leadership influence the dynamics of accountability development. In conclusion, accountability function embedded by Qlue was being able to cutdown bureaucrats efficiently, in addition to the political system, leadership commitment and dynamic user existence. The quality of the UPIK system is still below Qlue, but UPIK's accountability capacity is more consistent in fulfilling the elements to promote accountability through effective complaints handling mechanisms. Not only more modern facilities, the performance of program that have supported by models and appropriate complaints handling mechanisms also capable of promoting accountable organizations.

With the increasing number of cybercrimes, the digital forensics team has no choice but to implement more robust and resilient evidence-handling mechanisms. The capturing of digital evidence, which is a tangible and probative piece of information that can be presented in court and used in trial, is very challenging due to its volatility and improper handling procedures. When computer systems get compromised, digital forensics comes into play to analyze, discover, extract, and preserve all relevant evidence. Therefore, it is imperative to maintain efficient evidence management to guarantee the credibility and admissibility of digital evidence in a court of law. A critical component of this process is to utilize an adequate chain of custody (CoC) approach to preserve the evidence in its original state from compromise and/or contamination. In this paper, a practical and secure CustodyBlock (CB) model using private blockchain protocol and smart contracts to support the control, transfer, analysis, and preservation monitoring is proposed. The smart contracts in CB are utilized to enhance the model automation process for better and more secure evidence preservation and handling. A further research direction in terms of implementing blockchain-based evidence management ecosystems, and the implications on other different areas, are discussed.

Abstract Adopting a re-materialization approach, we designed and implemented an everyday interactive artifact that enables an individual to monitor and establish the reconfirmation time of email data. This device represents a new means of handling and interacting with email. To investigate the value of the materialization of email data through a daily interactive object, Maili, we conducted a 1-month field study with five participants in their work environments. The results showed that applying physicality to email handling helped to increase accessibility to and interest in the data, as well as in the reconfirmation function of email. Results also indicated the value of combining non-digital (the tray) with digital functions. By presenting the process of using the dematerialized data, our findings offer new insights into how we can materialize digital information in everyday tangible artifacts.

The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has issued some documents which act as legal base for the management of digital archival records. However, this insufficient system of legal documents along with weak material and technical/ technological basis has difficulties in confronting the handling process of electronic archival records in Vietnam nowadays. In the current situation, Vietnam needs to have timely and synchronous measures so as to well process its electronic archival records.

The article presents interpretations of the concepts of cybersecurity and cybercrime as well as the abuse of the term cybernetic. The author refers to information as a new “centre of gravity” of the nation’s power and special attention is paid to activities aimed at ensuring a high level of information security in Poland. The assumptions of the draft Act on the national cybersecurity system are described and particular emphasis is placed on the issues of technical and organisational reporting and the handling of ICT security incidents. The author points out that handling incidents violating cyber security at a strategic level for a country ought to be considered as an intentional action of a definite and repeatable character. Here the reference to the ISO/IEC standards and recommendations can be found. Moreover, behaviours related to securing digital evidence after an incident, including the so-called good practice in relation to the reaction in the event of an incident, are presented. A simplified procedure for securing computer hardware, as a recommended method of action in case of the triage and live data forensics, are suggested in the article. The recommendations of the FORZA methodology and frameworks are also discussed. When summarising, the author underlines that it is essential to prepare appropriate procedures and personnel for the broadly understood handling of incidents violating cybersecurity. This includes protection of digital evidence according to the procedures, good practice and suggestions contained in normative documents, as well as implementing cybersecurity policy, bringing legislation into line with international standards and educating users and the judiciary.

The aim of the contribution is to create an event-controlled simulation of an automated production system using selected simulation software according to analyses and creation PLC control program compatible with human-machine control interface (HMI) visualization. The programmer can test the control program without the need for additional hardware on a virtual model of the machine. This method is called as a Virtual Commissioning method. The question is whether these new digital technologies are beneficial in the development process of new machines. The theoretical part of the contribution deals with the evaluation of the current state of knowledge in the field of virtual commissioning systems from the perspective of the Industry 4.0 concept and the use of principles taken from the technology of digital twins for analysing the possibilities of productive support of simulation, programming and visualization of control. For the Virtual Commissioning of the Quality-handling station from a flexible production system. It was chosen Tecnomatix Process simulating software for the developing of the Digital Twin of the station that is suitable for the connection of the logical behaviour inputs and outputs of the Digital Twin to the PLCSIM emulator. The main goal is to create a functional PLC program, so that in the second phase the process of virtual commissioning can be tested by the Software-the-Loop method. The preparation of the simulation model consists in a sample of the control station model of the production system, the process of creating kinematic bonds, behaviour model, creating control signals in the Tecnomatix Process Simulate program. Programming procedure and acquaintance with control means in the Simatic Manager program, selection of communication interface and creation of control visualization. In the final work, validation is performed and evaluation supports the objectives and the results confirmed the benefits of the Virtual Commissioning tool.

