Abstract The isomerization process of donor-acceptor Stenhouse adducts (DASAs) is closely related to its surrounded physicochemical environment, this work focuses on the promotion of ester-modified glass fiber to the isomerization process of DASAs compared with the untreated glass fiber. The ester-modified glass fiber is prepared through a two-stage method, the coating procedure is stepwise monitored through the scanning electron microscope(SEM) and the energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). The ester functional groups on the outmost layer of glass fiber act as a catalyst, lowering the energy level of the intermediate state of DASAs and therefore promoting isomerization performance of DASAs where the time to reach cyclic dominant states shorten from 116 s to 82 s and the efficiency of cyclic-to-linear increased almost 6 folds.

Donor-acceptor Stenhouse adducts (DASAs) are a novel class of solvatochromic photoswitches with increasing importance in photochemistry. Known for their reversibility between open triene and closed cyclized states, these push-pull molecules are applicable in a suite of light-controlled applications. Recent works have sought to understand the DASA photoswitching mechanism and reactive state, as DASAs are vulnerable to irreversible “dark switching” in polar protic solvents. Despite the utility of fluorescence spectroscopy for providing information regarding the electronic structure of organic compounds and gaining mechanistic insight, there have been few studies of DASA fluorescence. Herein, we characterize various photophysical properties of two common DASAs based on Meldrum’s acid and dimethylbarbituric acid by fluorescence spectroscopy. This approach is applied in tandem with complexation by cyclodextrins and cucurbiturils to reveal the zwitterionic charge separation of these photoswitches in aqueous solution and the protective nature of supramolecular complexation against degradative dark switching. DASA-M, for example, was found to form a weak host-guest inclusion complex with (2-hydroxypropyl)-γ-cyclodextrin, with a binding constant K = 60 M−1, but a very strong inclusion complex with cucurbit[7]uril, with K = 27,000 M−1. This complexation within the host cavity was found to increase the half-life of both DASAs in aqueous solution, indicating the significant and potentially useful stabilization of these DASAs by host encapsulation.

Mimicking nature, the reversible isomerization of hydrophobic dyes in aqueous solutions is appealing for bio-applications. Here, we report on the reversible isomerization of first-generation solvatochromic donor-acceptor Stenhouse adducts (DASAs) in water within dendritic matrices, realized either through the dendronization of DASAs or the incorporation of DASA pendants into dendronized copolymers. These dendritic macromolecules contain three-fold dendritic oligoethylene glycols (OEGs), which afford the macromolecules water-solubility and unprecedented thermoresponsive behavior. The thermoresponsive behavior of both dendronized DASAs and dendronized copolymers is dominated by the peripherals of dendritic OEGs. However, the hydrophilicity of the acceptor from DASA moieties also play a role in mediating their thermal phase transitions, and more importantly, tailor the hydrophobic interactions between dendritic OEGs and DASA moieties. Intriguingly, dendritic topologies contribute confinement to encapsulate the DASA moieties through crowding effects, and cooperative interactions from the crowded dendritic OEGs modulate the DASA moieties with different isomerization in aqueous media. The thermally induced collapse of dendritic OEGs, accompanied by the aggregation of dendritic macromolecules, leads to the formation of hydrophobic domains, which exert enhanced crowding effects to efficiently encapsulate the DASA moieties. Compared to the low molar mass of dendronized DASAs, thermally collapsed dendronized copolymers can efficiently retard the hydration of DASA pendants through cooperation between neighboring dendritic OEGs and afford the DASA pendants with better confined microenvironments to mediate their isomerization recovery by up to 90% from a cyclic charged (hydrophilic) state into a noncharged (hydrophobic) linear state in water. This dendritic confinement exhibits excellent fatigue resistance after several cycles of alternating photo-irradiation and thermal annealing at elevated temperatures.

Donor–acceptor Stenhouse adducts (DASAs) are gaining attention from organic and material chemists due to their visible light-stimulated photochromic properties. In this report, we present a facile method for grafting coloured triene on polycarbonate surface, without involving any pre-treatments like plasma activation, etc. The chemoselectivity of carbonate with a primary amine and Meldrum's activated furan (MAF) with polymer bound secondary amine has been exploited to graft photoswitchable DASA on the polymer surface. Primary, secondary and tertiary amine-functionalized polycarbonate surfaces have been prepared to evaluate the reactivity of amine with MAF.

