Judi pada dasarnya telah di atur dalam perundang-undangan di Indonesia, bahkan daerah Aceh telah merumuskan aturan judi secara konkrit dalam Qanun No. 6 Tahun 2014. Dewasa ini, Games Higgs Domino menjadi marak dimainkan di kalangan pemuda Aceh, sehingga sangat meresahkan masyarakat, karena games tersebut mulai disalahgunakan dengan cara menjual dan membeli Chip yang ada di dalam game. Begitu meresahkan games tersebut membuat ulama Aceh turun tangan dan mengeluarkan fatwa bahwa haram hukumnya jual beli Chip games tersebut dan bahkan mengkategorikannya sebagai judi, sehingga para pelaku bisa dikenakan sanksi cambuk sebagaimana yang telah diatur dalam Qanun Jinayat Aceh. Kasus-kasus penangkapan terhadap para pelaku jual beli Chip Games Higgs Domino sudah merebak di seluruh wilayah Aceh baik oleh pihak ke polisian atau pun pihak WH (Wilayatul Hisbah) selaku keamanan dalam Qanun Jinayat Aceh, dengan dasar telah melanggar ketentuan Syari’at Islam yang berlaku di Aceh. Penelitian ini ingin menganalisis terkait maraknya penangkapan pelaku jual beli Chip Games Higgs Domino, ditinjau berdasarkan Qanun Jinayat Aceh, karena aturan yang terdapat dalam qanun tersebut telah memberikan pembatasan terhadap jarimah judi. Lebih ringkasnya tulisan dalam jurnal ini ingin menjelaskan terkait poin-poin sebagai berikut: 1). Abstract The Brout Englert Higgs (BEH) mechanism of electroweak symmetry breaking and mass generation was experimentally confirmed after the discovery of the Higgs boson at the Large Hadron Collider in 2012. The BEH mechanism not only predicts the existence of a massive scalar particle, but also requires this scalar particle to couple to itself. Double Higgs production provides a unique handle, since it allows the extraction of the trilinear Higgs self-coupling. VBF di-Higgs production also probes the quartic Higgs bosons to vector bosons coupling (c 2 v). In this topic the effort on setting constraints on c 2 v will be discussed. Event selection and reconstruction will be illustrated as well as a Neural Network designed to identify VBF events.

Composite Higgs models have the potential to provide a solution to the hierarchy problem and a dynamical explanation for the generation of the Higgs potential. They can be tested at the LHC as the new sector which underlies electroweak symmetry breaking must become strong in the TeV regime, which implies additional bound states beyond the Higgs. In this paper, we first discuss prospects and search strategies for top partners (and other quark partners) in the strongly coupled sector, which we study in an effective field theory setup. In the second part of the proceedings, we go beyond the effective field theory approach. We discuss potential UV embeddings for composite Higgs models which contain a Higgs as well as top partners. We show that in all of these models, additional pseudo-Nambu–Goldstone bosons beyond the Higgs are present. In particular, all of the models contain a pseudoscalar which couples to the Standard Model gauge fields through Wess–Zumino–Witten terms, providing a prime candidate for a di-boson (including a di-photon) resonance. The models also contain colored pNGBs which can be searched for at the LHC.

Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan tiga cara yaitu, Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi.Hasil Penelitian ini . Memainkan game online dengan cara berlebihan akan mengurangi aktivitas positif yang seharusnya dijalani oleh anak pada usia perkembangan mereka. Motivasi belajar mereka menjadi rendah, waktu untuk bersosialisasi dengan teman sebaya mereka. Bermain game telah menjadi salah satu hiburan paling popular di dunia, jauh mengungguli bentuk-bentuk permainan dan hiburan anak lainnya. Hal ini terjadi karena game menawarkan banyak pilihan, dimana para pemain game diajak untuk menghadapi dilema moral, interaksi sosial, dan memecahkan berbagai masalah yang sering kali terjadi dalam kehidupan nyata, sehingga mereka selalu tertarik pada hal-hal baru. Dalam hal ini, anakanak akan selalu ingin bermain game, dan akhirnya menjadi kecanduan game. Jika seorang remaja menjadi kecanduan bermain game online, sudah dapat dipastikan waktu mereka akan banyak dihabiskan untuk bermain game sehingga waktu untuk melakukan hal-hal lain tidak ada. We study a gauge-singlet vector-like fermion hidden sector dark matter model, in which the communication between the dark matter and the visible standard model sector is via the Higgs-portal scalar-Higgs mixing and also via a hidden sector scalar with loop-level couplings to two gluons and also to two hypercharge gauge bosons induced by a vector-like quark. We find that the Higgs-portal possibility is stringently constrained to be small by the recent LHC di-Higgs search limits, and the loop induced couplings are important to include. In the model parameter space, we present the dark matter relic density, the dark-matter-nucleon direct detection scattering cross section, the LHC diphoton rate from gluon-gluon fusion, and the theoretical upper bounds on the fermion-scalar couplings from perturbative unitarity.

Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berlaku untuk investigasi penelitian, yaitu pembelian dan penjualan token berdasarkan game online Higgs domino fiqh muamalah. Uji validitas data dalam penelitian ini adalah penambahan observasi dan triangulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah proses transaksi jual beli token pada game online domino Higgs dilakukan dengan dua cara. Metode pertama adalah transfer bank, dan metode kedua adalah cash on delivery (COD). Selain itu, dengan mempromosikan chip game online Higgs Dominoes, Anda dapat menggunakan media sosial seperti WhatsApp, Facebook, dan media serupa. Dari perspektif fiqh muamalah, dalam praktek jual beli domino Higgs secara online, ijab dan qabul sudah jelas. Karena jelas bahwa penjual secara sadar menjual, dan pembeli juga secara sadar membeli apa yang dijual penjual. Namun, subjek tidak mematuhi hukum Syariah. Karena masih ada subyek (baligh) yang tidak sesuai dengan syariat Islam, dan barang yang diperdagangkan mengandung unsur mayir. In this work, we point out that the apparent diphoton excess initially presented by the ATLAS and CMS collaborations could have originated from a radion in the bulk Higgs scenario within a warped extra dimension. In this scenario, the couplings of the radion to massive gauge bosons are suppressed, allowing it to evade existing searches. In the presence of mixing with the Higgs, due to the strong constraints from diboson searches, only points near what we denominate the alignment region were able to explain the diphoton signal and evade other experimental constraints. In light of the new measurements presented at ICHEP 2016 by both LHC collaborations, which do not confirm the initial diphoton excess, we study the current and future collider constraints on a radion within the bulk-Higgs scenario. We find that searches in the diphoton channel provide the most powerful probe of this scenario and already exclude large regions of parameter space, particularly for smaller warp factors. The radion has a sizeable branching ratio into top pairs and this channel may also give competitive constraints in the future. Finally, di-Higgs searches can provide a complementary probe in the case of nonzero radion-Higgs mixing but strong alignment.

We present the results of a search for a neutral MSSM Higgs boson decaying to a pair of tau leptons. The analyzed data sample corresponds to integrated luminosity of approximately 200 pb-1 of [Formula: see text] collisions at [Formula: see text]. It was collected by the CDF detector during Run 2 of the Fermilab Tevatron. We select tau pairs in which one of the taus decays hadronically and the other to e or μ and neutrinos. We see no evidence of signal and perform a fit to the (partially) reconstructed di-tau mass to set limits on the product of Higgs production cross-section and its branching fraction to taus.

Gambling is a societal disease that affects all levels of society, including students in Tanjungpinang City. In the midst of a pandemic, all systems of people's lives have changed from offline to online, including in this research the gambling that hit students in Tanjungpinang City. This study aims to find out what causes the Higgs Domino online gambling game to occur in the midst of a pandemic in the Tanjungpinang City Student environment. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The data obtained through the results of semi-structured in-depth interviews based on interview guidelines and the development of questions, observations, participation and documentation. In research to determine informants using the Purposive Sampling Technique or first determine the criteria of the informants. Based on the results of the analysis, researchers found the phenomenon of the widespread use or game of online gambling games Higgs Domino among students in the city of Tanjungpinang caused by social environmental factors, this is evidenced by the results of interviews which can be concluded that Higgs Domino players first learned about this game from friends, and the existence of Intense communication and interaction between players, starting from sharing information about how to access this game or download it, how to play, how to buy and sell chips. As stated by the Differential Association theory, Edwin H. Shutterland, Sutherland argued that criminal behavior is a behavior that can be understood and also studied in the social environment of society.

Beberapa ulama berpendapat bahwa judi (maysir) ialah tiap-tiap permainan yang mempunyai taruhan (qimar), apapun jenis permainannya ketika terdapat qimar, maka permainan tersebut adalah judi. Dalam undang-undang yang berlaku di Indonesia, pelaku permainan judi akan dihukum menurut pasal 303 dan 303 Bis KUHPidana, dan jika permainan tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan internet maka melanggar pasal 27 ayat 2 undang-undang nomor 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Orang yang melanggar ketentuan pada pasal 303 akan dihukum selama-lamanya 10 (sepuluh) tahun penjara dan denda sebanyak-banyaknya Rp.25.000.000 (dua puluh lima juta rupiah) sedangkan yang melanggar pasal 303 Bis akan dikenakan hukuman penjara selama-lamanya Empat tahun dan denda sebanyak-banyaknya Rp.10.000.000 (sepuluh juta rupiah)

The large dataset of about 3000 {fb}^{-1}fb−1 that will be collected at the High Luminosity LHC (HL-LHC) will be used to measure Higgs boson processes in detail. This large dataset will also provide sensitivity to di-Higgs processes and will allow for the improvement of the constraints on the Higgs boson self coupling. Studies based on current ATLAS analyses using LHC Run 2 data have been carried out to understand the expected precision and limitations of the Higgs and di-Higgs measurements at the HL-LHC. This paper presents the ATLAS prospects for Higgs and di-Higgs results at the HL-LHC.