Digital image acquisition and processing can provide many advantages over conventional analog image information handling, i.e., undisturbed access to the “raw data set”, quantitative analysis of the image information, and reduced costs and increased flexibility of image data handling. However, it may principally change microscopy by providing a new facility for instant exhaustive data presentation in acquired images. Detail imaging is one of the basic microscopic tasks but visual access to detail information is cumbersome and often left to post-session data analysis. A dedicated software/hardware technique is now available for automatic “near-real-time” enhancement of image detail information visually not accessible in the “raw data” image. Pertinent image details include spatial dimensions of only a few pixels in size (spatial details) and intensity variations of only a few intensity steps in height (intensity details). While conventional image enhancement techniques often produce serious image artifacts which exclude a closer inspection of enhanced detail information, the new pixel-accurate processing (PAP) technology allows instant image evaluation at an accuracy-level of the raw data through detail enhancement in full-frame images, digital zoom and noise smoothing.

Therefore the creation of a digital master document implies previous defining of adequate quality parameters and later verifying, by means of careful and rigorous control, whether defined quality has been achieved. The paper deals with digital document quality control as an important element in the chain of creating, managing and long term preservation of e-documents created by digitization, stating that the only worth keeping digital master documents are those that passed through thorough quality control.

Data Handling at primary school involves gathering and recording information and then presenting it in a way that is meaningful to others. It is a fundamental part of student's mathematical understanding. Initial concepts of Data Handling need to be exposed to students in the early years as these skills will be used and built upon throughout their education. Due to its importance, Data Handling is included in the curriculum at primary level in Malaysia. However results of international assessments which focused on the use of higher order thinking skills showed that Malaysian students performed poorly in Data Handling. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify students’ learning difficulties in Data Handling at each level of higher order thinking skills (HOTS) namely applying, analysing, evaluating and creating. In addition, this study also investigated the use of smart board in overcoming HOTS learning difficulties in Data Handling. Numerous teachers recommend the use of smart board at primary schools since students have the opportunity to explore and learn novel concepts using the technology. Subsequently, it helps to generate dynamic learning experiences and student in school become more motivated about learning when the smart board is used during their lessons. Four experienced year five mathematics teachers and thirty year five students from a primary school were involved in the study. The students and teachers were selected based on purposive sampling. An interview protocol and rubric for cognitive domain in HOTS were used during the data collection phase. In addition, semi-structured interview sessions with the teachers and students as well as document analysis of the students’ mathematics exercise sheets in Data Handling were carried out by the researcher to investigate the students’ learning difficulties at each level of HOTS in Data Handling. It is hoped that the results from this study can contribute towards development of strategies, methods or programs using smart board to enhance HOTS in Data Handling among primary school students in Malaysia.

Digital pathology including whole slide image (WSI) acquisition is a promising tool for histopathologic teleconsultation. To test and validate the use of WSI in comparison with robotic microscopy for intraoperative frozen section consultation of peripheral hospitals serviced by our department, we compared the VENTANA DP 200 slide scanner with an established remote-controlled digital microscope. Thirty cases were retrospectively analysed. In comparison with a median specimen handling time of 19 min using remote-controlled microscopy, the WSI handling was significantly shorter (11 min, p=0.0089) and offered better image quality, for example, allowing to detect a positive resection margin by a malignant melanoma that had been missed using the former system. Prospectively assessed on 12 cases, the median handling time was 6 min. Here, we demonstrate the applicability and the advantages of WSI for intraoperative frozen section teleconsultation. WSI-based telepathology prooves to be an efficient and reliable tool providing superior turn-around time and image resolution.

Abstract The failure of e-books to take over from the traditional print format, as was so confidently predicted would happen only a few years ago, highlights how there is more to reading than merely the content of what we see. In fact, like any other object, the experience of interacting with a book, especially an old or historic volume, offers the reader the potential for a multisensory encounter. One that involves not only what the book looks and feels like, both the weight of the volume and the feel of the pages, but also the distinctive smell. In fact, one might also want to consider the particular sound made by the pages as they are turned over. However, it is the smell of older, and seemingly more olfactorily-redolent, works that appears to be especially effective at triggering nostalgic associations amongst readers. It is therefore only by understanding the multisensory nature of handling books, as stressed by this review, that one can really hope to fully appreciate the enduring appeal of the traditional format in the modern digital era. Several recent exhibitions that have attempted to engage their visitors by means of exploring the multisensory appeal of historic books or manuscripts in their collections are briefly discussed. While the multisensory mental imagery that is typically evoked by reading is unlikely to differ much between the print and e-book formats, there is nevertheless still some evidence to suggest that physical books can occasionally convey information more effectively than their digital counterparts.