In the design of photoharvesting and photoresponsive supramolecular systems in aqueous medium, the fabrication of amphiphilic photoswitches enables a noninvasive functional response through photoirradiation. Although most aqueous supramolecular assemblies are driven by high-energy and biodamaging UV light, we have previously reported a design of amphiphilic donor–acceptor Stenhouse adducts (DASAs) controlled by white light. Herein, we present a series of DASA amphiphiles (DAs) with minor structural modifications on the alkyl linker chain length connecting the DASA motif with the hydrophilic moiety. The excellent photoswitchability in organic medium and the photoresponsiveness in aqueous medium, driven by visible light, were investigated by UV–vis absorption spectroscopy. The assembled supramolecular nanostructures were confirmed by electron microscopy, while the supramolecular packing was revealed by X-ray diffraction analysis. Upon visible-light irradiation, significant transformations of the DA geometry enabled transformations of the supramolecular assemblies on a microscopic scale, subsequently disassembling macroscopic soft scaffolds of DAs. The current work shows promising use for the fabrication of visible-light-controlled macroscopic scaffolds, offering the next generation of biomedical materials with visible-light-controlled microenvironments and future soft-robotic systems.

Rendahnya kreatifitas guru sekolah dasat dalam pembelajaran matematika menjadi dasar dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan pembuatan teka-teki silang sebagai sarana pembelajaran matematika dan peningkatan kreativitas guru sekolah dasar. Kegiatan pelatihan diikuti oleh 52 guru dan kepala sekolah. Di akhir kegiatan dilakukan evaluasi dan feedback. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan pembuatan teka-teki silang matematika bagi guru sekolah dasar dapat meningkatkan kreativitas pembelajaran, kemampuan mereka dalam pemahaman topik matematika, dan memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang positif. Semoga kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat bagi peningkatan kemampuan professional guru sekolah dasar.

Diperoleh ketunyasan siklus I85% dan pada siklus II menjadi 96%. disimpulkan bahwa penerapan tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial pada siswa kelas VI Sekolah Dasar Negeri Dasan Baru Jabon Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Abstract: Classroom Action Research with the purpose of describing the improvement of learning achievement conducted in class VI State Elementary School Dasan Baru Jabon Lesson Year 2015/2016 in 2 cycles, in each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation of action, observation, evaluation and reflection. Methods of data collection using interviews, test observation, and documentation. In this paper I argue for the possibility of expanding the field of aesthetics not only beyond art and beauty but also beyond everyday aesthetics (or prosaics) centered in human sensibility. This implies considering sensibility or aesthesis in all live beings to understand the vastness of bio-aesthetics. Part of this query is zoo-aesthetics. We have such growing evidence, enriched day by day, that animals are capable of creating, recreating, imitating, enjoying, exhibiting and expressing sensibility or aesthetic taste in various forms that it is harder to deny the more we record and witness their behavior. Moreover, as there are various artistic genres, we can equally speak of similar genres in zoo-poetics, namely: a) musical b) visual (both architectonic and decorative), c) drama, and d) dance. Are females enamored by the male bat or bird mating song? Do peahens feel pleasure at the sight of a male peacock's tail? As Nagel asked 'what is it like to be a bat?' In my paper I will examine some of the turning points in recent history of aesthetics. I claim that recent developments in aesthetics have not only broadened its range of interests and made it more up-to-date vis-à-vis concurrent art, but have also taken aesthetics into realms that were previously not its own. In this respect, I see Jacques Rancière as the pivotal figure, whose recent writings offer a possible novel - although also risky - endeavor. Furthermore, I will examine some other - divergent, but also highly productive - aesthetic theories of the recent decades.

Culture is one of the most important features of the people. Based on cultural patterns, different societies are identified. The values of individual societies are also based on art, on the representation of which the degree of spirituality of a certain nation may depend. That is why awareness of art and culture is very important. As the media is marked as a force that has the power to influence the audience what to think about, as well as what to think, the media content about culture, the representation of reporting and the way in which culture is reported are of great importance. Reporting on culture should be one of the basic tasks of the media, bearing in mind their importance for the formation and preservation of cultural identities. One of the main goals in this paper is to determine whether, to what extent and in what way online media portals report on culture. The paper analyzes the section "culture" on the media portals of the dailies Danas, Novosti and Srbija Danas. According to the research, Danas took topics from culture seriously, and with its analytical approach and in-depth processing of certain topics, it showed that it attaches special importance to the "culture" section. The results also showed that Novosti reports on culture, while on the Srbija Danas portal, culture is marginalized. One of the most striking negative results is the centralization of culture to a large extent on all three online portals.