Abstract We present a comprehensive study on Higgs pair production in various archetypical extended Higgs sectors such as the real and the complex 2-Higgs-Doublet Model, the 2-Higgs-Doublet Model augmented by a real singlet field and the Next-to-Minimal Supersymmetric extension of the Standard Model. We take into account all relevant theoretical and experimental constraints, in particular the experimental limits on non-resonant and resonant Higgs pair production. We present the allowed cross sections for Standard Model (SM)-like Higgs pair production and the ranges of the SM-like Yukawa and trilinear Higgs self-coupling that are still compatible with the applied constraints. Furthermore, we give results for the pair production of a SM-like with a non-SM-like Higgs boson and for the production of a pair of non-SM-like Higgs bosons. We find that di-Higgs production in the models under investigation can exceed the SM rate substantially, not only in the non-resonance region but also due to resonant enhancement. We give several benchmarks with interesting features such as large cross sections, the possibility to test CP violation, Higgs-to-Higgs cascade decays or di-Higgs production beating single Higgs production. In all of our benchmark points, the next-to-leading order QCD corrections are included in the large top-mass limit. For these points, we found that, depending on the model and the Higgs pair final state, the corrections increase the leading order cross section by a factor of 1.79 to 2.24. We also discuss the relation between the description of Higgs pair production in an effective field theory approach and in the specific models investigated here.

Abstract Through this article, we present the two-loop massless QCD corrections to the production of di-Higgs and di-pseudo-Higgs boson through quark annihilation in the large top quark mass limit. Within dimensional regularisation, we employ the non-anticommuting γ5 and treat it under the Larin prescription. We discover the absence of any additional renormalisation, so-called contact renormalisation, that could arise from the short distance behaviour of two local operators. This finding is in corroboration with the operator product expansion. By examining the results, we discover the lack of similarity in the highest transcendentality weight terms between these finite remainders and that of a pair of half-BPS primary operators in maximally supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory. We need these newly computed finite remainders to calculate observables involving di-Higgs or di-pseudo- Higgs at the next-to-next-to-leading order. We implement the results to a numerical code for further phenomenological studies.

In July 2012, the two experiments ATLAS and CMS, operating at the CERN proton-proton collider LHC, announced the discovery of a new particle consistent with the Higgs boson. This observation confirms a key prediction of the Standard Model of particle physics, that the Universe is pervaded by a field which conveys mass to the elementary constituents of matter. This paper reviews the experimental effort which led to such a result, and the challanges that had to be overcome during the conception and constuction of LHC and its experiments, the most powerful accelerator and the most complex detectors ever built. Finally, the nature and role of CERN and the meaning and impact of fundamental research are briefly discussed.

AbstractAn important task at future colliders is the investigation of the Higgs-boson sector. Here the measurement of the triple Higgs coupling(s) plays a special role. Based on previous analyses, within the framework of Two Higgs Doublet Models (2HDM) type I and II, we define and analyze several two-dimensional benchmark planes, that are over large parts in agreement with all theoretical and experimental constraints. For these planes we evaluate di-Higgs production cross sections at future high-energy $$e^+e^-$$ e + e - colliders, such as ILC or CLIC. We consider two different channels for the neutral di-Higgs pairs $$h_i h_j=hh,hH,HH,AA$$ h i h j = h h , h H , H H , A A : $$e^+e^- \rightarrow h_i h_j Z$$ e + e - → h i h j Z and $$e^+e^- \rightarrow h_i h_j \nu {{\bar{\nu }}}$$ e + e - → h i h j ν ν ¯ . In both channels the various triple Higgs-boson couplings contribute substantially. We find regions with a strong enhancement of the production channel of two SM-like light Higgs bosons and/or with very large production cross sections involving one light and one heavy or two heavy 2HDM Higgs bosons, offering interesting prospects for the ILC or CLIC. The mechanisms leading to these enhanced production cross sections are analyzed in detail. We propose the use of cross section distributions with the invariant mass of the two final Higgs bosons where the contributions from intermediate resonant and non-resonant BSM Higgs bosons play a crucial role. We outline which process at which center-of-mass energy would be best suited to probe the corresponding triple Higgs-boson couplings.

Abstract Measurements of single Higgs production and its decays are in good agreement with the Standard Model. There is still room for large modifications in double Higgs production at LHC, though these effects may be correlated with large corrections to other observables, in particular single Higgs production. In this work we address the issue of enhancing double Higgs production in the presence of scalar leptoquarks while satisfying all experimental constraints. We show at leading order that including more than one species of leptoquarks, large cubic interactions with the Higgs can lead to sizable enhancement of di-Higgs production cross section at LHC, while at the same time keeping other Higgs observables and precision measurements under control. For masses above 800 GeV these corrections are in general below 30%, whereas in a viable scenario in which one of the leptoquarks can be light, specifically in the mass range 400 − 600 GeV, we show that it is possible to roughly double the SM cross section for di-Higgs production, implying that possible first hints of it may be probed at the high luminosity LHC at $$ \mathcal{L} $$ L ∼ 2 ab−1.