<p><strong>Abstract.</strong> This paper explains the investigation carried out to understand NDCDB data handling within GIS applications. The method used was a case study replicated to five established GIS applications from different agencies, namely eKadasOnline, SKiP, iPlan, TM SmartMap and DBKL Interactive Portal. The case study was propositioned to the statements of; i) “<i>Such methods of applying NDCDB are because user understands its characteristics</i>”, and ii) “<i>such methods of applying NDCDB are because users know how to adopt it.</i>” Cross-case comparison analysis was then conducted to identify rival findings and explanation building. Based on the evidence of the multi-case study, it was concluded that such methods of adopting NDCDB by the GIS applications administrators and developers were because most of them have a partial understanding of the NDCDB characteristics which led to NDCDB being adopted based on the method that they think were suitable. Recommendations are highlighted in this paper to rectify knowledge-based mistakes found in this study, that included; i) ensuring the NDCDB’s cut-off-date; ii) utilises all existing NDCDB layers; iii) ensure to use the map projection parameters are the authorised and official value; iv) understand that the NDCDB utilises the GDM2000 datum with ITRF2000 epoch 2006; v) False Easting and North Easting can be discarded for geocentric datum; vi) adopting the built-in Geocentric Cassini map projection of GIS software is not advisable; and vii) obtaining relevant additional NDCDB layers. With the recommendations emplace, it is hoped the full potential of NDCDB can be tapped especially for multipurpose cadastre implementation including to ease spatial analysis. Data replication, exhaustion of resources, and reduce risks or costly investments made by decision makers, policy makers, developers or individuals can be avoided when NDCDB is fully optimised for spatial analysis.</p>

Nowadays, the computer technology is growing rapidly. This has a positive impact, many people can be helped by the computer. In addition, the types of jobs available are in-creasing. But, there are also negative impacts, for example the computer crimes are growing dramatically. The komputer crimes will be handled where the place of computer crime occurred at the District Level (POLSEK). The problem occurs is when police agen-cies at the District Level do not have tools to investigate digital evidence. So the proce-dure to handle this computer crime is send the physical evidence to the Regional Level (POLDA) to be acquired and analyzed.It will make the digital evidence vulnerable to be acquired and manipulated when the physical evidence is sent to the Regional Police Agency by people who do not have au-thority. It is necessary to renew the procedure for handling digital evidence in the case of a computer crime and integrated system between them.This study will produce a procedure for handling digital evidence through an integrated monitoring system between POLSEK and POLDA agencies. It is hoped that through this monitoring system, authenticity can be maintained and the digital evidence can be ac-cepted by judge in the court.

The shift toward digital distribution has led newspapers to adopt data collection and sharing practices with unexplored ethical consequences. Analysis of the privacy policies of the 15 largest U.S. newspapers reveals what is permitted with regard to the capture of newsreader data and the sharing of such data with advertisers, affiliated companies, and social media. These practices and the related news metrics and analytics are critiqued in light of journalism’s democratic role and traditional support of citizenship. The conclusion offers six recommendations to begin to address these ethical dilemmas through greater transparency and more reader control over data handling.

Logistics transportation systems are considered regarding development of the Physical Internet. The Physical Internet is widely defined as an open global logistics system founded on physical, digital, and operational interconnectivity, through encapsulation, interfaces, and protocols, similar to the Digital Internet [1; 2]. It is built based on standardisation of both containers for transportation of goods and the equipment intended for their handling and supply. This allows creating a practically new industry since the shipper does not specify the mode of transport, and the system works on the principles of the Digital Internet, routing containers (analogous to packages of the Digital Internet) and collecting them in the right place at the right time. The concept of the Physical Internet is aimed at implementation of full interconnectedness, in terms of data, information, physical and financial flows, of several networks of freight transportation logistics services, as well as at their readiness to be freely used as a single large logistics network. The seamless physical, digital, and financial interconnection of logistics networks will include transportation, storage, and physical handling of cargo units (containers, demountable bodies, pallets, etc) [3]. In other words, these are physical objects, and that justifies the designation of the entire system as of the Physical Internet. Naturally, such a system inevitably raises the issue of standardising such physical objects (by analogy with standardising Digital Internet packages). Hence, the term of so-called ð-containers appears associated with special unified containers for storage, handling, transportation of material objects within the Physical Internet system. Now, the Physical Internet is not a merely theoretical concept. Its implementation is being carried out in many countries. The first Russian companies have already started promoting this concept as well. The objective of the article is to review the current state of this logistics model in Russia and the world based on the analysis of the literature and practical implementations.