Terrorism is a politically motivated violence that has its roots in the teachings and actions of anarchists. Often understood as a weapon of the weak, terrorism is a means of communication through the exploitation of fear that arises as a result of physical violence. Political motive and purpose determine the theoretical notion of terrorism, while in the specific case, the decision on what a terrorist act is is determined by political interest. Political determinism makes terrorism an ideal means of hybrid warfare which is based on the synergy of numerous individual acts that are compatible with each other and serve the same goal. Considering the complexity of hybrid warfare, the ways in which terrorism can be misused for the purpose of hybrid warfare are also different. The paper describes three terrorism misuse models for this purpose.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran pekerjaan dasat teknik otomotif kompetensi keahlian teknik otomotif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 99 siswa kelas X.Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket tertutup dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswakelas X pada mata pelajaran pekerjaan dasar teknik otomotif rata-rata 78,7%. Sebagian besar siswa kelas X memiliki motivasi dalam belajar khususnya pada mata pelajaran pekerjaaan dasar teknik oromotif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X memiliki motivasi belajar yang baik dapat memproleh nilai yang memuaskan dan di atas KKM.

Obesity is a chronic, progressive, and recurring disease. The prevalence of obesity has reached pandemic proportions, along with overweight-related conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and certain cancers. Reducing residual morbidity is the main goal of obesity treatment. Pharmacotherapy is intended for patients who have not responded to lifestyle interventions. There are currently six anti-obesity medications (orlistat, phentermine/topiramate, naltrexone/bupropion, liraglutide, semaglutide, and tirzepatide) approved for long-term obesity management. Most of them, except orlistat, predominantly act centrally by increasing satiety, as well as reducing appetite and food reward. The most effective anti-obesity drugs are semaglutide and tirzepatide, which might provide weight loss of more than 10% of the initial weight. Although all anti-obesity medications have been demonstrated to improve cardiometabolic risk factors, only liraglutide and semaglutide lower the risk of major cardiovascular events in patients with or without established cardiovascular disease. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, tentu saja ini menjadi tanggung jawab dan kewajiban guru untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah belajar para siswa. Permasalahan ini pada dasarnya ini dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang tepat dan efektif sehingga dapat melibatkan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas belajar siswa pada saat diterapkan media miniatur berbahan dasar kayu dan hasil belajar siswa setelah menerapkan media miniatur berbahan dasar kayu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah berupa Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Dasan Geria sebanyak 16 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I menunjukkan skor 34 sedangkan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan daripada siklus I yaitu 42; (2) terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, terlihat dari nilai rata-rata pada siklus I sebesar 67,5 dan pada siklus II sebesar 80,6. Dengan demikian maka penerapan media miniatur dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Punishment is a way of giving a warning to students at school by educators due to improper students' behavior so that their attitudes can change into correct and expected general norms. The purpose of this study was to find out the basics of giving punishment applied by educators. The method used was qualitative library research. Primary data sources were prioritized related to the punishment theories, then complemented by secondary sources related to the punishment problem. The results showed that the basics of giving punishment must be done to students who behave wrongly, don't overdo, the form of punishment has a relationship with miss-behavior, give punishment based on the wrong action committed, it must be consistent with the rules, be calm and objective, and before giving punishment, students should first be given a warning.

Phenological parameters such as blooming, maturity phases and bird migration are among the most visible indicators of climate change. In this study, we carried out a complete evaluation of available phenological data for the territory of Latvia for the period from 1970 to 2018. We examined 148 phenological phases spanning six taxonomic groups – plants, animals, insects, amphibians, fish and mushrooms. Separately we considered crops and abiotic phenomena like the first snowfall, the last spring frost and agricultural activities such as the beginning of livestock grazing, potato planting, etc. As a result, a calendar of natural rhythms was established for the Latvian landscape, indicating the most frequent or most representative accession time for these phenological phases and the earliest and latest accession values between 1970 and 2018.

