Neste artigo descrevemos as etapas de projeto e construção de um dispositivo que coloca em vibração a corda de um instrumento musical de forma remota, independentemente da intervenção humana. Concebido inicialmente para padronizar testes de transdutores para instrumentos musicais de corda, o dispositivo pode também ser utilizado pelo luthier para analisar o posicionamento de captadores, auxiliar na detecção de ruídos, gerar figuras de Chladni, entre outros usos.