An empirical study requires an initial survey or also known as a pilot study. This is to ensure the validity and reliability of the measuring instrument can be used in real studies better. This article aims to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. This questionnaire was developed as an adaptation of the Policy Acceptance questionnaire by Tamra, Pierce in 2014. The findings of the study show that the validity and reliability of the study reached the minimum required level. It is hoped that this study contributes to academic development and is able to provide good information to implementers of education policy.

Leisure time is a social phenomenon, to whom increasing attention is being paid today. In this article are presented the results of the empirical research, which had for a goal understanding how today's leisure time is spent, in order to introduce possible improvements and improve students ways of spending leisure and make them more quality. The sample included 120 examinees, 85 women and 35 males. For the purposes of this research, a descriptive and survey method were used. The results obtained indicate that in students leisure time passive activities are the most common. Leisure time activities, like sport, cultural and artistic activities, reading books are not as much present in examinees' leisure time. Analysis of the obtained data it comes to the conclusion that students don't spend leisure time in a healthy, creative and quality way. Improving students' leisure time, social institutions should pay considerable attention organizing seminars, workshops and tribunes, with a goal of pointing out the importance of leisure time to the development of an individual.

Introduction: Primary myelofibrosis (PMF) is a clonal hematopoietic neoplastic disease characterized by constitutive complaints, splenomegaly, anemia and very often thrombocytopenia. Aim: To analyze and compare data from clinical trials, focusing on both current and emerging therapeutics. Methods: The analysis of published clinical trials and relevant papers. Results: Currently, the gold standard for treating primary myelofibrosis (PMF) is ruxolitinib, the first-in-class JAK inhibitor (JAKi). It has achieved a ≥35% reduction in spleen volume (SVR) in 41.9% of patients compared to placebo and has led to a >50% improvement in symptoms, as measured by the Total Symptom Score (TSS), in 49.5% of treated individuals. Ruxolitinib is not an ideal drug, as some patients experience worsening anemia, thrombocytopenia, and an increased susceptibility to various infections. Some patients are required to discontinue the treatment or reduce the dosage. Another approved JAK inhibitor, fedratinib, has shown promising results as a second-line treatment following ruxolitinib failure. As a first-line therapy, fedratinib achieved a spleen volume reduction (SVR) of ≥35% in 47% of patients, with a >50% improvement in TSS in 40% of cases. In transfusion-dependent patients, momelotinib has demonstrated good results, showing non-inferiority to ruxolitinib, with similar spleen volume reduction (SVR≥35%) rates of 26.5% compared to 29% with ruxolitinib. Momelotinib treatment reduced transfusion independence by 17% compared to ruxolitinib (66% vs 49%). In thrombocytopenic patients (Plt 50-100 x109 /L), pacritinib is the newest therapy; it reduces spleen volume compared to adjusted ruxolitinib dosing without worsening thrombocytopenia. Drugs combined with ruxolitinib (e.g. navitoklaks, pelabresib) have the purpose to improve the outcome, especially in spleen reduction. Conclusion: Treating PMF remains a challenge. While ruxolitinib provides effective disease control in nearly half of patients, new therapies are needed to enhance outcomes both overall and in those with refractory disease.

Sementara pada Iluminisme Isyraqi selain argumentasi rasional Suhrawardi Syeikh Isyraq yang merupakan tokoh utamanya, juga sangat menekankan penjernihan ruh serta riyadhah nafsani atau latihan spiritual bagi jiwa agar manusia memahami entitas dan hakikat-hakikat riil dengan jalan penyaksian, penglihatan batin, dll. Bahkan pada metode yang disebut terakhir ini proporsinya jauh lebih besar dari pada argumentasi rasional. Implikasinya Suhrawardi lebih mengutamakan prinsipilitas mahiyah sebagai sesuatu yang ashil ketimbang wujud. Dalam Perjanjian Lama kita mengenal lusinan pemimpin besar seperti Abraham, Yusuf, Musa, Yosua, Gideon, Samuel, Elia, Elisa, Daud, Salomo, Daniel, Nehemia dan lain-lain. Jika kita menyelidiki Perjanjian Lama dengan sungguh-sungguh kita akan menemukan pada hampir setiap halamannya menampilkan biografi, karakter, kepribadian, pelayanan, karya dan tulisan para pemimpin tersebut. Kitab-kitab injil tidak kurang menariknya dibandingkan dengan PL sebab kitab-kitab ini menggambarkan kehidupan Sang Pemimpin Agung, yaitu Yesus Kristus. Siapa pun yang ingin berhasil dalam kepemimpinan-hamba, yang sangat dibutuhkan gereja, ia mutlak harus belajar dengan rendah hati dari Tuhan sendiri. Dalam kitab Kisah Para Rasul kita melihat karya-karya para pemimpin gereja mula-mula seperti Petrus dan Paulus yang mengikuti setiap langkah Tuhan kita dalam kepemimpinan. Kemudian dalam kitab-kitab PB selanjutnya, terutama surat-surat, tidak dapat disangkal tulisan para rasul memperlihatkan karakter, kemampuan dan keterampilan mereka sebagai pemimpin gereja dalam mengatasi segala permasalahan yang terjadi pada jemaat mula-mula. Artikel ini akan membahas secara singkat pola pengembangan kepemimpinan dalam Alkitab.

Therefore, with 3 main characters which are basically derivative principles from the above basic concepts, namely social justice, freedom to act and multypel ownership of Islamic economics trying to align the above mission. With a descriptive approach to book analysis entitled Islamic Economic Principles is built. This article, which is a Book Review, tries to discuss Muhammad's work. There are 3 main ideas that are tried to be presented. The first one talks about the Islamic economic ontological framework which includes the configuration and principles of Islamic economics. The second one talks about contemporary economic problems framed in the value-free paradigm variables and issues surrounding liberalization. The three alternative offers for today's problems using the Islamic economic paradigm. Among the offers included the idea of ​​empowering the micro economy, which so far has been marginalized in the dominant economic system by capital forces.

Main goal of Serbian ideology, policy, practice, starting from the late XVIII until the beginning of XIX century is creation of a clean, pure and ethnic Serbian country so called Great Serbia. In such country idealists also included the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Meanwhile that is achievable only by committing heinous crimes including the Bosnian Genocide. Because of the Visegrads Geostrategic position the city is crucial for Serbian plans, aggressors and criminals tried by any means to form ethnically clean territory, not choosing the means or tools in the attempt of achieving that goal. Highest point of those crimes happened during the second world war 1941-1945, also in the time of aggression on Republic Bosnia and Herzegovina 1992-1995. Numerous mass and individual killings, extermination, enslavement, deportations and / or forcible transfer of the Bosniak population, imprisonment and other forms of deprivation of liberty committed in violation of basic rules of international law constitute a long and sad list of criminal and genocidal acts committed against Bosniaks in the Drina Valley, and in the name of the so-called project Great Serbia. In this cycle and history of chetnik misery and inhumanity, the culmination of human malice, evil blood and moral dishonor was against the Bosniaks of Eastern Bosnia. Thanks to the hard work of the community and people of the country this evil plan and evil intentions of Serbs ideologists did not come through. Yet they do not give up, furthermore they use new means and methods. In that contest targeting wider area of Visegrad, as a starting point for commencing Great Serbian goals and ideas. That gave birth to the idea that Visegrad is continuously in focus to the leaders and actors of the ideology of Great Serbia, therefore creation of ethnically clean Serbian areas. All this, for a consequence, had a permanent acts of numerous crimes against humanity and international human rights among Bosnians in wider area of Visegrad, from the period of World war 2 and in the time of aggression on Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this area number of heinous crimes were committed. One of the consequences of the horrific crimes committed against Bosniaks is a radical change in the ethnic structure of the population in the Visegrad area during the 1992-1995 aggression. In relation to the 1991 Census, when there were 13,471 Bosniaks, according to the 2013 census, 1,043 Bosniaks have registered residence in Visegrad. Still, the area wasn’t ethnically cleansed as in accordance to Serbian ideologists, so this shameful project that’s grounded on crime, continued by new means and methods. Analysis confirmed key marks of aggressive attempts of ideology and policy in creating ethnic clean Serbian territory within area of Visegrad. Research is focused and timely determined on three periods: First during the Second world war 1941-1945, Second, Aggression on Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, third period after signing of Dayton’s 1995. still this day. For the purpose of proving the general hypothesis of the research, the methods of analysis and synthesis, the hypothetical-deductive method and the comparative method will be used, and for the purposes of obtaining data, the method of analysis (content) of documents and the case study method. Serbian ideologist still tries to remove all Bosnians from the wider area of Visegrad and by doing so make that town the starting point for the next phases of ethical cleansing of non-Serbian population from walleyes of Drina Conclusion would be under any price secure at first economic conditions for survival of Bosnians on those areas, take a set of measures on economically strengthening Gorazde, as a center of gathering non-Serb population in the walleye of Drina.

This research aims to produce an animated video product of basic soccer technique material. This type of research is research and development with the Plomp development model. This development model has 3 research phases, namely preliminary research phase, development or prototyping phase, and assessment phase. Then the product validation stage was carried out with 2 experts. The results of this product validation stage, animated video media get an overall average score from both experts of 95.14% with a very valid category. At the product validation stage, a practicality test was then carried out with teachers and students to determine the level of practicality of the animated video products developed. As for the assessment results at the practicality test stage with the teacher, the animated video product received an average score of 95.2% with a very practical category. While the results of the practicality test assessment of students, animated video products get an average score of 92.46% with a very practical category. The conclusion that the animated video product developed has met the criteria of validity and practicality. Thus, this animated video product of basic soccer technique material can already be used as media in learning basic soccer techniques for students.

Harus diakui teknologi modern merupakan pilihan bagi anak-anak Sekolah Minggu di samping mendengar cerita dari orang tua dan Guru Sekolah Minggu (GSM) mereka. Namun demikian, meskipun media elektronik dan audio visual dapat melakukan tugas bercerita, tetapi mereka tidak dapat mengganti “hubungan pribadi” antara si pencerita dan pendengar, dalam hal ini anak-anak. Di sinilah seorang GSM memiliki kesempatan untuk tetap hadir dan sekaligus tantangan untuk meningkatkan mutu berceritanya.

Karena adanya faktor adaptasi perkembangan zamandimasa imam Asy-syafi’i, dalam kennyataannya perjalananan madzhabnyasebagaimana yang telah beliau rintis semaikin besar bahkan para pengikutnyatergolong paling banyak, sehingga pengikut madzhab yang sampai saat masihdiikuti oleh banyak Negara-negara muslim, karena dalam mempelajari ilmu-ilmuyang didapat terasa aplikatif, representasif dan sangat persuasive menyentuhdalam jiwa masyarakat. Pembahasan mengenali dasar-dasar madzhab syafi’I denganmengelaborasi karya-karya ulama syafi’I yang bercorak kitab-kitab ushul fiqihyang banyak ditulis seperti kitab induk seperti kitab al-Umm, dan kitab alrisalah, dengan dua jenis kitab induk ini dapat ditemukan berikutnya kitab-kitabmadzhabnya seperti al-Mustashfa, (imam al-Ghazali), al-Ihkam fi ahkam alqur’an (al-Amidi) dan sebagainya, diharapkan adanya metodologi imam syafi’Imenjadi pisau analisis terhadap perkembangan hukum islam khususnya diIndonesia yang notabennya banyak bermadzhab syafi’I. dengan melihat minimnyapengetahuan dasar-dasar madzhab syafi’I setidaknya dapat terbantu untukmenyelesaikan masalah hukum yang didapatkan melalui cara istinbath hukumyang tepat dan jelas serta harus memahami dasar-dasar madzhab fiqih syafi’iyahyang mapan. Pada jurnal ini akan dibahas lebih spesifik tentang biografi lengkap imamSyafi’I (guru-guru dan murid-muridnya serta karya-karya imam syafi’i),kemudian dilengkapi dasar-dasar madhzab syafi’i terdiri dari al-qur’an hadis,ijma’ dan qiyas, al-istishab, al-istidlal, qaul qadim dan jadid, al-istiqra, alakhdzu bi al-aqalli ma qala dan ‘Urf. Seluruhnya dibahas secara komprehensif.Beliau adalah perumus utama dan pengarang teori ushul fiqih, beliau bergelarnasir al-sunnah penyelamat hadis dan menjadi pembaharu agama (mujaddid) diabad kedua hijriah (abad keemasan Islam). Demikian juga imam syafi’I dalam beristinbath menggunakan nalarburhani terhadap pola atau kaidah al-Ibrah (bahwa yang dilihat pada suatu lafadzdi lihat pada keumuman (universal lafadz) dan tidak pada particular suatu lafadzyang mempunyai sebab tertentu.

Latihan adalah proses persiapan atlet untuk peningkatan performa yang lebih tinggi. Selain itu juga pelatihan dapat diartikan sebagai kemampuan seorang pelatih dalam melakukan pengoptimalisasian performa yang dihasilkan dari proses latihan secara sistematis berdasarkan pengetahuan dan diperluas oleh beberapa disiplin ilmu. Baik buruknya kualitas dari sebuah sistem pelatihan sangat bergantung kepada faktor utama secara langsung maupun faktor pendukung yang menunjangnya. Penyusunan program latihan yang efektif, pelatih diharuskan mengerti mengenai sistem energi, dan sumber energi yang digunakan oleh tiap – tiap sistem. Alat pemanggil ikan merupakan suatu alat yang menggunakan prinsip akustik bawah air. Akustik merupakan ilmu yang membahas tentang gelombang suara dan perambatannya dalam suatu medium. Jadi, Alat pemanggil ikan ini akan menghasilkan suatu gelombang suara yang akan merambat pada medium air. Perambatan gelombang suara di dalam air dipengaruhi banyak faktor, diantaranya suhu, salinitas dan kedalaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan suatu dasar perancangan alat pemanggil ikan menggunakan metode gelombang suara. Permasalahan utama pada perancangan alat pemanggil ikan adalah terjadinya penyerapan air laut terhadap gelombang akustik sehingga memperpendek jarak jangkau pemanggilan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah dengan membuat alat yang dapat menghasilkan suatu gelombang suara dengan frekuensi yang dapat diatur sesuai dengan frekuensi ikan yang dipakai sebagai uji coba pemanggilan, selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian pemanggilan ikan di laboratorium. Dengan mengamati perubahan prilaku ikan dapat dibuat suatu kesimpulan apakah ikan tersebut terpengaruh oleh frekuensi suara apa tidak. Berdasarkan hasil perancangan diperoleh alat pemanggil ikan ini menggunakan lampu LED dan ICL8038 lalu diperkuat dengan OP-AMP 741untuk mengeluarkan frekuensi yang diinginkan. Selanjutnya alat tersebut diuji terhadap ikan kakap merah yang memiliki frekuensi suara 1000 Hz, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ikan kakap merah merespon pemanggilan tersebut, hal ini ditunjukkan terjadinya perubahan perilaku ikan yang bergerak memutari alat tersebut, sebanyak 70 kali putaran dalam kurun waktu 1 jam pengujian.

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran memiliki peran penting dalam proses pembentukan karakter siswa. Dalam proses pembelajaran di era saat ini, tujuannya tidak hanya harus pintar dalam mengerjakan soal namun juga dituntut untuk memiliki karakter kepemimpinan guna mempersiapkan diri dalam kehidupan yang akan datang. Dengan kata lain, pendidikan memiliki tujuan mengembangkan potensi peserta didik dalam mewujudkan manusia yang cerdas, berakhlak mulia melalui pengajaran dan pelatihan. Jurnal ini mengulas tentang dasar-dasar yuridis sistem pendidikan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dasar-dasar yuridis sistem pendidikan nasional. Metode penelitian ini adalah kajian atau studi kepustakaan (library research) yang berisi teori-teori yang relevan dengan dasar-dasar yuridis sistem pendidikan nasional berupa artikel-artikel ilmiah yang sudah dipublikasikan dalam beberapa tahun kebelakang dalam bentuk jurnal-jurnal ilmiah, skripsi, thesis dan beberapa sumber dari internet. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) pendidikan merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam kehidupan manusia, (2) pendidikan berperan penting dalam proses pembentukan karakter siswa melalui proses pembelajaran, (3) dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan harus berpedoman terhadap dasar-dasar atau landasan yang berlaku agar pelaksanaannya berjalan sistematis dan terarah, (4) dasar-dasar yuridis merupakan salah satu pondasi awal pelaksanaan pembelajaran, (5) seluruh pihak harus bekerja sama dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran agar tercipta keberhasilan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, (6) dalam proses pendidikan diharapkan dapat menciptakan bibit unggul yang akan meneruskan estafet kepemimpinan dimasa depan yang mengedepankan akhlakul karimah dan memiliki daya pikir yang kreatif dan inovatif, (7) tujuan utama dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan yaitu menjadikan manusia beriman, berpengetahuan serta memiliki daya saing, (8) dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan harus bisa meyakinkan peserta didik agar memperoleh kemajuan baik dimasa yang akan datang maka harus mempunyai ilmu pengetahuan yang tinggi, (9) pemerintah memiliki peran yang cukup besar dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan.
